Inbound 50, the delays are coming from 202 and off the ramp from the BW Parkway on to New York Avenue after the Anacostia River Bridge. The left lane gets by the work. Southbound I -395 is the westbound freeway between Main Avenue and the Case Bridge. The right lane is blocked with South Capitol Street, also Rhode Island Avenue near the Rhode Island Avenue metro station. Stay to the right in both directions to by get the work causing the backup. Eastbound 50 in Maryland, delays from Cape St. Clair and St. Margaret's Road headed on to the eastbound span of the Bay Bridge. Right lane of 2 is blocked with the work.
