Speaker Newt Gingrich Pinpoints the Watershed Moment in Glenn Youngkin's Campaign
"Speaking English as a resident of Virginia, I am, of course, buoyed. I am very excited by the recent victory of Glenn young of his lieutenant governor of his attorney general. What is, can we read a broader significance into this for next year and for 2024 or is it rather sui generous as a resident of the Commonwealth, I look at what happened here. And I see a businessman not unlike president Trump with no political background. He brought a business like attitude to the campaign, talked about getting Virginia back to work. But in the last few weeks, because of those mothers you mentioned at the school boards, he very adroitly pivoted to this culture war issue of fighting critical race theory and vowed to ban it on his first day in office. Is that a model or should Virginia be dealt with this as something unique? No, I think I watched lens campaign closely and talked frequently with his campaign manager. And I believe that the turning point of the campaign actually was when he went to a loudon county rally of a thousand people who were upset about the schools, and then in the debate when former governor Terry mcauliffe said that there was no place for parents in schools, and that was electrifying and as you pointed out Glen is a businessman and built a good campaign team and they actually had something up on the air. By the next morning. And just throw home for everybody in Virginia, the term of thought that there was no place for parents and schools. And that, I think became the signal moment that began to change everything. No, young can also did a very adroit job of having Trump's help in rural and southern Virginia where he's extraordinarily popular without having Trump campaign in Arlington and fairfax county where he's unpopular. And so junkin was able to pick up all the support in the suburban counties from people who were upset about the schools while picking up all the support in rural and small town Virginia from everybody who was pro

Debunking the Case Against Kyle Rittenhouse With Jack Posobiec
"With us as a friend of mine and I think you could call him the resident Catholic contributor. He's a godly man. He's patriotic courageous. You know him as Jack pass sobic from human events daily brought to you by turning point USA. Jack, there's a lot I want to talk to you about. Good to see you. And but let's start with kind of how your honorable fixation has honestly made me more interested and let's say fixated on the Kyle rittenhouse story. A lot of our listeners don't have a lot of they're not really aware of what's happening. This is not being covered as much as the Floyd saga. Let's start from the beginning. What happened? Who is Kyle rittenhouse? What is he charged with? Just start from the beginning and then we'll work through the current. Yeah, sure, no, thanks, Charlie, and appreciate the intro there. So what happened with Kyle rittenhouse? You have to go back to the summer of rage of 2020. Florida palus. Right. That was exactly. That was peppered throughout with these ubiquitous protests during the day and then riots looting arson at night. And in one of the cities, actually a small city called Kenosha, Wisconsin about an hour north of Chicago about an hour south of Milwaukee right in between. Following the police shooting of a criminal named Jacob Blake, who charged a police officer with an extended knife. There were multiple nights of rioting, looting and arson, the descendant upon this town from people who, by the way, mostly, were not actually from Kenosha Wisconsin. They were again, as I mentioned from Milwaukee and Chicago. This is in between them. And so on night three of this, you've got people that are scared out of their minds in the community. You've got people and we heard this in jury selection that were going into the local churches with their families to say, maybe if we go in here, we'll be safe because hopefully they won't attack a church. That's how bad it got in the village of Kenosha that night by night three. So Kyle rittenhouse was at the time 17 years old. He was about 15 minutes away, drove in with his friend and some others who had been asked to be there. To help protect the town, Kyle worked as a lifeguard in Kenosha. He had also been around there earlier that day, scrubbing off graffiti from the walls, right? By all intents and purposes we know that this is a guy who was there who cares about his hometown of use this as his hometown and wants to do the right thing doesn't like to see these roving bands of marauders coming through this. Well, as the night continues, the Nike continues Kyle's there. He's trying to offer medical aid to people on both sides, by the way, running around saying, does anyone need medical? Does anyone need this? He does have an AR-15 style rifle in order to defend himself. But for the most part of the night, he's not carrying that is kind of strapped on, but he's carrying a fire extinguisher to help put out fires at this car lot, as car dealership that has been attacked by these arsonists. So at one point, he hears about a car lot that's going off. This is a business that is multiple lots around town. So he's running to go put out the fire while carrying a fire extinguisher. Multiple members of this mob see him target him and begin chasing him through the street and then through the parking lot and at one point we just saw an HD footage today for the very first time. One of the assailants actually reaches for his gun after cornering tile in between a group of parked cars and at that point Kyle take steps to defend himself.

Founder of American Majority Ned Ryun on the Glenn Youngkin Playbook for Success
"And we're back with the founder and CEO of American majority Ned Ryan. Let's break it down. Let's look at what does this mean? Yes, it's one election, but it's a resident of the Commonwealth. Right, man, I'm excited. It's so easy to ride off all these overpaid rich bureaucrats who moved into nova change the demographics of the state. Well, that's over. This man, the nice thing, my wife, you know, said, the thing about junkin is he's like Trump because even in his acceptance speech, he was rattling off the things he's going to do day one. Yeah, that's right. He's going to have a committee meeting. No. No. Batting CRT tax cuts put advanced courses back in. Right. I mean, there's a whole long list. Huge things that as a former CEO of Carlisle group, you know, he should be able to actually implement in a business like fashion. So let's pull back from the Commonwealth. Right. Let's look at what this means nationally. Let's look at what it means for next year and 2024. Let's break down first the Trump effect. I think my old boss, I might be biased. Played this really delicately and well. He did. Because he did that phone rally, but nothing else. He did a soft endorsement, but didn't come out banging the drum on Fox every single day for Glen. Glenn came out of the closet came in on my show after mucking around my producer for a few weeks. Quitting himself, well, and then once he came on maestra, he was you opened, you know, the force that he came out of breitbart he came out of Fox Glenn was everywhere suddenly, very interesting, which means he's not fully distancing himself. He walked a very fine line. Extrapolate this for next year in 24 Ned. Well, that was the smart part about what young Ken did and I think he literally has laid out a playbook for Republicans in 2022 if they're smart, which is a massive question. Let's be honest. We're talking about that master question next. Right. Drive the playbook. The playbook is he saw he took the side of the parents. It's common sense approach in which the parents should have an advocate in which we fund public schools, we should not be abused by them. We should not have our children indoctrinated and then our kids. And it's our money. The funds everything. And Republicans need to embrace this and go, yeah, we're siding with parents. I mean, this is so common sense. I still have been around politics so long. I'm sure there's going to be Republicans will find a way to mock this up in 2022. But if they fall the Glen young can playbook and embrace it and say I'm gonna be an advocate for parents, parents have every right to be involved in their children's education. They should have every right to be involved in how their taxpayer dollars are
Lieutenant Governor Elect Winsome Sears Becomes a Superstar Overnight
