"Ours Third Segment for today. I feel like we are just like zipping through today's podcast. I don't know what it is. I don't know maybe I'm talking fast. I don't know if I'm just feeling it. I don't I don't know I just I don't know. But in the last segment we were talking about Jennifer Lopez Aka J. Lo a came Aka Miss Jenny from the block and how she is being sued for a hundred and fifty thousand dollars for copyright infringement and how in fact this was not her first time dealing with copyright infringement and why exactly she keeps making the same mistake who we placed the blame on her are could we place the blame on her social media manager or even her PR manager. So that is that was for the last segment in this segment. We are going to be talking about the game and everything that is going on with him. So for those of you guys who do not know the game. He is a rapper. Based out of California he is very known. Well he's a very known rapper. Okay he has been in the game for a very long time. The Games income is being seized to pay off the woman who was awarded seven million dollars for alleged sexual assault. Okay so according to court documents a federal court judge has granted a motion brought by a woman named Priscilla rainy. She is trying to collect on the millions. Owned from the rapper. Rany was a contestant on the Games. Vh One dating show. She's got game. She claimed that she had agreed to go on. A date with the rapper. Believing it would be on camera. However when she met the rapper at a Chicago restaurant there was no production crew. The lawsuit alleged. The game showed up to the date highly intoxicated on alcohol and drugs and sexually assaulted the plaintiff on several occasions that night. He is alleging that okay. None of this happened. This was consent. Okay this was a consensual case. Rany who was the young lady she was saying no? This was not so in. All of this occurred in court. The game failed to appear in court. The case dragged on for over a year before. A judge eventually awarded rainy. Seven million dollars in damages rainy has been trying to find creative ways to cease property and assets from the game last year. A federal judge ordered all of the Games income or royalties being paid from e one or sound exchange where to go directly to rainy. The order warned he would be found in contempt of court if he failed to comply following the court's order the game launched a new imprint called pro flick records. It didn't take. Ramey to longed had back to court asking for an order. Seizing pro flakes assets. The judge granted her motion ordering all income to go directly to rainy until the seven million dollar debt is paid in full the order states quote any and all rights title and interest of defendant in any money property or payments due to defendant from the L. A. Prolific in the form among other things commissions royalties contract receivables deferred compensation income wages payroll salary and accounts receivable failure by defendant to comply with this order may be sub may subject him to contempt of court proceeding the rapper. Also after everything was after everything happened and she was awarded seven million dollars. The game decided he was not gonNa pay this young lady a dime. He said I'm not paying her anything. Which in turn led her to go file a motion requesting the sees the seizure of the Games income which is why he is seven million dollars in debt. They're taking the money from him and giving it to her and so what she has done. Is She decided to address the legal win on Instagram? She decided to say quote. Well well well well then guess you know now. What I've known for months. She decided to put up a a meam and said how do I put this? You work for me now. The game decided to go back on Instagram. And he said quote. It's a lying. Be Making up a story. This miss is F- in Crazy 'cause I had FM dentist appointment? I missed court. I ain't given that girl. Nothing end quote. So who do we believe? Do we believe the young lady who was on the show and who was claiming that this happened are do we believe the game? No one really knows in this case. There's only three sides to the story. Okay we have his side we have her side and then we have the truth. Now do I fill like the? The Games should have went to this court hearing if he feels like this young lady does not deserve a dime most definitely that is where I feel like the game messed up. If he knew for a fact he did not touch this young lady if he knew for a fact okay. I don't feel like she's bluffing. I am worth This amount of money let me go. Grab my lawyer and let me go. Meet this girl at court so I can beat this because this is worth seven million dollars and in the end he is ending up four fitting a lot of money to this young lady even though he is claiming that he has never done anything. So this is where I felt like. He missed stop if he believes in his heart in his in his soul that he didn't do anything he should have been there instead. He decided to go to a dentist appointment. Okay you can always reschedule your into. You can always reschedule your dentist appointment. Let's just be sure. Let's just be real on that. He could always always do that. Okay in his mind. He's basically saying he's not paying this girl anything. She doesn't own anything she doesn't. He doesn't own her anything maybe in his mind. He believes he shouldn't but legally because he wasn't physically present to give his side of the case instead of giving instagram his side of the case. I feel like once again. This is where he dropped the ball. The judge wanted to hear two people. Maybe that judge could have two sides to that story instead. He only had her side of the case so again. This is where I felt like the game messed up but with that being said I wanted to live and things up and in this next segment I wanted to talk about Ted Riley versus baby face on instagram live and how it broke the Internet. All of that coming up in this next segment stay tune would movies to go see then check out the GS. Amc movie podcast. It's your ticket to.

