"A special importance to you because you were telling me the other day how you just got a lot of money in your pocket. You don't know what to do with you could be the next owner of juju's mappa grade one winner just coming off a third place finish and the Remington park oaks. She could be yours in another month or so, my friend. Yeah, I'm looking forward to that. I hope you'll be the hype machine for juju's map and we can work on finding really good spots and make a whole lot of money. That's exactly what I want to do going into next year's plot the course for juju's map. All right, welcome back to the weekend stakes preview presented by naira betts, Bobby Newman, Dave Freeman. We've got one more big race on tomorrow's aqueduct card to talk about David. It's the half $1 million grade one champagne. Two year olds going one mile here, of course it's a one turn mile at aqueduct, just like it would have been at Belmont park. We've got a field of 6 going to post and favoritism is going to come down to either number three verifying for Brad Cox or number 6 Gulfport for Steve asim. Yeah, I just have a weird feeling I'm getting off of golf port at the wrong time. Gulfport was absolutely terrific. Debut at Churchill downs came back and crushed in the bashford manor at Churchill downs. Went to Saratoga and lost Damon's mount who then subsequently didn't run a great race and then golf port last time out got beaten by forte in the grade one hopeful. And now I'm going, well, I've seen two kind of not great efforts so, so not spectacular in a row. Verifying a son of justify $775,000 purchase was electrifying first time out in a maiden special weight for Brad Cox. I'm picking verifying. I'm wondering if I'm abandoning golf port at the wrong time. I'm also curious to get your thoughts on top recruit number two who among little bit interested in. I thought the debut at Churchill was good. The race Prairie Meadows was not great and then came back and I thought rather impressively won a race at Ellis park last time out. Well, first of all, I don't know what to make of top recruit because I thought top recruit had a big chance here Prairie Meadows and he didn't run very well and he ran into a horse named Tyler's tribe who just beats everybody by double digits and he's actually running here tomorrow night at Prairie Meadows en route to possibly going in the breeders cup juvenile turf sprint in his next start. I don't know what to think of him because it's race at Ellis park as you mentioned was very, very good and he's getting clearly the best rider he's ever had and I read Ortiz aboard for the first time. I went to the same horse you're going with verifying. He went wire to wire in his debut. I don't think he's a horse that will be going to the lead tomorrow with Gulfport drawn outside of him. Champions dream also has speed. I think you're going to see verifying just in behind the pace, and I think he's bred to be better long than short. You would expect the justifies to do just fine going long and out of a repent mayor. I think that was just a bonus that he was good sprinting. He was expected to win at three to 5. I think he's going to run well once again. Dave and I think verifying stays undefeated and takes the grade one champagne tomorrow at aqueduct. Let's jump on down to Churchill downs. They've got a couple of graded stakes on their Saturday card. We heard coming out of break that stretch run of the 1971 Santa Anita handicap one by ack ack ack certainly a very, very good horse throughout his career in a very durable horse as well. Race named in his honor tomorrow at Churchill for three year olds and up going for a person $300,000. It's a grade three event one turn mile on the main track. We've got a big field of ten going to post Dave. And the biggest question mark in this race is not whether speakers corner can win, but whether speakers corner is as good now as he was earlier in the year. I don't know if I'm just imagining these things, but it kind of feels like they tore some of his guts out running him against flight line and life is good in the Met mile and the nehru. He wasn't very good at all last time out in the paddle Brian as the even money favorite at delmar and now he's even money again breaking from the rail and the ack ack. I know sometimes on bedding with Bobby, you talk about process. How do you get to your handicapping decision? I've handicapped this race from the start three times on Wednesday. I looked at it and I said speakers corners controlling speed and even though he's been disappointing recently this looks like the best tourist who's found the right field. And then I looked at it on Thursday and I went, you know, I can't bet speakers corner at that price. Who are the alternatives? And I looked very, very carefully at three of them. Number two, untreated for Todd pletcher. Number three Folsom for Brad Cox and number ten Twilight blue for Joe sharp. And I wound up when I was doing my handicapping a couple days ago on untreated who's cutting back, absolutely loves the distance. And I think could sit a really nice trip just off speakers corner. Then I reevaluated this morning, and I went, you know, if untreated is sitting just off and is 9 to two and you think he is a pretty good chance to win, isn't Twilight blue, basically the same thing, but the price is three times as high.

