Residents forced from Indiana homes as plastics fire burns
"Officials expect a massive industrial fire in Indiana that's forcing evacuations to continue to smolder. Thick black smoke billowed in the sky when the fire first broke out Tuesday something Richmond mayor Dave snow blames on the business owner for ignoring cleanup orders. This person has been negligent in your responsible and it's led to putting a lot of people in danger. The site was storing plastics inside and out for recycling the EPA says so far toxins are not being emitted into the air, but county health director Christine stinson says, particulate matter is a concern. These are very fine particles and if they're breathed then can cause all kinds of respiratory problems. She says, that's why evacuation orders remain in place. Audio courtesy WR TV. Congressman Mike Johnson Lays Out a Chilling Story of FBI Spying
"Mike Johnson, who is the vice chairman of House Republicans. There's a great job. Congressman joins us rejoins us. He was with us recently. Congressman welcome back to the program. Tell us about this story. The FBI saw it to develop sources in Catholic churches, is it fair to say that possibly on Easter Sunday, the FBI had informants in plants at Catholic mass services across the country. It's a great question, Charlie, and we don't know. I mean, this sounds like something that's surreal, something that's made up, but we have the documents. We have whistleblowers within the FBI that have given us the information. And we know that the Richmond field office of the FBI. This is where it was originally begun. They sought to reach out to Catholic clergy and church leadership to recruit sources inside the churches so that they could monitor and report on their parishioners. It sounds, but that's what the government is engaged in. The FBI generated this memo in the Richmond field office, it was distributed to field offices around the country and Jim Jordan and I on the web position committee and House judiciary committee are pursuing this vigorously because we are demanding to answers to see how far and wide this went, how much damage was done. We just don't know yet. So, I mean, our audience is fired up over this and many other topics. An idea that has been floated is called fencing off the money, congressman, which for example, you might say, okay, we might not be able to close the FBI, nor do I know if they do some good work, obviously. But I mean, a lot of it should be shut down as a political operation. But fencing off the money would be something closer to, hey, all right, Christopher wray, you used the private jet to go to the adirondacks. That's going to be put on pause until we get actual answers and people are fired. Are these ideas being floated by you guys in House leadership at this time? Because at least that could put their the line items that the agency heads care about the most and you actually might be able to get answers. Yes. I mean, the short answer is yes. We talked about a couple weeks ago, you know, our hands are tied in some respect. We're just as frustrated as everybody else believe me. We've been chomping at the bit for the last couple of years to get a shot at this oversight, which is a critical constitutional responsibility that we have. You know. But we just got a majority in January and we just got subpoenaed power later that month. And so we're only a couple of months to three months into this right now. We're getting it up as quick as we can. Now, we can investigate, we can uncover these abuses and lay it bare for the American people to judge for themselves and then ultimately we have to reform these practices in abuses to make sure they never happen again,

San Francisco Reparations Plan Proposes $5M for Black Residents
"Todd, this is the land of fruits and nuts. Come on. Why are we talking about San Francisco? Well, the reason why we're talking about San Francisco ladies and gentlemen is because what's happening in San Francisco is already happening in other places around the nation. As a matter of fact, in Virginia right now, Richmond, Virginia, all you people listening to us on WR VA are great affiliates there. You know that there are actually armed men in the streets right now advocating for reparations or having big protests today. In Memphis, Tennessee, the home of Kate WAM or flagship radio station. Of which I happen to be the owner, very proud owner of this radio station. And Memphis, Tennessee, they are spending $5 million of COVID cash to actually study a reparations plan. So I want to share with you what San Francisco is about to do. This is not in conjunction with what California as a state is going to do. So some of you may in fact be able to double dip. If you are of the non Caucasian persuasion in San Francisco and the state of California, the Golden State. So we're talking about millions and millions of dollars that they're going to be giving every black citizen. Now here's the reporting from NBC News. They're going to be paying. This is the plan to pay every black adult $5 million cash. Now that's a pretty good deal. It's enough of a deal where I would I Todd starts. Your friendly neighborhood host. Who is pretty fly for a white guy? A man of the Caucasian persuasion. Where I Todd starnes would be willing, yes, I'm gonna admit this. Jim Hanson and John Solomon Talk FBI Threat Tags
"Welcome back to America first with our very special guest, uncle Jimbo. It's Jim Hansen. Good to be with you, everybody, and I am especially happy to be joined this segment with John Solomon, who is the proprietor of just the news. They do the actual investigative work and dig into the many bad things going on. One of which is more evidence of government abuse of power to attack political opponents. This is the FBI shockingly, but a different version of their ongoing stuff. What do you got, John? Yeah, Jim, good to be with you. This is a really important thing. What we're hearing from multiple whistleblowers who have gone to Congress gone to the inspector general of the Justice Department is that FBI ideologues are beginning to use a thing called threat tag. So that tax would normally reserved for terrorists or extremists who are likely to commit violent acts against Americans. And these threat tags are now being used. We first heard about them. They were applied for a period of time until it was called a mistake to parents who were protesting curriculum changes at school board minis. Clearly not terrorists, right? Then we heard recently that the Richmond office of the FBI did a memo that applied thread tags to Catholics who prefer Latin mass. I'm not sure why preferring a Latin mass would make you a terrorist, but for a while they did, the FBI set up, that was a mistake. Now, a new whistleblower has come out in the last couple of days and said, the same thing was going on. They were implying threat tags to anti abortion pro life activists. Now, what's really interesting about this is that there was a threat tag originally created for pro abortion forces who were threatening death to Supreme Court Justices who were talking about reversing roe V wade, which they did. All right, that's a legitimate use of a threat tag. If someone's actually thinking of assassinating justice, that is a legitimate use. But very quickly after the abortion threat tag was created, it was flipped around by ideological according to this whistleblower to go after pro life activists who had posed no mortal threat. They

