"Presented by indeed dot com. Einstein in Washington. Well, there was a pause on the Senate floor after lawmakers passed a landmark climate and healthcare bill. Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer. I am confident the inflation reduction act will endure as one of the defining legislative feats of the 21st century. Our Bill reduces inflation, lowers costs, creates millions of good paying jobs and is the boldest climate package in U.S. history. Florida Republican Rick Scott is not so impressed with the legislation. He told face the nation. And these plans are pushing us into a recession. So I think we've got to stop raising taxes. "Harry, what's your title? I suppose it'll be a vice president of news and talk programming, but here at cpac, I'm best known as the only person in the entire convention that does not have either pants or a shirt or both made out of an American flag. Well, come on, get one, get with the program. Where's your flag? No, I feel naked here. It's unbelievable. You told me. You texted me today. Two things that just cracked me up. First of all, you said, you don't want to miss Marjorie Taylor Greene's session. It's called I'll take my committee back, please. And then you said that there's a, I guess, a session called the invasion with both Myra Flores and Carrie Lake. Is that true? That's right. Yep, Carrie Lake is flying in right after her victory in Arizona yesterday. In the GOP primary and she and Myra Flores who you've had on the show before Mike and you know very well from the Rio Grande valley, they are going to have this place exploding today. But it doesn't take much. I mean, Mike lindell is making a speech, Rick Scott, the U.S. senator from Florida has got a plan to rescue America. He's going to reveal JD Vance is here from Ohio that he's going to be talking about the rise of the hillbilly, which would be him. And then tonight, our mutual friend Larry O'Connor is hosting the annual cattlemen's ball here in Dallas at cpac and the guest speaker is Steve Bannon.

I'm Christopher Cruise in Washington, the Senate has been in session all weekend with Democrats trying to work on a bill they hope will help them win voters in November. Big spending bill with ambitious energy talks and climate goals, Oregon's Ron wyden list drug price relief among the goals. Lower cost for seniors reduce climate emissions help for working families. That's what this is all about Republicans are trying to block or at least delay it. The effect of the tax increases on business will be passed down to people make blow a $100,000 a year. Just think about, does that make sense to you? Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Tom CBS News Washington. The Republican Frontrunners for 2024
"David, yesterday to Washington Post poll, we have one minute. Post pulled its pundits. If Trump doesn't run, what's the order of succession? And I put desantis crews tied for third cotton and Pompeo in fourth place. Tim Scott and fit place Rick Scott, let's say you to my top 5, which is really 6. Yeah, look, I think that that is a generally a good order. I mean, we could spend hours breaking it down. I feel like after Trump, it begins desantis and then everybody else. But as I often say with campaigns, you can not assume and it's human nature to just do this. You can not assume that where somebody begins with a number is where they're guaranteed to end. Now,

"We're following for you today, top story overall, is the Senate. Still in session at this hour with Democrats pushing to get a final vote on their $740 billion economic package. The early morning session highlighted by a voter Rama on amendments to the bill currently on one to expand the border patrol offered by Florida Republican Rick Scott. More on all this from WTO's Mitchell Miller on Capitol Hill. The Senate's number two Democrat, dick Durbin, says Republicans are criticizing legislation that will drop the price of prescription drugs and help Americans with healthcare. All the speeches notwithstanding, they refuse to vote for a provision which will actually lower families living cost. But Texas Republican John cornyn says spending more money won't bring down inflation. And he's critical of democratic senator Joe Manchin for brokering the deal that led to this legislation. The senator from West Virginia has engaged in a gigantic Olympic worthy flip flop. Democrats have sought Manchin support for close to a year, and now that they have it, believe they're finally going to get approval of this bill. On Capitol Hill, Mitchell Miller, WTO, news. A tough new abortion ban takes effect in Indiana next month, debo was signed into law early yesterday by governor Eric holcomb hours after it passed in the Indiana Senate. After passing through the house, the Senate immediately requested a vote to see if they approved the changes. Hours of additional testimony perceived the eventual vote that ended 28 to 19 in favor. The new bill now declares that women will have ten weeks to get an abortion if they were raped or a victim of incest regardless of age, a woman could only get a procedure up to 20 weeks if their physical health is in danger, it does not include the mental or psychological health. Rick Scott: A Lot of People Don't Want to Talk About the Tough Issues
"Feel that most Republicans on Capitol Hill are comfortable talking about this? Because it seems as if some members are just always playing into the left's narrative when it comes to these issues. I think in politics, I think a lot of people don't want to talk about the tough issues. But that's what we get elected to do, right? And we've got to talk about the tough issues. We've got to lead, and not everybody's going to agree with this. And you know what? They could be right. So let's go talk about it and talk me out. I mean, for example, we have CRT classes at West Point. We have 6 million man hours in the military that have been dedicated to this stuff. And so now it's at the top levels of our military. Right. No, it's pervasive. This woke mentality is pervasive. It's in our companies. It's in our military. So our military has one job. People will be the most lethal force in the world to be able to defend our freedoms. That's their job. Our federal government really has two roles in my opinion. Make sure you have a military, the confederates, and do a good job on commerce, and get to leave them daylights out of our lives. Especially when the federal level, yes. But government should be as local as you can. Yes. People come to me all the time say, well, the federal government ought to do this. How did that become a federal issue? I might care about the issue, but that should be done at the city, the county or the state, it shouldn't be a federal issue.
