"Now broadcasting them from the underground command post In the vowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non descript building we have once again made contact with our leader Love then What's up America Welcome back I am Richie Valdez Valdez with an S some of you guys know me as mister calls greener Some of you guys may know me from newsmax TV I am the host of this is America with rich Valdez You can hear that on iHeartRadio You can hear it on the weekends on mark's affiliate in Philly and this week next week I'll be filling in on KTT H so you can check that out in Seattle over on the West Coast And I want to talk about a few different things With all of you so I'm going to give you the phone number 8 7 7 three 8 one three 8 one one 8 7 7 three 8 one 38 11 And yeah you could disagree with me Just gotta have a solid point The guy in the last hour he just didn't have a point Now what I want to talk about is this article that I saw And I think I may have mentioned it a little bit last time but I wanted to bring it up again because I was just talking about it with Chris salsa a big shout out to him from wba P and newsmax About this Wall Street Journal poll a report about a poll where Hispanics are evenly split 37% and 37% saying that they both would support Trump or Biden And this is revolutionary if you will because for decades my entire lifetime that's always been part of the guaranteed vote for the Democrat party In the 60 to 70 percentile African Americans into the 80 and close to 90% So what gives now that there's this big split well obviously Latinos are leaving the left because they've seen the economic growth that occurred during the Trump administration It doesn't matter what color you are or what country you're born in People come to America for the American Dream That's exactly why they're here And it doesn't come as a shock to me but it's pleasantly surprising right We can put it that way Now so we were talking about that And I think that's really interesting And now there's all this other reporting on the fact that lulac and I forget what that stands for but you could look it up Latino organization not a conservative organization but they decided we're not going to go with this whole LatinX thing LatinX not for us Because in effect what this does is it takes away the gender specific aspect of the Spanish language So in effect you're gutting the language of Spanish Spanish becomes gutted by the left Now they do this in the English language as well by recreating words redefining things In large part what the left does and they're doing it doing it in Spanish doesn't make a difference It's what they do They redefine and they destroy And they make things to their own benefit So good old Ron DeSantis and his lieutenant governor Jeanette Nunez she had some comments on this And I wanted to share them with you because there's an overall bigger picture at play here than I want to do a little bit of a deep dive into So let's cue this one up mister producer Janet Nunes Check this out I don't know about you but I refuse to embrace these ridiculous woke terms like LatinX That's not happening I can tell you I am proud to stand here as the first Latina lieutenant governor in the history of our.

"Who is a budding radio star, by the way. Richie Valdez is terrific. All right. New York. Welcome back. I am rich Valdez with an S. Ritchie Valdes on all the social media at rich valve this make sure to follow me and give me a tweet or follow me and leave a comment. I want to know what's on your mind. I know A lot of people are shy to call in. But we're going to your calls right now. Our phone numbers 108 For 892221 808 40 w A. B C Before we do. US Election poll. This is from the Express in the UK US election poll Trump is beating bite and despite being hospitalized with covert 19, this is an exclusive that came out a little while ago just before I got on the air. The 14 page Cole. I don't have time to go through all of it now. But basically the The snapshot is that the president's national job approval numbers. They moved up and down a little bit, but for the most part He's got a lower disapproval than he has approval, so that is a good thing and the big number here. 68% of people that were polled said that the illness would not affect their vote. While 19% said they were more likely to support Trump now and only 13% less likely so All that being said. Let's hit the phones. I want to go to Andrew and Stanhope, New Jersey. What's on your mind? Hola, Mi amigo. Us for, you know, Cortisone. Thanks. What's on your mind and Tennis macho. Nobody understands what you're saying. You're a good hearted man as much love. For America and Ah, I wanna ask you like about your There's others out there in the media, but the nice call screener. Jennifer tell me Don't say any names. But how do you feel? It's very sickening and offensive. To me. When people lie, But they said over it's Valda says he's getting popular. He doesn't believe what he says. He's really not supported by fact, I mean, it'd be very difficult. Anybody would be very hard pressed to say that I'm some sort of progressive liberal that's in the closet. I have a very, very long history of being a conservative. It just happens to be how I've rolled since I was a teenager. However, you're right. There are people out there in the media. They're certain progressives that are aggressive in their approach. And it's kind of like an ugly girl at a bar. She may try to get your attention and you just ignore her because you're not going to go there. You know, the reality is there's certain people in this business that you let's use Mark Levin, for example. If we use Mark Levin, Mark Levin has guests who are the guests on the Mark Levin Show the president of the United States to secretary of state these air the level of guests he would he would never really stooped to a lower standard TTO bring a sub standard guest on his program. So you know, using standards like that. I appreciate that. People say that I'm getting popular. And of course, you know that if people aren't hating, I'm not doing my job. Right. So no offence to the ugly girls at the bar. Just not my thing. Now I appreciate your call. Let's keep it moving. I want to go to Nick and Long Island. Nick, what's on your mind? What's up, brother? I'm ready for it after Sita boost l. Oh, by the way, I know neck. Nick is a buddy of mine. He's a professor. He's a patriot. And if I had time to plug your show, I would, but I don't so well. I just wanted to talk about amazing how all the media is like a bunch of vultures. They see President Trump sick and they're looking to take him down. I feel the that he's weak at this point. But the reality is that President Trump will survive this. He will over compass and we've got to look at. If President yet be Corona virus will then did the lockdowns even work? It'll? I think that's the most fundamental question that we have this now that the lockdowns were pointless, considering we've seen cases go up a little bit of place. Yeah, very good point. I don't know even where I'm at on that When the jury is out, I think that obviously if we would have shut down the subway system in New York during our lock down, Yeah, I think we might have seen better results. But what the mayor right now is proposing. I don't know how the governor, I do have an idea of how the governor is going to respond. I think he's going to say well. Just rewind a little bit, too. When He would say things like, Oh, we have to do what we're doing in New York. We have to do it in Jersey, and we're going to have to do in Connecticut. Why? Because he felt that if if you shut things down in New York, and you don't shut him down in New Jersey, Connecticut people we're gonna go across state lines to go do this thing good to go do that. So I do have a feeling that that's going to be the governor's thinking, and they may try to lock things down again ahead of Election Day. That I think would prove to be not going to say fatal but a very, very big political miscalculation. I think people are going to see that and say You know what? Screw you. I've had enough. I want my liberty. I completely grey. I think that's where people are right now. Yeah, Yeah. Well, Nick, thank you so much. Andi, the PS report. Great show. I'll be checking it out real soon. Coming up this week. I think we'll nail that down again. Thankyou, Nick, Let's goto Helene Helene, line three. I'm rich Valdez. Here on talk radio. 77 my call. I'm the.

