"They they spent some money on that Jim and this is in the same place as the Black Sea. Lanes was the same area same area. Yeah Yeah So. So we had. We had the blogs Leeann Jim and then we went to a gym That's there was this This amusement park for kids it was like is called Extreme Action Park and as we had a section that we had there and then they also added this gym too. So now they're going to. They're going to keep that Jim at extreme action park but also keep this one south Florida. What a hotbed? For Martial Arts Right. It really isn't much. Ju Jitsu down now man you can. Yeah Cyborg down the street street and Cyborg is is amazing and you know Mario Sperry not too far down what happened with Mario. 'cause Mario was the head coach for a while of the black zillions right and he was inspirational. Fuck speeches and I was like I get goosebumps. Mari was a bath. I just think that him and Hemming Glenda it didn't work out when it came time time to it in an all the work in chemistry together because that that was it. That was the hardest thing. Because you know having all those different coaches in and trying to not only have them get along with fighters but then have them get along with each other and try to fight for that you know. Who's the main coach? And who's the main guy you know. And that's you know coaches sometimes a bigger eagles in a fighters and Sometimes more deadly because they they. They're they're not accomplished in a lot of times. They're coaching because they don't feel that accomplishment you know so Coaching becomes a thing that they they wanna be validated. For right right right and You know but so hard to find that balance in the one to find it there so cherished the guys like Mark Henry. The guys like Trevor Wittman. You know those those feroce Hobby Rufus those the coaches that are like legit coaches at. Everybody loves man. They're so cherished they arm so valuable because also for a fighter like Trevor Whitman's holding pads for he like Holy Fuck. I'm training with Trevor Mother fucking witness. You know what I mean. There's something to that if you go to Montreal and urine feroce hobbies Jim. You're like Holy Shit. That is feroce hobby. You talking to me disempower. Our you start to believe it. You have anything to say he tells you you're good. You're good standing excellent harass. It's like Oh shit for US said that. Yeah it's crazy to see like where he's like for us. I remember when he wasn't even a coach. He was just a fighter. Like when like when I first I want to Montreal. He wasn't the coach yet. He was still fighting. Yeah wow still fighting. He's such a good coach is phenomenal. He's such a genius person person when you talk to him. So he's always recommending books shed he's always recommending. Listen to this guy because he told me about a competitive shooter. What does that guy's name Lammi? LemMe the the guy who wrote the winning mindset Lammi wrote down somewhere. I have the book at home that I've been reading lately. Where the fuck is it? God Damn it. I can't remember but anyway point point is he's always recommend me shit. He's always got something something interesting that he's been paying attention to that he can relate to MMA to fighting and he's he's a very very keenly aware of the mental battles that are going on and how much visualization is. Important and Meditating Lanny Bassin Lammi Bassim. Yeah go is a competitive Target shooter any spent more time practicing in his head than he did practicing more time visualizing that works that really does work something because when I was like I said what else hurt for the rampage fight like in training camp I would. I would visualize a lot. How would you do it? I would just sit there and I would just Kinda like I will go through moves my mind. I'll go through techniques and our. Just Kinda uh go over and over again techniques my mind now also do scenarios where I fight in almost every single situation and I found myself you know oh losing and then finding a way to come back. I've been rocked. You know trying to find myself just mentally working through it messy working on through a almost every single fight like I'll go round by round. Yeah go round by round and just like okay. I'll I'll set up the scenario. Come on catch him with the Punch and then I'm just imagining what happens after that. And then put myself in versity ever serie Adversity every single time. I can't as much as I can. So then that way I find myself always his. You know I'll get myself out of adversity. Sometimes I find myself just smoking them but as always these different mental mental games in me just doing something executing and always always just doing it right so it's almost like you were fighting without having a fight. Yeah you're getting the experience of fighting in your head by just visualizing Would you set a certain amount of time that you would do it Nah I would just I would just. I would just go with the flow ahead. My wrestling coach in College Tomenko. He was always he was always on Like our our I get nervous. I get nervous. How do the nervousness and he says well he says you nervous because you think too much about about about it? He's just just think about executing executed. Don't think about the outcome. Just think about executing your technique and just only think about executing your technique and how feels to complete the perfect execution of technique technique when you hit the pad and the hit and it sounds hit a pop you know. How does that feel you know? Become attached to how you feel when you execute something Um and then that's what you start to base your fight off of how you feel when you execute versus all the things that can happen if something goes wrong. Yeah it's it's really interesting to see the different strategies that people employ in order to focus the mind in so many different fighters have different different ways of doing it. Some fighters like meditate some fighters like to shadow box their way through scenarios. Almost like they they. They're thinking about how the fights go down while they're like slow motion doing things I would. I would get NAMARA sometimes. I yell and a mirror. I like yellow claw I would I would I would just you know. Would I will get into it because a lot of times I will get so nervous. That Gama Guy. I