"The Tyree Nicholas case dispiriting as it is focuses our attention on the issue of police brutality. Now, we can't proceed in this without noting that the most shocking example and the most widespread example of police brutality certainly in recent years. Is January 6th, 2021, police brutality was there on video for all to see many gruesome examples of it. And I think of two that need to be highlighted. One is the unnecessary killing of a veteran, Ashley babbitt, an unarmed person coming through a window, and she shouldn't have been going through that window. She was in that sense, responsible for a, let's call it a failure to comply. But she's not the one who broke that window. You can see very clearly other people broke the window. In fact, Ashley babbitt tries to stop them from doing it. Why is she happened to be the first person through the window? I'm not exactly sure. It could even be in this sometimes happens with crowds. You get pushed through the window. And then even though there are guards on the other side and she poses no evidence threat to anyone, she is shot to death by this guy in lieutenant colonel, I believe it was bird, Michael bird. And that guy was then hailed as a hero. For doing it. By the left. So that's case number one. Case number two, which actually more closely resembles the Tyree Nichols beating, was the beating of Roseanne boyland. Now Roseanne boylan's death in the tunnel was attributed by the medical examiner. I think in the case of brazen dishonesty, the fact that it was amphetamines of gilder, and she was at one time a drug addict, but apparently a recovering one and why should it be that the drug effect happened to her right then and there? She had been, by the way, pepper sprayed. Now it could be that the pepper spray generated some sort of a reaction and that was part of the problem. Some people on the left also said that she was pushed around and trampled, but it doesn't look like it was that that ended her life. You can actually see on the video that a capital police woman is savagely beating Roseanne Boyle and I posted the video on my Twitter and it's interesting how people, you know, when you put out a truth that no one can deny it's right there on the video just the same by the way as Atari nickels video. No one will descend the video. No one will say, yeah, of course they were meeting all right, that's a good thing too. She deserved to get that kind of a beating. They pretend like it didn't happen. I mean, you've seen the medical report, her dad was attributed to amphetamines. Old dinesh and reality she was trampled to death. This was, this was the Trump supporters who did that. It was Trump's fault because after all, had he not called for people to come to Washington D.C.

"So we've been talking about Roseanne boylan and we've been talking about her death her beating death and I'm just calling it what it is. She's beaten to death by officer lyla Morris, badge number 5 8 6 9. Guys, play clip one ten. What? Were you seeing there as body cam footage? That's officer lyla Morris with a long wooden stick and Roseanne boylan lying on the ground. Lying down. Not threatening anyone, not attacking anyone, not being violent. Doesn't even have the ability to get up. And she's beaten again and again, and again. Julie Kelly, can you help us make some sense of this? I can't. But as I wrote today, Jack and my column, January 6th, was the worst incident of police brutality against political protesters since the civil rights era and that's just a fact. Things like that have been going on for three hours that afternoon.

"It explained to me, why is this story just completely disappeared from the entire national conversation? Because all of the four fatalities related to January 6th have been either just by cheered by the left, the regime and especially the news media. But also because I think the circumstances related to what happened to Roseanne boylan are so egregious so cruel, so horrific to see that the media has selectively. And this includes conservative media, has selectively ignored what happened to her. We started reporting on Roseanne boylan's death in the summer of 2021. And so it's good that this video now is coming out, people need to hold these officers accountable. Lila Morris was given a free pass. I think she allegedly went through some internal investigation at D.C. metro and she was completely clear for what she did. But there were more officers involved in what happened to Roseanne boyland. And other women, by the way, in that tunnel. So we have some coverage of that also in American greatness. Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this. It's a new year, and you may be trying to make some positive change in your life. New resolutions, habits, and thought processes. But let's be honest, these efforts do not always pan out. Have you ever given up after a few months because you don't see the results, you were hoping for? That's where strong cell comes in. I love it. In fact, I take it for every show. I'm a big believer in this because it contains N, a, DH. I've kind of become a student of NAD. I'm going to tell you more about that in a second. Look strong cell is a scientific formula that helps boost your body's natural energy and restoration at the cellular level. So like NAD is a crucial coenzyme. That is critical for creating energy in your cells. Now, you might say Charlie sounds too good to be true. NAD, go look it up online, go do 5 minutes of research on NAD. It is a miracle coenzyme. Some people call it the anti aging enzyme. It can help with depression, it can help with anxiety, it can help with drug detox, it can help with mental acuity with memory and strong cell also puts CoQ10 and wild caught marine collagen. Again, I take it every day and the difference I feel is undeniable. By taking just one small bottle of strong cell liquid every day. You can experience an energy boost within the first week and even more benefits within the first 15 days. After 30 days, you'll feel like a new person. But just don't take my word for it, try strong self for yourself and see the difference it can make..

