Nine years she's a natural health practitioner Licensed professional coach a certified rakia professional and a registered yoga teacher. So she's got a lot to offer us today around the subject of wellness nicole. Such a privilege to have you with us today. Oh it's my privileges thank you for having me saul absolutely so before we get into the nuts and bolts and You know what you guys do. Tell us a little bit about you. And what exactly inspires your work in healthcare while i think you know when miraculous things come about for a for each of us when we know what our life's work is it kind of happens interesting way and sometimes we're like what are we doing here. What's how is this happening. But you know for me it was. You know my own health journey. That started some ways of looking at medicine differently health differently wellbeing what that means and just taking a kind of a different path. You know i was somebody who i was. Now it's been over. Twenty years was diagnosed with a health condition. Ulcer at an early age. That was when i was thirty and just some of the things that had come up about. That was just something that i wasn't willing to do and i just started to dig in look at some other ways of going about it and i think that this happens with different people you now. You're just like that doesn't seem to vibe too well. And what are some of the other routes to go and You know. I think that's really were coming into a time. As far as inspiration with healthcare so much has changed within healthcare and people are really on looking at getting to the root of what's going on and maybe not so much of going for a quick fix on one eight to really know why they're feeling the feelings. They are why their body is feeling such a way why they have these sort of annul. Host of imbalances are things that are showing up. Maybe not going that quick fix route anymore. Because it hasn't really you know maybe it's been more like a band aid instead of just really finding out what's going deeper and deeper and that's really. What kind of inspires me. I inspire people to help them understand a variety of things that i want struggled with for example like fighter flight or adrenaline. And cortisol know. We're in a situation where people are very highly stressed and i was one of those as well. I think i came out of the womb stressed. I was in that situation and we don't a lot of times go into You know when when you see Practitioner that they really talk about. They say oh eat better or exercise more or something like that but but why is that. Why is there this constant strive cycle that happens and then how do we really get out from underneath it so that was a piece of it and then also i'm really inspired by talking to people about their thoughts. You know how their thoughts play a tremendous role in one house. You know i'm sure you know this. You know. I mean it's anyone who's doing anything and business. The sometimes you just gotta be pumping yourself up right on on how to move through things and so thoughts play a big role. And how often is that. Maybe talked about you know in traditional healthcare and then getting back to the way our ancestors ate and the way that we used to eat and how food impacts our body and how it you know creates such a bigger connection to our inner world in ourselves and loving ourselves knots to give ourselves fuel instead of just picking up a box you know of something that's been fortified and then also i'd say like emotions. Emotions are really part. I think most people have learned in their life to not address the motions that it's a old conditioning. Like oh just kind of stuff it in there unless you've gone down a different paradigm but that's really getting broken into now. I mean i think we can look at our world and say that you know. It's very important to be a dresser emotions in a healthy way so that it's not you know going out in projecting on other people and so these are all like very important pieces of like a whole picture which i say well being being well which is more than just the body. It's about the whole person. And so i love that i love that. Were going into different areas within the whole you know the whole person emotion the mind the feelings a you know the body things like that so very very important to inspires.

