"Just disgusting. Did you have a favorite or least favorite reinterpretation. I mean aesthetically. I do agree with kind of like the general consensus of green lantern. Looking the best thought he was pretty fantastic. I'm kinda bummed that they portrayed him to possibly be like this this force. That could stop superman in. All they did was hold him for like a solid four seconds and then he does wrecked. Everyone's shit and it was just kind of embarrassing. But i mean honestly as what hate is batman got actually really liked batman. I like the idea that no matter what is just like one really shitty day. That can just turn someone down like a dark revenge. Path and stalin's kid cap in batmans parents. You know just kind of kicked it off. Then he goes and blows himself up because he doesn't wanna to be turned into like a superman bought yet. And there's armies a batman later. I don't know i thought it was kind of a cool little premise but also understood kinda every point. They guys pointed out earlier that man. So it's it's i. I kind of like him. Yeah no i think he worked. Well in story i understand. He would not have existed in this. Like the change proposed would not have facilitated that particular thing happening but for the premise of the story for for mark. Muller saying you know. Batman versus superman does should happen here and i wanna take this opportunity to do a reinterpreted batman. Minute made a bunch invoices. Sorry about that. I think it worked well enough for me. I would have to agree with you. Guys man. I get that it being batman and kinda like it. It tried to stuff a lot about mellor into the character and it didn't need to do that. But i like how they portrayed batman in this comic Just more of like the ideal freedom fighter like you. It was more believable than just like supercop like usually is to me This just made him a lot. More relatable knows all more realistic to like what a person would go through. I think In these circumstances. So i appreciate that character. I just don't think it had to be there. You know you know what. I'm trying to get around right now. Why he chose the objects he chose for his bat cave. That's what i want to know. I mean did you see his batterings like there was a bank. Abe black cape pan. I'm just trying to figure out why this particular batman has those particular objects in his bat cave. I'm just trying to make a time line for this batman now because there's a pretty obscure as objects he's got bob's big boy a fokin gasoline service thing a giant bowling pin in a tattered american flag..

Apple's App Store, Apple Pay targeted by EU antitrust regulators

"The European Commission opened to antitrust investigations into Apple's APP store apple pay practices on Tuesday one will follow up on complaints by spotify and Rootin- into whether apple had broken e competition rules with a thirty percent cut on subscriptions and sales of e books through its APP store. The commission will also look into whether or not apple pay violates EU competition rules by limiting NFC punctuality on iphones and apple watches, so that financial service providers can offer NFC inside their own APPS.

"This is how can I see it is is don't give false attention if it's if it's false to your beliefs, if it's not in line with your beliefs or where you wanna go, then it's false to you. Don't give it attention whether it's a thought, whether it's somebody's voice, whether it's somebody's action, if it's false to you, don't give it attention and that won't blossom into more falseness. And if you're having the thoughts of like, I don't know if this positive thought process BS in your mind is be as if it doesn't work well, step back for a second reflect on your life and tell me that your thoughts haven't created where you're standing today, whether it's the, I don't want, or I'm scared of, or I don't or this, and that look step around taking a reflection of your life and tell me that your thoughts are what you've spoken, hasn't created where you're standing today, positive or negative look at your life, and if you're sitting somewhere where you're like, I don't like this. Did you know that not. Great. When you're standing Nicole, had sent me something on Ellen about a think. She's a makeup artists on Ellen has breast cancer, and she stopped and looked at the audience and said, listen, don't hold on to anger. You gotta let it go. It breeds inside of your body. Anger breeds. Look at me. I have breast cancer. I've had situations that. I mean, we very angry my life. Let it go. You guys have got to let it go the anger, the rage, let it go. It'll turn your life around Nicole's. A prime example of somebody who could have been really angry. I'm twenty six. I have perfect boobs. I'm getting. I'm having your breasts caught off as a woman at twenty six literally is like, I, I mean, again crushing it can be crushing instead. She said, okay, you know what? Take him. I don't want to risk anything. I want a long life here and I'll figure it out afterwards and she did and she's beautiful and everything. She's happy with where she's at, but it wasn't without her having one breast higher than the other for six months and all these other. So your thoughts, create your reality. You cannot think negative thoughts and live a positive life. All of you guys on that. Thanks so much for tuning into this episode of house of Kim. "We believe in, you know, like our marriage, we don't share a whole lot of our marriage per se, or underneath or foundation underneath. Yeah, yeah, he knows what, what connects those those fibers that really make our foundation so strong. And what do just because we don't want. About housewives. My husband drives me to these events because nine times out of ten, we're drinking and I live about an hour for most of these events, so I don't want to drink and drive. I never will. So I have Croix drive me. Why would I not? He's my husband and they made fun of them. They're like Kim's Uber's outside Kreuzer outside waiting for her, and it's like, he's my husband, you know. But again, so you try to tear down something my marriages, we're happy. We put work into our marriage, it works or successful at it, but you guys just try to tear it down. It's like, you know, it's always something you know, at the end of the day, that's why a lot of things we do keep to ourselves. And I think that you guys should try to do that as well. If you if you wanna -ccomplish something, keep it to yourself, keep it to yourself until it comes to fruition going in. You've had years and years and years of practice to be able to separate the negative self talk and not let it creep into your self doubt and not let it affect your your. And outcome, or what's your end goal is if you're new to this and