"On lightning? Because the rules are completely different. It's just Bitcoin. I mean, they call it a claim. No. It's just Bitcoin. I mean, you can spend it on address chain if you want at any time. So here's where I'm going with that. Rodolfo says it a lot rodolfo Novak. You can put a lightning network on any blockchain. I mean, the rules of lightning network will work on any blockchain. So it's just a question of it's a question of a lot of things. The question of adoption, question of user interest in that type of a network. So on and so forth. And I am one of the people that believes that there's probably going to be one base money in Bitcoin is probably going to be it. But it even gets more interesting, I think, with lightning and that lightning itself, as far as I understand, the rules can be easily transported to any other blockchain as well. And they are. But Bitcoin is the biggest cryptocurrency by far. So lightning. And frankly, if you look at within our codes layer two solutions, there are out there right now. I mean like lightning is far ahead of anything else. In terms of scalability and the tech and so on. But it is, I think it's interesting to watch how all of that stuff is playing out in the Ethereum world where they did a college sharding within quotes, right? Because there's all of these other Ethereum that are forks of AVM with adaptations and tradeoffs. And usually they have less security, but more transactions per second writes basically a big bucket theorems that each have their own name and logo and token. But there are the same from a largely the same from a technical standpoint. And now the Ethereum world has forked into many different ecosystems and the question becomes a little bit. When is that going to consolidate back? And what is it going to consolidate on? And I think that there is a very good argument here and that there is an opportunity for lightning to be the lingua franca of transactional cryptocurrency use. I can also a 100% say what else in which that doesn't play out like that. The world doesn't always pick the best technology. We all know the betamax and VHS story and all of that. But that's where the tension is right now in the world is that oh shit there's a lot of chains here that have traction and but it's confusing and how do I go from one to the other and then there's all of these bridges and wrapped tokens and we're learning about why that's sometimes not the perfect model. So I don't know. And it creates a lot of a lot of headaches for somebody who's trying to build a transactional service, right? Because which of those do you support and there is ten chains that have meaningful traction and on each of those there's multiple tokens and it just creates a big mess. And so probably at some point it's going to start consolidating. I think it's already started a little bit, but I don't want to go on a limb because I don't know that's based well enough to be honest. But yeah, so it is the interesting and I think that Bitcoin has always been the middle ground, right? It was never the best payment method. It's the worst, but it's the one that always works. If the others don't, which frequently happens, right? So always worked as a type of duct tape. Between different financial systems of all kinds. If you want to pay somebody from country a to country B, then there is a good chance the Bitcoin will be helpful in that process. So I don't know. There's an opportunity here for Bitcoin to capture some of the some of the crypto users. But it's also a question of whether or not Bitcoin wants that, or if Bitcoin wants to build its own. Circular economy from scratch. That is isolated from the crypto world or how it's going to look, I don't know. And there's good arguments for both of those. So I'm not even. And the argument is in the end, it's a classical argument of do we do a hard line on our core values? Or do we interface with the broader world to get more usage? Which is a timeless debate in the space and is part of the block size conflict and many other things. They keep coming back in different forms. And it's not new. Yeah, I mean, as you said, this argument is going on a long time. Yeah, well, it's the same as the privacy argument as well. I was at the Bitcoin pizza. In Prague, a couple of weeks ago where I met taki, had a talk and one of the privacy hard liners. And I think that I don't know if I agree with this argument, but I think it's a coherent and worthy of meditation and argument. Which is that, you know what? We should make zero adaptations. We should hardline on all of the core values. We should stand by it and that means there will be incompatible with the outside world will be incompatible with the Fiat system and all of that. And then let it let the two systems run and if ours is better, then eventually the people are going to get so fed up with the dystopian and some of the current fair system that they're going to switch to the. Highly privacy Bitcoin system. But then on the other hand, I mean, we get things like Alex asked before that yeah, well, if I use coin join, will my transaction be treated badly by regulated services and so there is a desire to use regulated services. And so these things are contradictory, right? And so if you want to choose the hardline path, then maybe we need to be okay with. Giving up all of the bridges to the old world. Or we have bridges and then we give up on some of the hardline stuff. And again, there is no we, right? So it's not even a question that there's no vote on this subject or anything. So it's just we're just watching the world play out a little bit to see what happens and which direction and people can obviously choose for their own project, but not much more than that. Speaking of watching the world, right? One of the narratives of the last month or two in crypto has been, you know, as we watch UST and Luna and Celsius and three arrows and all of these DeFi exposed services just melting down on the ripple effects.

"A little bit about what the brain evolved to do and I'd also like to talk a little bit about what certain people think the brain is doing, what its role is. Can we talk about those two things real quickly before we move into the specifics of movement? Absolutely, because this is where it all comes back to. So we tend to have this idea that brains are there for thinking. And working stuff out. But actually, if you look way back in our evolutionary history, not every organism on the planet has a brain, but even a lot of animals don't have brains. And at some point, evolution had to make a decision whether rains were worth investing in or not, and there is this very well-known neuroscientist called rodolfo linas from Colombia, and he pointed out that there's this creature called the sea squirt in their adult form, they just look like sort of bagpipes stuck to the bottom of the ocean and they suck in water through one pipe and they blow it out through the other, and they don't move. But in their young form in the larval form, they're sort of like tadpoles. They swim around the ocean and their job in life is to find a place on the ocean to attach and live out the rest of their lives. And when they're in this juvenile stage, they have a sort of a very basic brain, and the reason for this is that it needs to coordinate its movements, away from things that are harmful and towards rewards, so it's a basic system what will kill me, what will help me pass on my genes. And so this basic brain is connected to its basic tale and it swims around. When this lava finds the perfect spot, it attaches basically by gluing its head to a rock and one of the first things it does is reabsorbs its entire nervous system and it never makes any decision ever again..

