Lori Loughlin's daughters shown in rowing photos released by prosecutors
"First things first without the Laurie Lachlan College scandal. Because there is new information out. There is new photos out okay. So we're getting our first look at the infamous rowing photos the daughters one that you see There's two photos it said to be a Libya. Jade and Bella both using these exercise rowing machine there among the exhibit submitted by federal prosecutors prosecutors claim. These are the photos taken by the couple to help get their girls into U. S. C. Just a reminder learner has been accused of paying five hundred thousand dollars to get their daughters into the school as a bribe in their trials scheduled it for October. They face a maximum of fifty years in prison in like millions of dollars in fines if they are found guilty. So new photos here. It's not it's the photos are not great right. Those are not good but to me. It's the actual verbiage in the emails that have also been released. That's where I think they're big trouble. Have you read some of the emails scripts near but we already knew about the emails scripts that we had already gotten bits and pieces of it. So there's no we really does good. He's telling his accounting good news. My daughter's in the USC bad news. I had to work the system. I mean that's like a full on admission yet but whenever you do anything they tell you do and work the system as best as possible. It's not about doing anything illegal. Working the system doesn't mean you know doing something illegal. He didn't say I did something illegal. Or I paid XYZ off. I feel like this is not as damning as we were told. It was going to be when we first got. The the proof of the pictures are the description of the pictures. It was paddles it was uniforms. It was these stage big. You know lit things and now I'm looking at this photo. I have three or four. Does in my own myself of me on a roy machine like this is that this is what Rick Singer. Who is that really work singer? He's the one who's been orchestrated this whole thing. He's the one that convinced all these parents to pay all this money. He specifically wrote an email to Massimo. Say Get pictures of the girls on an ER G in workout clothes like a real athlete as well like I say. I need this information for the PDF for transcript her test scores and then I need a portfolio basically saying that she is a rowing athlete and that it said it would help to get a photo on rowing machine. So they're complaining. The response was okay. Fantastic will get to you and then submitted that photo one month later so they did follow all the instructions senior gave him now. Does that show that Necessarily like yeah. You're right. Maybe not the most damning because it's all sounds or should by rick singer and they were like isn't GonNa get them off now. What defeated they were. But what might get them off because right now the case is no longer. Did they do something illegal? Remember Lori Massimo went back and filed a claim to dismiss the case because they said the investigator in Bullied ric singer into lying and also concealed evidence. If I am a lawyer which I talked to a lawyer this morning she said the prosecution. Put those photos out to distract from what's really going on right now. And it's the claim that they think that they will withholding evidence if a court in a judge and a jury sees that these investigators have withheld evidence. They could actually walk away from this. And I'm just we all know how. Pr Works we know when some heat's coming on as you know you just put out a photo here. Put out a photo there distract from what's really happening. I just think that that's what the investigators are doing. And it's not the photos that they said that they had. I mean I was waiting for like in a boat. I was looking for. Bodo of her in a boat with a panel. I will agree with that. I did think that the photos were going to be not just a workout clothes on a workout Roy. Wishy I thought Gary Agree. I thought it was GONNA be like fake like hails. The team that we were on Made it so big thought. The disposables are so bad but I think the problem is is that this is exactly what risk roofing are asked of them and he delivered it exactly And He seems to be whether he got completely fooled or he was In tuned to what was truly going on either way he followed the steps to get his kids into school that worked the system that went around the normal system right depending on how you know if they did withheld information withhold information. That really you know. Throw them off the court back. You throw a court system completely off. I think I think Lori is a very smart woman and so as Massimo and I think if they knew that there was no way to get out of this or when this case they would not spend the time the money in the resources on fighting this much but I have to believe that in their minds if they have an inkling of a doubt that this was done in the most professional way are that there was no malpractice when investigating something. They must know something they have to know something in Washington. The prosecution has not come out and said No. This was all done by the book. We were crude this in court. You will see every step of the way. