"History of bandstand predates Dick Clark thank God And the guy who started it was bob horn in 1952 and bob was a nationwide so they railroaded railroaded bob horn because ABC didn't want them But the thing about bob horn that is amazing just like before I've talked about like rosalie crumbly and how on CK she was able to survive can con and still play great music Well in bob horn's day he was able to move from pop standards in 1952 to rock and roll at 1956 and the teens never missed a beat They love him So I think they need live people in radio to do music Well I don't care for this It's Donald canned music unit It's dollars you know sadly They say money though Well it's not a question It's not a question of saving money I mean sadly for the most part as an industry radio is so cash strapped as to it's not greed and it's not wanting to make more money It's trying to survive What happened with the telecommunications act of 1996 caused a feeding frenzy And we've talked a lot about this And unfortunately the debt ratios on these radio stations for many instances is so severe that they're lucky to keep the transmitter running So that's the reality for many of these stations And so it's very unfortunate Right because you know here's to me those great stations of Lolo and IBC Well sure but they didn't have any other guy I mentioned The stage of Detroit and all those and all I know a guy that actually worked for KDKA was a bit burger It remains there Right right and it was one of the two I forgot where it was but he knew he was a program director there Back in the 70s right But the old stations are gone and you can't and of course a.m. there's nothing on them now but talk not saying you're not talking You're lucky if it's talk what's dreadfully sad is that a lot of it is blocked programs foreign language things of this nature You go back 30 years ago and we were talking about like CK going to the music of what's left of your life the alham format Well secondary am stations would do that routinely would try for a niche market maybe those over 65 Well the today they just LMAO to somebody speaking a language we don't understand So it's self fulfilled prophecy You know years ago by the 80s everybody said well teams will never listen to a.m. That was the prevailing logic And of course top 40 had been dead and buried And when it came back in 1982 as CHR temper hit radio the first station that did it was an a.m. station in Houston the old kolf KK a.m. at 7 90 It went to number one and one booking team So they'll list another problem of course And hard Hanks who owned at the time recognized this is that if they didn't immediately put it on FM somebody else was so they had to eat their young and do that But initially those teams found it and they made it number one and teams So if you put something on the air that people can not hear anywhere else they will find it if they want to hear it You know I don't care if it's a.m. or FM or Z online If it's something people want to hear if they can hear it and they want to hear it they will I listen to a lot of stuff on Internet too I listen to scan that and get a lot of old data in fact I listened to your own not for a while I like the music You play on there Well the problem with the Internet if there's not a terrestrial tie in of course is it eviscerates the law of supply and demand So unless you know it's there no one's ever gone to Google and search for something they didn't know existed So it's true We wouldn't have known station out there that existed Of course not I heard on the radio Right Of course But that's true for everything And so if there's not a terrestrial tie in it is so difficult for streaming only to amass the audience It tends to do it through word of mouth but for the most part without that you're dead in the water because there's too much out there to find it all Oh you know Yeah That's true And as far as in another thing the device to legal early Don't go take a nap when you're cooking in the oven He had never do that You don't go take a nap from cook Well now remember now remember she did put another adult in charge Well yeah that's true too That was true too But it's a thing here It was around we always made a rule We never knew one of it took a nap when he was cooking She did leave an adult in charge I will get her for that But no either but she's here to know when you get a clean grease out of the oven You know she'll never forget it Don't forget it No no She won't forget it So you know I mean I think if nothing else she should stick with takeout but we'll see how she does on her next loaf of bread Teaser We should listen to you Yeah there we go I can't wait to hear about her next creation All right thanks I appreciate it All righty What we've done here since I did make that deal with the fire department that I don't cook and they don't come there's certain little things I can make that I know will not set the house on fire but when it comes to something like a steak John just cooks it outside on the grill away from away from the house So the most you could actually I was going to say the most good burnout is a tree but there's not even that So a very little could go wrong So other than sometimes the weather being inclement that has saved us from any major errors I tell you what Holiday is a wonderful time for cooking creations And particularly if you're invited over and somebody's got the virtual smorgasbord of food items how often are you like the alka seltzer commercial.

