His name was william babble litigators. Some so little parts. William had discussed dugs case with him at length even before. Gillette is withdrawal. He'd been helping doug draft. "Cure or prevent any disease. Not even being paid to dump on Trump Every I'm looking at my various sources of CBS News up, I have CNN news out by a fox news up I have use a today up. I have. Ah, Yahoo! You name it, and every single one of them are leading with the Trump story. When he tried to pay respects to Ruth Bader Ginsberg, he aboot And anything else that you can come up with its negative on Trump. You'll find it front and center on all of these new sights, and I find it it. I used the word tedious. I'm tired of it. What are you going to do? Bloomberg. Give me a reason. I'm sorry. That's floor. There's a Friday and I wish it was Bloomberg. What you gonna do? Biden To be a better leader than trump. Never mind dumping on Trump. What do you going to do? That makes me want to vote for you. Double it if you're if you're trying to vote against Trump No, That's basically what it is. Don't vote for me vote against Trump, and I think that's a bad strategy, frankly, a very bad strategy. So I think we'll hurt. We'll find out more during the debates. I think it's going to be pretty telling. Right. Next name in the news is Chad Wolf. No relation to Chad Benson. Bad wolf is a white supremacist. And, according to the director of Ah won't know Chad Wolf is not a white supremacist. He's the very homeland security make news, right? You had your first getting your first, right. Well, I kind of went from the headline to Ah. The movement, white supremacy and how it gets to the point that it is again now in our country that becomes the most that that kind of hits me right between the eyes. In fact, That you're right, Wolf says. They're white supremacist extremists from a lethal ality standpoint over the last couple of years, when you look at 2018 2019 are certainly the most persistent. And most lethal threat when we talk about domestic violence, extremists So there are no names associated with it. The white supremacists. I've never said that supremacists. Yeah, they're a bunch of groups. But what's the attraction? I I could never answer that in a million years. I I psychologically I would say clearly insecurity that would be number one. But the reason that this is in the news right now, which is kind of interesting is this all came about because there was a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower who came out two weeks ago and said that Chad Wolf and other department leaders abuse their authority and tried to censor this information to downplay the threat of Russia and the severity of white supremacy. To better stay in line with President Trump's comments on it, And so the whistleblower went public with it. And then he and then now Chad Wolf had to go and actually testify. In front of AA. I forget which committee it Wass, but he had And this is this is essentially what he said under oath. Yes, white supremacists are the number one domestic violence threat that we face in this country. That is obviously the opposite of what Trump has been saying, and it's been part of why he's on the White Trump is always on. You know the headline because just at his rally recently, he says, he says white supremacist propaganda. He speaks it at his rallies. And so that's There's there's a lot of stuff that like I don't even want to repeat. It's really it's look, if you like the guy find that where this is where we are now in 2020 leading up to the election. If you think he's a white supremacist or a racist, then you're on one side. And if you don't think he is, you're never going to be. You're never going to be convinced so, But the real problem, though, is that if the Department of Homeland Security was was squashing these reports these air official intelligence reports. Because it looked bad for the president. That's not supposed to their support The department Homeland Security doesn't work for the president, regardless, who was in office. This is supposed to be a totally separate thing, and that's why this whistle blower came forward saying that you know this is this is all the intelligence that's that they're holding back because it makes the president look bad. That's not how our government works. This is this is everywhere. So many blurred lines between all these agencies. The CDC doesn't even have their own scientists writing reports on Cove it now it's coming from the White House. That's also not supposed to happen. Everything is a mish mosh. I don't know if anyone else is frustrated with that, but that's why we can't get a straight answer on anything from any agency. The FBI, the CIA and it's um It's just one big. It's like a It's like a ball pit at McDonald's. You just It's it's a mess. Well, I just found something. Another name in the news, Major Bridget Callahan. You know she is I don't think so. No police chief in Louisville, Kentucky. Okay? She? She's had a week on an internal memo that has now been circulated. She said in this memo. That people who are part of black lives matter. Movement are punks who are not important. There'll be washing our cars Lovely and she still has a job today. As she still has a job today. Beautiful wonderful. The spokesman for the Police department said email is something that has I mean, Now they're being chased around. They have no comment because they found that the email was apparently riel. Email begins by saying, I know it's hard to keep are thoughts and opinions