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around that I would fight to. Yeah I mean I think it don't look good for them. I think they make up and I'm a little surprised that they are fighting. This far the evidence is stacked against them. I'm really worried about them. I'm worried about and the sense of you know just you know. They deserve to get punishment for what happened. But I really like fifty years in jail per person like her parent. That's like insane. I would hope that they would never get angry Close to that not for something like this. I don't think they're saying they didn't do anything wrong. But if somebody told me if I kidnapped someone and then I was getting charged for attempted murder first degree murder. I would fight it because yes I. Maybe I did wrong but I didn't do that. That is the point in. That's what the judicial system is four. It's they come to you with a charge. Make sure that it's proper that's just I think that's what is now the main thing and make sure you go about it. In a in a real way in a cohesive way by the book we are. We are trial by fire. But we want something that's fair. That's what they're doing. I really do I will. We will wait and see again. Goes the October so kimble affiliates been so long I actually had to like remind myself I kind of forgot about this whole light. College emission scandal. This one comes to us from Alex who says listen Hoffman being very contrite apparently in the courtroom. I give her credit because she could bailed he could have tried to come up with some story, and instead decided to plead guilty, and I dunno Kate. I think I think it's atrocious. What happened, but the fifteen thousand and then you re deeper into the details of what she was doing to help her daughter with the SAT's, and there's no excuse for it. But I would say they should lean. Little lighter on our letter pay the fine. And that's it. I mean ridiculous. This Rick singer. He's ready to throw everybody down the alley while he made all the money. So, you know, I don't know she pled guilty. She admitted that kind of stuff I'm just kind of thinking just let her do, you know, time just let her do some kind of community service for a couple of years if that's possible and forget the whole doing time. Yeah. You know? It's scary is it's a roll the dice. Can you imagine worried about that like and again, I don't feel sorry for her. Because they they knew what they did. They broke the law. I mean, they flat out cheated just got caught in this web. So she pays the twenty thousand dollar fine. Maybe she gets supervised release. You know, what for however long? She's going to be sentenced on September thirteenth in think of Martha Stewart member. All the jokes about camp cupcake. It's not a cupcake to do anytime. I can't imagine regardless, but this is a felony. So I'll be curious to see what the judge does in this case. I mean, they said the judge said do you realize what you're doing you're waving your rights here up? It was interesting as her daughter got an SAT score of fourteen twenty out of a possible. Sixteen hundred about four hundred points higher than her preliminary SAT exam a year earlier. So I don't know. She said she was ashamed of the pain she caused and all that sort of stuff, but you have this situation, and you have Lori singer pleading not guilty the other actress and they allegedly paid a boatload of money for their two daughters. So how does this all turn out? You know, you got me sentencing wise, it's just the judge depends on the judge and how the judge feels like feels as though, hey, it's a felony. And if it was somebody else would they get jail time, or what you know, kind of in one way kind of agree with you that just let them do community service and be serious about it and do something else. But in these other prisons, I mean a couple of years or something that would be insane. If that happened, but I can't read the tea leaves on it. You know, I just don't know just move to another one. This one is from Joseph who says Kate you should be glad that you don't live in the northeast anymore..

"Opposition leader one glide oh called for an uprising today against nNcholas Maduro, the president from from an airbase in Caracas, but that was several hours ago. And while there are hundreds or several thousand people on the streets in Caracas does not appear to be very violently. Snot right now. And again, we're still a few hours away from from sunset there in Caracas Venezuela. But right now John Bolton the national security adviser is speaking outside the White House. He just updated the president what's been going on at twelve thirty. We'll talk more about this. And at one o'clock, we're expecting to get an expert on to talk about what's going on in Caracas, and we can expect maybe what we can expect over the next several hours. It looks like the mastermind of the versity blues college admission scandal have ambitions far beyond sneaking. All those wealthy kids into great schools. He had a number of business ventures that he was fun. Funding had a bunch of people under his employees that he that. We're building these various ventures and in all honesty when you look through them. They don't appear to be. Dirty scammy style things that you would expect to Rick singer. I mean, this college varsity operation varsity blues investigation, obviously turned up some less than savory things like cheating on college entrance exams and lying about a kid's athletic ability to try to get them in a university. And then paying off the coaches as well, but some of the other things appear to be, you know, actual business ventures that he was interested. One of this one of them was this concierge service markets Asian students at US colleges. It was called. It was called. We got you. There's another that another program that would offer less expensive versions of his exclusive college, admissions coaching to the masses online, and then a third one was putting together a computer algorithm to develop a to analyze a student's athletic and academic ability, and then match them up to whatever college they should attend based on their abilities. This is a burgeoning market your daughter used one of these companies does. Yeah. Singer. But but in terms of. What are you interested in? What are you? You know, what sort of field of of? Study are you looking at and where are you willing to go? How much can you afford that sort of thing? And these in our case, it's a former college admissions officer who worked