Why Would a Police Chase Be Considered Criminal

"On Tuesday, prosecutors charged taishan browning, 19, with attempted murder and 5 counts of robbery, in connection with early shooting and four other holdups. Police believe the crew responsible for robbing the BMW's owner and early may have robbed 20 people on the north side since May 4th. Most of those occurred after police ended their pursuit. Of the BMW. So a veteran Chicago police officer said it's easy to count the bad things that happen when pursuits go wrong. There's no way to count the bad things that happen because of violent person. Wasn't pursued. So they have a document emergency vehicle operations eluding and pursuing. The document explains everything a Chicago cop must know and consider when deciding if they should pursue a vehicle. It's 13 pages long. Is a 13 page guide on whether you pursue a guy who is eluding the police.

Will There Be Charges Against Hunter Biden & Joe Biden?

"For two years, people were shut down. Donald Trump tried to raise Hunter Biden's shady business deals with China. Oh, he's crazy. He's just Donald Trump. Biden said there's nothing to it. Well, settle in and witness the unfathomable. Here is NBC's Hallie Jackson, the morning on The Today Show. Hey there, Craig. Good morning to you. And this morning, we're learning more about the president's son and the paying off of a multi-million dollar tax bill he owed. Now the open question for both Hunter Biden legally and President Biden politically is whether or not there will be any charges in this federal criminal investigation. With federal prosecutors poring over Hunter Biden's finances, investigating whether he violated federal tax law this morning a representative for the president's son tells NBC News, his IRS Bill totaling about $2 million has been paid off. Two people familiar with the matter. Say the money was arranged by one of the younger Biden's new attorneys. Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris, best known for brokering a deal for the South Park TV show. Does paying that tax bill wash away any liability that Hunter Biden may have now? Paying the tax bill. If in fact that's what he did, doesn't undo the crime. It would be like returning money to a bank that you robbed. You still rob the bank. The president's son and his company brought in about $11 million between 2013 and 2018 working as an attorney, a board member to a Ukrainian gas company accused of bribing a prosecutor, and for a joint venture involving a Chinese businessman. Now accused of fraud, according to an NBC News analysis of a copy of Biden's hard drive, and iCloud account obtained by NBC from a representative for Rudy Giuliani, as well as documents released by a Senate committee. During the campaign, then candidate Biden denied his son profited off of China connection.

Leftists Continue Using Tragedy to Advance Political Agenda

"You know we recorded our show on Friday and by Saturday there had been an attack in Buffalo by Sunday there had been an attack in California And as always it becomes instantly not a battle to help the victims families not a battle to find out what was the underlying motive for this and try to prevent things like this from happening not that all got sidelined immediately as another round of genuinely awful human beings Had to promptly find a way to abuse this tragedy and the victims of it To further divide and destroy this country and burn it to the ground Now the tragedy another round of genuinely awful human beings abusing it it used to be Jim when I first got into radio about ten years ago they'd wait a day or two because they didn't want to their grifters and losers And they never wanted to appear like her if there's no losers Remember they'd wait like a day Use maybe they're two days Then it was down to a day then in the Obama era they'd wait just a couple hours Now it's instant Now people are still getting medical attention at the scene And there's some lunatic like that Rob Reiner That meath is meathead right Rob Reiner known only for one of the few characters whose actually smarter in the television series used than he is in real life Rob Reiner and others Keith olbermann who can't keep a job of course just minutes after trying to abuse this tragedy to advance a political story as a way to get back at Republicans

What JD Vance's Win of the GOP Nomination in Ohio Means For the US

"I mean, this is just amazing. What we saw happening out in Ohio because JD Vance, wow, he just climbed in the polls. In the last couple of weeks, interestingly, after Donald Trump endorsed him. He did win the day out there in Ohio. He now advances to the big race in November. He's running against senator rob. Well, he's running against center Tim congressman. Tim Ryan, I should say, this is for senator rob Portman's seat, rob Portman, of course, is retiring getting out of politics. And this will be an interesting one because what I love about Ohio voters is that they really are just kind of salt of the earth and they're interested in a lot of the same things that frankly I think you and I are interested in from a policy perspective. And so it will be extremely interesting to watch. I should point out that Tim Ryan, he has a history of being pretty tough on China. He is a history for standing up for the American people on the jobs front. He's very anti inflation. I mean, he's got a lot of values that are somewhat aligned with a lot of the conservative values, not all of them, for sure. Not all of them. But that's why it's going to be so interesting because he's not an AOC type. He's not a Bernie Sanders type is not Elizabeth Warren type. He kind of didn't fit in entirely perfectly to the Democrat party. So now he's running against somebody who is really the antithesis of everything that the Democrats stand for. And that'll be a very interesting barometer to see where that heads for us as a nation. Don't forget, this Vance victory is seen as a Trump victory because Trump endorsed him and it really could spell some pretty good news for Trump endorsed candidates. I think in other upcoming primaries, including what we're seeing in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Georgia, all over the country,

