"Hear me can first of all before we get started I'd like to ask you cannot call someone at your bank to get more information later you can yeah our loan officers are helping people and that's I think that's one of the reasons the local banks have done so well is we actually have people you can talk to and ask questions can you give me the number please R. five eight one four five six one and just ask for a loan officer and better if you identify an area where you live so they can give you somebody close to you okay my name is Dan I'm eighty six years old and I can't leave the house because of the virus the problem is this about eighty five percent of my income comes from a couple pieces of rental property that I have and it's now vacant and I was wondering if I can get a loan to bring these properties up to date right now I like something that's probably forgiven at the end of it and if not by the excuse me is there some other way I can get some help such as a this astra alone or unemployment loan or SBA economic disaster loan and Kenya people help with on all or any of the above okay I'll go through them one at a time the disaster looms they're not available for that purpose and they're not taking new loans except for agriculture right now so that's off the table the second question is do you have a mortgage on the property right now this is inherited property has no mortgage on okay so our our if you had a mortgage I would say most lenders are giving departments you know three months six months and we are as well but if you don't have a mortgage yep you know we'll be happy to talk to you about up you know what it what it would take to you know get the property rentable again and help help you get the thing in order okay you can help on that repairing it in well and I'm I'm not saying I'm not guaranteeing we're gonna prove alone we have to run the credit look at the property but it's not something we would consider we've done it for other people yeah okay it's easier for the people you do it for me because I you know I don't have good credit so cool good good okay great Dan thank you so much for the call is going to Richard Richard John look I Williams yeah I can hear sure can he has got a wide variety of most deployed have our own business and she always wanted to be P. our business and we use our net income with her schedule C. form to figure out the amount of water okay good the chief he received it but I'm having a corporation is I don't have a schedule see I have a J. one and from what I understand I can't use my neck yes this is a one is that how it really works did you pay yourself yeah but my income from that you know most of my money I put into the business so I don't draw that big of a check from that company yeah you're very small amount you're you're up royal protection loans going to be based on what you actually draw and your and your wife's actuation you could use that schedule C. profit but without a schedule see that what they're going to look at is how much you actually paid yourself for drew out and that's going to determine the loan amount yeah well I mean I you know we figured that out when you know this out but why they let her use that amount and I can't use my net amount with business even though we don't have the same it's got K. one you know what we we often wonder why Washington does what they do we we do have to give them credit compared to Katrina they actually got this done very fast they've gotten a lot of money out very fast did they do it perfectly no but they have revised it so there's a chance there will be a phase four and they're looking at changing PPP and pays for as well so that may be something that changes but we're we're we're stuck with the laws that they wrote and then we're stuck with beyond the law as treasury an SBA interpreted them and that's what we have to live by I.

"Till six in the evening Monday to Friday and eight to two on Saturday feel free to give us a call in time if you didn't get on the show number there's two one OO six nine seven ninety six hundred and I think we are we went over this but if anybody else is just now tuning in when we are bringing back to Cambridge gives back so if you you yourself or you have some family members somebody's going through some hard times and great running vehicle will help them out and they need some help with their auto repair and feel free to give us a call I now call a message through Facebook and we will respond to get back to you in so we can do to get them back on the road again for you let's go ahead and go to the phone line line one talked in J. R. J. R. you're on under the hood what can we do for you today yes someone thank you don't get to hear out listen to often but I enjoy it when I cancel thank you very much cheered questions are growing up my dad used to say when you're starting your car if it stalls always turn the lights off their help save the battery did that would really make a difference or no it is if it's having a battery issue to where you need to have as much amperage as you can to keep that thing maybe get