"Did you meet alone with the president that they. cars and like you to refresh my memory by providing a copy the reports so I can follow along it was a candidate yesterday the house Judiciary Committee hearing testimony from former trump aid Corey Lewandowski but the hearing starting with some spectacles limit owski repeatedly ask a teacher there Jerry Nadler for a copy of the Miller reporter apparently aiming to kill time joining me with a recap of what we learned if anything ABC's it as delicate her on Capitol Hill hello this is some stonewalling and delays tell us what went on during this testimony warning time yeah it was contentious that they believe that one of the tactics and out to use on that seem to catch Democrats off guard was to kind of trying to run out the clock the you heard it there in in not opening clip he insisted that he needed a copy of the mall or for him now they went back and forth on that he finally got a copy of the mall report but then deliberately took his time turning the pages getting to the paragraph that were being cited. now they're calling amount saying you're filibustering here and and and we went out to just over all being very uncooperative he was also you know marking the one point with being questioned by our representatives wall while he defended his run for president he. I went out to respond to him by calling him president Paul well I'm he was just or not having it and if you think that Democrats off guard which I think you know some analysts today looking back on the testimony is have the money and saying it it probably shouldn't have caught them off guard the living death he was one of the few people that would be willing to appear before the committee because that's exactly what he wanted to do was to make a mockery out of the whole thing so I think that across this morning maybe trying to rethink their their strategy there when it comes to what they are calling these impeachment hearings he had planned to that he was under executive privilege covered by that but they said well you never worked in the executive branch that should have been the case in each should have any more forthcoming he said I don't feel it's my responsibility to be honest with the media yeah he's absolutely thing that you feel the you have the right to life the media and then you're right this this the argument he was making about executive privilege that with another big thing that came out of the hearing with fluid out P. I'm being asked about his conversations with the president and he repeatedly said that the White House had ordered him not to talk about the conversations that he can only talk about what was in the mall a report which was infuriating to Democrats who kept telling him you know you've never worked in the White House so you are not at liberty to to to fight this executive privilege but without the they're trying to kind of piggy back off of what was going on with rob Porter and Rick Dearborn who were two former White House staffers who were also expected to appear before the committee they were subpoenaed until at the eleventh hour the White House actually you know prevented ordered that not to testify before the committee sending a letter stating that executive privilege so live it up he trying to do the same there are in this thank you so much for joining us to talk about that testimony yesterday once again from Capitol Hill in is delicate terra from ABC..

"Normally i tried to do but i didn't do it for this because i'm like. I don't know it seems to be. I don't know i need to get okay so at your own risk risk but people seem to trust leo right now. I guess you can just donate that. Picasso got from from jell o. right wall street. I assume he understands climate change because he was there when the iceberg hit so he knows he's witnessed it. Firsthand errors dropped off of that door into the <hes> into the abyss into davy jones's locker speaking in less and by the way there's room for two people on that god damn door. I agree selfish rose all right guys. We have a lot of news to get to today. So let's hit the hot notes hot notes all right guys the house judiciary committee which is the panel responsible for impeachment has subpoenaed former white house aide rob porter who played a starring role in the muller report <hes> we know from the book fear that porter would repeatedly hide information from trump and remove paper from his desk in an attempt to hide things from the president but we also know. He lost his job because the p._p._o. Failed to basically <hes> except the background check information and findings on rob porter that he had physically abused both of his ex wives um and that was oh. He was also romantically involved with hope hicks. I think some nadler wants porter to testify september seventeenth. That's the same day i believe as they you want lewin taos ski and rick dearborn to testify who are also in the volume to obstruction volume of of the mole report <hes> and he invoked now. They're invoked the impeachment powers in the subpoena which has been doing since i think he got the green light from nancy pelosi about a month and a half ago all the beans on all my beans that i have on the white house invoking some kind of imaginary privilege and <hes> this is this is going to go to court <hes> which no longer requires a full house vote by the because if you remember about five maybe six weeks ago they voted on the full house florida not have to vote on the full house more to send shit to court from the committee's it can just go straight from their committees to court yeah ashley to the fuller house the house don't don't <hes> so porter witnessed basically the the role he played in the miller report rob porter is that he witnessed trump freak out at don mcgann when he didn't fire muller y- importer knows freak outs in he break his arm from punching one of his ex's glass windows windows or something like that or he broke his arm from china snag one of trump's documents. I'm not sure what the exact reason definitely had a broken arm. White claw were person listen. It be rob porter. Yes yeah yeah just totally fit everywhere else except the belly <hes> so that's that's what's happening so we've subpoenaed rapport now. We've got tons of subpoenas out in the house. We're still waiting for that to move all its way through court. I i would think they would wanna vote on articles impeachment of impeachment by the end of the year as soon as they start getting back into session which are coming back a little early. I think to work on a couple of gun bills. Even though there's three already sitting on two or three three sitting on the mitch mcconnells dash mcconnell's dismay rain the house judiciary is <hes> and as soon as everybody's back in the house and and summer session is over. I think things will start speeding up again. Although most things are just sitting in the court waiting just a house is gonna come back early. Yeah just the house judiciary unbeliev okay but that's any day now. I have to look up the exact date..

