"Into the world of sports is best we can. What do you got right there? Oh, you got your Phoenix. There you go. I like it. I like it. They're so damn good, man. The suns are so damn good. The best team in the league? I agree they are the best for three years now. Here's the thing that nobody's really talking about very much and I know that you want to talk about just the hardcore hoops and how well they are playing. I honestly thought when the Robert sarver report came out, that was the end of it. I thought the season's over for them. How are they going to be able to focus on the hoops? How are they going to be able to just lock in and I'm like, oh, that's right, that's Monty Williams, and then that's Chris Paul, who's kind of been through all this sort of insanity before as a Los Angeles clipper. So that's an incredible backdrop for the lack of a better phrase to this season that they've been able to perform. Yeah, a lot of distraction. One would think. I've known Robert a long time. He's a different guy, but I was really, I was really hurt by a lot of that. And I hope that they're able to move past it. He's been good to me. Good to my family. And you know me and my background and the things that I stand for. And if I thought for one second that any of that stuff was had merit, I couldn't be associated with it. I'm a son's fan. I love the organization and what James Jones has done. The GM, the GM, the franchise, four years ago. Was pretty much rock bottom, one of the worst teams in the league, and in four years they have the culture has really changed there. You talk about it. We hear about that all the time, but when you're around that team for any time at all, it has a real sort of college type feel to it in the locker room. Money has pushed the right buttons, of course you've got Chris Paul, who's one of the best playmakers of all time. Devin Booker, Devin Booker, is a star. He's a star. He's a star. No doubt. In my mind, that's what I wanted my game to look like. That at 6.5, you know, just he can do everything. He's become a determined, defender, Deandre ayton's growth, Mikel bridges. His jump shot, two years ago. It looked like ray John rondo's a few years way back in the day. Yeah. He's a shooter now. He can make open shots. Sons are for real. So the team that concerns you the most, is it in the Western Conference? Yeah, the warriors, you know, I still think that they're elite if Steph gets back and all of that, I think they're pretty good. I don't think clay will be quite himself until fall. Yeah. He's still shaking off the rust, but man, I'm so happy to have him back watching him. One of my favorite players. Disappointed in the Lakers as most people are. But yeah, and in the east, I don't know. I still like Miami. I think Miami's good. The box, of course. I'm not a big sixer. I don't think the sixers have it. Why is that? Defensively. I think they've taken a hit. Joel's playing great, James is obviously he can beat you any time. I'm looking at the nets though, then that's just somehow, how'd you like to play that team in the first round? Not at all. I wouldn't want to do that at all. And the way things are game plan game plan for two different guys to top maybe top 5 scores on the planet. How? How are you going to do that, especially and you've had a great season and you're the two seed and you're going to play them. I know. And potentially, look, it looks like that they're out of that worst play in game. Looks like they're going to be in the one where all they've got to do is just beat the Cavs and then they're your 7 seed walking in, look out. I know. And then you got who is it in the east or in the west? Well, it's my son's. Do you want to play Memphis? Right away? No. I hear you. I hear you. Rex Chapman here on the rich eisen show. So let's just say you sit Jordan down on Rex Chapman. How's that for an idea? What's that? Michael Jordan, let's say you sit Michael Jordan down for Rex Chan. Love it. What are you asking? What would you want to know from Michael Jordan? What would the interview between Rex Chapman and Michael Jordan be? I think it would be it would start with, you know, because I was like, I was a great player in high school. Like, all world player. That's what I felt like I saw Michael Michael could do that to us sometimes. Pro players, he could, it felt sometimes like, you know, he was toying with me like I toyed with high school kids back in the day. And so I would want to know because he was freaky. Those big hands and his demeanor, his bounce..

"We got you covered. Let me tell you what. I figured me. No doubt all right. Raj what you got. You'll math you concern for the ravens offense after. Dj dobbins is lost for the season. Nacion help them. It's gonna hurt them not help them. But it running backs. Marginal influence on the wins and losses of a team. I think the makers losses a big blow to the rams because of what mcvay may have done with acres and matt stafford right because you think of what he did with golfing girly. Not that acres is better than gurley was but staffers better than golfers evening. But in this case look running backs a good a decent running back behind a good offensive line. Get your seven yards a carry a great running back behind a good offense language at ten so you get your three more. But if you're getting seven yards of carrier you're doing just fine and a great running back behind. A bad offensive line is gonna get you two or three yards right. It's about their offensive line. Not the back. They'll be fine. They'll be like it would help to have dobbins. He's very good but they'll be fine on baseball. The mets but. Let's take a listen to this interaction with obviously buyers medicine film. What is the thumbs down celebration after beginning gay. You know like we're not we're not machines. We gonna struggle. You know we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna struggle seven times out of ten and and you know it just. It just feels bad when when when we strike our strike blew. It doesn't really get to me. But like i want. I want to let them know that what we should do. The same thing to to know how to to let them know how it feels you know because if we went together then we got lose together you know and and defense i really big part of it so in my case they got to be better. I play for the love defense. But you know if if they're going to do that they just put him on precious on the team and that's not that's not what we want. He makes match you with the mets players. Given the thumbs down for a for boom son. Here's the thing that makes a lot of good points but in the end you can't give the thumbs down to your fence. The you're making millions of dollars to play the game they're generated by the fans who are coming to see you play. They have every right to boot. If you don't do well. Now i agree. They're working at cross purposes. If they really want the team to do well encourage them. I never got booing. Your own team never got it. Nevertheless they'll do it and you gotta deal with. It's part of being a pro. The the funniest thing about this to me it's hilarious. Apparently they've been doing this for a while but they do it when they do something. Good as since. The mets very rarely have any positive plays notice to tip and doing it for a while and this all happens against the backdrop of the yankees and a thirteen game win. Streak like this was happening during yankees thirteen industry and keep in mind. The mets were in first place. The whole way like beginning of the season right for a lot of the season. The yankees were floundering. It's just so perfect. Listen anyone who moves to new york. And i can't bring myself to root for the yankees. I'll make my kid a mets fan. You've done it to yourself. You've just done it to yourself. Give up the mets root for the yankees. You'll lead a happy life good hey maximize national beach day. I