if you're new and if you're trying to flip your life and get into that positiveness, definitely don't share that because you're, you don't have the strengths in the tools and the practice yet to be able to tune that stuff out. So it's really crucial for you. You guys, you're naturals at it now because you understand the difference between somebody who's trying to cut in and cut out and and bring you down because they don't want you to be successful and you understand what they're doing. You know their motives, you know what they're all about. And so you're able to to. Focused, I can. I can give in no names. I won't, but have people that were super successful and sabotage themselves and spent so much time trying to bring down others that they're sitting around with their finger up their ass right now and they have nothing going on. It's amazing when you when you have a good heart and you support people and encouraged people kind of how things work in your favor in your own life. Remember this, you guys what you put out, you get back double. So when you slander something, you start a negative. You know you start saying iphoto shot my kids. You start saying, I do this dumb shit, and I say this stuff and I, you make fun of my marriage. All of these things come. It's like a boomerang effect. It comes right back to you. Listen, I'll be honest. Sometimes I'll say to Cory, like especially during baseball, sweetie, like this is some bullshit cry. I'm so mad and I have to stop myself and say, you know what? Okay, Kim, just stop. It's called karma and let it roll like you have to. We're trying to do this thing in our house where for a month, we said three days and we failed. Brio night in because we love to just Chitty chat about like, oh my God. Did you see her dress on Instagram, like or just dumb shit, but not say anything bad about anybody for a month? Anything negative for one month? If you can do that, not if you catch yourself saying, oh my God. Did you see Susie cues, ugly ass hairstyle today, stop yourself before you even say it because what you say comes right back to you? Honestly. So I don't know if you guys have heard about this and this is I don't even know why just popped into my brain, but. There's been a study. Did we talk about this about the rice. Oh, yeah. Yeah, we talked about it. Okay. So we haven't done that study. We need to do that today. We haven't actually started it because we keep forgetting, but where you put rice in to Mason or whatever container you wanna do you cook, cook up, normal, white rice, rice guys, try this and tag me..

"So that's why I went to nursing school. Like you went to college. I mean, you are obviously nursing school for you and for your story that was a step on the grand staircase to where you want autumn in the end up. Right? So even though you may not at the moment be where you want to be or where you see that final vision of your life and writing that amazing job that you just love, and it's not even a job, it's just fun and you're killing it and whatever when it became when it was not fun, I locked off right. Well, obviously, thinks shift things in goals can change, and and so what each each progression through life is just another step to get to where you wanna go and enjoy those steps while you don't even have to know the steps like you don't even have to know the steps like I wanted. I've asked for certain things. I can't wait to share stuff with you guys. I'm so excited about couple of things that are going on behind the scenes. I just, you know, definitely have realized over the years, not to share things with people until it's come to fruition. Completion on, you know, I definitely am very excited about things. I had no idea how I was going to achieve some of the things that I've wanted. You know, things that I've wanted to achieve financially things that I wanted to do. But some I mean, the stuff that's going on, it's so crazy. The call that we got yesterday and so exciting and it's like holy shit because I kept saying, I have no idea how this is gonna work out, but it's gonna work out somehow. And literally I got the phone call Brielle sent me this yesterday on Instagram. It says travel until no one living love story until no one live happily until no one people ruined beautiful things. And what I'm telling you guys is some of the people that are closest to you are the people that wanna see you fail? And so when you're on this path of whatever your dream, maybe we don't want to see you fail, but they don't wanna see you successful than they are. And that's a big problem with people that don't understand the philosophy that you live and in in the principles that we're teaching. You as people, they're not necessarily. They don't have this negative, but they're just like they don't wanna see you more successful than that because it means that they're a failure right, and there is so they try to pull it down. They try to cut down what you're doing. They try to talk it down and if you don't tell them, they can't say anything. They have no idea yet. And so you don't open that door for the negative self-talk. Are that negative down, build that attack us? You guys constantly, right? We just have people. I share stuff on. I share pictures of my kids on social media, which I oftentimes have said, you know what? Croix like this. I'm not posting any more pictures. There's been this Photoshop accusation which is completely false and inaccurate, and I haven't entertained it and it's stupid and just absolutely ludicrous, like Kaya is beautiful. She's imperfect deal with. We don't give a tension to falseness. There's no by people that just can't stand it that she's what as little. But my point is, is that it's like, you know, at times I've said to crow and I did stop posting for a long time. And I said, you know, I'm not going to not. I'm not going to take away. In my followers that are supportive and sharing, beautiful pictures of Kaya. She loves to take photos and model and all this good stuff. I'm just using as an example because I post Brielle and they're like, her lips looks so ridiculous and and I have spent so much time on social media, deleting these negative comments under Arianespace brielle's page because there are people that are just so nasty, and those people can ruin it for the more positive people. But you know what? I'm just not gonna not gonna cave to the bullshit. I'm going to keep on proud of my children. They're incredibly smart. I don't know if you guys know this, but our kids speak two languages. I mean, they're brilliant. They're funny, they're cute. It's all fun. Like it's my family. It's what I love to share my family with two, but there are those people that try to ruin it. So at the end of the day, we pray a lot..