in high end school who knows the reputations of all of these other different schools around the country here, she Skype with her periodically. All right. And just sees how she's doing what the progress is Ben or these still the things that she wants to do places she wants to explore an olive that and just to keep in the scheduled. You know, make sure that you have this in place and Mark this on your calendar. Because I just remember going to the the place in high school where they had counseling offs read. They had all of those old college, brochures, some of them twenty years old and you'd flip through many back. Clemson what's that? You know, it was difficult because there's such a large amount of information for each school that you don't know how you would fit in the various different places. He also had an online addiction counseling service. He was developing life coaching for middle aged women and something called versatile PHD. He he was very busy. And the thing is I assume that a lot of the money that he was making from his main business, which appears to have been these, you know, admissions coaching into very exclusive schools and using his his his words using his side door to get people in this is where his money ended up going was trying to fund these other ventures invested nearly two point five million in two of his ideas. Probably millions more into the businesses. He was pursuing. So it seems like yeah, he was using the Laurie Lachlan's of the world and that dirty money to fund legitimate business enterprises. Yeah. And the one sort of common theme that we saw Rick singer have I don't know how much you used it for for operation varsity blues, but the one idea that he had was you can come up with or there should be developed a computer program slash algorithm. That can deter. Termine what school is right for your kid, and that kind of bubbled up into different, you know, it took different forms for these business ventures, for example, one of them was a computer based training program that would be teaching Chinese high school students soft skills time management navigating workplace relationships because in China, they don't teach that that's one version of a computer program to help people interact. Chris Lee was the the guy who kind of came up with this idea. He told the LA times he was introduced to Rick singer through mutual friend a couple of years ago. Other investors had passed on funding. His idea and Lee says he was taken aback when Rick singer expressed in credit interests over the next three years singer gave Chris Lee more than a million dollars to develop this used the money to make several hires including a team of software developers who are paid six figure salaries. Rick singer was said to be a patient investor. It's a crystal rush don't worry about revenue. Don't worry about the short term build be software. That's reliable. There was a there was a soccer coach in twenty seventeen that Rick singer convinced to evaluate the abilities of of his clients children, and he actually left his job as a city administrator in the city of west Sacramento to lead something called counting stars and the plan was to evaluate high school athletes using here it is again an algorithm to try to match them with their ideal. College says, you don't he hasn't. Remember how much singer put into the operation? But at one point he was paying six employees about two grand a month. He says of Rick singers investment, it wasn't chump change, but it wasn't millions of dollars. He says in July last year, he was on the golf course when Rick singer called him and he asked Phil right? When he expected this program counting stars to turn a profit. And when he told him the company needed until twenty twenty to get in the black. Rick singer was not such a patient investor. He said that's not fast enough. We're gonna shut it down the the athletic angle of this is also very important. Not only was he having Phil right us evaluating school athletes, using an algorithm. He purchased a popular basketball Jim in Oakland. And the the Jim happens to be the home base for a huge basketball traveling team powerhouse called the Oakland soldiers. And the idea was that they would open a trio of private high schools where elite athletes could train Florida, California and Colorado three major sections of the country. And the idea was that they were going to be able to have these basic instead of just faking it instead of having private high schools or whatever. That sort of alluded to the idea that they were getting the kids when in fact, they were putting all of their effort and energy into the athleticism of these of these athletes of these kids, you actually have high schools or facilities. I guess in this case that specifically were designed the emphasis was on athletics. As opposed to education. I'm sure they got something. But it wasn't going to be what was getting these kids jobs after high school. So a lot of ideas. And I think all of them are now, you know, they're free. Anybody else wants to pick them up because he's going to be busy for a while in card delivery service that what's next here? Gonna let Amazon get into your car. Put the stuff in there. This that. Millier any a little too intimate. And what else if they're going to leave in your car? What do you think they're going to leave in your car? Only anything in my car. Gary and Shannon. "Seems to be the mastermind this again, everything is alleged Rick singer. He was a bail independent college, admissions counselor. And he started doing that about twelve thirteen years ago, then about six years ago is apparently when he came upon this this this this scheme where he realizes that realize that schools have a couple of exceptions to the usual way of admitting students one is they would have designated slots for admission for up, particularly good athletes. So of