"W and I were talking today and actually railing on the January 6th committee. I think very deservedly for their, well, I mean, these guys are out of control. In some ways, we knew what they were up to from the beginning. You predicted, hey, listen, they're going to, there's one purpose of this operation. And I tweeted about it. I said, the whole purpose of the January 6th committee was to go after Donald J Trump, not to find out what really happened on January 6th. I mean, let's look at the composition of the committee. Does Liz Cheney really want to know what happened? No. I don't think so. No. Adam Schiff? No. Kinzinger, no. I mean, none of them want to know. Actually, I think they do know. To be honest. Do you think that deep down they do know? Deep down they do know that it was I think deep down they do know that it was not Trump that incited the violence. I think they deep down know that. But the violence was going on a mile away and it began and continued while Trump was still speaking. And so he had no idea what was going on. He couldn't possibly have instigated. He didn't even know about it. Not to mention peacefully and patriotically, well, he told people go home, he told people we respect the men and women in blue. And look, it's interesting that when you look at some of the things that the January 6th report is laying out, it's really not about instigation and things like Trump was sitting around and watching TV while these things were going on. Okay, well, maybe he shouldn't be watching TV. Maybe you should be on the phone. Maybe he should be out there making a statement, but that's not the same thing as you started. Instigation is not the same thing as you were lackadaisical or negligent in the way you handle the situation. Orca or told people to do it. Told people to do it, which he did not do. So anyway, and the other thing that's interesting is that Ashley babbitt's name never came up during the investigations at all. So her death never was investigated. Well, I think they knew that they, you know, there was a supposed internal investigation if you look at it, it's a complete disgrace. Our friend Troy Nell, who is a former sheriff and constable knows exactly what kind of congressman. And now congressman says that the rules of engagement were not followed as far as the 6 steps. 5 steps. Yeah, those are never taken. Yeah. And so in a sense, the lieutenant who shot Ashley babbitt should be investigated and prosecuted because he appears to have broken the law. What I'm saying is that January 6th committee never looked at that. They never looked at her death. They never looked at Roseanne boylan's death. They didn't really, they didn't really investigate, like the actual deaths that happened. Well, what was the crime? What was the prime factor? Was there any organized factor at all that caused violence on that day?

"I think weeks in advance or maybe it was just days anyway, it was plenty of time in advance. Understanding that something could pop off in Washington, D.C., all right? So we all know that. The guy said, let's go to the capitol. Let's. Peacefully protest. I'm leaving out a word. I know it, but I forget. Now, no police officers died on January 6th as they would claim as the left claims. I mean, still to this day, I was reading an article from Reuters, and they're still claiming that people died on January 6th, and the only people that died on January 6th were Ashley babbitt. Roseanne boylan was another one, but that was because they were abused. One was murdered in my opinion, Ashley babbitt, and another one was abused by capitol police officers. Then you got Kevin Greece and Benjamin Phillips. And Michael Byrd, I think, was the guy that ended up shooting that ended up shooting shooting her, but and Brian sicknick, that the officer that died a couple of days later as a result of a stroke. These people just lie. No one carried firearms until the building, so it wasn't some insurrection. Many people were let in, but the goal is to keep you from looking at what the left is doing to destroy this country. The goal is to keep you from looking at the border invasion that's occurring right now. All right, the FBI refuses to this day to disclose information pertaining to the use of undercover agents and informants. We know that undercover agents were mixed in with the Proud Boys and the oath keepers. We know what happened with Gretchen Whitmer. They still send people to prison. 'cause they're gonna follow a narrative and they're gonna punish you and don't think they won't come for you. They're gonna punish you because you love America because you support Trump, but I think it's bigger than that. This is an authoritarian state. This is an authoritarian grab that the left wants to make right here right now with Biden in control and they're gonna be damned if people like you average everyday Americans stop them. And that's what's going on. So they want this distraction of Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump. Where's the pipe bomber? These people are nothing but a bunch of liars. The nothing but a bunch of liars. But we can continue to fight back. Here's what's happening in Biden's America. New York Post had tip. It pays not to work in Biden's America here to prove. All right, so everybody believes in the safety net, all right? I needed a safety net. My parents needed a safety net. My dad actually I should say needed a safety net. After my mom passed away, there were a couple of periods of time where we had to go on welfare briefly and when we got on it, my parents let us know, a let us know. When we got off of it, my parents let us know. And then there were a couple of times after my mom passed, we have to go on welfare for a couple of stint.