"Com. Jorge Rodriguez is going to do it. Should still going right on? I heard. Yeah. Because to me so so next week you guy. George and you and whoever else from the old days, we're gonna do a tribute show for suds Coleman. Maybe Phil Hendrie oh call. Phil was very close to suds from him. That would be cool. I you know, it's, it's such a radio is such an incestuous business because I worked with Phil Hendrie in Los Angeles. It was before, but I think before he came here to Miami. I was with him in, like, right. When I moved out to L A in about nineteen eighty-seven, I think it was my first job in Los Angeles. When I moved there, worked with Phil Hendrie on a classic rock morning show at kale sex and Los Angeles. Then he came back to Miami and had success doing his characters. H E for a short while doing rock. Okay. And then that was before now and then he came back to the WWL d it's when he went out with his characters, and it was right. And, and he and he had bid all right back to the phones because everyone wants to call in and talk to Brit. Hi, who is this in the five four zero area code? All right. This is Ryan. I love the show. I ryan. Yes. Well, when I first saw miss summers. I didn't know this. She was a heat I did. I thought she's cutest woman ever feed life. You wanna dating to, I didn't know I'm like, I also fabric on this woman. Whatever Rany who she's playing. Are you want her? If, if I go to a restaurant, I keep my mouth shut. I'm fine. Hey, man. Listen. What you do. I have a question, though. And I don't wanna be inappropriate, so I wanna be polite when a man pro-choice you to for a relationship or some form of companionship. How do you deal with telling those men that maybe you know, straight or heterosexual that you're an anti sexual person knows that's easy? If they're not initially attracted by that part, that's the first thing you say, and sadly enough. Enough dress women don't mention that. Well, and that's how they get hurt. Right. You have to be upfront and honest in his life, otherwise, you get hurt because we heard the stories of, of mostly with, like famous actors or comedians that they got in the car, and all of a sudden see an appendage that they didn't realize was there and things get ugly. I don't know where to find a Umer in that, but it's just I've never done that, because, you know, my wife and I we watch Jerry Springer. And we ended up I'm saying, I'll tell my wife man, these women are attractive. And then you start to notice that they have the mayo forty two there impersonating a female, and so you, you kinda ask yourself these questions. Like, how does it feel for them trying to be with? They weren't born, but trying to, but, I guess, having to lie to sort of get accepted because tau we still live in a very anti-sexual, Dave. You're kinda world where that sort of thing about acceptable steel, regardless of how much progress, we've made is still not as only acceptable, particularly among black men. You know if that's not cool with. I don't know about that. I haven't run into that. I mean, I'll be honest with you, man. It's, it's, it's sorta taboo in our community, but it sort of on the down low when it comes to the hip hop, generation is a really, you know that I didn't. Yes, it is actually a guy wrote a book about life on the down low, and I didn't start really noticing this until two thousand four when I watched Oprah Winfrey show, and there was a gentleman that resembled the late R&_B singer, Barry, white. And he had a similar face is very white, and he would call him about how he was married for so many years. But when he going Roach, if you'd be having anti sexual intercourse with other men..

