A Reminder That Democrat Govenor Ralph Northam Wore Blackface, Part of the KKK
"Imagine being that Republican governor of a major state and being caught in a bunch of Photos wearing one of two options wearing either a clue, Klux Klan hood or black face. Can you imagine if that happened? Which one of those is worse? Exactly Didn't imagine not even denying it. Imagine being, said Republican governor Whatever Governor Joey Bag of donuts, whatever it may be, and these photos surface And Yeah, you're like I'm not sure which one I was the guy in the Blue Klux Klan hood or the guy in the black face? From that point forward on that wasn't a Republican governor that was the Democrat governor of Virginia. Ralph North. Remember that? He's still the governor right now, of course, because when you're a Democrat, and you do something, not just kind of quietly racist but overtly racist, like ACLU collects Klan hood or black face when you're a Democrat, Racism really doesn't matter. So, according to critical race theory, Not only is Ralph Northam and oppressor because he's white, this guy's actually at Blue Klux Klan hood or a black face of little garb. There he did. I don't know which one. We're not sure which one. It is, either one's no good, but I'm not Really sure which one But because he's a Democrat, which is a protected class. Nothing will ever

"This had white men you know even though I do know that Mark Zuckerberg is Jewish. He's white he's a he's a white dude to most people correct And so to them. Freedom of speech is essentially anything goes. Wow that's not even what freedom of speech is in the world like in America. Freedom OF SPEECH IS NOT ANYTHING GOES. You can't threaten somebody you You know if you target offer harassment that that's a legal thing that's illegal matter now if you say fire in a crowded theatre that's that's not freedom of speech anymore right so freedom speech is early true real and even the even with them saying for real posted video was somebody's Right I was the first thing to go right so they have tools. That could stop this stuff. They don't because they they were one getting paid for to their white news. This is freedom of speech and this is fine and so these companies took advantage of it So you have people that literally like Like trump with his people would be like reach out to Cambridge Analytica. We need a contract with them to help us in the election and they will put the propaganda out there on social media shift those votes everywhere and they had like a certain number of people that they felt were attainable. A they were pretty good confidence. They could switch their votes. I forget the number of data points each person but it was like thirty million voters in like five hundred and something data each or something some crazy number like that so they can tell like your your personality profile like okay. Is this person. Quick to anger are a sad. Are they apathetic? How do we motivate them? How do we do die? Algorithm based on. What you post in the pants you interact with probably how you a reporter so the things that they really count were people who are going to vote Republican. They want that and we can start of in general because this is all over the globe they did but conservative. And then the other thing. They wanted people who weren't gonNA vote. They target if he would different tactics. Ecorse your white conservatives is fear based is why the people are coming to take all your guns in your money and Boa okay but for your black people. It was very much. We want you to feel apathetic. Doesn't matter you vote doesn't count. Don't worry about. It is odd saying who gives a fuck anyway and they really heavily influenced people like that and then they also influenced the people that were like. I'm so angry and I'm so well that I'm not gonNa vote like fuck all these politicians this show. I'm I'm walking in. I don't understand and the whole time. I kept thinking about over two years. You know how we've seen some people that really bought into this as a personality like you know they 'cause like I said I can't remember on this show or different show. If you're not gonNa vote you do realize you could not vote not tell anybody correct. So there's something specific about the need to not vote and then voice it to everyone in a declarative fashion. That says something different like this is about attention. This is not necessarily about your personal choice. This is a this is an invitation to the bay right because a lot of people don't vote and they don't tell nobody and nobody knows and they're going about their lives and so you know I. I went over last week. Our we watched that documentary about them. Literally hacking voter machines. We went over yet but this is about a different kind of quote unquote hacking. It's hacking the human brain which is already biased in predisposition. Starting things saw they were saying black people. These like activists Websites in groups joined in movements and stuff and these articles and things that I thought was really like at one point. They had like an activist. March that Russia literally sponsored and people like Black People in America showed up in March that thing they had no idea how would they know right Sos So crazy to think about how People were manipulated. And it's the it's like when I finished I it's almost yet. Take your hat off the Cambridge Analytical. And I don't mean it. And they did a good thing. But I mean like it's the ultimate heist it's a heist where you got somebody to give you their money and their power while making it feel like it was their idea and making them want to defend that idea. You know like is honestly like to me. I don't I look at it no different than like Fox News washing by like people are comfortable saying Fox News Brainwash people because they're thing about white people you know people that are around us anyway. But they're not comfortable being like this Kinda guy brainwashed. By you. Know the woke movements they got brainwashing. The Not doing shit you know. They gave away their power. The only thing that make you be like yeah. I didn't vote. Fuck you bitch. I'm proud of it. You got a problem with it. It ain't my and it's like that thing where like Bernie Sanders today. Endorse Joe Biden. Five days after dropping out keeping track twenty six twenty to thirty six days nine doors Hillary Clinton but okay you know hey you learn from him snakes and maybe I better. I don't know but the point is I've seen his people some of them black white talking about how they're not gonNA vote by. They don't care about you know I'd rather have more trump than than this. You can't make me. You have to earn his out that type of shit even while even though Biden's already adopted or or push lefter more left on a couple more policies from burning. I thought that was the point right. They don't care they don't care. They want him to be Barney. Even if he came out and had the same exact platform Bernie. They'd still say no. And so the point is though these people have