that last start out of it yes if it's a fuel related deal in your batteries finding you're trying to crank on it a lights really are gonna affected that much but if it's a battery issue yeah have you keep all your other electrical stuff off the better chance that vehicle start on you okay all right turn related question is when it comes to using that he break does that make a difference on a manual transmission or an automatic should you put it in park or in gear and then let it because we have a we have a slight slope on our driveway yes and then let it come together then put the emergency brake owner can you put the emergency brake on first then put it in the park or in gear that's a great question too by the way is basically if your parking on an incline or decline yes you can the parking brake I mean they're pure parking prong your transmissions when you put the vehicle in park that's not really what you call a kickstand is not really I mean yeah will hold the weight of the vehicle what not but the best thing to do is exactly what you said earlier Glenn apply the parking brake first so the vehicles locked in position and then put in a park if it's in a really steep incline in you go to start it up and you put in the gear you fill a Big Bang the EA you you put that transmission under some some stress which can cause internal parts to fail so okay Sir engage the E. break first first and then put it in the correct gear whether manual transmission or automatic and automatic put in park yeah and of course if it's a manual you definitely want to put the parking brake on and then put it in gear and in in yes okay so having that happen that you break cable talked which would mean that it did you break is engage really doesn't hurt that he brake cable system at all no no no they're designed to hold that coal way to that car so yes okay okay all right got that helps the clarifier question I have so thank you very much enough at the New Jersey the new year to you guys happy new years to you to their yeah that was a good question I've got you know lot of people probably don't even think of that much personally I have a flat driveway so I just put in parking it out so yeah okay well if you like to get on the show we got a few minutes left here number here's two one OO seven three seven twelve hundred you had a few more that style in you did not yes you did I don't have anymore no okay well and if you like to get in on the show to one oh seven three seven twelve hundred few things also going on a Cambridge again this show will now be dar's starting air time will be at three thirty so on next Saturday if you'd like to tune in at three thirty it will go until five so we have an hour and a half show now typically it towards the end of the show we believe in a lot of people on hold and have to answer a lot of questions off their unfortunately that's not happening today a good price all play on yellow football stuff going on so yeah maybe I typically we we have a bunch of people AS left on hold so we got a hold of the producers and stuff here and WHI and they agreed to extend our show so we can give a better hand and help people the column for car questions so let's go ahead and go to line one and talk to Richard Richard John under the hood what can we do for you today Hey how you doing great they have given you I have a question this this morning I went to a transmission shop down the street over here on and I told them that my transmission on my GMC pickup was was shifting hard it has been doing that for the past three or four weeks any tone yeah I needed a brand new transmission sixteen her books and I was doing some stuff and then I found out that I could change out the monsoon okay and I will use them out this morning it works great perfect I'm reading your I'm driving it right now so my question is why would the transition guy want to give me a range of mission how many miles are on them a hundred and eighty thousand I mean there will couple things I mean I don't know that transmission shop I never talk bad about anybody I don't I wasn't there I couldn't like check it out if you check the fluid level on it in the food was either brown or burnt you know that read that that right there by itself could be a reason to recommend to rebuild hundred eighty thousand miles on it that's enough reason recommend to rebuild by put this ship solenoids in it and put new fluid in it you might a bike bocce sometime you know if it's our children AT and he put a new filter on it yes what what had the flu lagoon came out was a brown no it wasn't brown it was not brown at all because I I keep up the maintenance and I did it I bought the specter of brand new two thousand eight okay and I didn't that sixty five thousand miles but they're not on the and this is when acting up all right they told me yeah you're gonna need a brand new transmission like the rebuilding for speaking about wow yeah I mean the **** if the shift so mine fixed it in you know you said you put a new filter and have that look he have any metal or anything in the pan no but there was there.