"rick scott" Discussed on The Charlie Kirk Show
"Hey everybody, Tana Charlie Kirk show. We sit down with senator Scott from Florida. We don't agree on everything in this conversation, but I certainly do appreciate somebody that puts together a plan that's willing to say what they believe and then defend it. He came here with no notes, and honestly, he said, ask me anything. I want more politicians to do that. We agree on most everything, honestly, but we certainly disagreed on Ukraine and I pressed him a little bit on it. I think that spirit disagreements, what keeps our country strong. Get involved with turning point USA as well. TPUSA dot com. So enjoy this conversation with senator Rick Scott from Florida and I'd love your thoughts on it, freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com, enjoy. Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk's running The White House folks. I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy, his spirit, his love of this country. He's done an amazing job. Building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, turning point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. Brought to you by the loan experts I trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific mortgage at Andrew and Todd dot com. With us is senator from the great state of Florida, senator Rick Scott. Where you are today. That's right. And you have thousands and thousands of thousands and thousands of young people and senator, I don't think you get the credit you deserve of laying the conservative foundation in Florida. You are a great governor before now that you are a senator. And so in trying to be a good guy. No, you're wonderful. It's hard up there. Yeah, I know. How is it different, by the way, running a state versus being part of a clown car? Well, you know, I built companies. And so I gave myself the title of CEO. Hired me. And so you get the CEO, you get to run things and governor you get to run things up there. You don't get to run anything. And it's completely dysfunctional. I mean, you know, my 8 years as governor, I never talked about party. I never talked about being a Republican. I talked about solving problems, okay? Up in D.C., it's all partisan. It's guys like Chuck Schumer wouldn't even talk to me. I mean, the only thing every time it brings up my name is when he attacks me on the student floor. So what we've got to do is we're going to go be problem solvers, right? As a business guy, you don't have a choice of saying, I don't like your politics. You say, so how do we solve the problem for customer? And that's why I try to do as governor. What do you think is the root of a lot of that dysfunction? I mean, I think one, it makes good TV. And two is just who we've elected. I think here's what I think about. I think you've got to have the present, the governor and the mayors have the biggest pulpits, right? And so you've got to have governors, presence of mayors that say, I'm going to focus on issues. Not be divisive. And if you look at Biden, he's divisive. He said, remember, he said he was going to be this unit or whatever he called himself. He's not at all. He attacks people. He attacks me. I mean, I just put out a plan to say, let's figure out how we rescue this country. And he attacks me. I mean, why would you attack you? I'm just curious, what did he say? I mean, he just said there's Rick Scott once to raise everybody's taxes. No, you know what I said? I said, if you're able bodied, right? You ought to go to work. Don't be dependent on government. Don't, I mean, you shouldn't be in public housing. I lived in public housing growing up. You shouldn't be on food stamps, okay? Unless you're working. So if you look, if you have a job and you don't get paid enough, I get it. But if you want to sit at home, that's wrong. We're on this together. It's really, really rich to get an attack from Biden about raising taxes. As he is the worst inflation ever, which is a tax on the American economy. And we will tax right now. So I want to talk about your plan because I first want to compliment you. You have a plan. That actually step one. Yeah, that takes a spine to do because it means you're going to have to defend certain things and disagree on certain things. And to be honest, I don't know if I agree or disagree on the issue. Both ways. I'll be honest because I could see some people that might have to pay more and at the same time, I think it is moral to have everybody invested in society. But we could talk about that. But I want to compliment you because one of my big complaints against GOP leadership is no one knows what the heck they stand for. So before we any further, why is it that you haven't been a senator for very long 2018, right? You come up with this plan. Why isn't this been done before before we get into some of the details? Well, I think I'm the only fortune 50 CEO than the Senate and partially you know in business is actually what you have to do. You have to write a plan and then you build a management team. You've probably done that here, right? At a smaller extent. But you build a plan, okay? You go get investors, right? And then you build a team around that. That's what we should be doing. And so we ought to, if we want to get something done, if I say, if I came to you and said, Charlie Charlie, I want to shoot an invest in me in my race, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I actually sure, you know, if I want to get anything done, what do you think? But that's what most candidates say though. And it's a remarkable. We shouldn't be doing that. I agree. And then hold us accountable. We should say, this is what we're going to do, and then hold me accountable. What I ran for governor, I said, I won my race by saying I have a 7 step plan to 700,000 jobs over 7 years. Okay? This state, people forget, and when I ran in ten, for governor, this state had lost 800,000 jobs in four years, home prices had dropped in half. 1.1 million homes from foreclosure, they were raising tuition 15% plus inflation. And so people said, oh gosh, a guy's got a plan to fix things. Maybe I'll elect that guy. And we did. That's a Florida lot of us don't remember. No, kind of right now it's the gold rush Florida where it's just endless boom and but that was in 2010. Wow. So as soon as I got elected, I met Rick Perry didn't know him, but Rick Perry had been the gold standard for the operation. So I went, I saw rickett and event and I said, Rick, I might tell everybody I'm gonna kick your butt. And so he says, oh, good, I act like I'm worried. And so we did press conferences together and all this stuff. And we just, you know, sort of trash talk to each other's state. And we will say, we added the private sector in my ears, it had 1.7 million jobs to earn over 200,000 jobs a year, became number one higher education by guess what? We had a plan. I said, you're not going to raise tuition, and I'm going to pay you based on whether kids get jobs and how much money they make. Yes. What did you think about school? One, I didn't enjoy going to school. I only went to school because they're going to pay me more money. Yes. Well, I mean, I grew up in Illinois, so I certainly didn't enjoy anything about my public school. But it was way too bloated. I was born there, but I left early. Yeah, you were smarter than I was for while I was there for about 18, 20 years. So you have this plan. That's actually the first pillar of your plan. Education, you say on your plans website rescue America dot com. Our kids will say the Pledge of Allegiance salute the flag, learn that America's a great country and choose the school that fits that best fits them. This is an 80 90% issue. Right. And it's pretty basic. So what could the potential pushback against that be? Well, first off, you know, the government wants to decide what school you go to, right? First off, you pay the taxes. It's your money as a parent. You give it to government and then government says, well, no, you have to go to this school and we're going to teach you that if you're one skin color, you're an oppressor and another skin color you're oppressed. And by the way, we're going to teach you that this is a racist country. That's not true. I mean, our founding fathers created the greatest greatest country we've had more success in this country than in places in the entire world. And so we ought to learn. This is the greatest country ever. Ever, there's nothing nobody close second. Number two, number two, say the pledge of legions. You know, I got married and really young. I got married in 19, so I already have grandkids. When my four year old grandson, we were in the end of it, and they said, oh, we'll give you sick if you say the Pledge of Allegiance. I didn't know he knew it. He did. So, I mean, I mean, think about how it makes you feel as a grandparent. That's when people are know they already know we're the best country. We believe in this country. We're going to make it better. And so, I mean, and you ought to choose as a parent. And so talk about Florida's education model. Because at one point at Florida's education was not the best. And now it's basically standard. Yeah, I agree. And I'm not a fan of Jeb Bush. I'll be very honest. But no, he deserves credit for it. I hear this all the time. It's the best thing the Bush family has done the last 20 years. Here's what he did right though. Okay, we would all disagree on exactly how you would do the measurement, but he created a measurement system. When did he like 2000, 2000? So he was in 12 years before me, all right? So that was 1998. Wow. Yeah. So he got, yeah, so he got elected in 8 because Chris got elected in 6000 again. Did you hear about the Republican, the Democrat and the independent that walked into the bar and it's one guy? He says, hi, Charlie. Exactly. Not this Charlie. Charlie Crist. But no, what he did was he created a measurement system, and then because parents then parents started looking at which school do I want to go to. So when I became governor, the best school district in the state was St. John's county. It had unbelievable growth of all these young families because they want their kids to go the best schools. So think about it. It forced our schools to get better. And so in the higher education, what I did is I paid for results and paid with 11 universities, 8 of them were getting no money. It was up to a $100 million a year and it was tied to do you get a job, how much money you make and what's it cost you get a degree. So we stopped the tuition increases and people said, we're going to focus on where the jobs were. Because when you go to school, that's what you expect. I mean, so it was a good job. It was great to be the governor. It was a good job. So you put education. You should run for governor. I should? Yeah. He would like it. And we got a whole slate in Arizona already running. That's quite a race. But you put education first. Tell me why. Is that? Is there a hierarchy to the order? Well, I look at my life and how did I get ahead? Wonderful mom lived in public housing. She said, you're going to get ahead because you're going to go get an education and you're going to go to work. And so I think the most important thing you can do for somebody is get them a job, but they got to get an education first. So if you want to build it, if you want to build a country, if you want to build anything, you got to give people great foundation. And it's education. Look gathering around the table. It's been a catalyst for change since the beginning of time. Meals matter. Let me say that again, meals matter and who you're eating with really matters and what you're eating also matters. Look, it starts with a table and time together, and good ranchers, a beautiful company, their mission is to bring people to the table. And we want people to know that. They want to make those moments around the table easy and accessible and delicious is what they do. It's what they deliver in every box. Good ranchers is giving you $30 off your order plus free shipping. Shipping is a huge cost that they are covering for every customer so that value can be emphasized with $30 off their order..