This ship is his as long as he makes the payments for the next six months. Rodolfo can't break that. Without whatever the suffered penalties are for breaking lease. which would be. I would guess at the very least certain amount of financial payback or penalty. But you know if if it was just strictly you work for dolph and rudolf owns a ship and rudolf sells the chip by. You're gone forget it you you. You don't have any grounds for outrage. You just you just have to leave by wonder and then the other question it raises for me is what is the status of the ship. When it's done it's still owned by supermax doesn't matter if supermax goes into receivership doesn't matter if the owner of supermax goes to jail for attempted murder corporate assets corporate assets. They own that ship it. Don't just hand it back to rodolfo and say here. You go unless he's got escrow and something of that nature so except except at the beginning of the next episode rudolfo owns the ship. Yeah funny that also it also the it no actually The next episode in the original doesn't ignore it with a with acknowledging it It just is dead. After this there is no supermax corporation and ship reverts. Yeah that that's not the way that works i mean. He's got creditors those banks. He owes fifteen months in a rear to those banks. They're not letting that ship. Go back unless Dante is correct in that In that rideau foe is legally obligated to honor the least that still has six months left on it. "Gonna remain exactly as for now. Now we'll talk about it i. We've talked about it but yeah it's it's perfectly fits into what i'm doing with money supply stuff which is as well hopefully gonna come out. Can't even a date on that. It's takes so much longer than i think but yeah. I can't wait to have a website point people to forsees money. I'm not joking lakes. I have covered. Oh but like. It's not a joke. It's like a half all politicians now in canada that follow me on twitter right and these are more like freedom minded people and like this guys can't mean right like they can't like i just went up professional looking website. That shows the absolute cluster. Fuck the government has done. We money for them to show in parliament right like it's like there is nobody after the fact book got taken out there like shows money supply anymore. Yeah it'll be great now. I'm super stoked. We talked about it last week with these guys like abstract. It's it's going to be really really good. It's much deeper level of insight than just the base money exhibit. There's all different money supplies. Gdp government debt all that stuff. But your i did. I didn't wanna say since we have you on. It's very interesting thing that you've done. I was looking it. I was thinking about it and we talked about this last week as well because You know michael sailor love him or hate him as of late He had a debate with fruit juice. Draw from major gold-mining in hollywood investor. Couple of weeks ago and sailor made this point which i always knew was correct and sort of being redone until last week show but i always knew his career was basically. You know even gold miners. They don't really. They don't really believe in their book. The only goal that ever hits gold mining balance sheet is gross revenue. The rest of their expenses are fiat. Like yeah they hedge the hell out of it. They don't keep asking the only thing on their balance sheet as an asset or their reserves that they hold theoretically the land that they own. They don't have any gold like like major gold on the balance sheet. that way. so i've been saying this for longtime The only people who make money in gold are the gold miners because they dumped the gold on the gold goldberger holder. Exactly exactly and the fact that we have with your bitcoin treasuries. Actually i would put. I would put two things together to get an interesting money. Supply that we've never had its bitcoin. Treasuries only the take out the like instruments. Take out the government's and you only have like bulgaria in there. And just the keep like the micro strategies the tesla's whatever because etf can theoretically be claimed on. I mean just like you can take a jail. The stock certificate down in new york soccer changing theoretically claim. Yep so i would take a to look at it as a supply. But i would take it out. So the treasury's actual treasuries of companies and the mining supply which is a completely separate supply but nebulous as well couple probably a couple million coins in there like the what's in minor wallets so minor wallets. Plus bitcoin treasuries is very interesting supply. That like you've never just never even had like it's a corporate asset that no one has ever really held in history like to do business like actually hold bitcoin to do business. Yeah you might sell some you. I buy something might huddleston. I mean gold miners. Don't even do this so it's a very interesting supply that people need to start paying much more attention to you know. It's it's interesting that you mentioned that because a few of the miners did are publicly traded. You can see. They're bala sheets of. Bitcoin does change up in down like almost a walk quarterly right when they show Well i mean. The purpose of their website or regionally was to create fomo right because publicly traded company executives are competitive in competitive people need leaderboards leaderboards lead to people to buy more bitcoin so so as improve the citing. You know in the future like i wanna get a more accurate view and i totally agree. I mean like etf since shit like that. Don't really belong there. Unless we know that they're holding actual bitcoin which most of them don't counting their base holdings of bitcoin. Totally good to do. It's like that would compare to you. Know like the holdings of of g. l. d. or other you know other metals but what a lot of people don't even know is. Bitcoin itself is way larger than the publicly traded. Etf's of both gold and silver combined. So it's like it's a much smaller number than people even understand that it's actual the paper gold just like i imagine it will be at some point paper. Bitcoin might trade many multiples over the physical but putting all of that aside. It's just extremely interesting thing. People aren't thinking about enough is the actual treasuries like actual companies are holding with. Dick went on their balance sheet. And minors like that's a corporate asset that just has never been held before ever. It's just never been done. And so we got a we got to see how the other economic implications from that what they are. If only i knew an economist who could keep up with those numbers for me to list on the website. Or a buddy. We're going to talk about it for sure for sure. I'm stoked i'm very excited about all that stuff. So that's probably it for me today. Guys you have anything else. Now thanks man. It's great to meet you so good. One time for shells enthusiastically. Bring it home there. All right. I'm not sure how to really close that after that. So i guess we just had in the show but Rodolfo coin kite dot the dot. Com dot com. Just say all the links. Just look for me at twitter and just remember that. I sold Bitcoin treasuries dot org is bitcoin. Treasuries dot net most silver bullets. When i talked to your man called card block opened dimes. Definitely check it out. "And printing metal becomes cheaper and cheaper every day so that that's a problem which can be sold to graham. We are printing dna. No yeah but like. I mean lake. I don't think they will appreciate how hard plastic can be like. If it's breathe it in the right shape with the right chemistry i. It's it's tough man They're using like a transmission pipes to make the barrels better. they can catch them in buckets. It's such It's because it's so fringe and so a rooted in some ideology that like a lot of normal people sort of turned off by it but as things become more more The the the morning crossed overton window. Damore lake more decelerate that sort of the distribution of it. What about chip risk rodolfo. What's your latest. take on everything. They're just assume. All chips are pound is the only way to to to exist right like because everything has a backdoor period. Right like it's i it'd be you'll be very silly to think that he doesn't The helped design things around the fact. That like your own on quicksand right. That's that's our mentality elise. Then all the supply chain stuff is very interesting. Right now there's shortages on everything So so the solution is to essentially overpay for some things and just sort of survive. It weeded out until supply chains. Catch-up is at trickling down into prices. Kurt like their retail prices for consumers. Yeah so so like all. The other vendors of most things not related to bitcoin We're all just eating the difference you know. Don't want to raise the prices if things are gonna go back to normal supply chains which something's will And sort of just dealing that way but but lake goods are going up in price. i mean. 