been highsted. They've opened their bank vault. They've given their money away and now they have to defend it They can't say Oh shit I got got. That's the one thing that really and I like. I say twitter social kind of bizarre worlds so who knows it may hopefully this as it translates to real life and it doesn't seem to be because a number show people Showing up more to vote for Biden. This year they dating for Hillary or Obama's eyeglasses. But the thing and it showed me was like these people are any they're encouraged. It's impossible to reach now. They do this. Grandstanding for the attention of the grandstanding. Correct they want the they did. They can't. They are incapable of admitting they were wrong. They're capable of admitting they could do better. They're capable of saying. Hey I've changed my mind you know. That's okay it's okay to be like you know what? I got guide. It is all right but a lot of times when people don't WanNa do that a lot of times that's just pride. This man was worse than I thought. I would rather vote for by him. That's all we'll take for most people to be like I cool. You've been acting like ahead. Ask for three or four years now our if you if you if you let it go let it go. That's how people saying right but they can't let it go right because all they have at this point and that's why people don't even go. Okay then fuck you think Nancy to Cambridge analytic and no longer exist. They declared bankruptcy in order to avoid a lot of Laos legal in front. Like just culpability in this shit right because come 'cause countries is like a dollar. This isn't bullshit. You need to be held accountable and responsible but the mentality that has been program by People Hammer. John Linda that still exist. They don't need you don't need Cambridge Analytica to get these people and brainwash. They will forever be this way like or are they going to beat his way to prove a point. All the way down to the ship Burns like it doesn't matter if they have fire extinguisher hands. They would rather the ship burn to think they're proven some philosophical thing and I'm just saying sober minded clear vision objectively. These mother. Fuckers are the problem. Yes they are you know and like I said I can't make an exception for black people or anybody. Anybody on his bullshit is the problem. It doesn't matter it doesn't they've been trying to do this to us. Since does fucking day that the word came up voting and the way the data concept of voting came up in America. They've been trying to figure a way out to keep black people out of it right right because today. We don't want us to have any power any authority. They don't want us to run anything. You know we fiscal person and audit of the bushy act like they don't even want things to benefit. Us know why. Why because as far as they're concerned This country has never ever got over slavery and Free Labor and it never will. That's why they will pay you the lowe's they possibly can and will be free if we didn't have minimum wage. Minimum wage is the only thing that's preventing a lot of jobs from being like fuck it. You better come here and work for Goddamn free. So that's what I was thinking Abou- when I found that that is our today because I was like look at the Games they played on us in voter intimidation right. They used to have guns at the polls. We're GONNA kill any nigger. We see. Come up here but don't matter if they did it or not and I asked that was so fucking understanding of the power to vote. Some of these mugs went out and shot the white people so they could get the right to vote. They were showing with the polls. Were Day guns to like well. There's somebody going 'cause I'm voting and people died and I just black people white people got killed. Shittu like So this is something we've always fought for and I'm so proud of the people that are still dedicated black people specifically That are still dedicated to encouraging people to vote getting out people avow making sure you vote you know. Help Him with these different Organizations that get people to vote. I'm so proud of them because they carry on a legacy of our ancestors and that's not a shame that's a pride and I feel proud and I'll go because of that. I feel proud to get on the show and talk about voting. But there's also this other thing happening of these people that wilfully give up their game you know it's like they laid out guns essentially in his battle or they will to the other side and yeah. I don't have to be proud. Of as far as the plot pilot them and the worst part to me is that these fuckers all the credit when trump wins. They're going to all the credit. If you guys are the catered to me Trent widow Laos if you were what I told you to do. Trump would allows but then they won't know blame so when I say well you still should have voted because you know now you have trump fuck things up. Well you can't blame me. It's not enough people does out there. They want it both ways and I look back and I read these stories and stuff and I'm like shameful. You know people don't use shame you should feel a shame come on you. I don't know what to tell you. This is shameful behaviour. Man Like you know and you don't have to go too far back like I say. Go Look at the Great Heck. You should feel ashamed. That these fuckers bamboozles you the day they mind. Tricked you you in being like. I'm staying home in that. That's me making A. I'm making a big statement to sit this out you know. I don't WanNa hear what you have to say about trump. I don't WanNa hear I don't either. I know people hate when you say this but I'm saying I'M GONNA continue to say it again if you did not. I don't WanNa hear your your opinion as far as I'm persona. European is not valid. Because you had a right to do. You had a chance to vote. And if you voted and you'll person didn't win you can't complain all day long but if you use that process out that meant you will find with whatever happened. Somebody Lincoln old piece of somebody that they wrote a while ago. Talking about how not voting as a black person is a good option and the people that tell you vote are anti-black them like Dr. You you part of the problem you know we need everybody man so you know you wanna be a contract be contrary and the white supremacy trying to make vote contrary that shit. Don't just try to contrary people that got your best interest in mind. You'll see people out here that won't harm you that literally will like nothing better than suppression of. Oh and you're sitting here helping right and and and the thing to me. This is frustrating is a lot of these people. Are the mother fucking loudest about how terrible everything is is phone. Okay Bitch what did you do? What did you do? What did you do all right? You did nothing but then I you know why you so loud for somebody that didn't put any sweat equity into this right all right. Let's get into a flying. This guy can go twice right. Take a look book reading rain ways to grow reading rainbow. I did take is not a book a Reading Rain Reading Lane. All.

