The cowboys inclusion raise a few eyebrows. Dallas has missed the playoffs in the past two seasons and finished last year. Six and ten good friendly third place in their own division so since gif is not doing so good today deserve to be in this game. Obviously my team did not deserve to get throng to the wool on opening solo stage. Night at go at defending champs at tampa bay the more i think about this the worse it gets because obviously my team has missed the playoffs. The last two years obviously the opening night game at least a playoff team against the defending champ. At least at the very least hits an arch-rival like a couple years ago we had green bay which had had a bad year the year before they were still a good team they were at chicago. It was an arch-rivalry right longest brought over in the sport. At least if you told me this was dallas at washington which is obviously not going to happen because neither is very good. But if you told me that. I'd say okay i gotcha but i've got this one because let's just think about my team as ginny just pointed out not only did it go only eight eight two years ago and miss the playoffs but it went six and ten last year and finished third finish third in one of the worst divisions in the history of the sport. If i write about that absolutely my defense last year was historically bad. Certainly for the first two thirds of the year finish just barely behind houston for yards rushing allowed mariah and. I think my team's going to be better this year. But i don't know that they're going to be better so in the end. What do we have here. And if i were a betting man. I would bet a lot of money on the bucks to cover eight because i think this should be a twelve point spread. I think i've already told you. I think it's going to be thirty five to ten because my team is in the wrong place at the wrong time. I still like my team to win. The nfc least as by default as the lesser of evils in the division. But it's unfair to throw them into this fire on opening night because they did nothing to earn the right to play on opening night and if they deserve to be there at least they could be competitive in this game and frankly unfortunately i don't think they will be competitive so it's completely unfair to my team to just hang an opening l. On them that they finished third in their division. How did they belong in this game. They don't belong in it except for the owner and his reputation and the magnitude the seat shining sea fascination with the dallas cowboys and i believe the ratings for opening thursday night. We'll be through the room. It at least for maybe three quarters when people say well i've seen or no pay us right. Maybe i f and go to bed so the more i think about this the worse it gets. It's just eating meat sticking in my craw. Because i'm saying how did we deserve to get embarrassed like this. "Missing the point of what's happening that naming the team. That's not what they're doing. They're not naming a football team their naming a brand they video even says making the brand they he's come out and said this is more than just football teams investments in other things this new stadium that the business is going to go in that stadium and you mentioned the dolphins with their extra businesses. That's part of this is well. It isn't just that it's not just a name of this thing. It's a broader term So again i think that's a lot of ways that's it. It's somewhat impressive with what they're doing relatively short amount of time in the sense that they've made it look professional operation at least from a pr perspective. Which is not something. That obviously was even close to happen here for most of the last twenty years So kudos to them for that and the things that you and i are talking about this you know maybe a little too cute and teasing whoever that is at least it is at least they are doing something so acknowledge that they need to appeal over people. They're trying to get parts of the fan base disappeared trying to get people engage. I mean how many times did we hear. Fans go crazy for jason. If for no other reason that. He's not bruce bruce allen never talked to anybody either obviously the recluse more or less like that. Don't happen to jason right. He's talking to them. People feel warm from that they feel welcome but it doesn't matter to them that it doesn't like it's all sort of a bit of a show cause that's a pr is it's a show. They're not really acting for their opinion. Yeah they're doing marketing surveys and test marketing and they're doing video they're showing fan they're not they're not wing the decision on what You know joe. Joe fan. "Yes i think size. The loved him as the offense coordinator rickey loved him. Rigaud after the whole george allen you know the offense which was you know so primitive bees. They so focused on defense and special teams. It was a a a breath of fresh air. When joe walton got there yet he he liked walton. I remember rigo telling me that before thighs. Men tweeted out coach. Joe walton pass today. He was my coach and my friend. He taught me how to play quarterback at the pro level. He touched so many lives whether it was in pro ball or at the college level. We all have a part of joe with us. Rest in peace pops. Joe walton of course was the jets head coach for for several many years to like six or seven years at the run with The jets is the head coach A really big time offensive. You know head coach and offensive mind in and profitable who finishes career as head. Coach at robert morris. College right outside of pittsburgh right. You know what that is. That is amazing isn't it. He was he went from the head coach of the jets to he was the offensive coordinator for the steelers. And then he was the head coach of robert morris college for how many years tommy a long time. I don't have a year hold on. I'm pulling up the thing here. It's sh nineteen seasons at robert loss for have so he coached and i'm looking at His head coaching record was fifty three fifty seven and one as the jets head coach from eighty-three through eighty nine michael. "Of a and what. I'm going to bring up that. I really talking to many people around. And now we're gonna talk about it on a podcast but it's all it's all good