"So a lot of towns we have to pull back and look at the root of it so when I have a lot of people a lot of females Paula. Me As they chief would do chief this chief chief. The even if. I told you what to do something. You're not going to be able to implement some things. You're not gonNA fit sustained some things. You'RE NOT GONNA be to maintain because you need to balancing of manhood and that's not in your life something you just not gonna be able to. Do you know I had won. Miss Cheer with me that will you know I keep a knife and I keep a bat and that will do nothing. That would do nothing. I've make you eat that knife and I put the bat inside you you. You're not against a man or group of men who want something that you have whether it be your financial resources or your food or you. You're not you're knifing. Your bad isn't really on Duma by so your your defense doesn't just come into weapons that you have around you but he comes in the way of thinking that you have around that you have poured into you implemented into your life. That's where you defense comes from because on your own you're GonNa make a lot of moves at a dangerous to you. And maybe the children of the eldest who around you because you don't your mind as in work that way. Your mind is not constantly in warrior mode before man. His mind is constantly warrior. Mole even down to. What kind of courtesy allows you to put up? You might say no get the blackout curtains you know. I know he's a pretty but we not going to use those. No I know you WanNa grow some Nice shrubbery around the house. But no we're not GONNA grow up around. House only thing. I'm GonNa let you put around this house or rose bushes because we'll at least have some thorns but no we're not gonNA vote year. We're going to put gravel all around so we can hear people walking around your. I know it hurts your feet. He liked to walk around barefoot. But you see so little things like they're right. That's very small thing. The absence of all of those things represents the lack in absence of the presence of the Creator inside of our lives because again when you're mating what someone desist for man and woman. You're recreating the elohim. You're recreating the gods you see. And when you deny yourself from that exchange because you refuse to surrender then you refuse to recreate the Elohim. You refuse to recreate that entity in energy that is full of abundance and is the root of abundant. You see and now you begin to so this this. This unseen spore the small spore of disobedience that later becomes the lack and the impoverishment and the destitution and the family that you experience later you see it's small thing in it and it grows and grows and grows and it grows and a growth and a lot of times it begins because within your heart you have lack you. Dessert does a famine in his is a destitution poverty that exists within your own heart. You see and sometimes there's something that may have happened to you. It could have been a divorce. It could have been a death that could have been accident. It could have been the loss of wealth and that distress lingers on and and it goes on for for long periods at a time and a lot of times you looking at the symptoms of and you WanNa feel better you WanNa do something that makes you feel better so if you feel like life has been unfair to you and you've done nothing wrong and everything just messes up for you and you walk into a certain space that you turn on social media and someone says that then you feel better for the moment is the without realizing that that chronic inflammation is cannibalizing. You and in eventually emptying you have nothing left other than instill going back and continue to be cannibalized cannibalize into your you eventually evaporated into vapors right as opposed to being filled up with the flood and a day looge of right knowledge and right truth which will require you right. In that moment to surrender to the justice of what's being set you but a lot of times that becomes too difficult. It hurts too much to to to admit the truth and to again walk on that path of the truth so all of that is the unseen famine. That's the part that nobody sees you know how many people who in twenty eighteen one phone crying with me this and this is the problem and that's the problem so lonely. I'm so depressed and this and that and I gave him guidance. This is what needs to happen. Then they get upset because I tell them the truth but in twenty nineteen now. They're putting means at their healing officing offering services readings and Rakia work all kinds of stuff like that but just a few months ago. You a completely desolate and I know you're still desolate which you figured out a way to make a little bit of money because a lot of times that internal desolation leads also to financial desolation. So now they have to figure out how to scramble and Hustle. You see because you because education is the first step to good economics. Ignorant people don't get rich. Ignorant people can't make money what he might give rich but they don't get wealthy or they lose rich a fool and his money soon parts you see so when that level of internal desolation is is is in there and there's a unwillingness to innovate and to adapt based on what you've created into go beyond it then what happens. A plague within your life is not far a famine that will be unleashed within. Your life.

