"We've tried it before. Where we've discussed this a little bit before, but you guys have a thing do you just drink? Like apple cider or BlackBerry cider if you had it? Yeah. Cider, that definitely stuff stuff to drink around. Alcohol. What's another usually non alcoholic? That's what I was wondering. There is another thing I really like called cochlea and it's like chocolate milk. Oh. In a glass bottle. And I think it's Danish, originally. And for some reason they nail it tastes great. Oh, that's a better than if you make it yourself. It's great for a gaming session. They come in like bigger bottles too, and having one of those is one of my favorite things. So as you can tell, one of the things about me is I'm very well controlled when it comes to random food cravings, obviously. So my friend comes over and we're like, let's play, I believe at this time is playing an army of two. So our plane army of two and we were going to beat it all in one sitting. My friend roger comes over Cadiz, who's in the Discord. He comes over. And we buy three bags of Halloween skittles. And then we bought three bags of the starburst where you unwrap them individually. So that's like 6 pounds. And we ate so much that like legitimately thought we were gonna have to go to the hospital to pass. Like where you're like, oh, this is just gum. It's just waxy gum that you've eaten, but I gotta tell you, man, that was worth every bit of pain. Those things, I love that kind of stuff. I love just playing games and having a snack. There's something so like communal about it or D&D. I don't know if you guys do snacks for role playing reg but we do snacks for role playing. As long as it's not overdo food. Because it usually the whole table is full and you don't want to touch anything that's what I was gonna say. So our snacks have to be like unreasonable. You can't have like, 'cause you have to roll, right? You have to. Yeah. Yeah, 'cause I don't do D&D, so I don't know exactly or after, but dude I have a friend who brings chips over and eats the chips without his hands by ducking his tongue into the chips. So we'll be doing D&D and it'll be like and you put your tongue out and you can pull a chip up into your mouth. And this dude is eating like Doritos. He'll be like, I walk into the room stealthily. And I'm like, dude, it's not stuffy. Can you hear your Dorito chips? It's just hilarious, man. But yeah, you don't want, you know, and I'm one of those guys that I hate interruptions. So I'm like, cell phones have to be off. They can't be in the room. You know, I don't want your laptop connected to the Internet. I don't want you surfing. Because it's hard. People can do that on accident. You're not even on purpose..

Jon Gruden Resigns as Raiders Coach Over Decade-Old Offensive Emails

"John Gruden has always been kind of a wild child in the NFL always been a little bit of a loose cannon, if you will. And I believe he was also he was also the coach of the Oakland Raiders in like the 90s. And then he went to the Buccaneers and led them to the Super Bowl very complicated. But then he rejoined the Raiders in 2018 after he was an analyst on Monday Night Football. Do you remember those things he used to sit down with the quarterbacks? And it was like Gruden's corner. I've never been a big fan of Jon Gruden. I'll be very honest. One in 2002, that's right, my memory's not too bad. I'm not going to be an apologist for Jon Gruden. Okay? I'm sure he lives a complicated life like most people in the NFL. But this recent saga involving in his resignation slash termination is disgusting. And the national Football Association is in many different ways. In enterprise that is built on a House of Cards. The entire structure of how many of the teams are filed as nonprofits on how almost every stadium is built thanks to taxpayer dollars. There's a lot of corruption that exists in the national football, the National Football League. And so it came out a couple days ago that John Gruden is going to be fired, or it has to speak out for his racist and homophobic emails over ten years ago. And I shrugged my shoulders and I actually didn't know where this one was going to go. Because John Gruden signed a ten year 100 million dollar deal with the Oakland Raiders. And now so he technically resigned whatever he says, I have resigned as the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. I love the Raiders and do not want to be distraction. Thank you to all the players coaches and staff and fan fans of raider nation. I'm sorry I never meant to hurt anyone, John Gruden. And so it was revealed in some of these emails. And based from what I've said, seen should have said something's probably not no, was he joking around in private in a context that none of us can understand? Yes. He incited Joe Biden, insulted Joe Biden I can't even say what he called Joe Biden on air. It's kind of hilarious. Called Roger Goodell, a certain name. I'm no fan of Roger Goodell. So if this whole thing is like a Roger Goodell, apology tour, but here's what really matters. Here's the question. In the National Football League, do they ever allow people to do bad things and continue to participate? Like murder. How about rate Ray Lewis and his legacy of the unsolved double murder? Or how about you remember this one? You remember ray rice, who literally punched his fiance in an elevator? It was an elevator, right? Which gained total notoriety following the indictment he was released by the ravens and suspended, and now rice would be reinstated after he successfully appealed the league's decision. And this whole thing with John Gruden is this question of should you be judged by things you have said in private ten years ago to destroy your current

