Kentucky AG Warns to Not Let "Celebrities, Influencers and Activists" in Wake of Breonna Taylor Decision "Capture Our Emotions"

"Here, Kentucky's Attorney General. Daniel. Cameron. Today. According to Kentucky Law. The use of force by mattingly in Cosgrove was justified to protect themselves. This. Justification bars us from pursuing criminal charges. In Miss Brianna Taylor's death justice is not often easy. Does Not fit the mold of public opinion, and it does not conform to shifting standards. Now is the Reverend Al Sharpton. The host of MSNBC's politics. Nation. He's author of the New Book Rise up confronting a country at the crossroads which will be available Tuesday Reverend Sharpton, your reaction to what the attorney general had to say and what's unfolded tonight in Louisville. Out My reaction is that certainly it is not surprising, but it is still allowing to see that a grand jury and grand jury usually a totally framed by what the prosecutor plus before because that's the only lawyer in the role to come back and say that we will charge and also for all the violence that he did cause and the cause for those. Surrounding an area on apartment that we kill someone, but we will not charge him with killing. Someone shows an outrageous an unbelievable kind of justification for doing nothing around the death of Brianna Taylor. Brianna Taylor was not even mentioned in the indictment if anyone wants to know why we are saying black lives should matter they acrylic saying Louisville. The day did not math. That attorney general to even attack those of us that supported the family at the family's request saying that the celebrities and influence activists on that wealth from end to Kentucky or should not there to give their views when we're welcome there to watch horses run around the track for the Louisville Dirt Louisville Kentucky Derby. But we're not welcomed to stand up for the life of value and worth of a black woman who's only actions that night issue to better in our own home committing no crime involved with no criminal activity. That's why we continue to. That's why we should vote in. We should use the fact that you can vote in November even in Kentucky even though we couldn't vote the grand jury we ought, to sin, Mitch McConnell into retirement as a deposit on the justice we want for the retailers of. I want to let the audience here what you were just referring to the Kentucky Attorney General who is a Republican talked today about activists from out of state who don't live in Kentucky. As if they have no right to talk about this, let's listen to that. There will be celebrities, influencers and activists who having lived in Kentucky. We tried to tell us how to feel suggesting they understand the facts of this case that they know our community and the Commonwealth better than we do. But they don't. Let's not give into their attempts to influence our thinking or capture our emotions. It sounds like he was talking about you. Talking about me and many others than many that up right there on the ground. From out of state but let me remind people that all of the activities of Leonidas Attorney Ben crump was at the invitation of the Family WanNa. Justice. And if you know it's an old playbook calling people outside Agitators Monitor King Junior and John Lewis Super Far greater than us will call that that will not in any way stopped mood that's gone on all over this country and the way to deal with this, we must try to change the laws and one way to do that is to change the lawmakers. We must turn our pain in the power in the rubble must continue to non-binding march to keep these. Alive. Riyan Taylor matting her life matters and we don't have to be a citizen of Louisville to say that and many Citizens Louisville are saying that as well and just last week. The right thing did happen on the civil case the city settled with the family for twelve million dollars and you know that settlement never would have happened without you and others bringing national attention to this case. Well absolutely, and why would you settle for that record amount of money if there was no wrong had been done and one of the reasons that we marched by the tens of thousands in Washington just three weeks ago and details mother spoken that much is because we clearly need is George Floyd policing injustice act passed by the Senate, passed by the House that would also make will officers if they commit a crime are subject of of the lawsuits and pretzels have to deal with it taxpayers paying forward individual offices do and are not held accountable for we need to change the laws by changing the lawmakers.

Sen. Harris chief of staff reacts to Breonna Taylor case

"Is Jon Pierre Chief of staff to vice presidential candidate, Senator Kamala Harris and Korean, I just want to clarify your campaign chief of staff not these Senate chief of staff keep those clear. I want to get your reaction to what? Senator Harris is thinking tonight about the. Case for prosecutor herself she has by now I assume gathered the grasp some of the evidence of it. Yeah I I let me say Lawrence that we have to continue to support Brianna Taylor's mom. We have to certainly continue to say Brianna Taylor's name and here's the thing. Yes we have to ask for justice but we also need change. We lead to change the system a system that continually kills black boys, black girls, black men, black women who you know who are. Being murdered and not, and no accountability for for their murders is is is happening at all. So that's something that we have to continue to do is ask for change and you saw that in in Joe Biden's statement saying what what is it? What does police perform look like what his RIA manage reimagining police perform, and that is banning Chuck Coles really addressing Excessive Force and and talking about no knock warrants in a way that we can change that. So that is we have to meet the moment that were in and what Comal Harris was laying out is the contrast the contrast between Joe Biden Comma Hairs Donald Trump look look lawrence. We when the sun rises tomorrow, we will be forty days away from this election. And I know this sounds cliche and I know this is why people may think it's hyperbole but this is truly truly the most consequential election of our lifetime really generations because yes, we are in this pandemic of of of health care and this economic crisis. But also as we were just starting as as you started your show, the civil rights movement really in. This moment the largest civil rights movement in generations and you see a president that just continues to divide us and also justified us with hate and so that is what is at stake. Everything is at stake on this election. So yes, we have to continue to ask for justice but we also have to have change and that is something Joe Biden talking. About, from the beginning of this of this uprising that we are seeing the street that has been put mostly peaceful because we need to hear that message, which is we have to uproot systemic racism that is incredibly key in trying to change what is happening, and so you have to start doing that. That's that's what Joe Biden and Comma Harris's is putting

Swastika, New York, Is Keeping Its Name

"There's a debate in this country over symbols and statues and place names that are tied toe white supremacy. So what to do about a small community in rural northern New York? Called swastika. This summer visitor proposed just changing the name, but local officials opposed the idea. Julia Richie from North Country Public Radio explains why Michael Al Kamo lives in New York City but loves visiting the Adirondack Mountains and upstate New York to cycle through its tiny towns and Hamlets and past historical cemeteries. He was on a trip like this winding through a remote stretch this summer when he noticed something else. Suddenly I came to a town called Watch. The Hamlets name was printed on a small brown street sign. He says he found the name jarring and disrespectful to Veterans of World War two, some of whom are buried in graves nearby, So I think it should be obvious that the town Should update its name and should pick a name that is not so offensive to so many Americans and so emblematic of intolerance, hate and tyranny. So al Comer reached out to county officials in August to see if they would consider it. He was soon directed to email the town of Black Brooke. Which has jurisdiction over swastika. The town agreed to add it to the agenda for their September meeting. And after about five minutes of discussion, the town's for counselors unanimously voted against it. So basically Was named by the founders of the area that settled there. That's black Brooke Supervisor John Douglas, who was at the meeting but didn't have a vote. None of the counsellors returned to request for comment. Douglas Saysthe Hamlets named far predates World War two and came from the Sanskrit word meaning well being the foresighted geometric character that represents the swastika has been used for thousands of years in Indian religions and seen as a symbol of good luck. Of course, That meeting was overshadowed beginning in the 19 thirties with the rise of Adolf Hitler, who co opted the swastika as a symbol for Nazism and anti Semitism. Douglas says. This is not the first time the Hamlets name has been scrutinized. There was concern that due to the Germans that everything that people may I have a different outlook on the name and some of the residents that were from that area actually fought or two and refused to change the name just because Hitler tried to tarnish the meaning of swastika. Douglas says the council didn't see a reason to change the name despite its widespread use as a symbol of hate and white supremacy today, I think that probably Maybe some viewpoint that it's associated with a butt that I believe there's others that do not associate it with. Hey, did the Hindus in the booth and All them today erase it from their religious history because of the Germans, Al Kamo. The cyclists who submitted the request was disappointed by the town's reaction. I didn't expect a quick, apparently quick, unanimous vote to reject the proposal. Social media response to the decision has been murkier, with some locals of the region bristling on Facebook at an outsider from New York City trying to meddle in rural affairs. But Malcolm Oh says he simply wants more people to see the Adirondacks for its natural beauty and deep history history, he says, at odds with the meaning of swastika today

AP-NORC poll: Views of economy stabilize as election nears

"Americans view the nation's economic situation is bleak, according to Ah, An Associated Press public. There's a new poll out this morning from AP that finds a rising percentage also see signs of stability. Speaker Pelosi since it's obviously not the story, hang on a second. Here's that Associated Press story. Most Americans still think the corona virus pandemic is crippling the US economy. But arising percentage also sees signs of stability. A recent survey by the Associated Press and a Marcy Center finds fewer Americans expect the economy to get worse in the next year. And so I see Bradley with them, not spastic. I would line it's not the way it was. It's getting better watch in March, a selection day fastly approaches partisan politics is driving different views of the economy, the new poll found. U.K. leader tightens up COVID restrictions as virus surges back