don't know if you're aware of that you're gonna hit the beach while on vacation. You'll work on that tan. No doubt doubt my favorite thing in the world actually as it now is an old man. I'm forty eight years old. I like lying on the beach on on a beach chair right and the kids are playing whatever and i got a book like a book. I'm really into. And i read it until i can't take the heat anymore. Roll into the ocean rolling. Jump into the wave. i'm in there for a minute. A pop back out with his son. Dry me do it again. If i can do that for like three or four hours. That's like heaven the me nowadays. Kill the mold. But i love it. So yeah yeah. I love i love. I love one air matinee before this summer ends one last day. Hey ray john rondos. That'd good signing for the lakers. No doubt at two point. Seven million every getting. Yeah look. rondo can't do anymore. Not like like even when he was good in the regular season playoff rondo was excellent not just by reputation but indeed in fact he was excellent in the playoffs. Recently he slipped. But would i take a flyer for two point. Seven million on rondo. Oh hell yeah. It's still like i'll still believe there's some guys that i've seen in those situations enough to know he's valuable and at the very least rondos basketball brain on the bench will help things you know you would think you get a guy like taylor horton. Tucker you think rondos tutelage will only help a guy like that talented young player you know. Yeah i like the way you look. At this lakers team lebron westbrook carmelo. Dwight howard mark saul rondo. If this was six or seven years ago it'd be the greatest team ever assembled. I was thinking it was the all decade team from last decade. They were book by the way. Carmelo is still useful. Saw can be in limited action. I think the same thing about rondo. dwight here and can give you some athletic presence in the paint for at least fifteen minutes a game and then westbrook i still think is a great player and ad is an mvp caliber player and lebron may still be the best player in basketball. We don't always certainly one of the three along with a k. D. and yannis right at this moment so they're going to be really good but tam. This was six or seven years ago. If there's anyone have time machine because if you had one wow there's a game betting on it. Did you know that raj stream season two of better days. "Racial injustice in the black in brown community, Big boys they would I do all day up in here. What Abi there The celebrations continue for the Lakers for being a 2020 n ba championship. But you know we're examining pictures all the way after the championship. I don't know how many people cut this or not, but Ray John Rondo's son, drinking from what people think is a champagne bottle after the Lakers won and celebrated Look, his son. It was on the court with him celebrating and in the background, there's a there's this video of what are the Lakers handing him a bottle? Okay, then looks like a champagne bottle because that's what they were popping after the celebration, and ESPN posted this picture to pictures, right? There's a one picture of Rondo. Both pictures show Rondo on the floor and his son next time on one of the pictures. You could see his son kind of leaning over and there's two bottles in front of Rondo and one is like I believe it's a case of space because it's completely gold. So you could tell that bottle apart from any other champion bottle. But then there's like a green looking bottle and you see, it's some kind of reaching for and in the Picture to the left of it. You see, just rondo sitting and that his son is straight up. Just chugging this green bottled that looks like champagne. People were going off, you know, going off on ESPN, telling him like, how dare you promote a child drinking better that all of this and that and then they were talking about about Lebron James son. They're like First brawny now this like what is going on with the Laker kids, and I'm like, Wait a minute. Why would you think that ESPN out of all people would go ahead and upload this picture? If in fact it was alcohol and to, you know, really, just go to the store and I have Martin Ellie's at the House. I was just to get the position of the Martin Ellie's bottle. And see if his Martinelli's and my thing is is if there's a celebration is going down, I don't drink. I don't know if every athlete on the Lakers drink they did have bottles of what appeared to be champagne. And maybe this is a bottle of Martinelli's like decider. You know, I think it is because I just It wouldn't make any kind of sense to me that a an adult past him this bottle. I saw it on video and be that his father right next to him would be allowing him But the way that he's holding this bottle Bay I saw it looks whole areas like he looked like a couple of Yes, he does. He look like he's been there done that. But it just It just kind of makes me wonder like what was the explanation After like, Oh, this is a Like what? It seemed like. I know this looks crazy, but it isn't what it looks like. I promise you. I tried to examine the bottle myself Big. I tried to look, It's really hard, Martin. Alright, let's make sangria. The body may continue to make a big thing out of nothing. Then if it is all around the neighborhood thinking things will.

Presented by Tube TV finals Continue on ABC, Kevin Winter with you in our studios at the AutoZone halftime report, 27 Point Laker lead inbounded James With 50 seconds to go in the half to the corner, they just drained another triple. Marathon can improve your engine performance with quality top tier gasoline, viewing the American spirit. We go to the shell Pennzoil Performance line for perhaps the final time in this series are inside of Brian winners joins me. He's got a special who collected podcast with Zach Low when the game is done. Windy. I asked Tim Legler before the game about the Lakers game plan. Given that in game number five it was only a d in the brown. What do you see it from their game plan tonight? I thought Frank Vogel made a gutsy decision to change is a starting lineup. Put Alex Caruso in there on movin and me, Davis to center and what I think that that did is it put Ah, highly athletic. Line up out there defensively for the Lakers, And while we're looking at a 30 point game, 28 or whatever it is right now. The reason it got going in that direction is the moment of the Lakers got from their tremendous defence. And then they just had a simple offensive strategy. Take the ball to the basket there, killing them on the interior. And that is really the story of this game. What about for the Miami Heat? What have you noticed in the first half other than They might have run out of gas the other night. I banned that a bio for you know, just being quite frank. He looks terrible. And it's vital. Primitive plays well yesterday, but looks tired. But, Bam matter! Buyo looks terrible and the heat are not able to keep up in transition. This is a stat I don't think I've ever seen before. The heat have more assists in this game than the Lakers. Do. They have 12 to 11, even though they have got 28 fewer points and the on ly way that you could explain that is that the Lakers have just killing them a transition There doesn't need to be in a sense you don't have to set up offense. And you added to the fact that there are benches played so well. Ray John Rondo, in My View, had just had his best half a za Laker. You pile all that together, You get a blowout game, You get to running mates with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, and you can't have that mentioned off the top reminding me of 2008. When the Lakers Celtics were over at the half, it gets that feeling coming up. Next, we get windy second half adjustments from Miami to keep the Syriza live. That's next on the others don't have to report this is Game six of the NBA Finals, ESPN radio..