'specially consumables because consumables cannot eat the margin difference right in. Juries has increased their prices by one hundred dollars on laptops and the mini computer too. Yeah i know that they had significant backlog between the preorders they received their ability to actually ship. Part of that is a volume thing to the right. So if you're if you're the big dog in the negotiation in your ordering in the tens of millions of years the table is causing the top of the stack back to the supply chains issue. I've seen a very interesting video this week. About why actually and what happened and especially interesting. Why one of the main issues is that The shipping containers from asia to europe and united states. I actually staying empty the bolts and the delivery sites Because there varies nothing to send back. Yeah and the one wants to sheep empty containers so kito if there was like the that's like a an interest like he did happen but not to the extent that people think is just because it's like a cool story for tv the if it was like today extent that people think it is they would have just spent the extra money to send them back right because he will fill up a whole container ship with a bunch of empty containers problem solved. You just have to pay like a little You'd be a marginal difference in cost for the end-consumer if they had to send those containers back The biggest issue really is like because there's so many processes in manufacturing there so many so many like its littoral thousands of little sort of either processes are vendors to make anything nowadays right The five to ten percent disruption in each layer of everything compounds right pumped to a massive shicho. Although we have right now. I did hear it was the worst ever the biggest like backlog ever in the global supply chain power the measuring that. It's crazy like you can't even you can't even buy boats and boats are defending that normally people will pay you to buy it like it's like the the most illiquid asset you could possibly have is a boat and like right now is like you can put a dingy for sale for ten times the price and it's gonna probably sell just bought a thing but it hasn't arrived yet so we'll go no it's fascinating because so Another fun thing about the boats is because of covid right. People cannot travel so people were spending all their disposable income. They're supposed to save because there is a world recession in entice instead of travel. So so it's like Pound supply chain issues on top of things like a into a trend changes rate of consumer interest. It is like insanity. So i had one more question a as a closing point So rudolph on everything. I heard you talking about. Was i think everyone here will agree. Rate security and privacy exists on a sliding scale with convenience although said and probably all of us in of listeners willing to deal with more than the average person but how you convince someone who maybe is more like the average person to tolerate a little less convenience in exchange for helping their privacy insecurity because the the issue that i run into is that people will say or that it might be people i know they'll come to me and say you know the google my life get rid of amazon in my life or whatever insert privacy edition here and then when you explain to them. Sure that's awesome. We can do that in his handyman. That hard but it's gonna require a little bit of change in your behavior. It's gonna require a little bit of friction Weeks while you of like one thing to another it might take a little bit more time here and there And then you know at that point you lose eighty percent of people and so like bridging that gap into explaining how to do things first lowering the making things a little bit easier to achieve but also just convincing people that the effort is worth reward. And that you'd clearly has done a lot of timing on the privacy and security How you answer that. Fuck convincing people at them get wrecked seriously. It's like there is so much there is so much fucking babysitting. You can do it and i think kito is been in this battle to for for so long like me like you know what you have fun. Losing your privacy. Like darius like. I'm happy to help if you wanna do it right like if you're going to be lazy and like like battle will have fun like awesome. I'm done trying to convince people that they mean. If if people don't want to be shocked just don't waste your time loves rebel. Five one more win. Are you going to get nice. Pretty time-series up and running for bitcoin treasuries besides snapshots. Oh shit i should mention. I sold the bitcoin. Treasuries dot org domain. Are you dead. Yeah some lightweight week. They didn't want to buy the content or the other domains. So some running that project. I guess And right now is under the dot. Natch until i get it all set up on the dot com so everybody shoot bookmark. Bitcoin treasuries dot net. Nothing has changed. Except the fact. That i don't have the dot org anymore. It was a price that couldn't stay no so graphs so that's fun stack stats right.

"Keep speaking to that. Then keep speaking to that so you have attackers. That are being more sophisticated. Obviously there's this What does it see. Store is going to be like a really really big win for the average user I i heard you talk about actually with michelle on on Dell's pot others really good description there. I'd recommend people to check that one out as well but like is this going to be enough for like the average person to sort of be able to not lose their seats. Kind of going back to michelle's original point about what do i do with all these pieces of paper because the average person is not going to get shot over there. Bitcoin right the same way. The average i'm talking about relatively secure countries right like most people don't get robbed like physically robbed in their homes so and that's not gonna change right in you know in countries that are a little bit more complicated like the. Us where you do have some level house. Robberies people are also armed slur. Thirteen right so like they're very soon gonna start finding out that you tried to pick winners you get shot in the us So ray so. Like so. I i i think there is a level of deterrence here right. So if word gets out to the bad guys through time and effort that lake Despite people have funds notch live eligible. They are back up against fires because like most people lose their keys by screen themselves. Not getting robbed right. They're gonna either make setup too complicated and get locked out or the house burns right in and have it in matt or something so Because like you can't put a seed in a safe deposit box right because the bank or the government can go in find it now. If you see sore or your seat now you can put one part in one safe deposit box in another part somewhere else. Right and didn't can have decoy funds. And all that stuff so like the average person can sort of like do this. Setups i think that solves a lot of the problem with these for now but hold on. Let's just keep this for a lower level user like to what michelle said. And i understand his point like you know whether it's metal or paper you have a lot everywhere and you wanna like sort of simplify that and then we also have this issue of like crime. But let's we're kind of already. Just put that aside. Say the most risk that you're actually going to yes Lose the funds yourself yourself. You're not going to be able to access it what what is like just the basic way to use. Cd sore and help mitigate this problem and give you less paper to worry about it. So don't do paper. I keiko's papers useless paper burns. Yeah right so what do you do. Is you buy three metal plates or two metal plates. Okay you do the sore. And it's gonna it's gonna give you essentially twenty four words times to write those that you put those into the model. It's all explained. There's videos and all that shit and then that's it like you have just two plates of metal that don't burn right now. You can choose where you put them. It's not that complicated. Like people can put their wheels somewhere right People can put their jewelry somewhere. They can handle two secrets. That are in two different places right. I i'm confident to the average person can do that. But as long as they don't burn and you don't lose boat but you do need both. Yes i mean. The minimum is just one right like normal seat in metal. The key is don't use paper. Yeah i i mean my my phone was also like Just men your leaving loaning account. You don't know anyone The yorkshire judy don't have remote place to put anything and i don't. I don't see any solution for that today. Michelle i