"Generally and i guess coming to the end of the series season are you told me Not tushar awful having a new show on. Hbo our cycles pumped yes. Can we point out that we came across this show because of the ever eternal natasha. Rothwell yes more. please thank you Ooh psyched bombed. And we went into this thinking that all our went into this thinking that you know. I'm gonna love this regardless on the foster episode all's like coal. I think i'm gonna get a who done it for me. he's done. Who's gonna get who's white going to get done. It as episodes when taunted vida for it. My expectations lessened a had qualms. Not as much as katie. now. I think we'll get into some more interesting character. Discussions later on because they have very conflicting thoughts on those while i think at the end of it. I thought you know it wasn't that great over show was all right I'm not really looking forward to season tube. Lego and i guess just speaking generally before we get into specific plotlines as well as characters. The first episode was one of the best pilots. We've seen in a long time. It was exciting. Like you said it was setting itself up to be necessarily Black noi But definitely Mystery of a who done it like we said there is going to be spoilers. Lots of angsty. Katie yelling We did say spoilers in this episode but it initially and i think it might also be in the law but there is a dead body so there is some sort of tragedy right. That happens not steps. But i always love to mention steps when i mentioned tragedy. So that's kind of what we're working towards in the series and i think was pretty cool like i think. The writing was strong enough in the first episode. Even if it didn't have that sort of hook in it Interestingly enough the second episode move quite slowly And i think that also kind of got in the way of any sort of enjoyment because we knew someone was going to die so any sort of character building. I guess that they wanna do character. Learnings kind of got in the way because all of that is to naught if they end up dying anyway Or if they end up being the killer like it's like i guess it's cool because it's only six episodes but the fact that it's still felt like dragged from the second episode where it was kind of like a fila and you can't have fila. You can't have naruto ostrich villa in a six episode season. You know what. I went into this thinking. You know one of the dead body. Nothing is going to be a who done. It always excited. Because who doesn't donuts. And then when i realized very quickly after the second episode that it's not a started worrying. What the fuck do people use this. As a fucking device in storytelling. I need to know that he did not play a part plastic -nificant part in in us enjoying the show at all. Yeah even getting us interested into thinking. Oh is this gonna die it it. The haden's zero zero pie in my mind. Yeah yeah i absolutely agree and family got has a nice episode of and then there were none sorta scenario which sadly beautifully enough seth dedicated to his mother That was a very nice fund episode. I think it's like there was no point to grapple..

"We've got Caroline Rothwell in the building. She's the president and founder of Carol Marketing. It's putting on a show. Thank you for having me tell us about your company. What you guys do I established car market in 2004. We are basically we're fashion influence come together. And we do marketing NPR's services and bran development Services for fashion clan while you were telling me about is which I think is interesting is how you went from doing like fashion consulting Channel consulting giant People that own giant shopping malls. How do you go from being in the fashion space to becoming like high end, high paid marketing consultant that helps huge businesses could I know people that are in the fashion space? And they're not shifting over to where you did have a lot of that process of think The ironic thing that happened was they found me. Give me example. One example is I was sort of invited to an event And next thing I know, I'm being introduced to certain people and they were vetting me and I didn't quite understand. They were betting me like people with $100 Million networks. And yes, So you never know who's watching. You never know what they're bringing you in for, um, Sounds like whoever made that connection for you owe them a favor. I know. I know. I'm very That is your life. Yeah, And I think the other thing is to just having the agency for so long. I work with baby brands, and I worked with large established friends. I've built a couple brand empires. So I think people take notice. And if they're looking for a refresher looking for someone They could come in and kind of get the job done. That's what they're looking for Somebody to get the job done. You're the special agent. The higher kind of so I want to know what the journey looks like for you because at the end of the day, it's one thing to jump forward like we have right now. Which is the success what you've accomplished, But I want to go back to the beginning. I want to know what it was like. Was it easy was entrepreneurship always on the radar? Did you have a job? You hated paint the picture fresh. With interesting is I was very much on the track to become a lawyer. I was very much that you didn't go that drink very happy. It took me a while to kind of accept that because I think you have a much safer track. And you kind of can anticipate what your future is gonna look like, Um, I didn't think you were if you were an attorney, if you were, Yeah, you kind of know where you're going to go. Usually usually not always, though. Not always. I mean, you can shift it partner shipping and do different types of it. So I guess it's different if your attorney who start their own practice, which is an attorney who works for a business, exactly exactly. So, you know, it was kind of interesting. I always stayed in politics. But what happened was instead of going into environmental politics. I stayed in the arts. And so I worked for Al Gore for a little bit and did some environmental work with Al Gore. And then I worked with song guests, and then I worked with Tom Ridge, the governor of Pennsylvania, and that's where they shifted me and arts education. Secretly. I was also signed to an independent record label. So I was performing in New York and opening for some big bands, and I kind of have that secret life going and I was looking for something creative. I didn't want to Remain in my navy suit. I was only 25. I felt like there had to be more out there for me. Luckily, someone saw my CV and the political system and flew me to Los Angeles out of the governor's office, and I secured a corporate communications position at a young age and I worked in the tech space. Andre flew me up to San Francisco, and that's when I knew I wanted to stay in California and kind of explore my options out here. S so it was kind of a wayward road that took me in. But since I was a child, I always loved fashion..