"And how about this extraordinary lieutenant governor elect of Virginia, winsome Sears, she has become a superstar overnight. I watch her on Sean Hannity last night. She was so good. She has talk about guts. She has the guts to say things that people have been afraid to say. You know, I dared point out as a part time resident of New York. That Asians were being attacked by young black men. And people were like, oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness. How do you say that? You can't say that. It's like, well, no, but it's true. The Asian community knew it. And evidently win some Sears knew it, listen to what she said last night to Sean on Fox News. What I want to say to black people, Asian people, whatever, minorities, Latinos, whatever, don't allow political parties to divide us. Don't allow political parties to use whatever grievances that have been historically against you to force you to look at them as the savior so that they can swoop in and think they're saving you when all they're doing is pitting one race against the other. One race against the other. You'll notice, for example, that what was happening with Asians, it was young black men, and they were attacking Asians, but nobody wanted to say anything about it. If you can't identify the problem, then how can you come up with a solution? How strong is that? How strong
Loudon County Mother Voted Glenn Youngkin for School Safety
"Amy Simone another loudon county mother she was on CNN today Let's hear what she had to say cut 6 go Amy Simone she's a resident of loudon county for more than 20 years Amy you told me a short time ago the issue that's driving you out here maybe more than any other is the education issue What specifically is concerning to you Because I know that's a big issue here in loudoun county Glenn youngkin has kind of latched onto that as far as protecting students and parent involvement What are your thoughts Well my kids I had all three of them were in loud and county schools and they all had some luring issues And so they communication between the teachers and I were really really important And so that was one of the issues that really drove me And yeah the other thing with the safety that's huge I mean kids should not feel unsafe in a school There was a sexual assault here in loudoun county We should put it in the context here And loudon county school board officials were accused of mishandling that There was a lot of misinformation that put out in various outlets about that But you feel school safety and parental involvement are just key things and you said you voted for young and you think that he's the right candidate regarding that Yeah that is

Who refused to give up as the world's patrick win reports the rebels. Latest tactic is especially startling. One of the most vicious battles fought in south east asia. This century happened just a few years ago. The battle of marawi in the southern philippines islamist rebels took over a whole city and filipino. Troops fought block by block to get it back while. America's applied intelligence guns and drones dragged on for months turning the city into rubble but that was twenty seventeen. The rebels retreated to the jungle to fight another day and most journalists drifted away too but not criselda jabu's author of the battle of marawi. She stuck with the story kept talking to soldiers. They're fighting the insurgents and these soldiers. They kept seeing something out in the jungle. That left them pretty shaken up. A lot of them had stories. About how they i had to fight. Child warriors child warriors like ten to thirteen years old. The rebels had put the kids on the front line first as a strategy if that was into shock filipino. Soldiers it worked. It was really a big dilemma. Because when they going to kill them right seeing children or were they let the kids kill them first. Criselda jaba s- was also surprised by this but maybe not quite as much as soldiers brought in from other parts of the country because she spent some years growing up in that area in sulu a string of islands in this crystal blue seat. That also happens to be a hotbed for radicalism. This is a place where everybody has a gun in every household even kids who are as young as five would be thought how he is a gun and that's normal for them. It's like having capital in the kitchen. I'm halima condie for the last four hundred years. You would be hard pressed to find a wild beaver. In britain the species was hunted to extinction by the end of the sixteenth century conservation groups in the uk though have been wanting to turn back time and reintroduce beavers their native lands. The government is considering plans to release beavers into rivers there after a successful pilot project to discuss joined by chris. jones director of the. uk's beaver. Trust so chris what most people know about beavers is that they cut down trees to build a big complex dams. Why bring them back. While i say huge question really our rivers on not in great health in fact cannot being great health without this animal. We need the hydrological. Cycle is incredibly important. So you get beavis. You begin to get large slow. Moving bodies of water. They hold a lot of water during dry to vents our land in the northern hemisphere Same applies in in north. America has been dried out either. Move of this animal. We need to hold water on island for longer in a few live in a settlement which is by a stream if you haven't got flooding yet you're probably gain to as a weather. Extremes become greater the swings get to stronger and if you live in a place which is a little bit prone to drought than those dreitzer going to get worse and it's gonna be really important to have a be a in upstream areas so you spoken about the benefits that beavers bring but they have not been around four hundred years and ecosystems have changed in their absence. Could reintroduction project spin out of control we think about was one of the do they cut entrees and they create localized flooding. That's what happens when they build a dam now. If that localized flooding is in a place where does not matter then a. We can say that as being a societal benefit you know because the us will improve official improves. The birds will improve. All those things plus will help to reduce the risk of downstream flooding. So that's good if they create a flood which fudge your house because you live next to the river. That is a bad. I think we've got the benefit of starting the completely blank slate. Now we can select those places where we bring beavis where they're going to have the maximum in terms of. Let's say societal benefits. We can manage those animals in such a way that we maximize goods and minimize the bats. You have hosted a family of beavers in an enclosure on your own land. What's that been like. Eighty absolutely extraordinary. They've created a large area of warta was not there before maybe only there a thousand years ago. They've brought back eight. Different species of birds turned up. We've got eleven species of bats feeding here in a time of driving twenty eighteen. We can actually pump water out onto our surrounding land. Because the beavis created reserve water for us that is if you're interested in preventing funding downstream. That is the name of the game. How does her damn look today. Pretty solid i. It's amazing you can just walk across. I use that area of land to graze some of my cows on and they just walk across the top of the dams. It's it's quite extraordinary has solid they are i mean. The beaver has a reputation as industrious. Little worker certainly the case here in the us where we have plenty of them in canada. They're revered of course even appears on the canadian nickel so after four hundred years of not having any beavers. What is the cultural connection. Brits have with be risk today. Eight kind of being relearned. You know. I think we do have that connection is still. But it's kind of through the prism of north america. You know we. We lost our b. Was a long time ago. I think yes. The last one. Four hundred years i think the vast majority of our viewers were gone. Maybe thousand years ago but we're slowly relearning it. You know a lot of school kids come and visit our site for example on they see the bbc the making stuff and they see them cutting down on. I think they learn. These animals have a real impact in that. They really move stuff. Chris jones the director and founder of the. Uk's beaver trust. He's been speaking with us. From cornwall chris. Thank you very much. Hey you're really welcome marco. Good luck more stories from around the globe are coming up your with the world.