"Prime Minister Boris Johnson has set out a raft of new corona virus restrictions which could continue. Into next spring or even summer but many have criticized Westminster for sending out muddled messages at a time when communication and unity around the issue is desperately important. Terry's destiny. The political journalist and author joins me on the line now, Terry Good morning to you and thanks for coming on. Now, it's quite unusual for the prime minister to address the nation directly. But this is the third time Johnson's done it, and at least one newspapers dubbed him a pound shop Churchill. What was the tone of the speech? Was He trying to be Churchillian? I think he was trying to repeat. This was a scripted thing. He was trying to rein in his natural sort of flamboyant tendencies if you like if you watched it, you could almost see or since he had his fists in front of him and he kept moving his hands and and almost trying to stop himself again. So I, think he was trying to stick. To a script, but it was it sounded like the speech of somebody who was trying to persuade those who were still very skeptical that things like more mosque wearing when necessary at one point he said he was deeply spiritually reluctant to bring in more restrictions. Now, you might question how much how deep Boris Johnson's general spiritualism goes, but he certainly is somebody who doesn't normally like. To Stop People doing things that they want to do. So it was very much he was saying I know you probably don't want to have to do this. You don't want to have to have more restrictions but I'm afraid you're going to have to and I think one of the things that surprise me given how much build up there had been. Over the last couple of days to the announcement, the done I in the House of Commons. And then on television last night is how little he actually did having sent out the government's chief medical officer, the chief scientist to tell us how serious this wasn't a show us all sorts of ominous graphs, forecasting huge rises in number of cases and numbers of hospitalizations, and then to have Cobra meeting. Then to speak to all the other nations have a cabinet have a House of Commons statement. He didn't actually announce very much even the some of the papers of described this as both barrels and A. Strict, me things these are really measures at margin. What are they in fact? What are the new restrictions? So the news stations having been told at the beginning of September that we should all go back to the office where we could The suggestion is now that people should work from home where they can, which has after all been the advice over the last several months and many people were still quite reluctant to go back into offices He is bringing in a ten. PM. Curfew in pubs and restaurants. So you will have to leave a pub or bar or a restaurant often by ten o'clock at the latest. and. That's going to be apparently quite more strictly enforced. The fines will increase for not wearing a mask, not obeying rules when you're told to and they again to bring in also more mask-wearing more widely say for instance, if you are in public restaurant the rule until now you haven't had to wear a mask at all but now you will have to wear one when you're not actually sitting down table. Eating or drinking and other things will be postponed for instance, like the reopening of sports grounds, and there's been a big outcry about that because many people hoping to get sports, grounds and other big venues back to opening

COVID-19: What did Sweden do differently?

"Sweden has been the country that a lot of people have loved to hate during the pandemic. It's no lock down strategy was seen as naive and cruel by some. But the World Health Organization has praised Sweden's results. A few weeks ago, Sweden did massive testing and found a record low infection rate. But now rates are creeping up, and Stockholm is considering further measures to contain the virus. Dr. Johan Jessica is a Swedish physician and professor at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. I asked him if he was concerned about the rise in Corona virus cases. I don't think we should look at it at all. It may be a statistical circuit race, and it's going up and down. It was up a couple of months ago and then down again, So I think we should wait to make any judgment on that. But I mean, you are seeing an increase now. Yeah, there is an increase on people are concerned about Yes. So if cases continue to rise in Sweden at what point would you advise Sweden to strengthen its measures? Like what kind of increase would you need to see before pushing for that? I couldn't say, but it's not the time yet anyway, you know that Sweden has come in for some really tough criticism for its no lock down policy. It's something that Swedish officials and professionals have been saying the rest of the world just doesn't understand. Help us understand the situation in Sweden. Well, we've had a look down. I call it a soft look down and build some voluntary participation by the people. But if you tell people how this disease transmits, and what's the things you should avoid. People will listen to you. People are so stupid. You talked about a soft lock down. Explain what that actually is. It is. For example, As soon as you feel the slightest cold, you trance state and I will not go to work. Work at home. As much as you can avoid crowded places. There are a few legal restrictions a crowd conflict begin their 50 people, for example, on bus drivers are allowed to deny entrance in their buses. If there are too many people in there, so there are a few but mostly bills on military participation. When it comes to the practical advice for the Swedish population. Is the government urging people to maintain social distancing wear masks, masks, not wear masks. Is that not been one of the things that the government's pushing for? Because there's no science to prove that they work. And yet we hear from experts all over the world that there are plenty of reasons and scientific ones to wear masks. But that's the way I've seen here. Sweden has reported nearly 5900 deaths since the start of the pandemic. That's more per capita than both Denmark and Norway. So at this point of pandemic, what do you think explains the difference. I think we'd have a much bigger seeding of cases in Ah, late February and early March. Then our neighbor countries that we started at a much higher number of infected people than they did. Dr. Jessica You played a key role in coming up with Sweden's response of the current virus. What do you know? Now that you didn't know six months ago about the best way to contain this virus? It spreads more in clusters and influence a dozen ransom moves like a wave over the population. But this is his jumps from a group of people to a new group of people. And that wasn't clear six months ago, and that makes, for example, contact race and becomes much more important with a cluster disease like overhead. And how has it reoriented your approach to containing the Corona virus in in Sweden? Contact tracing is now very important, rigorously in all parts of the country, falling off context, testing them. So that had become more important now than it would have been your influence season. So if you believe it sounds like you do firmly that the Swedish approach is largely working, how come other countries have not adopted it, especially other Nordic countries? The problem was much smaller in their country when it all started on DH. There are political reasons will, but I won't go into that. That's one thing. I would say that it's far too early to compare countries to countries Now we have the beginning of this. This would be going on for a long time. And I think we should wait at least a year before we draw any conclusions or what Which strategy worked on which did not looking back right now, in September of 2020 is there anything that Sweden should have done differently at the start of the pandemic? We should have been better at protecting the old and afraid that was the mainstay of the strategy. But it didn't really work actually, for a number of reasons, and why not? We weren't really prepared, I would say. But wasn't that kind of like one of the first headlines about the Corona virus that it's you know people with co morbidity, ease and and the elderly who will be most affected? Yes, but it takes some time to get a ll the equipment on the training And you don't know that from one day to the next, So we were late. I think they're what about Swedes? What's been kind of the Swedish attitude about this approach to containing the Corona virus. Has anybody protested? Oh, yes. Oh, yes. I have been quite a number of people who say that this is wrong. But this is a democracy. People loved their own use. But maybe listen countries and we have no time the U. S reaction that this is against the Constitution. That reaction hasn't been here at all.

Fall is here. So is a rise in coronavirus cases.

"Week we hit two hundred thousand deaths in the United, states from the covid nineteen pandemic. My name is Lenny Bernstein and cover health and medicine for the Washington Post. We, are into the high six millions in terms of the number of infections. A. Very major milestone. Reminder of what this has done our country. And as were facing this milestone in. What are we seeing in terms of the infection rate and things are actually going here in the US in trying to get things under control. So we had a small lull. Over the last month or two. It's nothing like what we needed. The number of infections came down into the thirty and forty thousand. which is way too high a baseline to be heading into the winter. The virus does better in the cold. It's just what viruses do. And we are going to be going indoors more which means the possibility for. Infecting each other for spread of the virus is going to increase. So we are between two parts of this pandemic coming out of a small lull that really can't be described as controlling the virus and moving into a period of the year that is fraught with very grim possibilities And in terms of what we're seeing more recently as we get into this trickier part of the year. which groups are we seeing experiencing a rise in Cova cases and where are we seeing this rise start to begin? So something like thirty states have had a rise in their case load over the past seven days it's in the Mid West. It's in the DAKOTAS Oklahoma I believe Missouri. Lots of states in the middle part of the country. It is a lot of college towns. University students have gone back to school and not all of them are following the rules about masking and about maintaining distance and washing hands, and so we are seeing outbreaks at colleges and universities across the country. As we speak, the entire student population of the University of Colorado in Boulder is on quarantine, and as you probably could guest win large numbers of students in college and university towns become infected, they tend to spread it around those towns as well. So they're taking the bulk of the blame right now. Because our testing system is so screwed up. You. Can never be one hundred percents sure that when you're seeing a rise, it just doesn't mean that we're actually doing more testing in that area