"By the way Richie Valdez is terrific all right New York welcome back thank you to the great one now speaking of the great one you know the great one was chief of staff to the Attorney General of the United States ed Meese during the Reagan administration and we're fortunate to have the former acting Attorney General the United States who replaced Jeff sessions Matthew Whitaker with us today we're gonna talk about his new book but before we get into that I want to just share I was looking at the New York Post and talking with my damn call screener and there's a statistic with respect to corona virus that marijuana or cannabis however it's being offered I don't know improves immunity for corona virus at least this is a theory by seventy three percent so hold on to that one for now but again I want to talk about above the law it's a new book by a former acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker and Matthew Whitaker is with us right now general how are you I'm doing very well read so it's good to talk to you again likewise so to let the audience know because I think it's a funny story I was at C. pack and I was hanging out in the green room and there was a fellow ball guy in there and I was like are you looking at the wrong guy and then he stood up and he was huge I was like man it's a big dude that I look I said wow that's the AG so it was good to meet you then it's good to have you back on the show now and you know we've spent a lot of time talking about Russia Russian collusion finding out that it was fake phony fraud and that this whole flame thing was invented and I think a lot of people think especially on the left are those that are I guess hyper partisan they think what we mean it was fake I mean trump is the one that's fake he's the one that's a Russian puppet I think people are really losing faith I guess track of the facts that flame was literally set up and that the government was in fact weaponized against him so giving I guess I want you to give us a little bit of your thoughts on that story but just for context I want people to know that you also were United States Attorney you also were chief of staff to the Attorney General and then became the Attorney General so with that being said walk us through the Flynn story and how that evolves into your book well read it first of all I'm glad to be with you tonight and second we do share a similar barber which during the corona virus shelter in place order has certainly been to our damage I would say but you know I I think really the people what what folks we're listen I wanna make sure I understand is that first of all what happened in general Flynn should never happen again in my new book out this week above the law what I talk about is how do we need to make sure that investigations by the FBI investigation by the department of justice or properly predicated we need to make sure that you know big big continue to develop evidence because you know I think about not only general Flynn's situation but also I think about Carter page and you know sort of his you know his invite the search warrant which was you know it was it was not properly predicated in the evidence with the dossier but not only that once but three times that was renewed and there was no it was it was generating no evidence that Carter page was a agent of a foreign power which is what's required under the Pfizer statutes so you know I look at I look at both Carter page no Michael Flynn who is patriots obviously and then ultimately what what became a criminal investigation into president trump after Jim Comey was fired and you know from my perspective I think all of these examples or inconsistent with the department of justice that I would request attorney not only U. S. Turkey but to the staff and acting turned general we just can make sure we need to make sure this never happens again to another president or another candidate for president for for president or another US citizen yeah and I want to just add some context to what you're saying because I think people just they get lost in in the acronyms and stuff but people that didn't like trump that worked in your department you know where you know your colleagues they did bad things and they lied and they cheated and got warrants to track people to try to make it look like the president was doing something wrong hi my name is no you're right and I looked at this January fifth meeting that president Obama was in in twenty seventeen Jim combing invites written by yeah so many other people and and Susan rice gives us a great bike presence sensing pressure of that of that meeting on January twentieth from work email after she was no longer after the trump administration has been sworn in and get four days later after that memo you'll be said this interviews can be by the book like the general Flynn investigation can be fined up book Obama agreed to that call me read to that yeah on the twenty fourth four days later after that email Jim Comey since two FBI agents into which is inconsistent about by any book I know rich right using right exactly what Booker you're going and I know that you know others have scared after that same concern and and I look at the justice manual which is the book that that governs all of these investigations I look at history like the you know Jim Comey says bush administration the Obama administration we did a different there was no difference you had to be by the book and this is why general Flynn and liquid the judge Holden is now doing in the district of DC and I think that is so extrajudicial it is not consistent with the law and ultimately he's gonna be ordered to do what the law demands which is due to Smith's general Flynn of these charges yeah and rightfully so and and I think everything you're saying is it tracks with I think with the understanding that we've had to date but it still doesn't boggle the mind any less that people who were I'm going to use the term drunk with power that wanted to get their way did whatever they could by hook or by crook to make this outcome a reality the outcome that they wanted a respective of its reality you're right rich and this is why the book that came out this week I wrote about the law shows where in each instance whether was Jim calming him imitate Peter Strock James Baker Lisa page so many others at the top of the FBI were not following the law and we're we're we're called an audible you normal football player and I I see this is a complete audible that again this is what got him in trouble and this is what I hope John during his investigation with the U. S. attorney from Connecticut that bill Maher has been appointed to look into the what can we come to the conclusion that people want to count ability at your look at everywhere I go in the United States I expect your own people tell me we want to kind of believe for those that did this to the United States and and I think ultimately I think John Byrne is going to bring that accountability yeah and I hope so and you know earlier this week I filled in for the great one and I floated an idea that I read in a wapo article that I wasn't sure if I believed in or not but I wanted to put it out there to get some response on it and congressman Gaetz it was the first to tweet about it saying this is back in December that yes in fact you can impeach a a former government official and then the I. Y. po article goes on to ask several different scholars law school professors and constitutional scholars at different universities across the country if if it can be done and the consensus at least amongst the majority that I saw was yes however I don't see that happening I don't think there's any precedent historically for it there's no precedent historically for jailing of former president either so what type of justice what does it look like if we're not going to you know politically hold them accountable with a ex post facto impeachment which sounds kind of crazy on its face what does it look like well I think what it looks like first is to make sure that we have a full accounting and full transparency from the FBI department justice as to what happened I think the second thing rates that's so important is to ban whether folks can be whole held criminally liable for their behavior whether they can be are held accountable to their violations