Nina Jankowicz' Analysis of 'Colour Revolution'

"Cut 5 go First of all color revolutions have nothing to do with race The term was coined in the early 2000s when countries like the republic of Georgia and Ukraine had spontaneous peaceful democratic revolutions that had colorful nicknames In 2003 the Georgian opposition protested the opening of a new session of parliament based on fraudulent election results They did it while carrying roses hence the rose revolution In 2004 and 2005 Ukrainians protested their own rigged election Candidate Victor Yushchenko's campaign branding was orange hence the orange revolution You get the idea Color revolutions have earned bad rap though mostly thanks to Vladimir Putin because they brought in democratically minded governments that threatened Russian influence in the region Putin likes to suggest they are CIA organized That is not true Believe it or not sometimes people get fed up with having their voices silenced for decades Putin's narratives intentionally rob protesters of agency They discount the grievances that brought them to the streets risking their lives and ultimately they undermine the resulting governments and now we're seeing the same narrative cropping up here in the United States Here's why it doesn't fit First of all in case we've forgotten protest is a democratic right you are entitled to it Second of all color revolutions happen in autocracies When people are fed up with the indignities of an entrenched regime while we have witnessed some democratic backsliding here in the United States we are not an autocracy We still have checks and balances We still enjoy democratic rights Certainly we are not Georgia in 2003 Ukraine in 2004 or Belarus today

"Saw some clips and this is a fantastic movie It is fantastic There is no denying your eyes are not lying when you see these guys just coming with bundles of ballots and shove them into these boxes And let me ask you something at this point has law enforcement at any level seen this movie Well I will tell you that through the vote has filed an official complaint with the Secretary of State of Georgia and this guy Brad raffensperger a Republican by the way has based upon the information provided opened up a new investigation And he's in fact recently issued subpoenas He says he's going to get to the bottom of it Now the reason this is a little bit dicey is this is the same Brad raffensperger who got into a verbal spat with Trump This is the same guy who declared the election with completely secure in Georgia This is the same guy who was lionized in the media as a Republican standing up against Trump So for this guy to now turn around and go you know what I was the sheriff but they're robbed They committed the robbery right under my nose and I really didn't notice it's going to be pretty hard for him to do that So I don't really know where this is going to go I'm optimistic that they're looking at it then there's of course the Republican attorney general barnaby and Arizona I'd love him to see the movie He's going to be jumping out of his seat So there are things that Republican attorneys general secretaries of state and even Republican legislatures can do Of course I have less hope that the Democrats in places like Michigan or Pennsylvania are going to spring into action In fact they might spring into action to figure out how do we cover this thing up

How Coign is Fighting Woke Banks With Founder Rob Collins

"And with us right now is the founder of this effort, rob Collins, rob, welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Hey, Charlie. Glad to be on here. Want to give a shout out to my nephew, who's a member of one of your Georgia chapters at turning point. I was recently with him and he had a bunch of stickers on his computer and he's loud and proud and I love that I'm glad to be on the show. That's awesome. Well, congratulations on the launch. You guys are now public. So talk about the need. And there's a huge market out there to have kind of a non woke credit card. Yeah, I think stems from the fact that ten times a week, 40 times a month, 480 times a year per credit card, and the average American has four credit cards. Your commerce is being used as a weapon against you. And it's not reflecting your values. And I just think there's an opportunity where the largest conservatives are the largest ideological lock in America, yet we don't work together. We don't have a place where we can have a voice. And this is just an opportunity for us all to come together. Move our commerce through one vehicle. And not only increase our voice, but really, really bundle up millions of dollars, and hopefully be trillions, billions of dollars of commerce, and invest in conservative charities. We have a real challenge that people who give aren't listened to by corporate America, people who use their products, aren't listened to by corporate America. And the idea that we can have a credit card that is catered for conservatives but also invest in conservative charity is a huge opportunity and a huge advantage. I believe in the future to reassert our voice into corporate America. Yeah, so it's coin dot com.

For the Great Reset to Take Hold, the Parent-Child Bond Must Weaken

"We've been talking about this theme for a couple of weeks that in order for the great reset to occur for a globalist vision of humanity to set in, the parental child bond must weaken. That the bond that children have with their parents is all that ties a society together. The Bible has told us this time and time again, the Bible has in the ten commandments. The only commandment that comes to the promise and involves your nation on your mother and father. So I mean, you might live long in the land of which you are in. A parental child bond actually keeps us free. Free from government intervention involvement in authoritarianism. There is no example of communism coming into place where strong families persisted. It does not exist. The phrase mother Russia, for example, came forward because they raised young children to believe their true mother was the Russian government. And Mao Zedong's China may have the Mao's red guard actually incentivizing children to turn their parents in. If they were not properly loyal to Mao's government, in Cuba, children were indoctrinated to believe that their maternal parents were not actually as important as the government body. I could go example after example and Mugabe's Rhodesia, which became Zimbabwe. That in order for these totalitarian experiments to be successful, the family is in the way. This is one of the reasons why we have seen a resurgence and a revival. And an unexpected strengthening of the parents party.

