We live in Plymouth and my wife commute stand are we're on a regular basis, so it's pretty simple. We plug in the car at night because that's when the rates are the cheapest and we unplug it in the morning. But we're sort of excited to get out to Chicago because we have family members out there and the cool thing with his car as it has an app that shows where the charging stations are, and they have black. I think it's called Evie go, which those charging stations will charge that battery within a half hour. You get 80% of the battery charged so Were sort of excited to take a little bit of a longer trip, but it's a great car. It's a lot of fun. It's like a little gold car driving it. Yeah. You know what I'm going to have to ask my daughter about that now, now that you brought that up, that would give Dad a peace of mind as well to see if there's some kind of app. I mean, she may already have it for all I know. But now did you notice you know the one thing that she says all the time and I will concur driving with her? It's It's kind of a smoother drive. Is your vehicle the same way? He is overreacting, but I would be pissed too. I mean, this happened 20 years ago, a gambling beef that that he allegedly had with the Michigan bookie. And now you're just putting it on blast for For what? To be perfectly honest, I think it's an overreaction because who cares? It's like public knowledge that Phil Mickelson likes to gamble, and we don't I don't think he gambles on golf. But I don't know if that would even matter, because it's not like I mean, what's what's going to hurt, right? You know what I mean? Unless he's intentionally losing, Um But either way, it's never been implicated for gambling on the sport that he plays. He talks about it willingly. So the fact that there was a 20 year old story out there that you know, maybe had some truth to it, but probably didn't At least not to the extent that it was written. Why that upset him? But yeah, A good time to be at Detroit Golf Club, and by the way, Billy with the weather Cleared up and the forecast for the weekend really good. The place is packed with Really fun to see a lot of people coming out again and doing things together so Great golf being played lots of stuff to talk about and at a pretty cool venue. If you you don't have plans for the fourth Might I recommend bringing the family to Detroit Golf Club? Really, really fun. Let's talk about a couple of the headline issues all three of them that are big with a decade. Matsuyama brace Andy Shambo the divorce from the Caddy, which we touched on yesterday, and also the Phil Mickelson Detroit News story. The hit piece on the allegations of connections to gambling and The illegal side of it and then fills response. I thought, saying that he's going to punish those fans who support him and not come back to Detroit. He was out of line. So what's the end? Result of all this? I know there's a lot of emotions, uh, in the film camp, the fan camp right now. Especially Detroit Metro area. What do you think long term happens? Will fill ever come back? Well, we have to start with the premise that it it Still 51. Not likely to play a very full tour schedule, so In his side of the ledger on this bizarre story. It was a pretty big deal for him to come play. He's played three straight weeks. He played at the US Open. He played to travelers, and then he came here to Detroit. Didn't have to do those things and Interpret this asinine story in the Detroit news, and that's what it was. It didn't need to be written. 20 year old story. Where Phil was not a key character in this story whatsoever. He was a victim. He was one of the people that this bookie ripped off. It happened to be for a lot of money.
