"Get to the airport early and you find out that flight has been delayed. It happened more frequently at Reagan national last summer, so this summer, there's a plan to reduce all that painful waiting. Reagan is a level three airport, meaning it has constrained capacity due to available infrastructure. That combined with a shortage of air traffic controllers, and other issues met many frustrating delays last summer peak travel time. This summer between mid May and mid September, the FAA is easing regulations concerning the number of slots at airports. Slots give an airline the right for an aircraft to take off and land at a specific airport at a designated time. This also applies to New York City area airports, airlines are applauding the move last summer many airlines reduce the number of flights that they offered to avoid big delays. Kyle Cooper, WTO news. Meantime, BWI Marshall has some plans to fix an aging runway. The Maryland congressional delegation says the airport's getting $15 million for infrastructure upgrades, including that runway improvement. Lawmakers say BWI Marshall is a vital economic and transportation hub for the state. And that means the infrastructure there has to be solid, the funding for all of it comes from the FAA's infrastructure grant program. Living with cancer can be physically and emotionally grueling, which is why for the past 20 years, there's been a way for men to get away from it for a while. A group called real recovery hosts free fly fishing weekend retreats for up to 14 men who've been diagnosed with cancer. The benefits are many, getting men out into nature. Many, if not most of them were likely killed by Russian troops, engaged in war crimes according to international authorities. But stories like this one from the Russian outlet eye stories make it impossible to forget. They went to a town called EmDrive. They talked to devastated residents and identified four Russian soldiers who residents say committed robberies, looting, murders of civilians. And they did it. They identified them by using photos the soldiers took on a stolen phone from a local residence. So they contacted the soldiers. These soldiers willingly confessed to all of the crimes every single one of them, reporting live. JJ green, WTO feed news. JJ, what's driving soldiers like this to take part in this kind of hateful carnage against innocent Ukrainians. Part of the reason Brennan is these Russian soldiers and the reason they gave for committing these war crimes and it's something we've heard before during this conflict which is almost 6 months old is that they were ordered to do it by their commanders. Another reason that many of the suspects give is that they did it of their own volition. It's not clear, absolutely clear about why they did that, but a couple of things we do know. A number of these Russian troops are from impoverished backgrounds. So they're from distant outposts. A lot of them stole a lot of Ukrainian property and tried to send it back home. And finally, some of them are just stone cold killers. By their own admissions. Like a female Russian commander who was killed last week. She said she enjoyed killing Ukrainians.