I feel like I haven't seen her long-time, and he's just been holed up around the holidays like by himself and suddenly his back out. He's back out in the world with these rallies and stuff. So when he was a Paso at this rally the other day, he he made a couple of different not a couple of like, you know, obviously lie after lie he against the media and somebody in the media was actually attack right than there. There's video footage of it. He talked about crime statistics also lie. He talked about the size of the audience line. Something else he said that was just shocking. He talked about the Ralph Northam abortion thing in that's the governor of Virginia. And that's a whole nother scandal that we haven't touched upon right now are actually in the show at all. But can you tell us what he said about about that issue because thing about this is this is the kind of lie that really can get people killed so Robby, basically, what he said was I wanted to find this for your listeners is quote, the governor state. That he would even allow a newborn baby to come out into the world and wrapped the baby in make the baby comfortable entitled to the mother and talked to the father and then execute the baby execute the baby and quote, so he's referring to late term abortions. Right. And this man doesn't understand how I mean he has multiple times. Like, I I don't know how many times he has referred to. Abortion that happened like on the delivery table was actually a delivery. That's not an abortion like actually having the baby. And you don't the actual quote. And this is rough more than was on a radio station. He was talking about grace specific. Obviously, it wasn't this at all. And I don't know if Trump does this on purpose again, or he just doesn't understand what's going on. He doesn't understand how Washington works when it happens. How limited how difficult it is. But right now across the country. We are seeing a real pushback in multiple states on abortion rights for women at the national level. I think we're gonna see a challenge to Roe v. Wade. And and I kind of can't lead happing American two thousand nineteen it's very deliberate attempt to smear Northam and also Virginia house Bill two four nine one. It's it's deliberately done to offer skate issue and promote the the false narratives that apparently all. These dams now that they're in power. They're gonna commit infanticide based on both at radio program. But you mentioned based on the Bill itself based on Kathy. Tran the Bill sponsor, she said, she misspoke and said, listen, you know, infanticide is not allowed in Virginia. That's not going to happen. Even wears where? Exactly, exactly. So. And so the that Bill would loosen some restrictions on abortion Virginia. But it got this national attention at the end of January of based upon this very deliberate promotion by the right wing media ecosystem to say look north them. All the Democrats are now going to commit, you know, like, you know, infanticide is that what you want. And so it's the pro-life movement that is deliberately pushing this. And so he really is aware that Trump deliberately mischaracterized with north said, but right after he said that the rally the crowd, the base huge booze in rounds of applause, and that's what you do you confuse them. You anger them. Your rile them who cares about facts. Yeah. So you know, he have obviously brought the state of the union. I'm talking about in terms of like where I see things going in the next couple years. This is this is an issue that the right has been working on for a long time. And now they have a real crusader who is who has been successful in changing supreme court to the point where it could actually come to pass. This. Their report came out today that says that Trump allegedly might have had eight will not himself but women who is associated with had eight abortions. So that's your Trump. Mr..

"Antonio was a dance conference. Yes. And it was that you dance the moonwalk. That's right. Are you still able the moonwalk? Inappropriate. My wife says inappropriate circumstances. And that was a disaster. That was governor Ralph Northam over the weekend explaining how yes, I originally said I was in the photo of the nineteen Eighty-four yearbook from eastern Virginia medical school. That depicted him in black face end, or or the Ku Klux Klan outfit one or the other on his on his yearbook page, and then subsequently he's now says no that wasn't me in the photo. But I did wear black face in nineteen Eighty-four. I'm not sure any that makes it better know in any way. But for more on this we go now to the reporter who broke it all the true original, Patrick Cowley editor in chief of bigly politics. Patrick morning, Vince scrapie here. Thanks for having me. All right. Good to talk to you, sir. So start with the obvious question for you this morning. How did you come into this photo and decide to publish it? Well, concerned citizen got in touch with names as often happens. This was not a person in politics. This was a person who dude at Ralph Northam was a racist. It after his horrible. Comments about killing life eighties. This person wanted to bring this information today and say, please exposed this man, and we did and I'm very proud to have done south. So so one of the first thoughts I had when I saw that you would publish the photo Friday is that this might be someone looking to actually take out Ralph Northam because they wanted to stop the conversation about abortion. But you're telling us this morning is that this is somebody who actually was critical of his comments on abortion and decided to share the photos you because of that. Absolutely. Absolutely. Right. Okay. Now, do we know for sure that Ralph Northam is in one of those one of the two people in that picture? Yes. The he's admitted this twice now as I two statements in response to the story both acknowledged that. He was in the photo. Now the photo is located right underneath his name. And right above his bio on his own yearbook page, it's obvious that it's him. So he comes out last night was a roommate or a new friend who says that that guy was at the party and Ralph was dressed. It's something different. But that contradicts Ralph's version that he was not at the party. But that version also contradicts Ralph's original version that it wasn't a party. And then he wasn't the photo. So the story keeps changing the fact of the matter is he was either in the Klan hood or he was in black face. Yeah. And I mean in for him to say, I wasn't in that photo. But I was in black face in nineteen Eighty-four. I don't know if he's doing yourself and doing himself any favors. In fact, you know, Ralph Northam was asked about you in a circuitous