of the wall or whether or not they can just be held accountable to the history of our Republic I think in any way that that this is our story can be told them to make sure this never happens again that only two of president not only to a candidate for president but a citizen of the United States to support the mineral rights were clearly violated we need to make sure this never happens again rich yeah and we got two minutes so now in your book you talked about career bureaucrats that consider themselves to be above the law some of us call them entrenched bureaucrats others call them the administrative state and as of late most people call them the deep state how is it that they perpetuate themselves in garner so much power well your own good we need to remember and one of the teams that talk about my book is how you'll be you'll be school folks that grow up whether in the west coast or the east coast sort of find themselves condition and whether through their educational experience transient of government and I think we need to make sure that that normal Americans like myself the guys from my own your listeners yes the guy per mile gap from poor Rico yeah and wherever we find ourselves that we volunteer we raise our hands are going to participate in this Republic that's the first order of business the second order of business is to make sure that we follow the rules I mean I talked about regular order in this book and one of the things that regular order insurers is that things are done consistent with past practices and the rules of the department of justice the justice may well look at this this whole this Susan rice email or talk about talks about doing things by the book and Jim Comey James Baker Peter Strzok all of those involved in this Michael Flynn investigation did not follow regular order and did not do this by the book you're the justice menial and begin we have to follow regular order ordinary operations at the department justice once once the top levels of of leadership the seventh floor the FBI the fifth floor at the DOJ want to get involved that's when things go off the rails yeah I agree with you and again the book is above the law by Matthew Whitaker former acting Attorney General the United States he replaced Jeff sessions and preceded William Barr I guess let's do a quick wrap up I guess of what people can expect in the book and of course you guys can get the book and I encourage you to get the book at Amazon dot com but I take it away general well I figure first of all it's a hopeful book about how to restore integrity to the department justice rich in the in the in the and I think people can go get it anywhere where the exceptional books are sold whether Amazon Barnes and noble books a million or otherwise but you know I I hope that folks listen to your program and continue to be educated because we need everybody participating in whatever they way they will in this Republic well said I can't thank you enough for being with us thank you Matthew Whitaker for joining the program thank you rex you got it now UP next folks we're gonna get your calls one eight hundred eight four eight nine two two two one eight hundred eight four.

"It is Friday and it's wonderful to be a nice weekend the weather's going to be seventy this could be like seventy high seventies on Sunday and you know Michael Cohn would have been in a safe condition apartment in Manhattan because you know he was released because of the spread of call no virus at Otisville upstate of the camp not the maximum security prison he's been ordered along with others back to jail yeah yes the judge I think his name is Polly is said Hey you and the other miscreants they got real with you go back to jail for you and this I know that mayor Rudy Giuliani who follows us from forty six we'll be commenting on this a Florida nurse volunteering at a New York City hospital was mugged in Times Square earlier today oh oh that's nice in Times Square the busiest what time was this do we have any idea I don't have the details right now okay well just just just get ready folks what we're trying to get where we are right Penn station yeah and the Port Authority the bus terminal there that's where Richie Valdez who is cpalms screening today comes in from a Bergen county on the New Jersey transit bus he is described the walk from the Port Authority bus terminal down to Penn station as being the worst he has ever seen I'm I'm sure it is I'm Richard bell does by the way is gonna be hosting his hour tomorrow from five to six you know he's the host of this is America which is a really great podcasts best we have and so you'll be on tomorrow yes five yep I'm on tomorrow five to say okay hope everybody joins me well and you have never seen that strip along eighth Avenue worse and you fly may tell you today was so bad I mean the cops are out numbered this is not an emergency on the police they were there there's cops on every block there's a police car on every block you've got guys walking the beat around the street but there's fifteen guys huddled there's people shooting up heroin on thirty four street right in front of Duane Reade is a shop inside doing read and they drew broke their window last night you see a big piece of wood covering the Duane Reade wind I mean this is really the stuff I remember my parents complaining about via when I was a small kid in the eighties yep yep Bob absolutely downstairs I mean my message I'm getting messages from family members my mother a lot it was a step mother lives there is it is like are you nuts why are you why are you not driving and I said I'm actually it's six of one half dozen of another so if I drive and I still have to go through the gauntlet of the writer's guys that go around the no man's land corner where you know basically for those just joining us Juliet was seconds away from a stabbing that occurred a few feet away from where you catcher Long Island railroad train yes city in Penn station that's right and you say that this is now going to be part of a probably turf for retaliatory its house gangs from Newark the older guys who was selling K. two the younger guys release from Ryker's island by Conrad the Blasi a muscling them it's all about selling K. two in Penn station to the homeless and the emotionally disturbed I mean I really I've taken videos and I posted them on my personal Facebook page and a couple times I've think I've done of the prison Juliet page but I don't think you really understand how gnarly it's casting until you actually go it is really there is definitely a different is that there is a sense of which is how I describe it think of Dante's inferno with a clockwork orange yeah that's what it's become but as bad as that is and which is correct and you are correct it said Juliet after the show today I've got to head out to Washington Heights this is a double disc at she had double Shonda we've been focused with laser like efficiency I want to applaud mark Livin rich Valdez who is the phone screening because he's devoted a lot of his national broadcast to hammering away Cuomo in Murphy for what they've done to the nursing homes by forcing corona virus patients into the facilities one hundred nursing home patients have died at the Isabella geriatric center nursing home in Washington Heights Manhattan how many how many residents do they have their normally about four hundred one out of four oh my god this is just blocks away from one of the best hospitals in the world Columbia Presbyterian I would guarantee you that they probably will forced to accept a corona virus patients per the audience of enjoyable as Cuomo and his health jars shocker as Murphy has forced the nursing home operators to accept corona virus patients in New Jersey with forty percent of all the debts and they are now the leading state in terms of deaths from corona virus over four hundred are taking place in nursing homes I will tell you something and yes you can record this today Ricci you can use it in your podcast if you'd like I am thrilled to hear the president announced that he is going to be dealing with now with this now I I'm very happy I wish that the president and the governors would have anticipated this several months ago but that's water under the bridge at this point the president says that he's going to put about eighty one million dollars