"To tankless and water coming out of the top it never. There's never a water heater failure where it comes out of the top i had one. Wow a cell. I know you've got a lot of different things going on with water and technology which okay normally we say you know. Water and electricity don't mix but this isn't really electricity. This is i. I did try electricity. Things i had a thing on there called a scale watcher. Another one called scale blaster little kind of audio sweep generators inside if you listen to him. It sounds like we okay. So like the the fire engine coming up behind me all right telling me to move over. Yeah and the. The the those are feeding coils around the pipe and a changing magnetic field can induce charging on things that are in the water. They start turning up and then they get blown to smithereens and your water comes out better But these little devices are really kind of weak so when we had that water heater blow up I had already. Luckily i had a narrates. Tankless outdoor mount -able tankless heater. So i got hot water. That just keeps going as long as i need it. I it never runs out. You're not attacking and you're not paying to keep forty fifty sixty gallons hot all the time. So right right yeah. That's a very cool thing. It's still going to cool in the hot thing but hey you know that's just me and her such a squirt any a anyway. These jokes are just a drop in the bucket. All right now. i'm sorry. go on go. i'm an expert. Where x is unknown and spurred drip under pressure on folks. We'll get back to it yes. I don't have a brian tank here we don't put salt pellets in. Okay all right and apparently there's something about the water was fine because when we cut the pipes it was clean inside nice. Okay didn't matter i. I went to meg. Nation and i got There aqua bowl which is to rain bolts and a thing in the middle and what does a thorough job. It's using super magnets. It does a very thorough job of correcting conditioning. Everything you could want the water. There's no scale downstream. It neutralizes the ph ph meter. Just to watch a pop. It's wonderful it it. It bag nation dot our nation water. The rain lake water dot com. It look it up. It's it's just doing a lot of stuff with yeah. I also got a. We had one of those long cartridge. Sediment traps exists super sediment trap uses disks instead it catches things down to five microns. Okay nice and then it reverse flushes you. Just switch evolve over rotated four times in each direction And it's clean and you're good for months more so nice. Yeah we've got the water getting condition. We've got the water getting filtered. We got the water going into the house. There's no scale anywhere in the house. The pipes are clean. The acid is neutralized. Nothing comes through it. it's just. I wish i'd had this forever. I the water And by the way since then Mag nation split off a consumer product. Line called water tamer. Name your water dot com or water. Tamer dot com. I think the original thing. I got was called Was just one end of it. It was it was called. the rain. Bolt remould built in in the commercial side is is more expensive but on the residential side under the water. Tamer line it's called water. Tamer model are for residential. Okay are It comes with a mixer to between a pair of them with a mixture tube in between and that's called trifecta and try factor. We'll do more for you than changing the salt in the bucket twice a week. I mean it's it's really an amazing thing. Add that to what they called on the commercial side. The super sediment Water filter on the water chamber side. It's called crud tamer credit tamer okay. I like that all right so with crud tamer and trifecta. I've got nothing to worry about in the house. You get the lather. You don't get the scale in the end. The acidity is reduced. Iron in the water is reduced a lot of water woes. Just go. they're they're they're gone. I'm london that's I also want to mention Going back to that. Tankless heater It's a condensing tankless cedar which means it's got an acid trip. We had the plumbers. Bring the acid drip inside the basement where it passes through a neutralizer from. Jj 'em boiler works. I have to replace a packet of l. I think it's alkaline in there once a year. That's it replaced that package once a year and it never bothers the drains. It's going down to septic. it's just fine. It's handy dandy So you know. Water is worth attention. And instead of dealing with lugging those huge bags of salt all the time. I'm seventy two years old. You wanna do it for me. It's a little bit of a drive. I think it's and it's kind of out of my way to do that. Probably hire hire one of your local Teenagers and i got signed. And just get the same kid. You d you know the you have the low the front lawn or whatever sell anyways. There's just so much in regards to water there so much in regards to this and actually mark next week. I want to ask you about the commercial side. This is ben rothwell. Let's party winston. You're listening to computer talk radio. I'll be back with more in just a moment. He had a choice between my old plan and the new one at seven times the cost. It was that awkward. Point where i could choose between a simple or being dunked in a pool. I searched around comparing the many options for someone like me. After searching around for three weeks there. It was saint ground in proper fashion. I tested their customer service their knowledge and their willingness to do things the right way. The site ground salesman made sure that didn't over by and get a fifty gallon bucket. When a thirty two ounce would do these guys know wordpress jamila and regular standard websites. These guys site grounder awesome sight ground dot com site s. I t ground.