"Golly gosh sound like a rat. Pack christmas soundtrack betcha by golly. Gosh it's bras monkeys out that i mean if anybody's watching my instagram video. The paul bob. I mean first of all i have to say. This might sister happen to comment that. I look a little bit. Like tommy brock. Now tommy me some cartoon character who basically looks like the badger equivalent to the hunchback of notre dame now okay. Did i go to just go. No i'm ali told. Do i have a very long back. Yes do i. Scott over sometimes yes. I was trying to get the fall autumn foliage behind me in the camera shot. That's what i'm trying to do. I wasn't trying to look like some slightly hunched over badger. I mean that's not my. That's not my look i mean. First of all told me looks like he's had one too many chocolate covered berries. If you know what. I'm saying. I mean he's overharvested rotunda badger. I mean he is the city of fellow. he's definitely escaped any sort of cull and he's living high on the hog in the forest somewhere and he's dressed in tweed. I guess that's part of it as well. Many people wear the tweet hat anymore. The tweet cab so she thinks if i looked like some hunched over badger basically but ever said trying to get all the illuminating colors of the autumn. The you keep coming cauliflower cheese listener. It's the pain. I bring you every podcast when i'm trying to get the angles in that just to show you the reds the yellows golds o of the wide mirage. Beautiful pitches that you can see in the autumn. And that's what i was trying to do. So my sister you can just sort of back off a missile basically on the whole tommy brock thing and i think she tells my my nephew's assembling uncle chappy basically some hunched over badger who likes to wear tweed and he's a little sal is all certainly am. I'm unlike full of the joys of spring or full of the joys of autumn day which it is today but it's called is very very cold and what is trying to bring to you on that sort of early video this morning was does anybody tries suit for breakfast. Is anybody into little soup. Saw for breakfast because you know why don't we reverse the males of the day. Why don't we start having soup for breakfast. Warming any porridge doesn't view. But what happens if you want a bit of a see. You want a bit of a spicy soup or it'll be the broth beef broth breakfast. Why not it's being able to find a spot for the thermos-flask is the problem. I mean how did people carry them floss around. I mean my grandfather used to enjoy basically when there was any sort of pheasant shoot or whatever he did the beatings basically he would stirred the foliage leaves in bush's to get into the pheasants to come up and he always had thermos-flask with him so now we waited he. Do you need a backpack. I mean very sort of minimalist society. Do we have room peformance last anymore. And we have had wars and stuff like that i give to you. If you have longish pockets you could have thermos-flask any pocket and it could warmth is. I make keb absolutely fantastic. So i think we should use them. It's loss these days to possible on the thighs. But you need long pockets. And i think my pocket the fairly short never measured them. But i don't think i could very toll thermos-flask into my pocket anyway. This is the essence of keep conflict is basically some rambling deranged british butler talking about little whimsey nostalgia piecing my life together in america. Stumbling fumbling been quite clumsy but in a fairly endearing eccentric manner. And that's the nature of this podcast. Basically so you're very welcome to join me. I mean as one hundred and twenty eight editions before this anybody's lesson right from the beginning probably is getting a little bit bored by now by my nonsensical mutterings and utterings every week but getting really more more listeners. I we get more listeners than the olten autumn is our time people. We need to grasp the leads the autumn and take them. We need to take the season because this is when people like the warming tones of a slightly eccentric british butler they. They'd they like to sit there soup. They like to see the foliage fall around them. And listen to the multicultural multi contrasting colors of keep coming cauliflower cheese. We're not just a pale soup is much more richness and a spectrum colors around us so we had national james bond day last week yesterday would would have been roger malls ninety four birthday people commenting on the best bonds and trying to weigh at bond. I mean they were good in their own way. But as i said in a little