"It's a tough spot right now for the heat. They've got so many injuries. The Lakers are up two games to nothing. But there's always that maybe talk about Ah, best of seven series. A team goes up to nothing. There's always that thought. If they don't make it three nothing and they give the other team life to come back. Make it to one. Then that becomes 22 and nines. Got yourself. Ah, brand new Siri's, so you cannot discount that, and that's why our mark Spears, ESPN nb, a analysts said on prime time. On ESPN radio. The Lakers need to finish it now. Here's what I want to see from him. If you know your team is the better team will them to take Game three. Serious will them to close the door. The same fire you saw. We need not Denver out. He needs to do this tomorrow. You need to do this Tuesday. He needs to go home and celebrate in Los Angeles and not play games. With these. They are the better team. Well respected Jimmy respect to you, Donna. The Lakers are better, but they gotta play like they're better from beginning to end. And if they could do that it will end on Tuesday and there'll be a big debate whether LeBron or Anthony Davis of the M V P That's fair, and that's fine. I cannot R J for the life of me think that LeBron looks a game three and says, You know what? It's a long Siri's. We don't have to sweep We're going to coast through Game three, and whatever happens, happens, Can you see that? I cannot even imagine that That's LeBron James's mentality, knowing that how badly he wants to win this championship wearing a Lakers uniform. Knighting in mentality, but it could be his teammates look I'm inclined to believe that Ella wins three and four and we all go home. No muss, no fuss. Bam is going not be himself, even if he was going to be. I thought. One of the more interesting players in the series because I've yet to see anybody actually get into Anthony Davis's chest in the way that Bam out of bio could have done And then we're talking about losing Goran Dragic's as well. So you start, Kendrick nine. You start. Kelly Olynyk, and now you're going out there, Meyers, Leonard, and that's just not what it's going to be. But if you're looking for hope as a heat fan, right or a fan of the heat, heat is singular. I would go and look at the rest of that squad. You know who played J. R. Smith played, you know I can trust to go and mess up and up. J. R. Smith. Do I trust Ray John Rondo to continue to play at this level?.

"Radio. If you want to hop in 855 to 1 to 42 7. A lot of conversation so far has been in regards to the NFC Chief Ravens. Best two teams in the A F. C. Sure Who's the best team in the NFC again? 855212. For 2 to 7. But tonight obviously the big news sports news is that LeBron James and the Lakers yet again for LeBron, This is 10th time getting to the embassy finals and joining us to talk about it is our man national writer with CBS Sports Radio. David Shepherd, chef. What's up? Hey, with the advance of powder. Thanks for having me, fellas. Yeah, happy to have you on so first off, obviously ship. I mean, we got the Lakers won 17 107 over Denver impressions from the game. Well, look, I mean, the nuggets were six. You know, an elimination game from 2020 bubble. They did it against really good Utah Jazz team and I understand the chemistry issues with clippers, but they did it against arguably the second most talented team in the MBA. They'll have a guy in Koh I. Leonard, one of three guys in N BA history to have two finals every piece with two separate teams. They go three and Owen elimination games against them, and then they face the Lakers in their own one elimination games. I mean, the Lakers are Head and shoulders above anybody else in the embassy right now, and you know what you said. 10 n BA Finals. Laurent did the fourth God ever accomplished that every single time he has been the best player on his particular squad. It's amazing. I'm happy for LeBron happy to the end because you and I both know the MBA. Hey, is very fortunate when they have LeBron James in the file. Well, yeah, it's always entertaining. And then you naturally get all these LeBron and Jordan comparisons every second of every day for like, two weeks. It's just it's all that stuff, right? So so let me ask you this. That ship is why is it you think that the Lakers are the team that can actually stop Denver? Why wasn't that they were the ones when it came to that first elimination game? How come they stop them? Well, it comes off with a jolt of energy that Dwight Howard gives the Lakers I mean, you know the Clippers. I mean, they have Zuba, but you know, he's not. He's not a rim protector. He's not a you know, a bully ball kind of player. And then you talk about you know, Rudy go bear. He doesn't have to know he has. He's a wind protector, but he doesn't have The real toughness to stop Yokich. So that's one thing you have Dwight Howard, who changed the serious when Vogel inserted him in the starting lineup, but What do you have what the Lakers have that no other team has in the entire world. Raj is bigger, LeBron James, and then they got what the second I was having this debate. By the way, Let me ask you this question, Anthony Davis. Now, I would say when Kevin Durant Is on the floor. Right, And we don't know what's gonna happen with the pope. But when Kevin Durant is back Right. This is going to be the second best player in the world. I'm giving it to Durant. Assuming he's the same guy. I'm going to rant. Really? Yeah, by coming back from the Achilles tendon, which is one of the most severe injuries when it comes to the embassy. Nobody in Kevin direct situation in terms of being in your 12 has come back successfully. Dominique came back, but he wasn't a success that we have no need to be, you know, crying 1988. You really think Katie's going to the second best player in the world next year? Well, here's the thing I'm going. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt because he's been so great throughout his career. He's a shooter. He's He's just so smooth with that. I'm going to say until I see him not be that guy. To give him a chance. Fair enough and what you also noticed toe put a bowl on that question. When the broad James Wants to be lasered in on defense. Same year, 17. They're still nobody that can stop a ball handler like LeBron James, because he still has the quickness when he wants to. He has the acceleration and have never seen a player like a guy from behind, like E J. Even you're 17. Yeah, it's amazing to see the raw athleticism, the kind of shape that he keeps himself in. And by the way ship he's doing all this without all the load management right, like he didn't do the kuai letter treatment this year. He did not know. Know, know there's two things. So there's gonna be a knock on the N B a champion, whoever that is because of home court advantage or lack thereof. Right? So you eliminate the travel, and that's the one thing that is an MBA player You despise. Being at the top of the pinnacle in terms of professional basketball. Now, the other thing is, people are going to argue that Milwaukee books would have made it had it not been for the N B, a bubble and obviously with social justice in the Milwaukee Bucks from the forefront of that. Mignot got hurt. So people get especially LeBron haters. They were going to delegitimize this MBA championship. But you know what? I think? Everyone right now, whether it's you know, Twittersphere, whether it's instagram. Whatever the case may be, everybody is annoying the Lakers as the next n ba champions, But the problem is, they haven't even faced the Boston Celtics or Miami Heat. You know, Foster smells blood. And you also know that the Celtics Have revenge on their mind because they lost seven from LeBron in company 2018. Well, yeah, that's the thing like I'm trying to think about this. Siri's and I could make a good case for either of those teams giving the Lakers agood run. I mean, the really talented, well coach squads. You know, it's it's a good group. Absolutely. I mean, you talk about maybe two of the four best coaches the MBA with spoken Stevens, but I got to tell you, man, Ray. John Rondo is the young sun hero in this Siri's, um, This guy always seems to make the right lob. He always seems to hit that big shot. You know when a shot clock is Down to two and one and you know Chuck's party but, er he can't make it the regular season. But playoff Rondo is a real thing and let me go back to 80 for a second. Okay? He hit the two biggest Some of you agree with this, but he hit the two biggest shots in this serious We know about the game to that's that's obvious, but the Nuggets Are resilient and they came back. The third quarter belong to Denver Nuggets, obviously down double digits in the first half, and they're making a wheel run and you can see Jamal Murray despite being heard, he's getting a step back. He's getting a swag bag. And all of a sudden a D at the top of the key. Shoot it like I've never seen a D shoot lights out like this. And the guy doesn't miss from the free throw line. He is besides remember, And this is the amazing thing about this. Anthony Davis. It is a great three point shooter right now, Anthony Davis. You don't have to worry about sending to the foul line in the biggest of games to get his shooting over 92% in the conference file, there's always Those whispers about LeBron James. Can you trust him to get the line and not down to critical free throws? We know what he could do it scary good How these Two guys have been. Yeah, I mean, there's just such a great pair and the way it's so interesting, too..