Senator Rick Scott Discusses the Dysfunction of Federal Government

Richard Baris and Charlie Discuss the RNC Autopsy Report
"Are reminiscing on a previous program. About the RNC's autopsy report. Do you remember that back in 2012? Yes. Yes. The whole thing? Yeah, and so we were reminiscing about reince priebus and all of that. And I've always gotten along with Ryan. It's not, it's not a slight it hits. I would have done things differently than him, but that's okay. And they said, we are going to lose Florida. We're going to lose all these states. Remember, Florida had senator Nelson, Democrat? Yes. Bill Nelson? That's right. Obama won it in 12, right? This was a blue state. And so over ten years, what is it from a policy perspective though, Richard that has now turned this into incredibly more Republican than Georgia? Yeah. Yeah, I'll tell you. That's a really good question. The answer is really interesting. And the autopsy was like a $1 million piece of it. It was total nonsense. You know, the bottom line is when you're going to increase your appeal to working voters, family voters. It's not going to be isolated within one race, right? And that's something they missed in that autopsy, but honestly, in Florida, the interesting thing Bill Nelson, he used to be thought of as a moderate. So he could do well. He was an astronaut, right? He was a national hero. Astronauts can be beaten, just ask Mark Kelly. That's right. Just don't tell Mark Kelly, but yes. And by the way, Mark Kelly's leading by roughly the same margins that Bill Nelson was leading Rick Scott by until we called Rick Scott, the giant killer. Back then, because that's he would always come in with these 40% favorability rating and yet topple these people that are supposedly unbeatable.
Why the Constitution Still Matters on Guns
"Headline writers came up with the headline what the center wants after evolving. Now I do not presume to speak for the center. I am center right and there are many, many people to my right and 60% of the country that my left I'm probably in the 70% range on most issues. For example, I do not believe in constitutionalizing the status of the fetus in the womb. It's a matter of state law, the police power, it's not a matter of the constitution, that upsets many of my pro life allies. I believe as a Catholic that it's life at conception, but I don't believe it's in the constitution or within the federal government's authority to say so. And I always begin with the constitution, so I begin in this piece with the constitution. I quote. On what can conservatives and liberals agree in the aftermath of the massacre in Texas. Let's begin with justice Antonin Scalia, with what he wrote in 2008, D.C. versus Heller decision, a case affirming an individual's right to bear arms. Nothing in our opinion should be taken to cast doubt on long-standing prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms and sensitive places such as schools and government buildings or laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms. That's the majority of decision in Heller, that is our understanding of the Second Amendment, the majority understanding and the one that has endured. It's now been incorporated to be a different case to the states. That was about a federal law so it needed incorporation. It's an individual right. It may not be abridged, et cetera
The White House Rejects Funding for School Police Officers
"Can you play cut number ten for me, please? Cut number ten. And when it comes to when it comes to schools and I don't know what he said specifically about schools, I know there's been conversation about hardening schools. That is not something that he believes in. He believes that we should be able to give teachers the resources to be able to do the job that they're meant to do at schools. Karine Jean Pierre rejecting from The White House press secretary's podium, the central idea that everyone could agree on on which there might be able to form a consensus around. As was happened when the drinking age was raised to 21, it was done so via the spending power, which is a constitutional exercise offering the state's funding in exchange for a drinking age. Of 21. The feds could offer school funding for armed police on campus, and I believe we need to at all 131,000 K through 12 public and private schools in America. And you could fashion a model statute the passage of which and governor now senator Rick Scott got one through in Florida after Parkland, the passage of which would unlock that money.
Where Will the Senate Go on Guns?
"I got to say on special report last night with Mike Emanuel after then Dominic praised the selection of John cornyn and expressed doubt that anything could happen. I got to say this cut number 11. Hugh, what are your expectations as lawmakers get together to discuss a possible path forward? Well, I want to agree and disagree with Ben Mike. I think John cornyn is the perfect person having served on the state Supreme Court of Texas. I think he also at the consult with Rick Scott, who is governor of Florida. He's now senator from Florida. Passed legislation in the sunshine state in the aftermath of the Parkland massacre. But I do think there is a path forward if expectations center on how do we protect the innocent children like those and you've all against monsters like those that came. And that usually means armed police who are well trained on the campus before the monster arrives. And I think if they follow the model from mad back in the days when the drinking age went to 21, federal dollars in exchange for state legislation, those federal dollars for the police on the campuses, would I think get some states to study seriously. The Florida model and others. But I've got to say, President Biden took us all backwards today by bringing 9 millimeter handguns into the discussion because there is simply no consistent anywhere for denying people the right don't hand that. It doesn't exist.