think. It's very reasonable for somebody to go. Travel a few hours somewhere else and get a safe deposit box right. Put one seed. They're like one of the part e of sword air and then travel somewhere else or or or we'll bury somewhere the other one that's non issue easy start location in the woods. I would recommend to be your land. But yeah i mean sure. It doesn't matter if somebody finds it easy useless right. Yeah the wall scenario would be someone finds stakes and when you need to restore you'll see you can find it anymore. Because it's yeah i mean. Listen if you're going to put in the woods that you don't own you might wanna duplicate that Backup bright so you. Have you have to of each write. It like different places justin kids but but like but it's close enough. I mean like. I feel like most people that can afford to buy. Decent amount of bitcoin can afford to find two locations to put something but drove that point home though because it felt like i understand what you're saying but some people might not get the concept yet like it sounds like you're talking about more pieces of metal than less yes so just to just choosing us right but if i lose one or one gets stolen from me. Yeah it's gone. The funds are gone. I really recommend you having two copies of your wallet right so you buy two of whatever hardwood you buy and then you have them both loaded with the seed right like a and then you can sort of maybe yeah maybe you keep them separate locations like as long as you have like a really depends on your life right like where you live if fire is a problem that stuff but you really need to think of in terms of like okay if if this thing burns. What's chance of being you know. Like where am. I gonna put the seed any needs to make sense to you. It's a very personal sort of personalized solution really right. I don't drink is unreasonable. Bottom line is it looks like a seed so if if you do come out of the five dollars attack you give that seat and then you have another backup somewhere else. And they can't use that one seed to access the funds. That's the that's the main point. Yes so the follow on question to knee which is and. I haven't thought this all the way through in my personal life. But i have a pretty decent plan that i'm comfortable with where i haven't really figured out is elegant rated do that in the succession planning standpoint. So what if something happens to me around me is going. How do i make plan simple enough. That i can leave instructions. They train someone else or make sure that you know something. Having to me is not also something happening to my bitcoin And so you have it. Yeah let's hear your thoughts so so the cool thing about physical things especially if the physical thing is not. The full secret is that there is like a ready. It'll.

"Rudolfo. What's next on the line of Security enhancements cold card. You gotta time coming up. As far as i know so we launched this thing call. Cedric store seed exor. It's like open standard For people to Beck up their seeds. encrypted But human legible It's pretty cool. So essentially instead of having just a single meadow backup plate you make to any need to combine to make the real one And it's nice. 'cause it's plausible than i ever right so if somebody finds that you can even put a little bit of money on the on the part on the on the party or be an affects pretty cool. I think is going to catch on people start to understand it That is you can do it by hand to you can calculate the hash by ham So very very superfund. We create a website for its a seed explore dot com. Yeah that's cool. I haven't seen before so it's available now yet yet in any can do this with any harder wallet. It's not going to be as easy. Just because they don't support on the ui but you can do it by hand or the script we have so you can do this to any bip. Eighty nine twenty four words seed. Yeah nice. didn't vendor or anything. Speaking of sees i have questions for you guys because i e it's a big than hell the water's right now for different uses and different people in the family and okay. I have these suceeds on paper or metal. Whatever but what do i do with these backups. Yes so so. That's that's exactly. What seed sore dresses. Right so The the biggest issue is is like this. Was the motivation right. Okay i have a harder walla. I put the cd nadal now fucked with a seat at our put it So so we created this little thing that use split that seed into two new seeds that need to be combined together because then you can go and you put one in a safe deposit. Box auto is buried somewhere. And then that's it right like you don't have to worry about the backup being discovered. It's it's not an issue Another thing too is families. I highly recommend beep eighty five Essentially our device does this but this is a bit Hopefully devices to support You can deterministic generates new seeds so you can have a master seed that you control for your family and generate seeds for deer harder wallets from data regional seed so then you only really need one backup for for for them right any provided that this is not hundreds of millions of dollars or whatever. That's cool 'cause You guys in the same that everyone in my family and extended social circle always comes to nature of this question and honestly i don't always want the responsibility so take trance data. It would be nice. Yeah i yeah. I highly like send them to to the x. Or dot com website Them to that. Like that is the safest thing that i can think of. Because honestly multi seek for an average user is unusable. It really is. Yvonne called card rolling your own. Yeah like i listen. I i use it like i know. Advanced people use it simi advanced people use it using just cold cards quote cardiff cold cards. Obey easier because the code cards. Kinda talk to each other in a way the simply speaking but like multi vendor multi salute cluster. Fuck for the average person. So i would not recommended so what i really like. Is it any service. That has kind of some Duress plan Where you can have a a what happens when someone briggs on your door rate plausible deniability. Yes this became a. It was sort of a a nice to have abstract concept than a couple of years. Back this guy who. I don't know personally but he's in a bitcoin chat resented. It was a small group and so he he lived guess Lives in south africa You guys have seen the story. I think it was in twenty seventeen so He was known for posting roderick. Winer people nigger young vic on whatever And so he was subject to a home invasion in basically inner tortured Putting it until he gave up his wallet some kind of access to his coins and so in his case for Been tied to having quite a bit of bitcoin but But just the situation where you turn over something without trauma. Everything is super appealing for any bear asset Coins one of the ones where you can actually do that. Yeah so so. That's when the motivations on on how designed to stuff So so i like. If it's real money like make sure that under a gun you literally cannot spend it right so like you know what i recommend to. People is like you. Put parts of this setup geographically separated so that like if you're under duress by state or bed people like you know like my answer to them is. We're going to have to go in a four week trip buddies allies. I cannot sign. You're gonna literally going to have to go travel with me during that time. Yeah you can have to bring your passport. Walk through security with me. Yeah yeah good luck. Right that assumes you have a dennison's your attack area sophisticated rate. I don't want to assume that my attacker understands multi big. So i wanna give them something that mason feel like they have now stolen book on Without actually getting to wherever the primary yes Stashes so that's the next. So that's so you have to have multi level right. So you have decoy funds right on a device and then you have the device to have a brick me timeout right so so like cardi go and you put a timeout timer. So it's gonna say on the screen. I cannot sign for safe twenty four hours right so the tiger doesn't have to be sophisticated to read. The device is saying you have to wait twenty four hours and then for for for more sophisticated attackers like than the real money. Really put it so. It's like completely separate right so that j. o. Cannot like make you do it and then you go from there but like it's very important to have like a lot of things going on at the same time so that you can deal with different types of attackers in the same setup. Call agree most attackers. Now it seems from what. I read that understand that like That people do have decoy funds. I think anybody can. They'll come to our house armed or otherwise We will be sophisticated enough to understand at least the basics right an unlike those guys in the uk who were given tests net..