"1718 a solution to radio station in Cleveland the most signal of equilibrium promoted some oldies And it was limited However it got me started in about 1972 73 I hooked up with bin bamboo the magazine Not the record Right But I'd like you to point out at some point but I got a subscription to bin bamboo I think I got about a year's worth of magazines It was once a month but then they went fast and over the years I would give them away to anybody that I thought was genuinely interested in the old days like you play And I'm down to about three but it was a fantastic magazine I want to say this too I feel that you lead the charge with the heartbeat and anthem for this type of music And I love how Scottish in the south side of these things you and I'd like to thank you too That's right I love how you're talking about Louis Jordan no one well And 50 minute man from 1950 when I was born but the last thing I want to say unless you want to talk back to me is to all listening to thanks for the unknown questions that are already on their way Absolutely Thanks for calling I appreciate it Welcome And of course I give thanks for you Tim because again how much time does top shelf oldies take of yours Well I mean I really do need to update the playlist I have about 5000 songs on it So at least I can let it go for years without people complaining about hearing repeats And of course part of the day is filled with live programming also But my own show takes me probably 12 hours or so in total to do Oh my God And I do it every week So and unlike you I'm retired So I'm sort of wondering where my retirement is going as I continue to put more work in Plus I experiment with new things We are now on Twitch for my show which dot TV which is normally a gamer site People go to Twitch to watch gamers who are really good at their games play But now they've allowed disc jockeys to go on there also and to stream whatever they want to And appear on camera So I do that every Monday as well So I look at my show there And by the way I'd love to see GM do that with your show This is audio only This will never be video Well well you've heard the expression he or she has a face for radio You are the opposite No no No I'm not about to do that You know for a while John wanted me to do that because I've got the capability on my stressors absolutely no way So I thank God for radio being audio and I'm glad I may western somebody's mind but otherwise I'll be our or moving Oh I have seen you I like some of your listeners and I think just the opposite analysis very kind But yes no it takes a lot of time and in the summertime when I want to go to the beach often I can't do that So I live in San Diego Which is annoying So I may put my show back to two hours on the during the summer So I have a little more time to spend doing what I really like to do which is just play in the waves and get a sunset Yeah absolutely All right Lori is on the north side of Chicago She joins us so welcome back to WGN Laurie Hey everyone hi Kim I've never heard of you before until the light What's wrong with you Well how does it Have somehow Well now you know when there's no excuse so top shelf oldies dot org I don't have a computer You're the one Oh okay You're the one Yeah All right so the only way I can communicate at all is by telephone Well here you are and you're going to vote on the world's worst hit record So what are you adding to the list I have got a bunch of them The night Chicago died Yes Chicago lace Paper laser What else Okay Is that all there is Yes Peggy Lee Bailey Yeah I actually I'm not Lisa Okay the Jesse colter version Yes Probably Now there's another one I don't know how early it is but it's probably you know who it is And I don't remember 60 minute man You don't like that Lori are you a communist What's wrong with you 60 minute man is the dominoes How can you It is a great song Lori Well you know that's the beauty of the world's worst hit records They are hit So for every one we hate someone loves them and then of course for everyone we love or he hates How big did that get Very big It was a huge record and it is the number one beach music record of all time but you hate it so okay What else And now I don't know this early 70s Or whatever can I see Oh the boys The boys Yeah well Rupert Holmes wrote that You know it's a barbecue All right so Timothy Use me by fill with us Okay All right Keep going And purple haze by Jimmy Three Hendricks I hate Jimmy Hendricks anyway He used to play with Joey D at the peppermint lounge Oh yeah Maybe she's has she heard the Dion version of purple haze Oh God Don't make me What Yes yes oh absolutely So anything else Or is that Oh yeah Why should I doubt it Let's hear it And now Raleigh before I forget you said that you don't participate in the voting but with my son if you don't like them you are the putative vote just because I don't vote on them I really don't No participation for me So give me the rest of them.