Is Biden Preparing to Give Sovereignty of America to the WHO?
"Show. Folks, welcome back. I'm talking to dean. Michelle bachman used to be congresswoman Michelle bachmann now. Michelle bachmann, you're the dean of the Robertson school of government at regent university. What we're talking about is obviously unconstitutional, unprecedented. And most people living their lives just can't believe that the people in leadership that they've elected theoretically could be so profoundly ignorant or just evil that they would turn the nation over to strangers to bad actors to people like the head of WHO, it seems impossible are senators like, you know, the good guys out there, Josh hawley and company, there's a number of senators and congressmen, Jim Jordan, who I would expect would be on this. Do you have any sense of any of them are talking about this? These are very good guys, but in their defense, I think a lot of them have no idea. We're all blindsided by this. It's not easy to get to them quite honestly. They've got a phalanx of staff in front of them. And the staff knows everything. The staff and these congressional Senate offices, most of them are 25 years old and know everything. And so it's tough to penetrate that wall that surrounds a member of Congress. But nonetheless, we have to try. We have to do everything that we can. I know senator Rick Scott, I spoke with his chief of staff, senator from Florida. And spoke to him, sent him information. Rick Scott tweeted over the weekend that he is in opposition to the who taking sovereignty over the U.S.. So it starting to penetrate. But that's not a big deal that Rick Scott, we would expect he would be opposed to somebody taking over sovereignty of the U.S.. We would expect anybody who's not an idiot or a communist to be opposed to this. So big deal, the question is, what does Rick Scott and his fellow senators going to do about it? I mean, that's a little bit. And again, what they have to do is they have to kick and scream and they need to throw a tantrum on the Senate floor in the house, floor and say, look, you're not getting another vote out of us. We're not even going to vote. Until you withdraw those amendments, you bring those amendments here in the House floor and the Senate floor. We're going to take a look at them. We're going to tell the American people what they say. And that's what people need to do. Read these amendments. A lot of what the amendments do is scratch out the right of the U.S. to have our unilateral authority. Instead, that authority is given over to the director
Will the 2024 Republican Presidential Field Be Trump vs Everybody?
"No, I want to turn to The Washington Post column I have up this morning over at the landing page. Trump hovers, but the numbers of his likely rival grows. I divide would be 2024 people into three bags, ultra maga, maga light, and everybody else. And a few candidates like Ron DeSantis, Tom cotton, Mike Pompeo, Rick Scott, Tim Scott, Ted Cruz. They can do all three of those groups. What do you think about my general categories? Those are people like youngkin and Nikki Haley. And everybody else, Chris Christie, who's coming up next hour and Mike Pence and people like that. Fair enough tax hominy, taxonomy. I think it's a useful text on me. I kind of look at the erasers divided into two candidates or two groups. One is Trump than everybody. Everybody is. Yes, that's true. And so so much rise on what president Trump decides to do in 2024. I think he's leaning toward running at the moment, but that could change. If his president Trump, he likes to change his mind, I am provided. But I think it's important for the other candidates you mentioned here not to be deterred by the prospect of a Trump candidacy. If you really believe that this is your moment, the calling to call has arrived and that you can offer the country a successful presidency, you should run and you should be prepared to run against Donald Trump.
Sen. Rick Scott Wants to Flatten Tax Rates, Like Ronald Reagan
"But here's where it gets really weird Rick Scott the junior Republican senator from Florida Has a plan not to raise taxes but a plan to flatten the tax rates There is a big difference There is a I don't want to bore you guys to death But there is a difference between tax rates and tax revenues okay Ronald Reagan cut the tax rate The top tax rate when Ronald Reagan got into office with 71% Ronald Reagan cut it over a series of years in conjunction with Republicans In Congress and some Democrats he cut it down to 28% So now if you're a simpleton like a lot of Democrats sorry like oh he cut the tax rates so tax revenue must have went down It did not Tax revenue doubled It went from about 505 hundred million a billion excuse me To about 900 billion I must have lost in powers $1 million went to about 900 billion Folks again you can look that up It's out there just go to tax revenue by year It's a fact it's not open to your opinion Tax revenue went up even after ingesting for inflation by about I think it was about 26% or something like

Media Can't Cover up Biden's Failures, Only Protecting Liberalism
"And I think they decided at that point that it was better for them long term to get rid of dinkins and to at least try to semi cover what was happening in New York City Then to just destroy the whole Democratic Party by pretending and lying to people in front of their face like no your car wasn't stolen your kid wasn't murdered you were all lying I don't mean to keep bringing that point up I do it often in my podcast and radio show but I bring it up because we may be getting at the point now where the liberal media in an effort to save liberalism Keep in mind this has nothing to do with honesty or if that is Ryan lizza or whoever may whatever lefty leaning journalists They're not asking these questions because all of a sudden they want to be honest and candid That's not what they're doing They're doing it because they realize they have to save liberalism and Joe Biden's become a liability for them I need you to understand the difference It's critical So here here's another question where they're basically like hey man I'm going to give you a chance to answer this but the Republicans basically saying you're really awful you know you're in charge fix it You got something to say These are questions you would have never heard before things start to get really bad Check this out You called out Rick Scott a little while ago in your remarks Earlier than he anticipating your remarks he said and I'm just quoting here that the best thing most effective thing Joe Biden can do to solve the inflation crisis He created his resigning He's the problem Senator The senator at it later Joe Biden is unwell He's unfit for office He's been coherent and capacitated and confused These are his worst Offering him his chance to respond I think the man has a problem Yeah he does Oh Rick Scott Yeah you do have a problem

Newt Gingrich: Donald Trump May End up as the Nominee
"Here's Newt Gingrich. Last night, on Fox News channel, really smart one of the smartest men I've ever met. And of course, a veteran of political battles, the Speaker of the House, the author, the architect rather, of the contract with America, let's listen to what newt said last night on Sean Hannity show. Look, I think we have a lot of great candidates. I personally think Ron DeSantis has a tremendous future as an example, or somebody like Rick Scott, a number of governors around the country. But the truth is, if Trump retains his hold on the base of the Republican Party that he currently has and particularly if he starts shifting towards describing a better future, I think that he will consolidate and almost certainly end up as the nominee. Tonight's a very big night in terms of 2024, as well as in terms of 2022. And it fits what we're saying. The fact is, inflation matters, collapse at the border matters, crime matters, high prices for gasoline and food matters. And in the middle of all this, the corruption of the Biden family matters and I think the Democrats are going to discover that the January 6th committee doesn't matter to most Americans, and they're going to discover that a hard line pro abortion extremism doesn't appeal to most Americans. And in fact, will accelerate their loss of African American and Latino voters who are culturally conservative.