The Creation of Good and Evil

"Told you I have some questions to ask you about the Torah. And one of them is about the Adam and Eve story in The Serpent. And you write here, this is in genesis chapter three. You say, you say, the Taurus says, now The Serpent was the shrewdest of all of the wild beasts that the lord God had made. And you highlight the fact that the Torah says that God made The Serpent. My question for you is if God made The Serpent, then did God make evil? Yes. Certainly God made the possibility of evil. And by the way, I know very few versus I know a lot in the Bible, obviously. But Roseanne boylan, thank you. That was the woman who was beaten to death. I do know this one by heart Isaiah 45 7 that God, I got or God created good and evil.

"I'm very pleased to welcome today rosemary westbury. Now her family has been turned upside down by all this, and I'd like you to hear from her, her firsthand account, rosemary, thank you for joining me. I really appreciate it. I'm really sorry to hear what's happened to your family as a consequence of our own government. And I want you to describe the events in the aftermath. Let's not start with January 6th. We'll get to that. I want you to start with the first time the U.S. government in the form of the FBI came visiting your house. Well, dinesh the first time, actually, that they came was in February of 2021. And they came specifically asking for my son, Jonah. There were 5 of us that had gone to January 6th, and my son, Jonah, was, you know, we'd never been to Washington, D.C.. So he was posting pretty much all day on his SnapChat. The events of the day he was excited to see president Trump. And so one of his classmates had actually turned him into the FBI. He was former classmates. And so when he, when we had that first interaction, of course, my son contacted an attorney, so we got an attorney. And a local attorney. And they reached out to the FBI. The FBI went silent, really, truly what we call radio silence. And so my son rents an apartment in my home with a separate entrance. And the FBI knew that because they came to my house.

"This is Mickey Whit and I thought it's important to have Iran to remember Ashley but also talk about some things that she has going on. Mickey, welcome to the podcast. Thank you for joining me. I'm going to start by just asking you about it's now been, of course, a little while since Ashley's death, but as a mom, I imagine this is something that never goes away. I just want to ask how you're doing. And how you'll remembering Ashley with some passage of time. Well, you know, every day, I miss Ashley every day, and I think about her every day. But, you know, it's time to go forth and try to seek justice and restore her reputation. And maybe, you know, Estelle some of the things the spell, some of the things that this country has said about her, not patriots, because I believe patriots know her spirit, the spirit she went there in with a million other people to redress their government over a stolen election, which is really at the heart of the issue. The fact that an election was stolen from this country and we are lost to it. You know, not only January 6th, but look at the downfall of this country and people don't understand that the insurrection was on November 3rd. And the fact that all of this stems from that, you know, and your movie 2000 mules, that sets out. That's proof. You know, and some Nancy says we can't see the 14,000 hours of footage, but there has been some video come forth from the Patriots that were there that day that is pushing the truth to the top. And I have confidence that someday our children will land on the right side of history. I mean, it seems like I'm thinking here now the January 6th committee and this kind of last ditch attempt to recast their narrative and it appears that they seem to be operating with the premise that not only was the election not stolen, but Trump knew it wasn't stolen. And so almost as if this was a completely perverse effort, to try to overthrow democracy itself, but I think the point you're trying to make is that Ashley and the others were defenders of democracy. They believed that democracy itself had been perverted. Absolutely, that's absolutely true. And you know, that was the gun tote and populist that showed up there that day, and yet nobody brought their weapons with them. So I highly doubt that anybody could classify it as an insurrection. And the January 6th committee hearings, they're not hearings. It's a show. You know, hearings are when you present both sides. You cross examine witnesses. You question real people. You know, they had, how can you do a January 6th hearing and not mention Ashley babbitt, not mention Michael bird, not mention Mathieu kerner, not mentioned Roseanne boylan or Benjamin Phillips or Kevin grace and how can you have a January 6th committee hearing without mention any of those names? And I understand that errors, the man errors that testified a couple of days ago. He was given a deal with his plea deal to provide testimony. Well, Matthew perna, he came with Matthew fernand. Did he mention Matthew fernand? Did he mention the loss of his good friend that he came to the capitol with that day? He did not because he was not allowed to. And the fact that it is all such a show and ran down the people's throats. You know, how are our January 6th defendants supposed to get a fair trial? Not only in D.C., but now this has been shoved into every home in America. You come home from work, you turn on TV every single mainstream media station knows that on there. And unless you're looking for news about January 6th and seeking out shows like you and Dave Samuel and Cara castronova and reading their things and then you are told what to believe. And so many people are happy with doing that that it's really shocking. But it can't be mad at him because a year and a half ago I may