Project Rainbow and Flying Saucers

"To kids myths and mysteries. I've your host. Kent chrome today rothwells theory. I'll begin with three assumptions. That most theorists can agree on first that flying saucer did crash near roswell new mexico in july nineteen forty seven second that bodies were recovered from the crash site and third that there are scientists working on projects that are rated above top secret and the us government and military branches are not privy to the thread. That connects the pieces of this theory. Is that the security team surrounding these super top secret. Scientific projects has access to the best technology in the field of stealth investigation and manipulation and are possessed of the ability to control all branches of military as well as federal government with the purpose of keeping these projects secret. Only the purpose of this theory is to establish not just a flying saucers crashed near roswell bodies were retrieved but the source of the flying saucer the nature of the crew and the evidence that security teams protecting various super top secret projects were involved to understand the crash of flying saucer at roswell nineteen forty seven we need to go back four more years to nineteen forty three and parallel projects intended to bring world war two to an end. The project brought to fruition was dubbed. Little boy it was the first atomic bomb. The one that was dropped on hiroshima the first control nuclear reaction was in one thousand nine hundred forty two at the university of chicago's reactor and rico firm oversaw the first controlled energy release from the nucleus of an atom after intense effort. The oakridge plant in tennessee began to produce bomb-grade us to thirty five from nineteen forty two to nineteen forty five manhattan project continued progress toward the end result an atomic bomb now. The parallel project. I mentioned was dubbed project rainbow on august twelve nineteen forty-three. It was leaked. That the us navy conducted a test of some sort on the uss eldridge a d. e. class destroyer at the philadelphia navy yard. The exact nature of this test however is open to speculation that tasks or tests were conducted but only produced undesirable results afterwards. the project was supposedly cancel. Not as the public was led to believe because it failed. But because the manhattan project was moving ahead without a hitch but project rainbow was not only not cancelled. It was not an attempt to make the. Us eldridge invisible nor was his project conducted by the navy. It was simply the a naval vessel was chosen as a guinea pig. The name rainbow was attached to the project because of the nature of a rainbow to start at one point ended another. It was determined that if the navy vessels could be transported from an allied area to a battle zone in a matter of minutes that it could turn the tide of the war project. rainbow was based on is stein's theory on the space time continuum too. Massive tesla coils which acted as electromagnetic generators were utilized. One was mounted forward mounted aft. Other accounts state. Their series of generators called gaza's were us when activated. The electromagnetic field would extend out from the ship when the actual test was put into motion. A number of unexpected. A bizarre side effects occurred as the electromagnetic field increased in strength to begin to extend this for out as a hundred yards from the ship in all directions. Forming a large spear within this field to ship became fuzzy and indistinct and agrees hayes formed around the vessel obscuring it from view eventually the only visible object was the outline of the whole of the eldridge where it entered the water then to the amazement of onlookers. The entire ship vanished from view. It was at this point. The vanishing of the alridge that the true power of electromagnetic field that had been created was revealed. Eldridge had not only banished from the view of observers philadelphia. It had vanished from philadelphia altogether. This ship had been instantly transported several hundred miles away from philadelphia to norfolk virginia. And this was the goal after a few minutes. The ship once again banished to return back to philadelphia the failings of the task to become purposefully obscured and vague. As was the intention of the team that was in charge of keeping project. Remember secret secure. Little boy was dropped on hiroshima august. Six one thousand nine hundred forty five and twenty two days later. Japan's surrender in world. War two was brought to an end but the research on project rainbow continued.

