"Miracle is taking place in the United States. And the only thing that can stop it. Our foolish wars politics or ridiculous partisan investigations. And you do realize that's just weapons-grade bullcrap. Right. I mean on the one anti says the economy's doing better than any time in our history. And then on the other hand, he said investigations will destroy this great accommodate economy. Well, guess what? There have been investigations going on for two frigging years. And yet the economy is the best it's ever been anybody. See the disconnect slash lie there. I mean, why can't you brain dead? Trump. Pots figure out these blatant and gigantic lies for yourself or do you? And you just don't care. Why can't you see that with every lie? He tells you he's playing for rubes dupes, and suckers and Purley. That's exactly what you are. Which is exactly what he needs you to be. He needs you to Perret the line ho investigations do bad for the economy and still believe the economy is the best in history despite two years of investigations. What is wrong with you? And the look on Pelosi's faced after this remark was just priceless. The only place the investigation by the special counsel is a partisan one is deep within the bowels of the right wing media. And when the camera panda, the new chairman of the house intelligence committee. He would just sitting there with this little grin on his face. Let us never forget had Trump not fire then FBI director James Comey, and then admitted to NBC's Lester Holt on live television that he fired call me over the Russia investigation and then told the two Russian spies in the Oval Office quote. I just fire the head of the FBI. He was crazy. A real nut job faced great pressure because of Russia that's taken up and quote. They're most likely never would've been a special council investigation, again, another self-inflicted wound Trump brought upon himself because he has no control. So once again, president snowflake whiny crybaby that he is had to blame partisanship for that self-inflicted wound plus pay it's not cool to ever publicly criticised. Dear cult leader. So let's criticize Komi Rosenstein Muller. Instead. Idiots. In what you just heard Trump say sounded familiar, it should have I would like to add a personal word with regard to an issue that has been of great concern to all Americans over the past year. "We also have this is one of the best weekends of the year for National Football League. By the way, we talked about this earlier NFL is it's not all the way back, but it's trending back. And you know, why that is Donald Trump? Donald trump. I may not be exaggerating. It. Donald Trump helped to save the NFL. Remember when all that kneeling began all the protesting. The flag began there was one person of any consequence that mocked it made fun of it protested it and tried to stop it. And that was President Trump. Have he not? It would still be happening. The league would not have been able to do anything about it league would have been afraid to do anything about a league would have tried to solve it by allowing it to continue. But paying off people to try to get them to stop it and so forth. Attendance would have continued to drop TV ratings would have continued to drop, but Trump called it out criticized it for what it was and brought the kneeling to a screeching halt, stop the protests of the flag during the national anthem and the fans are returning to the NFL primarily through television ratings now game attendance regular season. There were still some some fans disguised there is empty seats. But the TV ratings are starting to trend back and fans are free to be fans of the game. You don't have to worry about tuning in listening to sports announcers, preach to you about politics and social Justice at all this garbage. Nobody wants to hear about watching football or baseball or hockey basketball doesn't matter. So this weekend has returned to the fans and you've got you've got the divisional playoffs. Going on now. And the championship games will be next week. And these are some good games on C. Let's see. Let's see. Let's see if I can remember this tomorrow night. Eight o'clock game is the Rams and the Cowboys tomorrow afternoon is a weight. Hang on a minute. Let me let me read this real quickly here, folks. Let me check something here. I don't have it memorized. It is. Yeah. The chiefs and a culture tomorrow afternoon at four thirty five and then the Rams and Cowboys tomorrow night, then Sunday at one o'clock is the chargers at the raiders and in Philadelphia and New Orleans the four thirty game on Sunday afternoon. And this this is one of the. A few years. The New England Patriots have not been the number one. See they still going to bite week. But the chargers are given a half decent chance to beat the patriots on Sunday which. Is unusual. It's going to be thirty six degrees are going to be tough for the chargers. But you know, the chargers are nine and oh on the road this year. Including a home game. They played in. In London Robert Mueller, the special counsel C N in just hoping and praying I told you yesterday when I think this report is going to be thank Muller's working on the reporting. We've got a pretty good indication here that it's I he just asked for the grand jury to be kept open under six months. So I don't think the wind down is imminent. But if I had to randomly guess what what is what this is going to be. I think since there isn't any collusion between Trump and Russia. The report is going to stress that there was Russian meddling. They can't they can't not