"Com lover of boots and guns world traveler, friend of the show, Katie Pavlovich. Good morning. Katie. Good morning how. Well, all right doing good in any any perspective on how Michael Cohen might be doing. So we Fox News alert during the last segment that he made a surprise appearance in front of a federal judge. And now reads, and I'm just reading the screen right now, just as Michael Cohen expected to plead guilty to making false statements to congress in Russia probe seventy hours of testimony to molar from what I can gather. And this comes on the heel of of the the breakdown in the in the in the plea deal with Manafort, and of course, Jerome Corsi saying that he won't opt to to a plea deal. So we'll start with Cohen. What is what is this plea deal with Cohen? What does that say to you? Well, I don't have any details about exactly what he has agreed to you mentioned the seventy hours of testimony to malaria, but it says glad to congress which would be coming from the other side not necessarily from alert. I don't think okay. Line to congress. Again, I think people don't realize this but lying congressional investigators or congress during a hearing is just as much of a felony as it is. So I to an FBI agent or someone on Council Question. I'm wondering if there was a discrepancy between what he told molar, and what he said under oath in front of congress because when he was doing his testimony that was that was a congressional committee calling him in to talk about what he does. It wasn't Robert Mueller. I'm curious to see where the charges are actually coming from. Whether they were filed not filed. But whether they were the plea was given by the special counsel or whether Congress's involved in referring him for prosecution. According to the story, I have here. It says special counsel Robert Muller has reached tentative deal with Michael Cohen scheduled to appear today where he is expected to enter a guilty plea for misstatements to congress in closed door testimony last year about his contacts with Russians during the presidential campaign. Yeah. So I I'm curious about where the, you know, if someone on the congressional committee referred the testimony four, okay, okay. I got you. If Muller did a comparison of the two, and he can probably charge in any way that there's a discrepancy between the testimony. He gave the special counsel separately from congress it undesired clear on where the breakdown happened was the discovery of the untruthful allegedly to. Was that discovered through Robert Mueller on the congressional committee referred him? So for example, during the on hearing, the Senate Judiciary committee has referred multiple people to the Justice department for lying to congress. Right. So I'm not clear on in this case weather special counsel that he lied to congress and had a discrepancy in his testimony charging him or if someone on the committee preferred him for prosecution, which would be an interesting twist and the pure. And I guess it should be noted to Katie that in absence of the details of what it was. He lied about. That could be anything. I mean that could it doesn't necessarily is as people begin to. And you already see Twitter erupting with the whole thing. But we know what the we've Reno what Robert Muller's focus of the investigation is supposed to be. But if you're talking about lying to congress without knowing exactly what that particular detail was we absolutely do not know what that could that could entail. I saw word that he supposedly lied about wanting the Trump the Trump organization wanting to build a hotel in Moscow. Okay. So why you would lie about that? I don't know. But again, like the definition of lying when you're under federal investigation isn't just like keeping something from someone. It could be that you told the social council one thing, and then you told differently to congress and to them that could be lying. Right, right. Explain away. Why the two are the same thing. You just said it differently. So I just unclear on exactly how they're getting on this. But it just seems I'm standing Michael Cohen. But it just seems like in an investigation supposed to be about Russian collusion if the guy is going to go to federal prison because he didn't quote tell the truth according to the special counsel about wanting to build a hotel in Moscow, but seems a little bit of an overreach. Let's let's drown. Yeah. Right. And let's so let's drop back and look big picture here. So as we mentioned we've had a lot of movement in regards to Manafort Jerome Corsi for what it's worth has been out making the rounds talking about his experience with the Muller team. And and his not accepting of a plea deal. You now have Cohen heading into for this particular plea deal and accepting this guilty plea is this pointing to the beginning of the end of this Muller investigation because we have all this. Movements or do we still just not no? I don't think we know. I mean, we've seen movement for nine months now, and we're still not out of conclusion. So one of those things or at the end, we'll comedy uncomfortable wants to senators have to find a report we'll hear about it. I don't it's not clear whether roller will, do, you know Komi style press conference to explain the findings or even issue. A report that's unclassified TD American people as an explanation the obviously should. But I don't know. I mean, the indication that Trump answered all these questions last week for the special counsel just based on how investigations go you kind of like