Teacher important will take taught me something very important about what we need, how fade our bodies and that the crucial nutrients your body will tell you when you're missing the critical factors. Bottom and nutrient needs the thirst in the mail and the first nutrient that your body needs. You can only go minute without it is oxygen and so. In mouth, we can see when not breeding with delivering enough oxygen to our our body and how this translate to add dental health is that as we mentioned before when agile is done developed promptly when we have been narrow up gloomy have risen, tasted done fit that's the back of the magazine and mandible the upper low joel the done developed that is by definition airway space, and so what that does is it pushes us into. What I like to call survival braiding, and what happens is that we are designed to break through the nose and there's some very deep. Raisins for that. In that in the nose, we released nitric oxide which mixes with the air goes into our lung and increases blood flow and pushes auction right throughout the body. Now, when we have crooked up-to-date and the hi pal, we have nasal sinuses that have a low of volume and we don't breath around knows as well as we would when we have nice and central wide jaws. Lovely Watch faces. So what happens is that we learned to break through Mao and this is delivering coal unfiltered there. That's alert air immune system gives us things, Swanson's and Adenoids but what happens is we don't deliver so oxygen and the most crucial part of this is that the mice hungry that the patio body requires auction is the brain and so when you're a breathing correctly, you're starving your brain of oxygen. And so this can happen through the day. You'll bring me through the mail seventy, five percent of the time. Your brain isn't getting enough oxygen. But when you go to sleep, there's one thing you have to do, and that's brief and deliver your brain oxygen and the reason for this is that when you go into deep levels of sweep, your brain is depending on your breathing pattern to take your nervous system into his. Level sleep that then allows himself to clean now and so oxygen and braving patents or what control that. So if you have the small crowded mouth with and you not comfortable with Nicer braiding, you'll then pushing your brain into survival mode during during slate and so as you mentioned, sleep apnea sleep apnea is the most the most severe form of this condition of airway and oxygen deprivation, and that's when we posed. During slave to ten to twenty seconds, the You Count Ten to twenty seconds in you on your hand. That's what people are doing up to thirty or forty times the not, and that's your brain in deep distress, and so this is how we increase the risk of Alzheimer's Disease Dementia and mental decline because we're not giving us a brain opportunity to regenerate and to replenish itself with the the crucial nutrient on. And where I was sharing earlier in the interview is that we typically think of like the you know if anybody has a family member or know somebody diagnosed with sleep apnea we typically think of somebody as. Being usually quite overweight. The one of the things you started noticing and hearing about from some of your colleagues is that there's a whole group of younger. Men But especially women that were coming in. With sort of these symptoms of anxiety like waking up in the morning with anxiety and Tell us how that also relates to this breathing through the nose versus breathing through the mouth. Absolutely. So when we started to talk about the spectrum sleep disorders, now we see obstructive sleep apnea is at the very very severe and but what they found in the nineties at Stanford, a Research Co. Christian. Gilmer found that there was a group who've is patients that's showed positive results for a mandibular advancement splint, which is a dental sleep device. That didn't that were diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and what he did was he called it. New. Syndrome called Airway Resistance Syndrome and it's not a recognized medical term yet. But there are many many studies and lots of research out there showing that people with upper airway resistance, syndrome, which is exactly what it sounds like. It's an airway that has more resistance. So Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome is characterized by an increased pressure in the airways and. How this happens in the body is that when we sleep your muscles relax and that increased pressure is detected by the Brian is receptive at the back you threatening the Airways the tell the brain what the pressure is. Now we have a small bone structure and the muscles relax. What happens is the brain is constantly being sick these precious signals and it relates to a choking response. So the brain has been sent into fight of what? Response, and so this is a survivor when these wackle survivals sleep, and so what happens is that your brain will respond by pushing the Joel Ford and so the most common sign of Airway resistance in Jeremy Teeth grinding and we say this in the Dental practice busy look. But what happens is that people may not even notice that they have the syndrome. You know they slave they wake that I feel that rested. It's because your body doesn't get to reach date levels

Your your parents would really rather emotionally absent. I, think it was very difficult for that generation I mean, my father was in the war and then he came back and I think they. I think they felt. That they needed some kind of reward for the sufferings that'd been through during the war and. They sort of didn't want to have children around mean I. I love my contemporaries I think of it the same way that they. They wanted to have a good time. They wanted to see friends they wanted to don't they want to. They were still quite young. and. They didn't want to be burdened with their children and so my sister and I was very neglected by them. But you did have a wonderful ninety. We had a wonderful nanny and I thought this is rather sentimental thing to say, but I thought in my adult life that. That she probably saved me from becoming another hot hot it kind of person. She was a hod nowadays this we're not talking about my grandmother talking about a hot ninety and We just happened upon somebody had to huge General Steve Hot and. was able to show me and my sister. "Do you ever you ever notice how close monogamy monotony are to each other. Shit you went there right out. The gate sounds like the college just got off of was telling me about how his His wife would only have sex in. You know one certain way in. They've been together a really long time. And you know he's wanting to keep the relationship together but he's opened to like more than just missionary so Yeah it can definitely equal monotony. But I will say this I have also seen in non monogamy that people still have habits in patterns that they carry with them and they just do the same thing but with multiple people so I think it comes down to the individuals learning within themselves how to express themselves different ways rather than needing to look for variation in other people getting back to your call right before we started the show. The only way that this guy and his wife has taxes in the missionary position period. No Oral That's it yeah. I mean she's shoes just not really into anything else. How how long were they married for? So far Seventeen years that's significant and how frequently Do they have missionary style saks? I'm not sure do not ask that question are so. Let's say that there are the average which is like once a quarter. The average Mary couple that had been together for ten years or have sex four times a year on average. So let's just take the average so let's say it's a it's a holiday thing it's a birthday thing. It's an anniversary thing. What did you tell them? What did you tell them to do so he's really they've already tried. I'm seeing sex therapist together and she's just hasn't been wanting to change so he's wanting to do the personal development work within himself as he. Can you feel more fulfilled in himself and be more in place of sovereignty in less feeling like he needs from her? So you know that is where I can help. I can't change his wife. You know when guys come to like change my wife. I'm like not going to happen. And she wants to come work with me. Absolutely one hundred percent. But you know what I can help guys with this. I can help them change. It's happening internally. In themselves the way they're approaching the situation the way they're perceiving the situation the way they feel about it all and from that place everything else in their life will shift but don't cone racing change my wife really. You can't even change. The guy is unless they want the change absolutely but I mean that's why they're coming because they want they want the change so You know it's funny and it goes both ways I've definitely had so many women come to me. Say you know what this relationship with my husband. Just have it so. It's not a man thing it's not a woman thing it's it's a human thing. It's an issue that people are having and that's why Sarajevo's Assyria to save the world. Sue Rose to save the day. Actually I've had so. Many women recently signed up for private coaching. It's it's been interesting just literally like daily coming to me and I'm having to find places in my schedule to add in more private clients and they are women so it's really great because working with men but I love having the balance of also having some women his private clients so it keeps me keeps those skills sharp But also helps me stay kinda balanced in have You know the differ perspectives in having the different perspectives helps me you know coach the opposite gender in affiliate in a better way as well so i. Yeah so I'm excited about that. But back to the conversation of Non Monogamy. Let's go into that It's something that actually somebody message me on instagram. In said. Hey will you do a podcast about non monogamy so here we are doing it? I slipped more questions about the women's coach. GonNa ask. Can I ask all right? That's all right. Can I ask one more question about it? Yeah yeah of course are so. You're talking two more women recently than you have been in a while he said. And how long has it been? You've done some Extensive coaching for women like this. It was in the fall was the the last coaching that. I did. Okay because I was just wondering I'm just wondering. Are you seeing trends with women? We we talk a lot about the trends you see with men have are you seeing trends with women Different than maybe when you first started coaching them as well. Yes so definitely wake when I also say when I was coaching women during the whole me too thing like do they were so much fucking anger. That was being processed through and women definitely men to Everyone has angered that. They're wanting to work through but it was like explosive anger than and I remember. Syria group course was like holy fuck thankfully. I had already worked through a lot of mine so I was. I was alright with at all in like able the hold space for it But it was really intense. I in when I was working with women this past fall that was also a group course that I was doing. It was a lot less so there is actually felt like this. This they had in the fall kinda reverted back even to being more repressed in a it was an interesting experience A much harder time getting them to open up to get out of their shells and I wasn't sure exactly what what was happening with. Particular Group I you know I kind of like. Maybe it's just me that I've shifted to being a Working with men so much as like maybe I'm not relating to them in the same way that I was before when I was working primarily with women but I don't think so because there were still you know the there are still a handful of the women that you really got out of it. Everything that women the past had but there is. There is still a good chunk. That really had a hard time opening. So how effective have you found to be too periodically work with women? And how much better are you able to relate to what you're guys going through by talking to women absolutely like it definitely helps me work with men when I'm talking with women and housing work with women when I'm talking with men so I like to keep a at least a couple of women as private clients so that way I'm able to have You know that conversation happening as well. I don't think I'm going to offer the group coaching anymore that I was doing with women because I really am focused more on the men's coaching. But I especially like women in my Austin community here like have a heart in always had have had for empowering the women here In in my home so I in as most of where my private clients come from is from from Austin when it comes to working with women I. I would think that it'd be very important for you to speak to women specifically to have those voices and those perspectives in your life in your life because coach. You're not like most women memo to Sarah rose. Most women don't think about sex the way you do well. I mean there are a lot of women I've worked. I've definitely worked with a lot of women. Though that have been very exploratory very open with their sexuality and especially you after work with me they were really able to move through a lot of the stuff holding back and express themselves in the way they really wanted to. And that's sesame thing with women is a lot of really want to be able to express themselves. They just don't know how they've never been. They've never had the permission. They've never given themselves permission. Society certainly hasn't religion certainly hasn't their family certainly haven't right and so like doing the work with me. They're finally able to find in themselves like the power the courage to express themselves in the way that they really desire. I was on the phone with somebody last week and the he was talking about. Just like how I express myself sexually in India's a lot For that and I told him like it's because of this work that I've done that I'm able to do that. Only because by put out there on the Internet like I have to fucking know every single day that I've got my own back like I don't know that anyone else who's ever GonNa have a rate like there's definitely no guarantee and it's like that with all of us like we knowing that you've got your own back that you are secure in yourself that you will always belong with yourself that you're always safe with yourself like this is what. I say overruns podcast but those things are so intrinsic in me now so ingrained in in me nuts where where and how. I'm able to live from a place of freedom and so that's what I teach women when I'm coaching them. In the same thing. How a coachman you know is to find that that liberation in sight of themselves in then live there truth from from their their truth is GonNa look like mine. I'm living mind but that doesn't mean my clients acting the way I ask. You know. They they do their own thing with their own lives a but it is just sourced from self love self belonging safety regardless of how somebody gets there they we all have to go through that same process Because if you don't come to self love or as you say have your own back you're never going to be able to maximize the freedom That's available to us in each heart. If you guys haven't heard episode ten on a sexual shadowing go back and listen to that because it's all about this and it's it's pivotal. It's absolutely crucial. It is I mean I am like on these guys man on fire right now. They've got five weeks of shadow work and I don't want to hear any fucking SEUSS's from them. I'm like do this work. Do your practices every single day. Show up for these calls. This literally is the critical component of everything that you're wanting like you know why guys come to me. They want sexual confidence. They WanNa feel more empowered in their lives They WANNA feel more freedom rate. This is how you fucking get it in like. Don't come to me saying you want this shit and then don't do the work being mean coach right now awesome well it but it's so true and the thing is is that as we've also talked about a lot when you do this kind of work. It doesn't just help your sex life. It does help it. It conquers yourself sex life you are able to walk as a sex stallion but it absolutely flows over into every other of your life professionally relation Lee socially financially there's no doubt about it actually impacts everything in the seventies walking around miserable because of their sex life..