course football team would get a number in the basketball team. But those would be too obvious. So he always he went towards these these miners sports. Cool water poll, and then approached those coaches knowing that these coaches aren't getting paid anything near where the head football. Coach would be getting paid and say, you know, hey, how would you like to make a couple of hundred thousand bucks, we'll send you somebody will send you an application for a student, and you designate that student as a recruited student for the crew for the sailing team for the water polo tennis team. And in tennis was one of the big ones because he also had working on this scheme. A couple of guys who ran a a tennis facility in southern California. Who would then say, oh, yes, this person is young man. Or woman is a, you know, accomplished tennis player, and they would put together, you know, this portfolio including kill sometimes. Photoshop photos, sometimes stock photos of other young people. And I understand that. But what you still makes you wonder doesn't it Bill how they got away with it. I mean, because even then while it's not a high profile sport would the other kids on the tennis team and their parents go that kid can't play at this level, something fishy. Here would never play. They would come up. This is gonna reading between the lines of the indictment today would say, oh, we got injured. But they're admitted now, and they they quit the team. They can't force them to play. They weren't scholarship athletes that were just admitted. So as long as the parents paid the Twitchen they were admitted, they you know, they stay in the school. What do you think of this for a penalty? Carol you're on WGN. What did you say you're on the air? I was just going to mention that the stars and movie stars or screen stars that has been accused of paying money to get their kids into those schools that in fact, they should then be fine. Fine to find kids that have legitimately passed the test to get in. And then they have to pay a four year tuition for them. Somebody else said this Villier. Thank you. Carol bill. You're on WGN. "Chris on it's the average American into the great American on this glorious Friday. The actress scandal mommy's we're in court on Wednesday. That would be Felicity Huffman and Laurie Lachlan, and they were in a courtroom on Wednesday asking actually they were asked questions, and they said, they knew the rights. They didn't enter please all of this is at the is the aftermath if you will the sexy part of this suit really now begins all of this is trace back to a man by the name of William Rick singer, who ran this scheme where parents could pay enormous amount of money to get their little boy or little girl into a great college, in some cases athletic scholarships, even if little Johnny or Jill didn't play any sports at all. Or there was also alleged cheating on interest entrance exams Huffman and her husband who is another actor Woody mates Macy paid fifteen thousand dollars to get one of their daughters. Unlimited time for SAT tests. Prosecutors say so you have bribing you have falsification of records. You've got all the juicy stuff that makes up a federal probe that has involved. I believe in excess of fifty people that may be more than that some of that would know better than I is Sema ir. She has an anchor at court TV or soon will be as that particular television network launches in may, but you've seen her before on ABC and FOX and on court TV and several other places and she joins us now here on seven hundred wwl WD to talk about exactly what this may lead to for the actress scandal, mommies and Laurie. Welcome to seven CM. I'm sorry. Welcome to seven hundred wwl w how are you on this Friday? Great to be in Cincinnati, briefly, a bearcat. So I'm really like to be back. No standby. You were you went to the university of Cincinnati. Maybe. Yes. I went there for college for a little while. I did. And I loved it. I'm a huge Matty fan. Well, we need those teams out here on all that goods. Can find. They've definitely busted my bracket. It's so. Yeah. Absolutely. But now, I'm so thrilled to be logged your intro about the actress. Mommy Gandalf, so why? Yeah. You want to get into it. Right. Yeah. Well, I mean this gives it a little bit of sexiness. Because other than that, it's a bunch of rich people trying to scam their way or their kids into college. But I mean, you've got lower Laughlin, and Felicity Huffman, and all of a sudden, they become the face of this thing, and they were on Wednesday when they were in court. See they were just caught up in something that sounded good. I don't think they were like at the forefront of this. But the surly makes it a very very hot topic. I think they were equally culpable the other parent thirty three parents altogether. And they may be the most well known, but there are certainly just as involved Louis Laughlin allegedly her and her husband allegedly paid half a million dollars to get their two daughters to USC Hoffman. Hurry with fifteen thousand for her child. SAT score to be bumped up four hundred point something, I certainly could've used when I was in high school and listen altogether. These women are facing twenty years in prison if you put all the charges together furious. I don't need will part of this was also, and I think this involved Lori Loughlin, I believe it was they were getting full scholarships. In other words, whether daughters was getting a rowing scholarship, and she never I don't think she got an canoeing or life. Let alone. Right. The two Laurie law firm to daughter never rode a boat or any other object in their life. They were made it to the wind cruising. That's right know, what you know. I mean, you see a lot of this. You've seen a lot of listen in. What makes people think they can get away with this mcbrayer? What are they? Yeah. I think that's