You can't beat it Just starting you can start for free and this is another reason. I shows anger. Fm now every day not every day. You are your best in today's world emo- societies. You're expected to perform at your best a many if not all areas of your life but the reality is that not every day you are your best ever have one of those days when you get up to go to work or even to a class and you are like. I really don't want to do this at all. You may not have a good night's sleep or even feel well then you go because you have no choice but to be there and you are not at your best people keep asking you questions like are you okay. Are you feeling well. You get tired of answering the same question and say i'm just fine. Then come the more personal relationships family friends children spouses or partner and these are not people. You can just disconnect especially if you live with them everyone expects you to be the be the same to be your best and some days. You're not your best. You want to just spend time alone and do nothing to think Not to think if you have if you have the luxury you want to do nothing at all. It is a world that we seek connection with others but at times we want to just disconnect even for a brief moment. I think the constant demands and expectations are. Were give us what gives.

It used to be that people in the us were encouraged for the longest time to walk their own path to follow their dreams then came the good times. No one wanted to be different. Everyone wants to be rich fabulous and famous as life would have it then came the coronavirus. Many people try try and have continued this life that is oblivious to the social and economic damage this virus has done but there are cracks and in this way of thinking people are dying. There is some hope but the virus is still here. Har- as many governments are trying to return to normal. Many people are hesitant. Many do not have the luxury of working from home or the ability to close themselves off from the rest of society as i write this Here in new york city. Where i live. Life is returned to so-called non. There are all kinds of plans to start life as they once. was even if slowly many businesses have had great losses in understand understandably are eager for the return of customers but many people are afraid. We hear of crime that is happening rather regularly. The reasons could be many but the idea is that there are things that are happening at fester as many of us were trying to take cover from nineteen. What once was needs to be re recur again. Many people who have may serious decisions about if and when they can take shares returning to work in a city like new york with a population is very large. Men will have to choose to move on to other parts of the country. Surely this is a time to walk your own path. Some will have no choice and we'll have to cope with each each change as it arises. Well for now.

When you know nothing you have learned has truly prepare you for what is to come. Let us face it. The coronavirus has brought unprecedented death. Destruction to way of life for many it has brought to the surface prejudice long repressed anger despair and so much more. And they're here. We are and that moment. What i see is dark moment. A moment where no one can tell you exactly what direction you should take. Nother your grandparents parents. A map or. Gps can tell you how to get to where you need to be in order to be safe and restore life as you once knew it but this is the eye and we can moment in my mind the moment when you say to yourself to sit here in the darkness and despair or can move forward maybe slowly and i can think of different ways to move out of this darkness. This is the moment where individuals families and countries have to make decisions and say yes. I can yes. We can not doubt it is a collective effort but do we really have a choice. Either to sit back and despair which way i think of the times when when are have been seen the worst and how rather than giving up to think of new ways of doing things oh creating a path in life. It isn't easy. It doesn't always work but in my mind it is the only choice. Life is much easier when you have a roman. Gps or this who have had the same experiences can guide you.

Share of protests has always has civil violations of people color but washington was brutal brutal because it pretty much played out as as though it was a something like a dictator was going to take over the people who are disenchanted On the very issue society and says to them you are my people if port me you will be my people and i will do everything to protect and care for you through the most Through the worst civil disobedience and brew and brutalities you commit. This is what the president of the us did on january six. Twenty twenty one. So does history pete itself because we choose to think it could happen to the us because we have chosen to systematic. Ignore the cry of those who have been deemed. A permanent underclass killed maimed in abuse when they have chosen to rise to civil rights. they have been further brutalized. We in the us have done nothing different than any other country. We have told everyone and the word is just great to have the most brutal lawless people in the nation hijacked democracy what those seeking civil remedies This should be brutalized. So what is the next thing to say is scary. Abandoned will not make this won't heal itself but ultimately no matter what happens they will be a cleansing a restore. It is about of good against evil as much as has been throughout human history. Because we simply don't listen well for now remember life is for the living live it the next time stay.