"I think for the odds are definitely not in your favor, you know, Montana. I mean, how many people live in Hardin, Montana, goodness will think now maybe like. Fifteen hundred a two thousand. Mean there you have it right. Nobody else plays in the NFL out of Montana. I think you know that one. Definitely been a few guys that have made it in the NFL and have had some good success. Some older gentlemen to that have played way before me like in the seventies eighties right. There were some guys, but definitely probably less than any other state in the in the country, I would say, right. So again, if it has nothing to do with where you're at or who you're around, if if if your path is is meant to go somewhere and you stay focused on that and you and you follow your. So so I guess the big question is is like, what? If you don't believe in yourself, the only reason you don't believe in yourself is because you're inadvertently thought your way into not believing in yourself. Thinking a whole bunch of thoughts and accepting that they're your true forms and your beliefs. You're born with beliefs in yourself, and so you don't believe in yourself today. Just means that in your life, he was accepted thoughts about yourself that other people have put upon you and you believe them to be true. I mean, yes, I think too. It's crucial is where, again, like I say, anybody who's going to reach the highest level within their profession, whether it's a CEO business, an entrepreneur, NFL, whatever you you get to a level where you have to over critique yourself so much because you know that just a fraction of an inch of a difference in what you're doing. Can make make that next step to the next level achievable. You know where we were literally scrutinized so much. We watched thous of hours of film and say, okay, if you just make one step here different versus that type of. Block, you'll be able to get free and make a tackle for a loss versus a just a regular tackle, which is huge as far as stat lines and paychecks and pay grades, and of course, oh, when you're over scrutiny yourself. So so much, you can almost start like kind of turned it into like a negative self talk versus versus like positive self correction. Maybe, you know, it's a very fine line there. I felt like in, so you would see some guys start to slip because the coach will be over critiquing them so much that they'd be like off Ken totally versus being like, I can do this. I know what he's saying. I'm gonna keep trying. I'm going to keep practicing, but I mean, you're hammered every day your critique, like you said to defy to an inch of your step per se. I always always blows my mind like Julio how he keeps his feet inside the line. Like literally stand on his tippy toe. Sometimes it blows my mind at your mind is programmed like that. I have to catch his ball and stay within the reason why it's programs because he's practiced that catch and that step lit. It's five thousand times insane, five thousand times at the end of the day, the only way that you maintain that lack of belief is through your own continuing thoughts about yourself self talk. The number one hindrance to success is people who believe it's not possible for them. If you believe something's not possible, then you're right in the whole universal be against you, not because the universe is a bad blaze, but because that's how you're interacting with it and you'll always look for proof of your low self worth and proof of why it's not possible. And I think that is just so true. It's the way the way to change a lack of belief is very simple. Begin thinking the opposite thoughts. So what you've been thinking about yourself that you can do it and that you have everything within you to do it remind yourself, do you have incredibly powerful abilities and you'll.

"It played all four years. I four years and I would say about my third year was when I started to kind of get some attention a little bit of attention. So that's when I made it onto the national watchlist for the national watchlist for the special award yet the Dow became player in the country. And so my sophomore year I made it onto the watch list and they tell you that. Yeah, yeah, it's it's like public knowledge or whatever. They put it out near there. So so making that list gets some attention you get some is on you. You get some awareness about you and then had put it together solid junior year and didn't make the win that award that year. But then I was obviously automatically put back on it. That's my senior year, right because of my performance as my junior year and then had the attention. All ready, somewhat. And then when I had a. A really solid senior season and won that award. Obviously, that was kind of the the you won that award the. Yeah, it's downstairs in our basement. It's really cool can of worms per se, but yes. And so so what does that award because you just casually back like it's just like it was. It was given annually to the to the top defensive player in the country in the country them for love of God, so, but that was kind of how I got my attention. And they saw me as as kind of a raw athlete again. 'cause I played at a level where they're quote, unquote, unsure of your ability to play against people that are play at the highest level or have had the best coaching. Right. My coaches were great. Don't get me wrong, and I would not have traded my experience for anything because again, that experience got me to wear today, but. They say, or the belief is, is that those d. one schools, your big pack, ten Pac, twelve. All those big schools. You have the most elite coaching there because they get paid the most. That's where they're going to go. That's where they want to get, you know, the most recognition, that's how so you're getting better coaching better players at those levels versus where I played. So they looked at me more of an athletic person versus a good defensive end or good linebacker. Obviously that's where I played because it was naturally conditioned to play in what I had my success. But it was just a different process for me. I would say some individuals, but yeah, and he makes it into the NFL place for eight straight years, right one injury, he tore his achilles. I mean, super successful at very well. So that's, that's just a good story..