"You'll find out. You'll find out you'll find out. Obviously, you know, we're not going to be talking too much about it. You're gonna find out. They made a very big mistake. Okay. So, you know, when I if I hear that if I'm ran, I'm already preparing for something to happen her. Sure the old will see we'll will see it means someone's getting fired or someone there's going to be someone's as is gonna get kicked. So we'll see. I guess you know, I mean that's kind of where we're at now. What's, it's kind of a hurry up and wait situation. All right. The other news was we meant to this usually hope Hicks was in front of a, a bunch of congressional investigators and they were trying to get out of her. Some information about her time in the White House with the Trumpster with Russia, the, the, the meetings with Trump Tower the stormy Daniels up, they're asking all these questions and women, I say today, I said you gonna hear her plead, the fifth to a chance to even do that the Turney next door from the, the DOJ attorney every question that was asked it was objection. And some of those benign. Questions of let's see here. Somebody Ted lieu. Ms Hicks was at a sunny day on your first day of work objection. Are you serious? And then and then that you're someone of the chair said where was your office located objection? Everything was objection. So basically, she answered the subpoena. She showed up, she answered any questions, the answer the subpoena without answering the questions. And that's what I said, what's going to happen? She she's she doesn't have to answer any questions to show up. She's not under any sort of if it was that easy. Why didn't Bill bark do it? Well, Bill bar has a little bit more. You know on the table than she does. She know she's thirty years old. Thirty year old chick. Because he was hot tell you something. She knows a lot more than you think. Well, I'm probably say anybody not gonna say anything. No. But he's all over the Muller report. Yeah. Every right. I just have to wonder what that, you know, like I understand how Trump has has does. Yeah, I understand that. But I think there's got to be something more to this whole pics, then just, you know it's gonna be. Stories about him with Hicks nothing. But I mean she's right up his alley. You know what I mean? Maybe, maybe he was just stretching out with her. I don't know. I mean, didn't date somebody from the administration, whether the guy was abusive tour or something there was somebody, she was dating that was part of the administration and they booted him. So maybe remember that actually, maybe that was the connection Trump's hot chicks around just makes them feel comfortable being. I mean, maybe it, yes. Big trouble, rob porter. Well, look, here's the deal, if you were like the seventies, there was nothing chicks around me. So I figured okay? I'm a little older. Why not bring them all in sit around me with? Do anything with them. But that's true. Just have to have them there at your disposal. If I guess, if you want hope Hicks head Koran, Horta, troubled romances with both rob porter and Corey, Lewandowski, oh, okay. Okay. The Trump probably thought he was third in line. I think maybe after these two. He just kept out sing all her boyfriend.

"Mark band camp show on David band camp. That is Scott Robbins for Jamie Markley the rest of the week Jamie Markley back on Monday. I'll get to the glossy stuff in about half an hour. I'm tired of talking about her. There's a lot of other stuff to get to today, including Brad, Sherman, California Representative is apparently going to be introducing articles of impeachment against President Trump today. So there you go. It begins. The posturing all of it starts right now. I thought the number one thing was trying to get the government back open. But apparently wrong about that. Apparently, the the number one issue right now is to get Donald Trump at all costs. Yes. So there you have it. And there's there's more on that. That's developing story, and we'll get to that Hollywood a bit later and everything else job one impeach the president. Right. That's that's all we have to do. Evidently now, there was a quiet report about this. And the New York Times, I'm sorry. Yes. The failing new about the Bernie Sanders two thousand sixteen campaign and sexual harassment. Yeah. Yeah. This one didn't really blow it didn't the way. And so there's a Latino outreach strategist says that she was harassed by a co worker who ran his hand through her hair and a quote, unquote, sexual way, she told her boss boss laughs it off nothing ever happens. Now other women who had worked in the campaign shared similar experiences. So obviously with Bernie looking at another presidential run potentially. This is going to have to get cleared up. Yes. Well, I say that that being said, I don't think anybody's ever going to try to hold him accountable. The same way you would a conservative lawmaker. No. And in this case at least based on the reporting as it stands right now. You know, I can defend Bernie doesn't seem like he had any direct knowledge of any of this. So many have been running their hair through his his hair to their his. Here's always sticking up like mad professor they just do that. Because he's because he has right. You come here. You little socialist care. So CNN's Anderson Cooper through it in at the tail end of the interview with Bernie Sanders, which again, if this is Ted Cruz, for example. Geez. That is issue. Number one. That is all that that Anderson Cooper wants to talk about with Bernie Sanders, but I'll give him credit at least he asked about it towards the anti got it in there in the last minute or so of this interview they did last night. After a few minutes of Trump bashing. Of course, he says this Bernie's words the campaign grew so quickly. I just couldn't keep up with all the HR needs. That's what he said, we slaughtered with three or four paid employees and over a period of a few months as the campaign exploded, we went up to twelve hundred employees, and I am not going to sit here and tell you that we did everything right in terms of human resources in terms of addressing the needs that I'm hearing from now that women felt disrespected that there was sexual harassment which was not dealt with. This is the organization in the buck stops with him. Right. And again, also, I don't have a problem with that level of accountability. But you gotta pick one you have to pick one. I mean, they were all there that was that was the only story that mattered in this case there's one follow up with Bernie Sanders asking again about whether Bernie knew about any clear. So there you go. It begins. The posturing all of it starts right now. I thought the number one thing was trying to get the government back open. But apparently, I was wrong about that.