"Opportunity to earn a $20 bonus on the race win or lose. If you met $50 bet to win on any course, be sure to opt in to qualify for those promotions. All right, Dave, we've got three more Sunday stakes to look at, including one at aqueduct. It's the grade two gallant bloom race 9 on the Sunday car. These are Phillies and mayors going 6 and a half furlongs on the main track field of 5 going to post and probably going to have a heavy favorite in the Wesley ward trainee kamari who came from well out of it last time to win the honorable miss in as far as what I can see the best speed figure of her life. Yeah, and if she repeats that she wins, I don't think there's any question about that. And off that layoff, you get a terrific performance. This will now be second off the layoff. You keep Joel Rosario. And if you want a single kamari, if you think Kamara is a stone cold rock, if you're willing to take three to 5 or whatever she's going to be. I've got no beef with that. This is a horse that probably goes over a $1 million in earnings on this weekend. That being said, if you take away the last race or you just kind of scale back a little bit, if there's a bounce of some sort, there are several other horses that fit in here. Lady rocket number one, the 2021 form is terrific. The 2022 form really only one out of four races is good enough here. That being said, it is possible lady rocket is going to be loose on the lead if she can shake number four chitara and it is also possible that lady rocket second off the layoff and cutting back is really getting right back into her Wheelhouse. Number two remain anonymous is interesting last two races are really, really good. This is a step up, but I don't think she's out of the realm of possibilities. I don't like the price on Kumari. I went with lady rocket to go wire to wire. Yeah, I took lady rocket and I actually took her because I think she could sit just in behind chitara, who might actually be a little bit faster, but maybe you should get out in front of Tata as long as she's not going head and head with jatara. I agree with one thing. If kamari runs anywhere close to the way she ran last time out, they're all running for a second. There isn't any money in this race who's ever run even close to as fast speed figure 5 as kamari did last time out. I just don't trust her to run that again. So the question is, will she regress a little or will she regress a lot? Regressing a little probably still wins, regressing a lot brings lady rocket and the others into it. I like you. I'm going to try to beat the favorite with number one lady rocket who is two to one on the morning line. Let's jump over to Remington park. They've got some great stakes action as well on Sunday 5 stakes on their card Sunday. Two of them are graded, including the grade three Remington park oaks for the three year old Phillies going a mile and a 16th on the main track $200,000 the purse here. We've got a field of 8 Dave and probably the shortest price that we're going to talk about this weekend in number 6 or rather number 5 juju's map. Yeah, I think the morning line maker nailed it here. Let's not pretend that juju's map is going to be 6 to 5. One to two is probably about right. At one to two, I am not betting on juju's map. I probably am also not betting against juju juice map. I'm extremely interested to see how juju juice map runs though. This is a horse that was absolutely terrific at the age of two, went off at three to one in the breeders cup juvenile Phillies and finished second to echo Zulu and was well clear of everybody else. This year has not gone great. We saw a win against Leicester at Churchill downs in May and then back to back third place performances in graded stakes races at Belmont and at Monmouth. I think this is the right spot. I think this is a field that juju's map should beat. If you gave me even money, I would bet on juju's map at one to two. I'm not particularly interested. Number three free like a girl is a difficult one for me to gauge. 8 wins got in love that. Most of them are against Louisiana bread, competition, last two were good, but those are sprint races moving back to a longer race here, a little bit hard to tell. Number 6, be Anika, get a huge price for Steve as mucin could go wired a wire, but let's be honest, the horse is going to have to run a lot faster than we've ever seen before. Same story for hits pricey legacy. Number four, you get 6 to one coming off a win. That was the best race of the horse's career. She needs to run faster to win. I think juju's map will win and I'll be watching. I'll be interested. I'm probably not going to be betting. Yeah, I agree with everything you said in the blinkers come off to just map. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to get her to settle down maybe just off the pace of number four hits pricey legacy and make that run. She showed early in her career that she's pretty good with a target. She's been going to the lead and stopping against better as of late. We'll see if she goes more to the tracking kind of a style instead of the front running style in the Remington park oaks juju's map should be a tough customer on Sunday. 11th race on the Sunday card at Remington's the grade three, $400,000 Oklahoma Derby, three year olds going a mile and an 8th on the main track field of 8 here, Dave. Three of them really in good form. Number one steel sunshine number four best actor and number 5 rattle and roll. Yeah, I thought maybe this was an opportunity to find a price.