"I like to talk to Corey about the NFL because how many players are in the NFL fifty three hundred Rosser times thirty six sixteen hundred ninety six or something like that. I don't quote me exactly, but something like that, right? So croix's in Montana, grows up in a very small town. I mean, the odds definitely were stacked against you. I would say in regards to making it into the NFL. But when did you realize you wanted to be in the NFL and then how did it play out for you? Joys believe you could be in the NFL. That was all I would say, yes, I believed I had the ability to make it there, and I had that that was a dream of mine. There's lot. You're in Hardin, Montana, and all the time there was even a poster, my counselor's office. It said, you know, one in ten million people make it to be a professional athlete or something like that. It was. It was some arbitrary, crazy number. You know, which totally is discouraging for person. So basic, what their point was not to discourage you, but just to say, hey, make sure you focus on your schooling, make sure that you're, you're learning, you're educating yourself and you have a different path. Don't don't put all your eggs into one basket per se. But right. It was a reality of of reaching the highest level of any profession. Obviously, being a professional is the highest level in athlete can make it to a CEO is the highest level of person can make it within a company. You know, reaching those highest highest levels takes extreme dedication, extreme focus, an extreme positive self. Doc and tuning out the doubters and the haters and the people that that are going to critique you who don't even necessarily have a right to critique you. I don't think you know or to kind of chip, it's you when like, hey, what's it affects you? Whether or not I believe that or not just you stay over there and I'm gonna stay overhearing believe my own self. Right, right. But you know, I think Montana's not a big school that that these scouts go to know. There's obviously bigger schools co, two. So when did you know that when when they came to scout you, how did that work when you were in college? Well, so I, I played and start playing football to. You were in, like what you said sorted in seventh grade and then played seventh eighth ninth tenth eleventh twelfth and was pretty successful, but but. Personally, I was successful. Our team struggled. We never made it to the playoffs one year, but my athletic director was it was a super incredible guy had been in athletics in Montana for for many years. He was towards the tail end of his career as being an educator in an director of schools and things like that. And so he had some connections at the university of Montana where he was able to get my video footage in front of the appropriate is in front of the appropriate is which then kind of blossomed into more icing in in different things. But I had I had a select few. Number of schools that were that were recruiting me just because I lived in such a rural area of the country that people weren't going there. You know, they wanted to go to the recruiters have to spend their time where it's going to be most beneficial to them because their success depends on who they bring in. Right. So they're gonna go to a school in northern California that has ten possible recruits versus had all the way to Montana, which takes six flights to get there to see one kid who may be has the potential you know. So it just made things a little bit more difficult, but I never doubted myself. I would say that I think that was one of the crucial things is I never, I never let the doubt creep in always remained. I felt like pretty positive. Obviously, my upbringing helped me and my parents were supportive aren't totally into you playing in the NFL. You'd have something to fall back on, right, of course. But they never once said like at bologna, don't think about that. That's not even. They never once said it wasn't possible. They just said, hey, we're going to, let's go to college. Do this focus on your grades? They kept me on the. Path per se versus ever cutting me down, but long story short got into a college, never red-shirted..

Well, that's not happening dealbreaker back in the day. All drugged up stuff. Hottest in the back of a bus is my God. That was hot. What did you ever see this? You went on tour with her? No. Okay. Wished I. It's not a side note really quick. She does love Stevie nicks so much that just tell them about the tattoo place. We not not. This has been hashed over towns. Let our listeners in on the little. Okay. So Tracy, she's got like a piece of toast on our body. She's got her. She's got a fork. I've got like forty tattoos since you've last told this story. I know this is true, but she pulls up sleeve one day and she's like, and I got a Stevie nicks tent to it's for the song just like the one wing the sings songs. Sounds like a singing. That's a good song. Yeah, it's and it's, it's this bird, this dove dove. It's one wing, Doug, and there's blood, actually it and see it, but it is blood actually coming out with the other wing was. And as soon as I got done and it's got a boon and it's real tough a skull, and I'm so excited. Got my Stevie nicks to, and I went over to the this bar right after. And I saw my southern friend and I said, hey, look, I got my Stevie nicks to pull up my shirt, and she said, you idiot, it's not a one wing is a white wing. Off. "He's like, absolutely not even how the debate went as not even how it happened. You said that you said that all maple syrup k. for Vermont, and I saw, no, no. No said absolutely not. It comes from Canada and you're like, maple syrup. Not one. He told me it will serve comes from now. I just said the best maple syrup is from Vermont, and you said bullshit. That's how we see. Yeah, yeah. So then we actually went to the store brand and go to the store and get maple syrup from Vermont. Trueblue. Like I've only grown up on Vermont, it's literally, they're cool. That's awesome. Like brand we literally didn't have anything, but Vermont, maple syrup. Whenever we went to the storage mom's like is that Vermont maple, just like I say, did you ever go on a road trip to stop it at at the gas Asia? Get maple can all yes. Oh my God. And of the majority of maple syrup in the world comes from Canada and you to argue that come from Vermont, and I said more saying it tastes better from remind and we did a taste test and we were right, you chose the Vermont maple. But I said, majority of the maple syrup in this world comes from Canada. I wasn't even you didn't even think about it. I wasn't even thinking of that. I was thinking of like my mom was like, make sure it's for Mont maple syrup, sweetie, because I always wanted that lady MRs Butterworth's or whatever that would walk. Mabel syrup. I got. I got miss. Did you wish you just like