"The core of our playlist Yeah Now a lot of people want to get in on the action So we will take calls as well And you said you weren't sure you could do an hour I think I can keep you for the next hour and a half because I have a ton of questions But here I am hogging the mic again so truck a rich in a semi says he has a lyrics question that's driving him nuts so rich join us and tell me what is going on Hello rich Oh not much just kind of like being a professional tourist season along here in Indiana I ran into it Hello I ran into an old friend girlfriend from high school and she mentioned this song and I can't think of the name of it But out here near Chicago unless you list a W CFL top 40 I know the first part of the one song they played and these were right in succession unless it's something that I didn't know about It never rains in California And that immediately after that there was a song that like one of the lyrics was they told me that a friend is dying and there's nothing I can do In an almost sounds like a song about New York I don't know Will you Tim It never rains in California as Albert Hammond but Raleigh but I think he's mentioning another song And I don't know it Right They tell me that a friend is dying and there's nothing I can do It sounds like it's a song about a city Yeah And it was always played right after it never rains in California So I don't know if that's like some kind of super extended version Or what She mentioned that it was always that song when she was getting off work at like 9 o'clock at night during the week and I just wanted to have weird things I found it I found it I found it It's American city sweet by Kashmir and west Oh yes Okay But I'm kind of curious as why they always played that like right after that song and there was no actual spacing in it You know what I mean They never announced it North American city suite Yes American city suite and let me see if that's on this computer so I can play some of it is I hope it's not in a way but let's see All unfortunately it is All right so with that in mind I admit I don't even know this record Tim do you know this record Yes I do Riley And that's one we won't play Well let's hear a little of it for a few minutes and here you go That's no idea We're coming As we said a song every morning live and flavor with a sweet sea salt there was a certain way that there is something a certain way was bad The city sounded bad All right so there you have it there Cashmere and west Terminally wimpy Raleigh but it changes throughout the.

"Feel good prices at Marshalls A rough day for the Blackhawks who fall to the Calgary flames 5 two to finish off their road trip to two Not a rough day for rich Johnson though he picks up his first two NHL points including his first NHL goal Yeah I mean it's obviously nice to contribute I think I want to be able to do that more get some greasy ones in front of that but obviously on come out of that with two points Kind of a weird one that you anticipate I mean like marking on the screen with us doing it by itself Yeah I think anytime you can get on the floor check and make a goalie bobble to talk about just like it went in There being a little bit of fan base here Yeah for sure obviously it's nice It's always nice to have and family and friends come out and support you They've helped me a lot along the way So it's really nice for sure I had some family close family and then some friends I played with him during your show It was nice It would be like stay on this good to rotate Yeah I think obviously it's nice Again a couple wins for sure but I really think we could have got three ones there on the road Learn from our mistakes and try and play a full 60 minutes Keep working on that part of our game So there's something calorie diet or something you guys need to I mean I think we got away from managing the plan our game I think we did it for most of the second in the first obviously Not the best period and then in the third we kind of got away from it but we just got to find ways to play a full 60 at and thank you as anything special from Calgary They're simple team but I think we kind of did it ourselves there What hasn't been so looser the whole situation about the period Yeah I mean I think it's mistakes happen in games I think if you can limit them and just manage your talk I think that's what we talked about lots with coaching staff especially for myself I'm just managing it getting it down low but we'll keep working on it So the Blackhawks will head home they're going to take on the St. Louis blues Friday the day after Thanksgiving will be the first time back at the united center in two weeks after they took down Arizona Keep in mind the Blackhawks are three and O at the united center under head coach Derek king this year To get to the scoring recap of this one is the Blackhawks fall to Calgary Again there was a lot going on in the first two minutes of this game including a fight The brink it picks up the puck along the left wing boards hit from behind by Coleman and tumbles head first into the glass Kirby Doc.