the main witness, right? And that person is last so that makes sense in the sense of it coming to an end. But we've also been told it's coming to an end or it's heating up for months and months and months, and it hasn't been the case, politically, you know, it's the president would be well off to get this thing, hopefully, wrapped up within the next year because once the election. It won't be despite people not necessarily carry about the Russian collusion part. They do care about the the sense of feeling like there's a lot of corruption or dirty air around the White House and not doesn't whether it's true or not and not doesn't help politically going into twenty twenty when Democrats are going to be arguing that, you know, the White House needs to have someone else because it's just too much going on. Well on a distraction from other issues. Sure on I think it's I think it would be good to remind everybody to sort of sort of when it comes to expectation of of of what is going to happen. When Muller presents is his findings. I mean, it's going to be exactly that regardless of what side of the political spectrum. You fall on it seems somewhat unanimous that nobody thinks that criminal charges are are coming down on the president is more going to be what we've seen as of late when you have say a rod Rosenstein stepping up and saying, hey, this is what we these are the charges that we've had recently when it comes to these individuals that have involved in. This is more just going to be a this is what we found. And now it's up to other individuals to decide what if anything gets done about it. Right. So, you know, I think that we're probably I don't even know how long it's going to take a know that most people are frustrated with the length of time it's taken so far. But prosecutors don't necessarily worry about the time. It takes through it as much time focused as they feel like they need to and forty one million dollars later alert team still hasn't rocked wrapped up their investigation. So there's a lot of it. How much how much is going on? And at our office. We actually have the old Ken Starr report, and it's like a thousand pages long. So when it gets released it's not going to be like a day long process of going through it. It's gonna be a couple of weeks. Yeah. That's a really good example, not even just from the standpoint of sort of length of time, and what to expect in the report. But also in terms of history. You know, you bring up the Ken Starr report, and I'd immediately go. Yeah. I forgot about I forgot about that that that would they're completely different circumstances. Obviously that that one would would actually say that. That's what's going to happen here. But it is just a good reminder of. Oh, yeah. These investing these types of investigations had happened before they're very lengthy, and eventually the public kind of slips out of the public ether and people don't think about them anymore. Big reminder that there is so much that we haven't been told right like with the Ken Starr thing, you know, what happened on the surface level based on what was reported at the time. And then the real report comes out about everything that they did. And it's like overwhelming information this'll be the same thing. There's so much going on with a special counsel that none of us know about and if they decide to release the report eventually it's going to be very lengthy and very detailed and will include lots of information that none of us knew. What is your what is your sense? Even if you don't have to go there if you don't want to. But like, I'll give you might like sort of my example. And I think drew I think you you feel the same way on this like at the end of the day. I just feel like I feel like most gonna put us report out. And it's going to be like every other thing that happens in DC where? Yeah. Whatever side you fall on. You're going to have what you you're going to have what you want. Yeah. Exactly. It's gonna it's still going to be. Well, I well it depends. I will say it depends. I think that there may be some surprises in the report. Everybody keeps forgetting that Tony Podesta who is John Podesta's brother who is the chair the chairman for Hillary Clinton's campaign was referred to New York. Prosecutors by Robert Mueller Muller earlier this year for a number of, you know, nefarious activities, including not registering under faira because of his work of Paul Manafort. I know that there's been a lot of accusations against them all our team in terms of therapy bias and all. That and I think it's actually legitimate. However, I do think that they're looking at people who maybe aren't getting as much attention because it's not helpful to the media narrative to be covering all sides of the story. Wrong. But there have been a couple of little nuggets here. And there that have been put out that indicate their the web of people don't just fall in the Trump circle. They fall in Manafort, circle, which includes Democrats who are close to the Clinton. What do you think? The odds are though, I mean, let's, you know, just pure speculation. I mean, what if this is there a chance in your mind that this could be a worst case scenario for Trump? Then Muller comes out and says, you know, we have found definitive definitive proof of degrees of collusion regarding maybe not Trump personally, but you know, people authorized to act on behalf of the Trump campaign and Trump might have, you know, implicitly acknowledges is there a chance in your mind that that could happen..