your house? I always on my counter. I was there in one day lease. Please talk to me. I know I definitely would only get Vermont maple syrup. But anyway, so that was like our big debate. So we're going to have some debates coming up here on the podcast because Corey ni- are very opposite yet so much alike, which is very funny. Do you think we're alike or visit, or what do you think? Oh, I think you guys are opposite in every single way. I think except from like we're both so gorgeous how to how to how your relationship goes in how to raise your kids. But I think when it comes to, hey, can the kids have cereal for dinner? Yes, on you can have cereal, and then you go follow it up with a Hershey, heart fry. Some s'mores eyes are bulging. What about the grilled chicken? We dismayed. Oh, no. Let them have pride cereal. A little different, and that's so true. Yeah, that's definitely so true. Well, that's going to be that's gonna be what we should do. The next week goes, I definitely feel like growing up. My mom would always I would always have dessert after dinner, like just a small brownie chocolate chip cookie or something like that. My chiropractor archive Proctor Dr Jeff Maliki is a talion grew up the same way, and we talk about the fact that we grew up that way and how like we know moderation. We know we can have a doughnut, but not ten or whatever. It was just the way we grew up. So he's very fit. I'm very fit and we feel like that had a lot to do with our upbringing instead of saying, no, no, no, no, no, you can't. I mean little Demi and I were best friends, but I could only have like one of the Swiss rolls out of the package. My brother got the other one that here's, here's the difference between your upbringing and what I was never presented dessert, but I was never told no. So if I asked, I would get something if I, but I was never presented a pan of brownies or presented about meal. So like. It wasn't like, hey, here's desert, hey, here's desert. It was just like it. If you wanted something you went and got it, but it wasn't like it wasn't like pushed as at the forefront of the mind per se, you know. I mean, it wasn't pushed not. I'd say with Steph, like Christmas when I think of Chris rock Jimmy and baking cookies that we do. You know, my my mom would make magic cookie bars. Cream waivers holidays, like, I mean, we had twenty thousand different cookies. These these damn frosted cookies..

"Whoa, I got it on my Bill for eight thousand dollars. That is fat. This fifty five hundred dollars for a cat scan. Yeah, that's I don't doubt that. That's not. But I mean, you could just went to. Walgreens and said, magnets in the basement, we could've just said, I've never well. They didn't even ask. They were just in it to point at that point in time I was in so much chain. Yeah, I didn't know why was peeing in a Cup and I didn't care steak take it and do whatever you would just sat in the room with me the whole time and just said not pregnant, and I'll say, let's hit some high notes again on your notes. And then if you want to say anything else to to kind of close up, this is better than tender. So get your little ad together for what you want a my high notes. Okay. Let me go over my high notes. I. So once again, everybody's diet is individual to their particular needs. Talk to your nutritionist, talk to your doctor. Stay hydrated, but final water internal watt, we're, can you get that publish a whole foods. We Amazon, maybe you could get it on Amazon. Cool. It's a clear bottle, right? It's got a blue tint to it. I don't offhand, but it's higher than nine point. Five, I'm sure I don't know probably a bit you, but it's a good water. And a lot of times by one get one free at Publix and it's not expensive. It's dollar a bottle, so stay hydrogen. You don't have to have that water. You can pick anyone, right, but pick a good water stay away from sugar, dairy, wheat, no matter what and stay positive. So if you need to have A Cadbury take it with you to chemo or just trying to stay focused. And yeah. Yeah, and and make if you love to eat like I do like Kim does quite does not like eat so, but. Don't make it awful. Figure out a way to have it delicious. You know, and sneak a peanut butter Cup in there. If you haven't do you don't drink some celery juice then follow up by a peanut butter Cup, yes, right on. Well, that was fabulous bloom. And I, I love it because I know that just by following some of those things within our life, I feel the difference. I felt a difference when I went gluten-free for a while. You're very Corey, has the mind that you know, like if you put a doughnut in front of me, the odds EMMY telling, you know, is a meanest just not going to happen. I'm going to have a piece at least right. Croix has the same bag of candy for years. It has on his little shelf and and and Kim buys, maybe one hundred Cadbury eggs and still it's not this October. There's at least five or six Cadbury eggs still in her little box of goodies. Right. It's good. I forgot about him. They're high up. I have to get the ladder get credit. But I sure as helping my crispy cream donuts the last two days, no, in all seriousness, I definitely you know, you only have one body at the end of the day. You really have to fuel it. It's tough man. Nowadays, I feel like coin, I talk about this a lot with Tracy about us growing up. I lived on like hamburger helper. My parents would make like hamburger helper, and I loved all that stuff. Tuna helper, whatever it's way different. Now we do you remember when we went and bought the hamburger, cheesy, hamburger helper. And we were like, so excited. It was nothing. It was so sad. But my point is, is that back twenty years ago twenty won't go my God. I was not growing up twenty years ago. Thirty years ago. Shut up. "Eighty one hundred and leave us a voicemail. You can ask Tracy a question or. Leave a comment or anything, and we will definitely get back to you on a side. So reach out to Tracy in her Instagram, that would be chef. Tracy bloom shift trades, especially if you're cute. She likes bam. She basically wants like a Kemp, big boobs, blonde hair dick. Okay. So wait. So no pineapple, because that's various apples. Great for you. And it has bromine net which you talked about and we do. You've made me. We've had pineapple juice when I had my boobs done, and this is why it's hard to say. A cancer diet per se, because every single person is different. Everybody's needs are different. So you know, somebody may need Roman and say, hey, you know what? Let's use that Pineau for them. But that's why you have to talk to your doctor and potentially your dietitian to say, hey, I need this, this, this, and then you can go ahead and alter your your diet to that and create a plan that works for you, but keep in mind the alkalinity of your food. Andrew. And so how can people tell us how