"We also in chapter six that they did not take on their new names in their hearts because we feel very familiar with the story of Daniel. In the lion's lion's den Daniel got thrown in the lion's den because he had people that hated him so he's GonNa be somebody to hate. You is jealous of you trying to get you trying to get you to stumble just stay true true to God and these. Other rulers of the city went went to Nebuchadnezzar this Darius at the time and they went to Darius and they said Hey. Let's come up with it. They knew they could get him like this because they knew Daniel prayed out. The Devil knows you're a prayer warrior if you're not become a prayer warrior career and make sure the devil knows I gotta be careful. This guy's going to this day is not going to end before this guy gets down to pray now. Daniel prayed three times a day and and they said I know how we can get him. Let's get let's trip Darius into writing a decree that nobody can pray to any other. God accept him for thirty days. Listen there ain't no Christian should go thirty days without prayer and they knew Daniel wasn't gonNa make thirty days without prayer and they trick dairies into signing the petition so he signs it and sure enough day one comes. And there's there's Daniel getting down to do his prayers and they come back and oh king. Didn't you sign a petition that whoever who and the king happened happen to love Daniel by the way. Didn't you sign a petition that anybody praised anybody other than you. For the next thirty days gets thrown into the lion's den and he said Yeah I did. He's a as the Daniel. He's over there praying to his God and Darius fell sick in his heart because he loved. Daniel only realized she'd been tricked. But you see one one good thing about Darius and I hope we're the same way once he said it. That's the way it was. You don't go back on your word. And so he said Yeah I did. So he wrote Daniel Daniel. I feel awful about this. I'm paraphrasing of course. They tricked me into doing this. I'm forced by my own law now to throw you in the lion's den can your God spare you should have no fear King. My God is able to deliver me. And even if he doesn't so so bit I will not prayed any other God but the one true God he he threw him in the lion's den and Daniel spent the night down there with some hungry lions and they all laid down like little kitty cats and the Bible says various. I woke up at the crack of dawn and Iran over and he pulled the cover off the dens. The the line is any holiday. Daniel was you're able to deliver. You have no fear King. My God shut the mouths of the lines. That come on up here. Then you'll oh come on out of here and he took the guy's chicken me through in those are some hungry. Lions shut their mouth because no sooner into the people that trip Darius he threw them in there. The Bible says he meaning the lot. There's breakfast now. That's what we've been waiting for. We tell you you will never go wrong putting your life into the hands of the one true. God never. Will you go wrong. Oh praise the Lord Alright. So last week I talked to you about names and how important names are and we saw here how Daniel purpose in his heart. Even though you changed my name you can call me. Whatever you want in my heart? "Rev let's go to Queens, New York line to and speak to Gerry, Jerry, Yang keeping it real. You got Reverend Sharpton with Reverend William. Now, you're doing rubber. I'm good. How are you? I'm a little concerned with Kanye west. The issue is making over his hat. That he's very emotional about making America great again. And that's giving him a lot of power. But on the whole worried about no one ever asking what make America who were you making America. Great again four. Do you have any ideas because I do? Well, I think it's obvious that the had. Matches. Of course, the slogan and the policies of Donald Trump or just to return us back to pre nineteen fifty American. He's talking about making white males. Great again, and he considers that making America. Great again, if you look at his policies, and you look at. Even the makeup of his rallies. It's very obvious to me what you mean by that. I don't know. How candy thanks putting the hat on makes him feel like superman. But clearly, that's what that slogan as stood for in. My judge. I agree with you. And I guess the key word is again again to me means something had happened before. And I think you hit it right on the head that wears taking steps backwards where there was racial tension and very heavy discrimination going on. I mean, it's still happening today, but we're going backwards here. All right. Well, thank you for your call. We agree. William illinois. Yes, let's go to Illinois line one and talk to Richard Richard John, keeping it real with revenue Sharpton Correal, keeping it real. And I am also in the clergy and greetings to all my thirty brothers listeners. And course, I gotta say this to giving God, I would mundane comment is listening to the brother from eighteen years young to the vote and a lot of us still do that by the way. But I wanna read something about what do Democrats offer common sense for people that always looking for somebody to do something common sense. We graduated back at eighteen years young college, Vietnam and old ninety yards. We did we wouldn't be where we had to do. Nobody was all things you know, what to do. The point is this. And. Office government. Whatever is read. I do solemnly swear. That I will support the constitution of the United States and the constitution of whatever state and to the best of mob to lati- I will faithfully and impartially discharge my duties or quoting to law so help me God. Now if that don't see self motivation. And doing what's already ridden the life liberty pursuit of happiness. All that's there. And if nobody can understand that today without being self motivating what more do you want and like Reverend Jesse it ain't nobody going back to the fifties. Born in the fifties. And we know the oil still going on. And they take you money. Don't do your job if you're not self employed or whatever. So let's examine ourselves because the words because when the wicked. We know.