have been one of them. And now I just, the things that I believe are government capable of capable of, just overwhelming to me, seriously, it cracked my foundation. January, January 6th, my foundation in my belief and the government and just the fact that they have our best interest at heart. They do not. You know? And the 14,000 hours of footage and the discovery that needs to that are 6 defendants need. It would show the probability of the FBI and Nancy Pelosi. That's why they can't see it. That's why they've been held so long in solitary confinement so that, you know, they would have time to put on this big production. And if there's nothing to hide why the big production and even if you don't believe in the politics of the people that went there that day on January 6th to redress their government, then let's believe in the constitution. These men that are sitting in jail are being denied their due process. Due process is guaranteed right of the constitution the United States. And so is the right to protest. The First Amendment. You know, and they murdered American citizens that day unarmed American citizens, not just my daughter, but four others that we know of. And I believe they're responsible for Brian sicknick's death because he had a stroke. They didn't get him attention. Also, you know, Ashley's wound was possibly survivable if they had rendered her aid at the time. Not only did they not render her aid, but sticking with the theme of the day, they did not let patriots render her aid. They let my daughter lay there and bleed out without, you know, even trying to save her. And Roseanne, and there were patriots trying to save her. And they were not allowed to.

"Taylor, we've been talking about the people who lost their lives on January 6th. We've talked about two of the men. Let's turn to the women, Roseanne boyland. You say in this article, and I find this extremely eye opening because I'd heard about the possibility that Roseanne boyland had gotten bludgeoned in the tunnel, but you've got you name a Metropolitan Police officer of Lila ola Morris, and you have a picture of her. In fact, you have an amazing picture of her with officer Michael of this is the guy who testified. I don't remember if this was the weeping guy, but he was certainly the guy was putting on a heroic fighting back tears stance, and he's with, he's with lyla Morris at a Super Bowl, and this is the woman lyla Morris, who you have, and you produce evidence that she has a stick, and she is viciously beating Roseanne boyland, and I think reasonable to assume it is those injuries that led to Roseanne boylan's death. First of all, how did you find this? And second of all, am I giving an accurate description of what seems to have happened to Roseanne boyland? So I actually initially found that video. It was a member of my team named Gary McBride with M 5 news. And he actually found it from mainstream media is they actually released a portion just a small clip of the officer to the left of lyla Morris body cam to show how violent these Trump supporters were being towards the police, but they didn't realize that in the corner portion it actually showed lyla Morris beating Roseanne boyland over the head with her metal baton. And then we got another angle from just one of the protesters there that day and it shows Roseanne being beaten overhead with a wooden walking stick that lyla Morris had taken from a protester and Roseanne's story is truly tragic is because they said she died in an acute amphetamine overdose. And Roseanne, she had been an ex addict, she had done an amazing job in her recovery process. She was very proud of it. It was her greatest accomplishment. Her family, they all loved that about Roseanne, is how proud she was of getting clean and staying away. And the medical examiner, of course, they ruled it as a drug overdose because, you know, they look back in their history and they said, okay, yeah, this would be easily doable. But I talked to the family, you know, I talked to all the people closest to her and more witnesses that day. And all she had in her system that day was her legally prescribed dose of Adderall. And then I talked to it was his name is Phillips. And he was one of our eyewitness accounts, and he actually was trampled alongside Roseanne boyland. And he was holding her hand at the time. And so and then he felt Roseanne let go, and then he knew that she had she was dead. And that's when he accepted himself that he was going to die because he was stuck under over under 30 people. He was being sprayed nonstop, he was being beaten, and the cops continued to push the line over Roseanne and over Philip Anderson. And then that's when the video comes out where she gets dragged and the protesters are trying to apply CPR to her. They're trying to save her life and the cops are spraying them and they begin hitting Roseanne over the head after she had already been unconscious. So I can without a doubt 100% say that lyla Morris is responsible for the death of Roseanne boyland. Now, Taylor, when we look at these cases, I mean, it's hard for me to see a single case where this kind of lethal force as it turns out to be lethal force. Is justified. Because even in the case of Ashley Babbage, she's coming through a window, but there are plenty of people there who could have subdued and we now know she had no weapon. Obviously, Roseanne boylan pose a threat to nobody, and even in the case of the two men that you talked about, I mean, this looks to be like the capital police provoking something provoking a reaction from the crowd, then using a tremendous amount of force. So this is the exact inverse of what can be called the Pelosi narrative of January 6th in which the Trump supporters are the aggressors. They're the insurrectionists. They're the violent ones, but what I find impressive is the level of detail that you bring to debunking that kind of bogus