people can test their urine the you can get the strips on Amazon or something. Right. Is it like the pool which you stick in the bull? Yeah, it's the ones we tested the water, but I think they actually made away on my pool to, sir. I think they actually make like you go to CVS and go to like the feminine clear, I'll and that you can do it like that, Tim because there's some like a lady fungus you get right. If you're. I think it maybe is it Easter bacteria or there's well, there's a couple of things, but I think you're referring, I think you're referring to yeast well, either way. I don't know. You could, well, what would that be? High or low that would probably be high east his bed and bread. You said east was bad. So Siddiq off saying, yeah, so it'd be bad. You don't want that. State. Right. So your body's in in the city high ph, right. Oh, that's what I'm trying to clarify too. So wait a minute. So when I h is acid high Xoan you've been on the stick actually those little. Yeah, the the kids or whatever. If you're at one downstairs disco pee on it, we have a pool, but I think here's like white, mid from my cold tub. I don't think I don't think it's, I think you're supposed to like wipe your who ha- with it, why you're not this disgusting. You'll get a cut and then you'll have. I don't know what kind of who you have a, but I don't think that I will get a cut if I was just swab it with a pool testers shrimp. Okay. Let's see. But I think it's got a feel your Blewett not necessarily your urine. It's like a paper cut. You'd get down there. You just push it on and pull it out. Hey, look, we're not doctors. One thing I do know as you can get a pool test strip that will test your, you can maybe go to the feminine care. I'll choice maybe who knows. I don't know. For Croix. He's like my life right now. I don't want to talk to these girls. I think you're even like take the little strip for girl now for guys. I'm not sure where you're going to put it. No, it just pee in a Cup and stick the tester. Then then you get in the side of the Cup to affect the p. You gotta start the stream, then put it in the string out of the stream. There's a couple of names that they have those jobs to make those things that you can. You can test for like yeast infections and it's all regained a ph test a couple of weeks ago when we when I was at the doctors, you know, we're you. Yeah. What takes a penis? No, I know but they automatically tested me because they were trying to, oh yeah. Gotcha. Oh, I was like, wait a minute. You're buying. There's one you've not talked to me about you had a peanut cups, sexual relations, like two hundred dollars tests that I didn't need. They didn't even ask me, but they did it. What would you say? I'm a lesbian. I don't draw your blood or to to test a p two hundred dollars test. Yup..

"Here's something you guys do too, is cucumbers, celery, green. And stuff like that. And everyday you guys are juicing celery, juicer cucumber juice. Right. That's great. And another thing, if you're not feeling good in a lot of people don't have an appetite when they're going through chemo juice, juice, nutrients, because it's smarter percent. It's not. So what's the name of the juicer that we have? It's not cheap champion juicers it's the champion juicer, and it's really easy to use. It will grind through anything. Yeah. Butter and ice cream. According uses it to Jews, Tracy us, one hundred bucks, right. I don't remember. It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a one I've always used in every restaurant ever worked is definitely very easy to clean though. Heck of a juicer. Never had anything break on it yet. Knock on wood. We've been cranking through that thing a lot. Okay. So here's some bad foods. They away obviously pineapples strawberries, oranges. So we're not going to have a smoothie, even if you feel it should stay away from the fruity smoothies champion juicer is is basically in black, which I don't know why we don't have a black on. That's the Lux version, I think. But what is that three hundred and forty Bowman? Yes, that's the high end one. The regular basic one I think is like two hundred hundred. Yeah, maybe anyways anyway. So obviously soda as as a big one stay away from artificial sweeteners that they put diet coke. God. If I have to listen to her about diet coke on more time, all those people always talk about how their cancer causing. They are absolutely hard. Read something though in it and I don't want. I don't want to use our listeners, but there is there is recent research says that that is all been debunked. Yep, I'm going to show you. I have all my Instagram. Don't know still in a Siddig, of course, is still acidic. So maybe it doesn't cause cancer, but it certainly doesn't help. Not for this diet anyway. And then of course, cheese which you talked about dairy yogurt and any breads because he's in yeast is also very bad like this is why pay that you never ever ever have to do this very tough, but it's not an if you if unfortunately you do have to do a diet like this, you know, find a chef and just say, hey, I mean, dietitians will work with you too. But. They'll tell you what you can't cannot eat. They'll say, hey, you need these nutrients. You need to build up your iron. You need more, whatever it is that you need once you find out what you need and what you need less of ghosts go talk to a chef that can get creative with your food because dietitians. Great. And they can say, hey, you need grilled chicken potatoes and raw broccoli, but a chef may be able to say, hey, if you actually cry Ovech your chicken and SUV and put a little, you know, pepper on it. It'll be like, oh, wow, this is not right. I mean, if you if you can find a chef in most chefs will be like, yeah, I'll help you. You've got cancer. No problem. Right, right. Well, and I'm a firm believer in view if you can't, if you can't do it a hundred percent, maybe you're you're feeling down or it's just too much. It's too overwhelming. You know, ten percent of something is better than zero percent. Nothing you know. So do do a little bit you guys honestly, to the celery juice, it's life changing. It's it makes me feel so much better my muscles hurt so much. Alas, it's funny because the entire time she's drinking it, her face looks off. I mean, it's not like a glass of wine or or diet coke. I mean, like I'm used to it now and I like it cold. But cucumber juice was really hard for me to drink yesterday and I don't know. They were organic cucumbers, but that was a punch yesterday. But what's really cool to is you don't have to have cancer to do a change like this. This is just an overall healthy change, put your body in high alkaline state so that you just feel better less inflammation, you know, more energy, all those things that we're talking about to help you tackle the you only have one body, right?.

