B. I. which is the equivalent of Texas Rangers Georgia bureau of investigation really something an hour or two ago saying it's lengthy I was given the short end of the stick is they basically are calling out the Fulton County prosecutor in Lansing this is B. S. they say a complete thorough impartial our goal is to offer every officer involved shootings that complete thorough impartial investigation before we submit the file to the DA's office the GB I was not even aware of today's press conference before was conducted we are not we were not consulted on the charges filed by the DA in other words and by the way the I can't even do this is supposed to go in front of a grand jury by I George a lot none of this is legal now this is right and I told you why is Paul Howard the idea of Fulton County doing this I'll tell you why students because two things vault there's a six figure this investigation to him off for stealing and taking six figures of money six figures out you know thousands and thousands and that tens of thousands of thousands of thousand dollars right over a hundred thousand dollars from a certain fund for to fight long for for law enforcement any yet many of you is accused of using an under investigation for using it for his own purposes so that's a massive thing that he's facing and number two he's at a very very close tight reelection in as we speak right is up for reelection in very tight this man is literally defecating and attacking and destroying its police officers treat them like criminals when they are the heroes in this not the criminals in this it's funny even The New York Times has a story from may of two thousand twelve saying tasers pose a risk to heart taser can lead to cardiac arrest and sudden death in New York times says it and member of the DA said it was a deadly weapon when it was when cops use it on on protesters quote unquote which is a code for riders born at one at one at one at a career criminal like a Richard Brooks used it on a cop it's just a tickle further eight hundred two eight a WBAP is our number eight hundred two eight eight nine two two seven we're gonna get to Dallas you're not gonna believe the store in Dallas today that happened in uptown and this is absolutely a sign of what's to come but we have to defend ourselves with fire arms from these fake protesters who are really there is that the new copy of the new caps black lives matter and their supporters there there are rallies and protesters and their friends to loot and riot are the new cops they are the new caps you must worship them you must bow down to them they can do no wrong they can use to use on us for example we cannot use tasers on them Ford lawfully using them so just you know surrender and worship anyone who is black if you are white you are white privilege you are a criminal and you are horrific and horrible it's very side of you is difficult I would urge you to cover volume here's if you're white and your home because you are a evil in your wicked in Duncanville you're on the up does not give up the phone number yet you never know I was forget eight hundred to so much going on eight hundred two eight W. P. yes Sir how are you going to talk to you yes there are other cases there's magic involved there so you want a copy use the because you're it's a deadly weapon but we have a peaceful protester quote when they need it American country to announce gun yes well I'm doing that I would even say nerf gun because even those can be you know inappropriate for but people that are anti gun so it's like a it's like a feather well okay now I I don't know if you heard but a black sheriff in Georgia Burke county Georgia sheriff Alonzo Williams said today of all places on C. N. N. months of their **** he said that the shooting of radar books by the two Atlanta place office was completely justified he said that there's nothing malicious or sadistic in the way these officers behaved he yeah he says when he was tasered it's five full seconds I've been tasered I've played on the air for twenty years now ten ten fifteen years now I was tasered in Atlanta Fulton County deputies by the way as part of a thing on the radio for to show people how I supported them and yeah he is still responsible for every weapon in his belt for all of five seconds one thousand one one thousand to one thousand three one thousand four one thousand five I know because I read the lighting for five seconds which means that's when the office of the sheriff says he the capsule as a firearm under side he is a responsible weaponized felt he could be stomped on the head or have a firearm taken away used against him there's nothing malicious or sadistic and the way these officers behave this these Blackshear friend in Georgia says were sent sending the wrong message to our black youth were telling them that it's okay that they can run from the police they can take a weapon from the police they can fight with the police and they can point their weapon at the police and expect nothing to happen actually they can they can be here they're here when they do this that is the wrong message to send a black youth and here's what that is that is the soft bigotry of low expectations and I don't know I I I I I know I know that by African Americans do not want to assume that all of them are bad yet this man who is a career criminal Richard Brooks into attack to come because you wanna go back to jail these activists and diesel the is after American people wants to pretend like this is normal behavior and I want to know what community supports these actions I wanna what community supports this man's ten your rap sheet where family was terrorized beaten by them and and and other warrants out for for years a trait anything else for let's go brother yeah out of state lawyers all seriousness though really it doesn't mean it doesn't matter what the color of the person standing as if they pull a weapon on a copy made their gun he didn't pull a weapon on a cop this is worse he beat the cod punched him in the face and stole his weapon from him he stole the the only weapon and we and and if there's no Patty cake we use the same level they can use the same level or if they go above the level he stole his taser the only weapon that's on par with that is another taser which the other guy try to use and a gun which is the next level up he stole the weapon he stole it and according to Paul Howard very V. is charging a couple of murder which is freaking sick R. it's a deadly weapon but yet today was we started telling us not to W. but he's a freaking state put him up on a stained glass in the Catholic church's use St procedure call trying eight hundred two eight a WBAP is our number eight hundred two.