"From some university stuff, and of course, he's an jam began seaney. Welcome again to the show and I got to. Throw you a couple of questions and also these two to run Ewald later. But this is sort of important to me. There are people millions of people in this country have been tested for. The virus. Ray John Rondo. Who hurt his? Thumb. About a month ago. is now back in the bubble. But for him to be able to play. Way, he has two days. So my question to you this question everybody out there. Does the test. because. The average person may stand in line in a car for three or four hours to get the test. But if ray John Rondo has to take it seven consecutive days, aren't we telling everybody? That, if you take it on Monday. Friday you could be sick by Tuesday could be sick. That's why they're making him. Take it seven straight days. Mark. You got grandkids talk about it. Well I'll tell you the whole thing and you know where I pretty much stand on. This is just in disarray. I've always said that he needed. Seen to get this thing network. TV to make some money and everything But on the other hand the health concerns are really an issue here. we saw David price taking stand with the dodgers and less more and more. These guys take Stan You know we're GONNA go down this road. I think eventually here, what ball I think they had bill today to the back out of it or you know we'll find out what the commissioner is an. NFL GONNA do Roger Goodell, but I think this is a big problem here. We don't have a handle on it. Fed like sixty NFL players opting out folks listening to sports overnight. America. He is Mark Manzini. America's worst. Handicapper, but let me throw something. We opened the show talking about to Colorado state where some players have now said. That The coaching staff at Colorado State Rams. In Fort. Collins told them if you test positive and you. Tell anybody. You're not gonNA play football. So Basically, the coaching staff wants to keep it a secret so they can start the season. Mr Mancini when I read that I wanted to jump I, really wanted to scream I couldn't believe it. Yes. But we're in twenty twenty, year twenty twenty. So maybe it's a reality now, it hasn't been proven but I think twelve players from Colorado state did indicate that was the case. How would you feel? If you're a parent of one of those football players. I'd be, I mean, you know we're we're seeing this and the school systems in the Mid West where they're basically telling the students. Don't talk about what's going on. If we're not wearing a mask or something I, think it's absolutely ludicrous. I think those guys should be held. To a standard and be me. Get punished across the board. If they're telling the kids or they're telling people don't say nothing an absolutely ludicrous. All. Right off the separate set. A very fine football coach as far as wins and losses at TCU. Gary Patterson, some of the players of the horned frogs have indicated. that. He has used the N. word now, not to earn the year twenty twenty. Is Anything going to happen. Until because again, he's a winning coach that makes a difference, but should players and certainly African American players and there maybe sixty or seventy percent of the team. And you know what you know in life I, always say you can forgive you will never forget. So the problem there is if he showed his true colors, you know where he lies, you know. In his beliefs in some of these issues. So you got really look at the issue if you're. GonNa, put. You're putting your mouth. "Make sure you tune in. We had Renee Montgomery, who was a friend of mine. She joined us on this show a few weeks ago. And her main point was a reminder that Athletes are human beings, a CZ well, and that's something that can get lost a lot of times, Rene sitting out this WN BA season to focus on issues and help out in the world of social activism. I commend her Not an easy decision or choice to make a lot of people right now weren't happy with accommodations, whether it be in the WNBA's bubble at I am G's Academy or you have n ba players who looked terrible right now. Terrible. You've got guys like Ray John Rondo, who's made approximately $100 million in his career, who's in an MBA bubble in isolated situation? Getting ready to play a basketball game, and he's complaining about the conditions in his hotel. I mean, and it's like you're pretty tone deaf right here, man. Like people are going to work and really working. Their ass is off. And I know I'm the guy who always says Let's not compare the pay. Okay, well, let's have a little bit of common sense and decency here. You know, just relax. Chill out. This isn't the time or place to be complaining about your hotel room. They actually people were in. Ah, you know, hospital beds. Let's let's be real. Let's come to earth, but We've heard plenty of comments over the past several days Now that we have players in the bubble, whether it's Anthony Davis will LeBron James who? You know he's saying, I'm not gonna wear a message on my bag. Okay, fine, To be honest. I personally don't care if any of the players were messages on their backs. I think folks get the message whether they want to absorb it or not, And then actions also speak louder than words. So it's a great visual sight. It's a great show of solidarity. I think it's pretty cool in that regard. But if a player chooses to opt out of having A social message on their back. Ah, Liana Santa Campo. Johannes is gonna have the word of quality written across his jersey on his back. You know if a player like LeBron or Anthony Davis wanna opt out? It's well within their right. I really, really don't care one way or another. But when it comes to basketball on the court, and Rondo may do complaining, But Rondo has a broken thumb now. So I don't know. Maybe that's Ah, that's caramel punishment for complaining about the damn rooms. But LeBron James, his teammate, Hey, talks about his own focus being in the bubble and he wasn't complain and listen to LeBron. I'm here for one goal and one goal only. That's the winning championship has to get better every single day. That's my mindset. My mindset is to do that on the floor. My mind set off the floors. They continue, Teo, you know, give education continue to give guidance. To my community to communities around the world in inner city about how important our voices is important we are and creating change. So that is my main focus. I'm here to do nothing else beside that has played a game at a high level. Bring a championship back to L. A. Hopefully. And also continue to push the envelope on creating change for from our people. I hear that, and that's something that LeBron James certainly has done. I gotta ask you this. And if you have a thought on the police called me, up 8552 on two for CBS. That's 855 to 1 to four. CBS if LeBron James wins the title this year. Is this the toughest title that he's won? If LeBron James wins is this the toughest title I mean, when you think about all the aspects OK you can you can go back to when he beat the San Antonio Spurs seven games Big three pointers. Ray Allen here and there, you know, super team. The same thing when LeBron beat the Oklahoma City thunder. Okay, granted, Okay, you can come back and you can play the Golden State warriors at the time. We know about Kyrie Irving's big shot. LeBron, You had some help there in this in this regard. He has Anthony Davis. What will you think about 2020 and everything that's come along with the year. You know, Avery Bradley is not going to participate for the health for betterment of his son. Try to mitigate and lower the risk. You know Dwight Howard Don't want to even think about, unfortunately what he's had to deal with mentally over the past several months with the passing of the mother of his child. You're bringing in a J. R. Smith. It was, you know, a supremely talented basketball player hasn't played in Maura than a year is basically being thrown out there. With the Los Angeles Lakers. At the same time we we can ignore. We can't forget all of the time off that the Lakers have had. They won't wanna roll 18 to post All Star game They were starting to pick it up. You know, I'm going to say this is going to be the most difficult title that LeBron James would win if he wins this upcoming season. I think there are a lot of teams right now that are going to be starting on one, an even footing or even foot. The reality is everybody's dealing with the same issues. This is going to be a mental battle to a B in the bubble. If you're going to be competing, like LeBron James, you're gonna be in there until October. You know, we can have Rashaun Holmes, who can talk about. Hey, I accidentally left the bubble or left the parameters to go get food, and I look forward to competing for a playoff spot. Let's be real. The Sacramento Kings of going home. Did the California team that people just go. OK? You here? We don't expect you to stay. He's going to be home in a month's time may be less. LeBron James was going to be out there competing for a title. He's going to be rolling damn near and so the middle of October The beginning of October..