Tim Goeglein Discusses New Book "Toward a More Perfect Union"
"Is this a book that high schoolers could read or is this mainly for adults? Who do you see as your primary audience? May I tell you it is a book for everyone. And it is designed specifically to be fleet. It's well under 200 pages. And it is designed for the general reader who wants to know and better understand how we got to where we are. And above all, Eric, how we can do better. How we can restore and regenerate and renew. And I must tell you that despite the grimness of our present situation, I feel I'm an inveterate optimist. And I believe in part that the seed bed of that optimism is the parental and I might say grand parental rebellion that is going on all across our country and very often in places where you least expect it in the Commonwealth of Virginia, people may or may not know that a man who used to be a governor who wanted to be a governor again in a moment of unflinching clarity in a debate in the Commonwealth of Virginia said to his opponent essentially that parents ought to butt out of education. That they ought to leave the curriculum and the decisions of schools to teachers and administrators. And if he thought that he was going to stand down after that debate, he was wrong, it helped to light a bonfire that prevented probably him from coming back to office in Richmond. And by the way, that has been replicated to your second point error over and over again.

'The FBI's Targeting of Traditional Catholics Recalls the Inquisition'
"You wrote an article at stream dot org about the FBI. And again, folks, this is so evil, it's so evil. The FBI targeting serious Catholics. Now, I want to make clear the SS in Germany, okay? This is all in my bahnhof for book. They had a plan. And it was not, they never reveal all their cards at once. This was like, let's play games and play games and just a little bit at a time. But they had a plan and I refer to it in my bahnhof for book that year by year, they made the laws against practicing Christianity. If you want it to be a member of the SS, this elite Nazi group, Christianity every year, the noose was tightened until SS members couldn't even attend church. You want to be in the SS, you can't attend church. What the FBI has been doing in our elite organizations have been doing in this country with our government, they have been targeting Christians. And so John, you wrote an article about it at stream dot org, tell us about it. The title is the FBI's targeting a traditional Catholics will cause the inquisition. The FBI's Richmond division, which is right there right near the beltway. Issued a report saying that a segment of Catholics, namely those who like traditional liturgy, the old Latin mass, which is extremely reverent and beautiful and formal, it's a lot more like the Greek Orthodox liturgy. Those people are potentially dangerous extremists who might be white supremacists. It came up with a title for them radical traditionalist Catholics or RT seeds. And it said with high confidence that the FBI can mitigate that threat by put recruiting people in the church to be undercover FBI agents to spy on their fellow congregants at mass.