way. And kind of addressed the fact that you publish. This photo on Saturday. Take a lesson. I don't want to ever try to judge someone intent, but it is perhaps coincidental. I guess most accurately is to to probably ask the person. I've heard kind of secondhand from that person why he did this. But I would rather come from you. But it was there was an agenda. And when he says secondhand the person why he did this is he talking do you think about you or your source? It's hard to understand him because he might have been drunk in that press conference was the worst press conference ever seen wrote north and would like to do an interview with me. I'm available at all times. You could call them by cell phone. Now, you reached out to Northerns off has is that correct? And what kind of response did you get prior to publication? I did not receive a response prior to publication. Okay. Let me ask you. Why did no one else find this? We know the Glaspie's research is run by the Republican governors association. They didn't find this northern to opponents in the primary didn't find this. How come this was so difficult for people to find it seems like a no-brainer? I don't know. It's hard to say. But I'm glad they didn't. You know? I think it's good that that we that. We put this out there at this point in time. And I think it's having a big change. You're seeing conservatives, and progressives and independence all over the country really uniting in their hatred of route north on. But I think that's a productive thing for our country. Was this brought to you at a concern of racism from your source or was this over his comments about basically infanticide when he was trying to defend Kathy TRAN. There are people who have known for a long time that route north of MS racist. Yeah. So when he made the infanticide comments that compelled people to come out of the woodwork and say enough is enough. We have to expose how he feels about race and about black people and based on the photo, we know exactly how he feels about flex beyond that does your source. No Ralph northern well enough to assess whether or not it ease him in the photo, it is him in the photo. Yes. Yes. Your source knows that person knows wrath northern well enough from that time in college. Know, I'm not going to get into the source, but I can confirm one hundred percent that it that it is is he the person in black face or under the hood. I'm still not sure, but he is one of them. Yeah. I mean, it's something that that pictures, including on his page. I was really struck me Patrick that that northern had said that he did submit all of the other photos for inclusion of the yearbook in his press conference on Saturday. But he kind of made the point that but not that one that one must have just accidentally ended up on his page. It's a little odd that he knows so much about his involvement with the yearbook and has never seen the yearbook ever. Right. And he's also setting the stage for more black face photos to come out by talking about the Michael Jackson dance contests, which is just ridiculous. Yeah. It sounds like he's trying to get ahead of you publishing it. All right. Patrick kelly..

"You should believe in math not magic. You're listening to the watchdog and Wall Street with Chris Kelsey. Welcome back everybody. It is the watchdog on Wall Street show. I'm going to try to frame this. Entire thing. A little bit differently than most. I did go over this this past week on my show, and my belief system and how things should be handled. And what a frame this. In terms of messengers and message. Let's talk quickly about what's taking place in Virginia. Which is a mess. They've got a mess. That's going on there in Virginia. Now, first and foremost last week on the program, governor Ralph Northam, and his radio interview was one of the most vile things I've heard from a politician ever. In my opinion. Long what's happening here in the state of New York? Governor Ralph Northam gets caught gets caught somebody looked into his past which I find fascinating your shows, you how bad Republican opposition research is that they couldn't come up with this. He was Ralph Northam was a Republican, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. He would have been cooked. It would have been cooked. The Democrats would have found that in a heartbeat. They would've. But Ralph Northam gets caught the attorney general, Mark herring. Who tells him that he should step down? Because if he does step down, Mark herring. Then becomes governor? Also, a democrat. He gets caught to. He had a party at the university of Virginia. He was dressing up. Like the rap star Kurtis blow from like the late nineteen seventies early nineteen eighty s. The nerve to tell Ralph Northam step down. I was shows you what type of people these are these people are what what types the how low the low level below level of pond scum. I mean, what to call him pond scum because pond scum has a purpose. EM's an amoeba is all they have a purpose. These people are like viruses. They really are. Now, we all know this. We all know this. We all know the types of individuals these all right? Why go after? Why go after why go after? The messenger. Case in point. Now, the story everyone likes talking about. It's funny. It's funny. Elizabeth warren. Like there's a day go by when she doesn't step in it again. And again, and again, and again, you have another some of her joining the Texas bar back in nineteen eighty six and she put down as their race American Indian. Well, this is how it should be handled. Again, the Republican party is dumb as a box of rocks. They don't know how to handle these things you come out. And you say, you know, we feel sorry for Elizabeth Warren and. She felt the need to do something like this. We should pray for somebody like Elizabeth Warren that has obviously a problem with the truth and maybe Elizabeth Warren, maybe she should get some help and seek counsel for her problem. It could be pathological and you come very apologetic. You come out very apologetic. Don't be raw raw raw go. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No, no, no, no, let these people make fools of themselves. Let them show everybody. Exactly who they are. Another example of this. Go back to the nineteen ninety s Bill Clinton. Where did where did it get the Republican party where to get conservatives impeaching Bill Clinton? Nowhere. Absolutely nowhere. Put you in the worst position. In fact, James Carville all over the news, rip it in a Ken, Starr and sexual deviance. Why why did you bother? He was doing it to himself for crying out loud. Go after the message. We'll explain further I'll delve into this to an even greater degree. We gotta take a quick.

