Reminds me we need to get back to that game. I need to give it another shot. I haven't played it really since around release time. I know they've done a lot of fixes to it. So I need to just hop back in. It's a great game. I enjoyed it. The first one. I finished the whole favorite games. Oh, first of all, it's amazing. Yeah, yeah. Okay, okay, so let me send first and second. I prefer the first one. Okay. But the second one is good. That's proper expectations you're setting. So thank you. It's good. I have a lot of hours on that one. 40 40 plus 50 hours, I think. No, we were both talking about how we want to go back and play more of it and how now that the game has been patched and polished a little bit that now is probably the best time to go back and check it out. "I don't get it. Excuse me for being too negative, but it's just like, man, that is like to be like, I've been playing this for 15 hours and not much has happened. I'll tell you that much. The whole thing. The stories where you're trying to find your sister and there's some flashbacks to them. They're all bad. And the writing's bad. So it's like you have 15 or 30 hours. Bad. What is there to do? It's functional. It tells you what you need to do. For 15 hours, it's got to be boring, even if it's all kicking guys. I can try to enjoy the moment when I became quite a bit. Every time I stop playing. It's interesting. I kind of want to play more. The parkour is fun. The beaten ups one, I've got some good abilities right now. And like I said, you find a lot of weapons you can make set on fire and hit hit zombies with them so they sent on fire too. It's just fun to run around even at night. I was really worried about the timer stuff at night. I haven't had too many problems with it so far. You find a lot of immunity boosters and everything like that. The gameplay loop is shrooms. I'm having a great time with it. Despite the fact that the story seems not innovative in a major way. It's function or something. Something to be said about it a gameplay loop that just kind of resonates with you. Yeah, but I just think it's weird that I've seen comments that's like, oh, there are only 15 hours in. That's not enough to judge the game. It's like, that's 15 hours. It's a lot of hours. If I was writing a scored review, I would agree, but as someone who like. No, I'm going to go do something else. I just think it's really weird. I don't know. It's video games, though. I know it's video games now. It's crazy. Because I think one of my big problems with dying light two is like the tech tree, the number of moves you start out with and the number of things you have to do to flesh it out to where it feels like a good modern game. With the some of the parkour stuff, the slide, the wall run, some of the melee stuff, the dropkick, the other stuff. I think if you gave people that all in the first minute, it would be overwhelming. But at the same time, it doesn't feel like enough out of the gate to where I feel like it just makes that slow start feel even slower and that made it hard for me. Even the other one I got to that 13 hour mark and felt like I had had most of what I want to go do stuff with. I think that was also the point where I hit I don't want to go do stuff anymore because the rest of the story fatigue and everything else set into a point where I was just like, yeah, it's still that just block attack, perfect block, stagger. Melee stuff. A lot of these other games do. Once you get past the perfect blocking seems important in the early game, but after a certain point you really don't need to worry about anymore. I'm going to go the way where I over level stuff. And have an easier time fighting. I will say it's really weird the way the level range is one through 6. That's all it is. I'm like 20 hours in. I'm like level three. And it feels like there should be more granular there in terms of finding more weapons and things like that, but that's an odd choice. And I forgot what else I was going to say, but yeah, I lost it. But I really do enjoy the comment in these games. I played a fuck of fuck all of dying by one and the expansion pack. So this is pretty similar to that. It's a little more rough hue. I gotta say though. It's so Brown is my biggest complaint about Brown. It's an extremely Brown. I think it looks better without RTX on for some reason. It just makes them feel blurry and weird looking. I see people keep on saying this is one of the best looking games of all time and I'm like, here's cyberpunk, go try that again. It's probably because you're so stretched out all the colors are stretched out. Wide brown monitor. I think that when you think about dying light two and why it starts the way it runs the way it runs, I think probably the numbers for dying light one strongly justify. It's why they said all that 500 hour stuff. It's why that game starts the way it does is because they have data to back up, yo, people played the hell out of this game. They rung every little bit out of it and we did all those free DLC and they played all that. So they're making this game for those people. Those people, I think, will eat it up, but I think in terms of finding a wider audience and all other stuff. I don't think that they have like 300 have done very well. 300,000 players. It's still on the top ten. But like I said, that first game grew in popularity too. It just feels like they're speaking to that base. And not necessarily trying to make