into into ramping up these these nursing homes will impact let's go to the audio tape yesterday he devoted a good part of this press conference to coming to the aid of senior citizens in distress who were in lockdown situations in senior citizen homes where Cuomo and Murphy of forcing others who have corona virus to be placed inside with them as we tragically have seen the virus poses the greatest risk to older Americans together as one nation we mourn for every precious life that has been lost and there have been many have been many was so saddened by it in any said the nursing homes in general must be dealt with all across the nation in early March my administration advised all nursing homes are visits to help slow the spread and to protect our seniors we took action to step up enforcement of infectious disease standards of nursing homes all across America and then because remember Cuomo said it's not my job as governor to provide the protective equipment for nursing home aides the president said no the P. P. E. is going to be sent to the nursing homes we'll send a supplemental shipments of personal protective equipment to all fifteen thousand four hundred Medicaid and Medicare certified nursing homes in America thank god yeah and then he said that they will be nursing home inspections at the federal level so this way you don't have a Cuomo trying to settle old scores Murphy trying to settle old scores by sending in their inspectors TMS is providing states with eighty one million dollars from the cares act to increase their inspections of nursing homes at this very critical time we have to do that we have to do that it's a that's a spot it's a spot that we have to take care of I guess you could call it a little bit of weak spot because things are happening at the nursing home so we're not we're not happy about that if I was if I was somebody who had a family member in a nursing home which I basically do by my grandmother in law I mean you're you're just waiting for the phone call that they've got it and that they're dead well as you know the governors have not permitted Cuomo and Murphy for reports to be released from the nursing home so we could become aware of coronavirus patience people being transferred into have corona virus the president said that's going to stop this week will be finalizing the new rule requiring information about corona virus cases in nursing homes to be reported directly to CDC and testing data to be posted online so everyone gets to see it this role also requires nursing homes to report cases to residents and their family members there have been thirty six hundred thirty six hundred plus deaths in nursing homes because of coronavirus in in New York alone I mean that's over the course of a couple months that's really bad for people that didn't have to die so soon jet yesterday were going to die but not so soon there's more and I'll explain why the state standards shocker the health jar that the New York Post is asking be fired as was the former US senator Alfonse alley boy the model will get to that momentarily they basically giving Cuomo a pass so they're going to make him the sacrificial lamb sucker why are they giving him a pass though I he because he's the golden he's the one who's in charge right the Buck stops with him right and he says that all the time but this is what happens in New York if you have five or less coronavirus deaths in nursing homes it's not reported so it's only if you have six or more so if you start adding up you know three from here more from here five from here but you want to end up with a long number you you just gave what what the estimate is about five thousand in total that have died in New York state alone in nursing homes imagine a hundred alone at the Isabella geriatric center sing home that's what four five blocks ads on Broadway for five blocks from Columbia Presbyterian that's only three blocks from my headquarters on St Nick well for one seventy seventy I mean a hundred I mean again I cannot say this enough we saw what was happening in Italy we saw how these the elderly were being ravaged and we just didn't prepare we saw what was happening it it it really makes me sick but listened to senator Alfonse alley boy d'amato the other day on with our new owner John Katzman tedious he's basically pointing at Zucker the health Kerr healthcare's jar for enjoyable as Cuomo this guy is going to end up being the fall guy now explain momentarily what state health department I don't know where they're headed it could be up there but when they say that nursing home staff to take your people who got the virus so they had it in mind and they're gonna say go get a quick I cut it out get real winners in homes have been a bowl reading a place that is so on three levels they one second ago remember it was his order that EM tease not resuscitate people who had passed from cardiac arrest yeah which just flip people out and not ended quickly that was his daughter and then it had to be restrained then the store you brought to our attention when they was sending actual nurses and doctors who were diagnosed as being corona virus a virus process positive upstate in Steuben New York without telling local officials into their nursing homes which caused it to spread like wildfire in that order was rescinded they said they will no longer be sending a nurse or doctor or any employee of a nursing home facility into a facility if they've been tested positive but they're going to continue to send patients who've been diagnosed as being positive with corona virus into a nursing home so what is the point then of I don't understand the point it's you're still sending people with corona virus into nursing homes and as Cuomo himself said one person that's all it takes to spread wildfire is she they're trying to protect home on this shoes made himself into a first class jerk on this subject sarcastically attacking the New York Post yeah Bernadette every time she brings it up towards the end of his daily press conference you know you couldn't be more sarcastic and demeaning towards here and thank god she did speak up and ask those questions because it's led to a continuous flow Bernard McGurk sid Rosenberg in the morning jetset Juliet yours truly here in the afternoons and Marco van at night we've been like just pounding away but this that last element that has to be rescinded the order is still on the books in New York in New Jersey if a corona virus patient is in a hospital in they were senior they ought to be transferred from the hospital to a nearby nursing home facility and that's not so insane it just doesn't make any sense I I have to tell you though you know all there's been a lot of talk about going after not only our health officials and officials financially going after them criminally I mean it's not something that I think is out of the realm of possibility I think you're gonna see a lot of class action suits I think a lot of the actual listening to us who have been in communication with me and I'll give you a way to do that yes get a pad and pen we'll do that momentarily a lot of the men and women who have short getting information from me figuring I could show to work my way in edge wise to these lockdowns senior nursing homes in the tri state area have said they've prevented any communication I don't know what's going on I was only told three days after my father died three days after my father died when I thought he was a life such that is such a nightmare that I mean you just think of the lawsuit said it's going to be five and remember Cuomo will be exam personally Murphy will be exempt perf personally they've been immunized but it's we the taxpayers who have to pay for their obvious mistake that they continue to keep making I met in noticing New Jersey Murphy hasn't even been asked that question yet who will get a chance at questions over and over now there was another quality other day remembers I can understand I I live in Jersey I see all the reporters they ask questions of Murphy each day towards the end of his update any does seven days a week not one of them have S. Murphy why is it you have an executive order the forces coronavirus patients to be sent into the New Jersey nursing homes with forty percent of the deaths in New Jersey which is number one in the nation now old averaging over.