narrative and replacing it with the tragic and yet the chilling truth. Yeah, when what you said, the national couldn't be closer to the truth is, you know, I was there that day. I experienced. I still remember the way that the air tasted, you know, being shot with rubber munitions, pepper balls. And I actually documented the death of actually rabbit. And I watched Michael bird shoot her and I tried to render her medical aid afterwards. So it really stuck with me after that. And that's really when I decided to go on this crusade to go after the truth and to really expose this is because they are hiding everything that has to do with that day because of the police misconduct is I have never seen in my year and a half of reporting in Portland and Washington all around the country reporting on riots and unrest. I've never seen police action like this before and straight up police brutality is they started the initial barrage and then they actually threw grenades deep into the crowd in order to get people pushed more towards them and it made this effect from the above cameras that they conveniently had place for the HBO document documentary. And it made it look like the crowd was trying to advance, but they were actually just trying to get away from the concussion grenades being thrown into crowds of innocent peaceful protesters. Taylor, you're doing incredible work. I got to ask you as we close, how do you support and subsidize this kind of work? Because I'd like to figure out ways in which I and also our audience can help I'd like to see more of this kind of journalism. How do we take the kind of work that you're doing and make it bigger? January 6th and your personal connection to it I just think it's fascinating So we've all seen the even if you haven't heard the podcast if you've seen the ads on MSNBC Roseanne boylan hated politics she was shy she rarely left her home in Georgia but then her family got a shocking call Roseanne had died at the capitol on January 6th in the middle of the crowd trying to force their way past the police line from the depths of their grief the boyland's vowed to figure out what happened to Roseanne her brother in law Justin cabe reached out to an old high school friend He hoped could help MSNBC journalist David Mohan The quest for truth takes amen back to his hometown of kennesaw and my pronouncing that right Where he retraces the last 6 months of Roseanne's life and picks up a trail that leads to childhood haunts missing boyfriends down shadowy Internet rabbit holes American radical the 5 part series Amen so glad you're able to talk about this So you didn't know her but you knew Justin So tell us how beautiful Yeah so my parents moved from the Middle East to out of all places Kennesaw Georgia in the early 90s So that's where we settled when they immigrated to the U.S. And I went to high school at north cup high school And I knew Justin cave We played soccer together We were friends And you know this was pre Facebook Cree social media So after high school we kind of lost touch with each other and although every time I'd go back we would either hear about each other from other friends Justin and I did not speak and we're not in touch Until Facebook came along and reconnected us on the Internet On social media So we reconnected and over the years we would exchange a message here or two or just kind of follow each other's news But after January the 6th I got a message from him and I think on January 9th three days later saying his sister in law Roseanne was one of those who died in the attack on the capitol three days ago He made a statement and then he asked if I wanted to hear her story What really caught my attention though was that he used the word radicalization He said that the family believes that Roseanne was radicalized in under 6 months Wow And for me it was just such a jarring word to hear an old friend of mine in high school in kennesaw Georgia used the word radicalization Keep in mind I had spent like 15 years overseas in the Middle East I've covered extremism and radicalism I've covered ISIS Al-Qaeda terrorism Europe all that And I'm very familiar with the word but to hear it in the context of January 6th and a friend of mine in high school was quite eye opening And so I immediately replied to him and spoke to him and that's how the story began Well yeah and the way you put it here it examines the causes for Boland's transformation from politically disengaged to someone who died for Donald Trump Wow I mean how tragic is that And you talk about you just said it inside of 6 months They've done these studies aiming about you know social media How people can get radicalized so quickly I mean tell us a little bit it's interesting as a journalist you talk about Middle East I mean terrorism terrorism right And I think you talk in here about how well you talk about she had a hard life difficult life she was a victim of physical abuse She struggled financially She had some self esteem issues You said I think she was definitely in that category of destitute She's definitely a victim of disinformation and she contributed to it because she consumed a lot of dismissive information with her beliefs and conspiracy theories in QAnon And I think it pivoted when we saw the presence of Trump to include him as a demagogue He was the person who manipulated and exploited the vulnerabilities of people to try to promise them He could fix their societal ills and the way to do it was to follow him I mean and you bring up a really good point because when I started I was just quoting you But I mean it was really good that you focused on that because that is the central theme of I think how she was radicalized which is like this kind of triangle It's this nexus of disinformation destitution and demagoguery And when you look at the reason why people get radicalized it falls in that triangle This is a young woman who had