The Regime Wants to Undermine a Parent's Role in Raising Children

"Now we've warned for a while that the perspective of the regime and the administration and the Democrat party and the Democrat machine is that they do not want parents to be in charge of their kids education. Terry McAuliffe said this when he was running for governor of Virginia, which resulted in him getting obliterated and making a total fool of himself when he probably gave like a drunken sloppy concession speech to now governor youngkin and Virginia. The thermonuclear weapon against the left that they never expected is them actually admitting out loud that parents aren't in control of their kids. Now this is something we know has existed, but they've usually, they've usually disguised it. They've camouflaged it. They don't admit it. But now they're leading with it. Now they are defending this idea that teachers are sovereign. That parents, you take a back seat that as soon as you drop your child off at school, the moment that you put them into a public school, you are not in charge, and it does ask the question who is sovereign. Who calls the shots? Well, in a western culture, in a biblical culture, in a culture that respects the tradition of the family, the parents call the shots, not the state, the state, the government, serves at the, they serve because the parents and the adults have given them the power. But as long as families remain self sufficient, patriotic, and conservative in nature, then a radical revolution in the country tends to kind of continue to misfire.

Calif. Assemblyman Kevin Kiley Is Valiantly Fighting to Kill AB 2223

"Let's get to someone who is a fighter for what is good and beautiful in California because there's still a lot of great people in California and the fight is necessary to assemblyman Kevin kiley, who's also a candidate for California's third congressional district, Kevin. Welcome to the Charlie kirchhoff. Thanks, Charlie. It's great to be with you. So Kevin, let's get into the latest news. I was kind of tracking this through some of our amazing pastors yesterday, pastor Jurgen, pastor Jack hibbs, rob McCoy, James Cadiz. We're kind of all in a text together of people that were tracking the legislative movement behind AB two two two three, otherwise known as the infanticide Bill. Walk us through what this bill actually contains no hyperbole or exaggeration because some people are blowing it out of proportion, not on our side. The other side, what does it actually say and where does it stand in legislative process? Sure, well, where it stands is it passed its second committee yesterday, which is horrifying. It's one of the worst bills that's ever been introduced here, which is really saying a lot, considering the sort of bills that get introduced in past in California. And the idea is, you know, Gavin Newsom has proclaimed California and abortion sanctuary state. He wants this to be the state where people from other states can come to to have abortions and this bill two two two three purportedly creates a kind of liability shield for acts that would violate the laws of other state and some places of limits on what sorts of things can be investigated. And so all of that is bad enough in its own right, but there is this term in the Bill perinatal, which by, you know, there was a practicing o-b-gyn at the hearing yesterday who said that that can encompass up to about a month after birth. And so it creates sort of a liability shield for an infant death that is post birth and what's more, it actually would give individuals the ability to sue prosecutors who wanted to come in and bring charges of these cases. So it's truly a horrifying

