"You about our special guests brand Blankenship is the founder and executive director of the center in North Carolina. She is a certified master hypnotherapist and international instructor and author discovering. The power of hypnosis and meditation while being an actress brand use to hypnosis away of removing some boundaries opening new doors in her own career. And it worked he has changed careers to become a hypnotherapist now out of a strong desire to help other people through their own situations. Brand welcome to the program. I'm looking forward to this morning. Thank you for having the on tell me about the acting career. Well, voting desire to be an actress, I was working as a legal assistant, and although that was fun. I just had always had this burning desire to be an actress so began studying acting and then we would fly in coach from LA for a group of us, and we would practice and we did that for few years. And. So left that job and began acting and auditioning down the east coast. And I would just traveled to where the auditions were wherever my agents would send me. But I started to have like the block or something that was holding me back. And that's what drew me to regression work, because I, I knew that it was something deeper inside. So I thought out a regressionist, and we did a few sessions after go in, and we would explore what that was that was holding me back. And I went back into life into a couple of them. Of your own my own. Yes. There was one where I live in an artist. And I was actually a servant apparent in this past life. My parents had sold me to this artist because they thought he was going to teach me like an apprenticeship really issues me as a servant, and I would stand there with a tray of bread and cheese, sixteen hundreds and stand in the corner and wait for him to tell me to bring that over and he really didn't teach me. But I did observe while he was painting and eventually, I left that I was probably ten at that age. And I've actually left that situation to become an artist and died penniless on the streets of London. Not a great lifetime. No dotted all you've done much better than that bat. Lifetime. Found out a different lifetime on another session where I was not for singer. And I was really well known in Europe, I didn't really well for myself and what's interesting now is I don't think at all in my current life. I didn't bring that gift forward with me. So what I did was through these sessions. I actually had another session at turned into what we call a precaution tive session. So I went into what was to be a past life, but it actually directed me into future line of future situation. Name I cry lies and I saw myself standing and prairie grass. Overlooking a hillside with these trees that looked like it looked like apple trees, and there were apples on these trees walking through the orchard having my pick. And I knew that metaphorically those apples for acting jobs. They want actual apple. But I had my pick. So I came out of that session, and an acting friend of mine who had moved out the LA five years before call me out of the blue. She said, Brian, you really need to come out here. And so she said, I think he would do well, if you come out. Line everything up. Got it worked out and quit my job. And at that point, I had left illegal job doing temporary, you know, temporary work and the purpose of that session was that I could be a fulltime actor and I didn't want the day job new others that were fulltime actors didn't have to have the day job. And that's what I was trying to get past. So that could support myself with acting. So everything. And fear fear set in almost didn't go really fear fear to the point that you didn't think you could do it to the point that my feet were paralyzed to the ground. I, I had everything lined up to go and someone very close to me that me down, and talk to me and said, you need to do this. If you don't do this, you're going to regret it. I knew so I that with myself had a conversation with myself packed, my bags pack, my head shots, got in my car and drove out tally. Then while out there. Things started to open up joined an acting class someone in class. Salmi told their agents. Audition for her. She signed me on the spot, and I started auditioning every day. We're in a movie called swimming. I was in a couple of movies that are out there, too. I think played a waitress in that one. And I, I just started dishing, which was wonderful because all the work that I put in behind the scenes for got their hat. We starting to pay off having fun, and I did a lot of commercial. Arc always played the Corky characters. It wasn't I didn't. I didn't play the series characters. It was more the quirky fund Carrico curatorship. Why did you give that up? Why didn't you do both? Well what happened was as time progressed? I was standing in the grapevine grapevine is north of LA. It's a lot of commercials. And I was standing in my birkenstock sandals. And someone said to me brand, new, you need to watch out because there could be snakes in that grass. And I was standing in this prairie Greg, and I looked down if I feed, I looked back up, and there was prairie grass and he's rolling hills beneath me in front of me behind me. I had a trailer. My star name on the door feeling pretty good about this commercial that we were shooting down the hill under one of these trees, and I went full circle back into that session, where I was standing in the scene that I've seen in the session a year before the only difference was there were not apples on those trees the trees at the same the prairie grass. And I was full circle into that moment where I almost didn't go out of fear. So after that, I stayed out there a couple of years, I worked and having a lot of fun with it. But I really enjoy the behind the scenes work. So I decided the best thing for me to do was to get into some classes, and start studying hypnosis. So I did studied that and I'm still auditioning and doing workout in LA. And then I realized that this is something I could bring back with me. Bring this back home and help, others open up. Whatever was holding them back, you know, could get past this, and find this needle in a haystack, which was for me was acting and overcome that fear. What can I do for others with what they were working past and wanting to get the ond and you seem to be enjoying it? This is so much fun to talk about some of the cases and things that you've gone through now who taught you hypnotherapy a group of people, and individual. How did you pick this up? I studied with men, I have several teachers, I started out with Roger Walker. He's known for his books. Other lives, their selves and internal return and Rancho taught us of student about ancestral work, and how the settle bodies carry stored memory patterns and also, how you can transform is longstanding issues by accessing that information at the cellular level and added deeper level to always on the study track with Roger Walker and take him several classes with him. And then I learned about Michael Newton didn't even know Michael Newton was at the time. But I read his books, joining us soul. Destiny of souls, and Michael Newton was a pioneer in the field of regression specifically life between live and he worked with insights into pre birth planning how we plan our birth prior to. Carnegie incarnation, and how we how we need to take more responsibility for our place in these lives because we've planned it prior to being here. And we're we're not alone. We have helped so Michael Newton really laid out the map of the spirit world, letting us know that a lot of activity that takes place after death in a lot of activity that takes place in the spirit world. So when we die continue on their spirit continues on, we just dropped this earthly body, you developed, what is called soul expression spiritual regression. What is that? Oh, I also one other person that I studied with Brian Wice, many lives, many masters, and he. Yes, he is. He's in great person to and he works with past life. They're -peutic work, so it's so expression spiritual regression, the acronym, for that is Setzer, as ES are is an assessor session. It's an assessment or a review of your life permitting, magnification of your soul, in your current mind and body. That means is in this deeper, state of hypnosis. You can tune in to the soul level of the mind and, and that's what your soul. To identify and review the past, and the future simultaneously from the perspective of your life, with direct guidance from your soul your spiritual team. And this is to help you find follow yourself guidance, it's to dentistry, negative patterns that have been carried over through many incarnations that you can news through your issues or quickly, having this direct access to yourself. You must be hypnotized in order to go through with us. Okay. A hypnotic state and the client is the has basically reading themselves guiding them into that deeper state of hypnosis. And then they're talking to me, and telling me what's happening is they accessed steeper part of themselves, and then I'm asking questions. And they're telling me more as we help them work through whatever they're there for, you know, some are coming in just to explore past lives to explore that Deavere part of themselves and others have specific issues that they really are trying to get past understand often. They wanna know why they're here. So this process of that you created really has to do with I think the trainer or the hypnotherapist isn't it? What do you mean by that? I mean you're the one conducting the hip no session. So once they're under how you present it to them, how you train them. How you hypnotize them I think, has a lot to do with it, doesn't it? Well, I am guiding them through progressive Alexei Shen into a deeper state, and once they're in there that state, they're able to communicate with me, and tell me what's happening. So what tends to happen is when they connect with their spirit guide their guide tends to lead the session. But I'm asking questions. Tell me more about what's happening. Who, who is there? What are you aware of most people bread undergoing hypnotherapy? Anyway, what, what did they want to accomplish? They wanna deeper connection to themselves..