some big mainstream or if they've tried to make something mainstream thing, I think that they fucked up in a handful of ways, but sign me up. Like I said, I played a bit a little co op last night. We did eventually get a working with one of the community members. Thank you, watershed for joining my stream. Co op is really weird because it sounds like I joined his game at one point, and he was in a part of the math that I had no access to at all. It seemed like I don't know how the level scaling work I kind of quit immediately because I didn't want to be spoiled on anything, but I did unlock the ability to get the paraglider and the UV flashlight, which I should not have had access to at all. So now they are in my single player game, the UV flash language I should not have access to. There's still a lot of wonkiness around the co op. I know there's still no console cross play and there's still patch and everything up. But it's fully functional now on PC. I think it's I think it's great, I think I'm having a really good time playing it for a long time. Hopefully. But definitely if you want to wait a few patches, probably it'd be even better in 6 months or so. And skip all the story. Yeah. I don't mean to say it's bad or poorly written. I think there's just too much writing. Not every dialog needs to be some of these dialogs are like 50 back and forth about pretty simple stuff and yeah, the water's not on good. I don't need to have a novel written about every single problem in this world. And I think they overdid that. But I will say that skipped dialog button works really well. Like it's extremely good. It kind of skips between I guess whatever the key frames in the animation would be. So it'll just cut you right to the next part of dialog. Even if somebody is into the room and done something. So you'll be like skipping through so quick it's a little blurry or a little hard to follow, but it does work extremely well if you want to just skip dialogs. That's way too much of it. How is Rosario Dawson? Is she all right? I just found so I believe I don't want a small too much, but I just ran into it for the second time. She seems fine. She's not fine. I'll take that. She's been in a bunch of games, I think. It's kind of like her main not enough as far as I'm concerned. I don't know if I've ever mentioned but Lisa was childhood friends with her and that's partially why I married Lisa for the chance. Rosario Dawson, at some point. Hopefully, and how's that? That's not worked out yet. Now we're done yet. I'm still working up to get Lisa to just reach out to her, send a fucking email or something, maybe a tweet, and then just CC me on it, and then I'll take over from there. You'll close the deal. "Are great. That is so crazy. But you know what I did? This was great. I got some flowers yesterday before Valentine's Day. Beautiful. I was really excited to surprise him. And I said this. I said, whoever sent these flowers, I'm gonna marry. That's what I said. Dude, I got nervous. So I took a video of the flowers and then I opened the card and I was like, oh my God. It's window. The white watches. Oh my God. Did you go marry Oprah? But you know what? I'm very happy to do something because Kim and Justin really you too. And we're getting to know each other. You all are actually happily single. Like, you are happily single. And here's the thing. There's a lot of people out there who are happily single. And on Valentine's Day, a lot of times, people try to project where you should be, how you should be feeling. What's your love life should be? Like, oh, you're single next year, and you're like, I'm fine. So it's so important when you're happily single. Don't let other people's projections of. Well, why aren't you dating anyone? I'm sure you want someone. It can be tiring sometimes. So make sure you own your being happily single and don't let others projections. So I'm sorry, go ahead, baby. I just want to say, give them the answer. Because if I'm at work and somebody says to me right now, after I've watched this show, I want to be able to say shut your ass up. Right, I'm good. Let's talk about those expectations because first of all, if you are into Valentine's Day, it is okay to let your partner know you're in a Valentine's Day. Let's keep it real. But you have to have expectations that are very realistic. Don't expect diamonds and pearls and all that stuff. "Actual gameplay and you would do certain things and move around and interact with objects. But this trailer and I know I know we've learned the lesson throughout the years, you don't get too hyped over trailers, but even I was feeling it in my pants, baby girl. I was like, dang. The shit is hot. This is our eclipse. And then at the end when it said, it's a hot tray lot trailer. And then it would obviously take quantum dream at the end and then Twitter kind of. And like you said, it's hard because I know we've seen the stories and I think we're seeing at this point. Such a systemic issue within a lot of game studios that there's no real easy answer and quantum is a large studio. I think they have over 200 employees, and there's a lot of good people that work on that studio. And there's no easy answer. We're never going to claim to have the right answer. I think it's a very personal decision for folks to decide how they want to support these games that they're excited about in the creators who make them. But with all that said, you know, I was