"Over a parking spot I think there were some Kim Basinger issues too with regard to that marriage and I understand the current one Is it a bit of trouble too So it's going to be an interesting investigation all the way around there Well here's the people in Santa Fe something to talk about So like I said well get to by the way Eduardo who is in midway but before we do and hopefully hear from you too I'll back up what I just said there is a study that is a hot dog and take 36 minutes off your life expectancy Yeah it's like who came up with this Well it's a full diet study and apparently the good news is peanuts or peanut butter could add 25 minutes Since nuts reduce the risk of ischemic heart disease and diabetes So Americans dedicate 1.7 hours a hundred minutes a day to food preparation God what a waste Yeah just drive through the drive-through Of course you know I look at this list Maybe you'll be dead by next Tuesday Eating and drinking is part of that So that's a good portion of your waking hours all around And of course food labels well most people they don't read them If it says organic on the front of it that's all they need But if you try to read them it's an interesting exercise because most of the time you look at these words and say someone needed to buy a few vowels from vena Yeah they're hard to understand to say the least that even if you can pronounce it which just might be coincidental If you actually know what it is well that's not many of us So so far all this up to date scientific information will get you nowhere So this study turned to Victor falconi an expert in nutrition Yes he owns nutrition impact LLC for profit And he looked at several food profiles measuring the number of healthy minutes of life gained or lost by a serving of food Now he said how did he do that Well they're taking into account 15 dietary factors From the global burden of disease which I suspect is an organization or counsel or something That studies the burden of disability and death from a number of causes including of course food And food containing milk nuts seeds fruits calcium omega three fatty acid from seafood fibers polyunsaturated fatty acids and health damages associated with food containing processed meat red meat trans fatty acid sugar sweetened beverages and sodium Now for each of those they estimated the healthy minutes of life lost or gained per gram of food consumed Anyone who calls this scientific is probably probably needs to go back to school But what they discovered was a person eating a gram of sodium is losing 7.4 minutes of life due to the increased risk of developing ischemic heart disease That means chicken wings are out right .5 grams of sodium so you can lose 3.6 minutes from that alone Yeah But that wing down Now as far as the polyunsaturated fatty acids well and the calcium you might gain a bit from the calcium but you'll lose a few minutes from the polyunsaturated fatty acids and the trans fatty acids And overall what they're saying is one serving of chicken wings you lose 3.3 minutes of your life Of course the good news for these people is there's absolutely no way to prove this I'm very afraid who paid them for this hoping it wasn't your tax dollars or mine as far as that goes So they looked at environmental performance as well And they published it in nature food which I guess is kind of like asparagus today some type of a journal And they found that seafood is normally good and but not always Yeah and on and on the list is But what do you care If you were told go through that drive and have a hot dog It's going to be minutes off your life Would you not do it Yeah I can't imagine it Now their strategies they say since you're not going to be able to crunch all this data and if you're sane is to avoid processed meat and sugar sweetened beverages I'm staring at the Mexican cook while I read Avoid beef avoid pork avoid lamb No absolutely not And so they looked at 6000 foods And probably the 5800 that you've never eat or good for you But there you go that's the latest in studies and it says nowhere who funded this So I'll keep my fingers crossed Eduardo at the midway well not at the airport but by the midway airport Welcome back to WGN radio Yeah rally good evening I got to have some kind of need Yes If I have a hot dog like I did today I won't have it the rest of the week So at least I do that That's restrained That's very admirable I wish I could do like two weeks without a hot dog or a hamburger or something like that That's unreasonable Yeah I agree Yeah Well you know the other big story is the laundry patio case Yes I hadn't brought this up but yes they have identified the bones do belong to Bryan They are his bones so that's been a positive identification Right Now so I guess there were no I guess there were no All I would doubt it but then again who knows You certainly have a death wish if you're.

"And my friend's debt had just gotten as a assessment and they assessed it at something like I don't know it was 3.2 or 3.4 million Speaking of speaking of malls they were demolishing Burlington center weren't they This year I don't know I've never been there Oh I thought so yeah it vacant for the longest time It was one of those malls that just kind of disappeared It had a Sears store and it had a JCPenney and immersive food court and all that And but yeah no I want to know what the deal was with those apartments I just looked him up cherry hill towers They're renting them you're right They're there but why were they closed for a decade And they wouldn't let anybody live in them I don't know maybe they had maybe they had some kind of problem or something Well some got a problem I don't know but yeah I remember cherry hill used to be oh la they had the Latin quarter and all that kind of stuff the Latin casino just really nice Yeah now it always was a nice town I used to do a lot of business out that way I used to avoid I used to avoid that road where the cherry hill mall is I used to go out I used to go out route 38 because I didn't find it as tedious Okay so I looked this up And this is from 2003 So it's been a while Cherry hills hours was