"Yes, everything Gulfstream park is entire career until mid August, they go to LS park and win the LS park Derby going to mile. I thought that was an hosting coming from just off the pace there. Gets the inside here. Also something you get, he gets back on latex. He didn't race on basics for the last two races. He's going to be on Lasix on Sunday. So we'll see if that helps him out at all. But he's won three races in a row one on Lasix two without, so I don't know if that's even a situation we have to worry about with him. But he's going to be a player and I have a feeling it's going to come rolling in that last quarter mile. It's not a huge field. So traffic wise, I wouldn't think he would get stuck down inside, but you never know. You've seen it for years. The shorter fields always seem to have the more traffic problems. You get a 12 horse field and they go around there and don't touch each other and everything's fine. So we'll see how it plays out. Speaking with Dale day, he's the track announcer at Remington park. I believe they have 8 stakes in all on the Sunday card highlighted by both the grade three Oklahoma Derby and the grade three Remington park oaks. Let's look a little bit at the oaks now. It goes as race 9 on the card $200,000 on the line for the three year old Phillies. This is at a mile and a 16th on the main track field of 8, but it looks like it's one of them and then all the others. Yeah, juju's math, grade one winner was the alcibiades last year at Keenan that goes into the breeders cup juvenile cross country at del mar run second. Beaten 5 and a quarter links. Now, that's not bad at all because she ran second to echo Zulu who was absolutely at the top of her game and by far the best last year two year old Philly in the country. So no slouch and running second to her at all. Then obviously something went awry and she was off until Kentucky oaks day running on the undercard at Churchill downs on May 6th, winning the allowance of that hasn't captured that sense third and the grade two mother goose and third in the grade three, mom and park oaks. So obviously Brad Cox hoping that juju's map gets it rolling again here in the room to bar cokes and she's going to be tough. One to two on the morning line super heavy favorite and yes, I did pick her on top, I think that backlash from her two year old year is going to show back up and it should be able to come in here a couple of interesting runners in here. One that I've watched the last two years and I keep waiting for the source to spring a big race. Nothing really screams is going to happen, but Roland chrome is primarily a sprinter has the inside 20 to one morning line. I went back and I watched her last race. She had a nightmarish trip. So if you're a trip handicap and you like to pick horses that didn't get their best chance to run. Watch out for rolling chrome. I just know one these days I'm not going to use it at all and she's going to spring the upset. So I put her in there third even though she's primarily a spinner. She was just walled up coming off the turn in her last start. It allows a company here at ramyun park top of the stretch, had 6 blocking her in front of her. She finally had to wait and wait, wait, once she got clear, the race was over and she managed to get on for third, but long shot possibility there. His pricing legacy and other local CR trout usually doesn't put him into the big races once he thinks they have a shot. So another one that might be able to come in behind juju's map. But I think it's juju's map, like you said in that everybody else for the minor awards. I mentioned there are a lot of other stakes don't want to keep you very long. Is there something else that sticks out to you on the card is maybe a horse who really looking forward to seeing or maybe a horse that you'd be looking forward to playing if so inclined? Well, as far as an individual horse, I don't know, but the next race that I really like on the cards, the David M Vance sprint really came up nice. 6 furlongs and I think there's ten in there. Yes, ten horses. And it's a little bit of everything. And there's an outlier in there that I'm interested to see how it runs flash of mischief who ran second in last year's Oklahoma Derby behind Warren had the lead. Did it have a huge lead, but had the lead basically throughout the race and gave it up in the final furlong, but still held on for second being on length and three quarters. He has not really recaptured his strength that he showed last year for having to park and other places for trainer Carl broberg, but he has skills. He led the governor's cup, basically all the way around was caught by a rated R superstar owned by Danny Caldwell in the final strides on opening night here. And flasher mischief has good speed and