They really missed behind a like butter and they're not really looking at people like that and that was a shared sentiment among the people i talked to that they were kind of just pushed aside and told to be careful well after last week. It seems like we're all being told to be a bit more careful these days. Where do things stand in the region with the new guidance and data released from the cdc what should vaccinated people be doing even if they are not immuno-compromised last week dc updated its mask mandate and now everyone is required to wear a mask inside again. This is based on the cdc's recommendation that masking indoors resumes in places of the country. Where the virus is widely spreading the washington post also published internal information from the. Cdc last week that shows vaccine to people can still be spreading the delta varian. Although we should say that these breakthrough cases still make up a really really small proportion of cases in our area and rarely lead to death an epidemiologist. I spoke to you said that you know we knew vaccines were not perfect. And in addition to them we still need to be masking inside and especially around people whose vaccination status we don't know it keeps immuno-compromised people safe. It keeps healthy vaccinated people from potentially picking up and spreading the virus. And you know it's also just a defense against getting annoying cold that's deceased calling grab like you can see. Read more of her reporting at our website. Deceased dot com colleen. "I mean the other thing. Gordon murray forced out of his home and now seeing his town essentially burnt down says that he's the canary in the coal. Mine when it comes to climate change. Do you think that what we're talking about right now. What we're seeing could be a pivot point in terms of how this country addresses climate change and a new urgency in addressing climate change. I hope so but you know a lot of people in the fire fire community. You're talking about is nothing's going to happen to a lot of people are killed. And that's unfortunate because you know we've had so many signals in the past since two thousand and three we've had the evacuation of slave lake with the evacuation of fort mcmurray. We had the bbc fires of two thousand eighteen nineteen We've had a northwest territories. Burn big. I think was in two thousand fifteen georgian bay in your neck of the woods which shouldn't be burning because you know it's very humid there and there's a lot of a lot of wetlands in the georgian bay area. Burn pretty big so i i'm i'm i'm getting distressed by the fact that something catastrophic has got to happen before we get politicians to start really investing in this challenge that fifty degree temperatures would be catastrophic. They certainly are to me. I mean it's it was thirty seven degrees in edmonton for the past few days. And you can't even go walk the dog for five or ten minutes Because it's just so hot. I just can't imagine what fifty degrees like and then having a fire race through. I mean it's just it it really is kind of dante's inferno at it's good to speak with you and i'm sure we'll talk again in the meantime appreciate your perspective on this this morning. Thank you very much. Thank you me on ed. Strategic is the author of firestorm..

"And that's where you maneuver your resources there to hit them hard and hit him fast and make it small. I think the other thing we need to do is make these communities much more resilient to fire. We've got to have some firebreaks between the forest and the communities you know just mentioned one thing Forty percent of the evacuations In this country are indigenous communities and they represent only four percent of the population. There's something wrong with that. And i think that that's one of the first things we've got to address is making these small communities much more resilient we've got to have better building codes you know. We still have people moving into the okanagan area that are building homes that are made of wood and surrounded by ornamental junipers. That are highly flammable. Very close to the house. you know. propane tanks on wooden decks We've gotta do like california. Did you know after it was really too late is just start. Exercising some caution that this is going to get worse. We're seeing an awful lot of i. I mean that's the buzz in the scientific community is that we're just seeing so many first things that we didn't expect to see and we're going to see more of it and it's really hard to kind of digest when you're looking at it from the outside is where is this all going. What do you think is going to happen this summer. I mean we can talk big picture in just a moment in terms of a more broad. Look at where this is going. But it's only what the second of july there are wildfires around in other provinces as well. It's just the beginning of summer. So what does the rest of the fire. Season going to look like in this country this year. Do you think you know if it it does not look good especially in the near term the next week or two. We really don't see end in in very much end in sight I know that I've been listening in on conversations..

"The next level in help others who were struggling through dark times now living here in texas north texas and by the way i've only lived here for six years or so we are on the back end and the upswing i like to call On what i believe is one of the most if not the most challenging weeks this state has ever encountered unprecedented statewide snow ice and bitterly frigid temperatures resulting in statewide power outages pipers in water main breakages of historic proportions. This has been one challenging week for all texans. There was some degree of impact throughout all two hundred and fifty four counties in the state. We obviously made national news. According to what. I saw a few days ago as my wife was watching bbc. We made the world news. How about that now. I'm not gonna talk about who's accountable or the state's energy infrastructure or anything like that. That's not what this conversation is for is not what this episode is for. There are people who are way more qualified than me. Who are discussing those things right now. But what i will talk about is the escalating frustration of texas residents in rightfully so and their resilience. Not only do what is best to survive for their families but also extend their hands to help others going through this as texas residents regardless of those who were heavily impacted with blackouts in busted pipes or even lightly impacted. We are all in this to gather together. In my home we had about six days of rolling blackouts going off and on in increments of forty five minutes and five days with no water while not ideal. We felt fortunate to at least have some power right and we just hunkered down and managed our situation with that said i am very very much well aware of those who have been without any power for seven days and counting busted pipes leaking water streaming throughout their homes man. My heart aches for them. And all the aftermath right. My thoughts and prayers are with those families and the families with those of special needs or chronic illnesses. I have observed how no matter how frustrated texans grew over the circumstances and like i said rightfully so. They don't let that get in the way of finding a way to help each other. I've seen the news where some of these people were interviewed in multiple times. I've heard them say in. These are separate people. They don't know each other but multiple times. I've heard them say texans. Help texans and you know from what i've seen couldn't ring any more true as you know. This show talks about overcoming adversity reflecting and helping others. We're not yet out of the woods. But personally i'm already reflecting through this as the host of this show. I am truly committed to the call of being resilient remaining calm and working towards resolve during times like these is just how i was raised. It's in my dna. It's who i am think about it. How can i talk about these types of things with my guests then have a meltdown in play the victim on the very first blackout. It just doesn't work that way right. We don't just talk the talk. We walk the walk as well. In my heart of hearts i feel my wife. And i were very strong up beaten resilient this past week but continued to reflect because i want to seek to learn what i could have done better. One thing is by a generator. Definitely top of my list. The next time amount of home depot. Or lowe's i wanna give you a few examples of some great people in this great state who embodies the resilience of texas.