"Show our national radio show, which flavor Dickerson hood on ESPN radio. So looking forward to that. Lebron James LeBron James for a second here. It will have petty junction coming up in our next seven here. Looking for the pettiest stories of the sports weekend? We have a few candidates for petty junction coming up in a little bit this half hour. So the story broke while I was on the air this weekend here on ESPN one thousand that LeBron James has shut it down. Lebron James has done with the Lakers for this season. Dave mcmenamin from ESPN dot com wrote this piece of the Lakers. Coach Luke Walton said that his of a star player that he wanted to finish the season but the team convinced him otherwise the Lakers announced this weekend that James would be held out of the final six games to allow his strain left groin to fully heal and sold abroad has been shut down. And so one that story broke while I was on the air. We got a hold of Ramona Shelburne who covers the NBA for ESPN dot com, and we had our conversation about LeBron's first year. I don't think there's my feel good about it on. And I I think it's fair to say failure. Now, he he didn't come to Los Angeles thinking that they were gonna win this first year. It was a sensitive is gonna take some time for them to build a team around. But I don't think anyone would have expected that they would have missed the playoffs had as much drama as they did how much negatively if they did really all the all the players that he came to play with are not in a better place. And they were, you know, having covered the Brian his whole career. That's the one thing. I would have said is LeBron makes everyone around him better. If anything the opposite was true this year. And you're on the heels of that comment remote my question and manhood. We're talking about this before it got you ought is. It was it made complete sense for any free agent to join forces at any point if they had the opportunity to get with LeBron James. I don't know if that same Lor is on the president. Can you tell me what the status is in terms of our Mace? Maybe even the thinking is I know you've got the pulse to all this stuff is it still desirable to go to LA and team up with LeBron. Like it. I mean, it, you know, it's should I keep coming back. Lebron always makes his teammates better. That is his that's been his colleague car throughout his career. Even the guys who. Go back to Cleveland got all the nasty vetoed. Right. James Jones Tyke Miller for the players in those around. They always play better just hasn't happened here. And I you know, I I'm feeling wind coming on. I don't I don't know if we're there yet. We'll see how the summer goes. But I've covered this story before with Kobe. Bryant was aging in his career. The Lakers were trying to land a free agent to play alongside of him. Especially after Powell Ghazal left him. Covered. This may have covered this movies for I it's starting to feel like that. I think that's why it's so imperative for LeBron get involved in the free agent recruiting efforts this summer and not just leave it to Lakers management because if they don't get anyone this year, whether it becomes by trade or whether it comes in free agency. This is a reflection on him and not just the organization. Ramona is interesting. So some thoughts there from Ramona Shelburne, Jordan, coronet Nye worked together yesterday doing Dickerson hood when I saw he broke regarding LeBron James so celebrate James's shutdown and my first thought about LeBron James coming into the season was is that this was not going to be a championship year for LeBron James. It's it's too bad for LeBron James that he grew up in the social media era. It's too bad. Was it was tough enough for Jordan employers before Jordan to deal with newspaper writers, could you imagine like news actually broadsheet newspapers in the locker room where players are like. Oh, good. Good sailor. Walgreens at all look at the movies section, and then, you know, flipping through and just trying to figure out like, okay. Whereas in his Scott going through in finding the sports section, right? Well, it's too bad because everyone has an opinion, and that's fine. But I always think that the wrong opinion about LeBron James is that he's garbage. He's trash. He'll never be this player that player. He's his own player. Because when you see LeBron James, and you can't come up with a cop four LeBron James, as we, you know, your special when someone could say here's a player who's he play. Like who is he like if you can't come up with a a comparison in thirty seconds or less than you probably would say that that's a unique player. Well, a question. Lebron James is unique player. But this whole thing with the Lakers bulls fans is that? There's a question about Mark about where the Lakers are headed this off season. This this this whole free agency with the Lakers. We'll tell a greater story the to ever tell about whether or not LeBron is desirable to play with. You can say Durant's the bass LeBron's the best. We can go back and forth on it. But you know, he's one of the best. But yet I just don't hear the rumblings of free agents or agents saying, you know, what the Lakers are destination. What does that say for LeBron James? Was it safer? Lebron James that is it possible for an athlete to have too much power. Is it possible to have? It's one thing for team to have power warriors have power is it too much power for LeBron James for say, a quiet, Leonard. For a Klay Thompson for Kevin Durant to say. Nope. I can't play with LeBron because he's radioactive. Close lebrons know this. But boy, isn't that something you would think that on the surface move away the Bs move away the the rumor and innuendo move away stuff. You see on Instagram about LeBron James and all the opinions on whether he's great or not and look at the player. Clearly, LeBron is in the autumn of his career. He's got four years left on his contract. Now, it's going to be three. And so, but you know, that when he's healthy that he's great. But yet you don't hear a whole bunch of free agents pounding on the door to get in Los Angeles. When he first got to L A. You know, what's going on the door? Latch, stevenson. Edge of L McGee and raise on Rodney, a whole bunch of narrative wells there were like, Yep. I'll take that one year deal just to play with LeBron. And it didn't work out. I expected to work out though. But Magic Johnson said it was a two year plan to year plan. All right, cool. So in July. Free agents. Like Durant goes to New York or Durant goes back to Oklahoma City who if Durant resides with Golden State, DeMarcus cousins stays will go on state. It goes New York goes to whatever's goes at Dallas, wherever if LeBron's they're holding the bag with rob Pelinka, the general manager and Magic Johnson, and they don't get themselves and A-List free agent. All boy. In years. Previous to this. There are questions about Jim Buss who was the general manager and Mitch Cup check and wondering whether or not they were good enough. Those guys have gone now. It's Magic Johnson the big smile. The Michigan state Spartans sweatshirt, and rob Pelinka the Rob Lowe, Dabo ganger. And there he is right. And they're side by side. The first thing they want to do is get LeBron cool. But what about the second thing is a bronze so radioactive that. He can't get other