report that everybody in their ankle in Washington believes, it's true. It. It's it's I think it's bogus the idea that Russia having to do with the outcome of the two thousand sixteen election is an insult to everybody's intelligence. There is simply no way and even Rosenstein Muller in the indictments that they have made against Russian internet. Trolls have made it plain that not one vote was changed and the outcome of no election was affected that doesn't matter the media and the Democrats and everybody in this game have been reporting for two years or more that the Russians meddled in the. So they can't not report that that is going to form the foundation the report Russian meddling, even though it amounted to zilch. But they're gonna report it there is no collusion between Trump and Russia. So what they're going to say is that Trump's naievety his lackadaisical attitude. His arrogance incompetence the fact that he's got no business being president that he had no business being nominated in Nabil's the Russians they get away with meddling. That's how I think they're going to do it. And then I think Muller is going to pivot to obstruction of Justice and say that even though Trump was so dumb instant. These will not be words that Muller uses. But it'll be how they're interpreted and even though Trump was so unprepared. And so out of his league. And so incompetent and naive at the Russians were able to metal Trump still got worried. Referring to Muller as a witch hunt in a hoax, and so they're going to then say F CNN's reporting here that Trump attempted to obstruct the investigation. By firing Komi and by saying things in public that no responsible citizen of Washington will ever say. There would not be serious criticism of the investigator among serious people that would never happen, and they will. The CNN story. Here says that Muller has been making note of every word Trump has said in speeches at rallies at press conferences, and is categorizing them as potential attempts to obstruct Justice. And so the report will no doubt site certain things that Trump has said that the investigator will say were attempts to sway a possible jury. That were attempts to intimidate potential witnesses. I think this is what this report is going to be they can't afford after all this time. They can't afford to issue. A report basically says we didn't find anything no independent counsel ever has and certainly not this collection of snakes for Muller to Andrew Weissmann. I mean, they're they're they're practically in a recent column by Sydney Powell. The author of licensed ally. Has basically accused them of torturing Paul Manafort. Of slowly killing him by keeping him in solitary confinement. Not allowing him any visitors including from his lawyers. He hasn't done anything to warrant solitary. But she makes the point that they're essentially driving him crazy. Because they can. Manafort, didn't do anything the indictments against Manafort have nothing to do with Russia collusion. Trump the election any of this the latest this is this is so specious at even mentioned it the story a couple of days ago that Manafort shared polling data with a Russian oligarch. Did you see that story? You've probably wondered why you're hosted mentioned, I'll tell you. Why? It's because it's nothing. It's zilch zero NADA. Okay. So manafort's. The president is running the campaign chairman of campaign Trump camp. He's got some polling shares it with the Russian oligarch. Some this is collusion. Give me a break this is meddling sharing. Polling data that's going to be made public. Anyway. Let's extent of what they've got. So I think this is where they go to CNN, of course, is holding out desperate hope and their story is Robert Muller writes, this report, a potential battle brews over obstruction of Justice. Robert Muller wraps up his Russia probe investigators have focused on conflicting public statements by Trump and his team that could be seen as an effort to influence witnesses and obstruct Justice. According to anonymous people familiar with the investigation. So just when you thought Muller couldn't stretch the definition of crimes any Ferber are all buddies at CNN reporting, his investigators are focused on public statements by Trump and his aides as potential obstruction of Justice. CNN goes on to say, the lion of questioning adds to indications that Muller views false or misleading statements to the press or to the public as obstruction of Justice. So the president not telling the press everything they wanna know wolves obstruction of Justice CNN says that prosecutors have dropped hints that they had that they view public statements is possibly key in influencing what this is insane. This is ABC Jackley insane. I'll tell you. I fully expect all of this to collapse on these people because they don't have anything folks, they're having to manufacture things like fo-. Obstruction of Justice. Grab sound byte number twenty one changing gears. Lisa Murkowski, I this is a lesson in what would be happening if we didn't have Donald Trump in the White House. Lisa Murkowski, Republican Senator from Alaska. He just wants to shut down. Terrible. It's so bad. We can't do everything we need to do. Just the end the shutdown. This is what would already happened. We can already chalk up a defeat. Were it not for Donald Trump? We want border security, I want border security. I think that the president's request for a comprehensive view of how we address this is not something so unreasonable. Let's figure that out. Let's walk through it. Let's do a short term.