You can be finished and out the door by ten o'clock most people that's about half turn out so it is a full evening foods I could have had. We do offer Martine Jink package where we sort of much the wines with the foods that type of thing that's eighteen pounds ahead so if fifty three quit all and you can get three calls really we try we try and focus okay some belief you know. He's not gonNa Bathrooms Copenhagen please everyone but we do try Yeah so that's good feedback. Thank you very much for Quinta. Yeah I'm Gerald again if I'm walking past the top part. Yeah sure you will thank you as always. It's fantastic to catch up with some of the and local business owners and guests do have on the show and if Matt with gray and honestly I he had so many answers that which is completely you know what I was expecting for example wasted the UNI and he's got less nine to five job as well absolutely. We're expecting any of that. So that was kind of and why I do these interviews just to give you a little bit more background about the people around vessel. I'm really And speaking of if you think you'd like to be on the podcast or if you know of anybody anybody who you think could come in the podcast. Then please do pass their details my way. All of us might details that way. Either of those works out So now moving on to some regular sections of the podcast if your regular listener were subscribing to the show he might recognize these starting off with the Ramsbottom United News recently. I think it was in the Lancashire. Telegraph that there was a post about out Manager Chris Wilcox whether or not we're going to have a slightly better run of form because we've got a few losses recently for example where we're up to now so the match replayed today he was against Mosk. I think mosque is how you pronounce it. Sounds Committee partially same mask but Prior to that we had a couple of roles we had a loss against Marine Eh loss against Clinton wrote a loss against Kohl's I think that's kind of what he's who's getting up there The between now and the lost episode of the PODCAST. We had a much against the city of Liverpool newly-formed Thima believe for at least for the League and we will not that was Tuesday nights much and we will not Five nil fantastic five nail. I mean winning any much. He's great but when you five dollars even better I feel a little bit. Sorry for disable of bull if they are a new team but I feel so much more better for For US having that win. That's not even English. Is it more better anyway. You know what I mean so yes. The much against the city of Liverpool was played at Ramsbottom United's ground on the twenty sixth of November. There was an an attendance of one hundred and sixty one people which is not too bad for for cold November night scoring got underway by Ramsbottom with a penalty. I don't see on the fourteenth minutes and Tom Kennedy scored that one now entrepreneur follow with other scores of the match. There was another goal. Fraum Tom There's another goal from Iowa. Good in this time it was a side-footed shot not a penalty from a roundabout twelve yards. And that was to add on the fifty fifth minute. Senate Irish cody. Second goal of the match bringing it to three nil full ramsbottom and then the next goal around on the seventy seven th minutes substitute suit Ruben. Jerome Cook inside mice to score a goal bringing up to four nil. Pretty much ended game. There really wasn't it. I Don eightieth minute. We want a mogul so that was a goal scored on substitute Josh. So that brought the game to five nil which is not too bad considering although as ACC blue polar new team they They are midtable so they're doing really well but not quite as good as those Right so onto the latest much which was played on the thirtieth of November. I was at home against the state was mosque. Musk says is I would say up north. That's was a set earlier. I didn't really. I didn't really tease it. It's all today. It was a five one win. The first goal. Actually there's been a few goals in that much of I wasn't much but I want to check them out on on Youtube. So can't wait for those videos to get blow to and the first goal was on a roundabout ten minutes. Looks like it was an own-goal from one of the Moss defenders and the next goal was scored on the thirty second minutes. A good run by arrogant and I was told on twitter that this was a really good go and play the ball out to nick eventually Nas who scored from close range and then the next team to school. Fortunately it wasn't Rumsfeld. But you know we went onto win. They they scored ahead of from Kona and then it was halftime and it was two two one two ramsbottom and shortly after starting the second half penalty on the full six minute. As Ruben drome was brought down in and the books and again is that Tom Kennedy a escort from again. The second time this week he's still not necessarily was A. He scored against city pool pulling that brought the goal line. Two three one and then Only a couple of minutes late Richie. Baker scored was. I've I've heard is potentially the best best goal. We've had all season. We'll say have a yet to see that to use you for each book. I trust the people have told me that but Richie Baker scored a goal into the top left corner from roughly twenty five yards out bringing the scoreline to full one and then if it couldn't get any worse for For Moscow sixty full minute. They red card for violent conduct domino acceptable went on. Who knows I'm back that possibly but Yeah so they managed to get tough and then our lost goes on the eighty ninth with minute cal. Jones ran a lovely low ball across the box from the right. A Nick Evangelina. That man always goes when he gets in the good place. He scored from a few yards out to take the skull scoreline to five one. Well don't Rams we do really really well in in the table so far and let's have a look where we are in fact we are currently faith thing that's got all of the scores on assuming that the league table has got all of this weekend's much is on it says we've currently played fourteen matches. We're on twenty six points and we are fifth in the table now fifth my thing. It's not great but keep in mind that the false place cleared the row have played fifty much. So we've got gaming handle NAM and they've only go twenty seven points marine. They've they've played the same amount they've again. Only twenty seven points. Traffic played sixteen matches the second neighbor. Twenty seven points on the first team team Workington. I've got twenty eight points so there's only two points between uh on the top of the table so doing really really well. Lots to Goodwin's we've had the and incidentally mask our sixth currently they've got two games in hand though so technically they win those two than the go ahead of us. Winning five five one against the team who were currently right behind us is a good feet. So well done Chris and the team there so another section of the podcast which is I'd say common. Sometimes these events don't happen but The res Few things coming up as you might imagine as Christmas so so Events happening pretty much every weekend. Got Eleven o'clock at the helm short museum on the seventh of December. And there's a few more events community twelve around bottom civic halls Christmas Christmas craft fair. That's taking place on the fourteenth of December from nine o'clock and also on the fifteenth of December at nine o'clock as well so it's this Saturday and the Sunday on Sunday at twelve o'clock theories ramsbottom's Christmas get together. Thank you very much first. I speak to this. Thank you very much. Well that makes a change for the podcast of never never interviewed someone that has a workspace sleight that where you can kind of rent desks and things and Rachel trying something really new different Enron's Boston because I'm not aware of any other places that do that. Currently that mean the might. Maybe you think it might be something on k. Bro As absolutely nothing like what Rachel's Setu. I'm not aware of anything like that twenty four hours and you can kind of be pin out out with your own little little card soap and things so she's got a really unique thing going on which is actually quite APPs given the even the name of business and I will have to say it could possibly be one of the most I want to say. I don't want to say most pink because everything was pink but it was very like Rachel side into is very instagram garble. Everything these kind of you could easily. If you're selling products you could easily pop pop your product in any of the locations in in the social space and you'll have really good photos la background stuff going on. She really knows a design. She knows she really knows the social media she really knows his stuff. So if you are looking for anybody to either manage your social media hero. Maybe just get some tips and things definitely check out a unique social code. UK A put links in this episode for all of the facebook page agenda also her website and things like that so yeah definitely check it out. It might be that you want to go it alone and do some of the events that that Rachel son or maybe maybe you'd want a