usually is one going to mile or more. I just want to shorten back to 6 furlongs. I'm interested to see how that goes with him. And how he factors into this mix for the bands of 6 prolonged sprint, which really came up tough. A lot of horses coming in from around the country, some locals, and it's a really good race, sandwich right in between the oaks and the Derby. And just let everybody know longer card 12 races, we added a late pick 5 on Sunday, which will start in race date. We normally don't run more than one pick 5, but we added one because it's all stakes at the last 8 races on the card all stakes events. Blake pick 5 starts a race number 8, I believe that's the Rand Rick's memorial over the turf at a mile in the 16th Phillies and mayors three and up. And then one more pick four in the card in the middle. So extra multi race wagering opportunities for people to try to cash big on as well. I really appreciate it Dale. We will be watching. We will be playing. It's going to be a fun day on Sunday at Remington park. Thanks for taking the time Dale. It will be. And the weather is going to be great, so everybody enjoy it. All right, Dale Dale, Dale day, rather he is the voice of Remington park has been for many, many years, and he's going to call their big card on Sunday highlighted by both the Remington park oaks and the Oklahoma Derby.

"The leader right from the start leads as they come for the top of the stretch. And then it is searched for truth. On the outside is a fighter in the wind into the lane now with sea falls still in front, search for truth, looking for a way through is constitution lawyer. And now orchestration is coming on on the outside along with shawty shawty shawty. Here comes fighter in the win. She falls is there orchestration and shawty shawty shawty. Shawty shawty shawty and orchestration, shawty, shoddy, shoddy, narrowly over orchestration. Good driving finish in the 7th race at aqueduct ended up running 8 7 6 the Ortiz brothers fighting down the lane aboard shoddy shoddy shoddy with Jose, orchestration, the favorite with irad, shawty, shawty, shawty, able to run down the favorite orchestration in the final strides and get up for the win 8, 7, 6, the unofficial top three in that 7th race at aqueduct final time for the myelin three 8 solid enough, two 15 and one. So they pretty much they flew home that final that final furlong there going from two O three and two to two 15 and one so 11 just under 12 seconds. These final two closing in and really saving their best for last shoddy, shoddy, shoddy, getting just his second win from 16 career starts. "Bringing you live action from around the country will have racing from both aqueduct and Gulfstream park. In fact, let's get out to Gulfstream park now. They're going into the gate right now for the 8th race on the card optional claiming allowance event for Florida bread Philly's the mayor's poem is the big favorite and Pete I yellow has the call. And they're off. A quick and clean beginning for Po Emma from down toward the inside and she's going to establish control early from the center let's be honest is the gray and on her outside it's our fantasy. White on the chorus and rain, not wider than cake or who's taken in hand moving up on her inside and beyond magic. The trailer is the late running more glory as now there are three in line as they exit the shoot. Let's be honest from between poem a dad at the rail and out wide on the course in our fantasy. These three carved a quarter in a very reasonable 24 and two. They've opened two and a half on rain who sits in fourth, followed 5th by beyond magic next at the rail and Keiko and far back to more glory. They make their way four and a half furlongs from the finish and now Perez lets out a notch on poi Emma. She stretches to a length and a half lead. Let's be honest is there second. They put on some speed mid race as let's be honest, finds herself third, but about 5 lengths behind. Down at the rail goes rain, too better than beyond magic, then Keiko, and more glory is last. Poem is going to try to win it right now as she went 46 and four for the half mile and she strides through a three length lead. Our fantasy morelo is trying to stay in range of the leader while 5 ahead of rain. Let's be honest it's called it an afternoon underway from the back is Keiko wide on the course and beyond magic. Three quarters, one ten and four. Poem a off the turn now 5 lengths to the good. Our fantasy not making any ground from third it's Keiko from fourth and beyond magic with an 8th of a mile remaining poem is still finding plenty. Our fantasy has tried hard and we'll try to cling to the place when she looks like she will, but at odds on Po Emma with an ease victory. She won by 5. Our fantasy second Keiko third, fourth beyond