"Which is why they didn't want to talk about it in front of cameras because they also know that the the American people don't agree with them. By and large the majority of American people disagree with open borders, but they don't. And that's why that night and some people got upset at us. So be it. That's why we were furious at the president when he gave Nancy and Chuck the out. Oh, we're all for border security. No, they're not stop it. Well, and don't give them the out and you're not gonna win. You're not gonna get anything. If you don't get this. Because forget about losing nobody even cares about the the Democrats were were their position. Or what the debate is in the media. It's now it's now at the door of your base. He corrected a misstep in December. You've got to go further, and you've got to show that you're gonna fight for the border wall. This is the one thing they got taxes done. They've got they've got two seated on the bench. You're going to have to without delay. And without hesitation. You're going to have to fight for this wall. And whether you get it, even or not. Isn't going to be the point. It's going to be whether or not your base believes you're fighting for it. Let us go to Warren in Scottsdale. Arizona. Warren, welcome you're on Red Eye Radio. Welcome to the show. Hi, hi. How you doing the reason I called you actually took the words out of my mouth. I actually was gonna talk about the border patrol what they should do since. President Trump's supposed to be meeting with Chuck Schumer Nancy Pelosi. He should have the top five to ten leadership people at the border patrol in uniform on camera with them. So that every time Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer decided to say why it's not needed the border patrol. I think knows a little bit better. We able to contradict him in front of millions of people on camera. That's number one. And the second thing I was calling about was your issue with the investigation. Jeff Sessions picked this Huber guy that you said not doing anything, and the fact is Huber is a democrat. And I'm still trying to figure out to the life of me watch sessions would pick a democrat to go investigate this about the whole thing with uranium one and the same people. That were involved in your rainy and one if and people that are involved in this whole Trump Russia investigation, it's only Rosenstein Muller and Weisman they were all involved in uranium one. So it's all just not the big smokescreen to block them for being found out. And there that's why they have people like Blumenthal. Every time something comes up. He starts trying to say that Donald Trump is trying to deflect away from the Muller investigation. But those remember remember it was Trump who renominated Huber he was he offered his resignation and Trump renominated him. So you know, you you look there. There's there's a lot of things that Trump is in control of and things that he has has done that people get get upset about. But look he he has information right now that can start this whole ball rolling. He has the class of the declassified information that he has not release. I has claimed the American public might not be able to handle it which was bogus to begin with. We disagreed with him when he said that, but he would use it if they came after him, which we thought was completely and totally inappropriate release it. So the American people know what happened? And if it gets the ball rolling to go further it gets the ball rolling to go further. Well, because if he's saying he'll use it to defend himself. Then clearly he knows it won't hurt him. You're not gonna use it to defend yourself. If it's going to be damaging. So if you're saying that is the case then that tells us there's nothing damaging to you release it now. Don't wait and don't wait for Muller to have the side show. And and and the main spotlight by issuing some kind of bogus report that points in a certain direction and creates doubt and cloud over your head forever. But never actually does anything because that's what actually a lot of people on the left were expecting to happen. And politically that can be just as damaging because the liberal media is going to carry the water for the Muller investigative team. Eight six six ninety redeye. We'll be right.