Is the FBI Spying on Catholics?
"Should be one of the biggest stories in the country. The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI are domestic federal national police force. Has come out and they had a whole memo that has been leaked by the Richmond FBI, an entire memo. Titled this. Interest of racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists in radical, traditionalist Catholic ideology, almost certainly presents new mitigation opportunities. The document was published by former FBI agent Kyle seraphin, who obtained it from a whistleblower God bless this whistleblower for leaking it. So to describe traditionalist Catholics as terrorists in waiting, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI document relied on assessments from the SPLC, the southern poverty law center. That's the left wing group whose entire reason for existence is to slander as many conservative groups as it can as hate groups and domestic terrorists. The article also cites an article from the left wing group salon dot com, a major piece of evidence that traditional Catholics are radical, according to the document, is the quote increase in hostility towards abortion rights advocates on social media. Prior to the Dobbs decision. So here is the national police force. The Federal Bureau of Investigation that is writing a memo that they might have to mitigate people of faith. Now I am not a Catholic, I'm not a traditional Catholic. I'm an evangelical Protestant, Bible believing Christian. I have huge respect for Catholics, especially traditional Catholics, some of my closest friends are Catholics and my colleagues, Jack posobiec. Catholic. What is really going on here? Benefactor’s Family Demands Refund From U. Richmond for Removing Name
"So back to the university of Richmond. So the family had a choice here because typically nobody does anything. As a matter of fact, they normally just hide in the shadows. And they accept whatever's coming at them. But the good news here is that the Williams family has decided to fight back. Big time. This story from the college fix. That a sentence of mister TC Williams an early benefactor of the school, and by the way, the Williams family has given just boatloads of money. They are now demanding the university, pay back every single penny. But it doesn't stop there. They're also demanding 6% compounded interest over a 132 years. When you do the math on that, we're talking more than $51 million, the family of mister Williams is demanding. And by the way, that doesn't include all of the other gifts the family made to the university over the years. Rob Smith is mister Williams great, great grandson. He says, quote, moreover, it is not a form of fraud to induce money from a benefactor and then discredit the benefactor after he has long dead. Surely, the Williams family would not have given a penny to the university, knowing the university would later dishonor the family. The ethical and virtuous decision is clear. Return the money. You know, it seems to me they have to write fruit of the poison tree. I mean, how could the university of Richmond and good in good conscience actually have a law school that was built using money from someone they believed to be a slaveholder, even though the guy never raped, never had slaves.

The Essence of Manhood With Stephen K. Bannon
"Let's talk about what it means to you to be a man. What is the essence of manhood? You've served this nation honorably in uniform. Here we have a picture of the naval officer Steve Bannon. You come from a good Irish Catholic family from Richmond, Virginia. I believe your dad was alignment. What is your definition? What are the non negotiables of being a man? I just think it's do your duty. You know, one thing I tell people about, I talk to a lot of young people about going into the military and because I say it's the best thing you'd ever do to serve your country. I know more, I know so many wealthy individuals in their 40s, 50s or 60s have really made in life and every time I talk to them, the one thing if they didn't do it was go and serve their country in that time period of your 20s when you have the opportunity to do it. So I talk to people. And when I talk to people, I say, look, the military is not an example. It's not Rambo, right? Rambo is a complete cartoon version of the military. The military, if you want to see the military, go watch 12 o'clock high. You know, a watch they were expendable with John Wayne and Robert Montgomery about taking off at a cricket door. These are individuals who are very quiet, very steadfast, very stoic, but understand what first principles are. And are prepared to make a stand and prepare to sacrifice whether that sacrifice is all the way up to their own life or their career or anything else. And that to me is very fortunate to have a father lived a hundred. He was just a blue collar working guy, but it's just that stoicism. And everything that goes with it. And so when you point to people, I say, if you want to see the version of that, you've got the William holdens. In bridge and the river quiet, you've got Gregory Peck in 12 o'clock high. These are examples that I always point out of people that are what I think is the real essence of masculinity. You don't have to be the tough guy walking into the bar like Rambo,

The University That Removed the Name of a Donor From Its Building
"Sometimes when you don't get what you paid for, you demand on a right to demand a refund. Now, the logic of the refund is that you have done the work you have provided the service you have, or you have paid your money. And yet what you paid your money for didn't come to you. And so you want your money back. Or as in the case of reparations, which is itself based on the same logic of the refund, but except in the case of reparations, you have the argument that is made by activists, sometimes black activists that are ancestors paid in the form of work. For which they were not paid, and therefore we, the descendants deserve to be to receive that payment belatedly admittedly, but this is why we are owed reparations. Pay me or pay my descendants for the work I did for which I was never compensated. Now, I thought of all this because of an article in red state. It's called university remove slave owning benefactor's name, his family demands the $51 million back. So here's the story. We're talking about a college that named its law school after a guy named TC Williams. So the college is the university. It's called Richmond college. And the law school was called the TC Williams school of law. But then, recently, in the, in the wake of the whole George Floyd business and the whole attempt to challenge our country's racist history, people went back, activists went back, and they found out that this guy TC Williams, well, he attended Richmond college. And in the 1840s, as it turned out, in the 1880s he became a trustee, he developed a very successful business, many different types of products, including as it turns out tobacco. And the activists who are doing their research seems to have found out that at one point his tobacco business owned 25 to 40 slaves.