"Talk about the. Milk but we. Talk about the mail Doc, about the mail all day okay Once again thanks. For joining us here on America. Tonight we, have a full mail bag I mean let's talk about this first. As we go to the mail bag, this, one is from Jake who says Kate I could care less about Amoros and reading her. White House isn't this what people, do no matter if they're Democrats Republicans, they have their time in the spotlight and then they dumped on whoever, it is or whatever organization it is whatever. Administration it is that they worked for that is the. Formula Jake controversy cells and so if you have an. Insight into the White House we've seen, this, before with some other people and of course with morose that whole thing of she was. Part of the celebrity apprentice thing. And then there she. Is as an aide in the, White House and she was on meet the press and she said she taped, part of a conversation and I. Mentioned this at, the top with John Kelly who. Was running the White. House who is White House chief of staff and she wanted to make sure that it that it was. Trade how? She was fired? She didn't want to be damaged, by that she wanted her reputation damaged, and he said that they were threatening to damage her reputation and things, were getting that's the reason why she bounce. Down crazy isn't it Another one this one is from Paul who. Says hi Kate when a win is Jeff Sessions going to be fired is an attorney general I think. He is lame I think he is lousy and. Is as Trump himself says he is missing in action the president your timing is good because that's exactly what, he said he, blasted Jeff Sessions over the weekend on Saturday he said he was MIA and he said. He was scared stiff and that was a. Swipe at of course his, own guy but it comes in a pair of tweets because of what's happening with. This Russian investigation thing Trump has criticized sessions, before but Saturday was particularly pointed I guess we'll say and. The president's jab at sessions. Came as part of the probably a bigger attack on the, department of Justice and a. Private firm, GPS fusion hired during the two thousand sixteen presidential campaign. To be specific to examine possible ties between the. Russian government and the Trump campaign so it's the whole Russian, meddling. Thing remember sessions recused himself from that investigation, and that infuriated. The president and the Russian investigation is on now being let as we all know for the last couple of years by, Robert Mueller Muller rather and we see what's. Happened up to this point so and. Let me just read a tweet from, the pres- from, Saturday he said the big story that the fake news media refused to report is lowlife Christopher steals many meetings with deputy AG Bruce door and his beautiful. Wife Nellie, fusion GPS that higher steel to write the phony and discredited dossier paid for by crooked Hillary and the DNC So we continue to get more information about that right absolutely to another one this one is from Allen says Kate that stuff with the guy in the plane stealing the plane and? Then crashing it is absolutely insane do they know. Any. Reason. Why he did. That had to be kind of Strange for the, horizon air to see. Somebody that they liked steel lane and then crashing into it and I land They had final moment that they were going back. And forth he was, going back and forth to air traffic control his nickname was, Bibo and he was the husband he was. People say he was a good. Friend recording says that has been played and I heard a little slice of it he wasn't trying. To hurt anyone he was saying that. There were so many people. That loved, him and all. That kind of stuff. And here he's twenty nine years old. He works for horizon air he was he handled luggage he told the. Plane they say, that he was in uniform he got into the cockpit and took off for this hour long joyride and then he he ended up crashing the plane thirty. Miles south of Seattle Tacoma international set off of course. But they say he aside and that's really sad sad thing about that That he was popular and, well lie to they had, a family and his. Family obviously concerned Mary Just wow just really Really Shocking and he had even blocked that his dream for the future was to become a manager at horizon air join the military as an. Officer and so I don't think anyone certainly was expecting that just goes to show you how lives are touched in all kinds of. Directions. Okay here's one from berry who, says, Kate, longtime. Listener I heard you talk about tesla last week and tesla talking about privatization and looks like Elon Musk is kind of getting squeezed in a few different directions with these lawsuits and. Stuff do you know anything about? Them, yeah he's He's got a pair of class action lawsuits against him saying that he violated federal securities law through tweet suggesting a plan to go private so that very thing about being private and on August seventh he published a tweet saying he's considering that's when he said he was considering taking tesla private and in. A proposal that would value the company at four hundred twenty bucks a share he also said he's funding that funding for the deal. Had. Been secured so according to this, class, action, complaint. That was problem federal court in San Francisco the lawsuit is claiming that tesla embarked on a scheme and course of conduct to artificially manipulate the price of Tesla's stock to completely decimate. The company's shortsellers and the complaints? That, the In the series of tweets about the. Proposal drove the, shares of tesla up forty five forty seven above the. Previous day's closing and just, bear with me also says. That because I was just. Reading this that musk falsely claimed that he had secured the necessary funding to take tesla private sale wow and I went back and I looked at the tweets and it did say Elon Musk at Allama. 