response to a post roger moore was my bombed. I liked the tongue in cheek. I like the english gentlemen. I like the not not wink wink. All of that and a certain elegance is how i want my boner fleming wanted. That is woman. Fleming's choices david niven but it would have been roger mall ninety four th birthday reading last week. I mean. I told these articles like a jumble sale of news stories that i collect for this podcast points of the podcast things that can ramble on about. But roger moss feisty third wife died like a couple of weeks ago very interesting set of relationships. "The emmys were last night and netflix. Dominated the show we look at what series one and wide net flicks is the king of tv right now. I'm oscar gonzales filling in for roger. Chang and this is your daily charge. Joining us is seen at senior reporter. Joe salzman welcome joan. Thank you all right. Well let's break down the show last night be who are the big winners in and one who who won. Let's put it that way. Well we're talking networks slash service. Netflix As you noted was the true winner of last night it one more emmys than any other network at one more enemies than the next two companies combined and it was the first time in years that hit that it outright beat. Hbo and the number of wins at tied. Hbo once in two thousand eighteen but really hbo has been the king of any statues perennially for for years. It was also the most emmy wins that any net tied cbs way back in the pre Streaming pre cable dominance era. Cbs one forty four emmys in one ear. And that's the most up until the only network. That's one that many up. Until this point. So in terms of the companies i wanna flex was was clearly out ahead and then partly. That was because of some of netflix is shows the crown one At tied with the queen's gambit for the most emmys first single program they both want eleven and then among others you know there are a lot of standouts from scrappy your upstarts from apple d. Plus for example ted lasso. They're sort of sports workplace. Inside the US-Australia Submarine Deal

"The dutch prime minister mark rutta will reportedly offer his uk counterpart. Boris johnson a defense and security cooperation. Deal with the eu. When the leaders meet in downing street later today it follows yesterday's announcement that the uk. The united states and australia had agreed their own defense. Pack called aucas. the deal has angered many. You states with france calling australia's decision to scrap a huge submarine. Deal in favor of eight nuclear powered subs deal with the us establish back. Let's get the latest now from paul rogers international security advisor at open democracy. Paul some very harsh words from paris. Today tell us what happened here. I on the australian deal and why the french are feeling blindsided by it over the australian deal. The australians essentially decided to replace their existing collins class submarines richard come to the end of their useful life with new pout submarines rather than diesel-powered submarines. The previous decision was to gain with france which has quite a good recorder producing diesel-powered submarines. It can actually produce a new pout. Submarines for self. I don't think he's ever exported them considered it. But anyway australia's decided they need to new capelle. Submarines had this deal with the french for the best essentially for the Diesel-powered ones they basically dish that and gone in with the united states with britain as well although the suspicion is that as far as the building of the new submarines consent bush will be done as an australian yard in adelaide. That will be done. Under american supervision with the british relatively small this is partly because britain is producing own new class of astute hunting submarines as well as its missile submarines an in both cases. It has pretty serious problems with developing the reactors rolls royce history. Having great difficulty in getting things right the to another words in america wants a more reliable. So that's the basis of it. The the fringe obviously are pretty furious of this because what was a pretty big contract with a lot of money in. It was basically dish in favor of a basic and anglo american agreement. So that's the background this at beyond that. Of course you have all the issues in the eu and the whole question of how one handles a rapidly growing china which does have increasing military capabilities.

Nothing but the truth. It's sort of a documentary. On the life of adrian rogers and many speaking into lots of the noble truth that he spoke in his years before the lord called him home sixteen years ago and reminding us that america not just now but is always been just one generation away from paganism take one generation that no longer stands for the moral absolute truth of god's word and we find america and america's churches in a serious dilemma. He predicted it so many years ago that it would be the greatest challenge and today a more people are speaking of my truth as opposed to his truth. And it's a difficult place when it comes to how many americans still believe in absolute truth.