"And he's like I love getting live. God why does he keep saying that. What is now? I don't know but also first of all he. He is doing this thing where he's like she first of all. She looks so miserable during this whole thing like this is not what she wants to be doing and then he keeps going like. I want somebody who loves doing stuff like this and then they just keep adding to her face and she looks like she's in Hell. Yeah I see looks works totally miserable. And he's like I just WanNa Climb hills forever with people she's like. Oh Jesus Christ Jesus so would you know. You asked me what I wanted but then you never said what you want and hope. And she's like well. I want to be able to work a couple of days a week but then I wanna also be home because like I think it's important to raise your kids and like home. It's like finding a balance like I want to be involved with kids but like also have something for me and okay. Yeah like you know like a passion like I guess the purpose shock. This is the best date I've ever been on what happened. What wow what did I not hear the just happen? I don't know but speaking as a parent I think that's just a really weird conversation to have on a date where you're like. We'll do you see yourself having a part time job like woody mean having like a part time job like I'M GONNA work at pier one but I wanNA make sure that I WANNA be off. Yeah can you what I WANNA do is I want to work like maybe twelve to four so I I would I wanna do is like drop the kids I mean what are you negotiating already. You don't have a baby. You're on a date. I want you to work. That's basically like staying home. which is a good thing to get settled right at the beginning? You know I guess So then Victoria back to Victoria. They're like wondering if she's GonNa come home she coming home and Kelly's like yeah she's GonNa come back. He's they've got an emotional deep relationship. He probably likes that being a hopeless romantic and all so nighttime they meet up damage. Yeah so Kelsey is already crying. And she's like I want to talk to me bell family. Your family is emotional on a really hard. It's going to be emotional. So then they sit down to dinner. Peter's like what daily ad today and it wasn't even emotional was he goes but I'm emotional because I met them as a good thing. Okay so obviously no next week you know what I have have in store for us. I WanNa hear more about your family and Kelsey Psych. Well touched on my family but if you come the Iowa you're gonNA find out. My mom makes a lot of cookies like a lot K.. C. Can't stop up to stop terrorism. This is great mom great job not doing heroin anymore. Love God I thought it was so funny because that is what we saw in that very first video never ever. We did our casting episode but is that her mom has the cookies or was that the sad nurse. Oh that was sad nurse. You're right you're right. Oh my God it was a sadness and I just assumed it was her because she just started saying cookies and I was like Oh but then I got my blonde smick step. Sorry Buddy but her. Mom is obsessed with baking. Cookies is to the MOM's on this show love cookies. Yeah love cookies. My God cannot get enough cook so then she tells the story of her dad and that she see her dad left them for those of you who don't remember her. Dad abandoned them and just left left a note on the kitchen counter that she found to find out and then she secretly been talking to her. Dad had because it's her job to decide whether she wants to be friends with her dad or not and It just sounds like so sad. It's it's really such a sad story and it also makes me feel like really. Don't WanNa go to your house and it's also being honest but it's kind of like the dean thing where you're like. Okay okay I kind of feel sorry for you but also this very unresolved uncomfortable. Yes like am I going to be in a family fight. Can we ask everybody to just meet at Chili's so so there because then she's like you know the thing is. You're not GonNa meet my dad because like nobody knows that that I have a secret relationship with my dad but also like hey if anybody asks if you know where my dad is like exner on my end day of back Ios an odd conversation. And he's like yeah. Sounds fine check on my guide. Bats date I've ever known it's ever loved me like this like. Oh my God I love Peter Because I can be myself. Yeah and he's like she's not conventional and I like that it's like yes. Yes it's called. Depression Peter Okay. It's not something on tender. Okay about about Chelsea. She just likes to stay in bed all day and working part time is pretty hard for her kind of can't work at all I love. It's a different. I Love Waking Up Mexico. So you look at her pillow and it just looks tie-dyed. I mean it is just streams of tears and Mascara at every day. It's like art. You know. Just Look Asi what. She's left on that pillow so then okay. So he's like like EEK and it's very different but you know like did I mention that. It's different so like validation a I like going on. ATV's with you. I value years so Straub and yet grace and that's a quality more people should have in this world. What's like basically? It should be more of that in the world. He's just making shit. I've test question for you. Google maps or ways she's My car doesn't have navigate and he's like nailed it. I love to get lost. So you're very unique very so she gets the rose now new date card it Hannah and Kelly the racist and they all do the math and again doing more mouth and they're like okay. If Kelsey comes home then what is going to be off the show right so so Kelly is like giving bitchy now right. She's like God last night. I'm I learned. I was on on the three in one and I was annoyed and today I'm still annoyed. Yeah but listen. They're all these other. Three girls are children. All right. Who wants to be on the three hundred one with children? Reach fucking doc in babies kid me. I want to get crown. My White Gene Right. Got His getting so annoyed. So then we go to the three on one and Hannah Psych. He really seemed to like me but he's been three one on one since. Then which means they're seventy nine percent chance. The six girls have of possibly forgot what I was talking about scared. Yeah so Oh Yeah Oh. Victoria's like last week. I doubt and now worried that he doesn't like him are okay. So we go on this date and Peter's waiting in the middle of a lawn or something and they have to do that thing where they walk really far away to see him and usually they're running and and screaming woo but now they're not just walking and so for and Kelly gets out to she goes. You're making us walk awfully far and can I just be really catty for one second. I'm sorry I don't want this isn't an appearance thing because I think Kelly's really pretty but it was very weird to you wearing all white and speaking as somebody who's done a little TV. That's just not what you do. You don't wear all white. It's not a flattering thing to do. It's really hard to look good in all white. Yeah I've just know gene's from housewives says because you'll want to foster used to wear them. She was a monster. Yeah but she was wearing the white jeans two and a white like sort of Camisole top under it which just it was not good. ooh Yeah She's not really known for fashion sense that about now Kelly. Yeah it was a guest a step up from the clown pants. She's like if it's if his mattis suits going to be skin-tight pancer came to Jackie. Kay let's just Garissa guys. I'm a lawyer so instead of bashing I'm a lawyer. Yeah so we meet. The old dude of this episode is like. Oh let me tell you about marriage. He's played savannah prompt. And he's like we've had this Latin lanphier almost two centuries we call it the loving land and everyone gets married in that church is. We've got our own love and in fact my daughter is getting married there in three weeks in. Yeah nothing anything biting the audience to the wedding of surprised. They didn't make them do one on one date at the daughter started. Remember that time limit last season. They're like hey congrats your birthday party for a five year olds you. Don't wait that they showed up at someone scheme scenario ah so crazy. So he's like Hannah an can I talk to you. And she's like yeah so Kelly just lies down on the couch. She's like oppy happy years seeing a bit so good yup. Oh God this this is Hannah Awkward. Yeah had a ends like Peter needs to be vulnerable said better cry. Yeah so she's is like to Peter she's like lake. This has been like really really really really super difficult and then she starts tear up in this kind of art. Because it's Kinda hard to be crying invulnerable because I'm so confident but I'm going to squeeze out some tears. There's also list at all the reasons that I'm starting to fall for you when you make time for me. Okay to you make me feel like I'm the only girl here. And he brought up goofy side. And Oh God there's like thirty things and they're all listed like literally twenty things in house them all numbers because that's how many lines are on the toughest like listen. I like the Eisele is law have hearts as I mean. She's like five you've like I love my daddy. Yeah she's like. Wow these are these are the reasons I love you. They're all about her. You know Yes yes you like me you look at my bat. He backed my hair. You Mike My is they say nice things you tell me. I'm pretty. You can give me a companion pass So then Peter's like like. Oh my God honestly this is one of the sweetest things ever. I'M GONNA drag. You go to.