on. I'm an open book but I'm forty years old and about thirty forty one next month and for the last five years i have gout flare ups probably every three to four months and as i learned more about my body my health i make changes. I've been making changes for a long time It slowly getting. I think into a a healthier routine in part of it is because all have something like doubt that comes up to where i have to change the way. I'm eating things. I'm in like you know otherwise. It persists but interestingly i do have stomach issues a little bit and you'll at that the dow is probably from some stomach issues. And i also think from from research that it could being from stress as well. You're out has been a pretty stressful ordeal for a lot of folks and you know the last year especially i add three really bad. Gal flare ups You know one of which had me barely able walk for about a month. Something to where. I cut out allred meets. I've cut out salt for the most are in things like that. Read anything that. I've felt that you know could give me inflammation and i've done a pretty good job. But i get micro flare ups all the time to where it will hurt in like my big channel on either one of my feet or my knees. Which is the worst with flare ups that i've experienced anyways. But you know from from your experiences. How could somebody like me. Sort of low kit rigaud of that sort of thing Well first off thanks for. Thanks for sharing that. I know like back in the day. Old school tim. I didn't share nothing with nobody. And i was literally you know. Poop in blood for two and a half years in eating sums is 'cause i had acid reflux so bad and i was i had i had problems man. I had to have surgery to get an order room. So my health was in the crapper and You know. I went to this health institute in florida. Called the hippocrates health institute on i learned about detoxing nutritional. My buddy got tom. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Which is supposedly incurable. Blood cancer so anyway I've learned a lot since then. I left the financial services industry. Because what i learned not only transform my life i was able to reclaim my health like beyond one hundred percent. I can't even tell you how good i feel today at age. Forty seven ten years later but my friend who had this cancer still alive that he kicked cancers but with no chemo. No surgery no radiation And is pretty awesome and he started this journey when he was forty three and now here he is fifty three got to see a son graduate. And i know you've got three little kids like are they one two and three. They are one two and three two and three. That's awesome. that's pretty awesome. So you want you want to be around for them. You want to set a good example for them. And if if you're if you're full on with gout you're not going to be able to run on the beach. Play flag football with them. Mario absolutely not. I won't get his info it is. It is the worst thing that i've ever experienced for long periods of time. It's absolutely horrible. You can't shoes on time if you can get your shoes on. You can't really walk that much. It's it's insane in it lasts. Sometimes it can last very long time very painful. for you. enriches out there listening. Familiar with gala just a form of arthritis caused by excess uric acid that builds up in the bloodstream. Basically your body's getting to acid so it's again Otis this is just it. Goes back to everything that i've learned that. Starting at hippocrates health institute is led by food medicine. Medicine food In just getting educated on the body. So i'm really happy you're cutting out some of the meats me disase it into the body Breads that type of stuff. These are they turn into sugar right in your mouth. That's why we like bread so much now. There are some breads that you can't get into that in a minute. But so what's happened is your you know Any type of arthritis like this. Whether it scout or osteoarthritis rheumatoid arthritis. These people just have a high level of acid into their body. So what is that. While they're eating a lot of cooked and fried foods. Lots heavy heavy on the meets They're they're eating things like pop. Sugar sugary stuff breads Alcohol alcohol's it converts to sugar right in the mouth. That's why you see these alcoholics. They're really not alcoholics to sugar addicts and just put things in perspective. I talk about this all the time. People go look this up. Sugar molecules are almost identical in structure to cocaine molecule almost identical very similar except sugars. Three times it's it's it's harder to get people It's more addictive than cocaine. So just to put this to set the tone. They were so people. Understand what we're dealing with here. In the promise is our moms and grandmas have been dishes devout to us since we were kids. So it's hard to think that it's bad. My grandma gabe candy is like my grandpa used to fly down the our driveway in the summertime succumbing to oregon from south dakota van. The first thing i did was give them a hug. And then look under my grandpa seat because he had a bucket of candy in their right and so When i would recommend for you the number one thing while you actually brought something up that was very very awesome which is stress and a lot of times. People are looking for you know. Changing the food get started exercising. Do all this stuff but what are you doing to manage your stress stress it. I've seen people that have done ever all this other stuff right. They changed their diet. They take supplements. They cleaned the gut. They do this and that drink the right type of water and they still can't quite he'll in it's always the case. They have high stress life on an autistic child. High needs child. Special needs Devote a marriage is not working. They're sleeping in separate bedrooms on taking care of a aging parents. Alzheimer's dementia stuff like that. And it it's tremendous amount of stress building a business You know all these things that we have to deal with cova so number one no matter whoever's listening today the number one thing no matter what. Your health issue is is focused on your stress because this is something you can absolutely do. We've done it before right carter. We've done some breath work.