It's gotten that serious that this is not just, it's not a small thing what they're doing when they let these folks in. Look, I mean, even a place we talked about by all university. There's a famous mural that's been under debate for about a decade. And it's the Jesus mural. It's a giant portrait of Jesus is painted on one of the side of the buildings. And this continues to come under attack that so much so that the president of the university, because of this color of Jesus skin because he's a little lighter than what some people would want him to be in this particular painting. And so now we had the president of the university at one point came out and said that he could understand how this picture of Jesus would cause alienation for certain states. Wait, who said that? And the incredible thing about pastor John and I have loved getting to know him personally, of course, he influenced my life from early. I grew up on his study Bible. My mom graduated from his master's college with her degree. I know that. Wow. So we're a John mcarthur family. So of course, you know, and I listened to grace to you all of that. And that's actually how I ended up representing him, was an elder from their church, saw my tweet and support of their statement. And I said, can you imagine, we've gotten to the point in America where John Macarthur is going to exercise civil disobedience. This is a big day, you guys. Actually, that's really funny. If people don't know the background is that you wouldn't expect him to do that. No, because if you know how much he loves and respects, civil society, how much he understands all of this. He's not a rebellious person. But he is more than anything. Steadfast in his commitment to doing what the lord has him to do. "I'm not doing any pictures. When I do an official pics, but my gut says I'm still gonna lean Celtics here. And then we're gonna find out on Tuesday that rob rob's gonna come back by game three. And then everything's gonna change there too. That would be sweet. That would be. If there is a game 7, probably we'll be playing the timeline. The timeline is interesting. I know that got talked about again today, rob's outlook in terms of timeline. He may sing three weeks, three weeks is possible here. He said, you know, javonte green came back in that time frame. Yeah, we're two weeks in now. Three weeks, you're talking the middle of this series. Now the Celtics don't expect rob to be back, but they're not closing the door either. They're kind of hinting that like, don't be shocked. That's the interest here. Yeah. There's a little catnip they're putting on. They don't want to put it out there. And anything beyond three games people are going to be like, where is he? But there's a hope. I don't want to freak people out either. I'm actually kind of I'm kind of bullish on just the way they've been talking. And again, I mean, this is how we read the injury. The way they were talking when he got hurt, I was like, this doesn't sound good. And everyone's like, shut up. But like the way they're talking now, it sounds like they're really like seeing them in the gym. Yeah, they're like, I think we're gonna get this guy. So like, you know, you might do a vlog you can. What do you mean talking about? You might need apology, cancel. Before we were all things that you. And I think it was bad. We were this is John off more than saying he needs to. There may be a posh. Jimmy. He's probably in place first round. John may have to do an apology. These things have nothing to do with one another. You understand, right? He's here at tactics. You realize you realize we were scared because I thought, oh my God, this is bad. What if he tore something and he did versus he'll be fine, he'll be back next game. Yeah, no, you're right about that, John. Jesus, what are we doing, guys? John was worried that we would never see Robinson. Jimmy's trolling. Yeah, yeah, he's low key..

Don't get me wrong you. it's fun you want to. Because you're envisioning a man. I prefer those aqua bags that is also you know but somebody's gotta go. Oh look at the difference in a teller the tape. It's the height six three five nine matter too much if the Yeah but how is rob gonna get in in on the inside of that. I'll be honest with you. Rob does have the the The danger of getting clip by one of those super super fast shots bishops throws. You know if he's not careful going in Rob's never been afraid to take chances now he just has to make the correct Move and making sure that he doesn't at the right time because he could get he can get really really popped or or buzzed by by one of these bishops shots med. Bishops been very very good at lining them up down. That that straight left or right Is he orthodox or southpaw. Because i'm seeing himself point here though. Well it's so. It's always been that left. Of course the very hookers will kids everybody. Okay 'cause i think he hit a hot tea with the left at a body look man. Yeah because sometimes like porter you know he takes angle of potsy left them open and he shot the left you know but he still it could still come from software stands remember. But that's that's a big. It's a big big issue big point and it's a good point which said nobody's really pushed bishops. So i'm nobody i mean not seen sparring. I can't make good judgment on what he's going to react like like. I don't know roberts going bring the pain. Yeah you know which brings me down. you know. this is something else. Maybe you need to read hold on do and then we're out. There's nothing else to do. I know you gotta go shutout dumi trying to stay on three hour shows. Y'all your sam. Dvd uh-huh esteban footage in the border wall. Is chad is esteban. While you read that. I'll make this bota was footage available this image of footage. Now you send me in. The pre pro. is that what. I'm reading board awards. Championship rules because there will be a lot of vacant titles and a lot of champions okay. What does doesn't stay. Is that any vacant title one. Obviously you get to mandatory. That's per ninety percent of the sanctioning body rules but we have in stated that 'cause we're still trying to decide whether we're going to implement that rule of giving someone to mandatory seems a bit unfair and we don't have fully developed divisions to implement such a rule. That's why it's not there. But every champion should know that technically the rules do stay. If you wanna vacant title you have to mandatory that being said these are the border wars championship rules. The following our list of rules and obligations required by defending champions and incoming challenges for all traditional way. Classes in boorda was league number one in order to be eligible for title shot. You must have at least two wins in the series. Special petitions can be considered for champions recess and or champions entering a new division number. Two a champion must remain active and not miss more than one consecutive event special situations can be granted to the champion in recess. That is and will require petition to a title shot. Now stop there so they can understand what that means. You cannot miss more than one event. So if do me. And i find and he beats me and he is a champion. He's allowed not to combat. This next boorda was meaning both awards. Thirteen he can take thirteen off fourteen. He must show up fourteen. He now must face his mandatory because he's entitled to his voluntary defense on thirteen. He chose not to come. That's cool so fourteen year. Mandatory is waiting great. Great clarinet up next. One is Champion will be granted one voluntary defense. If champion competes in the media border wars following winning championship and or successfully defending over mandatory challenger. Now that's exactly what. I said that if you fight if dumi beats me in twelve and fights thirteen. He's allowed his voluntary at thirteen. Dumi can also call for his mandatory at thirteen because he's a dog and be like. Oh who's next and la la la la la and emma. Let's go chan. i write cleared. That went up and the next one is if champion mrs one border wars. He must then defend against the mandatory challenger. So if i miss the the following one you mr fourteen. It's time to get in the ring. Swing next fighters who win the title. Eliminators must receive mandatory title shots within two events of winning eliminator and less than agreed to quote unquote step. Aside is reached. So you heard him..