guys. They come there. We keep hearing that whisper over and over again, you know, that's why kyri got out. Whoa. Why would Tyree? Leave want wanna plant his flag in Boston. And maybe you'll planets flag someplace else in this off season. A man. I don't even think short was like that. That's so radioactive in so toxic that oh I can't play with that guy. I want you wanna play with the best as because this generation of players want to be able to as I mentioned plant their flag in their city and saying this is my team. They also also wanna play other talented players. Lebron james. But he can't do that. When you've got regime Rondo holding onto your shoe strings as he said just a few days ago. Yeah, I'm still young enough. I want to come back to the Lakers. You're not helping the team. Not you don't get that twisted, by the way that Ray John Rondos some help in our for wasn't for Bowles. You know, we got injured the bulls. No, no. Just to take that back to the job with you that raise on Rondos. Not as good as you think he is especially now at twenty nineteen take that back to the job with you. Tell your friends like no, he's not that good anymore. You've really not. I have a whole bunch of numbers of back that up as far as what he does is a defensive liability javale McGee pogo stick. I'll fun guy checked in the fool. Not that good land. Stevenson, blown your ear. Not that good. But let's take a look here in this off season. I if you're not an NBA fan, cool, but you should love the trauma. And the pomp and circumstance. Of the NBA offseason so much drama. It's so much better. It's gonna be fun. What if LeBron does not get a free agent to go to play with him? That's all uphill climb getting pass Oklahoma cities in the Houston's and the Golden State's the Spurs. The Denver's all those teams every night. It's gonna be hard. Lebron's in the autumn of his career. And now, he's happy. He's got plenty of money. He's got Hollywood all that. But I know he loved to win a ring as a Laker. But the one thing he can do to try to turn the tide in Los Angeles is to try to win a ring because people in L A, the die. Laker fan has no interest in LeBron James every time that there was a mural put up at a viaduct. They spray painting over it. This is Kobe town brawl Colby's town. Yeah. Great one of the greatest players of big be player in the NBA today. And he can't find a match someone they can play with them. That's that'd be interesting to watch. We will put people on the petty train next. Jonathan hood check. Your. Fund, ESPN one thousand. March madness. Texas Tech is give a final. For the first time ever is. His Winston sense. Final. Final four is set..

"I will say this about Jason wooden leaving Monday night football. The go play with the Dallas Cowboys getting a one year deal three point five million dollars. I don't know if anybody was really shocked by Jonathan but Monday after Monday, I saw so many people having a critical ear and using a critical to his analysis on Monday night football for ESPN. It was a tough situation to be thrown into where some everybody saw Tony Romo was able to do thinking of Jason wind could be the next guy to do that being a former teammate of his with the Dallas Cowboys, and it just did not seem to fit. It just did not seeing the workout seeing the reaction on Twitter each and every Monday, this is situation where it seems that both parties are going to benefit based on social media reaction. The Jason and Monday night football and doubts. Cowboys getting a guy back that did not want to leave the NFL and that organization in the first place that is true. And I think that networks look at the Cowboys and say boy if you played at a high level for the Cowboys, you'd be good on TV, and that's not necessarily the case for everybody. And I just think that, you know, maybe with a little bit more seasoning. Jason wooden could have been really terrific at his job as a as a. Broadcaster. But I will say that you could just tell the was still there you I mean for me if I'm Jason Witten. I'm definitely spending time a lot more time with Joe tests, because you know, he's going to be at the finest restaurants the finest wines about steak, so I don't I would I would trade the gridiron for dinner with Joe territory every Monday or every Sunday night as much as I could. But for him. It was the bug is still there, and he feels that he can still be able to play at a high level. We the last time we saw him on the field. We know that Jason would could still play the game. So no good for him. It's a choice that he made a good for. Yes. PIN and good for Jason went for making the decision about the Todd Archer ESPN Dallas Cowboys reported when he was on the world show. He said not a lot of people were shocked at Jason Witten. Made this decision to go back wins man of the year award that he that he does a every year he talked. He talked how much missed playing and he missed the the practice of getting ready for a season in the off season program a training camp and how much he loves all that stuff. And you could tell it was still fresh to him even though he'd want a full season are playing. So I think that kinda stoke some fires and got him thinking about, you know, do I want to do this only give it one more run? And he's got a young team that he's coming to guy that he knows guys have respect them. And I think he just said, you know, what I have more or less than the tank, and I wanna see I wanna empty this bucket before I go, and maybe he retired a year too early last year. And and now, you know, we'll see what he has left. He was pretty good when he when he did leave. But now we'll see what a year away that's one. And maybe it's just me Jonathan or let me rephrase because I know it's just me and the way that I think about certain things if Jason wooden had not gotten less than stellar reviews. Got better reviews being part of the Monday night football crew. I wonder how much of that would not have factored into that decision. Because if he was terrific, Mike, Tony Romo terrific. If that was the case if he was not getting savaged on social media each and every Monday like he was that was not the case. I wonder how much Jason win. Would not have gone back to try to give it one more go with the Dallas Cowboys. I firmly believe a lot of that criticism. That was being thrown at him time and time again after every Monday night game seemingly never stopping it. Never ended. I think that play as much of a factor with him going back to the Dallas Cowboys in addition to wanting to give a one more year with the team on the rise. When it comes to the Dallas Cowboys, I guess when it comes to being in the facility, and you're playing every day, you're practicing with your teammates every and becomes insular. You can be able to just just focus on football. Now, worry about social media as much because you're too busy to be focused on social media looking at you. Kevin Durant anyway. So when it comes to Jason Witten, the whole thing is that you could just be focused on football. Now, worry about some of the outside noise. And so because I guess when you're not playing you got a lot of free time. So for Jason Witten for him to be around positive things being around the coaching staff. That's kind of a better mindset in clear his mind and just focus on the game more. So than. What people are saying. So I