"S. treasury direct deposit is not clear yet and they're not sure when it goes out it is likely that it's going going to go and eight the form of a debit card that's what they're saying but that is it hasn't been decided so will be like this not cardiac exam because yes yes and well probably have your information on it so somebody else could use I I would imagine but I mean this is also a preliminary also you're also going to get money if you have children but the child credits kind of very so I would suggest looking them up you go online C. N. N. actually has a very clear well explained clip and and they will be very helpful for you so if you just go to the CNN website did you know basically if you Google that you're gonna find all the information I want to know the big lingering question is if you are gainfully employed like we are here if you are an essential work or you working from your home you Shelton in but you continue to work you continue to get a paycheck let's say you're under the threshold as a single man or a single woman ninety five thousand right you make like maybe thirty eight thousand five hundred and are they still going to send you a check if you gainfully employed nobody seems to be able and yes it's it appears they will but how does that make any sense well because I'm I'm guessing that they're factoring in the possibility that this could that that there will be a future layoffs so I that's that's what I'm guessing now on again this is preliminary just happens instead where he's trying to DO see why a lot of people would say what makes no sense I don't know I mean let's face it I make way more than the threshold even after the child support and all of that so I would I would say no no don't send it to people who are gainfully employed I mean there are plenty of people out there who are going to be in need of it well there's there's good news on the unemployment benefits are round two you're going to get six hundred dollars a week more on top of what your state gives you for up to four months now that's pretty crazy now hold on a second this is where we're gonna be rich Valdez to get involved here because he spent two hours yesterday having a field call as I was listening to the whole market Intel because I I had to catch up on a lot of paperwork here for the guardian angels and we're in mark never takes two hours straight of coal yeah he's bombastic he's like a preacher you know you can talk to him when it's time to come up for the communion towards the end of the spiel now which the biggest problem in correct me if I'm wrong is that the many calls from across the nation were upset in the aspect of the unemployment insurance right without question and yes there are days when mark takes a lot of calls but you're right not very often yesterday he went straight through because people just kept calling and he really wanted to get a sense of how does America feel about this and it was by and large the number one issue there were many all related to the stimulus package the number one was this idea that people were gonna be given extra money on top of their unemployment Allen's that literally would incentivize a lot of people to become unemployed not only the people but the employer because they would make more water unemployed and I think that because right away my initial reaction is to that yeah you know people let's face human nature if you could scam a few dollars and not have to work that's what people do remember this is it this is a federal this is not this is one time most likely and so it you're done you'd be out of a job but it's four months four months right but it's one payment no it's for payments it's actually weekly for months of weekly payments well yes but it's only this is a one time thing that's what I mean sit in the back there's it's questionable because it's based on how long the national emergency that the president declared last and it can go six months beyond that but just to give you a quote this is from a Washington examiner says that this is from three Republican senators that were kind of coming against it saying it was a massive drafting error in the current version of the corona virus relief legislation that could leave devastating consequences unless this is fixed there's strong incentive for employees to be laid off instead of going to work this is according to senator Ben Sasse drainages as you mentioned the employers themselves to say once you just stay home for four months yeah because I think you could in effect you can hook your employee up thank you could be like it with me you're making nine hundred thousand a week with this you can make up to eleven hundred in some situations so it it makes sense for them to to actually do that and it's you and I and everybody else that's gonna pay you rather than the employer the Republicans and the Democrats agreed to this because they were pressuring themselves and pressured by their constituents to get something done unfortunately this is not going to be it's not gonna be pretty I mean this is going to this is it unfortunately it's done yeah I'm there are a lot of really good questions that that are that are being asked people are asking what if my recent income made me ineligible but I think I'm going to be eligible because I'm I'm gonna lose income in twenty twenty two I get a payment it doesn't appear to help people in that circumstance no it shouldn't but there are a lot of other provisions I mean you may be able to file for unemployment or one of the new loans for small business owners on would you have to apply to receive this payment no if the IRS has your bank account information it's going to transfer the money to you directly via direct deposit supposedly so that's that's the question illegal aliens are not going to get this I that would that would appear because remember in some of our system Hey it's Dave you it adds qual more good news to me California they probably want illegal aliens to get some kind of a fiscal a boost to hold them over yeah I'm there the again the we're not sure when the money's going to arrive US secretary Mnuchin said probably in the next three weeks so for your month of my month to be on the safe side this is another interesting question what if I if I haven't filed tax returns would that affect my ability to receive a payment this is the big one it could file a return immediately at least for twenty eighteen according to the IRS website because those without twenty eighteen tax filings on record could potentially affect millions of stimulus check wait a second hold on a second if they are that much in arrears twenty eighteen I cannot up to their current well even if you gave me is eight they deferred debt they're filing for year twenty eighteen it's sort of like wait a second you have been filed well I mean a lot of people having file because they just don't get around to it or they're going to come to the most famous person not to file and he was the city clerk of New York which David Dinkins for four years he didn't file even pay taxes I need to look at what we've got Mr you know eventually it for god you my accountant in this how could you fail to file and pay your taxes I know that a lot of people who are getting social security retirement and you know disability checks are concerned will you get the stimulus yes on wood eligible unemployed people get the signal yes veterans yes and if you there is so they're going to be basing your income on the last one that you filed you haven't filed for twenty twenty then they're gonna be sensually most read one show security you're gonna get yes you would yes hello my schedule here so this saying one three dollars a lot of money right but I think it's going to amount to more when all is said and done I really do based on what you've just explained to us and then actually what Richie Valdez said that the marketing calls will be thing about which is the additional federal subsidy for this state unemployment insurance where it may actually help both the employer and the employee to just sit on the.