"That i did originally think he stabbed dina in the back before it was necessary but it ended up working in his favor and the thing is when that happened. I mean it was such a controversy about whether he stabbed her in the back too soon that i wrote not one but two articles about it other people wrote articles about it. There was all these emails coming in. And i asked rob about it so it was just a big deal but it ended up. You know it worked out fine well and he had good reasons to do it right and i think again why it worked out so well for him was because he had such a good read on everything that was happening in the tribe. And so here's a difference to over scheming and over plotting if it's unnecessary. He was doing it because he had to because he was aware of what was happening with everybody and how that was going to negatively affect his game. So i think there's a really big difference there and i don't think that it was something that he struggled with that he was handling badly. I mean clearly. It worked out incredibly well for all the way to the end. Yeah exactly and You know the big is one thing this rule does say is if you try to scheming plot with everybody they will all know what you're up to and really by at least midway through the season everybody did know that rob was up to something. They kept doing it right because as we mentioned before they just seem to fool themselves into thinking. It was the other person who's going to get screwed up. Yeah he's over there lion to them but he would never lie to me. Okay yeah. I mean almost everyone who was voted off post merge was double crossed in at least some way by robb by. You can't say he schemed. Imploded too much like you just said when he got the other players booted and stuck around almost to the end right. Everyone seemed okay with him. It was interesting that these things would happen. It'd be some big blowup. someone would call rob out on something. And then he'd go off in the woods and he'd be giggling and talking to someone about what just happened. You believes that just happened and convincing them again. A of like this is rob's world and they were just living in it. Yeah and so to wrap it up. This is simply not. The reason he lost didn't vote him out at the end because she was worried that he was an over schemer. It wasn't an issue. At that point. I agree so all right. Well i referenced earlier. But i should mention once again while we both talked about it that of course this seizing gave us the classic example of the mistake players sometimes make when they're the swing vote as christie refused to tell either side and how she was going to vote ended up becoming the target and ended up on the poster. I'm only did. She made it very clear that she was the swing vote and didn't know what to do. She acted like she was mean. She even called herself like to jeff. She told jeff like basically came word. She used but how significant she was like. I'm in the power position like this is all about me and that's really not good either. I mean that. Just be the swing. Vote in to you. You can recognize it but then to act as if you are so much better than everyone else. Who's here because that's your the decision maker and you're telling someone like rob that i don't know what i'm gonna do yet. It's my decision. I'm the one in charge. I'm going to decide how this all goes. And this is rob gonna go Interesting i'm gonna do something with this information that i've just been provided now we're going.