The judge has ruled that apple cannot prohibit developers from adding links for alternative payments beyond apple's app store based monetization remember the deal apple made with lawmakers in japan for outside payments for reader apps. Yeah this is basically that but for every app that wants to take advantage. According to the ruling apple can no longer stop developers from one including in their apps and their meta data buttons external links or other calls to action that direct customers to purchasing mechanisms in addition to end up purchasing and to communicating with customers through points of contact obtained voluntarily from customers through account registration within the app. Not what apple would have wanted but again could have been worse. The app store might have been deemed a monopoly. It was not according judge gonzales rogers while the court finds that apple enjoys considerable market share of over fifty five percent and extraordinarily high profit margins. These factors alone. "And, uh, they left the found out. He really didn't at all change. So I left the dealership This everybody got about two blocks from it and also knew that everything just on my serve flashing and coffin and spurt and everything. So they got it back to the dealership and said, Hey, this is what's happening. We got what we don't know. Wait a minute. I've got a different image of flashing and coffin and spurting. Then I think you're trying to tell me Well, this is what she tells me. The dashboard starts doing straight. Okay. Okay, the dashboard because when you said they were flashing and coffin spurting, I was going Yeah, well, anyway, that's how they got it back there and I saw it won't just mess. I called some guy out of the back. And she said this old guy comes out as an old guy. Well, we're not in the Roger Roger. Cliff Notes version. Okay, what it is, is it come find out. She needs a new battery. As in car battery or the hybrid battery. That hybrid battery. Okay for the Prius had 198,000 miles on it. Okay, so it's about she's out about 3500 bucks or so 2800 completely installed. Well, there you go. And Z funny is that company I work for is that we had Priuses and when they got X amount of miles on it, they just got rid of it because they have to buy a new battery. Hold on Roger because, you know some. There was a story on that just this week that the average Prius the which which that is not a lithium ion battery in that generation, it was nickel hydrate and average one last right at 200,000 Miles. Wow. So if you were getting rid of him because of the battery prematurely, now the average Toyota said their do their due to last right at 100,000 miles and eight years. And yet in real world driving of these cars, and by your admission, she's in the cold of Maryland, right. She's in the heat of the Arizona desert, and hers lasted a couple 100,000 miles, and there was 798,000 Miles. I said almost a couple 100,000. Yeah, and the fact is, it was 2800 all in Yeah, it sounds to me like that's a deal. Yeah, I didn't say I was just she calls told me about that because I had researched. They're looking up for the company I work for, and they just Well, the car so old, he's got something miles on that we just automatically get rid of them. The reason companies get rid of cars and all that stuff. Is there fully depreciate it. There you go. Have a good weekend. Roger. Okay, Thanks a lot. Bye bye. Mm hmm. You know, we train horses in Texas, too. Small 0.8887871. Almost involved into the old number. 8887875543 will be back in a moment on 5 70 K laugh. I'm Charlie.

"Stars in the sky stories from the sky Roger Roger Southwest Airlines is gonna be blocking streets through the end of September that means that they will cap how many seats does sell on particular flights sixty seven percent will be the capacity cap that's to give you some distancing on southwest flights they'll block middle seats but they have open seating so they can't really I don't know how they do that they're still open seating they say there's no need for anyone to sit though in a middle seat because they do cap the numbers initially they had caps seeds through the end of June but now they're capping sheets through the end of September you can't get liquor anymore on planes that's because of Culver nineteen it's weird because alcohol sales of you know just skyrocketed as everybody's men in the house during lockdown but air travel now will not have liquor on flights from easyjet KLM delta American Asia's verdict virgin Australia they're also spending all or part of their alcoholic drinks service it's a widespread revision that's going on in the industry across the board with food and drink service that's gonna the idea is minimize interaction between flight attendants staff and passengers and people you know you just know it's a it's a fact that the less interaction you have with people also in the same clothes environmental plane the the better you are to avoid covered nineteen did you see that the guy was asked to deplane at American Airlines flight after he would not put on a mask you mentioned that I think yesterday we were talking about the outlook why if you know that's the role why even get on the plane just to make a big to do and file a lawsuit yeah he boarded the flight in New York at LaGuardia and it was going to Dallas fort worth and he said no I'm not going to wear a facemask and when he didn't comply the flight crew asked him to deplane and then he does this whole thing or is posting on Twitter is live video I don't know this is as you say he's just trying to make a scene to make a point and it's just he said it wearing a mask is not a federal law and and so on yeah well the airlines get to make the rules you either obey them or you get off the plane now man we have just a we have I think over the standard issue of jerks in this country we really do I don't know what the you know the legal limit is what we're way over it Beijing is grounding more than a thousand flights why they are raising the threat level from cover nineteen they think there's a second wave under way in China the alert system for Beijing that's twenty one million people by the way that's a it's a big city it was raised from level three to level two that's the second highest I know you're thinking yeah no kidding that's the second highest level two the one from three to two but almost have to be the second highest I know that you're so off the mark I mean I just it brings the total number of new cases in this thirty one additional cases over the past week to one hundred thirty seven that's a fifty seven day run they had no locally