'em considering taking Kessler private at four twenty funding secured he he did say that so where this ends up is pretty interesting because the tesla board of investors is. Planning. To meet with financial advisors to explore a proposal to, take the company private And of course musk has. To recuse himself or. His going to recuse himself that makes sense they're going to ask them to do that doesn't make any sense otherwise for him to be in the middle of that But he's got these two different Lawsuits and of course he has lawyers and I. Don't know where that ends up it's interesting that it's interesting to see what's. Been happening at clearly with tesla I think it could end up really could. End up where it's taken private that wouldn't, be a complete shock to me, but what happens with the lawsuits I think is. Incredibly interesting definitely to get distracted here this one? Is from Brad and Brad says Kate what? Do you think what's? Going to happen when Philadelphia meets the patriots on Thursday because now we're, full bore into preseason football you're Philadelphia Eagles of. Course, last year winning the Super Bowl being the ultimate underdog victory for them do you think they're gonna have another good season what, do you think happens with. The patriots Tom Brady too old I have so many questions for you related to sports and other things but that's just, a couple of them for you yeah I think that I think Philadelphia, is in a great position to go back. Because they have if anything added to the team they have to solid quarterbacks. Carson Wentz was really the guy that got them there in the Nick foles. Was the improbable hero for the whole thing winning the Super Bowl and playing. Some incredible football and in those games even. Leading up to the Super Bowl Bowl this playoff. Games to get the team in that position so I would say it'd be tough to go against Philadelphia but the patriots, Bill Belichick and their system I mean hey they were close to winning, it too and Tom Brady forty one All get out people always talk about how the fact. That it's it seems like he's thirty years old not forty, one he just turned forty one a couple. Of weeks, ago, and he's in phenomenal shape and he. Has what it takes to With this team in the, same position that it was last year So I think these first handful of, games will give us, more of? An idea of what will happen but in preseason games who cares everybody looks. Like a winner unless they completely unravel. And they have injuries galore, and of course that's not happening either one, of those teams,.

"Kate Delaney broadcasting from hit Chicago He wasn't gonna singer promise missile from Chicago I'm. Here actually promoting my book deal your. Own destiny you can. Get a copy of it you can pre-order it. If you go to Kate Delaney speaker dot, com I'll throw in my tip book. As well and I'm very excited about it folks it took me a year to. Write this book and go through? All the machinations do you. Like that big word my grandfather would be, proud the granddaughter of a trucker who was awesome who's, smarter than I could ever hope to be anyway it took a year to write the book to go, through it and now I'm in Chicago promoting. It and it's very interesting to. Be in Chicago I'm staying off of Michigan avenue I'm here, for Forbes in their summit and we're talking about you know what you do now with. The book and all that kind of fun stuff so I, want to thank all of you for your patience your emails for your excitement for me for liking to hear about the travels and where. We're taking the show, at all that fun stuff it is the A show. That could is the show that will right and do you, believe we've been doing it for ten years so so for everybody listening for all the program directors who take the show and years we've. Been doing that Absolutely Crazy isn't? It all. Right so let's jump around to a couple of things that are making, news things that you'll be talking, about perhaps in your neck of the. Woods and one of the things that's of course being talked about is the immigration detention. Centers I talked about it last week when I was broadcasting from, Sedona, Arizona and I have talked about being with the border patrol and seeing what that was, like and it's. Horrific this whole. Situation and I know I go back and say this. Again and, again if only if only laws have been, enforced I don't think we'd be in this, situation but that doesn't help. Anything so you've got hundreds of detainees at one center who are holding hunger. Strikes they're protesting inadequate. Food that's not. Good because what do you do? There you have at least five for profit immigration detention centers that are under serious. Scrutiny they're facing federal lawsuits over detainee work. Program Tmz it's a nightmare and I've been looking at, CNN is reporting because they do, have investigative reporters have been looking at. With FOX's reporting I'm looking at everything that everybody is reporting it I've been calling my. Buddy who works at the border patrol and what he knows about, detention, centers he says ridiculous it's out of control it's not always the detention centers fault they're, overrun and then. Trying to figure. Out ways to reunite kids with parents then what's happening. At these, centers where people are detained so you got, six senators who are asking the department of, homeland security to take some. Kind of steps to figure out that private prison operators aren't using forced labour. At immigration detention centers. Because there's been. These allegations that detainees feel co? Worst to work for one dollar per day or less to get