"This is what I do, and I'm just all by myself. Letterman and now Letterman. I liked him in the years because the show was organic on NBC and where those tennis shoes Adidas, and he was a younger guy, and they threw things off a building and watch them like a watermelon smash against the ground and so forth. He would have Sandra Bernhardt and guests like then brother Theodore and Just bizarre, kinda, just a really fun show. Then when he got to CBS, it was less organic, and it was just a lot of pomp and circumstance and so forth, and that that really happens with everybody when they are on their second contract, so to speak, whether it's a rock band or something as they get older, whatever it's always great when they had that organic young energy And so one thing I liked about Jay Leno, though, is J didn't have an agent and I don't like agents. And J always did things with a handshake and that really made me like the guy. Hey, wasn't yeah, great interviewer. People below. I I I'm just saying he wasn't known for his interviewing skills. He's one of the nicest guys I'm told in the business, So everybody has a nice thing to say. For the most part. One more thing. You were just talking about Letterman. I said it earlier at much. Sure. You picked it up. But Letterman really owes a lot to Steve Allen. Because if you watch the old Steve Allen reruns from the fifties, he's doing wacky stuff with Louis Nye and don knots and all these goofy characters and he's got the phone post. And don't forget about time Bomb and posted. Yes, who was a great guy? Really beloved guy is also by the way, a war hero. Some people don't know that I did not know that I did not know that he flew missions over Normandy. Uh, so yeah, it was on an episode of to tell the truth, which he was great on by the way back in the day back, and, uh, that was my kid. I would watch Tom posting and, uh Let's see to tell the truth, Peggy Yeah. Biggie, CASS, Right. Oh, my God. I always thought as a kid. I always that is that all these people doing life they're they're grown up to work as a contestant on to tell the truth. Always wanted. It wasn't till they get older. They known for their professional Panelists on these game shows, and they make a career out of it. Well, they did. And you know, JP Morgan, I was She was on the gun short that What else is this woman then Turns out she had a career in the fifties and a lot of them did And who knows? I mean, there's so much we're going down such a big, deep rabbit hole. I've got to take a break. At this point. I can't stand it. Larry, You're a great guy. I really appreciate it. And I'll never forget you. I've talked to your son a few times. I've had that pleasure. And it was great to kind of talk to you as well. Jordan. My son will be joining us. "Rob's gonna yell at me Now, Go ahead. Say it. Well, having that phrase was highly offensive. What did I say? You said he Collins and we're talking about the Georgia Senate race. And there's gonna be a runoff now because Nobody got it. 50% of the vote. Yes, we're not going to know the outcome of that till January. But you are mad at Doug Collins, who is a U S representative who decided to run for centres and you said he should have quote. Just let her have it. He should have stayed where he is where he's already very effective. And now we don't have him in that sea And now we won't have him in the Senate. And so what's it going to do now? So let me make sure I understand. You clearly Kelly law, Flor never won an election. She was appointed to that seat by the governor right? The voters had no say what it whatsoever. No primary. No, nothing to choose. But he shouldn't just even though he thinks he is better for the job just said Well, the establishment chose her. Screw the voters let her have it. He should have thought what was best for the country. Well, what's best for the country is him running if he thinks he's best for the jump know what's best for the country is him re winning his seat where he's really, really good. So wait a second. You just believe people should just stay in political office forever. He should just he just why don't you just go get a real job now is gonna have to be good for him. I'm sure he'll be a great lobbyist somewhere cause heaven forbid he actually go lift something well, and now we're not going to know. I just don't like the fact that we're not gonna have this receipt. Solidly one and I did I'm bothered. I don't understand what you're mad about that because she was not going to get to 50%. Could she make those two numbers together any even close to 50%. There's 10,000 people running cause that's how Georgia works in their clothes like 47%. She could've maybe gotten to 50 Have you heard Kelly? Lawful er. I have his great hair. She is horrific. She's using really pretty hair. Kelly, lawful er is exactly what's wrong with this country. She was an unqualified person, super connected lots of money, and they put her in there because of who she knew. She is exactly what's wrong with this country. And I'm glad he ran. I've got somebody tried to hold her accountable. I kind of wish you'd won. Well, kid, but he wasn't going to win. That's the whole problem. You don't know unless you try. If you think you're better, whether you're Republican Democrat Libertarian, Independent, whatever If you think you're the best person for the job, and you want to do it. You have an obligation to go out there because you make people earn it. Votes are earned. She hasn't earned crap before this, and I'm glad somebody held her feet