to ourselves. Especially when we as a hole or is an individual become the target of people in the public, criticize what we do, knowing the facts. He's antifa and BLM people, especially the ones who just jumped on the bandwagon yesterday because they know I'm not going to put them going to say what she says. I don't deserve a second glance or a thought from us. Our little pink Etonians have more character, morals and ethics than these plugs now, right that may. That's not I don't find that to be negative. Don't stoop to their level, she says. Don't respond to them. If we do, we'll validate what they did. I don't make them important because they're not. They will be the ones watching our cars cashing us out at Walmart or living in their parents. Wow! Now is that to be is that everybody? Or is that just sounds well, but why we didn't take that. Why would you do it and then writing? Well, that's clearly how she feels. So if she felt no remorse, or she didn't have a second thought about sending that e mail out Well, that's clearly how she sees black people. And anyone who sympathizes with black people in the black lives matter Movement that's pretty disgusting. Well, that shows you where and that's why a lot of police this kind of stuff. It's a lot of the woman who's been in the police. Probably quite long time I'd say she was in her Made a late forties by looking at a picture of her. I mean, this is why people want reform with the police because these are the people in charge. It's ridiculous. Not healthy. Alright, Here's ah, Another name in the news, darlin Newey. "Countless hundreds of thousands level kind of numbers of porn files. Child porn files. I cannot understand this because the circumstance I suppose you could say they're trying to catch people. But at the same time if. Distributing child pornography is damaging to the victims. They want you to what we are told right? Then isn't it damaging isn't the FBI then damaging the victims? Why is it? Okay. For them to do that not saying I want to distribute child pornography? I'm just curious as somebody who pays the paychecks of these people based these seem to spend an inordinate amount of time distributing child pornography, even outside of that, you know, just in the looking at how undercover operations with police have proceeded in other areas. Look at the war on drugs drugs is the first thing that comes to mind, generally, it's considered bad form for an undercover officer to actually sling around crack cocaine they supposed to kind of beat around the Bush. They can't, you know, actually, sell it for whatever reason because that would be a crime or something it's looked down upon. I'm not sure if it's a crime when they do it. But they're generally not supposed to do that. As I understand. It seems like a bad thing. Drugs are bad. You don't want to just keep dealing drugs. The people and hope that you catch some of them, generally if they're doing an undercover drug sting. They claim they want to sell some. Some some sort of drug. And then if somebody says I'm willing to buy that drug will that you've got the deal on the table? You don't need to actually sell them the drug bust them, right then and there, and that's what they do. In a lot of cases. Could you not run one of these websites and distribute empty files or pictures of, you know, Martha Stewart or just a picture recipes or something instead of child pornography, and then if somebody downloads the file they have already committed the crime, I don't know is there conspiracy to commit child pornography crime. I wouldn't surprise me. If there were, but ultimately that would just be a conspiracy charge downloading because you wouldn't know until you got the file presumably downloading a file with the intent to download child pornography. Sounds criminal ish. But it sounds like something that they would hark you as a criminal thing to do. But I don't know if it necessarily is and further if they did run a site like you're describing it wouldn't get anywhere. Because presumably would get around that. Hey, there's nothing there. You know? Don't don't go to that site. The reason why they took over the operation of this playpen site was because it was very popular. And there were people using it on a regular basis. But now they've done it again after all the controversy over the the play pen takeover where they were. They presided over the distribution of hundreds of thousands if not more. Well, there's a fine the story. There's one more thing about this is that at least one of the play pin cases was dropped because somebody took it to trial and demanded to you know, to get some kind of evidence they wanted to see the program that the government had used when they when they took over the FBI took over operation of the site. They planted some sort of code spyware malware on the site, and it infected. I think it was like a thousand computers around the world, and they tried to arrest and prosecute as many of those people as they could. I think they've rounded up a couple of hundred or or so and so one of those people the one you're referring to said, all right? Well, discovery rules of discovery we want to see the code of the program that you put on our clients, computer. And the FBI said, no, this is a state secret, we need this code. There's a secret we need to argue for in front of the judge as to why we shouldn't have to turn this over and basically after arguing out of out of court, right? Like in the judge's chambers. The judge ruled that. Yup. FBI you've gotta