Nilsa Alvarez Unpacks America's Political Truth
"Now you've worked on some very successful campaigns. You've advised the senator Rick Scott Ron DeSantis, a worked on the Trump campaign. Can you unpack for us the truth of what's been happening politically in the last ten years in America? Because if you look at the figures from 2020, it is remarkable, of course this will be denied by the left behind closed doors. They're very worried about it, of course. But if you look at the figures for minority support for this non politician for president Trump, you see not only a 12 13 million vote increase between 16 and 20, you also see the highest rate of minority support for president Trump in the black and the Hispanic community in comparison to any Republican candidate or incumbent since the 1960s, so is it too much to say Nelson that this is an awakening? Can you unpack for us what is happening? Because we've been told for so long that, oh, the Democrats succeeded. They painted the GOP with a brush that they don't care. They're not interested in the minority of vote. What's changed in the last decade? Well, that's an amazing question. And just to bring some perspective when I serviced these different campaigns, it was under the umbrella of the GOP as a faith and Hispanic engagement director where I managed several campaign offices one for Trump in Hialeah in 2016 and then desantis and Scott in 2018 and Broward county. And so in 2015, the data was showing us and because I'm a pastor's wife and my connections were really in the ministry world. I would say that the data was showing that only 5% of church goers were participating in primaries, which is a very, very bad, it was just bad news for the evangelical and the Hispanic faith vote. So we started a very aggressive voter registration operation with our network of ministries and it ended up being the largest voter registration operation in the state of Florida, leading into 2016. And because so much was at stake in 2016, just the body of price in the Hispanic faith community started waking up and starting. We started having a record number of Hispanics that were registering as Republicans at our voter registration drives, not because we were waving a partisan banner, but because when they understood which party stood for their Hispanic conservative values, they started realizing on their own. Oh my gosh, I'm
Can Republicans Take the Senate in November?
"Well, senator Rick Scott, you know, let's move on to a happier subject. What we're going to be able to do about this because I think we're taking back the Senate in November. Can you give the Hugh Hewitt radio program audience a preview of how you think next November is going to go? Here is where we are. We should be able to defend all we have. We have 21 Republicans up. We should be able to defend all those. Now, someone will be harder. We've added to Pennsylvania. We've got to defend North Carolina. We've got to defend probably the hardest of an incumbent is Ron Johnson and Wisconsin. But if you look at the quality of our candidates in the primaries, we got a lot of primaries that will come up in the next 30 days. We got great people in our primaries. We've done great incumbents running. So we just have to bust our butt every day. It's how you win races. I'm in a 50 50 state. You work every day and gosh, you have success. And where we have our pickup opportunities is one in Georgia. Is the Doug Jones of this cycle. A 100% what Biden Schumer and Bernie Sanders. And so we've got two we've got three good people in the primary. One of them is going to win right now, Herschel Walker's way ahead. We should be able to win there if we run good race.
Mitt Romney's Most Unforgivable Betrayal Yet
"Are rejecting katangi Brown Jackson, Marsha Blackburn, Rick Scott, Ted Cruz, Mike Lee Rand Paul Josh hawley, and credit to Josh hawley for leading the charge on actually uncovering the fact that katangi Brown Jackson has a soft spot for pedophiles. However, do we really have an entire Republican Party? Do we have a complete Republican Party? The answer is of course not. Whenever things are getting critical or crucial, you can count on two senators in particular. One to a lesser extent to betray the promise to their voters. Mitt Romney, Lisa Murkowski, and Susan Collins have voiced their support for katangi Brown Jackson. Now my criticism will be mainly focused on Lisa Murkowski and Mitt Romney. The reason is Susan Collins never pretended to be a conservative. She runs as an outright moderate who will basically vote for the Republican leader in the Senate and the rest she's a wild card. She's an honest, moderate. She doesn't lie to her voters. She doesn't. That's one of the reasons why she's able to win over so many Democrats in Maine. Mitt Romney lies to his voters, and that's who I want to deal with first. Mitt Romney is coming out and saying he's going to support the nomination of katangi Brown, Jackson. He says, in his statement, quote, kanji Brown Jackson is a well qualified journalist, jurist, and a person of honor. Who more than meets the standard of excellence and integrity. Man my support rests on judge Jackson's qualifications, which no one questions. I question. Hello. Would someone ask Willard Mitt Romney? That's his real name, by the way, Willard. Hey, do you think that not being able to tell you what a woman is? Do you think that's normal for a Supreme Court Justice? No one will ask that, of course. He said she demonstrated judicial independence. Oh, is that what we call it now? Leniency towards baby torture is judicial independence.