P. D. I've got family that have served in the NYPD and I think right now it's a real disgrace what mayor bill de Blasio has done clip in their wings making sure that they don't do anything that they turn a blind eye that they're not even there and you're right the city's going to hell in a hand basket is like school G. by grace's states second getting sicker what are the things that you've seen regularly on that stroll down eight having you coming from the Port Authority as a last night I see I see there's a I guess a heroin dealer he rolls up and he's literally just handing them out like you would hand out flyers little white packets to to to the base has are all outside lined up right on thirty third thirty fourth cameras everywhere cameras everywhere but we don't see is a lot of cop you rarely see cops I go out of my way when I see a uniformed officer let in the hay I'm glad to see you here because it really is I mean there's literally there's there's an entire family living on thirty sixth and eighth Avenue under a scaffold in front of a closed down retail store and been there for a week remember this is a half a block away from the largest precinct in all of New York City midtown south and they don't even put a foot patrol officer out there too if nothing more to turn them what to do an intervention what a chase them away or to arrest. openly dealing heroin package at about what time I left a little late so it's probably closer to midnight okay midnight lot of two are still in the car was packed. it was a time going on this city is sliding backwards take time on a regular basis and no there's no no reason not to blame combat build the blood she'll a part time may have the dough from park slope and his lap Dogo police commissioner o'neill but also you got as his cell hate cops who becomes out there. I wanna go hang wallpaper when these kinds of scenarios on full do you freaking job you know what she had to do to get control of the situation I had a situation the other not I'm coming out of Penn station here I was actually recycling my newspapers which is a big ordeal for me two guys having a fight over a bicycle outside. they gonna start swinging and wing it one guy clearly physically what if killed this other guy so I get in between. and right away you know what it is it's the false courage somebody is sharing between them so they do with the chicken dance. you know all this I'm used to that so the cops finally get the twenty minutes later and keep them from trying to kill one another and these are two big African American cop so physically they're imposing and then they take both of these guys to sign in the start talking to a wall them of cursing out the police officers not beating curse me out because I know I would drop them here they understood but these concerts all you don't want to talk you just gonna walk away. until then the cops pack up the walkway as to lock them up and it comes looked at me and said we can't write locked him up was supposed to do crisis intervention was supposed to calm the situation down no crime is being committed yet. I said well if you walk away a crime is being committed because am I supposed to stand here all night and be peacemaker and they said go ahead whatever you want to do I mean that's input impotence of the worst type I number is one eight hundred eight four ray W. "Fire sale but today and today only up until five o'clock at the Italian embassy in New York should be back with us on Monday in the house Richie Valdez and the big statement last night on the stage of the democratic debate was Joe Biden's saying make sure you have the record player on at night to help your kids learning process let's go to Brendan who's calling from New Jersey welcome the WBC Brandon. how you doing good. good are you working with it can't paint and all along. it's kind of cool your community what the thing though we'll find it was really kind of thing in my opinion I used to joke about the record player like he might is that it is old so he's astronomy like relatable and how to be part. so when he talked about the old vinyl and turning on the old the record player. and. it is used to do before scratching became popular in hip hop you think that was like a program the response that he was fed by his handlers absolutely a lot of property if there isn't a mean it's not a whole lot of the different options the fact that the state like back then everything a lot of. a crowd like. but really close on the washer what number the fact that everything he very accurate and react to the crowd yeah there's no question that people are coached and trained for different responses when they're on political stage running for president but if somebody's advocating or training Joe Biden telling him to be sleeping creepy and to forget what he's saying and nearly lose his grill in his teeth fall out of his face that's a really bad campaign and should know because you used to work for chump LFA Chris. big.

"Connected to the contiguous lower forty eight as they say and because we're not a state it makes it somehow less American so what do you think knowing that a potential hurricane maybe barreling through Porter Rico within the next few weeks especially since they survived the ordeal of two two years ago and the president joked recently that a Green Line of Porter Rico that's a toss up well I mean again like I like you said the very astute Donald J. trump for president said Porter Rico is an island and as such it's always getting hit by hurricanes it's I mean since I was a kid I think the first one we saw was either Andrew or Hugo your big hurricanes that that hit it happens over and over and over Maria did a number on Porter Rico but the body was a strong people very proud people and they're bouncing back well you know the president suggested when you first came into office and he looked at the hurricane season something emails well about because of his properties in Florida so you think we could explode a nuclear device up here once the hurricane gets going to throw it out for us yeah I think you people understand the humor of our president and I think he's forward thinking and thinking Hey let's try and use military intervention to keep these natural disaster threats from hitting us and what about the fallout that there's any realized that with a nuclear explosion comes the fallout and if a hurricane is in proximity to a little boy with almost all over the world without question I mean I I think again these are tongue in cheek references I don't think the president really wanted to use a new show I think so I think he was saying what can we use militarily is there something we can do to stop anyway Richie Valdez is in the house on numbers one eight hundred eight four ray W. "And it has nothing to do with the people you surround yourself with Russia's you substituting for jetset Juliet away in bed and she as we speak it has to do with the memory plans and we certainly have had a fair share cases here in New York state the latest one was in Times Square if you remember two summers ago this new pads it was the reason the Richie Valdez would take his lunch hours in Times Square the illegal Latino aliens would come in from his say county they be totally nude and they'd be body painted so their mammary glands would be painted over and they would come up to you Russ in say chicky chicky chicky and they want a donation as a brother give you a sort of Robin tug right there in the street and to bless you remember he know what to do and then old so they had to put together a day snow to task for us and the cops didn't know what to do well now it's going to go all the way to the United States Supreme Court not based on the this new the case because it's still operating there in Times Square but in the state of New