And I think it sets the same thing with impressions. You hear it. And you want to replicate it. And how do I replicate it? First, I got a physical eye. So Lexus seen it all. She's seen a lot of, uh, stars. She's seen a lot of fans. She's seen a lot of fans with stars. She's seen a lot of stars roll their eyes at fans. So, uh Hmm. Yes, that's true. So, pop culture friends. We're going to give you a tutorial on what not To do And what to do if you ever do a meet and greet with a celebrity, right? Right, Lex, right? Yes. Well, this is prompted from Crypto Conover last weekend, three day show Big horror convention here and and some things that we saw, I thought, Oh, It's probably be good to talk about this, um at some point because there's there's some Some people who just step over the line getting again. You don't want to be that person, right? No. So what I did was because we are vendors, so I'll kind of see it from a distance. But I texted two of my girlfriends Mayor and Lisa, who work closely with the celebrities. They're professionals. They've been doing it for years and years And I asked What things What? No nose, do you see? When dealing with celebrities at comic cons and their fans. What should we be looking out for? So I'm just gonna Get right into what they said, because there's some really good stuff for this, Um So, uh, when so, just if you if you're not familiar with the con world comic con world, there's a there's celebrities that will come. They're paid to be that you pay to get their signature or take a picture with them or they'll do a recording. There's combo platters a whole bunch of different things, depending on You know what they have to offer? And then there's usually a handler. That's with the con that takes the money. That kind of keeps people going if they need a slight shoved out of the way kind of thing for the next person. Exactly And so and then some. Some just handle it themselves. It really just depends on how they feel, or there's kind of style. But usually there's a quota that they have to reach that they're kind of guaranteed to be there. And if they don't, then the con will cover the difference. Um, and so, in order to make sure that that happens, there's usually someone there so When you go up to them, Um, Here's what Mayor says, she says when looking at their pictures. Don't touch them because they'll have a table of pictures that, like usually like a eight by 10 that they'll sign for you, depending with their characters. Don't touch the pictures. Don't touch them. Touch them. No touchy. When you buy them, they'll grab it. They'll sign it for you, and then you can touch it. Don't touch it before everyone and go right because they'll have a variety. Of shots that you can pick different characters. Uh, let's see, she says. Be patient. If they're chatty, they'll also be chatty with you. But don't overdo it. Yeah, don't stand there, because that's what I saw with the Ross Marquand, who plays Aaron on the walking dead. Well, a bunch of other characters, too. But there was a family that started showing a video. There was at least four minutes. No, no, no. Finally, the dance like Oh, let me pause this and let the people go. He was the highlight or one of the highlights of the whole con so Another thing that she said I didn't realize this, but don't set your drink on the table. You might, it might spill. That seems like a no brainer thing. But don't do that. Oh, yeah, Because if it does, then you're ruining. Yeah, Okay. All those photos could be gone. Okay? She says try and be informed of what they have been in. It helps with the conversation starter. Yeah, Well, there is that there is that. Why are you in light of the first place, But okay. She says. Don't call them by a character name. Oh, I don't like that. So don't go up in Mike, if it's Patrick Duffy Hi, Bobby. Yeah, right. This is a big one. I have seen this happen. Don't do this. Don't give the stars scripts. Their agents deal with that and don't ask to be passed along for acting jobs. Here is my info. I want to be an actor. Here's my card. Here's my resume or my CV or whatever that's called. Oh, you mean because I wouldn't. Oh, because when you first said don't have him a script I thought you meant don't have them a script to get autographed. Don't hand them a script to be like. Hey, you wrote that you wrote this. You can tell that a lot of people wanted to work with kirkman on this. A lot of people in the walking dead family wanted to work with kirkman on this. They got steven. Jahn as mark grayson. Sandra oh's debbie grayson mark's mother j. k. Simmons plays nolan grayson. Mark's father the most powerful superhero. We've got a group here of you. Dan asked and everybody that was involved. I'd already made plans with you guys. So i was not going to let an interview with clancy brown get in the way of that because you guys are more important and the listeners data the listeners people that would want to hear that interview there's more listeners that want to hear. Our thoughts are on the justice league and on the falcon winter soldier. And i'm not trying to blow myself and be like. Oh my god look at me for for turning in an interview and honestly jake nothing happened. We didn't turn anything down there. Their reps never got back to the people that were trying to set up the interviews and they still haven't like i have not heard anything back so if i were to cleared out my whole day for that interview and waited to hear back nothing would've happened and we would have had no episodes out that week. Not worth that risk at all..

He nor his twin brother survived the episode right. You know and i. I kind of liked that. I feel like we've kind of done this before where we've had this kind of big name actor or actress come onto the show and last like one episode. We're totally going to talk about the i. I'm definitely not but hurt that he died But i i just. I love robert patrick. He you you do need to go back and watch the talking dead. Because his Him and chris hardwick and got i was gonna say qari payton Seth gilliam on talking dead. Talking dead was better than walking dead. This week was hilarious. I actually feel super bad. I keep forgetting that talking. Dead is a thing because now i'm getting my media totally differently so i'm not getting it as you know talking dead following walking dead well and i feel like there was also a brief period of time where they really weren't doing it or was only available on amc plus and i had gotten nancy plus yet So yeah Definitely go back and watch talking dead. Because i there were two times where we were. I think we were supposed to laugh out loud on walking dead this episode and i didn't i didn't think there were that funny. Talking dead was hilarious. And when i tell you. I said robert patrick seth gilliam and chris hardwick okay so it was only three people. Oh no ross. Marquand was on and so was one of our writers okay and so it was a it was a full cast but The the by play between Robert and chris. And seth was just hilarious. Robert and seth basically took over the show for about ten minutes. Nice it was funny. It was really funny So and then Chris got a little bit of his. Yeah yeah's out about his fan blowing with Patrick and he got him to do that. The terminator two t. one t. One thousand run. Yeah yeah t one housing. Yeah if the end so that was adorable and he was also geeking out. Because i guess they did. Some voice acting together And instead of like you know the voice actors doing it individually in sound studios. They did it at you know at at the table. Read and chris said that. Like he's like i. I could tell you now but like i like the entire time i was. He's like i was geeking out the entire time in my head and so robert patrick was just. He was so gracious and flatter. He's just. I was like that when an actor is really gracious like that..