totally get it. Freddie. Coleman Johnson hood and for infants Simmons on Freddie and Fitz Simons on ESPN radio. Thanks to Uber. Uber awards is going to make you love. Uber. Even more get all the info and terms that Uber dot com slash rewards. The Lakers won game last night. Everybody's feeling better in Los Angeles. It seems that the plague is over when it comes to the Lakers being on the edge of being thrown off that cliff and not making the playoffs in two thousand eighteen two thousand nineteen but Johnson hood, you put this out to me before the show got started tonight that you believe the answer to the Lakers problems to the ills of the Lakers is one guy and that guy is not LeBron James, no it is regime. Rondo Rasiah, Rondo is such get such a high Q on the floor in many stops that he's been there. Now, here's what I see. What Rasiah Rondo he's a perfectionist? We can even though his game is not perfect. The point is is that he has a point guard vision that you and I. Can't see that. Maybe some basketball players can see, but he can see because he does a great job of being able to put players in place. I saw it firsthand when he was in Chicago saw when he was in Boston, so many different places. Where Ray John Rondos bent, he's been a coach on the floor. The the prevailing thought about the NBA players league. Right. So so even Luke Walton is on the on the sidelines, and he is coaching and drawing a plays. You do need to have a coach on the floor. Also, so one that is on the same mindset of of Luke Walton, and that his rage on Rondo now, I'm glad that regime had that conversation with Luke Walton they had kind of a meeting one on one on things that need to be done. You know, hopefully from the liquor standpoint they can be able to get better here from now to the end of the regular season. And maybe Rondos could be a big part of that. Because whatever needed to be smoothed out. You have a guy with skin in the game. That is a championship ring. The other guys are going to say, well, maybe he can be the one to LeBron James. He may be only with the Lakers for one year because he's gonna win your do the Los Angeles Lakers. But because players talk around the NBA, they know how much you spoken up for younger guys when he played in Boston. And remember the whole thing in Chicago when Jimmy Butler, Dwayne we would call now the young guys Rajon Rondo said, no, we're not having that. If you want to go, we can go, I'm not going to be afraid of you guys. I don't care who you think you are that's gonna play very very well with so many different players, especially how those kind of conversations. So whatever conversations needed to be had and plays did not believe that gavitt. Conversely, LeBron James, you got a perfect middleman when it comes to Ray, John Rondo now, we'll see if it continues to work because we know a conversation. We'll be having if. Going another three or four game losing streak apparently didn't work, but there's somebody there that has the respect of both sides LeBron over here and the team over their rage on Ronald could be the guy to make sure that this does not happen again with the Lakers the rest of the season. He's perfectionist. He's an artiste. Freddie coleman. He's on our teeth that got it. Where's that scarf in the summer sitting under the tree writing rhymes real Rondo is Tom by his side saying? I got poetry and barbecue let's go somewhere makes the party that kind of guy. I just want to make sure that we are on the same page. The dodgers missed out on Bryce Harper. But how close were they that's next on ESPN radio. Bryce.

"Like there is no there is no roaring crowd here. Mark Cuban once said when he was talked about his businesses versus the Mavericks. He's an apple can have the greatest quarter ever. They thrown them a parade like and so the ability for that to be kind of validated in real time by other people. I would imagine is intoxicated. We'll talk about this number of different angles over the course of the morning. That's get to some basketball on the other side. Is it time for the Lakers to move on from their head coach Walton that's next on first in verse. This February the greatest event in motor sports has backed the Daytona five hundred kicks off the twenty nine NASCAR season. It is on February seventeen the only on FOX. We'll get to LeBron James in a second. But first couple of big plays. You might miss from last night bucks. Thunder. Paul George all over Jaanus. Listen, Paul George gotten there and Jaanus got blocked at the rim. At least I think twice in this game. Go get it PG thirteen. Good game last night. Okay. See look good at home. Some really good NBA games. Last time. It was the first Sunday with L football in twenty weeks. The NBA picked up the slack for us Mavs. Raptors luanch finds Dennis Smith junior for the alley and the. That was one of Luca's double digit. Assists. Luca Donncha is now the only teenager MBA history with multiple triple doubles and DS Jay trying to get his name off the trade bloc after little disappointed start to the season. Very good news for mass fans there. Dennis Smith junior playing. Well, Lakers fans, Devon Booker tribes to the baskets fouled somehow. It's drop. Oh, I hope one day the NBA fans. Plus, the Andrea Ayton who has been over shined. By Luca puts been really good, and they're going to have another top five pick you to magin. They might actually have found their way into a core. I more from this game. Ray John Rondo lotta minutes last night, pulls off the Michael Jordan like aerial stunt right there. He's got those shoes hands. Now. That's what he's legendary for. Besides a mean disposition I thought when he took all Rondo trying to dunk this. But no, this was this is more Rondo speed right there when he took off I thought he was Debry then he turned back in the man that would have been a bad loss for Lakers of the sons. It's good. They have Rondo back. Speaking to them. Speaking of them LeBron remained sidelined with that groin injury. The first substantial injury of his career. He's been out over a month already. But reportedly still having a big impact on the organization. There's a growing belief that LeBron's camp is not happy with head. Coach Luke Walton Lakers are twenty six and twenty four with the ninth place record in the conference. Nick is Luke Walton the right fit for LeBron. And the Lakers. I do not know. And nobody knows anybody. That's claims to have the strongest of opinions on this. I believe is misleading themselves. We have not seen this team at full strength. But for a dozen games all year, we have not seen Luke Walton. Coach a team with real expectations aside from. The interim stint with the warriors in the seventy three win season ever, and you can make I think I could be the prosecutor or the defense on this argument. If I wanted to get rid of Luke Walton, we'll talk about the lack of growth of the players. I would talk about the stagnation of guys that we thought were blue chippers, and I would talk about the lack of what I think is creativity on some sidelines out of bounds. And after timeouts plays where the best coaches can really make their money and fiber defending might say, okay? How many guys in the league would do? Well, when their best players out a month when he's never been hurt. When Rondos been hurt twice this year. When a guy got suspended early in Ingram..

