The suspect was arrested at the scene and authorities are investigating the shooting as a possible terrorist act. Texas governor Greg Abbott says about 22,000 migrants have been turned away at the Mexico border. Abbott didn't say when it happened, but claimed its proof that operation lone star is a success. He also says the multiple agency operation has resulted in 265 illegal immigrant arrests with almost 14,000 felony charges. The Republican blames The White House for not increasing border security.