"These are panic moves. It's clear as day impeachments not going to happen. We went back to Senate Trump gave his answers to the Muller probe. They clearly what what not what Muller wanted Muller was hoping Manafort would work out and admit there was collusion. He didn't he was hoping Coursey would work out and admit that works collusion WikiLeaks. He did he was hoping stone would work out there was collusion, Roger stone. He did his final hole was Michael Cohen. He's got nothing on Cohen either. Now, he needs to shut Cohen down because Colwyn knows a key piece of the dossier. That makes a true or false his trip to Prague is false. How does Cohen? Oh that because Cohen never went to Prague. So we forced his cO went into a plea deal shuts this guy down. These are panic moves. Punk nothing. So now, what does he do? Now, he needs to write a report because he's not going to have any indictable impeachable charges. But the report has to be politically damaging he's going to scoop up as much negative or truck did a deal in rusher. Negative information get so what Lille about that? This report is going to be politically damaging because Muller's purpose now is clearly to get Trump enough political damage done to him during the democrat primary season that the report will be fodder for what show twenty plus democrat candidates running for office. You can use it daily against Trump. These are panic moves. Finally on the Clinton foundation this raid. I don't think it's good news, folks. I think it's a bureau DOJ effort to get their hands on really damaging Hillary information to allow the FBI the DOJ and all of the players involved, Rosenstein Muller and everyone else to craft the defense. Because they must understand that. The I g has it. Bad stuff. That's all right.

"Imagine just falling down in your hands and knees and begging Donald Trump, not to tweet it. To set up a gofundme turn the capsule. Give me the nickname. Oh God. Mr. Trump big signs too. Oh, you know. Oh, we should have been hanging out more. We hung out more. I'd never did put us put dozens position Trump. Sorry, I hate to call me Roddy would supporters of my God that gave you a bad once again, once again. So what this cowardly lion, it's it's like cowardly lion and freida had a baby, which honestly is not a bad. Tally from south park, then let's move on what happens to the Russian vestich in if Rosenstein is fired. So there seems to be some debate about this, but it will likely be overseen by the solicitor general who's next Senate confirmed just department official in line. But there's a question if he would need to recuse himself because his old law firm is tied up in this thing too, and then it would go to Stephen Engle the assistant attorney for the office of legal counsel. But this also revolves around whether he fires Rosenstein or sign resigns piece. Then Trump could use the federal vacancies act to put someone in his place, but it's do that if he was resigned. But not if there's confusion if I was him if he can use that for that, but it doesn't clear what happens even if he does resign and someone puts end they put someone into that position whether it would still go to France. Yeah, it's very confusing. The one thing we know for sure is these Justice department regulations, these things are up being, but they are being. Taken there. Let's see how good these things were. Let's let's let's read team these these. Yeah, man. So then the question is whoever ends up in that position. What happens to Muller in the investigation touch Bertrand bro today? Muller would still have broad authority regardless of who would replace Rosenstein Muller would still have brought a thirty to conduct the probe as he sees fit federal guidelines mandate that the special counsel quote shall not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any officials department, but his replacement would still have the power to stymie the probe by deeming certain investigative or prosecutorial steps, quote inappropriate or unwarranted. Yes, rain. Again, again, these guidelines very, who knows because the original mandate for Muller is incredibly broad. It's like look into collusion and any associated crimes that come out of your investigation and you could scope that much more. It does seem like whatever happened, whether Muller gets fired, whether investigation is Kurt tailed, that this ends up in court probably ends up in front of potential Justice Cavanaugh. Which is another this whole thing. There was an episode of the daily podcast you should not listen to but make an exception. No, it was a fantastic episode that talk to the person that wrote these guidelines. Now, these guidelines were written cut ya'll. I think. I'm I'm Barbara stand, but basically, you know, the independent counsel. "With the new argument against impeachment. As you know, Republicans are eager to use impeachment Steve Bannon Zeman pushing this as a tool to to rile up the base and get them excited that you must protect the Trump presidency at all costs. And that's why you have to get out and vote this fall because if Democrats win the house, the very well could be impeachment a motivating argument, no doubt he the president in this Fox News interview put