of the bar. She was given that seat because she's connected. Well, somebody just called you out. On email saying that you should have run for governor. Well, if I run out of one, we'd be sitting here you'd be so That's why I can said Rob has no one to blame but himself for Holcomb winning four more years, So unless I'm going to run, I have, I should just shut up. I shouldn't complain unless you're goingto. I've already run for public office. We want to get rid of the career politicians. Donald Rainwater did a great job with this idea. That is the way people the way people see things. They're fascinating. Is that the little boxes? They put people in like, unless you're going to? Unless you're going to give two years of your life to something? You have no right to talk about it unless you're going to choose the totally connected person who got a Senate seat handed to you have no right to challenge it. No wonder where in the shape we're in, we need to talk about these other undecided races or uncalled races. Susan Collins is looking like she's gonna hang on to her seat in Maine. I was feeling what How is that a thing? Well, I was the possible It just is a thing. So 92.12% reporting Right now she's a 50.9% compared to Sarah Gideon's 42.5%. So that's looking pretty solid for Susan Collins again. We talked about Michigan 87.2% reporting, and he had John James. The Republican has a lead at 49.3%. Compared to Gary Peters, the incumbent at 48.8%. That is still not being called. So I stopped to raise my hand to speak for in just a minute. I'll get you. I just want to get through these ones that are called to make sure we get him get through all of them. North Carolina, This is what's crazy. Ah 100%. Reporting. 100% of the vote is in Tom Tillis, the Republican incumbent at 48.7%. Compared to Cal Cunningham at 46.9. Why is that? Not called? What am I supposed to speak now? Yes, you're supposed to speak, so I spent a great deal of my life for a period of time down in North Carolina, and Tillis was speaker of the house when was doing talk radio down there? And it's sad to get a roof or tell us because he's one of those guys that totally doesn't deserve to be there. Another career politician, I've seen them, it's over. I mean, I know the places they were sit still saying votes around it. It's over. I've looked at comparable counties down to where I used to be. It's over. He's won that race. But exactly so why isn't at all? What is the hold up? I'm not the head of calling it comes these races. I don't know what you're saying, but this is contributing to my frustration about our entire process. This is obvious. He has one call the damn race. What is the problem? I don't know. Is there like an actual calling agency like anybody could call it at any time. Well, you're right, because that was the other frustrating thing about last night. Is it depending on where you went, where there was the New York Times or CNN or Reuters or whatever. All of them were different. I don't understand. Numbers are numbers. There should be a threshold at which point you say Yes, for sure this race is done. Why is that? Not an agreed upon threshold? Your arms are flailing. You're getting very is that Can I ask a serious question? Yes, on I'm being serious about this. Who are these people who vote for Susan Collins? Because that woman changes her mind changes. Her view of government changes her the court, whatever more often than she changes her underwear, and I don't care what your political viewers How can you be for that? How can you be for someone who stands for nothing. I'll tell you what it is, at least if I were in Maine, and if I were a main voter, I would be all in for Susan Collins, because first of all, because she is the Republican. Choice. But second of all, I have a very soft spot of affection for her because of the whole cabin. Nothing because out of this, the great speeches that have been given in the history of our country. Her speech confirming Cavanaugh to the Supreme Court was one of the greatest speeches of all time and the libertarian. There's getting 5% of those people been nicer to liberty and freedom. Either way to be a blowout for Collins or Gideon would be right in the race. I mean, I just I do not understand how these people who stand for nothing, and it is so obvious She's been there forever. Just explain, Tio big job. Go home. Do something else. My God. All right, Well, I'm just I'm trying to explain to you why that she may have some people who are in her corner. You're part of the problem. We have to mention to you. I know it's time to go to break but we have to mention that the squad They got their seats back, which is disgusting and horrible. Also Kim Classic who people were became very, very They. There's huge affection for Kim Classic in Baltimore. She lost and she lost big in Baltimore, but talking 77% to 27%. You gotta look at we need to do this during the break. How The previous US House candidates didn't that district because that's one the most liberal districts in the country? I bet the previous Republican if there even was one didn't get more than 5 to 10% of the vote. That may be true. I don't know what the historic historical results are in that in that county or in that district, but it's disappointing how big she lost. I thought there was it was at least going to be a little closer, and it wasn't I talk about reasonable expectations were going to let you go on your governing governor's race. Tear gubernatorial gubernatorial. Let's say you just bought a house. Bad.