"I sometimes get as how. I started my podcast. And why Anchor at them Did extensive research and anchor is is great for newbies like myself it. They provide good support and it is easy to use the cost. You can't beat it just starting you can start for free and this is another reason. I shows anger. Fm words and phrases people use this like from time to time either. Well-meaning intrusive or condescending people use words of phrases like you're so lucky this places heaven or other words meaning the most wonderful thing place is a situation you can never find yourself in first of all. Let me start by saying that. To be grateful is to be grateful with all the good things that happen in our lives now with that said although i do believe that life circumstances are not always proportion equally even. The most world is serving. It is true that some people just have better things happen to them. But the times i have heard these things are like this is having compared compared to other places i was actually living in a pretty dumpy place. Not for lack of trying to do better for myself. I found the phrase condescending and degrading all at once. How dare anyone believe. Because of certain circumstances that any situation that is the meaning to others physically or Is heavily or heaven. Like i live in new york city and Area and apartments even the dump is our at our premium now with that said even if you have less than pleasant circumstances people will say things like you are so lucky. Sure you have neighbors who keep you up all night. Forty eight hours straight where Were you wonder if you can ever remember your name. The next stage of for that fact The next week you have to tell you that if you don't like it to just move this the list goes on and people tell you the location is great in the rent is so cheap or it's a steal but the only circumstances where people use words like you are so lucky These are assumptions. That because you are married. You're lucky because your first marriage was later in life. You're lucky no no one knows circumstances and no one should make assumptions about what others deserve in life. How about next time. Use phrases like i hope things work out if a person expresses concerns guidance as to where they can seek help so to all those people who like to use these phrases. Please don't i. I personally find offensive and i'm sure many people do as well remember. Life is for the living. Live it the next time stay well..

You can't beat it just starting you can start for free and this is another reason. I shows anger. Fm the year. Transformation twenty twenty. This year are considered one of transmission as it is a year where everything we has changed. It is a year where the unexpected happened. A year with modest inside could find a cure or way to slow down copeland nineteen. We had grown confident. Maybe even overconfidence that modest could defeat or at least slow down almost any disease. Not since as i came out. Did we become concerned about a disease. We try to rationalize the only certain people would get it onto became apparently clear that blood that wish runs through all ovens would could become our death if we needed emergency surgery or had a deceased require any transfusion we have gotten better at treating the disease for the most part but we have not found a cure in more well-to-do countries. We have been able to control the spread. The disease more controllable with a cocktail of drugs but there are still countries with poor economies. Import solicitation in this series is still being transmitted. then came colbert. everything has changed. People have tried to live as normally as they can. But there's an outcry to our governments. Please do something. Maybe many many have perished around the world. Many lives have been forever changed. My daughter often asked me. What kind of world will it be. How will it be changed for the first time in my life. I have no clue. The world had to go by to create a solo. Picture is no longer the sing. I know that for those of us who survived through this. It will be a thorough transformation. Even the disease even as the disease does not touch any a loved ones. the wo- will not be the same therefore we cannot be the same and we will not be the same. I can only hope we can be better after all the sudden as this year. Transformation ends i like for everyone wherever you are to take a moment of silence for those lives lost while for now remember. You can't beat it just starting you can start for free and this is another reason. I shows anger. Fm the crooked trie. This is one of those stories told to me by an elderly man. A long time ago they are the kind of short stories that are meant to Make you think and hopefully teach you to. The story goes on his follows. The other element started by saying that a tree that grows crooked can never be straightened out without breaking it. I never thought about this the next thing he said that this is how child rearing is. He's he's said once you raise a child so in a way you have already created a way of thinking and acting and you cannot change this. This is an interesting idea that even simple things like bedas can become issues when children are not accustomed to go into bed by a certain time. I guess the idea is that was. You said anyone a certain course especially when they're very young. It is very hard if not nearly impossible to change their behavior. This is the kind of wisdom that we really need to pay attention to about the kind of behaviors that can be so set in that. They are nearly impossible to break. I also think about very new relationships of any kind whether they are work love or social relationships that will we send a very well. Doing things. Very early on in these are relationships. We said the tone for the kind of relationship We wanted to have And then it becomes nearly impossible to avert or to change the course of those relationships If we are work we become a person that doesn't speak up. That is the person will become the same thing goes for many other relationships If we don't speak up we're seen as either to passive or whatever it is. This is the tone we set for future relationships relationships with anyone or any citizen circumstances in our lives well for now remember. Life is for the living. Living to next time stay will..