sold for 12.25 million a little more than 28,000 a unit It had been under contract for three years but only closed It's going to undergo back then I'm sure it did $43 million rehabilitation 433 unit complex couple of towers constructed in 1958 was completely vacant and dilapidated For years and I guess it did not somebody bought it in the 90s And mid 90s I remember that And at that time only 50 of the 433 apartments were occupied And then they were going to turn it into condos And then I think that the township basically made it unsafe for whatever you'd call to basically force the people out of there And then 2003 So now I guess if your buddies live in it they brought it back but I always thought it was truly ghost time that anything in real estate that pricey would just sit there with nothing in it Yeah and I mean sherry hollow is not a bad place No certainly not Camden And Camden's a heartbreak too because Camden should be really nice because if you look at the waterfront of Camden that has the good views of Philadelphia That should be the because you have all these Philadelphia properties that overlook Camden Well who cares But you could have Camden overlooking Philadelphia to be breathtaking But at the same time you've got places in Philadelphia that nobody wants to live on I believe me I know I lived adjacent to them for years Yeah northern Back when you were to PhD Yeah right exactly And I lived in wind coat on the border of the city of Philadelphia and I'd go through north Philly and it was literally the demilitarized zone Yeah I remember Yeah they just had something going on over and Philly where they had guys in a Dodge charger with the doors open doing donuts around a police car That sounds like business as usual Yeah they were having a lot of fun Yeah they actually pretty entertaining to watch Yeah And they kept showing it on TV Well of course What else is there to show I mean come on That's it Yeah that's going to show somebody having their rim stolen Right right There's not all that much excitement You know what goes wrong at the cheesesteak place Let's face it Yeah I know Philadelphia and Philadelphia and news they show pictures of traffic accidents in New Jersey Right Right I know Well that's good It's absolutely good Now of course they could probably get a lot of business going to Chester but let's not talk about that I'll know Chester's rough Question Is there anything good in the tabloids this week Well you know this is terrible because I've been so darn busy that I got four new ones in today and haven't even cracked them So I think I know So that's what tomorrow show All on top of everything else of course You know when you have business insurance which you've had in the past certainly several times They like these They like these audits every year for everything So right now I've got my workers workers Yes I've got my workers comp bot Yeah the only let me do it online No more can I mail everything in Oh no gotta be online Yeah well you're not asking the right questions buckles Yeah so but I'll put that aside because let's face that the tabloids have higher priority than Hartford insurance So we'll do ten miles tomorrow night Yeah no I can't workers comp with has always been one of my size Oh yeah It still is a thorn in my side Well you know they've been out of business for over a year The previous year I'm sure yeah they don't care The previous owner of the station before he passed when he was telling me I had to take it over and all this I asked him I said now what about workers comp insurance And he said don't believe in it I'm like so he operated it for 35 years never had it I said no no I'm sorry Apart from it being the law there's many and even though I've only got one part timer in that building there's many reasons I need workers competitions So yeah especially if someone comes to work on the tower Well thank God I actually got it because I had had it for only a few months and that's when I had my fall Yeah right and they care That's the first question they ask you Is it work related So yeah he didn't believe it So I didn't have much of a choice because the cops showed up the ambulance show Yeah yeah Yeah I needed a local hospital I was laying next to the truck on the ground They have a pretty good idea to work related Yeah Yeah That one you couldn't that one couldn't be fudged I know know exactly So if there's anybody listening it works for themselves.

"Their last chart record just a few years later in 1961 was their biggest pop charter look in my eyes But nonetheless that's for Scottie and east Chicago who loves his chantels and who could blame him 8 8 8 8 7 6 5 5 9 three 88 88 RO L LE if it's on your mind it's on mine as well And yes talking about absolutely nothing that matters Yeah so we won't talk about how many businesses and government entities are being waylaid right now because of the employees who say oh I'll just walk off the job before I'll get that shot Yeah that's been interesting But well avoid that and we'll just talk about Hollywood horn dogs This from the October 4th edition of the national examiner Hollywood Casanova's love secrets revealed Yeah that's right I just come to this You can interrupt though But in the meantime maybe you'd like to know And it was an interesting little list First talked about Warren Beatty And what a nice guy he was and that he is denying that he slept with 12,775 people And he said think about the math That would have to be never doing anybody more than once in doing several a day Well and of course when he met Annette menning about 30 years ago now he knew instantly that that was the love of his life Said he was eating garlic chicken at the time and suddenly lost interest in it all his interest was in her and he said it was pretty good garlic chicken Well there's even even better with her apparently Yes Then we move on to Tom Cruise I'd rather not So we'll just go right to Clint Eastwood and 91 years old That's amazing isn't it Yeah Lots of women but only two wives Maggie Johnson who he married in 1953 They didn't divorce until about 1988 but along the way he had a relationships with