bit of hand holding and not something she tells us well. It's definitely with getting in touch. She just mentioned towards the end of the interview that she can do a free fifty minute consultations. If if you just want to kind of check upon your social media feeds then this kind of thing she does as well so well worth checking out and yeah so weldon to Rachel Oh for starting this the best business which is a little bit different so in the last few episodes of the past mentioned the podcast awards the podcast awards worlds are still taking in nominations for the podcast. Obviously I want you to vote for this. He's rummy. I've put in a link to the show at sorry the post on the website where I've got details on how you can actually vote essentially in a nutshell. You've got to go to customers to come sign up there. You basically taming an email address in a kind of so that people can't give them the system and vote loads and loads of times and once you've still not you can go through to the next page and you've got a a people's choice award where every single podcast that's on the oath for nomination over five hundred of them is there. That's going to be really difficult to kind of win. I would appreciate if you stick a vote in efforts and also there is the society and culture section which is towards the right hand side. If you're on the desktop scroll Saddam is is near the bottom because we're off about tickle. I'd really really appreciate vote. Appreciate your vote and if you could do that that'd be amazing. That's where I'm going to wrap up this episode of the podcast. We've got things come in in to to to town. I guess things like the football season season. Stein if again soon I've kind of given up on the creek. I've got no idea I've tried to follow it and when we're away the some of the twitter accounts ounce that people are posted in from are not great. They don't really give me any clue so yeah. I've just had to give up. Nobody's came forward to say I'll help you on the knowing exactly what's going on with the cricket so I'm going to assume that nobody has so if if you do care and you do want to give me a hand and say this he's won't happen in cricket and then give me a heads-up. "Podcast McCartney bringing you news interviews and information from the house around SPA similar hello and welcome to another episode of this as Rummy. This is actually episode one hundred and forty three but really doesn't make any difference on this episode focused. I have an interview with Sean Malik. Here's the owner of the newest shop that is opening or stories as opened amounts opened day today being the thirteenth of July two thousand nineteen and that shop is direct flooring and beds it has opened on Princess Coltan Silva streets and Yeah Sean Alex to find out a little bit more about their venture but before I gone with interview I've got a new section for the podcast because it's it's almost midnight and introducing a new section to the podcast seemed like a really good idea so I'm basically recapping on some of the latest posts from the website This has been a very very busy week. I mean there's been bits of news of even included on the web site just because it is been materially but let's start off with some asleep plays now the articles some plays clear up at a Greater Manchester Drama Federation awards they had ten awards included three best production awards and they also came away with the highest award the drama. She'll for best overall dramatic achievement. The play is currently working on this at timber production for under a nightingale. L. Sang a you can buy tickets link to that now. from the seventeenth of August so the link goes to the ticket page and from the seventeenth of August. You'll be able to buy by those if you want to read more about that particular article. There's a link to it in the show notes for this episode everything than talking about this day show notes in all of these these articles on this is Romi Code. UK moving onto ramsbottom united fixtures for the two thousand nine Hundred Ninety two thousand and Twenty League at the fixture has been the fixtures have been released for roundabouts united and the I league match of the season is on Saturday the eighteenth of August sorry sorry Saturday. The Seventeenth of August which is incidentally is the same date that the tickets for under nightingale sang go on sale but that is a home much to witness so hopefully you'll get to join me that and get a I a win for Rumsfeld United for the season and the last bit of news from the website is would hey high school gains in real schools guide two thousand nineteen so the real schools guide is guide which has essentially pulled in fifty different pieces of information from publicly available information. It's one of the like data syndicates for some of the newspapers and things out there. I think the Daily Mirror like offshoots for Daily Mirror and they put in all of these pieces of information for all of the schools across the country and of these would hey highschool scored full out to five a possible five stars. This is an increase in las G. rating of three stars would hey is currently ranked at one thousand one hundred fifty one out of three thousand one hundred sixty six schools across England. This is despite the fact that the report claims that would hey high school requires improvement so it does any sound like would hey doing all the right things there anyway so that's enough for the new section which is from the website. Let's move onto the interview with Sean on Malik. I am here with John Malik and you you soon to open a new business called Dara Florida in bed start flowing in in beds now. There's no clues what you do is. Oh Yeah Yeah Yeah we we whichever as well and I just think he's crying out for a cap shope then as long as we're bringing go call service. The price is right which they will be. We obviously know what we do. Everything so uplifted success yeah well. There's always lack development and stuff going on around as seemed like for Coleman as well. He's I've been looking at by eighteen months and nothing's ever since off since come out and said we're opening up quite ah people of what we were thinking of doing it. Lee just finding the right place as well and I think we've got a place of good advice because there's a couple of diy shops furniture Morrison's just at the back of as well so this full floor so I think there's there's a lot of people as well as we would be quite happy to see in the shop again def definitely cafe a restaurant because sometimes it's it back on exactly yeah yeah yeah resort. We have completely different or so. Ah Yeah Yeah after after you mentioned this can be supporting overworking yeah we we for the For our opening day. That's going to be out choice of charity for the whole year from first opening yeah which we do things right the and to raise money for it we do an Russell for the opening day tickets over five pound and officer the winner of that they're going to get the lions originally originally won't captain for your child free fix in on the leg fitted officer five hundre- power comes with a bunch. It's more comfortable with winces that we've got an everything is just a lot more convincing yeah. Both I mean since we cap it. Yep Bob moved from from south where we had all the different. Reuss of hallways and maybe you cannot be in the kitchens and stuff I think Y- comfort rooms you bedrooms and you'll be notary Jeff Daniels something because we had that we have not true as well so it was all hall one long thinks aside out and stuff boys. Lv Fitter Uh as donate all the twenty five years now which were involved against somebody who expert would also many users committing to exist it can making yet aubin. He's very very good what he's in the shoppers well which obviously bitches on the inside the gap for over eleven years this as well so they do excite Burma go into a job. We make sure clay. I represent a way vacuum mobster basic. The left is when we won't say which I think he's A. He's a good ball for the customers while you just WanNa leave it as possible your new cafe all really say wait you don't which does not many people that do the people that leave the shelves side without even pulling multimedia. The customers demand priority brilliant fantastic. Thanks very much to succeed consider which all the best in the business on Sierra trying to really live is nice speaking to show Mollica. It was unfortunate that they office was say office. It was a shop. The shop hadn't quite been finished. It was very echoey. Basically there was nothing really there. There was just a table in the middle of the room. an essay as unfortunate because carpet let some led to believe is a really good absorb of sound so it would have been really good interview. If there was lots of cop around obviously we wanted to try and get an interviewee nearly when they would you to choose to announce that you to open so some of the things mentioned that interview obviously they relate to prior to their opening day but hopefully you get the idea and if you are looking for any copy so beds or flooring than definitely go and check out direct