The world has been changing since the beginning of time people have shared. They've the culture. The language food music and religion since the beginning of time people have changed over time but things change slowly people change it but ever saw but slowly change does not come by fours but for the need to survive depresses become out of step with the reality of survival. New ways of thinking make such that changes the only way to go people think that change caused because we will it it does not change calls with exposure and new ideas. "I sometimes get asked how I started my podcast and why anchor FM I did extensive research and anchor life is great for newbies, like myself if they provide good support and it is easy to use the cost. You can beat it. If you're starting you can start for free and this is what another reasons I chose anchor FM. I will no longer be part of YouTube after I guess maybe a week or two as more of my work was being hurt on YouTube and watch my videos were being watched all of a sudden my post or my videos were being tagged as age restricted in a pro. If anyone has listened or even seen my art work there. They are well aware that none of my work is what I consider offensive vulgar and neither. Do I use any kind of inappropriate type of language as a result after even having my baby announcement that my podcast would be on YouTube restricted as inappropriate. I decided it was time to just give up the fight song. Concentrate on doing the work that I do and finding other ways of realistically bring it out to the public and monetizing. I work in a way that is ethical and without having to deal with the trolls on the internet to this extent that it becomes more of a fight each other then what it's about which is for me producing work that I enjoy doing work that is to my standards and off whoever did this or the people that did this great for them. And you know, I always say what goes around comes around home and if that's just the way it is, I will go on move forward and do what I have to do to next time every once please stay well..

"All I want for Christmas is a pandemic free world. I wrote this episode of maybe a couple of months ago and it seems to me that maybe that which one unnecessarily come true or want for Christmas is a world free of this coronavirus pandemic. I am tired wearing a mask and gloves every time I go outside my apartment even for a small test such as picking up mail. I am tired completely sanitizing every piece of gold clothing including my shoes when I get home. I sanitize my keys the garage door opener and then proceeded to wash my hands before this. I simply came home remove my shoes and wash my hands life was simple then here in New York City where I live they are talking about for scoring team, but not everyone has been has seen pictures of New Yorkers crowding parks and lining up to get some takeout food from their favorite restaurants some say that the social distancing rules are being applied on Thursday. Early, depending on race in the most people will get sick and some way or the other if we don't start taking this this virus more serious. This is how many how many diseases spread eventually everyone gets touched and scarred. I wish I wish more people would stop and think for a minute no one wants to wear masks or face covering. No one wants to wear gloves. They are uncomfortable as can be especially when it comes to handling keys and all kinds of items. Everyone wants to enjoy the outing to a PC or a part talk to their friends loved ones may not live with them. I have a neighbor whose daughter comes to her mother's door to check in on her but does not enter since they do not live together the covid-19 cases here in New York has not ceased but life has ceased to exist in terms of how many restrictions we have to put on ourselves to stay healthy. I only wish more people would do this and understand that we are all dead. Is together this is not a time to have the individualistic attitude. If you are part of society, you have to be and it to be discovered nineteen as a group as a society that we will in fact belong are suffering and those we love if we continue to think of our own freedoms. And not how to be this far as well for now life is for the living live it to next time stay well..