Roxanne Tunis a stunt woman from rawhide they had a daughter and then of course the sondra Locke affair and that was many years including the last moment her filing for palimony suit after sheep after he packed up her things changed the locks on his Bel Air home and left her outside If she got an undisclosed settlement I don't know what And then while he was in a committed relationship with Sandra he also was in other relationships Jocelyn Reeves the two children he had with her she was a flight attendant and Francis Fisher and that they have lots of kids yes He was certainly well in any event next was Dina Marie Ruiz That was the second wife That was the news anchor from the Bay Area And a lot of people thought well that one will stick Well no They married in 1996 and then they split after that His current girlfriend yes he's got one is Christina And they met in 2014 And interestingly despite the reputation as a lady killer and Morse he's close to all his kids who openly support him so that's interesting Also peck's bad boy Jack Nicholson turns out has a really nice soft side Most of the women who have been involved with him say this is a good guy And his first wife in fact so we had a very sweet beautiful marriage And she could see however that he not only was going to be a big star and have lots of temptations but she also knew that she wasn't really along for that ride But she said you know he's very different from the image The real Jack is loving caring and giving doting dead and a Swedish father So after they split then he was with a Susan and she died in 2018 But they had a son and that's kind of an interesting thing because I don't think that Nicholson actually acknowledges the sun but that there was a fling with Michelle Phillips of the mamas and Papas and of course the Angelica Houston daughter of fame director John Houston that was a long relationship They were like 16 years together And in fact I remember when John Huston was dying at cedars Sinai on the 8th floor He'd come to visit and John made him promise that he'd always take care of Angelica Well it didn't turn out so well Angelica described him as a philanderer who was quite discreet about his affairs Trysts with and then she had a long list of that to say the least Lara Flynn Boyle was one and Margaret Trudeau and Melanie Griffith and Janis Dickinson and on and on He had two children with Rebecca Broussard ray and Lorraine That's while he was still with Angelica Angelica finally walked away And interestingly word on were around Hollywood was at the time Jack just fell apart He was annihilated emotionally He might have you know might have been fooling around a lot but he was he was pretty tight with her and not handling it well although he said not willing to go back and correct that Well I don't know if he could have anyway That's the deal There are many more But reading the tabloids works like a charm It just brings you out and drove So Scottie and his Chicago welcome back to WGN radio That's a huge deal Yeah I really appreciate that My pleasure I want to ask you a question.

"Two We just I don't want to say we weren't ready I think we didn't manage the park how we wanted you know just to put it in make it easier on ourselves to play down there you know keep it away From our zone So we didn't do that And we gave them those chances and they scored So obviously not the star we wanted Well they're skating team you know They kind of love those transition games So I think as the game went on I think we did a better job to stop those situations and try to kill it on everyone And that's what we didn't do in the first 9 So they did us a place and That's what we got to learn from that You know what we need to find For sure it was just the first period you know so we were saying just get back in you know just start playing the way we want it I think we didn't do it that much in the first and I think after that like I said we got better but still so we got some chances some shots I still need one guy in the second guy underway And I create great some rebounds and create some chaos down there And you don't have to get a goal for that Yeah for sure Would be better if we win right So obviously it was nice Kind of started after that go we got we got a little better We got a little momentum after that and we just couldn't go to the next one right away I think that would be a different game I.

"Right under the stick of land the sky He threw center ice over the hot line right wing hits a wide open bowl and Byron left certainly scores For fallen by him That's his first national knocking goal Playing in his 20th NHL game Byron planet grip from the left wing circle and it beats flurry On the glove side it's now three nothing Colorado with ten 26 left in period one So that goal with 9 or rather within the first ten minutes of the first period here's a quick quote from Dominic Kublai who met with the media already over in Denver said that trying to assess that first ten minutes it happened a couple of times in the preseason two I don't want to say we weren't ready but we didn't manage the puck the way we wanted And that was totally believable as Colorado I believe had a shots on goal advantage of 16 to two at one point in the beginning of that first period So it just seemed like the Blackhawks were having a really difficult time catching their breath as Colorado was just all over the place Jeremy Collins though did call a timeout Even Jonathan Tay's got a little vocal with the team on the bench So it was a good opportunity for the coach to try to slow things down for his team Maybe allow them to catch their breath but more importantly just an opportunity to slow the game down And that seemed to have done right for the hawks They started to pick up momentum a little bit more getting a few more opportunities Then they were able to get on the power play JT comfer went into the box for hooking and we talked so much about the Blackhawks power play during this preseason how promising it started to look The hawks weren't able to score on their first power play unit but on their second power play unit There's Mitchell.