flowing beds on on silver street so let's move onto the next section of the accustomed as upcoming events this couple of things going on next weekend's the weekend of the twentieth and twenty first of July at the first thing is so messy garden center Santa that starts on the twentieth and also is on Saturday and Sunday which being twenty I also. We've got love Earth Festival now. If you listen to the podcast last week you will have heard me speaking to Hannah. Wells of the festival. That's taking place in Noto Park as it's going to be loads of stuff going on. I think it's like thirty I five forty stalls or something that's going on so it can be really big event. Please go down at checkout. what's going on and maybe there'll be some something on that you've known before. Maybe you'll be introduced to some ECO friendly products that you think oh actually these these use. Currently you never know so. That's where I'm going to leave this week. I do hope you join the podcast as always. I do like to get your feedback so please do go to remedy CODA. UK and you know you can click on the contact page there or you can find. I does it for ready for him until playoff in how how it should look out some of the things they know prepped floor so they have a mess. You can always pull. I say let me tell you about Massino to not a quick so what's the what's the best thing I've ever done. We want to invite them as well and come see what we're doing. We just swapped extreme around that assigning a minute to make it more of a barracks last year. We had a small tables and they struggled struggled to fill it. I think he's tall tables in works and which kind of want to showcase this room as well as to how many covers the so we have we can sit thirty bad and in this room we have tens down sweet but he can easel our private dining room right so these fables the will open. We can making table twelve all right. Thank you have this whole among yeah so like a long table and closes for us not much all you winds walls. Also you know clogging up the whole region. If you want that experience thank you know we've always done that. That's why we got it wrong. Where dust what we could really only up inside this room when small tables at mostly if it wasn't so a lot of people WANNA see Donald Small tables drake wasn't really utilize odd yeah so the tables came in about two weeks good because you get people standing up next year. Soto yeah what what we wanted to be in the back and every instance feasibility more comfortable and yeah just still still Alfred same same sought private dining do close to Karen you you don't try and do you have this. Volkman US three four five courses swab swap bureau using touch but at the time it would be if that out. It was very difficult to get drinkers to commit sit this right here because sometimes you can find rooms with people have gone just too big. How how many people are going. It's a nice size. We always like a couple of groups of friends really and you can say this. It says the the ones who could Friday goes riding. Aris was ready to go. There wasn't sharing out so silence promising to see that it works. Good Friday's different name of the last Friday after has been the same you know Communist movement using using it when he went for letting forest get it. I've so steps waiting for House Tracy. That solon takes. Thanks for that interesting. Construction business comes kitchen. I'm trying to concentrate and say he's not as difficult psycho buttress then so so clydes get hit from the start to get to a with too violent and then jobs off news in the subsequent he made the right decision bringing just about to replicate anything else you want to go right well if you're listening to this and either you don't know about history is well first off head to earn imams and just turn around and have about two is right in front of you as you heard we're coming up to a year now so keep your eye for the details of these links to patisseries website and facebook page in Charlottesville episode and if you'd like to get in touch with the show to talk about anything this organic give any feedback you can find everything on this these rummy Tucker that UK thank you very much well. I hope you enjoyed that interview. I am going to keep an eye out to see whether or not say eight and actually puts the echoes cakes on the menu if they do that. I feel obliged. I'll have to go in and sample one so moving onto some other regular sections of the podcast. If you never listen to the podcast before I try and give you some news information now and again I have an interview with the local business or sometimes even just local individuals but one of the common sections or at least a regular features as the Ramsbottom United News and now last episode of the podcast explain how rum's Watson reunited with through to the playoffs fortunately we came up against a bit of a brick wall when we played radcliffe borough away that defense was just too powerful and they also might be on the counter at least twice. This was my first away game full watching awesome united. I mean it. It was only down the road. He's like fifteen minutes away and the timing happened to work quite well for me. I was able to get to the evening. Unfortunately the result wasn't fantastic stake. I'm hoping not by domain and that I get to go to an away match and we actually win but unfortunately the result was the radcliffe is cliff. Bora managed to score three goals. We unfortunately did not go get any but RATCLIFFE stadium will ground us as as really nice. It's really quite well put together. PARKIN's okay. I mean you have to pack on the roads pretty much the same as we have to do in in Ramsbotham really puts I don't think we should take that last result away from what with mice to achieve this season run support him united and the whole team the funds management staff the backroom staff you know when they took over we were we weren't doing particularly well and they've managed to turn the team around you know an enjoyable to watch. Ramsbotham play again for one so welcome to all of the team and I'm really looking forward to what's going to happen next season season and who can forget how we manage to beat some of those massive teams when we were in the FA trophies well well. Let's hope we can repeat repeat that next season so moving onto eight another of the regular sections and that is the upcoming events now as always want to check out events a coming in and around Ramsbotham Figo's that they see Rommedahl Coda. UK Click on the events link in the in the menu bar atop and you'll find out while sitting there. I've been populating it recently only of shifted a few now two of the ones I've pulled out from our the first one is on May the nineteenth we've got the pubs and clubs of Ramsbotham awesome heritage walk so if you own familiar that runs Bassem Heritage Society they put on quite a lot of different things here in that the various and galleries and events events and things that they have on actually inside the power of the library but this is one of the walks where they actually walk round town now this is taking place on May the nineteenth and takes place out while if you go outside the grunt arms hotel it's GonNa be from half past one until around about half past full and they say of this walk say much of the social life of Ramsbotham revolved around the pope's and clubs and this walk opens a window on the activists and accessories of two hundred years of history places outside the grunts at half past one and the lead is Andrew Todd is going to be about two three hours and his about three three to five miles at leisurely leisurely pace so if you've ever been interested in what's the history of rainfall especially the pubs and clubs that we well with going on now and you'll find out how many of the businesses we've got now actually used to be pulled because they might surprise you just how many were and the other events that I've gone the calendar at pulled out as the nineteen forties we obviously this is one of the big events on the ramsbottom calendar is is range via the east lancs railway as far as the web is also put together by lots and lots of individuals where lots of stuff is always going on around the town how this is the first day of this is may the twenty fifth a starts at ten. AM and finishes on May the twenty seventh of five pm or thereabouts so get down surrounds center. If you do get any of the tickets for the railway they'll have lots of different events on his well. If you check out the events I'm sorry the link for this particular event of also linked to the East lancs railways nineteen forties timetable but it's going to be going on. I'm not sure if there's a fly by this this year the half out fly bys of Spitfires and various of the aircraft before in the of the dopey lots and lots of vintage vehicles too so if you've never been to the nineteen the weekend before we obviously is going to be a really good time to to try that out so that's pretty much where I'm going to wrap it. Hope nope this week if you want to check out the show notes for this episode is this is rumoured cody and Pecan podcast from the.