"Make it work rice. It'd be your new best friend anyways. Okay. Anyway. Sorry to get off track. I just want to clarify some of this for wheat for these are all in. These are flam Tori, Tori foods, and. You know, just just imagine how sore an awful you're feeling when you're sick. So if you minimize those foods that you're putting into your body, right? You'll still feel like shit, but you're not gonna feel as shitty. So I made a list of a few good foods to eat in a few bad foods, right. Not so. And this all be considering an alkaline versus acidic diet. I one thing I've told you guys all the time is a raw food diet would be the best. I was just going to say a raw food aid when that's because we talked about this the other day. Like if you take a carrot for instance, we just a carrot stick. Death got a high alkalinity broccoli, raw, broccoli, just eating that are even you chop up the broccoli and make a little broccoli Slaw. And if you were to take that broccoli and boil it throw a little salt pepper on and make a delicious has now become acidic because once you cook it, you change the property of it. So when you cook food, it becomes acidic always or yeah, pretty much. I've seen that in a lot of research and a lot of articles and they say immediately, there's one that's like eighty five or eighty six years old and all she's done. The last forty. Something years is a raw food diet. She looks like she's getting forty. Oh, look at Bertha. She's like one hundred that's sheets, raw food all the time. If she does really once Once in in a a while while. I throw some a microwave, but but yes, she and then you know, oh, Honey, don't cook it. Interesting. Okay. Birthdays our eighty year old nanny who needs a nanny so hit. Here's some things to is also, you also listened to our podcast because she came to work on Saturday and said, missed a great everything. Okay. Back there, everything. Okay. Mr. gr. He's like you bleeding. He's like, oh, no, I'm good. Bert, Tom, good. I was like, she listens to our podcast. Oh my God. By the way. Using. Well, anyway, also alkaline other than just being feeling better is, you know, you have more energy because you don't spend an energy in trying to feel better. When you feel like crab, you're exhausted because your body's trying to fight off that feeling. Try to make yourself feel better. So it uses a lot of that energy up. So you wanna have more focus in your brain and you want to have could attitude be like, hey, wanna feel your best if you can change you can't. I mean, cancer talks everybody knows that like, well, an involuntary. So what we're saying is in the very beginning, high cancer cannot survive in high alkalinity. So it definitely will not thrive right in high alkalinity. So at at the worst, you're not going to help it multiply right help it Ryan, oh decrees. And rather than people saying, oh, like chocolate kills cancer cells or it creates cancer cells. Sorry about the chocolate. But I mean, that's bullshit. It's there's no food that's I mean, if that were true, then we put it in a pill and nobody would have cancer right now. I totally agree. And here's some good. Foods to eat any cabbage in that would include Brussels, sprouts, raw? Yeah. Your heart is Iraq. Shave it, shape it down, shave, a brussel sprout. It's like salad days turned into like a salad, cabbage salad. Let me see shaved Brussels. Here, I thought, you know, you put some really awesome sauce or something. Would you put like a, probably I'm one of them, stupid lettuce wrap. She complained about. Whatever it was it was horrible. But anyway. And you could cook collie flowers, really good. You don't have to be Roth, right. Okay. Everyone. If you haven't heard me talk about threat up by now you're not listening seriously. If you don't go check them out, it's your loss threat up. "Healthy mental attitude is good to, of course, that's, that's number one, honestly believe I know that it can be super trying not, but in this position, thank God, but I know that having a positive mind frame can pull you through things that you'd never thought we heard it. The coal where I mean that was that was what gut her out of it. That was what pulled her through it. And that was what totally changed her life after she beat it. She's so bubbly, I think it Tracy. We talk a lot about. Water, right? I'm going to get to the water. I, I don't know you. Very, you. Got great. I've got it. That's crucial. Positive attitude, crucial, enjoy or nicer raining on my parade. There we go. Okay, skirt fine. Makoto look, look out of the water because you want to stay hydrated is a big thing, like with chemo and stuff like that. You want to make sure that you're, you're getting what you need. And I recommend a certain type of water always high ph level. And you know, they say, cancer can't live in an alkaline environment in doctors and stuff. We'll see that you can't. You can't change the alkaline of your blood by eating or drinking anything. But I think if you surround your blood by a lot of alkaline got where something so it's not going to hurt. We know. I'm not gonna hurt. Right? And so I recommend a brand of water called eternal. And several people have said to me, it cured their cancer. I'm not saying that's what it does, but I met a guy in the grocery store and he's pie in the store out and he said, this cured cancer, a friend of mine's got cancer and I'm buying it, and that's the only water I buy. And I know you guys drink a water that is a high ph two, and we've tested a lot of waters here. You can also test your own ph levels. You guys have stirrups downstairs and you stick it in your. Yeah. On it. You just you test your euro and so that you can see what you're on p. h. level is okay. You should do that too. Like if you just randomly