on an additional layer of a why people should be concerned about impeachment take a listen. I don't know how you can feed somebody who's done a great job. I'll tell you what if I ever got a peach, I think the market would crash. I think everybody would be very poor because without this thinking, you would see you would see numbers that you wouldn't believe in reverse. Forget the part where you said that he's done a great job so he doesn't know how you can be peach. Those two things have nothing to do with each other. But this notion that the. Market would crash, and I think everybody would be very poor. Everybody would be very poor. If President Trump gotten peach, he provides no evidence for this. In fact, I don't think the markets went down when Bill Clinton was impeached, but. Donald Trump firmly believes that everybody will be poor if he's impeached. So again, grasping at straws trying to find an argument that works. The other thing that he made sure to spend some time on in the Fox News interview was his continued anger palpable frustration with Jeff Sessions. He's handpicked attorney general, take a listen to him yet. Again, railing against his attorney general. I'll tell you what. As I've said, I wanted to stay uninvolved, but when everybody sees what's going on in the Justice department was put Justice. Now with quotes, it's very, very sad day Jeff Sessions, recused themselves, which he shouldn't have done or should have told me even my enemies say that Jeff Sessions should have told you that he was going to recuse himself, then you wouldn't have put him in. He took the job and then he said, I'm going to recuse myself. I said, what kind of a man is this? And by the way he was on the campaign. You know, the only reason I gave him the job because I felt loyalty. He was an original supporter. He was on the campaign. He knows there was no collusion. So the only reason v only reason nothing to do with Jeff Sessions qualifications for the job. The only reason according to President Trump that he gave him the job is he felt loyalty because he was an original supporter. And again, one s to ask, how does Jeff Sessions get up every day and do his job when the president is completely railing against him this way, though it is worth noting that he says he wanted to stay on involved and he still plans to stay on involved, which I think is not worth taking him at his word because he'd still talks about it a lot. Keep your eye on sessions, Rosenstein Muller and see if the president's making any moves there. It is one of the areas where Republicans on Capitol Hill, even John Cornyn this morning, the Senator from Texas the number two in the Senate Republican leadership warned the president stay away from session. That that would not be good. This is a former colleague of theirs. But also I think Republicans on Capitol Hill understand the severity of the president were to get rid of his attorney general or the deputy attorney general were Bob Muller at this moment in time. The other thing that the president said he is already disproved himself. I'm gonna play both pieces of tape for you. Take a listen to the president on Fox News trying to make the case that he did not know about the payments at the time of the payments. Did you know about the payments later on? I knew later on, but you have to understand what he did and they weren't taking out of campaign finance. That's a big thing. That's a much bigger thing. Did they come out of the campaign? They didn't come out of the campaign. They came from me and I tweeted about it..

"First place meta starter with you and i'd like you to have the last word all these people were talking about it seems to me and you and i've talked about this before sessions rosenstein muller are all going to go to work tomorrow they're all still getting paychecks with your knowledge of washington and current times what kind of triggering device would it be if any of the three of them got a pink slip tomorrow i think i think it would be it would be really hard for bob muller to get a pink slip tomorrow without going through rod rosenstein first so i think all eyes on rod rosenstein here as we said earlier jeff sessions i mean look he's recused from the russian investigation if he goes it certainly changes the dynamics i'm not sure that it that up ends anything but these are these are three men who obviously have decided that they are going to weather in a extremely unusual bit of intrusion the white house into just department of fairs rod rosenstein says that he cares deeply about protecting the muller investigation and so as the president likes to say we'll we'll see what happens to robert costa the shannon petty piece to meta puzo our thanks for starting off our broadcast tonight really appreciate it and coming up for us giuliani says he wants to be talking about komi and muller but his boss and friend the president keeps talking about jeff sessions new reporting tonight about the advice giuliani keeps repeating to the president these days and later in the midst of a nonstop news day and unexpected response from the white house press secretary are rare moment we witnessed in the briefing room that and more is our wednesday addition rolls along.