magic, then more glory for the high 5. One 36 and three. Unofficially two 7th 6 three. That's two 7 6 three in the 8th race at Gulfstream park poem. Heavily favored at one to two takes the lead as she normally does right off the bat and goes wire to wire this afternoon for the team of Edgar Perez and trainer Larry Bates will get to those prices once they go official poem a coming off a nice second place finish it as the 6th of or rather even money favorite at this level last time out stretching back out to the one turn mile today last time out she ran a mile was clearly the best race of her career. It certainly proves that she has no problem with that extra distance stretching out and getting the job done this afternoon. Once again, welcome to another edition of betting with Bobby presented by Caesar's race book. I'm Bobby Newman here with you from four to 6 p.m. Eastern Time today and every Friday afternoon. We will get you those prices in a few minutes, but we want to get over to aqueduct for the first of our live races from there this afternoon. By the way, at Gulfstream park, 90°, partly cloudy, humid, summer afternoon, or I should say early fall afternoon. Now, in South Florida. At aqueduct completely opposite, 64° in sunny, very windy today, wins in excess of 20 miles an hour in Jamaica queens, main track fast and the turf course firm, and this upcoming 5th race begins the 50 cent late pick 5. What we have here are made in Phillies and mayors going the one turn mile on the main track at aqueduct, scratch number 8 pout would have been one of the longer shots in the field. We have a field of 8 going to post. Interesting field here. Number three tizzy in the sky has been second in both of her career starts. Her debut was for trainer ray handel. She moved over to the Jose barn for her second start, which was up at Saratoga, and she was beaten as the four to 5 favorite that day after really not getting out of the gate very well at all. Now stretching out to a mile. She's by sky kingdom out of a tis now mayor. It sounds like she should be better longer than short and Joel Rosario, who has been aboard for both of her career starts retains them out on this Jose trainee she's your 8 to 5 favorite.

"Saratoga as well and they just went official for race number 6. So they're running just a tad behind our first race will be the 7th race on the card. We are going to get to cover the featured race at Saratoga today, which is race number 8. It's the summer colony for Phillies and mayors that have not won a great at stake in the year 2022. Mylan and 8th on the main track and the interesting thing about these kind of racing conditions is you always seem to get a few horses that you say, hey, I wonder where that horse has been, or I wonder what he or she has been up to. Horses like one art collector one earlier in the meeting. You say, yeah, where has art collector been? And kind of a confidence builder back in these restricted stakes like this. And that's exactly what we get in the summer colony today. We've got some really steak, grated steaks caliber Phillies and mayors who theoretically are finding an easier spontaneous if they're all in against each other. Army wife for one thing is in the race. She's already a multiple graded stakes winner. She won the black eyed Susan last year. She won the Iowa oaks last year. She's looking to get back to her winning ways on Bhutan is in the race. She won the great two false cities at the end of 2021. Also won the false city's the year before won the Remington park oaks. And then you've got Bonnie south who's the morning line favorite. She hasn't won and it seems like forever. Her last victory was April of last year in the grade three double dog dare over at Caitlin, but she never runs a bad race. She's just running against some of the best Phillies engineers in the country. So they're all dropping into what you would think, or at least when they probably entered their entered for the race, what they thought was going to be an easier spot. I'm not really sure it's that easy of a spot. Yeah, you don't get the mala fats and the latkes and the clares and the search results, those type, you know, the hardened grade one caliber winners in this race, but you got to get a lot of the same grade two grade three quality looking to get back to that charmed circle so it should be a fun featured race later today at Saratoga. Still unofficial at Gulfstream park two 7 5 four 6 the unofficial order of finish in race three. We've got about 19 minutes to post for the 7th at Saratoga. So we're going to take a break now. When we come back, we'll get you paid at Gulfstream. We'll be joined by Jim sharvit from the press box at the delmar thoroughbred club. This is betting with Bobby presented by Caesar's race book.