House and curls replicates cameras on house into the house so he's someone breaks in the recordings are not in the same location closer thing. Almost nothing needs to fun home. Back to like the manufacturer in china. Maybe nothing guys but if you wanna have connected devices which like we do have some of that at home we just run it on a private network at home and if i need to access it. Vpn into that network and managing there and so that way behind my farewelled its i've he stays at home and it allows me to still like you not a an antiquated home. In order to keep the kids happy right it still feels connected. Smart just doesn't talk outside world yet don't buy. Tv's if microphones. It's hard to analogy. You know if you want to buy anything that usually has some smart functionality. Because that's how it sells Gold internet of sheets. Drill the microphones up a things like Like those stupid amazon remotes disguise are competing. Insane to put microphones and everything. Got a drill them all well. If you invite amazon your home you have a whole host of problems And you guys may have seen this whole new sidewalk. Initiative based gave the amazon devices will share a little bit of european with with the neighborhood so that devices can remain connected. You know as you walk down the street Set up at setup by fall right and so first of all you have to be at least a little bit of initiative in go and figure out how to turn that off if you're amazon devices like ring are alexa are actually didn't even look back carefully. I don't have any of that stuff but You know they sell it to like at some gift in reality. they're just taking everyone's private network and sharing it with the neighborhood and guide knows who else maybe dumb question. But back to this cloud services and passwords and stuff when some of these hacks happen and obviously there could be like different dumps like maybe just addresses. Maybe you lose credit card info info. But what about like typically with these cloud services like the password itself like. Would you only get it if your password was listed on They're in their server and like the registry of your card for your name or would they do some of these tax act actually able to see if password input at any given time with the text. Usually people don't use menu buzzwords and they then to us do puzzles of a long period of time on the different services. So what usually happens is if you will go leaked from back. When the bus was was sold in celtics over of a we. Very weak encryption. They already exist in some database and then there will be used as a dictionary attack against new databases sites much easier to To find if you use the same password for all the services and also vowed rainbow tables regenerate. The tables of hashed a assholes all texts Which can be used to compare If any cached Leaked database matches Something indies tables and dissuade vacant. Get your muscle very quickly. Wow a rainbow table. Never heard that now. The new bustled agos dots. Allowed to avoid that s- we've solds and whatnot For example the well we are using everywhere in our products. Easer argon to i Which is supposed to be resistant to this. Kind of attacks are failing agree at the thing that would be a major hedge for most people in requires very little. Extra effort is to have a not only a unique passwords for every site. Org service would also have a unique username And so it's requesting an email address than you need to use our email alias in service or something rates in the u. Dan always use law team. But like your proton maller. Whatever is using aliases You're using him impossible. You need for every single service you you have no replication And then you have a good security posture in protocol towards accessing your password manager. And if you do that you're ahead of probably ninety nine percent of the world. What are examples of those services that you mentioned sort of the one that i like. A lot is called a non addie and it's run by this one. I think he's dutch and he's super. I don't know if he has a whole team record to him. But he's in reply all the support requests himself so you can with The premium account is like twelve dollars a year or something And you can bind to multiple prime email addresses so you can have multiple kind of core email addresses that you attach or a pen an alias on top of and what you do. Is you get on the alias domain. So it would be like crypto voices dot a non abby dot com. And you use some any nomenclature that was tidy identity. Obviously but right that would be an example. In everything incentive that top level domain would route to your inbox so it would be you know amazon voices dot dot com so you can make adjusting time email address without any Without any foresight are planning on the fly. Every time you sign up for a service every time if you want to like put your name in the hat for a free lunch somewhere have added. You're not revealing any personal information other than that singled justin alias. You can shut off that alias. When you're done and you can also see if someone's reselling new information so if you create an alias amazon at whatever you start getting emails for ebay there then you will know. The email address was real amazon. Because you've only given one player meets the you're gonna give me that at one place. So i'm a huge fan of using email alias. I think burs simply mail. I'd have to look update those definitely handful of competitors and pretend male is built in something like this Into their paid services. You so know. Pick your poison but having that as healthy lot and it allows you a much more fine tuning over how you share your an apple. "Don't think it makes Oh you like this Beck when we had the coin payment terminals they had. Gps right and we found is rarely provider that they're resold the telefonica sims for gprs international so essentially put the gps simone it and you have data anywhere on earth that has a tower even a crappy tower so we had like people in the desert using the terminals which was kind of interesting. I didn't