transmitted cases supposedly again I take China's word for things not but the researchers in China they say highlighted calls for vigilance and so they have grounded more than twelve hundred flights were halted in and out of the capitals to airports so they are worried about a resurgence there a plane window cracks at thirty thousand feet after a drunk woman who was dumped by her boyfriend tried to smash it in mid flight won't know she downed two bottles of super strength liquor yes I can see the first point where they're not gonna be serving liquor anymore they make super strength liquor apparently I didn't know this he well he's not drinking yeah if you're going to drink it I'm so you know you want to super strength stuff and why wait in with the light stuff give me the superstring stop bartender she was on a flight attendant I appreciate you wouldn't call me bartender she was devastated after her relationship ended and she lost control according to cops footage shows the crying woman repeatedly hitting the window at thirty thousand feet now the winner of the window cracks can you get sucked out of it yes I might not be the best move usually there are two windows I'm certain of it in other words there two panes of it's not glass but you know they're two window panes normally I thank I'm sure they're aviation experts can tell me exactly but look she successfully cracked one of them she and there are thirty thousand feet one window cracked in the Airbus A. three twenty had to make an emergency landing as a result of this mid flight fiasco the footage shows flight attendants trying to comfort the crying woman and then she hit the cabin window she's complaining about breaking up with her boyfriend and then she kinda lost it did did he break up with her in flight I'm I'm not it sounds as though he now it sounds like he wasn't there okay she was still reacting to it she lost control of her emotions said one person on the flight crew the great thing about losing control on the slices that everybody's got the entire incident captured from a different angle I mean it just we have all become we all become little directors you know anyway I hope you don't want anybody going after doors windows or anything when you're thirty thousand feet can't people just sit down it's already a miserable process flying now with over nineteen it's going to another level of anxiety put on your mask get a book or Orton game I'm maybe she got dumped right before the flight and the the lover was thinking well you know she can't make a scene at the airport why are you yelling those guys.

"Stories from the sky Roger Roger lines which is we told you I think our last origin this guy is the company that was favored by most travelers in a survey of airlines delta airlines employees are getting a huge pay out a record one point six billion dollars in profit sharing the bonus payment to the Atlanta based company ninety thousand ploys work for it we'll be equivalent about two months salary this is the sixth straight year that delta has paid out profit sharing bonuses of more than a billion dollars and this year's total surpasses the record of a billion and a half dollars in twenty sixteen the delta had paid out congradulations delta employees Boeing is temporarily stopped making the seven thirty seven MAX airplanes the assembly line up in Washington state has temporarily stopped building this best selling plane Boeing announced plans to Paul's production for undetermined period but it has not previously announced a precise date for the shut down but this is the date for the shutdown welcome to date for the shut down Boeing is saying they're not gonna follower lay off workers because of the shutdown but obviously the effects of this will ripple through the supply chain so this this is big news workers who built parts for the seven thirty seven macs are getting laid off according to this article they are having their hours cut worldwide so even as perhaps in Washington nobody's getting laid off as to say at the Boeing plant in Washington state there are reports of people are getting their hours cut and laid off a manufacturing company that builds parts for the Boeing seven thirty seven MAX is laying off or for allowing workers or they're cutting the hours of workers skills anchors a nonprofit that offers training and jobs for people with disabilities it's about sixty percent of its staff of six hundred have a shelf identified disability and they are getting laid off or furloughed or again have had their hours cut in a termination letter sent to some affected employees in it they say they've had to do this because of reduced production rates from our largest customer Boeing and how about the new department of transportation rule on those service animals on the emotional support animals on airplanes this is an ongoing story the last few years as the kind of service animal or emotional support animal has become more outrageous and more instances peacocks miniature horses and catch will no longer fly as service animals under this proposed department of transportation rule really cats can't fly don't catch just sit in the carrier and under the seat leave your support cat at home I they seem like I have to be honest about all of the animals cats seem even more than dogs to be less of a burden there in that little cat terror you slide under the seat in front of you they take up less room than my briefcase but why do they need to come in the cabin why don't they need to come you know who should come a seeing eye dog or dogs that can detect seizures or a dog or some type of medical service animal that is there for a real reason might not Jack my god the Texas Rangers I want my god why Ellie because I love also on the list are Turkey so don't forget the turkeys and no turkeys no lizards no peacocks please look I've seen some pretty outrageous things on planes I told you about the people right in front of me who brought a dog gone and the dog absolutely was as big as a Shetland pony there's I mean really I'm not exaggerating in fact I joked with the lady inappropriately apparently because he didn't laugh at all although I'm used to people not really laughing when I'm joking there you go again but I said that I symbol that grow up to be a full grown horse or will it stay as a pop and she didn't she just glared at me not amused so two hours into the flight what happened which is right in front of me her in our family the at at all I don't blame the animal but all it it let loose with the you know it had to go to the bathroom there was no bathroom on board for it so we just went there and it was a shall