turn the code over. Or you gotta drop the case. And so rather than turn over the code. They dropped the case if we're being protected by the FBI from you know, these things then we got bad service. I mean, you know, they they made a judgment call that maybe many of us would not remember this is supposed to be a government of the people. Right. That's the idea. Anyway. Well, I don't think most people would have done what they did in the first place, which is to say take over a massive child porn website. And then operated hands off base that we're getting bad customer service at the FBI they've done it again. Now, according to Forbes dot com. The FBI has adopted a new tactic in the war on child pornography. Taking over suspects online identities to infiltrate private groups sharing disturbing illegal content. Search warrant obtained by Forbes documents the unprecedented operation in witching. Now, convicted pedophile Instagram and kick accounts commandeered by the feds raises new questions about how federal agents tackle on-line investigations into child abuse. But also how major social networks are being exploited by predators. The cops gateway into the shadowy online. World was Twenty-three-year-old taxed and Hanson from Salt Lake City Serb suburb of ROY Utah. When investigators searched his home in an interviewed him. He was startlingly honest admitting to viewing a cornucopia. Child pornography under username kit. Be ten Hansen. Who was later sentenced to forty eight months in prison after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography created and was administrator for multiple private groups. All this guy was really doing something with forty eight months. I don't know. I mean, it seems like seems like a little just a small amount for running a running groups and stuff, but you know, maybe in these groups they were trading nude images and videos of quote, prepubescent, boys engaged in various sexual acts, unquote. Then came gambit for the feds. They presented Hansen. Who was only a suspect at the time with the mundane sounding FD ten eighty six for him. If he signed it Hanson would grant investigators control of his accounts on Instagram and kick a Canadian made chat app. That's become hugely popular under eighteen among under eighteens and subsequently child. Predators Hanson, signed them over from April twelfth 2017 through at least November thirteenth of twenty eighteen. So. Year and a half a year and a half an undercover FBI agent working at the agency Salt Lake City office assumed Hanson's online identity on kick. According to a warrant application filed in November of two thousand eighteen I think it's worth pointing out here that the last time we reported on this with the playpen situation yet we were raided by the FBI in conjunction with that investigation with within thirty days that was about three years ago now now the mall here. The mall here take oh, the takeover of the mall here wildlife place, if you all remember the Oregon. Yeah. The the sovereign citizens or whatever took over the the this park in like, Oregon or something, and it was a big deal. They held out there for a month or something. And the FBI to my mind was trying to shoot the last three people, and I found it to be unprofessional that they could have done their jobs in different fashions that also occurred in that period of time. So I don't know we haven't never heard anything on this investigation by three years later. They still have fifty plus devices from the stuff, I drive always tramps. I always felt it was just sort of a warning gentleman shut your mouth. But that's not what we do here on free talk live. Now, not we didn't get into this to keep our mouths shut. That's for sure. And and again, they're doing basically the same thing except instead as for over a year. Yeah. Much longer instead of taking over a website. They're taking over these this this person's accounts on these groups. Yeah, he's he's one of the people who created wherever these groups are it's not clear. I didn't know you can have groups on Instagram. That's you know, maybe it's a kick thing you think about it. I've never used that apps. I have no idea the toll free number here. We'll tell you what what happened more about this eight fifty five. Four fifty free. That's eight five five four five zero three seven three three should the federal government be distributing child pornography? In large numbers does that make you.

"And now we return to guest host Todd Herman the V network. Always an amazing thing that gets to do you want to see the power of the network. I'm going to give out my Twitter address one time Seagram if with the network, here's my Twitter. It's at Todd. Herman. And it is a thrill to watch the numbers go up. It's just the power of this network. We're talking earlier about Mike deep frustration with professional Republicans and a litmus test on how to know they're serious about something this case in California of this this legal immigrants to our country who chose to be a police officer Ronald Singh. He's murdered by a guy who chose to sneak into our country Gustavo Perez Ariaca who was a as I understand it. Serena gang member. And as I understand the case he worked with seven or eight other. People many of whom are also in the country illegally after he murdered this officer. I mean, this movie script material not to not to not to reduce it to that. Because certainly there's families who are mourning. And in a police force. That's morning. This of course, was made to happen or made