"Better than she won her optional claimer, and she won this one better than she won the endeavor. And so like I said, I really do hope Hector is able to keep them out, but he had this in the interview, you know, he really said he goes, I try to treat these braces, you know, important big race, because he's won too great at stakes races in his career. Both of them have been on bleaker street, both of them have been in the last month and, you know, in the last 30 days. And so, you know, she's obviously a career horse for him at this point, but I thought it was really smart that he said, you know, I just try to ride these forces like, you know, like an everyday race because he goes, if you put too much on yourself and you think too much about it, like it becomes, you know, it becomes something more and it puts you into not trouble, but you can just, you know, put you in trouble. I guess I think about it the same way with calling the races. Like if you just sit work yourself up, like you're going to, you know, you're going to be affected by that. Hector is obviously still a very young writer. He just started in 2016, but yeah, bleaker street is his top four earnings by over a 100,000. He's had a couple of mid 100,000s, but they've made 300,000 together or just shy of it. And he is now a multiple graded stakes winning jockey. I love when equibase updates that like right under the rider's name or trainer's name it'll say best racing class achieved. If you'll ever notice whenever I do interviews with jockeys or trainers, I will often cite their best racing class achieve thing. Our next guest is a multiple grade one winning trainer or multiple grade stakes winning trainer or graded stakes winning trainer if they've only run one one and so anyways, yeah, I was real happy for Hector. I thought he gave a great showing on the train. He was, they were ways back. And obviously the pace was legitimate, given the conditions. But yeah, just really, really fired a nice one. Lady spike spear didn't fire her best shot. A little disappointed in that just because she's been very, very good. But yeah, it's a very exciting edition of the hillsborough stakes. The undercard races Gina romantica was debut winner in race 6. It was a $1 million yielding purchase for Peter Brant and them came running from off the pace and I thought visually looked pretty darn good. Kind of curious to see what she does. And then obviously the surprise of the day was the 5 cents on the dollar command performance. Who there was significant wind and show money on. Stocked from the outside stayed in the clear, which, you know, I always argue, if you're on a one to 9 shot, this was a true, this was a one to 20 shot. And if you're on that kind of horse, like, you know, just stay out of trouble. And you should win, but command performance was just never going. And it was kind of, was a little bit of, it seems like it started getting mentioned quite a lot on Sunday, not necessarily Saturday, but Todd pletcher has been ice cold for the last couple of weeks now. And command performance was certainly one who, you know, you would thought would have been a lay up win and it just kind of continues. Fletcher's chilly little run here. Now that's, by the way, following a run that was insanely good. Yeah, going into yesterday he was one for 28 of his recent races, including ten losses with favorites. So, you know, we talked about that with ray handle the other day, trainers go up and down and things change fast and. That's how these things go, but you also want to capitalize on it if you're a horse player and people are still going to bet Todd pletcher horses. By the way, some of them are still going to win and he might get hot the next thing we see, but I feel like really good trainers in cold streaks. I mean, remember when Aspen and Santana were having that like I'd still look in their horses, we're still getting bet pretty decently. Shy away too much to them. Real quick, let's talk about the azeri steaks. I should tell you what's coming up on the show this week. We're going to talk some Gulf Stream tomorrow, Brian Adam is going to join us from my dad at Gulfstream park, obviously television analyst there. We'll talk some floor. We're kind of going to do a little bit of just circuit updates because Joe Christophe can join us on Wednesday's show to talk fairgrounds is obviously we're getting close to the Louisiana Derby. I think the draw is this coming Saturday and then they'll run the race the next Saturday because they have the nice little 7 day out thing, shout out Louisiana. But over at Oak Lawn, the azeri stakes very much, I thought kind of an interesting, I don't want to say three horse race, but it was the three horse race in the batting. And I think from a handicapping perspective, kind of looked like a three horse race. And from a race