"I catch it on Monday through Friday only on f s one back here with coach Mangini, we're talking patriots. Even before the news of gronk retiring the defending Super Bowl champs. We're looking for more weapons for Tom Brady and Tonio Brown. A we'll call it a head-scratching move released an audiotape of a conversation. He had with his agent where he discussed the patriots interest in making an offer for him. The pats also reportedly inquired about Odell Beckham junior as well. Both of those guys now playing for a team not named the patriots coach how much would a top wide receiver help. Extend Tom Brady's career. I know the question think about the release tape in the calm him this agent, and then putting it out there. Now, he's going to Oakland. Signed and extent answer that part. I before you get to Tom Brady and his weapons is. It's amazing and look. It should be a signal to everybody that any conversation could easily become a very public conversation and any interaction could very easily become a public interaction. And you basically Tony was made it clear the last few years anytime you speak with him. It might be being live streamed recorded, and I'm I don't know what the the two party consent as far as like wiretap and as far as recording laws. We're going to say it was in. But I feel like this was probably a crime. I don't think. Started else that happened? New England rail related you must have permission from two part heard that. Yeah, that's part of another case. After getting those things you why all you want. Yeah. That that's not good business. When when I thought about this question to me extending Tom Brady's career is going to start inside out as opposed to outside in. They've got to replace a left tackle they've got to have a consistent and diverse running game. They've got to figure out what they're going to do with gronkowski. And we talked about yesterday that may not be a one person answer, and it probably won't be because it's hard to find a guy like that. So it's it's a set of packages. And then the slot receiver has always been the core of of the New England offense, then you push out. Now that being said having a guy like Randy moss was a game changer for New England having someone that was that special talent where teams had to constantly gain plan for what he did created so many different opportunities for everything that traditionally had been so successful for New England inside out. So I see why they're looking for that spot. They're probably not going to get it in the. They're not gonna go receive a first round they haven't done that. So to look for it in freed and say makes a lot of sense and they've had success with. What would listen? Dell's not Randy I get that Odell. We you before the show. Dell's great athlete Rany was amazing athlete six inches taller than Odell Beckham. Yes. Beckham and can jump higher than back. And so Randy was had all the measurable like he had Radi would have been a spectacular athlete at five ten, but he was six four and a half with basketball players vertical. Leap. So so I know he's not rainy, but what would Dell of done for this offense. What what type of affect would it have what trickle down effect set aside any of the off the field. I know you love Odell. I'd rather have Antonio Brown. Personally. I think that Antonio Brown is when you look at those two players Antonio Brown is such a huge threat. Such a dynamic player threat outside inside trying to defend against him was always really ridiculously challenged..

And you know, and learn from it and live from it, and and grow absolutely, and he was so supportive when I I was selected to participate mutual rescue. He I asked him like are you okay? "Through and it dropped about ten o'clock eastern time last night, the border deal all but signed sealed and delivered. I think we'll tell you. What's in it? What's not in it? And what the president is president is likely do after it. And that's what the president's talking about yesterday. He's worried about landmines cut one. Well, we haven't gotten it yet. We'll be getting it. We'll be looking for land mines because you could have that you know, it's been known Daphne before two people, but we have not gotten it yet. It'll be sent to us at some point. We'll take a very serious look at it. And there's so much more than just the border barrier in it forty nine billion dollars for homeland overall in two thousand nineteen that increase of one point seven billion you combine that with spending on ice and border patrol. That's twenty three additional billion. So it's pretty impressive in terms of the numbers, it shows the seriousness just not in terms of the structure one point three seven five. They'll get you about fifty five miles. It's very confusing. Whether there are more or less beds for ice. I think both sides can spend it any way they want. I'd like to get you the truth. I don't know if that's possible thirty million for family case management hundred thirteen million for additional air as air assets him get some shoppers up there and some drones one hundred million for new border security technology. That's fine. Seventy seven million for opioid detection equipment. I here we only detect and going go for about to swipe through and analyze about fifteen percent of the vehicles that come through our ports of entry. Meanwhile, what do you guys want the president to do tonight into a fog? Fox News poll sixty six percent are favor of what they know about this resolution. So the president should go ahead and sign it Fox News also asked are you in favor of the wall the barrier now in September twenty eighteen only thirty nine percent war in January forty-three now at forty six keep in mind, a very polarized country. If Trump wanted forty percent of the country immediately, doesn't these numbers are rising. He's beginning