struggled with personal substance abuse and drugs She had a physically abusive relationship She had a difficult time getting her life in order in being able to hold a job and take care of herself And then she was bombarded with this disinformation of here's what's wrong in society There's a conspiracy theory of Democrats and Hollywood elite trafficking children for part of this satanic worshiping cabal And so what happens is you are ripe for somebody who comes across as a demagogue to say follow me I will cure your ills I alone can fix it I can shoot somebody on Fifth Avenue and nobody will care And you start believing the rhetoric of this man saying if you come with me to stop this deal I'll stay in power I will fight this cabal I will protect the children I will save the children And so you see how her transformation from being a person who is not socially she was very mindful of going into places with large crowds She hated going to Walmart How do you go from not wanting to go to a Walmart to suddenly being part of a rally of thousands of people going up and clashing with the police How do you go from somebody who's never voted in their life or being political to consuming news 24/7 being online for 1450 hours a day Disengaging from your family and totally going down this rabbit hole And I think it's the nexus of the three of them is what was so dangerous for the family And you were you know.

"Joe remember, I was in touch with you a few days ago because PolitiFact was doing a fact check on me where I made the statement that the police had used massive force against unarmed protesters in the tunnel, it seems that Victoria white is a clear case where that was the case, right? She was unarmed, the police did use force against her. Now, is there video evidence to support that? I say this because PolitiFact rated my statement, which I thought was just a clinically accurate description of what happened, I had seen some video myself as false with their so called comical truth O meter. So talk a little bit about what you know and what you've seen and what there's also testimony from people who were observers who were on the scene what happened in the tunnel and was it a fact that unarmed Trump's supporters like Victoria white were beaten. It is an unequivocal fact that Trump supporters like Victoria white were beaten. She was beaten viciously. She was unarmed, she was not violent. Right next to her, Roseanne boylan was trampled. She was May she was beaten and she was killed by the police. This is an incontrovertible fact. These facts will continue to come out with time. But this Victoria white's beating is widely available all over the Internet. I have made it available on my rumble channel. Your statement about those incidents is bulls eye accurate. I will add that PolitiFact. They did reach out to me at the fact check you. I gave them more than ample information to justify everything you said. And then some and then by some mystical act of God, they still failed you. That is a sham. It's wrong. They did it to smear you. You were right and I call into question the veracity of that truth though meter, so to speak. Let's take a pause and when we come back, Joe, I want to pick this theme up and talk about some of the things you said in the letter and then generalize from that to a broader lesson about January 6th, we'll be right back. When you're online, did you ever read the fine print that appears when you start browsing and so called incognito mode, it says.

"Okay, anyway, what I'm particularly interested in is two things. What's your charged with and how you've been treated? Okay. I'm charged with assault and I've been. I just want to point out that there's a lot of things that were very complicated that day. I want to I don't know if your listeners have heard of the story surrounding Roseanne boyland, but I would encourage them to look into that and to understand what is going on in many of these guys situations, including myself. So Roseanne boylan was guide that day as well. As a result of what happened. And our treatment, our treatment has been mostly solitary confinement, solid until July and then it's on and off after that. We only get one out of one hour or two hours max out of our cell until July. And then now we come out of our cell about four hours roughly a day and it's only half the half the pod. That's the lightest part of it. We've got every single guard. I mean, most of them, not every single one, but most of them, especially when they don't know us, they are absolutely hateful. They are racist. They call us names. They beat us. We've had several guys assaulted by officers for in the middle of the night topping their doors zip tying their hands and feet beating them almost to the nature of their life. We've had I've witnessed this guards going and made sales and every time the jail gets held in what I think the warden and the deputy director or something was held in contempt because of the lack of medical treatment that we were providing to Chris worell who was actually a cancer patient can you need a treatments? And he had a problems and they were refusing him that. So they were hoping criminal contempt. The very next day our food was spiked with cleaning chemicals and we could I mean it's clear that that was retribution that happens all the time. We're not given enough food. Medical treatment of like I said is we're completely ignored. None of us have seen our families faces all year. We're not given video visitation. We're not given in persons to we're given nothing. We've got guys from Texas, California. We have not seen our families. I mean, there's a lot of other things. There's no haircuts or barber services. There's. The plumbing, the water is brown water all the time pops up and in the water in the toilets will stop up all the time. So we have working plumbing situation mold in the cells, the showers, the day room..