The US Debt Is Generational Theft
"But the one that I want to focus on, which I'm been trying to bang the drum on and people just forget about it is about the debt. This is generational theft what we are doing to our young people, thank you for mentioning this. $30 trillion a day. $30 trillion. We run deficits every year. Meaning, Charlie, you can't do that. All right. All right, families can't do that. States while states are not supposed to do it, they do do it. They just can't borrow money until they can't. But we've got to start living with it. It means, how fair is it? Charlie, how many people do you know that will say, I'm going to leave my debts for the next generation? They say, oh yeah, I'm going to run a whole bunch of dad. I like to take a couple of vacations to cancun and stuff like that. But and Sonny, I'm going to have you pay for it. No. That's exactly what exactly what they're doing up here. And they don't believe there's any accountability. They just keep borrowing bar and bar in mind. $33. Guess what happens when interest rates go up? They inevitably go up. How are we ever going to pay the interest expense on our federal debt? I mean, so then what are they going to cut? They're going to have to raise taxes, Mayo cause more inflation. I mean, this is just a death spiral. We don't get control of

"I was so moved by this document that was composed by senator Rick Scott from Florida. I asked our team, I said, do whatever you possibly can to get him on the show. And it's really good. We went through it previously. It's an 11 step plan to rescue America. And some of it is stuff that you would expect out of kind of a Republican plan. But there's some really creative and good ideas and some strong philosophical basis for a lot of it. And the architect of that and the man that wants to get the Senate majority back is senator Rick Scott from Florida senator. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show. Charlie, it's great. It's great to be with you. I'm really worried for a country that woke up to just, I mean, they've taken over this whole country. I mean, they control the media, they control their culture, they control our government, the Democrat party, the entire federal apparatus. So we've got to, you know, you do it every day, but we got to fight back. And I think to do it, you got to have a plan. You got to say, hey, what am I going to do? What are my marching orders? How do I get there? What's going to change this country? And so that's why I put out a plan. There will be things people agree with, some ideas that they might have better, but I'm going to bust my butt to make sure we do something to turn this country around. Well, I love it. So let's go through it. Piece by piece. We can lead whichever one you want. But the one that really struck me is the emphasis on education on how you want to empower parents and really kind of build this parents party. Please, let's go from there. So let's start with what. So I grew up I grew up I was born to a single mom. We lived in public housing, but here's what she told me. She called me Ricky, which I didn't really like that much, but she said, she said, Ricky, you can be anything because you grew up in this country. Now, the country I grew up in, when we went to school, when school started, we said the Pledge of Allegiance. We saluted the flag, all right? We were taught that this was the greatest country ever created. I think we got to get back to that. And then we got to get back to our education system and education system that, you know, we're taught about reading and writing and arithmetic. That's what I learned. And the way to make sure that we have the right schools is for the parents to have the right to choose the school, not government, not some woke government run school. So I think it ought to be done at the state level. It shouldn't be a federal education program. I think we have to shut down the federal Department of Education. If we're going to send money, let's send money directly to the parents to spend money on where they want to sit in their kids to school, but there's not we got free money up here. And this is money that somebody's taxed. So I think in the biggest thing is, let's give back to parents, parents get to choose where their kids go to school, and then let's make sure our schools are focused on how do we explain to people that. I mean, there's nothing like the America. I mean, the easiest thing is to move, right? These things to move something. There's no country to go to. So if we don't fight for this country, where's it going? And it starts with our kids. Charlie, when I was governor, I always thought three things you have to do well. Make sure people have a great opportunity to survive on their own. That's what people want to do. Number two, make sure the education is really good. And the way to make sure that is parents choose and number three, make sure you keep people safe. So, but education, I mean, that's the future of our kids and our grandkids. That's exactly right. And you say here that our kids will say the Pledge of Allegiance salute the flag, learn that America's array country and choose the school that fits best for them. You wouldn't think that would be something you would run for office on, right? It used to just kind of you'd say that, you know, some light is good and oxygen is needed, but now this is somehow controversial. The second piece that really struck me is that government. It's colorblind equality, which I'm a big fan of. Government will never again ask American citizens to disclose their race, ethnicity or skin color on any government form. Now, hilariously, they'll try to call you a racist for this senator, but walk us through this. Well, first off, the other to the left is going to call you racist every day. That's what they do for a living. Whatever you propose, it has to be racist. If they disagree with you. Let's talk about the thing about it. When I was growing up, my mom taught me is that you should be colorblind. You should judge people by what they do, how they act, what they say, not about the color of their skin. So government is trying to divide us. The woke left is trying to devise. They're saying, oh, if you have this skin color you're gonna press your. If you have this gun, skin color you're oppressed. So I don't believe government. Government should never ask you. On any government form, you know, what your race is, the color of your skin, your ethnicity, none of that. We're all in the maid and the image of God, and we all be judged by who what we do. And our character, not about the skin or it doesn't make who wants to divide people by the race. Like I've never met a parent, say, oh, Johnny, I'm sorry. You don't have the same opportunity as everybody else. No, parents bring their kids up and say, last year, but you got every chance, you know, do what it's like my mom says, Ricky, you got every chance, it is up to you. Get your get your button gear. Doesn't matter that where you start in life, you can do anything you want to only because you live in the United States of America. That's exactly right. And what I love about this is it's not just the statement of fact here. You're saying that you're not going to ask for it on government forms. You're going to try to end this kind of woke CRT nonsense in a policy perspective, especially it's getting into our military and as we look at the threats happening right now, potential nuclear conflict are militaries too busy teaching this woke garbage to our armed service members. It's.

governor's office because you'd be in charge of Florida's response or whether or not it's time eight year enjoying being in the battle in the Senate you know it's a great job to be the governor because you are responsible for things a day to get to get them done as always things you like to do but this is a great job being your standard because you can help direct national policy in foreign policy so it's a different job that I'm in it I'm a do everything I can to help people get more testing out their plans to reopen our businesses I have a plan out there I put out there a little over a week ago how do how do what do we all have to do it federal government the state government local government and private business the individuals with more compliant so senator your have arrived in the Senate on the eve of what will be one of the most significant legislative debates I believe since we actually set up the government because it's going to involve structural federalism what does the federal government do vis a vis the states and you were a great federalist because you the governor that your time is a governor taught you that the federal government is never here to help yet usually but now you might be there to get help you might need help because of fiscal decisions that were taken twenty years ago thirty years ago and a virus which arrived