I just don't want to freeze out there. I just don't want to read you know so I would like. That's that's part of the reason. Why Sir twisted my nipples twist on nevels before the fight and that was is just Kinda do something stupid and silly right but then it will allow me to just kind of relax embarrass myself any worse than that? Ah I remembered always wanted to ask you about that. Do that just like you know. I'm not embarrassed myself worse than that. George ors we'll do it. Yeah Georgia Georgia doing. Because you know he I think he he didn't like the way it's nipples look when he first came out shirt. That's a funny puffer something. That's fun some people don't like Puffy nipples and Yank it. Yeah guys are weird things anyway and party Alexi when worth. Yeah well some big aerials. Yeah they don't WanNa take sure. I don't want to take your shirt. I'll put a big area. The girl it doesn't matter at all but a guy with a big aerial. Whoa what's happening here? What's going on on their teddy just hanging out pornographic is pornographic? That's what it is for dudes when they get fat. That's a bummer. Man when they developed on. No that's a bummer. They don't care you can slap you with him and stuff was terrible terrible as terrible. Oh my gosh. I'm glad I didn't hadn't unlike that I did get the big big to have some some booby weight but not not that Dan. What do you do most of the time now? Like what is your days. What what do you occupy your days with You know a lot of analysts work. Yeah so I still do you know. A student analysts work but also you know Try to do much cam with onyx and still do my training and things like that but also Also work with CBS. A little bit it. you know do an analyst analyst for them but you know still I'm still in space just trying to figure out that next thing that that that I align nine with you know and that's why I'm so excited to work with unlimited sciences and doing something I'm passionate about because I'm passionate about psychedelics impacts you know that's what I really really really like that and I think that that can help people avoid where I just want to help people you know that. That's that's that's where I'm at in my life. I feel says if like you know I lived a lot of my life for myself at this point. You know and I've accomplished some great things but now I'm to the point where I just want to be able to help other people people achieve. Would they want to in life and just be a part of that. You know. That's what that's what it really resonates in me. More than anything right now does beautiful beautiful. That's beautiful I mean Israel man. I know it's real. "Is pretty good. Like I don't feel like I'm I'm too skinny or like I don't I'm not gain any muscle gain muscle and You Know I. It's just been working for me and so basically just eat feel like however it makes you feel good. Yeah and you've got it down now you know like what kind of food. It's the. The supplement thing get strange vegans. You know there's a lot of folks that they're mixing a lot of different dietary yeasts and a lot of different powders. There's and different things in blending these different things and it's some people don't like the way that feels when you're eating like that but you're eating is much it's more wholefood. BMI manages hopeful based like a lot of the foods that I became actually a good cook. Now because of the fact that I had to learn to cook my own food My wife she'll busy Become a you know busier. Own their own thing so she wasn't able to cook for me like she was before. But then I I learned myself and Through learning myself just completely completely just like took the shackles off of off of me right so it's meals. Yeah so now. I Cook a lot of West Indians sniper foods because ever really good vegetarian Menu like a lot of chick peas And and things of that nature does a really good vegetarian Indian a place around here that I love I love Indian is really good. I haven't gone a month because I've been on this carnivore diet but this this place is fantastic. Real interesting weird vegetable dishes. Everything's vegetarian. You know it's I guess it's with them. It's a religious thing. A lot of lot of Indians Reggina Vegetarian and an and I like a lot of Indian food. Just because of that you know and The whole food diet is just it is worse than me but like Like you said like these supplements like this. This makes me like I feel like when I drink desk spilling and just need a lot of Greens and even even like the mushrooms you know. The course mushroom the stuff I like. I just have energy tages ages. Go and go and go that lifestyle cycled tincture. Somebody gave me some of that. Yes I gotTa have him send you some. I gotTa have seen Sunday. They send like they have like a really nice tincture said that he sent out. I should bring it but it has like Like has Rishi has Turkey town. Lions Ryan's main The courts APPS and it even gives you you know a schedule on when you should take in. When his best for but is is a really really good good mushrooms because you know they they put they infused. There's with this is Kakadu Plum Kakadu plum funding Kaku partners from Australia in one of the most high high high in vitamin C fruits. There there is way higher vitamin C.. Then oranges and everything else like that and the Plum Kaku Plum Walker. Yeah K.. Aka D. You something that a little kid right the cockatiel plant. Yeah but that's I mean they is. It's a really really good supplement. And I don't really like to recommend supplements too much but that's one that I I take and I'm like man I feel I feel way better off. Do eat a lot of beets I do I do I. Do Beets are really great. Supposed to be really good for endurance. Yeah it's really good but it is crazy like like just eating Greens like I've been ingrained. I just don't I feel like I don't get tired like I used to like my body's just instantly recovering. What was your diet? Like what would you. What was it like when you're training for a fight? Typical meals be like It was pretty clean. I would eat a lot of meat. Audi a lot of meet and and I'm oh positive. Saw A lot of red meat and I felt really good when I eat red meat like I felt as if like when I eat red meat it almost felt like I can feel it like within the next twenty thirty minute like my body breaks