A judge has delayed a decision on whether a report should be released on the handling of two student sexual assaults at loudoun county public schools. During a pretrial hearing for former superintendent Scott ziegler, judge James Fisher says he wants to read it first. That's according to the loudoun times mirror, Fisher has to decide if the report should be released or if it's protected by attorney client privilege. The Virginia attorney general's office wants the report as part of its prosecution of ziegler in December's igloo was fired and indicted on conflict of interest and false publication charges after he was accused of lying about his awareness of sexual assaults and school bathrooms. New works on 66 is going to be east bell before 29 senator left lane getting by west boundaries you'll find the pinch point after cub run heading past the manassas rest area towards ugly road. That is one of the right to get by. And there's work inside the beltway westbound 66 near the roslin tunnel with the right lane getting you by there. 95 southbound still very sluggish past the work zone near one 23. It's a right land to get by your delays begin as you leave lorton and try to get across the quad river bridge. In Maryland, a pinch point has been discovered northbound Baltimore, Washington Parkway. You're diverted up to route 50. Now as you approach not only street had a short works and in the right lane and then the next one as you cross over the beltway, headed toward falls church there, you can buy the work zone single file to the left. The good news is as of late, they have not stopped traffic in a work since the traffic seems to be moving okay there, but keep in mind you are down to a single lane to the left there and actually you're kind of squeezing the left shoulder there as you go by. So much clear that inside the Balboa you're in good shape all the way up through roslin and the Roosevelt bridge no other incident in situation. That's at least some good news there. On the eastbound side, no reported delays, no work zones at all as you travel between haymarket and the roslin tunnel on 95 nice and quiet now overnight work is done, the one disabled vehicle we had their deal city long gone now, quiet ride on the dulles connector road, the eastbound ramp to the inter loop steel out of commission because of the overnight work. In Maryland, one outstanding work zone, it's going to be northbound on the Baltimore Washington Parkway after one 97 as you cruise through Laurel with a single right lane to get you by with little or no delay because we have little or no volume. Back to Virginia, we go 95 northbound slugging it out in northbound after falmouth, right like getting by not a great deal of volume and even less delay trying to get through the work zone, but don't go flying through there like it's the back straight at Daytona back off the speed as you move through the work zone northbound 95 after falmouth you'll adapt to do it again your Dale City exit one 56 dork batters that are single right lane there as well on three 95. We had crash activity to try to get the update here. It looks like we still do have crash activity on three 95 dork that on the ramp to go west on edsel road. That's exit two B we'll skip the Hamlet jokes and the crash activity has one sliding off the ramp and the ramp is blocked as a result. On the southbound side, no reported delays, 66 outside the beltways where the action is for the work, it's going to be after the fairfax county Parkway with the left lane getting by, then closer to the manassas rest area down with single right lane in the main travel lanes as you head for sudley road, east bounders, no apparent work zones all the way from haymarket to the roslin tunnel. Beltway work outer loop after the GW Parkway is still two to the right to get by then outer loop after Leesburg plank with a single right lane getting by inner loop after Georgetown pike you're two left to get past the works on heading for the legion bridge. Washington DC Metro to replace 130 escalators at more than 30 stations
"Completed an eight year long project that replaced Ah 145 escalators and rehabilitated about 153 of them. Then started repairing 89 escalators throughout the system will now we've learned Metro is going to begin replacing more than 100 escalators and dozens more station soon. The transit agency will spend $179 million over the next seven years on the new project, it will replace 130 escalators in 32 metro rail stations beginning in May. Escalators at the Roslin Dupont Circle and Tenley Town stations are being replaced. Those are among the longest escalators in the system.