"This episode's Got Talk About Beatles days ramsbottom united potentially being in the playoffs and also one of the things you can get up to around Ramsbottom so keep keep listening to find out more this is Romi your love for Jesus to weekly podcast bringing news events interviews and information sense of rounds possum would go hastily. Hello Hello and welcome into another episode of this is Romi. Thank you once again for joining me on this. What will likely turn out to be a relatively laid back episode mainly because it's it's been it's been the bank holiday and you know we've had amazing weather. I've been able to get out and about so wh thought I would do is run through some of the things that I've managed scaled to this bank holiday weekend around runs biomedical haven't really haven't really been much further afield rooms. I guess technically technically I went to ruts install but that was just for a trip but and one of the brilliant things about our town is that you can still do plenty of things and not travel very far at all so he will hopefully get some a information from this podcast. I'm GonNa talk about some of the events that are open coming. this coming weekend in fact in Rum's bottom also I'm going to talk about the situation with ramsbottom united and where we are currently in the league but before that a savings bank holiday is just being weakened and I have had recently or at least this weekend not been finishing off some finishing touches to due to relatively large raised beds have been putting together so the reason Japan rocks install was found that had the special offer on these massive rates but raised beds and I needed to fill them with mode and I was quite surprised at just how much more it takes to fill them and and turns out is about roughly thousand liters per raised bed but thankfully being 'em how to sail on of one hundred in twenty liters of compostable at five pounds instead of eight pounds so I went to the install shop because I find it miles easier to get into and park than the one in bury unfilled the cow with seven hundred twenty two packs brought him back thought let's give this a go see so you see how much this fills and it more or less filled one of the hopes raised beds than have to go back and go eight bags yes and then a phil do the Waldman leftover for the the top of this other one. I probably could do with another one. We'll see no doubt when they starts to rain as it always tends to rain drums Bo is gonNA stop compacting down. I've got to the point now where I've got a picture of Ashley. Yeah on the show notes of this episode about to the point where the quite like them as they are. No there's no plants in them and that's really not the point but part of me saying don't don't Bruin as a nice and even and flood Prestine Book. Does Not really the point release it that the built to put Plumpton say all of this spending quite a lot of time in the back garden. If you've ever met me you know a fairly Pale and any any length of time in the sun usually involves making bird not includes just a gap in the clouds not say no to get normally relatives survived unscathed this weekend which is strange how little of some cream on now and again but nothing more than usual we have survived unscathed but certain things. I did notice whilst being out in the garden this weekend was the number one is actually a lot closer than you realize is so. I don't know if you've seen the post I did on facebook at sent a quick message so it was on twitter as well at a quick message just saying I've just seen a day behind my behind my house so my house fairly moderate length guard at the end of it this so like a wooded Daria and I was just cleared in compost out of of the compost bid thing at the end of the garden and the hers like twigs snapping in the in the woods was to hassles quite big vote there was somebody just like looking around in the woods so a stood still forbade look around around and I saw this little white tail and thought it's not he sat each day because I've seen them before REMEM- Statement Down Church fields. It's witch it's just that just the St Andrew's church a day when Walla so a big day will stick its head over the fence on as I I was studying still with my son one time at this baby day went bounding off on the the the other side of the of the path but a AH my house isn't particularly in our classes are wooded area. Rum's promised you know there's trees behind it but nothing major we had this little baby digits wandering around the tried to get closer to take a picture of it but it Yup just wanted off basically through the woods field so they that's one thing Ed Lee this weekend days count naturally a lot nearer than you realize and another thing. Is that I don't know if you've had the same problem mm-hmm as me but if we add infestation of Beatles recently because I must have seen hundreds of them. There's been load in the house. Just you know obviously it's been hot. Save out of the windows does open but these little Beatles purply about. I don't know two to three cents me as long little black beetles. Someone Online said that the scarab beetles now have how to look some scarab beetles and I'm not entirely sure that they are. I think scarab beetles are a bit bigger but if you know what these beetles are I'd and why the heck. We've got them all around Rumsfeld and then I'd love to know I was in and also park early. Today is going to mention in a minute but I should have asked there if they've seen any of them but yeah it's crazy we seem to. I don't remember the many years prior but we have seen chauffeur had a lot of Beatles recently. Maybe he's the maybe the weather weather but a very odd thing to to have so as I say it's by quality weekend has been by color because obviously Easter Sta one of the things that this weekend was a went down to noto park and took part in the Easter egg hunt. He's not really an Easter on this visit word for it. It's like a cross between orienteering and treasure trail and things this clues all around and you get a map with numbers on them and so we went round me and my so he sold donation based so we we should acquitted the donation Paul and then wandered off and drowned. You had to the letters off the sign and take a and do whatever it says on the on the signed so for example on one of them. He said black be another when he said let hop hop your age. I think it was another one was a job POW. Many lettuce the job. The number of letters is in your first initial so my knees l. for example and then you Jim. ABCD however many is too so it was good and and muscle to power in it looked going around doing all these things and they have effort gets put in by friends talk park and other volunteers things to do is primarily for this for example is a friend of nonstop. I mean things around runs. Put me in general is a it's fantastic our every move how everybody just throws himself in the park was absolutely heaving. There's loads of people in the pocket. You probably went down to know so part. Stay Day yourself today on the Monday Monday but yeah. There's loads of people like the the field you couldn't. I mean every maybe every twenty went to meet so something that was a family in down having having a picnic and things so lovely to see everybody was are enjoying the sunshine. took a look at the bandstand this say at been changes in front of that for example if Tom might a bit down there in preparation for the for for the future plans for that which I hope to have a podcast episode in the future but yeah it was great. you know we had loads of fun. They're also on the Friday Friday of the bank holiday of the holiday weekend with some friends rounds and we were we went to owens for luncheon every every time I've been to owens. It's been absolutely state. Can that you know that time is no different. glad does take a friends everybody. Everybody seemed to enjoy kids enjoyed all the food and I enjoyed what we have to you. Know Great. Were there and everything and I'm Joyce. If you've never been to our wins then please do check it out. It's so it's definitely one of the best restaurants Ramsbotham but yeah it's It's been really really nice. Family finally break in Ramsbotham on hope. You've had a chance to do that as well and I also. We've got the elections coming up soon the local elections. I'll I'll go into into more. They send a different podcast. I don't WanNa go into it now. partly because it's just committed to eleven pm enough at this before a said the outputs the general elections are notorious not general election the local elections are coming up and one of the things that did not the on James Fritz Posta election campaign optical thing. It's it's I in fact I don't. I'm not even certain his his because because let's have a look as the rams voice for Labor which is for clack is the Ramsbottom Labor candid ended for for the local election and on it the reason mentioned James Firth is because he's on his side and over. St James is our bury. 'em Very M. P. So one of the things mentioned at the very front of it says the James made the regeneration of this Monday site his top priority priority after being elected as town. MP in two thousand Seventeen I know the has been discussions about what the situation is currently with it around the Bundy site but a check out this website because his today all I work on this James Frith dot org slash Monday. If you go there let me check cricket now because last time I went there. It doesn't work on a meant to let James know because I don't know about you but I'd like to find out what's going on with Montessori undecideds for years yeah if you go there right now still says page not found so I shall let him know right now could oppose book and let him know okay back to the record just sent out a tweet to rummy labor and James Frith so let's see whether or not something changes that hopefully it does but so yeah apparently there is going to be a dedicated site for the status of the Monday Monday. Sites currently says that yeah well the owners were bringing plans to bring another supermarket to the site as James. I think a lot of people AH recognize this. We really don't need another supermarket. Rum's but we've already go all day. We've got Morrison's TESCO and the fourth supermarket MOC is just not going to bring anything to the table other than jobs which people are suggesting obviously needed but currently the most well the most accepted I believe plan would be to have like workshops and small space offices. Eh for small businesses and some affordable housing now affordable. I don't know if that has a technical to or if it's a you know I don't know what would class as affordable for example. If you put so affordable now museum quote safe you set affordable housing in the center of London and obviously you know several hundred thousand pounds would technically be affordable given the the cost of buildings and things so. I don't know whoa affordable actually means but we'll see. I don't know if affordable as a as a technical term but there's a lot of things in this initiate a need to find the conservative one now if you are either if you are clerk omens or you Greg Doc Fletcher then I would like to have you on the podcast. I'd like you to give you a voice now. I've got several different interviews coming up soon so you don't have have a great deal of time or space but if if you are able to give me a sent me a message join this code k four slash contact he does ah do that and then. I'll be able to work out I can fit you into and hopefully I'll be able to before the actual election star but yeah you couldn't find did send out tweets or facebook message. I'm heard anything back from either of you so if I don't hear anything then good look to whichever party Yo- Yoga to represent but good luck to them anyway and may the best campaign win..