"Now, do you have any fear to go along with that? No. I don't think there's any fear at all. I mean, assume their guy to gods and. And like that. And plus I trust the energy of what would doing you know, what I mean? Apparently part of the training if I'm gonna do this in maximum security prisons is hostage survival. So that's a bit sobering. But other than that. I can't imagine that they imagine they're going to be on or at least maybe some form of gratitude and recognize why were there so non-road actually afraid I'm just fascinated by just the imagination of experience. What's that going to be like, what's it gonna be light to? Appreciate my own freedom, which I take for granted everyday our minute. What's that like? And how do I say this posted? I just I'm excited to see. What happens you talked about energy? Can you pick up the energy from coaching client the first time? You sit down with them. Can you that part of what you do? It's not part of what I admit to. So I didn't grow up in that world. I haven't done Rakia coast, whatever and someone does Rakia may account feel anything. But I used to have this story that I don't understand what people are talking about when they talk about energy, and then I dated three ten triggers not once, but I noticed wait, I've dated three tantric triggers and realize that has a lot of energy running. So I would call it more intuition. I might get a sense of something or an inkling thought comes into my head or might just notice you seem down about that. I'm not buying it. You haven't sold me on this remote like that. I don't folk about shockers, and that that's not my thing yet and this new relationship, apparently, she's got a lot of experiencing tantrums. So maybe I will learn more and more to bring the language into what I'm picking up because I can't tell you, right? Like, all these other things, I can give you all the distinctions, and how it works, but energy, I just. No, something feels off or something feels right? And. Yeah. Do you have a morning routine? What what do you do when you get up in the morning? First thing. I I have water sitting by my bed. So I drink say a leader in a half of water. I will be on it like, I'm giving you the, you know, the shiny answer. But to be honest, usually reach over and grab my phone and turn it on and hook there some messages so that gradually wakes meal. I like to stain bid for a while. So might get the computer and start playing around or checking messages with that. And then I go down and I make a green smoothie, and I packed the Blenda full of. Celery, and cucumber and spinach and just packet and might today's worth of this green smoothie so that I'm flooding. My body with nutrients, and this isn't something that I've always done I'm going to Ninety-Eight nutritional program right now. Okay. Any five already made it the day before then I drink that. And I don't do meditation in the morning, I do that usually around two or three o'clock in the afternoon. And if I don't know what to do in my business, then I will sometimes do stream of consciousness writing and I'll use the computer Starlight riding, and I'll do stream-of-consciousness to just dump out. What's in my head? And every time I come up with a to do list that I really want to do very good. Very good. Well, as we move forward in the interview, I wanna ask you five quick answer questions. So the first one is this who is one person who has influenced mindfulness in your life. David, and I'll answer briefly because I need to get going to this prison workshop. Byron katie. Okay. And how is mindfulness affected your emotions? Well, it's let me realize they there that's the first thing..

"Meaning she's at just for pause pets spun academy in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, check her out because she has a great grooming school, and the aside from dog, grooming, she teaches Rakia and a host of other things. So again, you guys are interested in this at all go to grooming school, and if you're in jersey area checkout just for those pets bond academy because they're running a great school over there. But like like I was saying though, most dogs. Owners are going to school. And they're learning things. They're learning how to become professionals. They're practicing their learning about problems skin problems, ear infections, diet anatomy. I mean, you name it. They're learning this stuff. And they are they probably know a lot more than you. If you're not a dog groomer or that or or someone in the professional industry about a doubt. So it just pays to maybe listen to them like we get a lot of comments on our ear video because we're pulling the hair out and you'll get a lot of negative. Why are you doing this? And you're hurting the dog first of all not hurting the dog. If I was hurting the dog, I wouldn't be doing it. First of all and the way I do it also is virtually painless to the dog, and again as we've said in some of those comments. My question is okay. Do I pull this hair out or does the dog get a severe ear infection? What's cruel? What is cruel? You know what I'm saying? If you had an ear infection. Do you kind of go through a little bit of? Uncomfortable nece to get the earwax out and treat the ear to avoid the infection. Yes. Same thing for the dogs guys. You know, sometimes there has to be an uncomfortable situation for the dog to get better. That's a really good point sometimes a little discomfort goes a long way and saving yourself a lot of pain Ashoura pain discomfort is not pains, just it's discomfort or do you not, you know, many dogs? I've saved from having a severe ear infection simply from cleaning the ear out and working with the customer and saying, hey, listen, you know, what I think I can get this under control if not you could always go to a vet. But you know, what let me clean it for you. Let me see let me pull some of this hair out and take care of the infection, you know, or the pre infection. So it doesn't get any worse or at least cleared out for the vet. So that now when you do bring the dog to the vet the vet has a clean surface to work with heat doesn't have to yank the hair out or anything because it's done already, and he can actually. Treat the ear before prepping the year so all around guys dog. Rumors are in this to better the lives of dogs and not not to hurt them. We're here because we love dogs, and we wanna help since just the way it is. You know, we we want to promote this industry, especially the young people any young people out. There is a great career to get into you know. But make no mistake. It's not an easy one. It's not not at all. Speaking of helping pets everywhere. Don't forget to go and check out. That's our kids to come. What's really cool about them as they.