"And I totally hear that. And I you know I grew up in a family like that. You know I wanNA that'd be a role model for your child. 'cause that's like beautiful child that you're going to have the all my child biologically love faith. I Love Fade Connell of faith this inspiring faith so inspiring and I'll always be honest with you lou. He's like yeah. I grew up with faith but I could be faith easier. Ah on a scale of like burning Bush to like hell is like an actual place with firing. Dinosaurs aren't real. How faithful are you? Could I get like go. Get some idea of how faithful you are right now. Oh my God. so He's like so. Yeah anyway I feel so good about you volley in love with you. Did you notice that his his voice. Okay so I've complained about his voice a few times right because it sounds like his mike is rubbing up against his shirt. That's what it sounds like to me. But then someone was like no. It's something something in his actual voice. I think it's like Satan and his voice actually whisked because you can hear it. Sounds like a whisper coming out behind his words do you hear and do you know what I'm saying we're crazy. It sounds like he's like here's what I think about these amazing I love it. He didn't he didn't come to eight Countess. Eighteen vulnerable vulnerable. I don't know what the Hell's going up but it's creeping me out and now I can't hear and it's an every I see. Yeah I know what you're saying. I do know what you're saying. Well maybe they were having a problem with the Mike. But it's he he he does it again later in another scene where he saying one thing but you hear like behind it and I'm someone who smoked for a long time like you know people you can hear me breathe. Every time I finished a sense I'm like you know like I'm always kind of drowning but Yeah his actually while he speaking. It's really weird. I I don't know what it is I'm going with Satan. That's my guess. We'll that's my prediction he satanic. I think you could be right. I think honestly this theory. I'm surprised they. I didn't read it on E. Online. That's my for Dixon. He say Tannock. And that's why he's getting little Christian virgins is just going to kill them. All you know so okay so then. Madison is to the camera. She's like I'm like really really on cloud nine because I want what somebody who like I I I said I wanted somebody who's really really faithful but what I meant by that is somebody who's really really not faithful Foale but who wants to be challenged. Yeah basically what she's saying kind of Ya like you bring a sinner in and get washed washed up in the Lord. She's he's like. I'm on cloud nine because Jesus on cloud ten one spinner sort of giving McLeod Ted this motherfucker as soon. It's possible and then he does something. I was really surprised at. He's like wow we you got you got to meet my family now getting me yours. And he gives gives her the Rose and she's like Oh my God I pray for him and he's like Madison. I'm definitely falling in eleven. You Madison I was like your love with her. Jeez who gave you that script. I was kind of blown away by that. Owns blown away. You can't say you're falling in love with somebody. You can't do it now every season since probably since you and I have been doing this they just freely say on in love with were the girls are supposed to say it to him because he's the bachelor but he's supposed supposed to be the first one to say it not him without. Thanks you get full. It started with Ben and Lauren. Jo-jo that was before our time. It was like one on season before our time and he told both of them he was in love with them and it was huge scandal but ever every season since then basically the the bachelor flirter or batch tells more than one girl he loves him. Oh my gosh well. This is the first one right raise. Like I'm definitely falling in love with Madison Right now. So cool goodness. Wow Oh yes someone like. Someone likes brand new teeth. Sit on top of other teeth guarantee. I guarantee he's GonNa say it to another person because here's why they wouldn't have shown him saying it about her because it would have been like a spoiler in less he's GonNa say about somebody else so that there is some tension you know what I mean. How are we going to think if he's in love with her obviously she's GonNa make it to the top two unless something happens? Which yes it's supposed to be very dramatic? So maybe something will. But I'm sure he's going to be in love with someone else to that's all I'm saying dramatic. It's always the most dramatic you've ever see dramatic than the revolutionary war on the bachelor so then next day we got to the Hotel Plaza automous which basically means the Marriott courtyard the courtyard Marriott. We all know the Peter's like woke up feeling really good for and Addison but I don't WanNA clues myself off to someone else with a slower burn going right right into your theory Ya ah say. He likes a bird. Yup You likes it hot. He's like Becker this file so he goes on his one on one and with Natasha. And it's painful to watch. I thought because she's not interested in him at all you can tell she doesn't give a shit about the sky and she's is bored with them and she's doing that thing which is kind of tilting her head down and making is really wide and blinking. Lot like kind of London innocent face like she's interested in him God he's like. Wow you noticed in my bandages often everything whether you think it's like you just see her mind saying I can't wait to tell everybody in my life that you ran into a golf cart and stab yourself in the head and I can't wait for you to tell that story every place to go for the rest of our lives together. Please get me Outta here and put me on paradise please. Yes she knows. He's not into her and he knows he's not into her but was especially annoying about this date was how long it takes seem to tell her that. Yes true the heat's he constantly makes it sound like he's about to give her a rose yes and it was also very review. Yeah he's like. Are you sure you can have kids with me. Be with me forever. Are you sure on what you watch. ESPN I'm Sir. Are you positive if I asked you to marry me right now. You'd say yes. Yes Peter Okay Gum. Yes that's basically out what it was and she couldn't even cry at the end and she's Ah Geez. Thank God for the air conditioning in this car so much better than maybe that happened today. Yeah I mean I know she expected it it but I wish he didn't just drag it out until the final moment and then he does that thing that you know I hate where he holds the rose up in their face. Do you see this rose us. You like this rose a bet you want this rose I bet you think about to give this rose psych by one for yourself because this one's taking me get out so then the girls are back at the hotel rubbing members while Natasha's Anna's like okay if if that girl doesn't come home don't then that leaves us which means we all have over fifty percents chance. Yeah Oh my God. That was hilarious so funny and so they're like whoever gets stuck on this group date. It's like the worst. This is gonNA suck. It's going to be terrible. You know. Yeah we did forget about one thing that was. That was kind of funny about in the Natasha date. When and she's like I've brought anyone home? Meet my parents in four years. He's like wow four years she goes. Yeah the last boyfriend I had that guy broke up with me. 'cause he said that was too intense and she's like I have to when he tells her like you you've given me every he's you showed me every side of for yourself this season good. You showed me the bad you showed me really horribly mean and I'm terrified of that went so that would be great. She's like well. I grew up brothers and they They really terrible so just to warn you like if you come back to my house my brothers will probably Cook your ass. Okay okay definitely not coming to your house. Wow Yeah so okay. So back at the hotel Kelsey. He gets the one on one day. Yes which we have trouble now. Why Oh what is it? She's Okay I get at that. Maybe he likes the intense emotional craziness of her but she's not even that exciting like when they go out and have a date she's like yeah. Well this is fine. Well we're outside. I guess I like being outside okay. So that's great. She's just always crabby when she's sober and that she's always insane when she's had a drink think well she's always crying as soon as she starts drinking for sure. I mean I'm not look a mite siding with Tammy and saying she's now colic. No that's not what I'm saying but she I will say she needs some kind of trauma therapy for sure. Yeah I don't know what's wrong. It's not over whatever happen with her. I mean she's right on the surface all the time. Yeah it's like everyone else. I can see at least some kind of chemistry. You know even if I don't like the contest and I can see something there but what is even happening so then Natasha as getting dumped and Peter Peter Walks up to the balcony and looks over it and there's an orchestra playing bachelor theme music below him as he poses on the balcony and Satan laughs like a little tiny fax machine in the back of his throat. See laughs like a little title nine. God where is that sort of sounds like when he's talking there's something in the back of his he's like I'm saying this. The back of his stressed I like connecting to air while the back of his threat can identity the cover at is from say. So let's get a calcium. Peter State shall we okay right. Yeah so Chelsea's like I haven't had a one on one since Cleveland's it's going to be nice to be with him with all these bitches routes yeah and this is where they really highlight. Chelsea's knows and I don't know how they did it. They did it in. They just showed her in different angles. Today I don't know what it was but you know we've pointed out kind of the bad had no job and look. I don't believe in like going after people for what they look like. Naturally but I think this was just some bad work done because there's like two little it'll dance on the side of the point. I don't know it's unfortunate. It's the point I agree they go into this field and I'm like wow grape peter and he's like let's welcome it or do they go on the ATV's I I guess I go on. ATV's I I don't know but right before their date I love I I just have to add in this. Peter says yesterday. I had a great date with Natasha. which just made me laugh out loud with does he know what what he's Does he have any idea what he's saying at any point Mo.. You had a great time with Natasha breaking up with her that that was just so fun it was the best part was what I sent her home crying in a limo. What a good day okay? And he going to be hard to top that it's going to be hard to top that that really boring dumping I did yesterday so they go on. ATV's for a little while and then he's like let's climb this mountain and they start taking up this mountain which is basically verticals completely. Vertical like it's straight He can't do it and seacat do it. And then he just collapsed on. Let me check..