thirty days ago what is your point of view going into this very important legislative debate about phase four well you I think it's important that we help the state with the cost of coronavirus it's so different to what happened with the hurricane we've already done that we said we sent money to the state we said we're gonna help you with your coronavirus costs ninety gets ready to do we also sent money to the state if they were going to help you with your increased Medicaid costs and I think that's appropriate or not interested in doing is bailing out pension plans from the liberal state they don't live within their budget I think you know I was the governor I had to balance the budget I did deal with the pension plan I did it with all the other things I watch New York with fewer people in Florida I think we have two or three million more people than Florida the New York everybody was almost double ours and now all these liberal state when the federal government how to bail them out so somebody moved from New York to get away from the high taxes moved to Sarasota and then now the next now these little governor say now I want those people to move his to the state to balance our budget and pay for our our our our bad budget now senator you spent eight years in the national association of governors and at the same time Andrew Cuomo is there because he's been there for twelve or thirteen or fourteen or maybe a hundred years on Andrew Cuomo's a good governor people like me doing a good job but he got all mad at your leader and said it was outrageous made a personal attack maybe that's a New York thing right now we've seen that in other places so what do you make of Andrew Cuomo's volcanic rejection of the idea that maybe the state side I have as an option bankruptcy authority well first of all I didn't join the national governors association because I was thinking about I think was three hundred thousand dollars to the state and I didn't see any value out of it so I think it's because I didn't see any value out of it so I didn't I didn't own it have you ever met Angelo never met him no K. never know I've never met him I talked to him once on the phone but that that that's it here's the way I look at it we've we've got to help the state there have had these horrible budget haven't bounced them figure out how to deal with their pension plans so you know we do however you do it you've got to figure out how how they can restructure their debts because there's no way that their taxpayers are willing to pay for this they're not gonna pay for their death you can't run on raising taxes and then I mean what the end of the season the states have their their pension plans are damn close to being funded and they will never be funded like Illinois and New Jersey California but what about the problem senator I'm gonna put on my Gavin Newsom half because I lived in California for a long time member of the Virginia now but I lived there for a long time he's doing a good job with the virus but it's easy to shut down economy it's very hard to reopen it they haven't you know I think a marginal income tax rate of thirteen and a half percent they have a very high sales tax they are and they have a capital gain tax they're going to get crushed because they're they depend upon tax revenues which are not going to arrive do you consider that to be a virus related responsibility of the federal government the loss of income tax capital gains tax sales tax user tax fees no white I mean look look look at the federal budget I mean we're going to run at least a three trillion dollar budget deficit this year the federal government we have already in the year which probably twenty six or twenty seven trillion dollars with that that this year so three trillion dollar budget deficits twenty six twenty seven twenty dollars for that I mean it's so weird to which taxpayers are gonna pay for it the state should live within their means can figure this out well this is reminiscent of Irish cost governor I I I senator governor I can call you about Romney governor I always call governors governor forever and Chuck Todd once famously told me they never had a governor who became the center who wanted to be known as other than governor I said it's kind of funny if we look at this here's the problem I gotta ask governor Romney about this too if we do a jam down of of reform that violates basic federalism principles our country is built on the state's being allowed to be irresponsible if they want and now there is a meteor strike on their finances so I can hear my blue state listeners saying you've got to help us this is a hurricane well look no further we are helping them with their costs were helping them with their car buyers because what happened with the Medicaid eight I walked in with the with almost ready with a four billion dollar budget deficit I walked in at the end of the financial crisis we had we had a million homes in foreclosure we lost eight thousand jobs or what I did I had to balance the budget I had to allocate the dollars away I could I started cutting taxes because I knew reducing taxes reducing regulations your money permitting I will get more jobs back and guess what we had one point seven million jobs unemployment went from eleven percent to three point three percent I paid off the third of the state that we you know we we we we made a pension reforms those are harder to me but you have to do it it's just it's it's hard to be a governor that governor Cuomo argues and I don't know if this is true or not you're asking me to fire nurses and police officers firemen and first responders and and a shutter hospitals that are needed you're asking us to cut the life the heart out of the beating that the barely beating heart of our state what's your response absolutely not I mean let's let's look at the first off we we have a hundred and seventy five billion dollars in for our our healthcare industry we've we have put in at the S. C. B. I think that there's another fifty billion dollars into the Medicaid program we have we put in money to cover it at the other corner by risk costs right so we know we've we've we've actually you know put significant dollars into our state I wanted to do that but you've got to figure out as the governor how to allocate your dollars and you look you look why is why is new York's budget almost in double floors well we have two or three million more people want that why can't we figure out how to fix their pension plans now he says they don't we also said they are net givers and that can talk in other places are net takers what do you mean I think that argument is completely nonsense because every federal citizen pays according to the same rules their federal share and states decide how much to take in their states but nevertheless says we paid this much and we get this much back and we're and we're not in that okay now now don't don't don't don't believe that that's really all that they all went very few if you look at the amount of dollars he did say it does take Medicaid just the basic Medicaid without the expansion and you look at how much in New York it's versus forty extra mathematically more their cost thank you they get almost double per person under Medicaid and the federal government that would sort of get well you know I'd love to see a debate between you and governor Cuomo because president trump and been a governor and so I would love to see a governor go head to head with him on this here's the key question I firmly believe that bankruptcy authority not mandatory better option be available to the states because I lived in Orange County and we had to go through at that point the largest local government bankruptcy ever it was unpleasant but it wasn't a disaster it was a useful tool as it is proven for Detroit what do you think about a new chapter in the bankruptcy code not mandatory for states that have to give everybody a hair cut I think I think they ought to have a way to do it they got to have a way to restructure the debts they know they'll never gonna be able you know if you consider what they've done it's unclear what they told they told people in their state if you're you're gonna get a pension all guys but we're not going to fund it but you're gonna get it don't worry you're gonna get it but what I don't know how these people think that the that the hell this is fair to the people rely on extension I made I had to make tough choices it's hard but you got to do it if you're gonna tell people you can get a pension fund it's location to fund it what about and the people who buy what about people in California about ten billion dollars worth of bonds for a high speed train that will never be built they've already spent six billion dollars a lot it's federal money some state money but they they borrowed ten billion they authorize ten billion dollars in bonds for a train from nowhere to nowhere a.