sufficient food and. Basic services so that is a disaster and What's happening there and what's being withheld you got you know who who's on the letters Bernie Sanders from. Vermont is one of them Cory Booker from New. Jersey Kirsten gillibrand gillibrand of New York has won his part of the group that signed it so. DHS is, sorting, some of this out. Is it illegal as it didn't humane, what's what's going on what are the practices there in the meantime we zero, in on something else that's happening in in Washington and. Of course there still is the battle over the wall and building the wall immigration dollars and immigration reunification it's it's it really is a nightmare it is and then you've got the the Russian investigation when is this ending and how much is it costing us and ultimately is going to come out of this President Trump on Monday. Praised the firing of FBI agent Peter store And questioned Whether there's that's gonna convince anyone to drop Robert Mueller's Muller's rather in. Russian investigation so he gets fired over the anti-trump texts which you can't can't trash your boss and you can't. Do that and that's not. A shocker so put that out there in the. First place he knew that there's gonna be. Some problems there's now just. Officially happens and now it's like this whole thing of. What happens so where do we go? From here what's coming out of this? Russian investigation and I think that it's pretty clear that Paul Manafort is going to go to prison and perhaps the people around him as well for what they've done I don't see is, I keep getting and it was kind of like it's? Fifty fifty in this audience I give people think Donald Trump the president should be? Impeached and, then I get the other side which maybe is more seventy percent saying well. That's ridiculous, but it's the same thing that we heard for Obama even heard this with Bush because because. Of one incident or. Something that happens. Is being investigated it's. The bottom line is this is congressman Pete came from New York is saying the Trump. Mueller meeting really serves no purpose does it really serve any purpose in this whole Russian challenge thing and it. Seems like it's so methodical. This investigation and does it make me think there's. A smoking gun does it doesn't make any. Of us think that or. Is it a witch hunt I mean you either kind. Of think one of the other smoking? Gun or witch hunt in fact I'm? Going to ask you to weigh in on that good to Kate Delaney radio dot com Delaney radio dot com click on contact I'm serious about this let's Have an. Unofficial poll poll and you, tell me smoking gun or witch hunt which do you think it is does, does, the former. FBI director really have something here or not Peter King is saying now I mean what purpose does it hold to even have a meaning it there's. There is nothing there and is it unconstitutional. Examine the president's motives if he asked the then FBI director James Comey to take. It easy on the former national security adviser you know that's something? Else that's coming up and I think all the, questions that we were thinking we're coming out of this? Or not really and I think it comes down to that those two words that? I said, is it a question of a witch hunt or is it a question of. A smoking, gun there is a smoking gun and we're going to see it and we're going to be. Stunned by it should. Be absolutely stunned. By the way I. Was Traveling to Chicago as I mentioned because I'm here. Promoting my book deal your own destiny and I hope you'll get a copy, of that but the storms were so bad, I feel fortunate that I got in on going? To the east coast so I kind of skirted that because I'm in the midwest but there were some delays with flights into Chicago so the Monday storms They were so bad you had one thousand one, hundred forty five cancellations fifty-six hundred delays because these. Storms were so bad Some of these busy northeast airports like Philadelphia like. Lurk Wardiya it was terrible. There like new work and trying to get the operations back. In going because of the storms that's what you know happen and then also there were late flights. Into DFW about one third. Of Monday's, flights were late because there have been storms in the Dallas Fort. Worth area too I just grin just. Grit my teeth I Gran whenever. There storms because I just keep thinking hail damage I've had hell damage. On my, house I've. Had hailed damage onto cars I I, didn't grow up with. "Talk about the milk and we talk about the mail please Doc about the mail all day, okay Once again thanks. For joining us here on America. Tonight we, have. A full mail bag I mean full let's talk about this first. As we go to the mail bag, this, one is from Jake who says Kate I could care less about. Rosa and reading her book on hinged. I saw are all over the. Tube I'd rather. Read your, book deal you're on destiny in fact I ordered a copy of it and I want to tell everyone to, go to Kate Delaney speaker dot com and click on that little space next to Steve. Forbes and you can. Order a copy thank you so much you can't wait to read your story and I could care less. About amorous? Dumping on the? White House isn't this what people do, no matter if they're Democrats or Republicans, they have their time in the spotlight and then they dumped on whoever, it is or whatever organization it is whatever. Administration it is that they worked for that is the. Formula Jake controversy cells and. So if you have an insight into, the, White House we've seen this before with some other people and of. Course with Rosa was that whole thing. Of she was part of that. Celebrity apprentice thing. And then, there she is as an aide in the White House she was on meet the press and she said she, taped part of a conversation