He would have to take money from other projects that are needed. This is not what how the president should behave. I cannot change the decision I made or can I undo the harm my behavior calls then and today, but the very next day governor Northumbria candid, I believe in. That's why Bellamy says north of needs to step down. I think if the governor truly wants to make this right, which I believe that he still can. He needs to step aside. "I hope that he can recognize that he is more than that decision that he is more than the governor of Virginia, and that he is still a deserving of basic, human, dignity and respect. But that there is more at play here. And I think you're exactly right once the Democratic Party of Jinnah decided that they had lost confidence in his leadership. He needs to resign. I think he will end up resigning. Honestly, we. We shall see. But think that's the end game here. I think that's right. And I think that the same attachment to roll that has created this culture. Also creates our resistance to positive social change. I picked up Noah Rothmans book and started reading it this weekend. I usually really value a Rothmans writing. I was surprised that this is the topic that he chose for his first book, and I was surprised as I started reading the book because it felt a little bit like a different person to me than the one. I read in his column all the time. I don't want to overstate that. Because I don't always agree with him. But I do think he is a smart scholarly person who has valuable things to say and a lot of what the book talks about in terms of being critical of the social Justice movement is that it elevates identity to the point of essentially being religion. And I think you see this in the conversation about. Ralph Northam, especially like just the conversations people are having that aren't splashed across the opinion pages of major newspapers that white people don't wanna be reduced to just being white people. But we are white people. Right. And so we kind of hold onto that. And what is this mean for white people? Like, that's what we want to strap elite. Right. What is this mean for white people, and that's not healthy either? And I think we've got to be able to hold that identity somewhat gently as well. And listen to people of color, listen to people who have been historically marginalized by white people. Listen knowing that each of us can both be absolved of historical problems and complicit in current wins in ways that we don't always fully understand. And that's okay. Like, we are allowed to get stuff wrong as people and Ralph northern got this wrong. And he's allowed to do that. And still have a good. Life successful life. He just doesn't need to be in this position. And that's hard. That's a really hard message like what standard are we gonna hold people to how far back are we gonna go. We went these bright lines about all of that that feel incredibly fair. And that's just not the way anything works in the world. And so I think the maturing process for the American public is is for all of us to understand that this just there aren't bright lions fair tests and ways in which you can be comforted about every aspect of your upbringing. You just have to learn and grow and be comfortable with being uncomfortable through all of it. And I think the universe is testing the state of Virginia and all of us because at first it appeared, oh, the Lieutenant governor just in Fairfax is black. He is the descendant of slaves. And he has this amazing story. He's a young guy. And so it appeared to have that bright line for everyone. Okay. Great. We have the perfect solution here. Ralph Northam is exposed as having this racist past he can resign. Now, we have a black Lieutenant governor who can step into his position, easy peasy. But as I said the universe likes to remind us that everything is not always that simple. And now there is reporting that just in Fairfax has been accused of sexual assault. It came from some reporting of another lesser-known news website. He tweeted that this was reported to the Washington Post after he won..

Did you have a law school yearbook? No, I didn't either that was kind of. That was too. But I always assume that medical school is completely different from wall school in every way because of the culture surrounding both institutions look heart of the reason, I don't wanna talk about this. But we're going to is that one of the most infuriating things that happens for me is when a man explains to me what it's like to be a woman in an organization our workplace or a man explains what it means to be discriminated against or sexually harassed me. Just drives me bananas. Not because men don't have important things to say about that. They do it often comes at a time. And in a way that it feels like one more way in which my opinion gets devalued. It's like I'm not allowed to even be an expert on my own life experiences. So bugs me extrapolating from that. I cannot imagine being a person of color and caring one bit. What white lady thinks about this? And so I struggle with how to talk about it other than to say that my thesis here is we don't decide as white people. What is offensive enough to create a call for resignation because we don't know. And this seems horribly offensive to me and when a wide coalition of people announce yes, in fact, it is. I'm not gonna argue with them about that. The other thing that is occurred to me as I thought more about this. Because they're an I talk a lot about grace. And redemption, we talk about criminal Justice reform. We talk about not wanting to demonize people or reduce people to their worst moment. I just have been trying to crystallize. My thoughts about how that Mary's up with the idea that someone in this position should resign. And I think what it is. For me is that we don't have things that are ours for losing in many places in our lives, and that is just sad and difficult reality of growing up. And so I don't want to reduce Ralph Northumbria to this incident or throw him away as a human being or even relentlessly. Shame him. I feel no glee about any of this. I also think he is not entitled to serve as the governor of Virginia. And if something has happened that has made doing so hurtful to people impossible to do. Well, and he needs to let it go. And that's how I feel about break Cavanaugh sitting on the supreme court something happened that that made a lot of in the United States question. His ability to do that job. And he's not entitled to it. No matter how hard he worked for it. No matter what his qualifications are were not entitled to these leadership positions. We're entitled to much of anything. Right. That's just a thing. That happens. You learn like, I'm not entitled to have certain relationships, not entitled to be employed by employer and things are going to come and go, and I've got to be able to roll with that. And sometimes they're gonna come and go because of my own past decisions in ways that feel totally divorced from the person. I am now. I can completely believe Ralph statement that this does not reflect who he is a human being today. I accept that wholeheartedly and still I think he needs to let this go. You can absolutely. Believe in grace. In refused to dehumanize Ralph Northam while simultaneously believing that he should resign. I think that those are in conflict with one another in any way in the current state of our politics, and our society, what would be helpful is if everyone in a position of leadership basing, this kind of decision ask themselves does this increase trust in my institution or decrease trust in my institution because we are dealing with a epidemic of distrust in our institutions, particularly government. I wish we're off north would ask himself. If I stay does this increase trust or decrease trust. I believe it decreases trust in the institution..