"On on the bury council's website as well so the day after the the story time so Friday Friday April fifth. We're going to have Friday night to bite. If you're not familiar with Friday night it's it takes place in and around around the ramsbottom civic hall and it Sir is put on. I think he's put on by the civic. Hall itself is definitely a bury council event. It's the first Friday of every month you get load different food stalls and things. I think there's one called. I am pizzas so there's going to be clearly. They're going to be supplying pizza so if you like food if you're stalls and you're outside the tin and things is all outside though these these live music bouncy castles. It's a good family event as as it's from four PM until nine PM on April fifth so it's something that you can pop along to. I might be able to get a chance to pop over with with muscle and straight after school will say do a bit for Friday night t treat and who's who knows whether or not I'll chance to do that. Life's like and but yes if you do have a chance to go and see Friday night bites especially if you've not been before go and check out a very surprised if you if you can't find something that you like so this brings onto the biggie now as I say so this is like three events that are just two or three events coming up on justice weekend of April fifth and sixth now April sixth this is Saturday. This is probably the biggest calendar event of the year. I am not as Ramsbottom chocolate festival which I'm led to believe now he's called Ramsbottom chocolate and food festival but as far as I'm aware is always been to at least very recently always been food and chocolate them anyway is now called Ramsbotham chocolate and food festival. This is taking keep place on bridge street so if you're going to be driving or intending to drive around and Rumsfeld monopolistic thel Saturday the Ville seventh Sunday the seventh tape will keep in mind brickstreet's going to be closed. If you're planning on visiting Ramsbotham put you won't plan go into the chocolate festival. Keep in mind is going to be very very busy unless the weather is shocked so it's usual thing is going to be just stalls does usually the full house thing taking place at market cket marketplace felt where to place twice. There's going to be rides. You'll expect load chocolate. Treats is going to be hot food food. Pizzaro expect again so yeah all of the usual bunch of what you would get things Christmas festival obviously with our Christmas feel we've never been I have a top tip for you on the need some kind of sound effects Sanford there but there is a top tape now if you're if you're like me and you don't necessarily like the Crotian the business of things like back hundreds and hundreds and even thousands of people surrounding you as the L. all kick and punch and scream and what chocolate because I mean who wouldn't want that but if you don't like crowds if you do get down as early as possible so they says it opens a half past nine on Saturday the sixth of April I would suggest at least doing a quick reconnaissance having a look at what stalls are expected. Check out the facebook page for rooms chocolate festival for example or even the website and have a look at what you're intending to to get. Maybe even make a list. You won't necessarily know exactly where stall is but at least if you've got the names of the stalls written down you'll know but if you get that pretty not really the should only be. I DuNNo ten twenty thirty most. Maybe one hundred people wondering around which is about I don't know a a twentieth of the people that you can expect sometimes so definitely get down early. Get down get in get out. Get what you want and then sit at home in join your chocolate knowing that there's lots of other people still wondering around looking for their food so do that's that is my top tip for the chocolate festival as always if you check out the events calendar on this Ramadan CODA UK if I how time I will put in additional events and things like that have been coming up but as always check out the show as well for this episode while you'll get links to things like the the Ramsbotham cycles website Rosen Crowns facebook pays. Let's pick him rum's page as well and other things if you haven't had chance to fill out the the audience survey is as an please do check out the posts on the facebook page or the twitter account where Pov uh of COUPLA There's been fantastic response so far. There's been well over fifty fifty responses from that which is at least of why expecting that didn't know how many people would actually fill it out and all of the comments have been really really positive and also the very bottom. There's a suggestion or an option option to fill out a if you would like to hear anything else from the podcast or if you'd like anything else from this is Romi. Please do fill out because I am making a list well. Currently I'm making mental list but I will be making a list of those to bring forward ideas for the show for the future so thank thank you everybody who's filled out so far really is going to help and I'm wrapping up here so thanks again for listening to this. "It. I know it has been talk about this week and we came. Oh we must have come within. Maybe half a meter meets. Russo of flooding on the on the actual oh well well. I was down in Rum's bottom today and I just had a look over the bridge to see exactly what kind of whether we were dealing with and what kind of hide the actual water was getting too so here's me on the bridge in Roswell currently stood on the bridge just straight. Hey Ramsbotham on the flood waters really high it's it's not quite as high as it was boxing day two thousand fifteen but it's certainly getting there hopefully this water will subside and hope to stop some rain for a while but it doesn't look that way so fingers crossed. We're not GONNA get a repeat repeat. What happened in two thousand and fifty but it's absolutely torrential here at the moment on the rain is coming in kids so they we are that was my attempt to an outside broadcast? I had just dropped my son off at a birthday party and I thought right. I'm going to get it down and have look at it. So I took the opportunity then at so as you know we have more or less avoided the the any kind of major flooding. Some of the paths have been floated in Inositol talk for example underneath the railway bridge the very very low tunnel. I'm sure coiffure you can welcomed required safety. I always have.

If you ever have any suggestions for the show or if you'd like to just give any kind of feedback or anything ah then you can find all of the contact details this is Romi Coda. UK Okay so it's pretty much inevitable that when you living in such a fantastic tastic place or fantastic towns is such as Ramsbottom is going to pop up on lots of regular mainstream media for example you TV stations Indian newspapers and this week is radio well actually it's not just radio because last week there was quite I love involvement with regards to Ramsbottom united and Oh the regulars as well you might be familiar that if you listen into last week's episode of the podcast I mention that was Paul Jenkins for example wrote a poem with regards to the the Ramsbotham United. Fa Trophy if you match which was versus a FC filed at Ramsbottom United's home ground. I will give you a little bit more into what happened there a little bit later in the show but that was on BBC north west tonight but the reference to this week's episode is that we've we featured on a radio station now. I don't actually listen to it whilst it's on the radio because he's just around the time that I'm I'm GONNA be available. It's it's kind of hometime me. In fact it's actually called home time so you may or may not be familiar with to to presents his they are anti Bush and re chief Earth on absolute radio now. They have a show called home time and they also produce a podcast. It's the podcast actually subscribe to you may or may not be surprised that obviously I'm a podcast. I subscribe to podcasts have got many many polka subscribed to but I was listening into this episode of the podcast and it was just the other day actually and there's a reference to a town your what your town is famous for so I'm GonNa throw throw in the clip just here yesterday we were in Margate and the residents of Mark.