down really fast you know so I felt I felt good eating it but I didn't I feel like I I had the Like the endurance. I feel the endurance aspect. I do right now. You know so that that's been like the best that I ever felt was when I T- to tease. I was eating a red meat but I also was coming up with A lot of spinach house eating oughta spend is like our goal via get. A big bag is yeah. That's exactly what I was doing. I get a big bag of spinach and put it in a blender and his grinded up and then throw like like some apples in it to make a little bit. Sweeter change tastes won't be so so greenest and grass and then I'll just drink those all the time but it just made me feel so strong interesting interesting. Now did you used to work with the nutritionist. At all I did yeah I did. I worked with because when you were cutting weight right. Like how many flights do you have an eighty five to two. was that too much of a struggle. It was too much of a struggle. Like I'm in a weird position because I'm not I'm not. I'm not a very very big person. I'm not big enough to be light heavyweight but not small enough to be a middleweight. Either like and feel like I. Can you know like So I was like weird weird weird space cut down to one eighty five. I felt like if felt drained drain. I just didn't have the the movement in the pop you know but then at twelve kind of felt under size you now back then. What did you walk around at back? Then I was walking around around like two twenty five to thirty and what was different print because it was from eating the meat from him eat from eating a meal. I'll get that alone has got over a probably increase. Your endurance just a loss of that much body mass. Yeah Twenty plus pounds that your body doesn't have to pump blood through. Yeah you're right about that. You know so that just came off naturally when you stopped eating Meat Yup in another love to like I would I would You know this is another reason why because when I wasn't fighting that was the problem because I I would get into these bad eating habits because I would always know that when it had training camp I can just see the weight and just lose it like that but After wattage college becomes your habit. Anything you do over time it becomes you're having it becomes your lifestyle and eating lots of sugar booze and chilling so I was like man I need to make A change for my life for the rest of my life you know. And that's why this whole lifestyle is so much better you know. Do you think that would have changed your career heard. Had you eaten this way back when you're competing I think so. I think it would have but at the same time I don't. I don't know which way to chill. Yeah Yeah I feel so calm now I feel like I was. I was what I needed to be the time I needed to be. You know see yeah and I feel like there are some aspects of my of my awareness. Because that's what I would call more than anything I hate to say all woke now because I hate that whole thing but I feel reawoke is great. Yeah but reawoke but really know what it is. The problem is people take it too far and then really. It's about getting other people to comply with your idea and then it becomes almost like a religion. Yeah I just want want people to comply with your ideas about how to speak in and how to talk and how to live and exactly just become a dictator a little walk dictator. Y- this idea of being woke being aware you're you're you're spiritually cognizant of your effect on people the life that you live and that's all beautiful. That's great the problem is it gets abused because people want to pretend that they have virtue so they adopt this woke pattern and then they try to force it on other people and then the fucking annoying and then it pisses other people that may be like inclined to think that maybe it's good to be kinder good to be more of and then they hear those Fox and they're like fuck these bombing to vote for trump again. Yeah and that's what happened. I definitely hear that I hear that. Because that's what that's how I would say like for me. It was more more or less just awareness of of myself and I didn't really also wear myself but I didn't really have the awareness like I didn't like how do I I. It's it's almost to the point where I'm just more cognizant of every single choice that I make you know and and and just And that's something that I really didn't didn't care about or really didn't think about before you know and just that awareness right there it. It brings a whole new different understanding inning of life. But I I was. I was like that person when I first woke. I'm just like Oh man. Why didn't this person woke? And I wanted to wake up everybody and it was the most frustrating thing in the world. And that's why I'm like you know what I won't do it. What always happens when people find something interesting like? That's what happens to start doing cross fit people start doing Jujitsu sued. They just can't shut the fuck up about it and it happens when people take on. You know a new spiritual philosophy. They want everybody to understand how they're doing it and that you should do it this way too when people believe in what they're doing they WANNA WANNA share it but they also want other people to do it too because I can convince you you to live my way then validates the way our live shots woke to now. Why don't you be right and you know and then you start just trying to spread read it but I think that I mean everybody has their own awakening you know in in some people may not have that in this life life you know? They may never. They may never have that that awakening but some people are burdened by their environment. As well right there's too much stress and anxiety. You can't even say yeah I don't have space and that's why even give a nod to the psychedelics in that respect when when I if you don't have the ability to have that mental space there is something can help. Have you had that. You know the inside the somebody who was who was doing the meditation because all you really need to do is feel it to understand why why you need to do it. Yes and that's why I was unlucky to feel it so now. It's not for me to meditate in go to all these spiritual pitcher practice because I know that something real but beforehand I was like man she does not real that man..