a tricky question. I'll tell you that. And I say this just from being in, you know, the the news John Reid. In addition to practicing law for the last died, two decades. I think there's something that shifts with people when they become celebrity they their personalities their demeanor. Something happens to people when they get that much attention. And then they become or they feel that they are on catchable. They feel that they don't have to play by the rules at the rest of us regular working people. Do I really believe that I really truly do think that they thought, you know, these women along with the other people involved in all the other parents. They just really thought that listen this world is competitive they had the money to give their kids an upper hand. So why why not well? Yeah. I mean, truthfully. I can money changes everything it doesn't really matter. Whether you're a celebrity or not, I mean money changes the way people live the way, they you know, what they do who they associate with. And I think that's that could be traced to just human nature. But I think what it leads to something like this. You are so separated from reality that rather than give some what was it fifteen thousand if I were you know, what I would do if I was Huffman I would given the kid a check for fifteen thousand and say go do what you gotta do. You may not get into college. But here's fifteen grand put it down payment on a car. Do whatever you want. And if it's a half million dollars, and you're paying that kind of money to get your kid in school. Maybe your kid doesn't belong in school. Give them the money. Instead. Bringing up. I think societal issue that a lot of people just want that college degree, right? A lot of people are not going to pet but their children did not graduate from college. Whether it clash it class issue, or that is issue that may be at the crux of that particular argument will I think you're right. But I do I mean, you know, you got a lot of people to go to college, and they wind up doing nothing with their lives except spending money. That go try and find a plumber when you're pipes break on a Saturday afternoon. Those. The money L on applete. I know that I've had plumbing issue. I know my guy makes show us. Oh this. So so so the Laughlin in Huffman, I mean, conceivably they could face jail time, right? So here's the deal date each of the charging has a maximum penalty of five years, but combined the max looks like twenty years, however, a few days ago, and I believe this was Wednesday deadline reported that they had a source that indicated that both of these women would be serving some type of time, but it would be in the form of a plea bargain. So it'd be less than five years, and they were looking at a range of six months to two years. So that seems to be the latest now court TV can't confirm this gets reporting. But it is at least something that I did discover in terms of AT bargaining talk. A lot of people are a lot of people feel oh Loy Laughlin listening. There's no way they're gonna see inside of a jail. Sal bought I buried tone up and and ten you're different. You know, he court in. Federal court our world apart. Okay. I don't play day if you were arrested in federal court Dame over they have the evidence, they're not fishing around. So looking for evidence, they have it all, and you know, like, you said an intro. They have at the ringleader, Mr. Williams singer, he already he already pled guilty. He is cooperating presumably so he has all of the information the documents text messages emails phone calls that corroborate to there's evidence here. It's not just hearsay Felicity Huffman in jail that would be shameless. That'd be about that housewife reviews. But I got it. Now. Okay. So where does this go? They were in court on Wednesday didn't enter enter please. I guess that's the next the next step on this, right? Yeah. That's just a typical procedural thing that the case goes on they'll be discovery turned over to the defense attorneys all the plea negotiations. Yeah. They may consider. Here's the other issue that maybe they'll consider trying to get them. These women and other defendants to flip against each other to provide more information. That's another thing that beds often day with a give them something called a Queen for a day, and they bring them in and they proper them and say, hey, what other information do you have? And they also a test, for truthfulness is this person being truthful. Do does this person have remorse, and maybe that's a plea could go forward, but keep in mind. This investigation is not over new investigations have been opened the federal department of education has sent letters to aid colleges where coaches are alleged to have taken bribes. So this could open up even more indictments. It's kind of like. A modern day. Paul manafort. Oh my God. That's my favorite story of all. My favorite. Yeah. Oh, yeah. I've I'm I'm a big Muller Manafort Russia. I can't I can't tell you. I just I get totally caught up in that. So please still to come. Then there'll be trials and all that. And and as you mentioned, they both may be looking at at least some time in jail for the rest of the people and involve all this. I again, I think your headline is is correct on this money shouldn't buy you privilege, but it does fame shouldn't buy you privilege, but unfortunately, does in in this world, and maybe with regards to this and what we just saw with Manafort with Cohen and all that. I mean, eventually it'll catch up to you. There's no I always tell my client. I've told I've always been my mind, you will get caught maybe not for this one of the next, but you will get another twist to this case there has not been any charges for the students, and I find that to be disturbing because listen there are fifteen year olds who get charged with murder and then instead of going to juvenile