"That she that she's upset that there other women so he tries to ask like. Are you ready for marriage and he did she freaks out. Yeah I think I just WanNa make sure because my biggest fear at the end of all of this is is that someone's not ready for mayor ends and saying Oh I don't know I can't even alumnae you ain't now. She terminate doing this thing where she would just cry. Basically be evict Basically try and scare the shit out of him. You know like I mean and this is a real thing because I'm actually crying and I might crying mini Ainhoa know what's wrong with the online. I honestly can't tell if she's really like aggressively stupid or manipulative. I think it's hard to know. Oh I think manipulative I mean if she's not I think she's just trying to play them. Yeah I'm not sure so okay. So then there's a little date card hard for McKenna. Tammy before the rose ceremony and Peter talks to them and he he kicks Tammy off. He's like you both can't stay so he kicks Tammy off but then there's rose ceremony kicks off so he kicks off McKenna. Sydney Victoria Victoria. He was already gone and Tammy he was already gone. Okay so now we're left with six. Yes and then we got the best McKenna speeches because she was on that too on one you know how they leave him alone to fight. They're like you girls zero. Stay here and do some fights for the cameras so sick I will speak right. Tammy I'll speak you. Try to drag me down through. I was like Okay Lady. Calm down. Look Scarlett O'Hara over there at the end when she got kicked down Eric Out. She's like I have the I am a love with myself more than any man. I only need that self is a woman who okay giant Berendt lady who. You're trying to fool here. Um that was so funny. It was really good. Okay so val up to this episode rod up so we opened up with some recorder music music desert forms out packers and boats. We're in Lima. We are in Lima. The girls European very disappointed because they only can manage really light wounds. They're walking the street and they're like WHOA. This is funny because Kelly who can't tell like hate her or love her is like I mean. I'm excited but I have no idea what there is to do here have you. You're not on a sightseeing cruise like you're on a reality show. Who Cares walking the hotel room? Anyway it's not like you get to actually do anything they're going to win there and try and make you stir crazy to fight. She's like high. Now there's pack as get someone all right. Hopefully I'll try some. I'll pack as it was just. I thought it was such a weird like comment to make yelp reviewing Lima. Yeah exactly so sorry babe so I sent you right in your face now it it was it was I was just talking more about the same thing so anyway So Peter's face timing with his true love Mama. Barb and that's how he's narrating the episode second biggest fear of going in and committing at that they feel for me but then Barb Zik. I think you've really really really have to be honest with yourself. You really really really need to listen to your heart. Yeah yeah she's like that's what love's about listening to yourself being honest with yourself. And he's like mom is really talking about here. It's like I'm a little pilot and the girls when they get to their hotel L. Room. Then we get some real because you know these girls Love Hotel Room. They're like oh I don't even know who was one girl per real. Oh Wow so funny but Peter is. This is the episode where it's just full force of last week. I turned turning having some fear about this journey. 'cause like last year for Hannah she blindsided me so I really really related to know for sure that they feel just as much potential. Oh with me otherwise. I don't WanNa be Families Lemay said that I don't even WanNa meet their families. Then yeah like me. Better be honest honest me too steep family. He comes in. He gives them all a speech. She's at gas. You better be ready to married. You better be ready ready to marry me. Is Everyone here. Ready to marry and have children with me either. Yes yeah. Wait to have your baby. And the Madison's like Oh my God timmy. Marriage is something cou you do. One time I was like Oh God young people you know it's like when you made a twenty year old he's like I don't believe in plastic surgery surgery. Don't fucking twenty years old you idiot. Exactly amy when you're fifty so yeah I think he's so peters like guys since lacerra cermony. I started thinking the my biggest fear is someone thinks they really really want this but then that it turns out they really really don't so I need you to be really really really honest with yourselves. A really really look in your hearts you know if you want to continue this journey okay. Bye Jack Stew on that. So the girls on that got him any on South Valley Account Temps Babies. Yeah Kelly. This is where Kelly starts to act like. She's the old aunt of the group. She's like guys. I think Peter is looking for more clarity and I think he's stressed out because we're at a point where we're getting to know like like him so it's like hard like to give them the reinforcement he needs like we don't want to force things. Yeah I think they just told Kelly okay. You have to talk now. 'cause literally everybody else's God no one else to have lunch hour and only only want me say herring barrels whiles vulnerable. I mean who gets is a lot of girls gotta fuck one of us so it's a thirty three percent chance for some bullshit site so the date card comes in Madison. Gets the one on one date so we get to watch her. Apply like spider legs. Ah Skara to rise. Looks like little tiny rockets that are dangling off of her is just little sticks. Little legs sticking off of her crazy. Easy stick is. It's so weird looking. This is there no producer to tell her. That's too much Skara. They love it the thought you look to make them look good. You know this is like for me. This is so eighties that kind of Mascara and then you're like a feather clip in your hair and smoked a lot of pot. We are those days I was right. Yeah Smoking Pot was great. Nineteen eighteen eighty five. So Madison's like I'm emotional. But you know what I want to dance I wanNA scream. It's been so long And she's obviously got the state says she's rolling little suitcase out and then it's time to beat up with pita and she can't even Koala bear. Koala hawala can because her jeans are so tight. She's I don't know why people are doing the mom jeans thing again. Why is that cute again? I guess I'm just old enough to remember. Those really high wasted did genes. Yeah it's not a good look on any of them do not flattering. So He's like I've I've got a day plant in that fasching edge and then they he's like wow you didn't even notice it. I got it off. I'm just scarred for life. If Malan he pulled a little scar yeah so then they like this is funny. They're walking by some SAVITA which is delicious by the way and Peter's like have you tried this. Vj and she's she's like no and they don't Chinese vj they just keep walking they'd like why include that have you tried it. She's been locked in a room okay. She's had some goldfish crackers at cost nine dollars players from the mini fridge. So they also have the scene where they're skipping rocks on the ocean. which which? I didn't know you dad. I thought that was. I didn't know you skipped roxette actual waves but I guess people do that. So they're skipping rocks but they're like basically throwing rocks at boats because there are boats right there on store what are you doing. You're going to get shot you know. Stop throwing rocks at boats. Stop Making Americans look more stupid. Stupid Americans Ok lost with each other. That's what I liked. It's you with a girl. I like to get law law. Yeah so then. They're on the they're on a boat. Oh okay wait okay so this During this part I thought this was interesting. We find out they've only they've had one one on one date which was probably the one from the last episode and nothing sense dance and Peter's like I really think we might need like a really little more time together. Thank this your second date. And if she he makes hometowns then he's going to go ask her parents if he can marry her and he's got. This is getting so confusing difficult. The main reason I came to talk to girls today is because I know how my heart works and like once I start to give it to somebody. There's no going back for me. And she's like yeah like I want you to know that like I'm serious like oh no. Is this how this Madison Right. I'm like serious like and I'm like here for you and Mike. I wouldn't put myself through this like like a future. Like dislike a future with us and he's like glad you told me that and then they're trying to act like they have chemistry and he's kind of pinching her forearm. It's like some weird forearm massage thing being and finally she's like Oh my God you wish she jumps up and kisses him and he's like. Wow validation feels real good yes and then Kelsey Hana's like after this week it's hometown sir. Hum like it's scary and kilty grazing Chelsea's like I hope everyone's taking it seriously because it's very serious. This is so serious. This this is the serious portion of the episode for all this as serious yet coaches like yeah. It's really really serious this week. And it seems like Peter and Madison have a really strong connection but like I don't know if you guys know this but I've got a secret about Madison and Madison doesn't want a man to lead her family and fit. She's like really really religious and she's really serious but Jesus and she needs to share that because with Peter because like that's serious serious she's like yeah. She hasn't talked about her dealbreakers yet. It doesn't matter how strong your relationship Jesus will always win at three seven people. Do I need this. is out serious. As though then Kelsey is talking to Victoria. I guess all the girls are talking and calcium like everyone loves madison. Everyone loves matty. Everyone loves matty. But if that bitch doesn't come home we have a better chance. And they're like new hope. was that the part where Kelly was like. I hope she gets hit by a bus result. Later uh-huh no later she says when it's down to just a few of them see God. I wish I could say that. I wanted you all to get hit by a bus. It really makes this weird. That's funny because I thought he actually said I kinda want you guys to get hit by a bus and I was like that seems like a bigger moment. They were all staring at her. Like wow awkward. I guess when I don't Oh my God okay so let's see so then Tasha's like You you know what like at this point. He's made deeper connections with every other person here. I better get a date card and that she gets the date card and she's like Oh my God this is so unexpected. Yeah and then. It's the night back at the night time day. Time with a ladies lady Linko in a bar and and I just wrote to Peruvian Linko. She's singing like Ol-l. Hello welcome in the sadness and grill things. Compared sounds like it's yacht rock to over there the like putting getting their hands up. Why dancing like bat to this song? The song is probably about like drug addiction. Losing using the love of your life like. Why are you dancing well? Why is the bachelor doing that to them? That's what I want to know. What are you that you know? They have their marching orders. They know what they're supposed to do all right so now. It's time for Madison. To be really really really honest a really authentic because she's like Peter it's been like really really really really really really hard but a really really really glad around the state.