"Three four four four eight nine three can also hit us up on Twitter at enemy on Sirius XM at any point during the show, which I got a couple of times during the show and it's good way for you to communicate with the host not only on this show, but all of the hosts and producers and co host and special guests on all of the different shows on the network here nation one fifty six Thomas show busted open at the fights ever made tonight. That's a lot of people say an hardy, aren't you Clifford Tim Smith. I mean there's a lot of names in there. But you can, you know, put an at sign in front of along with at M E on Sirius XM may times, you will get a reply. All right. So today we're in talked shot Evans. We coming up later on. We'll talk to him a little bit. He's on the broadcast team for ESPN. So we'll talk a little bit about dose on Joe and Lee. He's in. He was in Niagara Falls on Instagram. I spotted him chicken, my Instagram and he took a picture with his mom shot. Evans used to always imitate his mom. So as I saw his mom, I kinda you remember the voice, he would use remember when he would do those impressions. And it was kind of funny because he looted to that in the post. But when I saw Rashad Evans, Niagara Falls, you know, what it made me think of goes donalds, he, he was McDonald, once in Agra falls tolls, a very classic street fights the hall. Yeah. Okay. So the top five I think jokingly sent a text and said as a fun. That Mickey D's for around to spot them, the other side, really remember the details. Although picture this. I think there was a guy named Larry Arnold in his crew. For some reason. I don't know why that story just stood out to me the guy's name. I don't remember like co-stars or site, kicks or any supporting actors in St. bite stories. I don't remember those names usually other than like my dad. It was my sister's my ex I don't remember the names. I think is name was Larry Arnold. So I can sneak in that question. I will. Hey arnold. Yeah. Which way you wanna go go the bad news. Now the badness, but news bears. News. Parent wouldn't. Oh, okay. I thought that was like even worse news. Toll thirty PM Pacific. Checking Tyron Woodley is out of his fight versus Robbie Lawler. That sucks apparently got a hand injury, and he won't be able to fight on June twenty-ninth. So these these headed to Minneapolis. He was gonna rematch Robbie Lawler. We call he took the belt from Robbie Lawler. So this would have been a nice rematch for Lawler, because that's the guy that ended his title ring, and for Woodley would have just been a credible. Name for him to put himself in a position to get a rematch versus tomorrow who's mon- Moseman is all, but locked in, though, that said, we haven't seen a agreement or an official announcement, but it sounds like him. And Kobe Covington is going down. Now, again the scenario that goes ran by when we were talking about. Max Holloway, Frank. Yeah. I mean unless it's a classic who's next. Well, Woodley, apparently signed on the filer thinking that if I can get that win..