possible because of the sanctuary states satis in California. You know that the sheriff spoke about this and spoke about his frustration. The sheriff of a of a stem losses county or by said that the right way. Adam christianson spoke about his deep frustration not being able to respond to ice detainers of people like this. If an FBI Tanner had been there, they could respond. This guy was apparently also career criminal in addition to breaking into the country being a Sereno gang member. Guess would make you that if the Republicans the profession Republicans at is people who Republican for living were serious about a border wall. They would take this case in state, the right thing this man, this legal immigrants who played by the rules in now is defending people had his life stolen from him by someone who chose to break the immigration rules repeatedly into engage in criminal behavior. This is why we want a wall it is not a contention that everybody's sneaking into the border is a Gestapo Peres Ariaca, not a contention of that at all. It is a factual. Statement that a bunch of people who are sneaking in our in fact, Gustavo Perez Arias, and it doesn't take a large number of them to create huge havoc. This came in California a week after another illegal immigrant was released a head of ice being able to get there in hours later went on a shooting and killing spree. If the professional Republicans were serious in any way about the wall, they would use circumstances. Like this in take it to the footstep of Jerry Brown. The governor of California in Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the house and to say you are legitimately telling us that you don't want to do anything about this Joe in Columbus, New Jersey. You are on the Rush Limbaugh program taught Herman filling in Hijo. Hey, happy new year. Thank you. Off let me back up to your last caller, Jerry all he has to do is go back and watch the LeBron ringing. Interview in the car with Carrie champion last year where they called Donald Trump. Everything budding American. All right. She did referred him as Hitler, they referred to him as a lot of other evil things. So that guy's gotta do his homework a little bit. What? Nonetheless. Reading as right wing conservative. I believe let go of the Cape signing thing too darn say there, we call the less. Point of view point of view. It's not their point of view. It's their priorities that have gotten. So messed up over the years that they are putting votes. I know they're out there. I know they hate Trump. That's their end goal. But they're also consequently putting the legal immigrants potential for a vote ahead of quality of life in this in this country. They they didn't even talk about this heartbreaking episode with a police officer which ruined by Christmas day after they're not eating referring to him as an illegal immigrant. So I got their their moral fabric and their priorities are so far out of whack that. I don't think there's any bringing them back. No, I couldn't agree more. And here's a good question for you. Broadcasting from the cold solid tumorous cancer of leftism in Seattle. Is it proper for me to thank you for two extra congressional districts? Are you willing to accept that? Thanks because the rest of the nation has given us two extra congressional districts because of our legal immigration. Did you know that? No, I didn't suck it up as a as a democratic do over elections are working favors. So they want it. They want to change the rules of the game. Yeah. I know that's part of symptomatic of this. And you did a good job explaining that joy. And appreciate the call very much, and it's symptomatic of this. Here's here's what I'm trying to get across when I speak of professional Republicans. Many years ago the left was overtaken by by by true, revolutionaries Kate. So I will sometimes say, it's so cute that Republicans still think this is just about elections. It's not. There is a massive massive plan that the left has in place, and it involves racial scapegoating. I can't say this clearly enough. And how sad makes me and it legitimately scares me that there's a political party. That said, hey, we did some math. If we denigrate single white men and blame them for everything we will become the party of everybody, but single white men, and hence they announced her to lean on this intersection, which is the intersectional relationship between all people that the left decides are oppressed. And if they don't have enough people who are oppressed, they will invent people who are oppressed. And they do that then an invite more oppressed people they may not be able to vote legal immigrants, but they can affect the vote through census counts. Census counts, equal federal monies. So in cities like Portland, Oregon in San Francisco, California in Seattle in other really wack cities. They're getting paid money. They then used as walking around money to pay their friends in what we call out here. The homeless industrial complex scam. So the illegals themselves may not yet be voting in federal elections. Although we know there are instances of that they are voting in municipal elections. But they're very presence is a vote. So as Mitt Romney going approach this is Mitt Romney now gonna play into this. He says he's going to support the wall. But the note the timing of the notes it was all about in my judgment trying to become co president because he knows the nedia wants a co presidents to Donald Trump a Republican they can love until it's time to drop that person. Joe