"This to it. He said stunned his tone and glenn was so serious that it made me not to worry kind of love. That made me immediately remember. He was on his face remained in its heart and state. His is dr cold winds across nine. He lost his hands together in front of him. And says guy anything about you rightly the same for you about me. But i need you to listen to what i have to say. Don't pass judgement until i'm done. He carried the words with hints of respect and danny's felt wrong to not at least listen to him and so i wish i'd be more of a cynical jack just left right there. How that would have made life so much easier for me. Instead i sat there with open is an in my life apple. Has he spoke pleasant to me. He started a man of god and country. I worked for my family live. Honestly i don't drink mall and i shoot. Did any kind of rothwell drunks spend my time a church on sundays like i should without a single cursed. I don't hit women allsteel from. I'm not telling you any of that to make me seem like a good person but rather to let you know. I am not a crazy but having helped me what i need to tell you. There was a pause in his speeches. He seemed to struggle to get the next pot out. Internal debate of words for him was constant this on his difficulty a speech that began to really worry me after another stress side. He continued for starters. He said you cannot leave this place right now. I know your car is right out there. You could just drive on back but if you do one of them. I try to follow you. We can't have that happen. It'll be dachshund outside. I can't risk it happening again. I'm not holding you prisoner but let you try and drive out now. Am i'd end up losing someone else. I just can't i can't do that. I must have worn my mixed confusion in blatant display as he looked at me with a scowl. I told the man that i didn't know what he was on about. I started to tell him that. For one thing. I could leave whenever i want. I started bringing up the matter of the deposit once again. Put a hand up to cut me. "It's going back to the card. I was going to say speaking of ksw to the dog. Marcus Perez dricus do places fight that's a banger match up to I know Ross and Emily are all over the place is Caesar ksw Champion. I thought previously but it's a middleweight fight and yeah Marcus Perez is a monster too. So that's placed on the card pretty damn good. You know what I mean? It's burnt down from the top. So I think from that that fight on up, um, you got some pretty good entertainment and followed, you know, of course by the Ben Rothwell, my phone amirkhani is low key kind of Rosa rankings fighting a veteran Edson Barboza. So that fight is I mean if if Aamir Khan is going to really make his Mark went over at Sandbar Bose. I really has put anybody in great position of the past in the UFC. I mean cuz everyone Barbosa's off like the measuring stick for everybody now, huh? Yeah. Yeah, he's been that way in in 55. I mean, of course, he's featherweight now, but at fifty-five if you were going to become the champ or become somebody you had to go through him and you know dead. Justin Gates you did it, you know look where he's at now. So yeah, but they come the gatekeeper James. He became a gatekeeper into divisions fast-tracking forever. Yeah. Well, let's let's talk about predictions from you want to do the predictions for the premium package. Just go straight to the bank card 15 minutes. Yeah, we could do the main car. That's fine. Just turning off the curb. You have yourself a law versus off the top. I'm going to go to Joseph. King on the second round I'll go with Yosef as well. No specific smuggle. You also tend to his opponent date know though, but ugly Joseph. Yeah, I like his style he of course, he was previously an LFA guy and I've been keeping a close eye on these guys coming in and I think his last fight was just like a last-minute fight against wage Peter Barrett. I think it was a two days notice or one day. He didn't look his best but it's a you know, a two-day notice fighter was like a covert situation, but he's ready to go here. You such a lousy obese man. I think he'll he'll be fighting fire but definitely takes the win. But next Tom aspinall versus a Lambo. I don't know how you say that last name. Don't but don't I believe that's right. I'm just kidding over here. I don't know these guys tell me in Louisiana and two days, right? Yeah there I'm just going to click on. I will go with time to to this can be a second fight in the UFC both of them from Europe. So Tom's from England and Allen's from France. I think it says so but I think for Alan it's a Volvo XE Bayview and for Thomas is going to be a second go-around. That's always a good advantage to have get your opponent. It's a heavyweight fight. So anything can go it's a fifty-fifty shot. Basically, right? I'm going to go with the new. Go ahead and Guy. Yeah, let's go. Hopefully and I like to consider do The Last Samurai. Yeah, let me tell ya I think if they have Joe Martinez announcing it'll sound good that can come in. You know what I mean? Cuz this is like his style men. Yep, Europe. All right, next up Marcus Perez versus directors do policies and our home of our team is going for the for practice. So is it dragon sword rictus or what? Is it? Leave it strike us, Texas. Okay, Mark is Pettis. And what's a good, good fighter? I've watched a couple of his fights. So but I'm going to go with what our boys out there on the other side of the pond. I'm going to go and Dreyfus for this fight. I'm here cuz they cuz they've been putting a lot of hype on the Stars. So I'm going to jump on that train and and see what's up. I agree. I'm going to go with him to I'm curious to see what he does in his debut. I think Marcus Perez is like an American top team guy. So he trained with some some leak Killers. He seemed the underdog to place. This is a favorite at - 1:45 to 5 winning streak Perez is a win-loss win-loss last couple of bouts. So he's kind of shaky. I think the closest is going to come out and shine and he's placed on the card that high up for a reason. So I think you got to deliver and curious to see how how it it's a it's