and I mentioned this at the top with John Kelly who. Was running the White. House who was the White House chief of staff and she wanted to make sure that it that it. Was straight? How she was? Fired she didn't want to be damaged, by that her reputation damaged and she, said that they were threatening to damage her reputation and things were getting, ugly and that's the reason why she bounced. Down crazy isn't it Another one this one is from Paul who says hi Kate. When a win is Jeff Sessions going to be fired as an, attorney general I think he is. Lame I think he is lousy and he is. As Trump himself says he is missing in action the president your timing is good because, that's exactly what he said he blasted Jeff, Sessions over the weekend on Saturday he said he was MIA and he said he was. Scared stiff and that was a swipe at. Of course his. Own guy but it comes in a pair of tweets because of now what's happening with. The Russian investigation thing and Trump is criticized sessions, before but Saturday it was particularly pointed I guess we'll say and the president's jab at, sessions Came as part, of the probably a bigger attack on the department of Justice and a private firm a GPS fusion higher during the two thousand sixteen presidential campaign. To be specific to examine possible ties between the, Russian government and the Trump, campaign so it's, the whole Russian meddling thing member sessions recused himself from that investigation and that infuriated the president and the Russian investigation is, now being let as, we all, know for, the last couple years by Robert Mueller Muller rather and we see what's happened. Up to this point so and let me just, read a tweet from the, pres- from Saturday, he said the big story that the fake news media refused to report is lowlife Christopher Steele many meetings with deputy Bruce or and his beautiful wife. Nellie fusion, GPS that hired steel to write the phony and discredited dossier paid for by quicken, Hillary and the DNC So we continue, to get more, information about that. Right absolutely to another. One this one is from Allen who says Kate that stuff with the guy in the plane stealing? The plane and then crashing it is absolutely insane do they know any reason why he did that had to be kind of strange for the horizon just see somebody that they liked steel lane and then crashing, into it and island They had final moments that they were going. Back and forth he was going back. And forth with air traffic. Control his, nickname was Bibo. And he was a. Husband he was people say he was. A good friend the recording says that that has been played and I. Heard a little, slice of it he wasn't trying to hurt hurt anyone. And he was saying that there were so many. People, that. Loved him and, all that kind of stuff and here, he's twenty nine years old he worked for horizon, air he was, he handled luggage. He told the plane. They say that he was in uniform he got into the cockpit and took off for this hour? Long joyride and then he he ended up crashing the plane thirty miles south of Seattle Tacoma international airport set off a large forest fire of course but. They say he was suicidal and that's really sad sad thing about that That he was, popular and, why did he had a family and his family obviously. Concerned was married and Just wow just really really shocking and he had even blog d- that. His dream for the future was to become a manager at horizon air join the military as an officer and so I don't think. Anyone. Certainly was expecting that just goes, to, show, you. How lives are touched in all kinds of directions okay, here's one from berry who says Kate longtime listener I heard you talk about tesla last week and tesla talking about privatization and. Looks like Elon Musk is kind? Of, getting squeezed in a few. Different directions with these lawsuits and stuff do you know anything about them yeah he's He's got a pair of class action lawsuits against him saying that he violated federal securities law through tweet suggesting a plan to go private so that very, thing, about being, private and. On August seventh he published a tweet saying he's considering that's when he said it he said he was considering taking tesla private and in a. Proposal that would value the company at four hundred twenty bucks a share he also said he's funding that funding for the deal had. Been. Secured so according to this class, action, complaint, that. Was found in federal court in San Francisco the lawsuit, is claiming that tesla embarked on a scheme and course of conduct to artificially manipulate the price of Tesla's stock to completely decimate. The company's shortsellers and the complaints? That, the In said the series of tweets about. The proposal drove, the shares of tesla up forty five forty seven above. The previous day's closing and, just bear with me also says that because I was just, reading this that musk falsely claimed that he had secured the necessary funding to take tesla private so wow and I went back and I looked at the tweets and it did say Elon Musk at Elon Musk 'em. Considering taking tesla private at four twenty funding secured he he did say that so where this ends up is pretty interesting because the tesla board of industrials is. Planning, to, meet with financial advisors to explore a proposal to take, the company private so And of course musk. Has to recuse himself. Or his going to recuse himself that makes sense they're going to ask them to do that doesn't make any sense otherwise for him to be in the middle of. That But he's got these two different Lawsuits and of course he has lawyers and I. Don't know where that ends up it's interesting that it's. Interesting to see. What's been happening clearly with tesla. I think, it could end up I mean certainly