"And sort of that just essence of what a lot of people in western societies are experiencing the burn out is I would say a regular daily practice of just hands on your heart and allowing yourself to feel life force energy. Just a hand on your heart and just feeling your own breath. And then allowing the energy to come in through the crown of the head down into the heart and then into the body. Really simple. It's in the Ricky one, oh, one module is one of that is teaching people how to do self Rakia without needing to go and get a certification and without needing to class. It's I've gotten so many messages from people who've taken the course that say I was really called to Rakia, but I just didn't know how or maybe they didn't have the money to go do a one on one or whatever it may be or even just access and they've done the cell freaky, and they can feel themselves just allowing that energy to flow, and it's new so feels a little weird. It might feel awkward or scary or uncomfortable. Whatever your word is. But the idea is to just keep coming back keep coming back and just allowing yourself to believe that it's possible for you to heal you bring up learning online and talk a little bit about like learning online versus one on one versus group. Like talk about how they're a little different how they all work their own way. Yeah. I think there's a place for all of it. I think that having group Rakia or having even just anything if you go to a group meditation class, whatever it may be that. It's like going to a group fitness class. It's easy to sometimes feel. Little more inspired or a little more lit up or a little more sort of focused in those settings because you're with the collective energy. And so there is a benefit to having this sort of symbiotic creativity of healing in a room together. I think one on ones are incredibly powerful because you can really hone in with the practitioner on the what's going on with your body, the route maybe of some of your stuff, and allowing that work to really d- rail you from what the egos telling you is wrong and seeing things in a new perspective. And then online I think is incredible for people who a again don't have access. It could be expensive to do one on ones. You might not have access to the group experiences. And with the one on ones sees me versus online. I think online you also have to really go on an exploration with yourself. So being willing to see things that you might not normally wanna look at. And that's where I would say the biggest differences between a one on one. Or even a group setting an online is being willing in an online setting to know your patterns in to see yourself and to look at some of the stuff you've been ignoring and dismissing 'cause it's just gonna keep coming up. It's gonna be a different scenario with different person. But that shit's just gonna keep coming in until you're really willing to clean it out. So so much of what you do is feeling energy reading energy feeling person reading room all those things where everyone's listening to like I wanna do better job there. Like, how can we all do better job of feeling the energy around us? It's a great question. I think first and foremost, it's about feeling your own energy before you leave the house because if you're not aware of what you're capable of in any given day, it's going to be impossible for the world to meet you at that place. And then everything that you're already feeling is going to be exacerbated because you're going to be seeking an outside validation or an outside person or perspective or job, or whatever it may be to fill this void or fill this need that you're having. So if you're not aware when you start the day what you need and how to meet yourself in that need and in that place. It's you're gonna have a really hard day because you're going to go out into the world with without that awareness..

"The evolution was. This was interesting the session. I still didn't quite believe that the Rakia had made me feel better. It was like, oh, well, I kind of fell asleep. So maybe it's because I rested and am relaxed that that's why I feel so much better. And it became this sort of experience where I was like, you know, what I'm gonna go once a week and get the session and during those sessions, I was also getting EFT which is a motion freedom technique. And I just started to realize that I felt better. I wasn't quite sure how it was all working. But I just started to feel better more and more and more. And then that was where I decide. Added to learn my Rakia one certification was for cell freaky. And I never had the intention of doing Rakia on others never had the intention of like teaching this and going out into the world and spreading Rakia all around it just sort of happened. And it was almost like the minute. I realized how much Rakia was helping me with this pain that I thought Jason was permanent. I had such bad back pain that I really thought I questioned at some points in my life. How much longer I could live life having that sort of pain because things just weren't enjoyable and because I started to feel the relief from these sessions. I realized it was almost like shit this works now. I have to share what this is. Because it helped me so much in my life was was agreeing your back for someone to have classic forum five. Okay. Okay. So I woke up one morning. I was living and working in Washington DC, and I had this really sort of toxic relationship, and I had just gotten back from being away, and I came home and slept with my ex-boyfriend, which was I was just so ashamed and so mad at myself for doing that. And I woke up, and I was brushing my teeth at his place, getting ready to go to work, and my neck just clicked, and I couldn't move it. And it was this horrifying terrifying. Moment of like holy shit. What's going on is? It's going to go ways. It's going to pass an a couple seconds. I'd never felt a pain like that before. And it sort of radiated down my back, and I tried to keep going with the day. And I ended up having to go into the ER because it was just so all consuming like my head. It's scary. And I was just so overwhelmed by the pain, and they ended up giving me I think a cortisone shot. Yeah. I've had more I've had one or two more since then. And it was okay. I mean it helped a little bit. But I was in a neck brace and going in for treatments three times a week to a chiropractor, and it was sort of like that moment of just realising. Nothing could be the same again that I had to make some really big changes. And I'd been a dancer my whole life. That was my joy. And now, I wasn't able to do anything that I used to be able to do as dancer so within a few weeks, I actually decided to pack up and leave leave my very secure, very amazing job in the United States Senate, and all these friends and all these relationships and all this life that I had in DC..