"You know you rob gonna join inspect what network a lead eleven he says Justin Herbert's better than Joe Berle and he sent an army will talk to him about it coming up at twelve forty PM nine forty AM Pacific joining us right now Barton Simmons CBS sports college football writer find him on Twitter at Barton Simmons Barton thanks for joining me today my friend yeah you bet and I love your view that guy right there but I I'm not by that I'm not a viable Herbert better than borough that's that's hard for me to fathom right there he's back twelve guy he's a shell a call now for it or not okay I will ask a white says that though coming up in about forty minutes so I promise you that when Barton Sam is joining us on the show all right Ellis you Ohio state Clemson Georgia who is not going to be in the college football playoff out of those four well I mean I think that basically what you're asking me is is a house they can lose Clint's gonna lose and is and is gonna win again LSU Georgia I don't know how they can lose only Clinton that almost no Clinton back it was I can't fathom what that looks like and then when it comes that George Ellis you match up I think that I was you went I just think that this is an era for off into football this is an era for quarterbacks this is an area where you have to be able to score points with volume and Georgia is one of the best defenses in the country they are sort of Alabama circa twenty twelve like it's it's the old Alabama is is what you're currently is and at the top team to play it's a tough team to beat but I think when you're talking about that here national title twenty nineteen I I just think you got a bill score points and I'm not I'm not competent Georgia can score enough and so I think Ellis you would be able to outlast them in that kind of game to get to the fourth quarter so so I would say George with two losses will be out among that group does the committee want to Ellis you Alabama rematch I think that love it too with healthy but I I think with two injured and then look but my my philosophy on on this to a situation is if you believe Alabama with two a is a top forty minute there's a bee in the playoffs then you should believe that Alabama currently still deserve to be in the playoffs and then let's see what they look like a Maximo if they look worse with back don't that they barely survive all burn in mac don't in the office are clicking then you need to then pull the plug on that philosophy but that I don't think we should preemptively being Alabama it if you did then look made a lot of people rightfully so don't leave Oliver the top fourteen that shouldn't be in the playoffs but if you are one of those people that did leave that prior to injury you should still believe that because we have to give the team the benefit of the doubt and allow it to perform with their new quarterback see if the defense rise up to the playmakers random rise up but all it's that no I I think that what we're gonna ultimately see is this is the year that Alabama their their schedule is gonna buy them didn't get enough done in the end and then I conference didn't have enough of the SEC wasn't strong enough on its current schedule and so I think when you look across the country that even a team like you ever time organ let's talk about you tell me how bad is Utah just blowing teams out right now so it's only loss came with it that's where the act mas was injured for carried into the game and USC a team that beat it was is now top twenty five team that there's just one include Utah Oregon whoever wins that game when you talk about Oklahoma and and and who they would have beaten if they can get out the big twelve alive I I just think at this point the process not sort of work that up to this I just think it's it's really hard to to thin coating Alabama and it's just not dominating enough on both sides of the ball to get the benefit of the doubt and and so I I doubt that it does well where would you burn seven joining us on the show bar where would you rank the pac twelve among the power five I would I would have it above the ACC and that's it and I think by god I've long said that the to me the big twelve this is the product of copper the college football not because it's it's got the most juggernauts because it's the toughest coppers week in week out the pac twelve is is similar to that in that there's not really a bottom there's there's a bunch of teams that are that are that are decent can give you trouble every night but it's it's a lower level of of sort of a middle middle class than the big twelve to me so the question this is comes to how good is Oregon and Utah in the pick up pretty good I don't think that they're as good as the top of the SEC I don't think there's good at the top of the big tent but they're they're pretty damn good and I think there's a bigger better the pop top of the the big twelve and so I think the pac twelve is a is a respectable conference and if you get out of there with a twelve and one and your nephews in Europe the coppers champion thank you there to get in and and we can't really being these guys too much for whatever their schedule presents because the plan our conference game organ when I'm scheduled Auburn as it's only as one of its not coppers opportunities and even Utah yep you why you look like them in what one of eighty four at the end of the day and so that's that's not that's a bad loss versus about win either so I think there's enough now as we worked up to this point the season to really validate what the pac twelve done Barton Simmons with the CBS sports are we under rating are we under rating defending national champion Clemson right now yeah we all we all I mean I don't you know I guess is the yeah but it it does feel like they are are flying under the radar it's sort of so everyone's talking about Ohio state analysts you and then when I'm asked this question when I'm asked not what should the playoff rankings be or what's the seedings beer or any like they like that will not act as just purely who do I think is going to win the national championship I still think that Clinton right now and and the reason for that is we yeah because they're blowing things out no one's really paying no one's really scrutinizing what they're doing north really pay a whole lot of attention and I don't blame anyone I'm not I'm not been lots I watch in the detail into the fifty two to three wins or whatever it is but the reality is that trouble Lawrence's is suddenly plan like the quarterback but he was supposed to be for the start of the season the reality is the defense is one of the best defenses in the country and they're going to roll into the playoffs healthy the girl in the playoffs with future number one draft pick a quarterback with the defense that is championship level and they still got the same playmakers on the perimeter into the back you'll that they had last year they won a national championship with ever office a lot of improved from last year and so all that said you know Clinton is this love in this whole deal how everyone's talking about Ellis you in Ohio state and and kind of overlook in them and and they they manufacture and dabble concocts these these chip on their shoulder and they're gonna lean into that as much as bill you know that the media will allow and so I'm I'm not going to fall into that trap I'm gonna be out here staying in the from the from the rooftops that the Clinton still is is a likely college football playoff champions you know because he talked about that damn Roy bus again and I go would you get off the Roy bus stuff man like find a new thing and then they went on the bit about your team's by forty right after so I guess whatever works for dabbles whatever works for dad but you think that that might be one of the things that that may be does it affect Ryan day does it affect what goes on with crystal ball over in Oregon where you you see what and even that Orgeron it or drawn it seems pretty natural right now the same thing with day and even Oregon where you have dabble in you have Nick Satan and I think what gives them an edge is that they always create conflict and watching like Ohio state over the last couple years they got great athletes but when you lose like you do it I will and when you lose like you do it Purdue it to me that smacks of complacency that smacks of your your there is a stop to get to the NFL and I think what what puts say bin and dabble above the rest is that they consistently create conflict pardon yeah well I mean their master motivators they do in different ways and and then you're either really bust up the so obnoxious but it you can't really knock it because it alternately is how dabbled manages to keep his team shark mixtape in advance to keep this team sharp for the most part it you know through the years and and and kind of a different way this this is what I think is so exciting and and encouraging about Ohio state when you talk about Ryan days ten year is I really believe that urban Meyer he he's one the great all time but I think that there was a intensity and a just a sort of a the heightened atmosphere in that building that really kind of ways on those guys you're in you're out it works to a degree but it but then sort of with that pressure building you you have these let down opportunities that that house they fall victim to and I will ride they've done he's loosen that building up he's a very I mean what look at that you miss all those coaches the coaches in the top four and now they're all very comfortable in their own skin they're all very comfortable who they are how they want to coach and a ride day is done in his own way and I think that's what I think so occurred in about this Ohio state team is is they're going to play with the same level of discipline they've always played with and yet Ryan day is going to have been a little looser than they've been with urban Meyer having more fun sort of.