we say malodorous offering on I'll to exactly thank you it was the surprise of the horse but I must exact and the other thing is I think it was I want to be too specific but it was not an easy to clean up situation also them but I'll give the flight attendants so much credit they all descended on the area there was no drama there was no shaming there was no they had already it seemed probably dealt with this many times because they had this spray that they spread out over here in the front of the cabin and I said from the gallows coach you know but I'm just saying was toward the front all the first class people came back and talk about the the flight times from there and the flight attendants from the from the back of the plane they're all like you know this is a clean up detail and they had the spray and so they they handled this sort of hazmat team kind of way you cannot say you love your country well that's what the country is now I don't know I tend to be a little more shall we say generous in allowing people to bring my but I understand is get a little crazy it's so much it's like a bus ride in a third world country right you know I got the chickens on their shoulders or what this is come on it's an airline people let's have a little class yeah outlook this is a classy country now everybody right here you hear you hear yeah exactly anyway apparently the definition for what will be considered these emotional support animals will be limited to dogs again cat people I'm angry I'm counting on your support the president of the association of flight attendants was quoted saying the days of Noah was arc in the air are hopefully coming to an end well screw that I like to know is are now how to stay healthy on a plane as the corona virus flu and colds raise travel concerns the center for disease control and prevention on Friday said it would take the unusual step of screening passengers traveling to the U. S. from China Kim was reporting on that story last couple of days what is a traveling germ of all to do on a plane they say wash your hands often with soap and water for at least twenty seconds it's the single most important infection control measure its first among the guidelines for preventing the spread of the disease on commercial aircraft they say that's better than the the gel I'm glad you asked I think Kerry alcohol based hand sanitizer okay see recommends at least sixty percent alcohol in the hand sanitizer you use in case water isn't nearby and lord knows it's not because you gotta walk thirty rows back to the bathrooms and then there's like a line it looks like a line at the DMV to get into the stink and bathroom it's awful so bring the hand sanitizer avoid touching your eyes nose and mouth with unwashed hands the CDC is telling flight crews and passengers both to avoid that and keep the air vents above your seat open to improve ventilation frequent flyer and travel analyst Henry heartfelt well here's the Bible for trouble when it comes to me he says he's right here in San Francisco so she points the open vent to blow air away from him on every flight he does that and then this do what my girlfriend does White House on the arm rest and tray table with sanitary wipes brain tissues to open the bathroom door I am totally bringing Clorox wipes told you my girlfriend comes with three different kinds of wipes one for the screen one for the seat I mean it's on real bring a facemask also was the last thing in case you're seated next to someone coughing or sneezing is this Sir travel consultant says is becoming routine for many passengers following the sars epidemic in three to bring them face mask Hey I know it seems weird but you know it's life and death now with these new infectious diseases in the corona virus outbreak now it it really might make a difference and lastly ask a flight attendant if it's possible to switch seats to move away from a sick passenger show that stars in the sky for today.

F. that are at the center of branding by now but it is not but he's not Nike anymore he's only tiger where in the T. W. had it just your your own initials on it just a little it's part of the the highest price but here here's the other thing with Federer Federer give AF path that you wear around definitely not I'm not a brand the Federer kids saying I don't know if you know this he's got four kids the two sets of twins how insane is that fertility drugs probably right I mean whoever it it doesn't matter we actually know people that have two sets of twins I think it's amazing all right and then if you go to Rafa Nadal here's the one thing I I do I do think that's and find fast my coach to twins in little league and they had two boys on my little league team were twins in their older brother and sister are also twins what yeah she had two sets of twins and one family boy girl twins have two boys and that's how the fetters or how about ration and all this was last year at the French Open he said this he said this endorsement deal with Richard mill who's a like a high end luxury watch guy the watch that he plays with working my Breitling yes No their Rolex this guy's like middle finger in with his toes to at the same time because it he was once the borders with the middle finger seven twenty five yes seven hundred twenty five thousand dollar watches what he plays with that's doing it five three US is Ivanek nurse that man no but it looked we're we're seeing what we saw today what we get to see tomorrow is Serena we're we're seeing the group to the greatest players of all time and what I what I've always considered I've talked about this before on the show is I I still think that Serena if she's not in the in the top American athlete of all time she's in a top three men and women I'm enjoying cocoa golf the fifteen year olds is a great she is going to be great I hope so I loved listening to that little girl talk about her her you know her around and playing in Wimbledon she's fifteen and we just the poise and just how how just incredibly eloquent she was talking about it which I still think what was amazing man Mike my kid at fifteen eight no anywhere close to that before like the days she was born Venus Williams already had four four grants him titles I think that's all well aid and she said Hey you know this the the Williams sisters are my heroes and they've they've pave the way for me let's take a time out I will niner can't coming up first practice report on the twenty sixth first practice is the twenty seventh and I'm gonna ask you do you want to see a little of Jimmy Garoppolo a lot of Jimmy Grawp low or no Jim the ground below in the pre season will hit.