"Get to do his job is really important so i'm not willing to say you know we shouldn't worry about whether rod rosenstein muller remain in office and then you know this week i got concerned about compromises that rosenstein was making in order to keep things going this briefing that you know newness in paul ryan or getting separately from the gang of eight bipartisan briefings supposedly they are going to be two of those things happening i believe today and then this referral of trump's accusation about a spy in his campaign which doesn't seem to be any evidence of of spy but that's now going to the inspector general at the justice department and that was the sort of punting or compromise that rosenstein appeared to reach so that he wouldn't have to open a criminal investigation without any kind of real factual basis or resign to avoid doing that so there's all this monkeying with the mechanisms of government that protect independent investigations and i think it is important didn't i do also think though that from the point of view of like the american public and people who are not you know paying a lot of attention to all of this and care less about the abstract legal principles that like these stories about billion dollar contracts and the american government appearing to be up for sale like those are important too i i it's it's almost like there was a there was a significant number voters who voted for trump because they felt that hillary clinton was a corrupt person and they and they listen to trump say crooked crooked hillary and drain the swamp and you can have whatever views you one of.

"You sure about that his special counsel team is stacked with democrats and people who know the intimate details all the clinton scandal but yes he's going to use lawyers who represented people in the clinton scandal to go after the clintons that makes a world of sense folks by the way he also has personal relationships with does that make any sense to you now matt palumbo has unbelievable piece at my website today under the bunk this section up on gino dot com i will put in the show notes about the myth the myth and his facebook me which is making its way around facebook show that all muller trump is being investigated by republicans all rosenstein muller komi read the piece by matt i have a quick screen shot from it i'll read off to you matt did some good work on this is short piece but it's grant beat the show notes today not a single one this is from matt's piece of the seventeen publicly confirmed attorneys on muller's team is a registered republican yes but he's being investigated by all republicans except for the fact that none of them actually are nine of the seventeen registered democrat joe and at least ten of the seventeen members of the team confirm members of the special counsel investigating trump at least ten of the seventeen of made political donations to democrats including hillary clinton but yeah keep telling everybody with the stupid me on the internet that yes yes trump is being investigated only by republicans i'm sure that makes a lot of sense to you.

"To go then donald trump's tweet make sure everybody watches hannity he's clearly if not feeding that narrative at least support and jonathan this what he does all the time it's trial balloons he sees what sticks he's what doesn't stick this is not sticking because again talk about the reaction from the republicans on the hill especially senators when when people started talking about this this would be the moment where you think that some republicans who've been refusing to stand up to this president no matter what he has done this would be the line that would be too far and people have said to him when the rosenstein muller talk a few days ago popped up suddenly there was an effort to have a bay partisan support for legislation on the hill that would protect muller something to this point has not gone forward mitch mcconnell has not said he'd bring it to the floor just yet but there seems to be more of an effort to keep protect this sanctify this investigation and i think they're apps no one around the president thinks that firing him is a good idea except for maybe steve bannon sort of advice via the washington by the way i'd people saying that that was that was a one source story with steve bannon steve bannon says talking to white house of former white house insider who'd be steve bannon i that plot of getting that war room back together also has the way of putting not just defending the president but like steve bannon betty back they're doing something again that would destroy his presidency cording to the head of the judiciary committee republican meek and but donald trump i was obsessed on something right now.

"Recognizes would be problematic but look he he is often musing about firing any number of these people jeff sessions rod rosenstein muller you know the thing the investigation should we quote unquote shutdown is something that he has said on a near daily basis for for weeks if not months and most of his advisors have come to dismiss these instances as that's just how he talks sometimes it has gone further than that in the case that we wrote about from last summer it certainly did the case in december he was extremely angry and had to be talked off of it you know i it's easy to dismiss the idea that he might do any of these things except there was one time he did pull the trigger and that was james comey now that has not had great results for him clearly an and he might see that but it's why you can't just dismiss this as that's just him using morning with the president tweeted the russia should quote get ready because missiles will be coming which cost mentioned he also tweeted quote much of the bad blood with russia's caused by the fake incorrupt russia investigation headed up by all democrat loyalists or people that work for obama miller is most conflicted of all except rosenstein who signed fis and komi letter no collusion so they go crazy i mean just technically speaking these are not all democrats these are in fact i believe all republicans right i all if not most it's also you know it's it's not all fake the intelligence committee community believes that russia was behind efforts to influence the two thousand sixteen election in in in hopes of hurting hillary clinton and helping donald trump there are many other reasons why there's gonna put bad blood that are geopolitical in nature when the president says something like that you know i it is it is essentially the kind of thing that would only appeal to.