"rose" Discussed on Rose Pricks: A Bachelor Roast

"Ooh What a fun week. I've had sorry. We missed an episode last week because guess what the Bachelor tries to torture people who cover the Bachelor K.. Five hours of Bachelor Week. Fuck yourself how about that. That's what I say to that relationship and guess what the relationship is still here which proves use that. We're in it to win it. We are so in it to win it. I went to New Orleans and I just knew I was going to be drunk and literally stuffed full all of carbs the whole time. I mean you. Breathe in gluten there in the air and so yeah but I watched it on the plane. I watched last week's on the plane and was just cracking my asa. What a funny episode? It was really funny. I mean I was kind of sad that you know we couldn't do it whole episode. What about it but sometimes you just can't they can't do this to US running? You have a kiss. Stop torturing US send US okay so before we get into that. Go go over to our patriotic four bonus episodes. We've got a lot of really good ones this season. We started kind of transitioning more into gossip and bachelor gossip and stuff like that today. We talked about Victoria. Oria fucking racists apology or you know city apology on Instagram for her. You know fucking racist stuff so go find that just go to sprint DOT COM If you WANNA find the links to patriots thanks to everybody. WHO's over there? We are going to start doing it. Monthly charging monthly instead of every creation. Or whatever it's just easier. There's more streamlined. It'll confuse you this. We'll run into less problems scorpion. Sco All over there do it together. Okay yeah so here's the thing I just WanNa make sure that everybody's clear if you want it if you are capped at five dollars near the five dollar level do nothing. You don't have to do a single thing. A Patriot will just update you. Now if you somehow are like a crazy person and you put down. There don't cap it. I'm at fifty dollars. There is a million dollars. What do I care is give it to make it rain sister? Then go in there and make sure that you're capped at five dollars ars or ten dollars or whatever you want and that's what you will get charged every month and then there will. We will have no more issues with people not being able to get the content because their payments still pending. And it's going to be so great and if there's any problem you is just tell us and we'll fix. It will refund you if something happens. We're not trying to steal your money to. It's just like Peter is just trying to earn some love so let's talk a little bit about the episode that we miss last week times. Great Great Times. I was laughing my ass off on the plane and the there was an older lady sitting next to be on the plane and she just kind of watch what I was doing and she said you watch the bachelor like so rude. You know people are really so rude about what you're watching on TV. Like what do you care judging. Yeah so once you get off my ass. Yes I believe in romance had left. It's amazing it's an amazing show and I'm going to sit here and Saab for McKenna while it's happening. So what do you think about that McKenna. Really lost it. Okay well I guess we I I wrote down just sort of in a nutshell. What happened happened so basically basically Hannah an has a one on one And she tells him about that the she loves modeling thing. Because it's just in life you want to really go deep. You know you don't want to skim. The surface tries to be a poet about it. She's like the shallow. The shallow is where the minnows Ayar wanted to be bigger than me now. Okay well congratulations. I mean as the bachelor so I would think minimum. Minnows are the Galway Galway. Take back whatever you need to hand. Okay she's an idiot and then peters like our things and she's like Oh my God everything's always great with you. I can't with this. It's like you're just too happy. You keep telling me what I WANNA hear. Yeah literally doesn't go kick off Off You know he's like you've gotta be miserable about something and so this week. She's trying to be miserable about something so she doesn't get kicked off for being like a well adjusted hosted human being. I mean he just hates people that are well adjusted. He he honestly just hates them. He does angry angry when people people aren't crying and acting like they're mess he gets. Superman is when he gets annoyed with people like that. I couldn't stop thinking about you describing it that way because he was really on fire with that this week yes really was so he goes on the window date without Dodo bird and of course he's like well. You just keep saying what I WANNA hear. But here's a rose anyway anyway because love to hear it so again like was a blouse. Down isn't bonar global. Oh speaking of we never talked about Peter's Boehner and the bathing suit seen. Yeah I thought I was like I didn't. I wasn't sure what was happening. I wasn't really either. Wow that looks Michael Boehner but you know they wouldn't show that on TV and then the next day everybody went crazy. Like Oh my God. Did you see his bouncer. Not a great boehner. I'm going to say I looked at it. I looked at of course I did my CSI investigation. I got that Boehner picture all my computer. I enlarged it did saddle data with fact on photoshop. Everything I could just see what was going on looks just a very long skinny. You know not very long like a longish various skinny Boehner. So there you go. There's your boehner news everybody. So do you think it was a boehner. I think it was like Gadhafi. Okay like a fluffy. Yeah Kinda like me. It's like a waking up because you know your penis really you don't really have control rollover with that things doing you know it's like it's like little groundhog coming out Z.. Out here happening out here and it's just it'll move around around sometimes in the day you know expandable bit like it starts raining expand. I don't know why but it's still here just wanted to say hi. How's your day on my great eighteen? S How's your day. It's like okay going back to bed. That goes on this little cage or cave but if you're like looking at like a beautiful man does Europeana SCO. Hey Ronnie we're looking at a beautiful man now forty hours. So my penises bay like I basically basically have to make reservations with my penis at this point and Mike Okay. We're GONNA do this right. The sex sir. It's like your friend going out like you still there. It's like how many Martinez did did you drink. You know it's like we can do this. My penis basically is a pilot though the amount of times it has has to do the helicopter. So there you go come on. Let's do this together sunny way. The point is Peter's Boehner K.. Just disturbed everybody in this audience for Little Peter. Boehner talk okay. Oh so then also we need to just talk about the fact that Hannah and tells Peter that she's never been in love she's very sure about that. And then the Internet was not so sure about that. The Internet found a bunch of pictures of her with her law. A A long term boyfriend were they constantly talk about how in love they are. Yeah but I guess once you get dumped by a guy or once you dump a guy I guess you. You're like I was never in love. That wasn't even love even even if I said it three times married them and had children with them wasn't locating so now she's been on one date Peter and she's like I'm falling in love this time for real. Forget that guy was with for four years. It was also mechanic just went into the most McKenna mode. She can go into. And every time they showed McKenna's he was just going on a bachelor bachelor orgy of lines. Bachelor lines you know. She was just like walls up vulnerable. You just need to feel vulnerable and every time the girls were together it it had to be like. Here's how I'm feeling about our relationship girls but it also got her in trouble because the girls were finally over crazy McKenna this week. They were really yeah they were finally over it. It's funny they. They're kind of the most clicky backed by group. We've seen it a while. They can finding a new victim so wait. Did we get to the part. That were Victoria. P Goes to talk to Peter and he's like I think you're more into me than I'm so so I gotta be fair fight so she leaves than Matty's May Oh okay so then yet this is where the tammy totally it calls out McKenna. Right so tant tammy comes for McKenna and it's funny but it's also like Tammy. Oh my God You can't do that every week. You know yeah you can't hate everybody in town. Always the tattletale. It works every season. So she's like well tattled Wentz. It's loud just keep on. Doing that does become a bad a really bad luck. Yeah so she kind of came for McKenna and was saying Oh. She's been over there crying all day. And and of course Peter who is a friend you tell nothing to go straight up her like Tammy. Can we saw these girls a half the learn the lesson that you are here to teach which is stop tattling. The the girls that are left. I don't think any of our tattle tales. No but they were a lot more boring this week without like crazy people tattletale. Oh yeah yeah But yeah so she tattled tales and they did this big group date on the set of a soap opera called a moon sitter beetle bed roll or whatever and I grew up watching two novellas I love them and I was cracking up just at the casting. They made Kelly play the lady like the maitre play the grandma and she was funny. Cracking up and the McKenna's like had to play the made. I don't even know why I'm surprised at this point. And they just can again victim no matter what happens. Of course I knew it hates me and they just in her walking behind the couch looking really sad as he made that with everybody else who so. Yeah so then the can also tells on Tammy and but you can tell that peters not into McKenna during this episode and then there's a one on one with Victoria F F- so Victorian FM. Peter Talk and then he tells her that.