"So look, you and I, we're going to be able to commiserate here because we had something very similar happened in Memphis, Tennessee, where the mayor and the city council desecrated the grave of a confederate war general, Nathan Bedford Forrest. Dug his body up and I predicted this is going to happen years ago and nobody believed me. But sure enough, they dug up the dead body and now the same thing has happened in Richmond, Virginia with confederate general APL. Absolutely our mayor in the city of Richmond is a colossal failure on all issues related to actually being the mayor, such as public safety, fire schools, removing snow, fixing potholes, and to distract from that, he went on this campaign, I guess, is the nicest way to describe it of ripping down the monuments. We used to have a long monument avenue, and the latest was the removal of the AP hill monument and disinterring desecrating the grave of AP hill, and it was Todd whether you like JP hill or you didn't like ABL or you had no opinion on AP hill when you watch the manner in which these workers conducted themselves mocking and demeaning. "Weekly fantasy segment of the show. I am rowdy dragon. We had a good race at Michigan, we'll take a look back at that here in a couple minutes, and get some picks for you for Richmond Raceway. But before we do that, let's take a look at our stage leaders for Michigan. Stage one belongs to Speed Racer 90. And then Speed Racer 90 also went to take stage two, but he had some company with Kenseth wins. Your Michigan winner goes to Sunday zone who had 245 points, 40 stage points to his credit. Nicely done. Rowdy dragon finally has a good race, not stripped away from me. Finishing in the 7th position moving up to the 13th in the overall league standings. Toby Christie finished about mid pack in 60 third and sits in the 74th position in the league. Carrie Murphy, whereas Jimmy, had a good day finishing in 40th and his creeping up on Toby, he is now in the 79th position. His only 5 spots and about, I think 20 points separating the two. All right, now let's look back at Michigan and see how we did with the picks. We took Kevin Harvick, Kyle Larson, and Joey Logano. We saw the closure do his thing finally getting that monkey off his back, winning the race collecting the second most points for your fantasy lineup, I chose to sit four out, his practice runs this season seemed to show less speed until the race starts. Showing he has patience, but with the Toyota dominance during practice, I opted to go that direction. Kyle Larson, in the 5 car brought home the 5th most points on the day with the finish of 7th. He was a safe plate, Michigan, so I kept him in my lineup. And Joey Logano in that 22 car. NASCAR had skewed information in his practice numbers which they never corrected over the weekend, which concerned me as I was unsure of the data that they had provided. He looked good, but I kept him out of my lineup because of the misinformation and, as I said, I chose to take the Toyota path. However, he ended up being a good pick, coming in P four, collecting the 6th most points for your fantasy lineup. If you used all the four mentioned drivers, it's likely you finished ahead of your competition, thanking rowdy for those great picks. Or so I hope. Okay, let's get into the featured picks for this week. For Richmond raceway, we've got tracks to compare and they are New Hampshire and Phoenix. Starting with my first driver, that is the 11 car Denny Hamlin. He's pretty synonymous with Richmond. He's got 31 races run and average finish of 8.5. 16 top 5 finishes at 52% of the time, he finishes in top 5, and 20 top ten finishes, 65% of the time he finishes in the top ten. He's led 21 113 laps. He knows how to really get around this track. That averages up to 68.2. Laps led per race. He's got four wins at the track. Looking at his stage point total, he has gained stage points in ten out of the 20 stage races we've held. 5 of those were first place stage wins. A looking back 13 races Denny has only finished outside the top ten twice. In Phoenix, Toyota struggles were evident with Denny finishing P 13 and only two Toyota's were able to finish in the top ten. In Richmond's first race this season, the Toyota gang turned around putting four out of the 6 in the top ten, where Danny collected the trophy. A few weeks back at New Hampshire, the Toyota's looked good with 5 finishers in the top ten. With the 18 of Kyle Busch just outside with a P 12 and Danny finishing in 6th, this brings me to my next driver the 19 car of Martin Truex Junior. He's got 32 races run here. He has an average finish of 16th. He's got 9 top 5s finishing 28% of those up in the top 5 and 47% of the time he finishes in the top ten with 15 out of those 32 races. Looking at his laps led he's got 1285 over his career, that's 40.16 led per race. And he also has three wins at the track, looking at his stage points, he's really got it going here. He's got 19 out of 20 stages with points collected. He also has 5 stage wins. To his credit, he also has four second place stages. That's 9 of 20. He won or P two in stages. After the stages have been Martin Truex either in first or second place. Pretty darn good. The 19 has top 5 finishes in the last 7 trips to Richmond. Truex has a one 27 average driver rating over that 7 race period. That shows he's consistently good. In Phoenix this year, as I mentioned, Toyota struggled, the 19 wrecked out finishing P 35, but they started to figure things out on the short tracks in Richmond where Martin finished in the four spot. First, in overall points. Looking at New Hampshire, the 19 had a good day finishing in P four. Again, with the most points on the date. The only caution I have in using the 19 is that he has a lot of DNFs at the short tracks. He will be cautiously aggressive going into Sunday's race. And finally, the last driver pick of the week, the four carved of Kevin Harvick. He's got 42 races running his career with an average finish of 9.9. He's got 16 top 5s in that time. Which puts him in the top 5 38% of the time, and with 28 top tens out of those 42 races, that is a 67% average. His laps led puts him at 1180, which is an average of 28.1 laps led per race. He's also got three wins and also has collected a lot of stage points, 19 out of the 20 stages that we've run have been points for Kevin Harvick. However, he has not collected any stage wins in that period. In Phoenix Harvick came home in P 6, the 5th most points on the day, at Richmond's spring race, the four came home second, again, with most in points. At New Hampshire, the four finished P 5 bringing home the third most points. Now with his win at Michigan, the pressure is off and Kevin will most likely be much more aggressive going for that back to back win. Okay, those are the featured picks for this week. We have a new leader in the fantasy league for the final app weekly, and that is 2018 KB racing. So once again, I want to invite you over to Toby Christie dot com to listen to rowdy dragons, NASCAR fantasy sports book. I am on fire over there. My 7 week average for picks, but these featured matchups. It is at 79%. And since