"On the Air 77 W. ABC. So tomorrow is September 18th Saturday and there is supposed to be a great big rally in support. Of all of those January six protesters so many of whom are still in jail. A lot of us believe very, very unfairly still in prison. So the rally is scheduled. I believe for tomorrow at the Capitol in Washington, D C. Uh, some of us are worried, though. I'm worried. Even President Trump is worried that this could be some sort of crazy set up. I know there are good people heading there. Who feel terrible about how our some of our friends are. Patriots have been treated by our federal government. I see people who didn't break anything or hurt anyone. But they've been in jail for months. Now. Some people some people broke the law in January, 6th and yeah, they should be punished, but I suspect that a lot of people are being persecuted. Because of their Allegiance to Donald Trump. Enough for anything they did. I like to, uh, bring into to you right now. Bring to you, Cara. Castro Nova. She is an investigative journalist and co founder of Citizens against Political Persecution. She has a role in, uh, in tomorrow. September 18th in Washington, D C. Cara, First of all, Can you hear me? Welcome. I could hear you could hear me. Yeah, I got you loud and clear. So Carol, What's the deal tomorrow? What is what is this all about? Who's running this thing? So the organizer is look ahead American that brain art and we had permits for this event months ago. Um, and now in the past couple of weeks, it's gotten terrible press. There's so many rumors going around on social media and just through Do you know? I think there's a whole country like you said. A lot of people are nervous about tomorrow and they're afraid, but it's going to be a peaceful protest on you know, we're expecting hundreds of people. They're not thousands, even because I think a lot of people and as scared to come Because of the bad press that it's gotten. I'm really uncertain where it's coming from. My role in it is that I'm a co host. I'm going to be making his speech. They're enlightening the American public to a lot of information that I don't think that they know, because the mainstream media is reporting it pertaining to a lot of the events that happened on September. I'm sorry on, uh, on January six involving a lot of the deaths that happened that day. It's an awareness rally, and it's also a rally to let people know that these political prisoners still haven't been released. We've been doing these rallies. They've been peaceful. Both organizations that have done these rallies have never had a problem. But now all of a sudden is being painted by the left media. Possibly another interruption. Hold on a second. Listen, all that sounds great in terms of look I've been covering and studying January 6th, and I know the fake news has gotten so much wrong and that very well look like it could have been a trap a setup. Uh, Here's what I'm worried about tomorrow. Um, that, you know, Look, Lieutenant Michael Bird is going to be on duty. They want all cops responding. They just had a press conference and they're going to have they're going to have all their forces out. And as you know, Donald Trump. Has voiced concern about this. In a statement released by Trump's America pack ahead of a rally planned for September, 18th in support of the hundreds of rioters arrested the ex president expressed solidarity with those criminally charged Our hearts and minds are with the people being persecuted so unfairly related to the January six protest. Uh, but he has also voiced concern about those who will attend tomorrow. So you know it's not. It's not you. I don't trust it's quite frankly. The Capitol police based on how they behaved last time, Uh huh. Show your son sentiment. Exactly. People have told me they're free committee. Go like what a fan TV shows up. I've said it is not anti so that I'm afraid of it's the Capitol Police. And I think Donald Trump is a human being, just like my family members that are calling these think Harry, Don't go. Um, I think he is concerned, and a lot of people are genuinely concerned for, you know. People that are going down there. But, um, at this point, you know, I made a commitment to go. I'm going to go. Um, we have a security team really, really strong security team that's been interacting with police, and it's expected to be peaceful and Are you there? Understand the concern after what happened on January six. Everybody's afraid of, I think of the Capitol police and from what I understand from my friends that are already down there. Uh, there's so much police presence already. It's unbelievable. Like there's police on the streets everywhere. They've used the whole police force for me. I think this is going to I'm just looking at the positive like this is an opportunity to be able to address all the media that's going to be there who are obviously going to be there looking for blood and let them know about the political prisoners that are still being detained and also other things that we've discovered about January six that a lot of mainstream media hasn't reported on. Okay, Wait, wait, wait. First of all, how many political prisoners are there right now? I know the numbers changed. And quite frankly, the government seems to want. Yes. So how many do we estimate right now still in custody. In D C. Jail is about 40 guys were being held. A lot of them are in solitary confinement and then around the country, we say about 6 60 more in different jails around the country. There's hundreds