know it could go like that remote what's bullock. Judy is very poor data. The iot it's better usually to buy from a foreign country because this way you can use olden tokes of gallantry in roaming and issue by your local income you can use on. Um well-meant nice So yeah the old is international at ut providers usually use some unpopulated counties in cards just to give you better coverage in the other countries but now the switching to e- seems and the i'd election no such device I don't remember the name of these. Like four g Router for going location in the country and basically What they do is they collect for low speed collection to vessels when you when you log in. And then they don't know an an sem into the device for the local county in wichita at the given moment that's back to starlink though Does anybody know like what's the latest like. What would you get connection wise for what you'll pay. How quickly will it be available inside north america so i saw a demo d- And also have a colleague who received his in in both cases. So there's not saturation in the market yet. But just trickling out the user bases based on based on where he lived but They were pretty close to advertise like over eighty a. I didn't see it in the democrat. Did it didn't get over hundred which they claim to be at one hundred But it was. It was not like very far off of what they were advertising. And you pay for that. I'm glad we're doing an isp show. Today i forgot to tell you a pre show. This is yeah. We're doing less economics and more stuff people could use even if it's darling. I wish we had a referral but I forget what the case was. It was on par with another is see at least here in the us which would make it right around one hundred dollars a month. I could be wrong on that. But that's that's next on my mind we'll get to your products eventually novak but now maybe we don't for spe- services so whether you're putting seem rosenberg gold. We wanted to make a product different product that would have those would be chain state aware right so you would know transactions but then it's like the complexity and the cost it was just like you end up making a phone. This is the problem right. And when you are at a phone level now it's different costs in scale you need now. Laura could be interesting if you have a aware amash being a little bit more taken hold in north america. Yes speaking of mesh networks. What's the latest with your ham radio project. That was another interesting when we're thinking about like if you're talking about broadcast in a future where internet connectivity is at risk just theoretically of course is it better to have like your ham radio style mesh now working as well or like sat wheel. Satellites be useful in this case if now internet connectivity is down there is no realistic way of blocking the internet. I any country anywhere right. I mean even in north korea. They find a way. The only problem is they shu- they found that he found their way right so the deterrent. Violence there is a little bit next level but is typically speaking when you talk about like solving lack of internet issues for censorship or of remoteness or just like lack of infrastructure like it really is a mix of solutions so for example you with wi you can do ten kilometers if you'd have the right gear At wifi already supported by every device right in the market then he can connect that to some fidel's talks long distance. Like like docu about tens of kilometers. You could ten kilometers on wi fi. Yeah what the how many what's the frequency on that. Not much like it just needed. Yeah g so you'd normally do a two point four gigahertz right So that means the antenna would be about With a two point four gigahertz and the right anti you can go ten kilometers. Yeah so so. The antenna will be essentially like the size of Of like a computer like just just like links will be like about a foot or two foot antenna but but a second an antenna. We've raised right. It's like yohji so it's directional you have to point. it's not like on the direct you cannot. You'd require too much for that. But but still like ten kilometers. You'd be ten kilometers like if you line of sight of course and with like no more than fifty dollars per gear not even twenty dollars where figured you can make the intent with like some wire as much what you should look at the ubiquitous. Catalog actually venkov some wireless spew range They sell lake yet. Everything you need to create a wireless. Isp in a built in the world and can go up to like fifty or one hundred kilometers of some of the some of the gear. They so michelle. Got me all into ubiquity. Hackers you know there you go great. I do. Ubiquity makes awesome stuff. It's a shame they got pounds so badly by home. what happened. Oh they had a major hack if you were using you be greedy dot com accounts to manage devices They basically leaked. All the info of all configurations already mentioned this. Yes i wasn't. Yes keep going. I was leading. Never used the the collected the gallant to her service. So i mean he s not never do on anything. If you're using a cloud service you you get what your did. But that's true for everything right like if you buy if if you buy like a robot vacuum if you buy like a smart thermostat or whatever you buy like nowadays is very hard to find things that are not smart but dicky thing is just never connect those fans to the remote service. Just don't do the full setup and then you're fine what about security cameras inside your house. Well obviously yeah. But i mean what about security cameras. That are outside. And then you have information that Might be uploaded to the cloud. Where again. I'm using ubiquity for my cameras at home and they recalled to my own server Betray old and controls than the average listener is thinking. How do i get hands server. Just house for coins. yeah that's the way you could host an end. Vr incas. But now i actually. Ubiquity sells like caldera box which is the several for you. Yes cameras in wifi insecurity and now even voice and everything so Yeah you can hold..