McKenna Peter Michael Boehner US Tammy Mike Okay New Orleans Hannah Peter Talk peters Little Peter Galway Victoria tattled Wentz groundhog Ayar bonar global Kelly Gadhafi

Sometimes people are going to say thank you and wave. Sometimes they're not other times. They might just flip you off then. You're like wow. Am I doing this for the love doing this. Because it's an opportunity and there are things you can't control if it was up to me and I guess I had a opportunity to dictate dictate. What my next twenty five years? They know that would be working at ESPN Doing the opportunities that I'm doing any future opportunities that come not only in front of the camera but production was off the floor away from ESPN I'm very passionate about the state of Michigan in my hometown of Detroit. They being hall of Famer Is My Godfather He's one of the mentors in my life than encourage me to do more. uh-huh along with Thomas then just be a former basketball player to give back and support as much as I can. So I don't I don't know if I'll end up being a mirror of Detroit or governor of the State of Michigan but when you ask me things that I thought about being asked about and had my eye out for and that's something I would love to be minority owner with the Detroit Pistons They play downtown and little caesars arena and I feel like there is a wealth of things that I can bring to the table. "You are listening to mindful performances with theresa rose. This podcast is part of the c. Suite radio network turning the volume up on business for more information or to listen to more episodes visit theresa rose dot com hi there and welcome to my full performances with theresa rose. This is a bonus episode code of a mindful moment that i just experienced while walking around one of my favorite lakes here in minneapolis my hometown <hes> i had an interesting experience <hes> i walk this lake regularly and have done so for years and years so i know every last twist every turn and i have a way of doing it. I as we tend to do fall into patterns. I walk on the right nightside and i walk clockwise so that means that i'm closest to the lake and you know people know that's sort of the general way of doing it. We walk like we drive. We walk on the right hand side of the pedestrian path well. This was a beautiful day <hes> a little bit hot but it was still gorgeous and i was walking. I had my ear buds in and i'm listening to my my music and as i was turning a corner a woman who was jogging <hes> a almost plowed into me. She was jogging on the left hand side of the the path which is not usual and we had that weird moment that happens you know when you know that you're gonna you're gonna they run into someone. So you sort of a weird dance together. You don't know if you should move right or left and they don't know if they should move right or left and you just keep going back and forth well. It was getting pretty close to where she was going to run into me and i just decided in that very moment. I was just going to stop plant my feet. Look her in the eyes and allow her to go around me and crisis averted so we he did not run into each other but here's what i was thinking of. After that happened first of all i could have easily you know held my ground because i was quote on the right side of the path. She was not jogging word. People normally jog you know she had no dogs there. There was no reason why she needed to be on my side listened to me. My side of the path and i decided that it really wasn't helpful for me to stay in that position of i'm gonna fight for what's right and i just stopped and grounded instead. I'm going to let this person who made an unconscious. <hes> not very mindful choice to to do this to you know to go against what the sort of normal <hes> socially accepted rules are <hes> and i just let her pass and i thought you know that's sometimes the best approach approach for us outside of those circumstances as well in our lives. Everyday lives at work at home is when someone makes a choice that is less than mindful that is unconscious that is disrespectful that that is rude we can sometimes lose our energy and get plowed over by them <hes> when when we engage with them when we attempt to go back and forth with them and do that dance with them of i'm right you're wrong kind of thing and sometimes the best approach when dealing with someone who is not paying attention. They're not paying attention to their surroundings. They're not paying attention to the other people around them. <hes> is to just stop and ground your energy and and be present and let them pass because it's worth the effort of just letting them go do <unk> their thing without you getting pulled into it so this was a mindful moment for me to really be aware of where i am unconscious and i i am not paying attention to those around me and to really just be a little bit more <hes> mindful of that and and realized that we are all in this together and that we are in one big community regardless of what the news says and what our facebook feed say we are of one being being so we all get to work together and play together and make sure that we can dance together in the best possible way so hopefully this will give you a little little bit of <hes> encouragement and inspiration for you to make the decision if whenever you're in a situation where you are faced with someone who's going to plow oh you over with their unconscious choices. Maybe just take a moment instead of doing the back and forth to just breathe. Stay still and let them pass us. Thanks very much. I appreciate it. I am theresa rose. "You are listening to mindful performances with Theresa rose. This podcast is as part of the C. Suite Radio Network turning the volume up on business for more information or to listen to more episodes visit. Theresa Rose Dot Com. Hello there everyone. This is theresa rose. Welcome to mindful performances. <hes> this is a new kind of episode that I'm going to do. I have decided that in addition to providing you with one mindful performance strategy every episode which I've been doing every other week <hes> I I am also going to pepper <hes> the time when I am inspired to share with you another mindful moment and those are just going to be micro PODCASTS PODCASTS <hes> smaller duration and hopefully you will enjoy them <hes> so this particular one happened. I felt inspired inspired. Yesterday I was <hes> I was waiting in the the SPA lobby for for my Esta Titian to <hes> to greet me <hes> for a treatment and <hes> we'll just. Just leave it at that for a treatment <hes> and I was waiting and I my phone went off and I received some disquieting disquieting news. It wasn't news that was you know really serious. It wasn't life or death. Nobody was bleeding. <hes> it wasn't isn't mercifully a phone call from a police officer or a hospital so I WANNA put it into perspective okay <hes> but it also was not welcome news and it was what not welcome news from my child <hes> and so it was <hes> it was aggravating and and and then my S. Titian <hes> Jesse who's lovely <hes> welcomed me in and I was was at a moment where I had I had a choice to make I had a choice to make I could either spend the next forty five minutes <hes> not only angry about what transpired over text with my child but also in pain pain and I thought heck that doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun. Why don't you just be in the moment with Jesse and the pain and the text and the result of the text and the choices that will be made from that taxed is in the future. Gotcha all of that is in the future so I opted to just table my feelings about what happened and experienced that treatment <hes> and <hes> and you all can just assume what it might be <hes> and it <hes> when that all happened. I really realized that it's really up to was when things happen to our worlds that we don't expect we don't invite we are surprised by we have a choice every single moment to decide how we're going to what flavor of <unk> our mental energy are we going to expend. Are we going to expend the mental energy of and emotional energy of anger or are we going to expand the mental and emotional energies of acceptance or curiosity or for forgiveness or compassion or empathy or a whole host of other emotions that are far healthier. Here for you for the people in your life and for the petition who was forced to put you in uncomfortable positions so with that being said that is my first mindful moment on the spot my full moments that I wanted to share in this podcast cast <hes> it is a little different in nature than my more <hes> formalized podcast that I share with you when I go through my <hes>. My lessons lessens my strategies from mindful performance how to powerfully impact profitability productivity and purpose <hes>. I hope it gives you a little blasted Mojo throughout the day <hes> and and always reminds you that you are the master of your reality. Thank you very much. I'm Teresa rose. Check me out.