thanks for the call. We'll go talk now to Dave from rural Utah on that very topic of Mitt Romney, Dave welcome to the network taught Herman filling in for the great Rush Limbaugh. Hi, doing doing a good job. Thank you. Centerfield Utah's where it is right in the middle of the state over a good centerfield over what's up. I'd like centerfield. Go ahead. David. Yeah. I'll shut up and let you go. Okay. We've seen the overreach of the federal government for years here. And it's about the federal government. And that was gonna take you up on on. What does Mitt Romney stand for? And I know what he's stood for this for a long time. But limited government limited federal government. State government federal government. I'm not willing to accept what mitt did in Massachusetts. Because there's not a Republican in the whole state right now. But when he was at Bain capital, an investment banker. He cut these unprofitable country companies, and he said he'd do the same in the federal government. And I believe I haven't seen any of that. And where has that gone is the constitution the tenth amendment? Why does the federal government overreach and continues to overreach and by the way, thank you Donald Trump for what he did in helping the size down or one of these federal land grabs in Utah. And I don't hate Donald Trump. But where is conservative limited government today? Yeah. Conservative limited government. Let's talk about that, David. Appreciate the phone call from ROY Utah centerfield Utah. I don't know enough. I'm going to have to think about that with Romney if I can by that he means or that he stands for limited governments. And I understand that you're saying, okay. Romney care had to be done in Massachusetts. Because there were no Republicans their concerns there. I don't buy that. Because he didn't have to. He didn't have to create the law right doing something isn't always better than doing nothing. I would contend this the United States you could fix every problem. We have with the return is icy it to constitutionalism. I'm a constitutional conservative. That's who I am. Here's how I describe myself. I'm a small government big person person, the bigger the government, the smaller, you become that is a ripe topic for me in Aiken expound on it all sorts of ways, I say it this way, let's to Satan healthcare. What are the reasons Healthcare's expensive, I can give you an image. You can share with your friends, you know, when you're in your hospital or the doctor's room at your most born. And you've got your pants down in there. You know, checking on you picture sixteen other people in the room. Why? Because that's what's going on. When you're in the room with your doctor, you're paying the paychecks of sixteen paper pushers, what did it used to be three? What changed government got involved? Thanks for the phone. No, I didn't stop it up as a as a as a democratic do over elections working out in their favor. So they want they want to change the rules of the game. Yeah. I know that's part of that symptomatic of this. And you did a good job explaining that joy. And appreciate the call very much. It's symptomatic of this. Here's here's what I'm trying to get across when I speak of professional Republicans many years ago, the left was overtaken by by by true, revolutionaries Kate. So I will sometimes say, it's so cute that Republicans still think this is just about elections. It's not. There is a massive massive plan that the left has in place, and it involves racial scapegoating. I can't say this clearly enough. And how sad it makes me and it legitimately scares me that there's a political party. That said, hey, we did some math. If we denigrate single white men and blame them for everything we will become the party of everybody, but single white men, and hence they now start to lean on this intersection, which is the intersectional relationship between all people that the left decides are oppressed. And if they don't have enough people who are oppressed, they will invent people who are oppressed. And they do that then an invite more oppressed people. They may not be able to vote illegal immigrants, but they can affect the vote. Fru census counts. Census counts, equal federal monies. So in cities like Portland, Oregon, and San Francisco, California in Seattle in other really whack cities. They're getting paid money. They then use as walking around money to pay their friends in what we call out here. The homeless industrial complex scam. So the illegals themselves may not yet be voting in federal elections. Although we know there are instances of that they are voting in municipal elections. But they're very presence is a vote. So as Mitt Romney gonna approach this is Mitt Romney now going to play into this. He says he's going to support the wall. But the note the timing of the notes it was all about in my judgment trying to become co president because he knows the media wants a co presidents to Donald Trump a Republican can love until it's time to drop that person. Joe thanks for the call. We'll go talk now to Dave from rural Utah on that very topic of Mitt Romney, Dave welcome to the network taught Herman filling in for the great Rush Limbaugh. Hi, doing doing a good job. Thank you. Centerfield Utah's where it is right in the middle of the state over good centerfield in the over what's up. I'd like centerfield. Go ahead. David. Yeah. I'll shut up and let you go. Okay. We seen the overreach of the federal government for years here. And it's about the federal government. And