looking at a tweet from Tom Henderson, who appears to nobody's talking about but who could say, and it sounds like this game is believed to be about three to four years away minimum and they're currently trying to hire staff to help with it, which obviously they are. Makes sense. But don't expect this anytime soon, if rumors are to be believed. Some odd light. At least I've got some. Girl, yes. Let's talk about it. I had a different trailer queued up, but we won't wait to talk about dying light. I will bring that up right now. It's okay. Let's talk about this little game called dying light. So this game is coming out February 4th, so it's like right around the corner. This trailer, and it was just a cinematic trailer. And I think we're at the point now where we really don't need to see much more about dying light. I'm sure there's gonna be some final push for marketing, of course there is. But I think for me, I think I'm at the point Andrea where I have seen all I really need to see at this point. I don't want to know anymore. But just from a trailer perspective, again, don't get too hyped over trailers because how did that never dead island that one? Oh my God. Yes. Which is so on point for this because that also is tech lands game. And as you're watching this trailer, it's a very sad somber one. And it essentially is just depicting people trying to survive one of them one party has to essentially kill off the other party to survive ends up dying anyway. But at the very end, there's this kind of slow zoom on one of the characters eyeballs. And if you remember the dead island trailer, that's how that one kind of starts off as, right? Or ends on. And so I just thought it was an interesting little ode to that trailer itself and kind of just shows how far tackling has come as a developer. And it's a really, really talented team, and I'm just excited to see, obviously, this game is one of my most anticipated, but I'm excited to see them do more work and see what else they can do because I think there's just a lot of potential there and a lot of talent there. And it's just hard to believe it's actually coming out in a couple of months, even though I feel like it was supposed to come out 15 years ago. Yes, this game feels like we've been talking about it for, ever, many, many years, but they have put out no shortage of developer diaries and behind the scenes looks and in gameplay deep dives on their YouTube channel, lots of press coming out with this game. We talked about how it's officially gold now. So it's definitely coming February 4th, of course, is the release date as we just saw there. And I'm with you. I'm excited. And I think having Rosario Dawson as a character in the game, I think it's going to be really fun and I never thought I would be really interested in what Diane's doing and this game after I saw a really thorough gameplay deep dive at E three. I'm like, okay. Yeah. I don't want to talk about literally everything that came out because there's just so much show. Yes. It was big, but I have to. I have to talk about dune coming back, baby. Shit, that's right. I've said on this show, multiple times that one of my favorite old school PC RTS games of your is due to the strategy game. I lived on that game when I was a kid and I just squeezed. So loud when this was announced I think my expectations are low because I haven't played a proper RTS in a while and quite honestly that game is so old at this point. It's like 20 plus years old. But I was like, yes, I love that they're doing this. I love that they're bringing this back. It was one of my favorite RTS's. I think it's a great time to bring it back with people talking about the movie with part two of the movie coming out next year. I'm like, yes, let's go. Is this the game that gets me back into RTS? Dune spice wars? I like how it's called spice wars. Is that like what's the relevance of spice wars? Are we fighting over so let me open. Okay, you don't have to answer. This one was just going to be like a cheap comparison in the long haul so he had to like rush the in game in order to feel at high again Well and i think what also complicates some of the opinion that even is an audience member have in the in the second killing is that he ultimately pulls up at the end and isn't gonna do it. No yeah he's right man he's like. Yeah that was that was great and it seems like unless that was supposed to be a fake out on his part and he was actually gonna come back and do it anyway. It almost seems like he was actually going to back out. Because these women had proven to. I guess be like more fun than the adversary. Honestly though the first kill he you know he goes at the full force. They hate each other head on. And that is it. You know you get to see the the horrible aftermath of this this accident from each perspective of the women in the car when it happens but like this other time i think that yeah. I think that you might be right with him. Being like that was that was a blast. You know getting to hit that high with a group of people of like minded individuals. The only thing is did completely backfires for him when she shoots him. Yes and that's when it completely turns around. Oh yeah are actually. I think that. That's i think..

So how do we get you there to be the most when the largest entities to front and funding for our people and then what else do you fund besides climate particularly in in liberation for our people.