H. O. because aren't they organizing and making it easier for international treatment of this and I understand the point that are coming out my faith my family member by the way works in the administration side of health care I have I have a cousin that is actually a nurse but I this this family member works in the administrative side of it and and I I understand where they're coming from they were looking at through it through that lens at the situation and they don't and I don't expect this is when your government's too big I don't expect a specially everything going on right now you know you're you're working maybe eight to ten hours sometimes more a day and and and and right now especially for those you got your kids on everything else it's hard for you right now to keep afloat I don't expect everybody to although you should try I don't expect everyone to know every single bit in and out it's cetera right I don't know what you know something to all these people that you see on television and that they're all talking about this we are not all this is not information with regarding the background of the guy who directs the W. H. O. and everything else we seek this information out and as things are developing or as we see things perhaps beginning to trend we make ourselves as familiar and knowledgeable with that topic is absolutely possible and so dad but that's our job to do that do you understand it is our job to do that your job might be like my other my family member administrative health care that's their job so their free time is with kids in bubble on everything else in the whatever time they have left for that then they can look at this right so that's why I don't necessarily expect every single person in every single bit about this and I was telling my family members of the problem with this is that the WHO's been politicized from the start you have a faulty group that is already politicized and I I get it you want to have a national you want to have an international table that if something big global pops up and everybody's got to deal with it it's nice to be able to have that Avenue to sit down and discuss that I do not dislike diplomacy sons who did not dislike diplomacy okay don't misinterpret and think that we're just gonna run out and everything's in Delaware hammer I don't know however when we're sending billions of our dollars and pouring it into these international entities that are doing things antithetical to our national security and they seem to only prioritize in national interest prioritize the interests of countries that have horrible human rights abuses or their communist etcetera and they create this health agency where they actively contributed to thousands of deaths because they eliminate players from participating player countries that have done some really good things and being able to contaminate and control the spread of infection and when they do that at the behest of a communist entity that has for long been engaged in I. P. theft in that sector you know we got a problem as I said that they actually they've actually can further pollute their politicized I have just like the World Health Organization for years for years I remember one time my oldest son he was writing something and he said you know that it was something that was a political debate of some sort he was writing something for for class and he was like well so and so his side of the world health organization and I was just like yeah I have not like W. hich over ever and this is why because they're politicized it when you're when you're number one function starts it becomes appeasing communist entities and it's not health care stop calling yourself a health care organization just stop and that's that's the that's the situation works out is right to see your question how much money were dumped into the US not to this point I want because we talk to clinching last week he made a good point about the United States in the European Union when he had a suggestion I mean I think there's I think we should send I agree with what we actually first let's play Lindsey Graham I agree what Lindsey Graham said Adios MI six with the world's should should that we should send them some some sort of a check make sense to me if it were up to me the whole world should send China bill for the pandemic this is the third pandemic to come out of China yep they come from these wet markets where they have bats and monkeys with the virus carrying the virus intermingled with the food supply yeah I've made China pay big time he he was on over the weekend he got mad you I can't lose you talking to I can't member who's talking to a gentleman he's got a thousand sometimes restore Varney and he goes he's gonna stop eating bats he just but the way he said it here so mad just I move that the way moved is that I was cry and laugh and it was so funny all right so Gordon Chang had this idea in line with what Graham had said on your somebody why wouldn't we just unilaterally forgive her own death well if we were to do that and we could easily do it trying to do a couple things first of all we say that it was a repudiation of data and then they would bash us they would say that we are not responsible member of the global financial system they would then trying to dethrone the dollar now if you say what you're thinking but the point is that we can sort of avoid those types of charges if we work with the issuers of the other major currencies and then China is wrecked with no arguments in that regard true now your daily reminder of just how bad China is I'm not trying to yep it's not she said don't let China's humanitarian efforts fully before the Chinese Cora willow Grove iris or Chinese government raged Italy they donated PP and supplies to China then China announced it would donate the supplies back to Italy now the seat now the Communist Party is forcing them to pay for the donation here's the story trump this is the legal action try it first off China forces Italy to buy same coronavirus supplies it had donated to Beijing a few weeks ago yep after telling the world that it would donate masks face guards and testing equipment Italy China quietly backtracked and sold the the country desperately needed medical equipment worse is that the personal protective equipment that's what PPL is when you hear that China forced Italy to buy was actually the same PPD Italy donated to China before the corona virus killed sixty thousand people can I have that audio Graham I wish I could just like to invite him to my home and I would I would make him a dinner because that that would he's like my best friend just like Harry Beijing took advantage of Italy's generosity and then flipped it into this and get and get this Spain had a return fifty thousand quid testing kits to China because they discover they weren't working properly sort of the Netherlands so did Turkey Georgia Czech Republic and China said oh you're just all too stupid to use that I mean they didn't say it like that but they actually blamed it they actually blamed it on user error and then the trump administration is now weighing legal action over alleged Chinese hoarding of PP mmhm so all these manufacturers of this medical safety they told the White House China has prohibited them listen to this China has prohibited them from exporting their products from the country as the pandemic mounted even as Beijing is try it was trying to corner the world market in PP do you so that's so all my gosh I mean I am made of just Crawley made of this is the idea that the way that they're treating us selling stuff to people donated back to them and these individuals think that they ran their own company but if there's any kind of involvement from China no you don't see these people who they manufacture it they manufactured in China and China set up you can do it it's ours these are US companies that aren't seen maybe all should be manufactured over there and maybe a Democrat should be running a business is out with your OB you said environment that you create for for business so these people on these businesses in China thought they own their businesses in China said no the PP the you're making sars what what an export it yep in fact Freeman Honeywell told U. S. officials in January that the Chinese government began blocking exports of N. ninety five respirators all this but it's trump's fault all trump thought every did it's trump's fault all it's trump's fault trump fought truck from from from from from from they the end that's one of the reasons I love how they one of the reasons why they have this very close relationship now they're working together Freeman Honeywell told the U. S. government that like China's blocking exports of this we cannot bring in N. ninety five masks we cannot bring in gloves or the my gosh you can't get the the the shoe covers booties the things that you put on your that nurses and doctors were on their feet you seem all out there now and all the photos they can't get any of that the downs respirators the masks the medical masks with the plexiglass they can't bring they can't bring that into the United States because China has prohibited it they have prohibited them from being sold to anybody an official documentation that has been posted online in a PDF shows that China imported two point four six billion pieces of quote epidemic prevention and control materials between January twenty fourth of February twenty fifth and the gear that's over a billion dollars a billion dollars just a protective gear that included two billion masks twenty over twenty five million protective clothing items and it came from Australia Brazil Cambodia and the io so now you can understand now why trump did that the defense production act all of the stuff as well this kind of explains it about but it also explains why there is a shortage.

"And that is a seminal question. That right now, the American public they're sick and tired of having to rehash these these conversations and in thirty five years, we don't want to have this conversation. So the way to do it is not stamp at you actually have to weed it out you have to make some allowance for because we're human beings for stupidity. Bad taste ignorance and be willing to accept sincere. Apologies challenge was that. He did not come out and did not come out and tell the American people I may have done. Then he came out the next day and says he didn't do that racist thing, but he did another racist thing. So I think there are some who are questioning how sincere the whole thing actually was. If we're going to be on the ballot box soon. I think everybody would say, well, let's let the voters decide, but he's not going to be on the ballot box perhaps ever know. And you know. Look if we were talking about something he did in eighteen eighty four or nineteen thirty four or something like that. I think I would have perhaps a different reaction. I would perhaps accept as oh well, everybody didn't which but everybody can do that in nineteen Eighty-four. It's just simply the case. You know, everybody says oh gosh. We don't want government shutdown and everybody says we need border security. And then you see Nancy Pelosi sit there and saying there's not gonna be any money for wall when you talk to border security, they say you have to have barriers so people are being disingenuous.