The news that on his medical school yearbook. Page is a photo of a man in black face and a man wearing a Ku Klux Klan outfit. This according to the Washington Post. Ralph Northam is in this photo. Ralph north gets exposed and he comes out and apologizes that photo and the racist and offensive attitudes. It represents does not reflect that person. I am today or the way that I have conducted myself as a soldier doctor and a public servant. I'm deeply sorry. I cannot change the decision. I made nor can I undo the harm my behavior calls then and today, but I set responsibility for my past actions. And I'm ready to do the hard work of regaining your trust. He accepts responsibility. He is apologizing. He's about to work to gain back your trust. Just and then he realized wait a minute. I'm a democrat. I don't need to apologize for anything. I don't need to take responsibility. Yippee? I'm democrat governor. So then a day later, he goes out and unapologetic. Responsibility for content that appeared on my face. And that was fairly racist and offensive. I'm not in will not excuse the. The rate and is good. When my staff showed me this Vogel. Yup. I was seeing it with. I did not virtuous idiom. And I was unaware of what the all my. When I was confronted with the hemorrhages yesterday. I was Paul that they appeared page, but I believe them. And now that I am not either of the Keikel have photos. I stand my statement policy to the many Jin who were hurt by content on a yearbook faith that belongs to being a leftist means never having to say, you're sorry. Listen to that language, then he says, well, I'm apologizing that there was a racially offensive photo on my yearbook page, then he asks us to believe that he never saw the yearbook never purchased the yearbook had nothing to do with the the photo being on his page. Although then one wonders why was it on the page. And why are you sorry that it appeared on the page? Then he says listen to the language I believe that. I was not either of the people on that page. Now if that photo comes out guy in black face guy, wearing a Ku Klux Klan uniform, especially if you're a democrat governor, I mean that you know, that's there's a long history of democrat governors wearing that uniform. If that appears and you weren't in that photo, wouldn't you come in and say, it's not me you wouldn't apply. Jobs for it. When you then unapologetic, you wouldn't say, I believe I was not in that. You would say it's not me. I'm not in that photo. I didn't do that. So come on get off at this is a political dirty trick or something like that. Instead, he's just saying don't believe your lying is this is what they always do. This reminds me of joy Reid. Joy Reid is that MSNBC commentator, and it came out that she had written on her blog all of these anti-gay writings years ago and all of these anti-gay writings come out, and she denies that. They were there. She says, I don't know how they got there. Maybe it got hacked. Maybe my old website ex post facto got hacked, and then all of these anti-gay writings appeared there. And I anyway, not no responsibility. It's not me. And then so he doesn't deny that. He wore black face ever his excuse. Ralph Northam is that he's he he wasn't wearing black face in this photo. And this insanity about Liam Niessen, which produce Ari you were just listening to and I'm like that can't be real. Maybe it's real we'll get into that. After the after the break. I wanna talk about. Because the story of Ralph Northam has got us into a very strange place. Black face is the idea of darkening your skin. And portraying somebody who is black and it has a history in the United States. That's absolutely part of of bigotry, which is how people perceived perceived black people onstage or worse. The only way black people who could perform onstage you couldn't do it as someone who's black. You had to be in this this black face. The idea that because of it the whole of or the entirety of American psyche is racist is of course, ridiculous. And that's the part that has to go but failing to recognize history. I guess he's pretty Daf doesn't make any sense. I don't think he'd gain anything from fr- from them. Well, you had this this story of of governor Ralph north is that on his on his. Yearbook page from medical school some thirty years ago. There's a picture of someone in blackface gung like old school. Jim crow black face. Standing next to a person in a KKK, Robin Hood. It's on page. So one of those people's him, except he now wants to tell you that he isn't one of those people. He's not in that picture, but he did once dark and his skin to enter a dance contest doing Michael Jackson dances. True story true story. So this whole conversation of Kenny continue to be governor. Can he is? He is he allowed to be governor is this is this acceptable is what what do we do about this? Well, everybody's got an opinion. The former governor of Virginia Terry McAuliffe as actually defending him by if it's not him in the photo. Which is what he's saying? Why didn't you still think he should resign? Well, I he said it was Friday night. And if it wasn't him in the photo, he should have said that on Friday. I have no idea what was going on in the governor's office on Friday. I just if you're not in instinctively, you know, if you put black paint on your face, you know, if you put a hoedown, and so it, isn't you you come out with media and say, this is not me. So I can't understand what's going on. But I do know this. Ralph is a good moral decent men and may have made some mistakes in his past. We all have made mistakes. Ralph will do the right thing for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Good moral decent man favors infanticide. Favors abortion bells that actually talk about that talk about abortion right up until birth and favors infanticide. But good moral decent guy. Neither here nor there. Black face has a history. And I don't think it does us any good to deny. I think it's the people who want to say, well, listen America was freed the slaves here. We're not discussing the greatness of America. We're discussing some realities that happened in America that are certainly part of the growing pains of America, which aren't the end all be all. Some people want to get stuck in the idea of look at you look at you vicious racist, and some people want to get stuck in the idea of oh, you're being ridiculous. Look at the greatness. We're not a racist nation. And we are not a virginal nation. There were growing pains got better that we the people in order to form a more perfect union. If you don't understand what more perfect refers to it refers to that growth of all kinds. I'm glad I'm glad we had the growth I have no interest in going back in either place to just continue to assess blame for forever. I'm I never just up in blackface. I don't have any family members of just a black face. So why the hell are you talking to me like somehow responsible for I'm not I also denied it happened? That's kind of crazy. But what's crazy? Is somehow seeing in everything and all things what it is you want to see. There's a story out of the evening. Standard out of the UK. And then he made a statement. He followed it up which was only released through his