a big match up for him. User I hope we just talked about this site but we got to do our predictions Ben Rothwell vs Marshall and Cambria. Mother site that we just don't know who's going to get knocked out. Yeah, pretty much both. These guys knew they'd love to stand in pain. So so Fox man, I mean Ben Roethlisberger with the organization for a thousand years from Marcin. I mean, he's just a bistro so fuck I might toss a coin toss the coin Raynham it. I don't know if I have a coin here, but I'll go with them. I'll go with Roth. Well, I think both guys got a some submission skills, too. So don't be shocked. If somebody stepped out Roswell has been dangerous doing that and Siberia if he's able to get the fight to the ground. He's very capable to so that's why I'm kind of I don't know. I I I want to slide to Tiberius side. I mean, it may be a tough place. Bad decision, but I wouldn't be shocked to drop it off jokes about early. Yeah. Marcin sorry Ben Rothwell, I recall one of those type predictions Rob. We got a name for it the time the submission the like that guy. Yeah submission off anaconda choke on the second one at 3:35 second mark. Over all right. Imma throw it out there over handwrite Roswell hurts him. It's pushed against the fence afterwards tiberio tries to recover then gets Guillotine choked out. I'm standing 3 minutes and 29 seconds of the Personal Jesus. That's that happens. All right, it's going to happen. It's going to be a one wild first minute of the first round and then that's going to happen. Remember I said it. Mark Mark says attachment Robert Big Ben. Americans Waiting Til Later In Life To Start Secret Second Family

"A recent report released by the National Center for health statistics found that more Americans are waiting until later in life to start a secret second family opioid correspondent Marcy Hammond joins me now with more. Hi, Marcie. Go Fuck yourself monthly. That's fair. So Marcy what. Did these researchers discover? Well, the study surveyed hundreds of married people across the country and found an increase in the number of them who were waiting until their late forties or fifties to jump into an additional secret marriage. I spoke with NCHS director, Charles J Rothwell who told me more about this recent phenomenon according to our data buried men with kids increasingly likely to put off taking on a mistress that another state setting her. Up in a place and fathering additional children with her at least until the become more established in their careers from the nineteen sixties through to the nineties married men would more often than not start family right high school or college and another family shortly thereafter now we're seeing more and more men preferring to hold off on plans to shake up with another wife and kids interesting.

Trump's Postmaster General DeJoy will testifies before Congress

"Lewis to Joy testifies before Congress Today he is sure to be questioned about just how he is changing the U. S Postal Service. Joy has already promised to suspend his plans until after the election, but still faces concern about male delays and mail in ballots. That is especially the case in states where the vote may be close. Such as Pennsylvania, where NPR's Jeff Brady is based. Just about every summer. For more than two decades, Nancy Rothwell and her family have rented a vacation house at the Jersey Shore. This was the first year she ran into a problem with the mail. The realtor contacted me after about two weeks. And said, Hey, where is your money? And I said, What are you talking about? I mailed it in July. Sir, usually takes just a few days for mail to travel 80 miles from Roth Wells, Philadelphia suburb to the shore town. Fortunately, the check arrived, but just barely in time, three weeks from now. Tell him village to Ocean City, New Jersey is like ridiculous. The Postal Service declined to comment for this story. It referred NPR TOE. Postmaster General Lewis to Joy's announcement that cost cutting measures will be suspended until after the election to joy says the agency will be ableto handle whatever volume of election mail it receives. But postal service unions are not convinced. John Gibson is president of the National Postal Mail Handlers Union. Local 30 Wait, which covers Delaware. Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He says. Giant mail sorting machines that have already been removed aren't coming back. The trend facility took out 60 VCs machines, which sorts mail there not being returned. They're just not going to perceive with removing the other three. The loss of those machines now is a concern, says Gibson, because they also sort mail in ballots because of the pandemic. New Jersey is mailing ballots to everyone, and Gibson thinks not having these machines will slow down processing. Times. The steps that have been taken initially by the postmaster general have led to the slowing of the mail deliveries. No doubt about it. Ohio is another politically important state this election and at least one case, they're postal workers say equipment they thought would just be unplugged and covered with a tarp was instead dismantled and stored outside exposed to the elements. Ensuring it can't be used again. On top of these changes. Union official Gibson says the Corona virus pandemic also has slowed mail delivery. He says absenteeism among his members was up to 50% in spring, he says that's improving and has been cut in half. Still, even with change is suspended and workers coming back. Some voters like Yumi Kwan near Philadelphia are losing confidence that the Postal Service can ensure their votes will be counted and I going to get my mail in ballots on time. If I mail my ballots really get there on time. Voting is important to Quan. She's not a fan of President Trump, who won Pennsylvania four years ago by a narrow margin. With the Corona virus. She doesn't want to risk missing election day. Like if I get physically sick and I have to be hospitalized, I will not be able to go and vote. She signed up for a mail in ballot but has decided it will be best to deliver it in person. Jeff