Hampshire the president was just there and remember that is a libertarian state they believe in the right to bear arms second amendment live free or die is their model that's not all they want to bear apparently that's right a group of women are taking their mission to free their nipples all the way to the United States Supreme Court so these three Sam of New Hampshire women are asking the nation's highest court to strike down a ban on women appearing topless in public arguing that the ordinance violates the constitution by treating men and women differently because a man can certainly in most places take his shirt off and walk around no problems other than if you walk into a store and it says Hey you got to have a shared you remember said walking around at the softball game with his shirt off on on on he took the peacock was strutting around this narcissistic guy here on him yeah Ms MC you feel that right Weatherly team out of the the Mets and he's walking around what I'll he shirt on flexing you know just flexing and I think some of the guys will like look in and see him they will get a little interested that you know I don't want to mention any names who on our team the boys from my mind AT saving seem to be interested but some of our guys to W. ABC I I I would have to question you on that yeah but every time you use it flexing right you know one nipple the other nipple they were getting a site but now in a New Hampshire woman was arrested recently on a beach what she was performing yoga and she was topless and she got arrested and so this is going to wind its way all the way up to the United States Supreme Court and affect all states and territories in the United States once and for all should there be a problem with women walking around topless the way men can should the law basically reflect an even Stevens approach to that if a guy can take his shirt off and walk around shouldn't a woman be able to do that they certainly can here in New York state but if you notice a lot of women will use discretion and say I am not going to do that and become a spectacle because and I'm gonna have a bunch of IT control guys following me as if they would dogs in heat well that's exactly the point as Archie bunker would say that's the point either I thought the point was the nipple you know the aerial in there no the point is when you have the nipple not a man's nipple not the male nipple but when you have the female nipple okay which is perched atop the breast yes as we would say and when you have that standing kind of all right if I might say it that way then you have the mail and when the mails sees that what happens the **** but not all men not all men but I would to say the majority of men I think is that partly based on the way men are brought up in our culture where you don't see that it's out of sight out of mind is verboten where is if you will what what's the bone to look at a woman who is taking her top off because it happens so rarely in life you you have to pay for that privilege now but but we understand this now you were a young man at one time before you became the senior citizen that you are today I'm still young at heart you you were I'd be flown out the Cocker you were young that's correct okay and when you were young pitcher you would sit in class and you look over to your left and see little Mary Jane and little ida sitting to your right Colleen right Hey honey and you would say let's be honest you would wonder what they might look like with their tops off heading they didn't have to do that yeah that that was you didn't have to do you know why you would have big Moscow no because he was a place that you can go and see that even back in the sixties reach part two was one bay area with people could go and be nude I'm talking about yeah I got by the Irish Riviera room without question without question breezy point the Irish Riviera but as I would say you could gaze over and the young young Curtis would say I want to what Mary Jane would look like without the top on I like looking at women's breasts there you go well that's why his name is kid **** but let's get some comments that are made on this as as cases wound its way to the United States Supreme Court I wonder what Kavanaugh's decision on this is going to be her anyway his women talking about the free my nipples movement you know half of them are going to happen when they grow up and all of them probably at least a one point seven on him so I don't know I think they should be set to sucked on what she said she said who as a baby sucked on the nipple yeah well a lot of baby still some babies don't now the hold on a second see play that again play that go ahead are going to happen when they grow up and all of them probably at least a.

"They thought it was Selva. Yeah. Curtis. Well, I mean to this day, Juliet, if you go up to add rich residents in New York City who've grown up with me for forty years, and you ask them, what is was ethnic background? They will university. Poterie now Conlon. Yes, that makes that doesn't make any started. The group in the Bronx was mostly poor Ricans in blacks to some chin. Was that my last name that nobody could pronounce at that time, which was just being misspelled newspaper article? Right. Sewer saliva. Swab another even if it sets, nobody could pronounce Lihua. And so nobody could pronounce flea wa no S L. I w a. Just the way you pronounce. It would be. S. L. E. W A, H kiva. So they might say Sliwa saluda saliva, but any get it? Right. And then naturally, the bold requests. Many Puerto Ricans out have felt I was wanted as and they will go this. They, you never were a grand marshal. No, so but you can be a grand marshal of the Israeli day parade. You're not Jewish. Yes, you can, but they'll never have me very three late. They'll never I thought you were. No, I was never grandma show of, of any prayed, except the Pulaski day parade the polish parade. Yeah. 'cause Slee wa in polish Shuaiba ending Ukrainian and Russian means Plum, right? That's right. So that's how I got you here, our little Plum. But they'll never invite me back to grandma show again, can I just tell you a really quick update very, very quickly. This woman had messaged us on our Facebook page, I guess it was three or four months ago. And she, she was the one who said, oh, yeah, that looks like there might be chemistry with Juliet, and Curtis. And you know, Nancy was getting upset about it, and everything. Well, this woman actually was so sweet. She wrote me a note on the other night on, on Facebook, and she said she was so sorry, she said, you know she listens to us all the time. She realizes that she was being she says an idiot that day, and it was a nicest, most considerate thing. I've read on social media in a long time. And I just wanted to say thank you to her if she's listening, because it was very sweet of her, and she's a huge supporter of the show now and she gets it, and she gets it. I'm not trying to flirt with you. And I'm not trying to break up your relationship though. My mother might be I know there's no doubt your mother, who just celebrated her birthday in Hoboken. Keeps Facebook messaging me, I did Nancy leave you yet did she kick you to the curb? Now, she would never say that. She tap. Her name is Lori and Laurie. If you're listening to your sweetheart and thank you for, for saying what you did. But anyway, as a high atop Madison Square got into great facilities provided to us in order to do this cash to all of you. It's really cold in here today. Look at what I'm wearing a sweater. Then another sweater Schmidt, this on its central, and I will tell you this Nancy was at her finest yesterday because we will marching as we do each and every year. And the Puerto Rican day parade is I mentioned, his guardian angels, since nineteen