communications director the next day. It doesn't backtrack on the worst part of his comments in fact here. It is no woman seeks a third trimester abortion, except in the case of tragic or difficult circumstances such as non-viable pregnancy or in the event of severe fetal anomalies and the governor's comments were limited to the actions physicians would take in the event that a woman who circumstances went into labor. In January it surged unexpectedly higher, according to the experts. There are jobs. Businesses are doing well shutdown. Doesn't matter China trade wars were doing just fine. Wait till we get a deal. And I think it's a what is it the twenty fifth of this month? Or is it the end of the month when the tariffs go up China's a want that. There will be the most likely be a deal done. I think China they get out last Trump and just wait him out. He's going to happen three things. I think you need to know. So this Ralph Northam guy, you don't know what's going on. What's happening magically a photo appears? The guy was running for governor. He won it last year or. Yeah. But it was Lazarus last year. He beat a Republican rhino guy. Ed Gillespie from the establishment. Ed Gillespie was too much of a rhino worst to really be Trumpian. So he lost in Virginia. As the president tweeted out over the weekend. Man, what a crime Ed Gillespie that is an opposition research staff, not find this picture. How did they not do this lose? I mean, this is ridiculous said he should get his money back. So what it's true? He tweeted that out. It was just why this great says it like it is there's no sugar coating it. So this picture comes out of his yearbook, and I may apparently took shoe polish out is literally it's Virginia Miller. He's from the Virginia Military, institute's and. It says Ralph Shearer Northam and has a picture of him in a sports coat and tie next to his car. And then this picture of him on page one zero five and it's. Him in black face standing next to a guy in a K K K outfit. Not just a hood. But did you see the picture? I did a full robe full robe like hardcore like, hey, and they put that in the yearbook. Remember when the media and Democrats went nuts, by the way, inbred cabin offer talking about the devil's triangle, which is a drinking game roofing boosting. Yeah. It's called a friend that lot. What does that does that really mean that usually we'll talk about raping a woman? No, no meant our friend called it idiots. Where's the government investigation on this? Exactly. Russia. Russia did. So these pictures come out and I'm thinking. How does this happen was first published by big league politics? Right. Then was confirmed by the Virginian pilot. And the fact that this guy says it wasn't him yet. There are pictures of him wearing the same exact in black face. He's on a black face him wearing the same exact pants in other pictures. Same exact pants. I mean, look, look look. So the gateway pundit as a great great piece where they compare the pictures see the pants the pants right there. One black face and one Ralph wearing the same pants and another picture. So there you go. That was when he was in college. Plaid by the way. Well, it was the early eighties. Right. Eighty eighty three eighty four to the hell was so. I'm seeing this and all of a sudden democrat start attacking guy. But do you remember what made Ralph north of a common name in this country that happened just a couple of weeks ago in Virginia? They have this awful awful human being who is a delegate Kathy trended democratic delegates like a state lawmaker. And she wants she had introduced a Bill that basically allowed abortion up until the baby is born so babies come through the birth canal at the last thing in the mom could be like, you know, what I don't want it anymore, and they literally kill the baby. And it's not a joke. They take tongues. They squish it. They ripped apart. That's what happens. It's amazing. What people find out facts all of a sudden, they become pro-life. And and you want to hear disgusting stuff. I think that's why this picture came out because Democrats in New York where they celebrated this that you could have an abortion up until birth. And they clapped applauded literally killing kids. They did that New York that passed a couple of weeks ago, they finally got democratic control of every part of the government there. That Virginia Bill came out. Where she admitted. Yes, the heartbeats there the mamas dilating can still say, I don't want this thing anymore killer. So Ralph Northam was a guest on WTO P radio out there in Washington DC, which is right near Virginia. And he was asked about this. We're gonna play some audio. If you don't mind just because I think this is a this. I think this picture came out because Democrats realized, you know, just when we thought that people might be as extreme as we think, maybe they're not even Democrats are saying this is ridiculous like a forty week old child. You're just gonna decide to. Kill him. Kill her kill the baby is it's coming out of the womb. It's disgusted talk about. It's horrible. It's it's hard to hear. But I think that. This guy was asked about it. I'll play it for you. Let's play. Which one is it's going to go back. We have a lot of audio today. One twenty nine. Was asked about this Bill on this radio show. And he said some poor Ariffin things about it agreeing with it. Listen to Ralph. Here we go check we go. And she was pressed by Republican delegate about whether her Bill would permit an abortion, even as a woman is essentially dilating ready to give birth and she answered that it would. Yup. Hermet and abortionists added stage of labor do you support her measure in explain her answer? You know, I wasn't there. Julian I certainly can't speak for delegate TRAN, but I will tell you one first thing I would say this is why decisions such as this should be made by providers physicians and the mothers and fathers than that are involved. There are you know, when we talk about third trimester abortions, these are done with the consent of obviously, the the mother with the consent of the physicians more than one physician, by the way. And it's done in cases, where there maybe severe deformities may be a fetus that's non bible. So in this, particular example, if a mothers in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. Oh, the infant would be kept comfortable, comfortable, the infant would be resuscitated. If if that's what the mother in the family's desires and then a. So they'd be delivered. And the mother could say I don't want to be alive, and it'll be kept comfortable until they actually kill it. That was not murder. What if all of a sudden, my wife, and I started talking to my doctor my kids doctor. We're like our six year old is costing us a lot of money. We just don't want him anymore. Made the decision with the physician we'd be locked up probably even the death penalty. Right. If we do, you know, what's the difference? You give birth to a baby it would be kept comfortable and then done. This. I mean, they're sick. They're literally sick. And this guy made that statement, if it if it couldn't get worse, Kathy TRAN lady that delegate the democratic delegate said when she was like, yeah. Yeah. You know