He took the win after a bump and run. Definitely one of the, I mean, I was gonna have to get him in any way. He could turn to the center better and I just couldn't rotate. So I was gonna have to hit them. I definitely, if I could go back, I would have not have drove in as hard and hit him as hard. I was still gonna have to hit him anyways to win it. I probably deserve to get bumped back for a win. But we're racing hard we're racing this is these wins are hard to come by so you just got to take every advantage. You know, I didn't let them buy and clean them out for the win. I dore them, and I got in their heart. That was the point. I was tight, you know, but there's no excuse for me hit and I hit him and knocked him up the track, but like I said, we're fighting for wins. Thai led 114 laps on the day for his previous two wins this season. He had led only 7 laps total. John Hunter Nemechek, of course, was second followed by Sam Mayer, AJ Alma dinger, and Riley herbst rounds out the top 5. Over in the standings, AJ Alma dinger takes over the lead in the points by 20 over ty Gibbs, Noah Gregson, Josh berry, and Justin Allgaier rounds out the standings. If you're loving the short track action, another one is on the Xfinity series schedule, Martinsville going down Friday night, 7 30 p.m. eastern on FS1, 131 miles, or 250 laps..

I feel like the universe is telling me something. A psychic once told me That i needed to move to new york okay. I don't really believe psychics. But my grandma does. And i love my grandma. So maybe there's something in that. I'll say this first of all what happens if you go to law school and god forbid let's say you flunk out does it. Does it close the door and being able to transfer to another law school to give it another shot. No because here's an here's one thing i'll say if you wanna talk about heroes journeys we all know. There's a lot of movies a lot of songs. A lot of stories about people who go to new york and the city beats the howard of them but they keep fighting the good fight and eventually they achieve their dreams. That was kind of my story. So i lived that version of it but i can tell you as someone who lived in new york for the better part of two decades. There's also a lot of origin stories. Let's not forget. Which is they start. The same way people go to new york city beats the hell out of them. They admit defeat. It is brutal off all they leave and then they crush somewhere else and all the things they learned in new york helped him in the long run. Because no places as unrelenting no places less forgiving and therefore you have a leg up in the next stop on your journey. 'cause you went for it. There's a lotta origin stories of great things that have happened because new york squash them on their way out of the gate. Another thing and then of course..