Eighty-four, and we invited along Ritchie vowed dead. Yeah. Who is many phone screener assistant to produce for the Mark Levin show at night. And his daughter, who is running for the Republican slot to take on AOL. See ritchie. That is correct. His daughter is how old I guess she's in junior high school. Okay. I doubt she's running. No. But Richie was working the crowd. And then obviously, you know, I was steering people towards Richie, and there was no great low Fay, how crazy, you know, when they met somebody who is also about equal Puerto Rican, forty like a hipster Molyneaux different point of view. And his whole point is capitalism vs socialism let's have a debate. And so we reached a point in a parade. We had passed the Cuomo entourage. We had passed the other officials the entourage's and then. Right. So as stuck behind w KT, use float was Heo, see allow crazy Okaz Zeo. And she was there with the same group two years ago that had been supporting the FA L N and it's chairman it'd be the grandma, right? And I recognize him. I mean, we're talking hardcore left his and immediately she was on guard chief. He did not want to respond to any report questions. I could see the report is trailing her. So let's say you had been assigned by one of the local stations to track her down. She was like running every which way basically, as if report is withdrawing dodgeball, hasn't been guaranteed that it's going to be a friendly interview area. You know that's the only she'll only go on the late night. Talk shows these days and any sort of friendly outlet that she can be guaranteed that she's not going to be attacked. And so she was playing dodgeball by voiding getting hit. We'll be talking about dodgeball lay as a sign of. Oh, pray. We all. Well, we're gonna be breaking that down. But anyway, she was like, ricochet rabbit, running in and out. And then all of a sudden, which goes, you know, currency, I'd like the just go up exchange, Tuiti salutation, screening, fellow Puerto Rico. With me was he being a little snarky no her. What's he genuinely? He's comes off to me as a very sweet man. Oh, no. They, they were holding a sign. Her group was holding a sign that says, all Puerto Ricans on this day should come together so Richie, and you could actually go to Kurdish Juliet, and you can see the posted article in today's post was going up and responding to the side. Like we're all born because we're motor Ricans. Let's show solidarity today, and we can go back to arguing the merits of positions on another day. Right. So I come in from the rear because I'm a pro at these parades, I know how to box people in and he goes up front with his daughter, and it's not wanted to meet. Yeah. She sees me from the rear. And she knows his, no nothing good going to have her people were like motivate move it sister. Well, no not yet because they were trying to avoid me. But then she moved forward, which I had anticipated. She would, she's moving right in the direction of Ritchie and his daughter, sitting on the sidelines very respectful. She sees them and she bolts, the next three blocks she's wearing two inch heels Nancy who's taking the photographs it appeared in the post said, oh my God. He's not wearing flats, she's wearing heels. And she was let me ask you, though. So how are you sure? That she recognized rich if he's sitting off to the side with his little girl. I mean, maybe just maybe she didn't maybe she was going back, yet approach and any said, you know, my name is rich avowed dash. She knows. Well, she saw his picture was. In the newspaper on Friday, the New York pro. Right. And so he said, I'd like to schedule a debate sin time, a capitalist in your socialist at some point in the future, he couldn't even get those finish. That sentence was gone. He said, you know, it's between between rich Ben Shapiro, the Mark Levin show me, I can't tell you the number of times that I reached out to her, her group, her people, you know, all avenues phones, emails, not one single response. You know, and I kept saying this and I was doing it on Twitter, too. I said, this is we represent New York, we represent your people, your constituents. They listen to us. Why would you not at least respond to me because she knows she's going to be asked tough questions by you. Because you'll have your journalists head on all Mark Levin, and bench bureau. Wanted to do is just a beta one on one because they're true capitalists, and she's associates. So I think this should be our next measure. She might be intimidated by Mark Levin. I'm Ben Shapiro. Because obviously they've been doing this for a while. And they, they know this stuff. She might think she could take out Richie Valdez. So I think we should convince management to see if we can use sage state seventy four debate and just one subject capitalism, which which believes in versus the socialism, that CEO, allow crazy believes in and not just have a discussion about that. Well, I think that's a good idea. I think, though that you have to make sure that she's aware that this isn't going to be some big setup where, you know, because he obviously works with the marklevinshow, we don't want it to seem as though she's coming into the lion's den, although even if she was she's, you know, she's a bigwig she's on she's on the big scene. She should be able to deal with this kind of you would think she could handle a question like that. My my, my thing is that she is one of these rising stars like came out of nowhere. And whether it's a celebrity entertainer, and actor singer of an athlete when these people are basically nobody's, as far as being a household name, and then all of a sudden they're like the hottest thing on the scene. They often end up very quickly believing their own hype, and they become a caricature of themselves as she needs to remember who she is, who elected her, you know, who got her there, and the people that actually matter that should matter. But when you think is socialism, nowadays, you think Bernie the out the caucus and is he doesn't run from that he'll debate anyone anytime anyplace. Right. Elizabeth Warren, not quite as socialistic as burning the out to San but she gives him a run for his money. I don't know if she's willing to debate anybody, 'cause she won't even appear on the Fox News, townhall form that burning the out the carcass did in a few of the other democratic candidates, I think her would rich that would be perfect and just that want to touch capitalism versus OSHA, none of the other variety of questions, and it's really a perfect opportunity to explore the differences and why one is such a capitalist which Valdez and she such hardcore is she going to avoid doing that because she? She doesn't even want to give him the attention spotlight. She might not to shame because she's she's proven that she can be a tough cookie. I know but no point. The respect you get it in my mind. This election twenty twenty the same years, the presidential election that Richie will get enough votes to qualify for Republican primary anybody else on, and he will be her opponent, and they'll have to debate then, even if she only says one debate or two debates, it's going to have to be debated at some point. But ladies and gentlemen, let's open phone lines. Don't you think that it's time for AOL? She allow crazy to sit down with own Richie Val. Cassie stop calling our all out crazy. Maybe we should hold off on that. No, no, no. Because I never call her that. So that could be rich be you. But to me, she's all out Craigslist, and she, she stood up for the nine eleven first responders and people who are getting sick. So I do give her credit for doing that. Being from New York. Can't show up. But he was too busy, and I will with him, more pigs, and people are numbers. One eight hundred eight four eight WABC..