up until the dilation. Yeah. Totally abortion. Not a problem. Remember keeping babies alive that are delivered at twenty two weeks. Now. Their life. Premium and they keep it's amazing to me as in thing. So let let's just finish it off your listeners during the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between physicians and the mother so I think this was really blown out of proportion. So yeah. Yeah. And by the way, he's a pediatric pediatric neurosurgeon. So he said that and that caused that that made the I mean, if it wasn't it was already attended a ten of being horrible. What she said. And this made it a forty five out of ten. So he said that he doubled down. He said he didn't regret making that statement the next day. I don't regret that this is being bliss all being taken out of context. He said, no, we played your words. So I think even the democratic leadership realized okay, we want to get Trump out. We want to take over everything. Now. We have literally lost it. We still think this is I think the Democrats are saying we still think this is the right thing to do. But the country is not ready for it. So what we're gonna do is. We're going to. We're going to distract everyone. That's what I think is going on here. So I think what's happening. Is that Democrats have said, wow. What this guy is doing is turning more people against us. Even Democrats are saying this is thereby be women that think pro-life and might be okay at eight weeks or ten weeks or which I disagree with. But it is what it is. And they might be thinking, you know, what this is really disgusting. I can't support a party that is at forty weeks thirty eight weeks thirty nine weeks ready to just kill a kid if the mom's like, I just don't want it. So. I think the Democrats have said, you know, what? North and guy said something that was even worse. We can't take the seat anymore releasing the country. Let's distract. Let's get people to stop talking about this abortion thing. And we're gonna throw this guy under the bus sacrificial lamb. Let's bust out a picture of this guy in the eighty s wearing black face. That way. Nobody's talking about what he said about killing babies and instead. We're gonna talk about racism, and that's what the conversation is going to be. I think that's exactly what's happened here. Because if you notice that the media wasn't really that upset when this guy made these kinds of comments talked about and talk radio talk about a Fox News not much on CNN or MSNBC. But as soon as the black face all that that's what's a fit. So some look it's it's a racist thing. It's a stupid thing. It's a dumb thing. What he did? Right. It really is. It is nothing compared to saying. You know, what I'm cool with killing a baby. If the mom just doesn't want it. Cool that at forty weeks thirty eight weeks thirty seven weeks thirty nine weeks. My youngest. He was delivered thirty nine weeks and a few days. Are you freaking kidding me? So I think this is a big giant distraction. The Democrats have doing I think they realized we have finally we went over the line. New york. Did it Virginia's trying to do it? We went over the line. We have to change. The narrative. Why? Why I have a story in front of me about where they got that tip. About this guy in black face. And it was all a setup I'll get your reaction. And I'll tell you more about this. You could tell me if you agree or disagree. Eight eight zero eight eight zero five six seven eight morning ritual with me Garrett Lewis. KFI AM seven hundred. Tucson's? Most stimulating.

"Ralph Northam to resign after a photo in his nineteen Eighty-four medical school yearbook page showing a man in black face and another in a KKK hood. President Trump says he doesn't rule out another government shutdown demanding money for a border wall with Mexico saying of house speaker Nancy Pelosi, she was very rigid, which I would expect. But I think she's very bad for our country. She knows that you need a barrier. She knows that we need border security. She wanted to win a political point. I happen to think it's very bad politics because basically she wants open borders resident on CBS his face the nation police and medical officials say a bus carrying a rainy in Shiite pill. "Five O six on this Saturday evening, boy what a week what a week. Okay. We're gonna spend the next couple of hours. We do this every Saturday night from five o'clock until seven o'clock looking at some of the big stories that took place last this past week. Looking ahead of what we can expect to happen. Boy, are we got two big ones. We're really going to spend a lot of time on number one. We're going to talk a little bit more about the PG any bankruptcy. What a day what a week for PGN either declare bankruptcy. We have a judge in San Francisco's suggesting that PGA starting fires and killing people that that's the exact wording he used in court. That shows you how explosive that story has become in just a week's time. We're gonna get to at some point in time. How this past week? Democrats ran even further to the left a number of alarming policies that were introduced disgust put out there as this radical new movement within the democrat party, especially in the newer members of congress continue to move closer and closer to socialism, and what that means for midstream mediocre right down the middle. Democrats middle of the road, and where are they headed and Howard Schultz is he factors into this. In a big way. We're going to get to that in a little bit as well. But if you think you had a rough week. You're not Ralph Northam boy in one week in one. And when I say week, I'm talking about a business week five days not a seven day week in a five day period less than that. An entire political career on raveled. I have never seen anything like this in such a short period of time. When people say to you cherish the day carpet DMC's the moment because you don't know what's around the corner. Ralph Northam can tell you all about that. Because last week at this time his life was much different than it is today. I'm gonna get you the back story on Ralph Northam because there were a couple of huge developments involving this guy. He's the he's the governor of Virginia. He's a democrat. And if you've been living under a rock for the last four or five days, we're going to get you caught up to speed. And even if you are aware of what's transpired the breath of this the how rapid this this story. Unfolded is amazing. So it all started with an appearance on a radio show talking about a late term abortion Bill. And it and everything just catapulted from there. So let's begin there. Democratic governor Ralph Northam apologized on Friday. This is Friday. Okay, wednesday. He was on on the radio show talking about the the abortion Bill, and we're going to talk about an injustice second. Oh, kind of back into this. Apologizes on Friday for appearing in a racist and offensive photo. There was a picture in the nineteen Eighty-four medical school yearbook page. From the medical school where he graduated his page, and it showed a man dressed in black face and another man in a KKK robe. He says he has no plans to resign. This was on his page in his medical school yearbook. A guy in black face and a.