"So you see the officer here is establishing what in a court and this is all on video and audio would be on a resume that I mean that Richard Brooks now this doesn't justify the use of force issue I'm just saying that there was no animus here they weren't called this guy was clearly very drunk and planning on driving which kills a lot of people all the time so you know it was going to say that now do you why is fine because social justice of the officers were right to be concerned here and to affect an arrest okay so it's established that this isn't this isn't passing a forged twenty dollar bill the issue is somebody who's clearly wasted okay the guy doesn't know where he is he's clearly very drunk he was in his car he's telling officers here I'm just gonna drive home don't worry I'm fine interested now we've established everything the cops have done to this point has been lawful by the book respectful as well the whole of the whole thing with the whole audio body cam footage and then Richard Brooks decides to fight two cops to take a weapon from one of the cops and used a weapon on one of the cops now is not a lethal weapon but neither is a baton until it is right would you would you let one officer to get smacked in the face with a nightstick if someone's running at them no no no that you got to take a few cracks on this call from from a person who's already assaulting officers you know this is what this is the real debate what is acceptable use of force is it terrible that ratio Brookstein GM in the sky discussion of died but it's also not the cops fault for defending themselves and yes they're going to say that he was shot I've seen this it's been ruled a homicide he shot two times in the back right he was shot in the back he had turned its own video here turned and tried to use a taser on officer as he was running away well I mean what what what is the expectation we have from cops year get taste that's what we're telling get taste and hope of the car the guy doesn't turn around he's only what ten or fifteen feet away turn around and come get your gun that's that's what the what the Democrats the media that seems to be the standard he'll be J. "Attorney for Richard Brooks other things you have some of the witnesses said is they didn't do a sobriety test there was there was no counts hundred or whatever it is and what this line they said they were just talking and it seems to be a decent conversation and then all of a sudden one of the officers grabbed him and told him he's under arrest it's not what I saw when I saw it some device he asked him to breathe in it he did the officer looked at it clearly it was above the legal limit so this started from bank robbery in progress or anything violent he just told me was under arrest and that may I also ask a very simple question however you feel this wind out what makes you think it's race related if you've been a white guy who was fighting with the cop and taken a taser and ran away and then turned around and pointed at the cop the cop would not shot in when studies show that officers are more hesitant more reluctant to pull the trigger against a black suspect in a white suspect one could even argue he might have even been more more quickly shooting view been white I see that they're reporting always was a suspected DIY or he was falsely blocking the line it wasn't blocking the line I didn't even do a surprise test from what the witnesses right there said so Wallace even under arrest he blew above the legal limit the cop is required to arrest him required.