court. They are in adult court and there'd be they're being treated the same as thirty year old. Yeah. Right. So these kids big honesty school. They know they didn't have the scores. They know they are not supposed to be on the rowing team. But yet they're not being charged. Not yet. So Sima ir anchor on the new court TV court TV dot com. What this is in may. What are we going to see when all that debuts? Oh my God. Twenty four hours a day totally devoted to bringing Justice to your front door. It's going to be quite a wild ride. I hope everybody in Cincinnati joins us. "Doing this show. Live old stump brewing company for our next gas. Bruce in Pomona this Friday. Okay. So we're going through this college admissions bribery scandal and the guy at the center of it was the one wearing the wire Rick singer is his name he is considered cooperating witness won a phone call of June of last year. He describes the scene the scheme excuse me on how they do this. So he says, okay. So who we are what we do is we help the wealthiest families in the US get their kids into school every year there. A group of families especially for from where I am right now in the bay area Palo Alto. They want guarantees they want this thing done. They don't want to be messing around with this thing, and they all want in at certain schools. So what I do is I opened side doors there's a front door, which means you get in on your own the back doors through institutional, advancement, which is ten times as much money. So I think that's like putting your name on the medical school or whatever. And then he says, and I've created this side door, and because the back door when you go through institutional, advancement is, you know, everybody's got a friend of a friend or who knows somebody? But there's no guarantee my family's want guarantee. So if you said to me, here's our grades. Here's our scores. Here's our ability. And we want to go to ex school you give me one or two schools, and I'll go after these schools and get a guaranteed done. So by the by the time the summer of her senior year before her senior year, hopefully, we'll have this thing done, and in that fall, you already know she's in it's done and you make a financial commitment. It depends on what school you want may determine how much that actually is. Yeah. So there's two prongs to the his plan. There's two prongs that make up the side door thing that he's done. One of them would require the parents to get have their kids have their students. Get extra time on these college entrance exams, the SAT or the ACT, and they do that by having him diagnosed with a fake learning disability or simply requesting extra time it cetera. By the way, that was that was the part that pissed off my daughter the most when I was explaining to her yesterday the extra time get extra time or they do it in a private environment. The second thing is or isn't that that testing aspect of it this cooperating witness one Rick singer, Rick? He would bring in his own Proctor to these private or semi private areas are places that these kids were taking their tests, and those proctors would either help the kids on the test or alter the answers after they took it to give them. A better score. The second aspect of it was the parents would create fake athletic profiles. This guy had a whole formula for this fake athletic profiles for their kids which included in some cases, photo shopping their kids faces onto people who are actual athletes, which would then allow college coaches and administrators who were getting paid off get their kids into the school as athletic recruits. I mean, just the fact that this is the way that's the way it's working goes beyond anything that we saw in terms of just a here's a million bucks for the building that you need Ron Ron actually wrote in with a question and he says, hey with a private university US's. In example, what laws were violated. I mean, certainly, this is a moral issue. But what laws would be violated that would require the FBI, of course, dealing with interstate crime. And the testing is just one example of that the testing where they were fraudulently coming up with these with these test scores a lot of times, they were flying to different states to do it and the money, obviously would cross state lines. They're using mail fraud mail fraud, clearly for that sort of thing the Henry as parents wanted to get their daughter into Georgetown. But the feds realized as they were digging around in this investigation that she was awful at tennis. This is from the court. This is from the court filing the Henrikus. Daughter daughter's application was submitted to Georgetown, in addition to the falsified essay the application falsely indicated she played club tennis all through high school listed her as having a top fifty ranking in the United States Tennis Association. And then the footnote in the legal documents says at her best she appears to have ranked two hundred and seventh in northern California. And the under twelve girls division with an overall win loss record of two and eight. That's only two more wins than I had by the way, her dad. Her dad is the CEO of some huge hedge fund. I think it's called Hercules capital. He had to step down because Hercules capital stocks started dropping yesterday when his name when his name was involved in this. "To this guy named Rick singer to help juice their kids chances some of that was by helping them kind of get great test scores because Rick singer would kind of have his guy go in take a test for the students or fix their answers on task while a Proctor was looking the other way, the other main way was that Rick singer would bribe college coaches to pretend they were recruiting kids as athletes who were not athletes them get into the college two of the parents accused in this case Oscar nominee actress, Felicity Huffman, full house store.