"No okay great aston answered nobody i really don't think i you know paul ryan has said that the special prosecutor mother should be kept in the job and complete his his inquiry he hasn't mad fullthroated criticism of donald trump's comments on it probably you know democrats would like him to be more vocal but i do not think he's making this decision so that he's now free to talk about it i don't think you'll be seeing any real profiles in courage out of this guy that said this coming into interesting point it's an inflection point in the muller investigation and certainly in president trump's anger toward muller as well as rod rosenstein and i'm just wondering you know does this sort of have implications for the gop's willingness to push forward or criticize or say censure president trump for any consequences that might emerge from firing rosenstein well long as a very practical matter of the fact that he's not running for reelection means that if donald trump were to fire rosenstein muller sessions etc it would if it did and it would create a constitutional crisis paul ryan could just basically throw away any political implications to a stance on that move so it would as bracco matter free him for many political considerations then it would just become essentially a moral conscience decision on his part of what standi takes in in the constitutional crisis that when ensue from that we're speaking with marty shanker he is our chief content officer for bloomberg as we await comments and a statement from paul ryan current speaker of the house representative of those constant i and he will be announcing that he will not seek reelection for that position we're also going to be bringing you live coverage of mark zuckerberg chief executive of facebook second day of his twoday testimony before congress and marnie i'm sorry to keep harping on the republican party because they're the ones who are going to be left after paul ryan exits in january.

"Now i'm gonna lay out to you why this is going on and why there don't miss this why they're targeting cohen and why only bob muller is the guy we are adding another chapter in my book today because last night boom something else happened got some new info and i was like yes now it makes sense i told you before that bob muller was the only guy they could have appointed to the special counsel because they are covering things up that happened in the clinton and obama years i'm going to get to those two in a second some of you may have heard them before but they're important in light of what's going on we had of course the failure to vet the dossier that involves one a bob muller chiefs of staff i'll get to that we had rod rosenstein muller involved in the rosatom case the precursor to the uranium one the buckle and the informant who knew hillary clinton was was was trying to be influenced by foreign operators we'll get to that a second to muller was intimately involved or his people in both of these muller was the only guy to run this smokescreen they are running this investigation right now to keep the attention on trump entirely to distract you from what bob muller hillary clinton barack obama susan rice samantha power john brennan jim clapper rod rosenstein and the whole swamp did it is crystal clear right now also convenient show what's coming out in the next few days the i report by michael horowitz the internal affairs report on the fbi's handling in the doj's handling of the hillary clinton case i told you this was going to be devastating because sessions team has been working on it around the clock and it is going to be damning and i'm telling you heads are gonna roll on this thing i know you don't believe me that's fine i putting my reputation on the line if it doesn't happen i'd have to recount i know it's going to happen i'm sure of it.

"I hate when i hear this like to compare it to like the godfather right but there is this quality of like we're going on war footing and people who don't want to be involved with it that's the door and that that's what's going on here and i i don't know i guess this is just be surprised if trump you know fires sessions rosenstein muller we all of the above or one or more i mean i i don't i won't be at all and i looked through you try to see what happens then i see nothing nothing happening i mean what are what are the consequences of him of him firing nothing i mean i have said this since day one the you will not see the republicans initiate impeachment hearings short of donald trump running around naked or in his underwear on the white house lawn and in maybe you might require him chasing a young boy doing honestly and frankly that fixture sure i think to the extent that we see the democrats do it if they take the house they're just going to be walking through the motion as a way of like you know walking to to the to the twenty twenty election i mean this is yeah this is bad stuff and it's you know i mean that's why like i guess from my perspective the the russian stuff is intriguing and i you know i have no doubt about russian involvement in our election and i have no doubt that in some way the trump trump campaign probably unknowingly you know had involved themselves in in in something to this affect and that there was money laundering and whatnot but none of it's going to matter like like none of it is going to matter maybe maybe it's something that we that can be used for leverage in senate races if it comes out soon enough but beyond that it's just not going to matter like it's it's it's going to be another data point that we have so that when people go to.