What was the craziest part of being in prison just from? I mean just from. I mean, you know, you incarcerated there. I mean, the survival is just a different mentality. You know what I'm saying? Like how how did you make that adjustment man privilege like? Prisons the closest thing to being dead. You know, you you locked up away from the world. You have no connection with the world at all, you know. And no connection can no you can't touch. Nobody behind the glass and. The only that's the only time that the dead fucking live communicators somebody imprisoned because he's really dead to leave backout else. He may never come out. You know, and you have to accept that. We -ality everybody that you don't exist. But you do, but you don't you know, you do. But you don't see. That's the hardest part is probably the seeing everybody's following from you. And then at the same time, you know, you just kind of like in a place where. I mean like you said you feel dead people are dying love you can't do anything for them. Normally they can help. You can't help them. And then then forget that. That's what does your personal gig gotta deal with now you gotta deal with these idiots in here. Right right now. You got the Indians. See that's. Everybody. And tell them the decision makings, and they got sick out. There dumb guy who I had. No respecting my decision. Make you want to make it as yes. Yeah. Man. Do pit living my life the way. I did. Yeah. Yeah. Man. It's a blessed. Man. I bet you think sometimes dang how my even here. I'm very grateful now. Yeah. Well, our young I wanted to kill my full bad. But now they get old. I wanna live. Yeah. Things look forward as you children. Look forward to them growing experiencing your experiences in life. Yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely. That's that's a blessing right there, man. That's that's that realization man about that. That's where I'm at my life to you know, where I'm starting to like get into phase for. Unless about what I wanna do more about. What would the people care about one? Do you know? That's what it comes down to my life non-full about my family. My kids and stuff it where we used to my daughter. The little sick today level with a little in laws to we were worried about her go check my wife. I left a message that everything's okay. And it's just that you know, you never know when that that moment's gonna come. You know, what I mean when you're vulnerable, and you can catch money. You think you don't care how big a star? You think you'll have bigger eagle you think to my who loved his suffering. You can't do nothing Wade out like a little they not just waiting and you go back to God. Then you realize then when you go to guard when you have nothing money to help you fade, you turn into a little fucking putting all gone, please help me. Really go there. Yeah. Thing about it like. Honestly minute. So so I used to ice at work in hospital. When it when I was when I was coming up before I was fighting part of my job was put people into the morgue. So I used to see death all the time. You know, what I'm saying always used to put me in a mental state where it was like man, I gotta make sure that I made this life count. You know what I'm saying? They put me in appreciative mindset for life out the gate, man. Because like when you put him bodies into the morgue in the back of the body is still warm. You know, saying that kinda stays in your mind for a long time. You know what I'm saying? Because is you know, somebody's life coming to an end, you know, kinda some deep shit is kind of morbid. But I think a lot of people don't don't think about, you know, the totality of how fragile life is enough, Oh, man. man. Please. Please a little on one one little guidance sunflower with choking die off of a fragile. We seem so indestructible indestructible me he often corporation Kantha. Yeah. Then destruct with this guy one and do brick wall. He got brain cancel feeble. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Honestly speaking, I think that, you know, more than anything that we need to be more conscious about, you know, what is in our virement into to make us healthy because you know, now, you know, the five G network and all the five G towers out putting out these these these broadbands, and he's frequencies penetrating and going through solid matter, including our body in pretty much. You know, when you we think about it. You know, our body appears to be physical. But at the same time is nothing but Maracha molecular frequency slowing down a different frequency. That's why. When we do, you know, any psychedelics change vibration, you vibrate at a different level..

"I like that from fighting was like life that you can keep going keep on giving you bet. And then you get a disappointment you might lewd, but continue to go on act like it. Didn't learn from that and continue to go never let it break. Your your confidence to feed, you know, losses can't be taken death sentences. Some people pick a loss of the definite. You can't. Absolutely, man. That's that's as deep. I dare. Because a lot of fighters may you like they they identified themselves so strongly on the fact that they can't lose. And then when they lose they the left with, you know, with such an identity shattering, you know, problem that they failed to make the adjustments. So they can improve to to to redeem those guys you see like Robinson our leasing what they do. And they come back from loss. You see how they fight? They listened to fight like Ali like when he was a old guy. He's no quitting. Like, the people you gotta kill him to beat them. You know, he's not going to give up like when he was older, and he was on a ropes get beat about home. Let's go to quit. You ain't gonna quit. That's that's incredible man has yet. That's that's a different willing different mindset, man. The kind of punishment that heals able to take in. And stuff. Gosh man is. That's a different kinda metality, man. You know what I'm saying? Then beat you f. Yeah, man. Yeah. You know, we'll have to learn from my adversity of you know. Yeah. Man. It's just definitely going to fight me. This one thing