could. End up where it's taken private that wouldn't, be a complete shock to me, but what happens with the lawsuits I. Think is incredibly interesting definitely to get distracted here? This one is from Brad Brad says Kate? What do you think. What's going to happen when Philadelphian meets the patriots on Thursday because now, we're full bore into preseason football you're Philadelphia Eagles? Of, course last year winning the Super Bowl being the ultimate underdog victory for them do you think they're gonna have another good season, what do you think happens. With the patriots Tom Brady too old I have so many questions for you related to sports and other things but that, just a couple of them for you yeah I think that I think, Philadelphia is in a great position to go. Back because they have if anything added to the team they have to solid. Quarterbacks Carson Wentz was really the guy that got them. There in the. Nick foles was the improbable hero. For the, whole thing winning the Super Bowl and playing. Some incredible football and in those games even. Leading up to the Super Bowl This. Playoff games to get the team in that position so I would say it'd be tough, to go against Philadelphia but. The patriots and Bill Belichick. And their system I mean, hey they, were, close to winning it too and Tom Brady forty one fit as all get out? People always talk about how to fact that, it's it seems, like he's, thirty years old not forty one he just turned forty one a couple. Of weeks ago and he's in phenomenal shape and? He has what it takes to put this? Team in the same? Position that it was last year so I think these first handful of, games will give us more of an idea of? What, will happen but in preseason games who cares everybody looks like a winner unless they completely unravel and they have injuries galore and, of course that's not happening. For either one of those teams are.

"I've met jeff sessions agai note senator sessions i know stephen miller who has his top aide now works for the white house you have to be insane to believe this jeff sessions is basically huckleberry hound he's like a nice guy is basically huckleberry hound so i think that it is a mistake for democrats to to start treating jeff sessions as though he sitting in the back room reading gogel novels before he decides to translate all of his latest memos into into russian so sessions appears on the hill yesterday and he did a pretty good job of making no headlines which is what he needed to do you went out there and said listen folks you know i recuse myself from the trump rush investigation we're not going to sit here and do nothing while you accused me of colluding with vladimir putin to subvert the united states government a here's jeff sessions saying just that yesterday i recused myself from any investigation into the campaign for president did not recuse myself from fending ma honor against scurrilous and false allegations had all turns throughout the course of the campaign the confirmation process and since becoming attorney general i have dedicated myself to the highest standards okay and again i think that sessions is exactly right here and when he says this in his slow drawl ling accent as john had hordes molasses in the air when he says this stuff is very difficult to believe that this is a guy who sitting in the bathroom with sergey kislyak figuring out how to destroy democracy sessions it also came forty said he has confidence in robert mueller muller a lot of people on the right have been saying they don't have confidence in a special council to properly investigate trump russia's session says he does have confidence in muller so the left basically gets what it wants here mantra why they're complaining here session saying that i have known move the more over the years who served twelve years as fbi director he i knew him before there and i have confidence in this type of conference joinder on discussing the hypotheticals on what might be a factual situation in the future the i'm not aware of.

"Or you can tell us here if not whatever game you're playing investigate the russians why don't you tell us as an agency how to protect us the next time they try to interfere with our elections but i gotta tell you i think i don't think any big smoking gun came from yesterday i don't think any big boss arm shell came from yesterday but i think james comey tried in a very cute and by the way is a smart guy ahmad saying he's not he's done well that's the difference i don't name call by i'm just thinking he's very clever and that was all about i get fired in i didn't like it so i'm going to basically trash the president added states who fired me but i'm aachen of a hey hilary clinton would've fired you to sir and that's what needs to be said in this discussion but the media is all confused about this because really nothing happened yesterday but we learned a lot about former attorney general lynch there was no special council called there and she was clearly trying to manipulate you and your investigation sir so i would this whole robert mueller muller special council pro be careful what you wish for because this could go on a lot of ways if he's that objective the former fbi director who might be more objective the mr colmey and a little more confident that mr colmey uh you could see some other people being swooped up here if that's what you're after just some commentary for the day all right aaron boss is in for david law shoes on the road for this weekend in you have some good traffic weather around the corner barry armstrong a sea of this hung parliament great britain is going to impact the markets here as well as there are i will be back in a few keep it here she has a meeting with the queen i'm dave anthony fox news.