and who are under house arrest, and he can't leave their homes or facing charges. I think there's over 600 facing charges. What is the charge? What is one of those charges? Uh, one of the most serious ones is interrupting or Disrupting a excuse me a congressional proceeding hearing, right? Disrupting, uh, you know, interact interfering with the congressional hearing. You know, the funny thing is and that and that that carries if it's a felony, and there are two ways to charge can be a misdemeanor can be a felony. But the thing is, I see people disrupt those hearings all the time. Remember the cabin. All hearings, people jump up and standing, yell and shout and like that's the sense was they were just escorted out and say, Don't come back. Right. It seems like sort of a, you know, in America. It's It is an extension of freedom of speech. I guess in extreme somewhat of an extreme one, but it's never been treated to the point where people are getting thrown in jail. And the key is getting thrown away that they have no bail. And they put in solitary confinement for months on end. All right. Political persecution. Do me a favor. Tell me a little bit about what you know about January six that the mainstream media Have not been reporting. Well, I'm going to play video tomorrow of a woman who died. Not not not actually about it. I'm very close to Ashley Stanley and I'm also Been investigating the death of Roseanne boil in the mainstream media and the government released that she died of a drug overdose. Which is she was seven years queen. She did not drive without overdose. The only thing in her body was Adderall. I have video and I've shown it on Gateway pundit of and they're the only ones who so far has reported on this with the video of a woman Roseanne boiling, being beaten senseless by a police officer with a stick. And within this same timeframe, couple minutes a couple seconds and when she died now, my saying, that's what killed her. I don't know. I think investigation has to say that, but there's video that exists in discovery. That's why they don't want these guys to go to trial because if the discovery video comes up, it's clear as day that this woman was being viciously when when she was unconscious on the steps and the story that a lot of the guys have had, and none of them spoke to each other is that they were The biggest crime. A lot of these guys are being charged with was attacking a police officer with a flag pole or stick and it was all involved for the most part 90% of it around the West end. Uh, steps where Roseanne Boylan was being and trampled. Cara. Cara, I got to jump in because we're almost out of time. So, Carol, where is this thing? What time tomorrow? It's that one o'clock I'm sorry, 12 o'clock in the Capitol and Washington D. C and it's going to be peaceful protests and it's going to be very educational for American public..

"But it says about 4 26. Well, Officer Gin now who is one of the U. S. Capitol police officers who testified before the June 6th commission, and he has been on kind of interviews. He testified to Nancy Pelosi select committee that he administered CPR to her at 4 26. Now that's kind of weird, because at that time she is passed out. Almost dead what her friends said at the time. With her that she was dead at that time. Then they dragged her body's You're the toxic toxic tunnel and into the Capitol building. We can talk about some of the details there, but that's just setting up. What happened to her. On that afternoon. Okay. I'm reading through the quote of this gentleman, Philip Philip Anderson, who was a uh, a protester. Um, and he said that cops did in fact, use excessive force, He says I do not know what type of gas officers used, but I know for sure. Um, that it wasn't tear gas. He says. After the officers sprayed this gas at me, I couldn't breathe for longer than a few seconds. This gas called me to collapse, where the police then proceeded to push others on top of me. There were many others who collapsed because of these toxins. As I did, the police continued hitting me and others. One of the people that fell on the crowd was a woman. By the name of Roseanne Boylan. And of course, that's who we're talking about today. So, Julie, I sit here now wondering if this lady died of a drug overdose at all. But perhaps, um, in the how could they even do a toxicology report so quickly to now that comes now they come to mind. Um But I really I really would like to know. Um What this gas was that they were using, because obviously it was extremely important and potent. If it's going to take your breath away for for for more than a few seconds, so It's this is this is pretty amazing to me, but this is These cops and you've talked about this before, Julie. But these cops basically seem to be a part of the Democratic cartel. If you will, uh in D. C. Am I wrong? Am I going too far with that? No, you're actually being kind. They were the Nancy Pelosi Stormtroopers, the U. S. Capitol Police in D. C. Metro police. They started attacking the Julie. We got 30 seconds before the break. Can you stay for another segment, or do you need to go by? Sure can okay. Okay, go ahead. You got 20 seconds. Talk about this. They were attacking peaceful protesters outside the building at one o'clock, provoking them into these crashes that we thought we could put that on the other side of the break, But it's very important to underscore that point. Unbelievable. All right, we're talking to Julie Kelley of American Greatness. This is Carl Jackson. And for Larry.