Just he's always ready to fill in one of my favorites here on the show coin kites and vk rodolfo. How you doing buddy back. That's it yeah. I come to awful jokes to have too much to add to opening sad. I mean Back when we couldn't get anyone good. You really really great gracious of your time and grateful for that for coming on but Now man lots to talk about. It will be fun since you're not in miami. Enjoy the sun disappointed to not be there. Yes and no. I promise myself to like this. This year i was going to slowly sort of flake. Get off the spotlight. The bit but then like year like was dead right. Nothing happened. So i couldn't get it out of my system. This year was like difficult to so. Yeah it kind. Kinda sucks not to be miami Everybody's there. I feel like this is like the last big bash before to like one hundred thousand in all bitcoin. You start to disappear so so. Yeah in that in that sense. It kinda sucks. I definitely got some messengers from trends in advance with the old just presumptive Staying to rich the answer was she. I won't be there but Now might twitter feed is an entire you know after partying fomo sites like schilling. We ran into experienced. Yeah i could probably guess what it feels like to be there. I got my national interest exemptions from the united states about enough states executive four minutes after my plane was supposed to go back is. I wonder what they're going to do in on the on the panel was in the state department's very happy issue. Though i i saw that message that was pretty. Yeah jd told them when he needed to so guys but of the conferences like it's probably moot point at this point break late last year early this year. They were Vr versions than like online versions in the Attended i tried one. Last summer i went to the magic crypto conference because i just got vr headset. Kinda like geeking out with it until i attended that in vr And i will say that. The concept was way cooler than the actual experience Going to a conference in the maybe in five years it'll be it'll be really cool but It was it was not nearly as cool. I don't even know for sure. The other spot of your is aiming the be able to to your mouth. It's just awkward. It's is very hard to there so long. It can have the hamilton your head like i was giving a talk the woodies vr conference. And it's so weird it's like talking to yourself in the podcast. Like it's it's it's it's definitely not area while the other thing that i found odyssey walk into like the main forum whatever the room is right and experience there is a linear separated from the people but the audio experiences of everyone talking at the same time over each other and so they haven't been no stay show religion to the audio. So you have to kind of like sidebars there. I'm bullish on vr longtime. But it was. It was just like. I felt like i was somewhere that was in the version of whatever it was. I don't know man. Vr been coming since. I think the the the eighties seventies it. Oh it's always it's kinda like he. I you know every every decade say go. Let's all the winning vast in that same space again. That is like a big fail to me. Vr is only going to happen when we find a different interface to humans than than just is in and mouth. It i mean gotta like in. Are we already going back to align maas. then we tried to avoid him on the first show keyed duct impossible. He dumped on this morning. Guys watching the price i i saw. But i'm talking about neuralink because you were implying that you're ready for neuralink already. Yeah well i am not. i'm going to i think. Vr is going to be great when there is neuralink. But i'm not gonna do it. I don't know we were we were. We were whether we go back. And you know. Bring this clown up again during the show. But i think we have to which which. Which one is it. Going to be the price the tweets or as we go to Starlink and change it up which we talk about I'm not anti starlink. Well you know. I may be firm of studying so we go. Yeah i would like to hear. Michelle's take on starling but i guess someone else has to say why they like starling. I so what do you think of starlink rodolfo. I mean it's so. I am a bit skeptical. Like they really are doing. A lot of new tack on satellite lake Explorer ad there is like fifty different providers of this stuff and most of them are just using their existing to way set of constellations. The difference this guy has access to his own satellites right so so he can be a little bit last of dick than normal telecom companies and make a better product. I i don't know maybe like kito can can tell us like the tack is like actually very different than the existing satellite stuff. Where the two things. I don't like about stopping Which really read an ingredient annoys me that in the bitcoin world everybody like dozen. Even question does First one is concentrating that much power in the hands of one hundred company because basically older naturally operate the network and vacant will a wanted these network so it's exactly the opposite censorship resistant and other thing ease and you as the as a person who likes to Sky at nights knows that very well. He's basically destroying our night. Sky eats impossible to cd suffocates. And it's maybe ten percent cut will do total number. I if you guys have seen it yet. I was surprised i. I'm exploring a new telescope. That i have here and You know during the lockdown world post lockdown world and. I saw it for the first time the other night. I thought with all this ufo chat. That's going on with the pentagon. I thought it was as. I've never had that feeling i was like what am i looking at right now and then i took me a second. I realize it's probably what it was. I looked like a youtube video to see what it actually looked like. But have you guys ever seen it. It is pretty disturbing actually to see it like just going across the sky like some weird skytrain yet. I managed to to spelled the Now because i wanted to show the kids and yeah that one is really easy to spot. But i haven't seen stunning yet. Yeah i didn't know is going to be that low in the sky. When they were talking about that stuff like a needed to be that low that we could see see.

MLB Spring training: Which Players Have A Shot At Making the Giants' Team?
"One guy that stands out to me and we'll get to Luciano. We've talked so much about him and how exciting and tantalizing he is. But we're talking bullpen, arms and guys who have a legitimate shot to make this team and one of the parting gifts from Bobby Evans. It seems like one of these guys. Camilo dove all he's been in the system time now did we saw him against the Dodgers the other night? He is exciting, and I think is you put out carry the best hair in the Giants bullpen right now. Oh, yeah, he he does have the best care because last year they had a guy Rodolfo Martinez, who was a Johnny Cueto look like just with better dreadlocks than Johnny Cueto. If you can imagine that this year, they've got Camilo Jovel who does not have better dreadlocks. But he has died his dreadlocks, so they're like orangish Red, And I'm hoping that by the regular season he'll have in his Giants Orange, because could you imagine that coming out of the bullpen? Got weapon 97 98 with a cutter and the breaking off a nasty slider. And then all of a sudden he's got the closer like hair, Camilo Devil and you make a great point. He is a parting gift from Bobby Evans. And this is something that we should talk about. I should write about eventually is all the parting gifts from Bobby Evans because you're starting to see the fruit of the Giants International. Sign me focus coming through the system. Marco Luciano, a Bobby Evans guy, Alexander Canario, Bobby Evans Guy. Curving Castro, a Bobby Evans guy. And so the Giants are starting to see this focus that we saw in the like post 2014 2015 World Series era where they went down to the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and other Latin American countries and sign some dudes and you're seeing that those dudes who they got when they were 16 17 years old are coming through this farm system and are going to be ready to contribute and so The village of all immediately popped out the other night against the Dodgers Cubs, But there's several other players, several other young players. Several other young pitchers who have really stood out so far. Well in another one is from the left side. Jake long this kid is from Sacramento. I think you would the Sac state or he's like up from the Northern California area. So he said. It was so funny. The quote I saw from him the other day was Buster Posey called him over to throw a bullpen and he called him by his name, and he was all stoked that Buster newest name because he's of that age group beauties like you and I. If Buster called us over, he'd be like, dude, that's Buster Posey calling my name so Him from the left side. You know, I hate to do the com thing, but I'm getting I'm getting Billy Wagner Vibes. Dude, What do you