"What's going on. Everybody welcome. I take Molly came here and we have some major. Exciting news here on I take. I am so happy. So Maxon Stephen may be on vacation, but they are getting ready to take on the Big Apple. I take officially moving to a new studio in New York City. The debut show airs on Labor Day, September, third. So we may be changing the location, but you can still expect the same hot towards debate. And of course, lots of special guests and surprises to welcome the show to New York in speaking of a voice. I miss Steven, you're on the phone. Hey, how's vacation going in your discreet location? Disclose location? Yes. I'm loving loving. Neely, I, you know, I relaxed enough to get ready to beat up on Maxwell another year. And what have you that's a given look comes with the territory, but I mean credibly excited that we're moving to New York City both myself and maximum native New Yorkers. It's been a long time coming. It's something that pleaded in baseball for years, and finally it's happening. So I'm incredibly excited. Yes, I am Stephen, I cannot wait. And I think one of the major things I'm excited about is obviously, you know, it's the mecca for for a lot of things, especially I still consider the NBA as well. And I think certain guests will be able to get there in a lot of other surprise and stuff will have for the show. So I think it'd be major, but I, I know you have to be kind of sad because you're not going to have to drive up to bristle anymore. You're not gonna come up here. You know what it is. It is a very, very sad day because I mean, what's not to love about Bristol, Connecticut. I mean. ESPN down the block that there's a McDonald's and and and and and a ruby Tuesdays and stuff like that. I've really, it's really sad that I'm not going to be able to be there because I'm going to be in new you most times and on occasion, I'll find myself with John and feed and Dominic in LA. I mean my God, it's such a tough tough situation, but I think I'll say, I can't wait and obviously can't wait at four t with you guys. Now that'll be on your home city, but saving, I'll tell team soon. I hope you are actually relaxing for some reason. I don't believe you, but please do that because you know, once you're back, you're back. Just know this when I'm back copy ready, then I'll tell, sorry my condolences to Mexico element in advance must've taken. It's about to be out. All right, Steven, Al. Talk to you soon. All righty. Thank you. Congratulations, Shane. Okay. So we have a first day moving to the Big Apple catch us every day at ten eastern starting on September. Third. Sports right now. I'm at Collins, new Denver Nuggets. Point guard. Isaiah Thomas is sitting down with our MBA insider h. g. now ski, I t who signed a one year two million dollars contract with the nuggets. Last week opened up to watch telling him this free agency was flat out disappointing, the twenty nine year old who continues to fight the perceptions of his help. One onto say, quote, people know that I've earned deserve the Bax contract, and that's the only reason why I didn't get paid what I deserved because I got injured. I get that. The biggest thing for me was to get to the best opportunity for me this summer and show that I'm healthy. You can read. We'll just four article on Thomas right now on ESPN dot com. Staying in the NBA with Kawai heading to Toronto on the broad in Los Angeles. We're looking ahead to who are the best and worst team heading into the season where than forty ESPN reporters, insiders and editors came out with a new set of power rankings. You'd think with James in Los Angeles Lakers at least at the. Five think again, no surprise. The warriors are on top, but three of the top five teams are from the Eastern Conference, the Lakers checking nine, but that's only the six best among Western Conference teams. Let's get back to. I takes Tony. Thank you the Lakers outing. Another piece to help LeBron next season's dining, Michael Beasley to a one year deal. As you just heard the Lakers are number nine in our latest NBA tower, rankings Mazel serve with you. Do think the Lakers or more likely to surprise us as upcoming season or disappoint, you know, I'm a huge Lakers fan. I think they are more likely to disappoint what fortunately with you to say that look. I mean, there are some really interesting piece. I liked the addition of Michael Beasley. They need shooters, but there are some really challenging personalities on this roster land Stevenson and Ray John Rondo and javale McGee. And now Michael Beasley, the expectations are so high for this team. And I think ultimately we're talking about a team that's going to be the six to seven seed. I think in the Western Conference I would never count LeBron. But LeBron James, I don't think has ever been on a team that has finished six or seven in its conference. I think it's going to be a very, very tough challenge for Luke. Walton debt may be the toughest job in the NBA right now, balancing those personalities, balancing those egos and keeping LeBron James happy. Can I respond to Mr. happy over here? Does he need to get in there and say, as I like to say, my real job is at the as the Lakers radio play by play guy. This is going to be great. It's going to be a fascinating lab experiment. Number one, we got LeBron look at the roster LeBron had last year in Cleveland compared to this roster this wrestlers just as good, maybe better. I can't wait to see how these pieces come to. And keep in mind. The Lakers young guys are all getting ready to make a jump. Brandon Ingram doubled his statistical numbers. Last year, Josh Hart was just the MVP of summer league Lonzo ball's coming off of a minor knee surgery, but I expect him to get better this year and Kyle Kuzma was the steal of the draft. I can't wait to see what this Lakers team looks like with will run as the leader. The games are going to be ridiculously exciting, and most of all, we're not going to be losing anymore. I've suffered through five straight losing seasons. The end of that is here, and I think that the Lakers are going to surprise a lot of people in the opposite of Mason. Dominique. I think the Lakers are, if you look at that roster, there's some real possibilities. I think I agree with you in part because I don't think the expectations are very high expectations are pretty low for this team right now. All the reporting about other opinions about this team is that they're the. Main team there. They're a bunch of guys who are wildcards and is no way that you can put together. And it seems like every other week, the Lakers are coming out trying to defend their roster construction and try and explain to us what they're thinking. I think what they're trying to put together as a smart team of bunch of guys who have veteran experience that are adaptable on defense can pass pretty well not as many shoot as you would like to see. But they have a couple of shooters. I think they have a decent team and they have a guy by the name of LeBron James. I don't know if you guys watch the playoffs last year, watch any basketball. James is pretty damn good, and he makes your team a contender immediately. So I think that's -tations are low. So I think they will surprise and then you look at the Western Conference. I think we talk about how heavy how stack the Western Conference is often. I think that's a bit oversold, but to be honest, you look at some of these teams that you think LeBron's going to be worse than Utah. LeBron's going to be worse than Portland LeBron's going to be worse than Denver. Like I know they're good teams, young teams that are getting better, but he's LeBron James and he has a young good coach. Luke Walton wa think is flexible and smart enough to make this team good. I think expectations are low so they will surprise Molly. Where are you on this? They're going to surprise disappoint. What do we think? What do I think people are expecting? Tell me that for fifty wins is what the expectation is an wouldn't you agree make the Ryan that just came out, said that they were ninth in the Powell ratings, right? The ratings ESPN pirating said they're nice night than they're not yet pulling up pulling up the radio. That'd be about right because there's three Eastern Conference teams, so that would put them four, five, six in the state. I think the expectations are Western Conference finals and.