that was gonna take you up on on. What does Mitt Romney stand for? And I know he stood for this for a long time. But limited government limited federal government. State government federal government. I'm not willing to accept what mitt did in Massachusetts. Because there's not a Republican in the whole state right now. But when he was a Bain capital, an investment banker he cut these unprofitable country companies, and he said he'd do the same in the federal government. And I believe I haven't seen any of that. And where has that gone is the constitution the tenth amendment? Why does the federal government overreached and continues to overreach and by the way, thank you, Donald Trump for what he did in helping to size down or one of these federal land, grabs Utah, and I don't hate Donald Trump. But where is conservative limited government today? Yeah. Conserve limited government. Let's talk about that, David. Appreciate the phone call from ROY Utah centerfield Utah. I don't know enough. I'm going to have to think about that with Romney. If I can by that he means or that he stands for limited government. And I understand that you're saying, okay. Romney care had to be done in Massachusetts. Because there were no Republicans. They're conservatives there. I don't buy that. Because he didn't he didn't have to create the law doing something isn't always better than doing nothing. I would contend this for the United States, you could fix every problem. We have with the return is I see it to constitutionalism. I'm a constitutional conservative. That's who I am. And here's how I describe myself. I'm a small government big person person, the bigger the government, the smaller you become that is a ripe topic for me. And I could expound on it all sorts of ways, I say it this way. Let's just Satan healthcare. What are the reasons Healthcare's expensive, I can give you an image. You can share with your friends, you know, when you're in your hospital or the doctor's room at your most, vulgar. "And now we return to guest host Todd Herman on the network. This is always an amazing thing that gets to do you want to see the power of the network to give out my Twitter address one time agreement with the network. Here's my Twitter. It's at Todd. Permit, and it is a thrill to watch the numbers go up. I mean, this movie script material not to not to. Not to reduce it to that. Because certainly there's families who are mourning. And in a police force morning. This of course, was made to happen or made possible because of the sanctuary states satis in California. You know that the sheriff spoke about this and spoke about his frustration. The sheriff of of a stem losses county or by said that the right way. Adam christianson spoke about his deep frustration not being able to respond to ice detainers of people like this. If an FBI Tanner had been there, they could respond. This guy was apparently also career criminal in addition to breaking into the country being Sereno gang member. I guess would make you that if the Republicans professional Republicans at is people who Republican for living were serious about a border wall. They would take this case in state, the right thing this man, this legal immigrants who played by the rules in now is defending people had his life stolen from him by someone who chose to break the immigration rules repeatedly into engage in criminal behavior. This is why we want a wall it is not a contention that everybody's sneaking into the border is a Gestapo Peres, not a contention of that at all. It is a factual. Statement that a bunch of people who are sneaking in our in fact, Gestapo Peres Arias, and it doesn't take a large number of them to create huge havoc. This came in California a week after another illegal immigrant was released ahead of ice being able to get there in hours later went on a shooting and killing spree if the professional Republicans were serious in any way about the wall, they would use circumstances. Like this in take it to the footsteps of Jerry Brown, the governor of California and Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the house and to say you are legitimately telling us that you don't want to do anything about this Joe in Columbus, New Jersey. You are on the Rush Limbaugh program taught Herman filling in high Hijo. Hey, happy new year. Thank you you too. Off let me back up to your last caller, Jerry all he has to do is go back and watch the LeBron seven during an interview in the car with Kerry champion last year where they called Donald Trump. Everything budding American. All right. They they did referred him as Hitler, they referred to him as a lot of other things. So that guy's gotta do his homework a little bit. What? Nonetheless. Right wing conservatives. I believe let go of the case signing thing to say there. We we call the left's. They didn't even talk about this heartbreaking episode with a police officer which ruined by Christmas day after. They're not even referring to him as an illegal immigrants. So I got it there, their the moral fabric and their priorities are so far out of whack that. I don't think there's any bring in the back. No, I couldn't agree more. And here's a good question for you. I'm broadcasting from the cold solid tumorous cancer of leftism in Seattle. Is it proper for me to thank you for two extra congressional districts? Are you willing to accept that? Thanks because the rest of the nation has given us two extra congressional districts because of our legal immigration. Did you know that? No, I didn't.