perspective, very much turned into a three horse race. You had, but you had some interesting, like there was some interesting stuff within the three horses, right? Pauline's pearls coming off two straight wins. A horse show I was really high on last year in the Kentucky oaks, the 1901. I was like, this is a great 1901. And she didn't run very good. And she kind of followed that up with a series of defeats, including the Remington park oaks, like kind of supposed to win that race, but she finished off her three year old year with winning the Zia park oaks, had to work for, but was supposed to win that race, and then really did pretty nicely in the Houston league's class. But again, was three to 5 that day. So I was still a little leery of her in this spot, but and she was the third choice out of the big three. She dares the devil was coming back for start since del mar and Cece coming back first out of sandin. And obviously with sisi, the question was, you know, the distance. She's run round of grounds two turns before, and she's run okay in those. She just had gotten very, very good as a sprinter for Mike McCarthy, but you know, Mike is such a fantastic conditioner and Viktor Espinosa going over for the mount. Let's take a listen back to the stretch call of the azeri steaks from Oklahoma on Saturday. He dares the devil has led throughout. She dares the devil, trying to get away, but here comes the champion, CC after her and here we go, the stage is set..

"Media focused on owners and breeders with more than 272,000 followers on Twitter. Instagram and Facebook. If you're not already a follower of blood work on social media, get started today. Dave, I don't know why this puts a smile on my face. When I read things, I probably because I like controversy, especially when it does not involve me or people that are my loved ones. But the long and short of it is a guy who's got a lot of money is allegedly not paying what he owes and instead counters suing and saying that the guy who he owes the money to is a scumbag. And. It's basically a soap opera. And for those of us who are just reading it, we don't understand because they're saying, how is this guy not paying his bills? Why is this a problem? But it apparently is. Got to be more to the story. Well, there's always more to the story, but blood horse is obviously doing a great job at reporting. What they know, which is a lot more than what we know, and so now we know what they know, and I don't know what, I don't know. I just don't have I read that story before I went to bed last night and just like you I was reading like a cheap novel. I was very involved with that. It's a great story and you can find it. It was posted yesterday at about 6 p.m. on blood horse dot com and there's more to it. But it's a fun read. It's obviously stinks if you're involved with Wesley ward and his team because you just want to get paid. And it doesn't seem like it seems like it should be much easier than this. But unfortunately, it's not. And the stories right there on blood horse and we're happy for them to bring it to us. Once again, welcome back to the weekend stakes preview presented by nyra betts Bobby Newman Dave Freeman. We've got to get down to Oak Lawn park. They started 6 weeks earlier than normal this year. Today was opening day at Oakland. They had a nice steak today. They've got a nice steak tomorrow day, the $150,000 mistletoe stakes, three year old Phillies, going a mile in a 16th on the main track. We've got a field of ten. Now, I want to give you an update for those of you who don't regularly wager on Oakland and Dave, you know, this is the first time you and I have covered Oakland together. The morning line at Oakland is not good. It is routinely awful. They have two or three people doing the morning line who are not people that are normally handicapping races. They're very good at what they do. They're just not handicappers and morning line makers. So you're going to see races like this mistletoe stakes where you look at the morning line and you just start shaking your head thinking, that can't be. This is not going to happen. And for instance, the morning line favorite is number 5, Olivia of the desert. She has won one time in her last 8 starts, and it was a small stake at Prairie Meadows. She can't be the favorite in this race. She is the favorite on the morning line. She won't be the favorite. So when your handy capping Oakland, especially the stakes, just take it with a grain of salt, whatever the morning line is, it doesn't really mean anything. Yeah, I think that's exactly right. Olivia, the desert may win this race and if she does, I will not be caching a ticket. She has been running in pretty good races. She has not been bet and she is not run well and her best career fig is not nearly as good as several others of these. I think you can go