"And he really means everything to go, right. Fame of the moment in order to win. And, you know, Younes problem yesterday he said was his legs alternately, but. I think that reflects the father when you've got brilliant, legs, you can correct mistakes, if you just about on the limit of being able to win anyway, and you have to make an unnecessary effort, even split-second will ultimately compromise chances, especially when I think the sprinting failed of this Jiro is very, very closely matched, spoke to a couple of people outside the lotto shoot all boss after the stage, the first of whom with Roger Kluger of the lead out, train kind of one of the interchangeable pieces. It turns out in lead out, train, former Jiro state winner, of course clue. And then to the sports director part lace in who runs their operation here at the year every year, started off by asking Kluger whether he would have taken to state wins for you and how you off of that before the race. Yeah. Of course. I mean, we're here to win stages to go with one, but a second one is always better. On the other question so far just one on hot finishes, most of the time, I pull, but we still believed in him. And if it's somehow not super fast like today was headwind, he still can do. He sa. Doing the right things normally in the final yesterday. Maybe he went wrong side, but Amal was just too strong probably yesterday today in that had been done from seeing of everything. Right. So what went right today? Oversee they wouldn't a crash that makes things a lot, simpler, doesn't it? Yeah. But yesterday, the Christian affect ARA all lead out, actually. Yeah, we kept in safe someone front. The last kilometer civil. Yes. If I was him, and then I was out of out of reach I couldn't see what happened. Exactly. But commentator was Kayla. Come on. And finally was Caleb. I'm what does this mean now for you, because I'm assuming Caleb, ume will lead Jiro now. Is that right? I think it's right. Yeah. So how does that change your race from here on? Con say we can we are quite happy, but we have still guys go can go on a break, and we have to break. So we're still looking for maybe one more. But we still already happy on yet, but we're not sitting just in the back. Now, can you confirm is the end of Caleb, jury Talia this year. Audio you need to say something. That was actually the plan from the beginning. And I think we have to stick with our plan and changing always old time. It's never good. Same like we believe always in, in care. In Caleb everyday. So we also keep keep the plan, what was from the beginning a good way to go out go out on top. Of course if you can go home with the victory is always nice and. You will be also mentally really strong for the upcoming race. When you're going to restart again to build up towards tour. So it's definitely that he will go to the tours a team sprinter, I think so. Yes. Two stage wins here. It's league gives him that momentum doesn't it? I guess. Are there are a lot of different spins in judo really technical really long straight? So today, he proved that he also can do this, this kind of mints. So that that's mentally really good for us for team for the the guys who lead out. That's a good. That's a good lesson to an a good experience. Actually, so now what happens for the team because there's so many climbing stages coming up? But you've got people to break aways. Yeah. We try to, but I think with the job that the Victor today. Domus domas yesterday, also big job. We need to give a small break to recover of it to be more. Maybe more successful. If they are totally fresh to go in a breakaway can you tell me about the lead, our and whose job it is to do what part of the lead out? Yeah. We have we have era pounded out road, captain. And that's Roger Roger can do really good on on those sprint like today, he guide guy, actually train, and it starts up..