"And yeah, I thought people who practice Rakia were just either honestly out of their mind or just one. To take wanted to take money out of my pocket. You know, I just I was like God, same kind of always felt like they were trying to like take advantage of me with like the Wu and I totally get it. And I and look to some degree, I would say that, you know you, we all do have to trust our instinct and find someone in whatever it could be your yoga teacher. It could be who you go to acupuncture, it could be somebody you decide to go on retreat with that. You've never met. You know, I really feel so strongly that we all have this innate ability end necessity to some degree to follow our own intuition because I definitely had people come up to me. That would be like I'm Rakia master, and I feel called to place my hands and I was like, no, thank you. Bye. Yes, exactly. It was the one thing that took me honestly, a longtime till probably. Oh, whoa. I just realized something it took until your podcast with Jordan on Salem's actually shifted and open my mind to it that I've got chilled and my whole body. I just I don't even know how I didn't even realize this was talking to you, but I'm like, well, where is that shift? And I just had a vision of me driving down when I was living on a wa who I was on the west side. So the ocean was to my let or my right. And so on the east side, I mean, and I was driving down listening to you, speak with Jordan, and I just had such a moment of it was I think I probably got chills to buy just I had that moment of truth. I remember my right, you're ringing. And that's one of my signs like this is a moment of truth, and wow, I mind my mind. Beautiful and my whole body is broken out in chills, and that's always my sign. Wedding right now. So it's not that I'm like cold at all. It's just that that it's a sense of like to connection. And I, you know, again, like I would always, I always want people and I think that's maybe where I have approached going into raking from, like, I, you know what a lot of people have shared with me is that you know, I am someone that is very much of this of this earth in of this day and age. Like I'm a step mom. I live in downtown LA I, you know, like nice things and I am just again, meaning I'm someone who's not meditating in the mountains somewhere like very tangibly, earthly connected to living in two thousand eighteen in the western world. So my approach with all of it with spirituality with Ray key with awareness with. Just intentional living is one of balance is really the essential sort of key ingredient to rake in the first place is balance in harmony in sometimes balance in harmony for me is going to look like going to Vegas for a weekend in celebrating friends, bachelorette party in just having fun the end letting go and you know, doing my meditation practice in the morning, but not routing myself to like need to have green juice every day in need to go to bed with dandelions tea and like beautiful music chirping in my ears. Like, that's that's not always a reality in. So for me, I think what I try to also share in show people is that there's it's okay to be in your own. What ever that essences for you, your balance in finding your harmony as being in two thousand eighteen with our cell phones with technology. Gee, with all these things that we are are really meant to be part of where we are now. Otherwise we wouldn't have them and we were planted here for a reason. We weren't implanted in India right now to meditated, the mountains are other people lesser..

"They focus all their energy into their back or wherever you're putting your hands and you'll feel thing. Yeah, it'll happen because we're suggestive stupid critics correctly. And we can also like actually probably create some sort of function that like got to tingle going and plus p people who go to Rakia are not people. Occasionally, they're people like us trying to prove it wrong. You don't drive to the Rakia shop, pay money already in the fold, right? Believing it. You're gonna feel it. Yeah, you're paying money for this shit and all this person is going to do literally dumb. Most they're going to do is touch your face and touch your head and touch your. Chest and touch your belly and touch your legs, touch your arms, and then you're done for literally. They like they will. They will, you know, spend a few minutes on each of these things with their hands on you, and that's it. Yeah. And then all your cash goes to big raking. Yeah, right. Lobbyists. What do you call a place where you practice? Ricky's have a name Ricky studio called the basement of someone's house. Ninety percent of the time or it's called? Yes, somebody's somebody's massage studio. The called that massage table. I haven't used in three years called Sedona Arizona exactly house. Anyway, so that's it. That is literally the the extent of it and they will, you know, they'll charge you for it. They will put their hands on you. You will feel a thing if you believe them. Yeah. If you don't believe them, you'll still feel their hands on you. I at work recently, there was a a, a minor. Well, someone got hurt, but was a minor accident couple broken ribs. And this person demanded of the company that they be sent to a very exp-. They cover a