a lot of ways in this. Who do you think is going to be the favorite, Bobby? Well, I can tell you I'm going to start first. I like number 8 Mariah's princess in this race. And she's 8 to one on the morning line. And to me, there is no chance that she's a bigger price than Olivia of the desert. She's an up and comer. She looked great off the layoff, winning a nice allowance race for a big purse at Churchill last time out. She's bred to run long. She's run decently at Oakland in the past. I think she'll improve second start off the layoff. And I think she's very dangerous. The other one, number 9, amendment 19 that I would use is proven already around two turns. She tried the grade three Remington park oaks earlier this year and really was not disgraced that day finishing third in the race only beaten three lengths as the even money favorite. She's another one coming off an impressive allowance when it Churchill downs. Those are the two I like the best. Mariah's princess and amendment 19, and I would expect them both to be a lower price than the morning line favorite Olivia of the desert. Those are the two I like the best too. And I think amendment 19 who is 9 to two on the morning line may end up being the favorite in this race. Mariah's princess to me is really interesting because Philip Bauer does a terrific job second time off the layoff and the first off of layoff was a really, really good win a 6 and a quarter score in an allowance race at Churchill downs. Amendment 19 is my pick because the Remington park oaks was good and the next race the unknown trace at Churchill was just as good, maybe better..

"Listen she was good enough to be within two lengths of gha mean. That's good enough to win. Just about any filly and mare sprint. There is in the country. And you know what camin isn't in this race lake and lake avenue for both me and dave in the grey to gallant bloom. Quarter million dollar race goes as the ninth on the card sunday at belmont park. Well mentioned earlier. That sunday is a huge day at remington park. It's really their marquee. They've got steaks all up and down there. Sunday program dave and we're going to take a look at a couple of them starting with race number eight. It's the two hundred thousand dollar grade. Three remington park oaks for the three year. Old fillies going a mile and a sixteenth on the main track. We've got a field of seven here a lot of very very talented runners. The morning line favorite is number. One pollings pearl coming off a couple of in the money finishes charlestown and prairie meadows. Or last two. She actually ran a decent race in the grade. One kentucky oaks prior to that drawn well toward the inside. She makes sense as the favorite. But i she certainly doesn't lay over this field. I just don't think she's beaten anybody. That makes me abundantly confident. She fits for sure and may win. And you have to respect asked me sending santana and stonecrest. I'm just not like blown away very very viable for sure. The number seven lady mystify coming in from southern california for peterman and fluffy and prod going to show speed in this race. The figs earl glow. But i'm interested. Throw out the last blade in that race prior to against not a whole lot were really really good but the one i like best is amendment. Nineteen for brad cox. You don't know first. Time trying to turns but i think the last race a pretty good second at saratoga. It's says it's an hour race but one hundred thousand dollars. Non winners of one other maiden lifetime that race came back reasonably well. And that's where. I'm going. Brad cox first time training twenty six percent horse coming out of a race. Saratoga i feel best about amendment nineteen okay. We're on the same philly once again amendment. Nineteen for me for everything that you said. listen. I don't think she leaves over the field but i think she has more upside than just about everyone because she only has three races lifetime she. She goes from one very good barn to another from linda. Rice to brad cox But being by constitution. I don't think the mile and a sixteenth distance will hurt her. She's she's kind of got greenware. She's bread more for a route on the on the top side and more for a sprint out of carson city on the dan side well. She's run pretty well at six furlongs. Seven furlongs in a one turn mile us far trying to turn for the first time. Yes there are question marks. But i believe in her. I believe in trainer. Brad cox and i certainly believe in jockey joel. Rosario seventy-two on the morning line. I think that's a fair price for amendment. Nineteen we both like her in the grade. Three remington park oaks race eight on the remington card. This sunday the marquee event on sunday at remington park is the grade three oklahoma derby race number eleven. Four hundred thousand dollars on the line..