Don't pass judgement until I'm done. He carried the words with hints of respect and Danny's. Felt wrong to not at least listen to him. And so. I wish I'd be more of a cynical Jack. "To a Rothwell another interesting week the stock market interesting that's a good word for it it's interesting I I've heard people refer to it is it feels like a sci fi movie out yeah I've heard you know it's crazy but what what turns out to be on I'm pace being that one of the worst weeks in the stock market since two thousand eight yeah but the good news is Jan can I be someone that it kind of brings good news yes please do my god right so use it right now things are so weird and wonky I think we need to be reminded there is good news there is good news I mean in the end the media I get it they have to read a report their job and into what they do but at the same token in reality look there are some positives in here's a positive we have clients in people that are contacting us still in our our team the featured visors is meeting with people virtually you know via a zoom meeting go to meeting you know Citrix of good old fashioned phone conversation right I would say in this day and age there's so many ways to connect you don't have to see somebody face to face face to face is nice but right now yeah we can we can chat from a distance because social distance and still chat absolutely in in their different things that we can do well doing that did you actually use this as our advantage right absolutely and we've talked about this in the past about the difference chan between tax planning in in tax preparing and just picture this okay so just a month ago I'm just use rough numbers because the things bounce around on a daily basis like like a pinball machines hello what what I'm saying today could be totally different by Monday yeah so but but neither here nor there the point is that the markets don't call it whatever thirty percent thirty five percent from where it was just thirty days ago yeah roughly right so this could be a very good time to do some Roth conversions for instance yes right because if the market was you know thirty thirty five percent higher thirty days ago why not you know look at paying taxes on your account yeah by the way when you do a conversion you don't have to just get out your checkbook and write that right so you could do a conversion from the existing account balance as it is war maybe did a conversion if you have some extra cash on the side you know what that that stuff not even do the taxes it's not even going to be due for another thirteen months anyway exactly so that's something that you can look at you know down the road however that you just picture this if the market fell that quick in and once good news comes about and things you know stand at this start to come back on the horizon once some of the good news comes back and if we see a bungee cord snapped back so to speak that all the sudden the market kind of visas back up you know in a short time horizon as that market starts going back up the games are going up tax free in a Roth exactly right so so just think about if if if if you want to get some of the taxes out of the way women would be a good time to get the taxes out of the way I'm thinking like right now yeah this this could be a very good time to get taxes out of the way and kinda put him off to the side pay the taxes and then catch it backwards or because right now you're talking about the markets being my gosh three the last deal three years of gains vaporized inside of a month yeah right three years gone in thirty days but but I am optimistic that again get some attacks so the way in and we could see that come back in a very short period of time Bob but all tax free in other words pay the taxes while slow and then reboot the games when they go back up to the high being being tax free exactly and and I would also say sends a lot of people are you know hunker down and sheltering at home and just not going out well you got time on your hands so why not take care of this stuff you literally have got some time on your hands so you know get if you want to watch cute videos that's great but why not take care of you from the state yes yes this is true they there's only so much Netflix you can watch yes at some point you're gonna watch everything on Netflix and then where will you be yeah exactly so every season the Seinfeld and whatever the heck you go back and through but at some point that's it but by the way I just want to throw this out there with everything that's going on to our listeners we have a great report that's well worth the time reading it's it's called you know what to do in a down market okay what what to do in a down market you can get this free report all you have to go to now what Chicago dot com so now what Chicago dot com and you can download this free report it's sitting there waiting for you yeah right thing there Reid I think it's chock full of some good information it's Tieline that's for sure timely can help settle your mind also kind of talk through you know the the the landscape a little bit with this you know what to do well I think this also helps because there are so many things that make us feel right now across the board like work like they're out of our control and this is a way of nothing else for you to feel like okay I may not have control over a lot of things but I can control this yes and that could be well okay a good mental health thing actually if you have a sense of a little bit of power a little bit of control and it's going to help you in the long run hundred percent I mean genuine the amount and with everything going on you'd be blown away the amount of people that we are helping take advantage use this situation yes to your advantage right yeah there there are people out there when the market's going down there they're shorting the market they're making money in there profiting on the volatility well well there's other things you can do you can profit on the taxation right yeah because as the taxes in it again if if taxes are inevitable on our IRA's for one case that kind of stuff down the road why not take advantage of it when you see something drop