you have to know. That's one thing fighting all you have to remember one thing was forget everything else. You would left hook your right hand. You you're going to go fifteen wins knocking them out. You're going fifteen round the way he lives here. Let you go in litho him move, dad Luebbe ten ten around twelve thirteen then it's gonna fight you like an animal for the next three or four rounds using softer. He's gonna start laughing you either going to start lately coming from punchy coming from Noah, boom hard is on the pop pop. Pop. Pop up. Bob, Bob, all win big giants down. Yeah. Man. Yeah. Man. That's in the fifteenth round. He still pump. Boom, boom. See that the guy to fight a feeling afraid you still want to come. You. Don't be trained if they can't go. No more than has done can't go. No more. See? That's that's that's that legendary stage is one of the kid hands can beat them. But he still wanted to get hand. I used to love Frazier. I love. Style. Frazier with a month, his style, you know, Burt Watson, and you tell me that freighter had style because he has vision was messed up. So he could see. So he always wanted to fight like that just so that way he can always feel somebody's breath on top of. When he said out whenever you can't see no more. If I want to get that here. That's. Yeah. Yeah, man. But it is is nuts, man. Like that. That is like you're part of that legacy, man. And and that's amazing to me. Because like you you're such a living legend like you. You can you can easily be named in number one spot. You know what I'm saying? So is is just is just an honor to sit here. And just like, you know, what I'm saying? I'm saying with a piece of history right now, you know. Be Frazier form. Yeah. That's guys to end. Man. Fuck. Yeah. Man. I was mazing absolutely made about money but their pride. Yeah. That's what it's about man. And that's what I feel like I like UFC man because I feel you out of out of it. All man, I feel like that the sport is bringing it because you know, people fight they fight hard. You know what I'm saying? They fight hard on that, man. And you know, this product that I'm working on right now, you know, as with this company called onyx, and you know, we change in the equipment game because. Yeah. Yeah. This one. Yes. Oh, so we change equipment game. We we in the process of remaking the UFC glove because you know, we we're trying to adjust the eye pokes..

"That's what I knew. I didn't want to come back here when the time came and it wore off I would like what the fuck happened. What did you do motherfucker? I was angry. Yeah. They commodities took them from violet. Have you? I do and I didn't wanna come back at the put me on the again, I one hundred again, did you celebrate beckoned again, the most the most amazing part for me was once I got into that state of being where I come on myself. I felt like I was every single thing in existence all at the same time. And and what kind of you know, what kind of what kind of brought me a little bit of pause was because when I was gone. I didn't miss anybody. I didn't miss anything. I didn't have that feeling of that. I thought I would have once I leave this earth. But the truth about it is once I started to examine that understanding. I got to understand the reason why I didn't miss anybody miss anything because every single thing that was I thought was outside of me was actually inside of me like all the people that I know, you know, this reality is all apart of my inside is not so much a reflection of the outside. You know what I'm saying? So I was afraid I was afraid that you think that was afraid. Fan though, the friend losing my children and. Aaliyah's afraid, and he hit you hit found you hit a music calling you more and more to happen deeper and man. I never felt that feeling before freedom. I can't even say freedom. I have a different perception of freedom and freedom is not what I do. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Not now. Let me ask you say. Because I this is what I picked the freedom feed. Yeah. If existence to me reality to me this freedom right here to me to be able to do what I want legally to do what I want. It's just took me to another level beyond that. The did you did you feel the pull of the all like like like what I felt as if like I felt as if and it was and it was it was the thing was like there was no mistaken. The understanding it was like as if like once I was there, I was instantly being downloaded with true with with the true realities of what the true reality of existence and from that true reality of existence. I was able to put you know, to to feel that you know, all the existence is part of one collective conscience. And that's all what we share in the fact that when we have these personal experiences were were actually if we were to look at our selves as an entity will be probably one big entity that has an existence in and has. As individual, I guess experiences through each of our egos. Right. So so like when we when we do that we move and our eagles completely gone. And and for me, like when I got like when I got done, I it was kind of confusing because for me, it was like, I did all of that to realize that in essence, I truly don't exist in a sense of innocence of individuality like like, I'm Rashad Evans. But that's the name of mother gave me, you know. My perception would the way people think of me, these are things that are based on the character in which they describe me on which they you know, the title in which they know me, right? You know, as a father, they look at me one way as a son and look at me another way as an athlete look at me another way, and as a friend that looks me at another way all those things are not me individually. Right. So there's a there's a higher form of me that exists. And once I you know, once I I get past the eagle. Of who? I think I am then you can get down to what truly is. And and it's an it's kind of amazing to be honest. This is what the fuck we do here. And we do, bro. Evan in my experience as well. I fifty but I didn't exist. You know, you there. You're you're nodding your body, your body doesn't exist. It's just. Man. Not..