"Or you'll see Christian community credit union banner somewhere on there. And you can you can give them a call go there. Click that you can get information on it. And they'll send it right after you. So I want you to do that. For sure the other ten thousand dollars. You might wanna take five thousand of it. And you could put it in something that might generate a little bit of income maybe four and a half percent or so by doing one of the preferred stock so my list, you could do something like that. And then I think the other five thousand has to just unfortunately remain in savings because I wouldn't want her to have something that is I wanted to have something that's very assessable. It case something, you know, there was some sort of emergency that she might need some cash shorn. So, but I I wouldn't want to take any risks with that money as you said, it's all she has. And unfortunately, if we start to take desire to get a little bit more income too much. We might end up. You know, take some risk that we shouldn't be taking and that that certainly is a concern charitable gift annuity for five thousand, you know, would get a little bit of income every month as well is probably going to try to how old's your mother, Jeff. One of the. Yeah. So I mean, it might get her again that's another way to get that four and a half percent or so I I don't know what it would be. But you could you could find that out to by going to AFA, but they you know, that's permanent. That'll never chain show that income for the rest of her life. The problem with that is of course that she is. Giving up that principle. The upside is that nobody can ever get that principle. Not an, you know, a nursing home or anything like that is charitable gift. So that might be another option for some of that. But I would be really really prudent wouldn't want her to see see wouldn't want her to take a lot of risk. I would just try to grow a little bit more like you're trying to do. And I think that's why. But there are some ways out there that you can do that without taking a lot of risk. Okay. Thank you so much, Dan up. Let Brent buoyant. Thank you, brother. I appreciate that. God bless. "The two choices didn't try to swap in my when I will I, there is nothing more fun, especially if you're in a in a league with a group of buddies or people, you know, well, then doing an auction draft like it's a whole day thing. You get a caterer you go to a restaurant or something like that. Have an auctioneer have somebody that's not in the league. We have Mike August for the, yeah, and pay him in chicken chicken tenders. Fantastic, right. And that is it's awesome that I would have it Kyle and has my helper, but I don't think he would do ahead of that. I can handle that. You'd have people go sneak six with like the little breaks a might bring dead you. Do you think? Do you think. You would get get crap of because I get brought in as a helper to to some people. Do you think you would get? No, because people, no, I wouldn't help. Right. I haven't won in eleven years. No, I know. But, but if you brought in helper, do you think your league with two years ago now? It's fine. Okay. Yeah. Jon Hamm as a hope earner league, how he do he, he's in the middle of the road like his like his Saint Louis teams. Right. He's right, right. Middle middle, the, that's the that's the league where somebody gets voted out. Right? Yeah, I wanna league. I am one of two people that has that, but voted out yet by time is coming. That's probably a reason not to bring Kyle this year because I think damaged checks in charge. And I think I'm gonna give Oded out this year. I thinking about last year, but do you think do you think a get? Well, if you haven't won since two thousand eleven, maybe it's perfect. Keep you in the league. Yeah. Like why are you voting out Simmons? You know, you're, you know, you're beating him like you wanna vote on a potential champion. I've had terrible luck. I also think part of the part of the reason you haven't been voted out as is I think you secretly want to. It's sort of like, you know, like on survivor or big brother. One of those things where the guys like just vote me out just like in the person who wants to get boated out. Yeah, we're keeping the satisfaction out of voting me out because I want to give it out. Right. So they don't want. They're not gonna let you out right Jedi mind trick. Yeah, exactly. I'm eating the rice in survivor trying to get people to kick me out top quarterback Rogers, Rogers, Roger Rogers, Brady Russell Wilson Shawn Watson Carson Wentz taking the extremely fragile Aaron Rodgers. He's, oh, his plays it a cold weather, city notes. Always one hit away from breaking something every single year that Aaron Rodgers is played at least a fourteen game. I think he has been. He's been a top two fantasy quarterback in seven out of the eight years that he's played double digit games. I love the. Lack of respect for Thomas Brady. I am a two. He's forty one years old. I a two and by the way. So this is I'm going to pull us because I wanna try get this stat, right? So I wrote, I wrote a comedy has come one hundred facts facts. You need to know listen enjoyable column. I appreciate that. I like that. I like the hundred facts. So and I talked about Thomas Brady there, and by the way, are you pro or anti straw, just as long as we're talking about braiding swear you, did he see his whole Instagram posts on straws, plastic stress? Where are you on that? And I wave spent on this corner for the last couple of months. Know I, there's a reason to be pro to be anti-strasbourg, but I, I haven't really sorted out. Dive on the research yet. Here's the thing. I've never really been a straw guy. No, I'm not either only with like the Starbucks ice coffees or something. Yeah, I'll do a straw, like I do straws like when I'm driving, like you know you, you drive through a fast food place, whatever..