that fast that much yeah my gosh get the taxes of the week is here's the other thing I get it I understand the federal government they're trying to do everything in their power to kinda prop this up you know economy up and keep everything intact they get it but generally if you question if if if they're gonna sign off on you know of a trillion dollars of a dollar you know additional money in and I understand it they're talking about getting a thousand dollars per adults back into you know that the country it said Richard young trillion dollars in more to come but the chance that money has to come from somewhere yeah yeah if this isn't a freebie they're just firing up the printing press at all yeah here we go read more yeah no magically appearing out of thin air it's coming somewhere yes if that's the case fire up you know fifty trillion and make it more money for everybody right yeah so the the point is that money and I understand why I totally get it but that money's going to come from somewhere you know it's coming from yeah yeah that's right again yeah person that is a taxpayer is gonna end up seeing more taxes it's inevitable I get it's that for the greater help everybody understand what if that's the case in taxes rising are inevitable why would we not you know use this as our advantage number one and number two help protect ourselves from the rising taxes that are inevitably coming exactly so and here's the thing the stock market has you know been pummeled over the whole corona virus thing called you know cold at nineteen and although you don't have control over what's next on Wall Street and what next week may look like but you do have control over one thing it could potentially make up for any losses you suffered in the stock market literally minutes your taxes in retirement in while again this market you know is is well below its all time highs now this could be your opportunity right now to get a windfall of savings now we'd like to help you you know learn how to use some preventative tax planning strategies that can help you literally save a small fortune in retirement with our free tax reduction analysis so how does this work we will meet with you our team of fiduciary advisors will meet with you virtually yes from that right so from for your safety from the comfort of your own home all you need Jenny is a computer laptop iPad could be your smartphone yeah in the end you'll meet with us virtually.

"Hey now I am bureau host ric and this episode with guest. Melissa Roy was recorded back in late February while there was ample concerned in regard to cove it at that time especially in a place like China in much of the world. Business went about as normal in fact. I left Bangkok on March. Second to start an eight week trip. That would take the Berlin for two conferences West Africa for a month and then a couple of weeks in Yerevan for my annual visit. All these plans were made in vain. My to conferences and Berlin were cancelled including travel massive form. As I was on my flight after Bruin then went and met my friends. Indycar for the start of our road trip on March fifteenth on her first day Gambia. We had a team dinner where we decided to cancel the trip into leave. Banjul the following day. While I was really disappointed in just several more days this look like in the stupid decision borders inflates began to close and cancel like dominoes. I'm now in Bangkok self quarantining. And of course social distancing prior to the STREP trip I recorded and finished episodes April May and June but made sense to re record this opening introduction to be more attuned to current situations. You're taking us to places which are really challenging locations so first of all I want to check in with you and see you're doing and how things are in the UK May personally I'm fine. actually been Last week so who knows what that actually What that actually is but as far as Healthwise the team The guy on the stuff that we use the countries who many people may have met whilst in in other circumstances of fine and obviously the you know the reality of the world has changed kind of shown travel leisure To be as important as it radiates in the in the grand scheme of life which is which is not that important but generally weight. Well I hope you'll your cash flow vic. Thanks James Yep am self quarantining and social distancing as we speak so this covert thing just seemed to really accelerate very quickly When things really started hitting the fan were any of your trips In action at that point. Did you have to close trips out early? Evacuate People What was the situation? Yeah exactly what I think. The the weekend of I think it was the fourteenth fifteenth of March around that weekend Things inching to accelerate very quickly. We had a good trip to Syria Which was due to start on that weekend and we we with. I think about thirty six hours before it started really had a couple of guests had arrived in Lebanon on that trip. We had a good trip to south. Sudan was finishing event that we can. We had one guest Continuing onto a national park in the far south of South Sudan and we had to call him back early to make sure he could leave Juba Juba F. O. Had a tip from someone from the UN that the EPA was going to close on Monday night so we had to get that person out at one of our team who was on that trip Is is accusing self contained in South Africa at the moment So yet that we can things did seem to. Things did accelerate Very quickly and as soon as we sold that we we did anticipate that travel was going to be restricted due to coke in nineteen With with total guests trips coming up at the we had concerned we wanted to in this situation but that we candidate accelerate very fast. As I'm sure you will what How was it with you around that time it? Yeah somewhat of a similar circumstance timeline wise. I was in Senegal Gambia. Over March fifteenth or so Sunday In after we crossed into Gambia on the evening of the fifteenth Me In the fellow. Travelers IS WITH. We kind of had a team dinner and we cancelled we build on our month trip to. West Africa and flew home on the sixteenth Monday and got a directly