"He's up extraordinary times. These are extraordinary times. He's a times of not only the with nineteen, but also time went. We're seeing protests. Due to human rights violations here in the US a black man was just killed by police officer. This is not the first time such incident has occurred, but his one that has touched the hearts and minds of people around the world. It is the tip of the iceberg about the all the racial inequalities, social inequalities, human rights violations many this society, a little control of what what happens to them and how their lives can come to. This has happened so often. This out that that sits. Everyone enough is enough, but it also speaks of how all of us still have no answers about Kobe ninety how to deal with it in a realistic way a way that will keep us now. Family safe as though he all here is about how we need to go back to work. Those who work wants to go back to work, but no one wants to get sick or even get anyone. Anyone in their family sick. These are times with there is unity despite there is unity despite the protests in some ways, this unity I have never seen. It is a unit that says that despite our differences, we are part of the human race. We are one when it comes to our rights to live a life that is not only protected about valued equally to others, but at the same debt it is a time when so many political agendas. Served to create and glorify out differences as a problem and that we should separate oppress. If intemperate just right to kill at will anyone who we considered less worthy. How can we live in a place in a society that says this is the way it is. We deal with the idea that if we keep quiet, it will go away, but hasn't and it will not go away any of it until this address together. We have a chance to survive and thrive as human beings go with dignity apart we are likely to perish some embitter, bitterness and anger in others in regret. It is out choice now late night later. The may not be a choice to make living limited. To next time. Stay well. Aside announcement I just opened. An online store is called Myo Rodriguez handmade at Whibley DOT com. Thank you..

"My stay home. Die Of the coronavirus. I started this diarrhea. Guess About Ninety. Two three weeks in And this is about this time He has four or five weeks later in a satellite this it. It has been three weeks of associates. My daughter and I have been together. Denied F Harley. Gun Out other than to get essentials that run back home. The preparation to God takes Lola usual. the mess and the gloves coming back. As even says spray bottom of shoes we spray each other with an uncle. His off coats a close a gloves. Not Mass as we tried to reuse the mentally a second time than there is home. My daughter's telecommuting all all new experience for her but You know what we are busier than ever once they might go to learn for me is don't say you're more. There's always so much to be done as a child learned you would bite. It's on rather than say you aboard to an adult this. Let's see they would? Have you doing some kind of sheriffs? My Grandmother taught me how to do basic cautioning and an anti me. A basic broad briefly so about never having time to be bored my daughter learned the same thing. You are not poor hurt. Her Complaint Co worker about how I had washing windows and scrubbing floors didn't ask to scope the floor. She said she was beginning to feel like Joan Crawford adopted daughter. She greatly exaggerates. But the idea is that you have to get busy and then take some time to rest. Perhaps as they are saying some people better dealing with isolation I I do miss Interaction so can even small talk to others. I hate feeling scared of getting the various whenever I'm out in public. I hate the absolute certain uncertainty. Is they brains? I feel sadness about how this is. Impacting not just me but all of humanity each day I hope it will be the they when this virus begins to go away and stays away so we all can finally feel that life can once again off restart again remember. "Today on read from an essay about an encounter that has become ulta common. Here my corner of the World I'm finding does homelessness in all its fallout is becoming effectively. A part of everyone's life twice in the past week in the city I live in. I have had incidents that are not Not only disturbing scary. And one instance. I was rushing trying to renew my driver's license and the woman was op begging for money for food. This is not uncommon anymore but then I went to my local dollar store. A man was begging a man as he was coming out of the store for money for food again has become an unfortunate way of life. But this man did not stop with the one person he followed me to my car and it kept trying to get my attention. And when that failed he went onto the next. I was sitting in his car. This this not only makes me sad but scare people become desperate. I the actual need for food to feed an addiction to self medicate mental illness and when they can no longer do so they lash out. Many people think that the problem can become sane in certain neighborhoods. Not so fast. I say the presence of those people may not be in your neighborhoods but things like disease may have a wide spread At the most people can imagine I do believe the right for human beings to have choices in be treated humanely but they are people the need to have mental health services medical services in even substance abuse services. Even with the don't want them is not a moral choice but one that is based on safety in the wellbeing of society. As a whole I can now see how someone who is who is mentally ill. Too Addicted to substance substances. Have the right to walk around Ill whisperer diseases. Because that is their right. This to me says that there is a lack of balance. I know I now walk around looking over my shoulder as if I have a reason or have done something to be chased. I believe such a level. A high alert is unnecessary Necessary part of my daily survival and yet I do not live up conscious at war of any kind. The freedom will enjoy in. This country has now become a burden as others. Have the right to choose to do things that causes over all harm to others just because they have the right to choose to do so.