think? Billy Wagner vibes? That's that's fascinating. And so the reason I say that is because the jobs are actually building this guy up is a starter there. They're thinking of him a 97 from the left side, a guy with a hammer curveball and a good change up there looking at him as someone who could actually be in the rotation. And so when can't first started? Gabe Kapler traffic trump Buster Posey. They all said. Hey, pay some attention to this Sam Long guy. He's got something to him. And we're thinking, okay, This is just, you know, a guy who threw two good bullpens. You never know that happens every spring. He's probably a double A or maybe a triple a arm who could help them out of the bullpen Eventually. Then all of a sudden, he appears in the Cactus League opener against the Angels, and he has got major league stuff. No question in my mind after seeing him. Three pitches in I turn to Mark Sanchez in the press box. I go. I have seen enough. This guy can help the Giants right now, and I think that in keeping him as a starter and sending him down to triple A or double a to open up the season, you're potentially talking about someone copes who could somehow morphed his way into the Giants top pitching prospect and maybe beat Sean Jelly or Tristen back or some things other guys. The chance to excited about to the major league level. And so it's really fasting to see Sam Long come out of the bullpen because you're juxtaposing that with guys like Camilo, Javelin Caribbean Castro, who is another guy, Bobby Evan, signed who just has that hammer curve coming out of the bullpen 97. Very little mite early experience. But there are the pieces in place and you can correct me if I'm wrong. If you've seen anything differently, the first three or four days of spring training their pieces in place for the Giants to have one of the most exciting bullpens and Major league baseball and potentially one of the best is far as electricity goes like with stuff

Jurgen Locadia on Cincy transfer
"Let's get into the big news today. You saw him arrive at the airport in Cincinnati Yorgen Locadia. He is on loan as designated player for six months. Then it's a two and a half year deal tacked onto the back of it. The option basically weekly for since he to make it permanent is one of many loans for designated players including the sounders recent DP signing come through major league soccer right now a little bit of a trend. I'd like to know more about that. Perhaps ask somebody or somebody will report it looking at you. Tom bogaerts substantial poyton. Oreo that would be nice out and Tom in that. I figured you know for people out we might as well. Yeah you know. What's motivating era? I taught management is exactly they still have a deep part do Cincinnati because he's moving into a new season. He is exempt from from the fee for maximum. Three club rule because he was at Brighton. Hove and then. He went on on the half and then he scored four goals in twelve games. We didn't really play after the winter break and now he is is coming this way but they allow it because it is a new season for him twenty six. He was a twenty million dollar player two years ago this time from PSV quick reactions actions before we chat with you again. What do you think this is different? This is not Cincinnati of of yesteryear. These are different profile of players. Both him in Kubo and rumors were Pereiro. And they're linked with Moore. They now feel to. DP's at this. They told you right Nike told you it was GonNa Be Three D. Peas right. He said they will get a ten okay in this window now whether it's a right now with Moroccan player. WHO's out of contract here? But yeah now be a DP. Yeah so I uh I don't think they can play an actual ten in that midfield to be honest with you. I don't I don't think you could play a true Tan and Harrison's union together in the same three man midfield you need to ball-winners like get creative by you create scoring chances by winning the ball and transition and quickly and by relying on your wingers and ability to release wingers into space but anyway As for Locadia does feel a little bit like Joseph Martinez is in that. He's in his prime player. Justice was a little younger when he signed with Atlanta but in in his prime player who was maybe not in the best situation in in a decent club in a top four league the talents. There we see you can just watch his highlight film. You see the now and you look at the numbers he put up with. PSV SV is the type of move that this is why you hire guys like Nike Camp in Ron's because they have the connections to make moves like this and there's a lot of sense and then you mentioned I think the idea like the thought process behind it which feels new and the little. I've seen of him. He likes to drop coffin. Connect a little bit more and Kuba. We know as a guy who's GonNa float in and plans like a second forward really so now you're doubling down with a concept of this is how we play this how we create chances. Says you let those guys work together. You and you may Kubo's life easier. You make his life easier and I agree with you. There seems to be some good upside to the signing. And there's also runway to make it a twenty six years old a guy who hasn't been in good situations if he's happy if he feels comfortable you've got a few years with him and I liked the fact that they brought him in now now and didn't wait the six months for him to finish out the spring and see where he's at in the summer and maybe save a little money on that like get him in preseason make them a part of this team make them apart Ron Yawns Don's group going forward absolutely all right. Let's talk to him. Look there's only one thing better than the March Cincinnati and that's new signings Dave and they that's true. The march is the best thing that happens in Cincinnati. All right. Let's welcome you're welcome to the show you're GonNa what's up man curry. We're doing really well. We're loving what. FC Cincinnati is putting together including when you let's start with the obvious which is why you're Y Cincinnati. Why molest what was behind this decision for you Robin in Austin often. So I love. I love the people here and I know the League is getting bigger lately so what's the simple simple decision from. The Communist was fast moving process. Was this months of sort of build up or did this happen recently. For you Like a week. I guess I heard about it like a week ago. And he'll have happened like in three days days. Maybe so when this happens when the aging agent wherever it is calls you and says FC Cincinnati Major League soccer on your side as a player. What do you do do you go start watching highlights? Do you go start reading. Do you make phone calls to your friends or you hit up you. What are you doing First thing I did was like calling a friend of mine plays Columbus Room. Yeah I called him and buddy say did he have positive things to say. Yeah definitely told me like the people. Good the fine people Ohio's nice and the rhetoric might as well League's getting better every year here. So it's a nice since you signed. Did you guys having a little banter now with the guys are arrivals. I heard what about Columbus Cincinnati arrivals. What was the pitch from the club side from FC? Cincinnati jared nine camp coming in. What did he say to you? What was it that maybe got it over the line of why you want to be part of this project Supply joined. MLS like was he says. Ago Of last season Basically from from the start so I Like the project It's all new for new for the people you know for the fans and and people for the club and I WANNA be a part of it you know to build something new and pre new memories and you know maybe in the League enough and also that's why I you know I wanted to join it's new and it's a great starting to make new memories you know as someone who came up obviously born in Holland and through Holland. How much did it mean to you that it was nine campaign Ron's yawns that are putting this together? Did you know them at all. Before I new on yawns I play the games against him. And all this and You know that's the first time I met Girotti. Are you a centre forward. You're going to attend. I think you're going to wear the number ten but I look at the depth chart and I look at your background and I think they need to centre forward. Where do you think you'll play? Where do you WANNA play I I'm a Senate floor but I like to down the left side also like behind the striker and doesn't matter for me as long I play my games. You know trying to be important for the same. Can you describe what you're for people who haven't seen your highlights watched you play a in the Bundesliga the primarily air disease. Can you describe what type of forward you are like. What is your favorite way to play? In what the fans can expect back from you I'm like a strike like my go directly to go. You know no shortcuts. Just make my action step over and and just shoot on target and I can shoot from distance also