direct flight OUTTA Gambia to to Turkey and onwards to Bangkok James so just give us kind of a brief update of the trips that were already in place so to speak but How's this affecting untamed borders right now. What's what's this mean to the business. I mean the May decide Travel any description in the show. Possibly to medium-term is just not going to happen and when travel begins it will be you know. People start traveling again Who knows when that will start at who knows when that will stop being to some of the areas that we We guided so for the moment We people with upcoming trips. Having given the option to to cancel to move their trips to late nights. We've got people who've moved onto trips towards the end of twenty twenty meeting trips into twenty twenty one so we're planning We're hoping that we will be able to resume in the in the medium term but we Planning the tangle this will be solid enough and resilience enough to take a long pause out and ready to go it again. Um whenever trouble begins as you know. I've got extremism connection especially with Afghanistan Pakistan and when travel begins again will be will be guiding again It might mean that. Have to do some other. Bits and bobs and make ends meet and things like that in the meantime But we back. We will be guiding assumes. We're able to

"It the allegedly BJ Penn. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you Virga. All right time now for the sound off. Whereas Danny's Agoura who thinks he's LT day on Instagram just out there. Posting all his highlights. They're breaking. All right. We're going to do some two parts. I don't know if we have to play the intro twice. But does it really matter? Yeah. We we can skip the we don't need to play the intro twice. All right. So you heard the calls view screen them. You got them ready for today's show. I did tell me about them. They're pretty good. We got a lot of submissions lot of late submissions. I mean guys getting get the main on Sunday night because you know, Monday mornings at ten minutes before the show starts a lot of people. Do that on Mondays man. I've noticed that I left a message telling him it's like probably not gonna make the cut. It's it's kinda hard to, you know, get all that sorted out last minute so adamant early and. Yeah. Early bird gets the worm. Exact or I will. Let's get started with UFC, Wichita. Okay. We'll do it. What did you think about the Ben Rothwell decision? You think he got robbed? You know, I wasn't scoring that in real time. It looked to me like then clearly took the third and definitely did the better damage. I know that Rothwell was cut and so he was bleeding, but he just seemed to me to be doing the better damage overall. But I've not looked at the stats, and honestly, I didn't really start asking myself who was winning until halfway through the third. Yeah. And halfway through the third Rothwell was was chewing them up. I guess I was surprised, but I couldn't go to the mat Danny and make a real argument about either guy. What about you? Yeah. I thought he took. I thought he took the second and third. But I mean, the the type it was tight, but it wasn't. It wasn't like tight enough for me to be like, oh, you know. I don't know who was going to get it. I thought going into it. I'm like oh bet. Ben Rothwell should get it up. But the fact that it went the other way like I'm not surprised with with the judging like me. I'm not surprised. There was a couple of strange calls Marian Renault not even getting one full judge's scorecard. That one surprise me a little bit about the tune started tuning in for the main card. So I didn't get to to watch a lot of prelims. I'll catch up on the prelims on like her losing is not a scandal. It was just that. She only won one round on all three judges scorecards. I found that a little surprising to be candid with you. All right. I mean, I I mean, it is what it is. Right. I guess so it is what it is. That's probably the most used the sentence in MA lingo. I guess they go through phases for a while there. It was in the mix. You know? Now, we're off to it is what it is trending in a good direction. I also. Oh, yeah. Right. Yeah. I will talk about judging now, right? Danny Wallace from Orlando Florida calling. I personally think that the judge has made a horrible decision with Ben Rothwell in blue Goi even off I especially if stripes were pretty much, even and Rothwell was doing almost all of the advancing..

"Is big news in agriculture. Today's. Scientists have sequenced the genome for wheat, which is big deal because the wheat genome is barely a beast just genetically like big. So it's a great science story, but it's got huge economic implications as well. Think crops and food and feeding a hungry planet marketplace's jed Kim has that one. We is the most widely planted cereal crop fighting about a fifth of the calories humans eat. But while our population is growing land isn't John fellers is a wheat molecular biologist for the US department of agriculture or just trying to feed the population is facing us, and we've got to be able to improve the way that we increase the yield. Potential of these lines plans to use less water grow more product, or tolerate salty or soils. Developing new week takes time. However, usually more than ten years, having a mapped sequence could cut in half how long it takes to get the commodity to market, and it can make the crop more attractive since the early two thousands, many farmers have ditched wheat to grow better moneymakers. Like corn, Kelly ever. Soul is executive director of the international group that did the sequencing. There's not any profitability from an industry standpoint in wheat because they're one off these advanced tools. The sequenced genome will also speed development of genetically modified wheat, but global resistance to GMO's may put a check on that kind of investment. Jason lust teaches agricultural economics at Purdue. There is worry about how our trading partners may respond, whether they'll they'll accept we that's been produced with some of these technologies right now, there are no commercial lines of GMO wheat on the market.