to tell the story. But you know, he's telling the story the experts at telling the story, what is likely to happen tonight. And I'm going to be hosting Tucker. If it doesn't happen I'm going to host tomorrow night, but he is going to be taking some this show early. And if this breaks I'll be standing by to take over at least the top of the show at eight o'clock on Fox News channel. But I believe they believe and there's a consensus. The president's going to sign this Bill get his fifty five miles of border barrier. And then he's got re purposed money ready to go. Now, the the Democrats will push back. It's from the Pentagon emergency relief. They'll push back there. But we'll see when Seagrams speculated about this and talked about it yesterday cut three. So why should he take this deal? The one point three seven five can be used to build barriers. Nancy Pelosi said now the dollar for barriers or wall. Get almost four point three seven. Yeah. He's gonna get a lot more than a dollar is going to get money for more judges. Nobody talks about that. There is no limit on space. Like, I was worried about so take this as a down payment go into the defense Bill and move money around like congress allowed you to do last year and Bill this damn wall. He's getting ticked one eight six six zero eight seven six six nine I'm going to leave a lot of the McCabe stuff Rany McCarthy because he's the legal expert. We know any Kate was fired days before he's supposed to retire. So he's angry. The fact it's a hit book on the president. Does not surprise me. How far and extensive the FBI operation was to actually tossing out. Our president stuns me from what I know so far, but I talk about that shortly after as we've been discussing over the last month and a half we cannot believe some of the freshmen that have come in with this class. We know what they said about impeaching the president. That's with this one congresswoman wants to do she has since I guess apologize for who language then you have congressman from Minneapolis Alonzo more. She is come out as nothing, but hostile not only to this president to the country of Israel, which he pretty much apologized. Get not apologize for and then yesterday mysteriously and just astounds me. The Nancy Pelosi will put her in the foreign relations committee. She's just a Molly Muslim from Minneapolis. Lewis who clearly has major problems with this country. And now, she's in a position of prominence. If you wanna know what she's going to be like unless she quits or the people of Minneapolis get so upset they get rid of her here is she here. She is talking to Elliot Abrams who's been a fixture Republican administrations. For decades. You had a lot to do with the fact that Ronald Reagan went out of his way to make sure communism didn't creep into our hemisphere into central and South America with Nicaragua. And El Salvador, listen to her line of questioning to Elliot Abrams, who's on Capitol Hill to talk about Venezuela. He is joined the Trump administration cut thirty three. I fail to understand. Why members of this committee or the American people should find any testimony that you give today to be truthful? If I could respond to that wasn't a question I on that was not a question that was. Why why reserve the right to my tie sky gave forty years of service to his country. Don't get rich isn't on voi-. All right. So he deserves some respect and for a freshman to have the audacity to be dismissive condescending to Elliot Abrams who you might like or not like he deserves more respect than that. This woman has no respect for this country. She has no respect for a position. And she certainly has no respect for this administration. What are the people Minneapolis thinking? When we come back. I'm going to be joined by Andy McCarthy, I want him to listen with me to some of Andrew McCabe recorded remarks with Scott Pelley, has Scott Pelley expands on what he told him. Also, Paul Manafort yesterday on three of the five counts. He was a judge ruled that he had lied. He's looking at basically the rest of his life in prison. What is going on here? We'll bring you the latest. This is the Brian Kilmeade show. Brian kilmeade. Now. Now, the three big things you need three. The guy who was banned from DisneyWorld twice for flying. Trump. Twenty twenty banners was kicked out of Disneyland in.

I think that the focus around culture and social spaces in break areas, it's really coming from the user and centered around what the users of the the workspaces are asking for and what they feel they need. And this kind of focused on on behavioral and things that you see in the office is something that I think is really interesting new aspect of the of the market. I also think that it's something that is interesting research for the future. So it's putting a challenge on on the furniture companies and the office companies to really dig deep into behavioral and social studies, and as opposed to keep part of that would be the idea of the self-determined workspace then can you explain a little bit more about that? One of the key trends that is is being discussed here. At take is something that they call work on the go, where the the day dictate your work, as opposed to the work. They say thing your day. And I think this is a quite liberating. An interesting take on on what the future might hold for for the office space. Just anything that you're looking forward to over the next few hours there will can we expect to come up at the fab? I think one in thing that it's certainly interesting through through digging deeper into is the engagement of architects and designers coming here to through the architects fair traditionally a business thing, but increasingly has become a place for architects and designers to study what is what is really to come when the workplace environment changing so fast.