Video appears to show a white woman setting fire to Wendy's in Atlanta where Rayshard Brooks was killed

"Talking about the police shooting in Atlanta Georgia Friday night riot Saturday night the Wendy's burned by some white girls the some of those some of the audio is actually a little bit humor with the bystander apparently a black guy watching this white girl try to torch the Wendy's and he's like don't give this one else there's that making video of this white girl trying to not doing a very good job but I guess eventually got it set on fire real good and there's a ten thousand dollar reward out for this handy for looking white girl who was there being an arsonist because you know they're not very well adjusted something like that it is a another at that no matter how you slice it another tragic situation with a twenty seven year old man Richard Brooks who was shot to death on Friday night drunk driving stop failed to preserve radi testa place went to put the cuffs on him to arrest him for his drunk driving offense he decided instead to start punching them and fighting the man down and that was a pretty capable of doing that and two police officers fighting and everybody's on the ground there there did at least minor injuries being doled out and and brochure Brooks grabbed the taser from one of the police officers that tasers going up he's running away the taser goes off again and Mister Brooks is shocked and and he was killed and and it was one of these situations where I gotta tell you know we all sit here like referees watching instant replays on on these these circumstances because everything's on video now and I watch about an hour and a half worth of body cam video yesterday and and I I don't know him did he did he have to shoot Richard Brooks when he's running away did you have to know what is the training what is the what is the normal procedure he was being perfectly reasonable during the sobriety test and so on until they went to put the handcuffs on him and told him that he was impaired and they were placing him under arrest and then a felony assault on a police officer repeated counts of stripping the place up sort of taser weapon they're evading the police running away on foot and then turning on and fight if he hadn't pulled the taser and turned and fired the taser I don't think there'd be any question and that the police officer should not have shot and and still let's look there's going to be it's going to be hotly debated there's not going to be a lot of agreement on this I can I can assure you that it's a terrible set of circumstances then came the riots and the burning of the Wendy's at the CNN crew was assaulted by the mob and their their camera was damaged or destroyed or or something and and so there is some is tab for more riots and and and it's not perfectly clear cut some eye witnesses and this is a classic example I witnesses who who saw it from afar said everything was perfectly going perfectly they're having a reasonable conversation all true until bystanders said the witness said that until they went to arrest him for nothing well they didn't go to arrest him for nothing they went to arrest him for drunk driving after going through what they call an investigation the procedure that sobriety tests and and and you know walking follow my finger and then blow into this tube and I had a failed miserably at the sobriety test he was being taken into custody because drunk driving is taken very seriously and they don't just let people go when you're caught driving drunk these days and so he was when he was being taken into custody decided to fight the police grabbed a taser and run and and it ended up being fatally shot being killed by the police now whose fault is that if that's the question that made that the answer is relay the escalating it to that judge to that level was the fault of Richard Brooks you know he's the one who assaulted the place and took off and took the taser and fired at now are in police training says that if you may be incapacitated as they buy a taser then you may lose control of your service weapon and that's very much frowned upon and if somebody's willing to beat you throw you to the ground punch you take your taser and and and pays you you should also probably assume and I think training would teach that that person would also be capable of taking your pistol from you and then your and a whole nother level of danger and and so I played audio from the fraternal order of police guy who said that in most your as the training is that a taser is a lethal confrontation because you could be incapacitated and you have a firearm and so it is according to most police training that the FOB guy said that he has a lethal encounter or a potentially lethal encounter and that and that legitimizes lethal force watching the video you might not come to that conclusion and I know I'm kind of I'm kind of angry about it to tell you the truth because I wish that this hadn't happened and and wouldn't happen but the ideas don't drive really really drunk passed out in your car in the drive through line at the Wendy's when the police come a day they told him to pull his car over there and he drove it up over the curb and crashed into the bushes and stuff and then when you're caught for drunk driving in the place got a put the cuff Sonya don't attack them and commit felony assaults on police officers and take the taser and run away shooting the taser at them all of that is behavior that is not recommended behavior at and the police officer shooting I can't get inside of his mind at that moment and know exactly what he was thinking but he had just been punched and kneed and thrown to the ground and pummeled and and was in a fight the adrenaline was pumping and piece of art police equipment was taken that can incapacitate a police officer who has a pistol and if he is incapacitated is pistol could be taken and so goes the training all right so according to the F. O. P. anyway so there we have it and and it's and it's just a horrible situation another tragic horrible situation