to say, hey, do I have a high. Alkaline or my exact. Right. Oh, interesting, right. I mean, maybe we'll do that tomorrow. You want to do that together. Shooters and other thing that I say a lot, a natural path would tell you to some three things to stay away from our sugar dairy, wheat sugars. It's poison anyway, like we eat it. I just asked you tonight, you're in the kitchen. I said, Tracy, all I eat is sweets. What the hell is wrong with me. She laughs and says nothing. I think it's great. It's wonderful. And now because you're healthy, but we're talking about somebody who is who is not as health, right at their own level missed the with. The podcast was about today? No, I know what it's about, but I'm just saying like in order to stay healthy, right? Like you wanna make. I mean, I do love sugar. Let's be honest sugar makes you so happy. This does high German chocolate cake and everything. But anyway, so you're right. Sugar is definitely. Yeah, that's just it is the enemy of of beating cancer, right? We'll help you be cancer. Also, dairies is a bad thing in wheat, and we've talked about we in gluten a million times and it's an inflammatory food. So let's talk about this thing for one second. First of all, what is it? Second of all? Why was it okay for people? Twenty years ago and not today, what are you rolling your eyes at jealous bloom. Give us as I've said this, I know, but like I still gluten is we run barley and sometimes oats grains. So you're grains and all grains. Not all grace. All right. Okay. Okay. Right. So we ride barley and sometimes oats. Okay, it's in quite a one-season during football. He went glue like hard core, like even in other cities when he was playing different teams, he would, you know, go to the hotel. Look at the menu. Together in decide what he could eat. And he even said that, I mean, that's rough job, but he would come home not as sore. It was crazy. It was ruined. You really help you make better gluten free chocolate chip cookies, then you do stuff was really good. Now, like the brownies, I think to the brownies, are we hold things..

"Website so you can go get your tickets and come hang out with us because it's going to be a fun night. We're also going to be hitting a lot of different cities too. So this is the first one where iron out all the all the kinks there shouldn't be too many come help us though. Figure out what we what works, what doesn't. And we're very excited. We'll also be video recording this as well. So that'll be really fun just so I can make sure I capture all you guys because it's going to be definitely very fun. Okay. Now I told you guys last week that I was going to have chef Tracy bloom on, because she's very, obviously she's a chef and has been for many years. Years, but she's very knowledgeable, got a doctorate in cooking. Welcome everybody. Tracy bloom. What's up? Tracy. I'm a little frustrated with Croix. He always, he always bothers me about that. What's chef co? It's did you burn you to work? It's beef blood work. That's grows. If you know me, you know, I don't eat any be well whether she does or doesn't. I think bloom has a doctorate in chef. So I absolutely love Tracy Tracy is just the bomb. She's full of knowledge. He's full of positivity. She's a helluva cook. Yeah, I'm ready to jump into Tracy. I realized a few years back. We had a friend of ours that was diagnosed with brain cancer, right? Yes. Don't say his name bloom. His name is done. Anyhow in so Tracy was like, oh my God. Tell miss this, this, this, this, and this. This is like, oh my God really, really, really. So now whenever we've come across somebody that's had cancer is going through chemo or whatever we. No, we share what we know. So it's been really cool. We have to disclaim right now though that this is, you know, we're not doctors, we we, you know, we think this works. We, we can't guarantee anything. Please listen to your doctor and do as they recommend what they think works. But if you would like to take this advice and try this by all means, feel confident that this comes from a place of working. Excuse me. Also, if you're a single hot fem lesbian and would like to play Dr message me on g. Gee, coming from somebody who likes to play like cops and robbers and like she's getting robbed. Kinky stuff is she wants a doctor. She wants somebody like a burglar to it's bizarre buzz, but but you get a lot of people that that are actually like deeming you and things like that. You always want the ones that don't respond back. It's the chase that you love that is correct. I feel like I'm doing jeopardy. We are still right in the middle of breast cancer awareness month. So this is only fitting that we continue to fight this. Terrible, horrible disease that continues to affect people. So we're here to trace. That's here, let's might help. Okay. Well, I'm just going to jump right in here with some things I've jotted out and we'll so first off Hurson a solely drawing of a man. That's me didn't know with glasses. Yeah. Okay. So first off, tell our listeners here. What so? We're gonna talk strictly about diet and the importance of diet. Deering and post. Right? Correct. Wel- pre during an post. And there's, there's there's lots and lots of controversy. And you know, people always say, drinking red wine will help prevent cancer. One hundred percent believe that anyway, breakfast and I practice it anyway anyhow, but she's just jealous. I'm drinking glass of wine to begin. It's not really a cancer diet as much as it's a bunch of cancer tips, and each person is different, and their diagnosis is different. There's different cancers and everybody's affected differently. So. I've, I've actually had a lot of people when I was in the restaurants, come in and say, hey, I have colon cancer.