very expensive Rakia practitioner and you get the emergency room or the raking. To the emergency room, whereas the actual writing was provided which isn't much for broken ribs. Let's be honest. Yeah. And then this person was suffering quite a bit. And so the turned into this argument and the the company I was like, you can go to the emergency room because it's real. You can't go to rake because it's not right or we're not paying for it. You can go to it, but we're not paying for it. Yeah, it's it's amazing. I've actually, I actually once I had a friend who was a very woo oriented fellow to the point where he believe, you know, like he was, he would show videos of cloud busting and be like, see, that's what we should be careful because Frank listens to the show. "Right? Yeah. So in Dr Oz is talking about it, it's very legal eased then. Yeah. Right, right. Yeah, because because it's, yeah, there's never. You cannot demonstrate that waving your hands over your tummy gets rid of belly, fat. And yeah, unless somebody anecdotally explains how amazing it was for their achey legs. Right? You should see how bad the tumor could have been right, right exact- killed them far sooner. So what is Ricky? What does it look like? Rakia is essentially the practice of touching and or not touching somebody until they feel better. Not just everything shut your face. That's what sewn away strangulation is rocky because once you stop touching them and so is not strangulation right? They begin to feel better instantaneously. Like that head with a hammer thing? Yeah. The practitioner of Rakia uses their hands to transfer energy to the client via a mysterious force known as jazz Hans. It's called unicorn fingers. Describe the patient as a client. I think that was obviously not a Freudian. I'm not a patient because there's no medicine being practiced. Yeah, maybe maybe John is a better description. Right? A lot somewhere in the middle? Yeah, between between the two. So a Rakia practitioner receives the superpower through attune -ment by Iraqi master. Once a student has paid enough money or that is risen through all the levels of atonement. Yeah, they are then able to zap you. They're then able to hook you up to the e meter, right? Flip that bitch on and see what devil spirits in spleen. Right. So basically what this is gonna look like, were you to be a sucker enough to? And by the way I happen to know that at least one of our listeners multiple, probably our listeners are either practitioners of Ricky or believers in rocky. So sorry, we're alienating you. We love you stay for the stay for the other shit, right? Exactly. But here's the thing. Here's what they do. They you'll lie down. Yup. And they, you know, they may ask you, hey, anything hurting anything feeling a little walk you do or is it just sort of general Malays? Yeah. And then they will wave a handover you and and feel out your energy. Yeah, and they can do this. They can definitely feel absolutely you're on your body. Your energy is low where you've just hurting. Oh, interesting. Because when you said your legs hurt. Yeah, I waved my hand over your legs and I could feel that. Yeah. So you're not lying to me and I'm definitely not lying to you. This is built on mutual trust, says Mattis relationship and then and then once they've of gotten a sense of where your energies are and whatever and all the shockers, how the how they're doing and by the way they cheat, I will point out what when they when they do the heart shock, right? If it's a woman, they'll put their hand much higher than their actual heart because they don't wanna molester, whatever when it's route. Some might, but that's, that's probably true. So once they've done that, they actually then then oftentimes touching actually does occur, so they'll put their hands like on your head, put your hand, their hands on your chest and will impart unto you energy. Right? Aka their hands are on you. Right? Right. And and the thing is, I'm guessing that if you set it up well, you get a boner with some. Turkey's done. Right? Everything's better now. You're all good to go what to do with any of this money. Actually Boehner would probably be the one thing that could kill this whole of lucrative career as a rookie practitioner. But if but, yeah, I mean, basically if you set it up well, four their psyche, they are going to believe. Yeah. I mean, look, I am an actor. I went to acting school in college, right? And we did a lot of things where we like try to get a boner with. Impart energy to each other, and I participated in all talking about the same thing here, so yes. Sure. And let me tell you something. If you try if you put your hands out toward someone and you try and Ford Focus all of your energy into your hands and.

"Yes. Doing, don't touch me. Don't fucking touch me. Well, you're angling for that position on the court. Aren't you? I want. I want some healing. I got some pains. What about your energies pushed up? I've got machecas and Machaca Zala all jumble and I, I don't want to touch me. I think dance got just the thing for you. Yeah, I may or may not. There may be some disappointment in this, but we'll we'll, we'll get to that because yes, as you're hinting at today, we are going to discuss the ancient Japanese art of Ray key. Rakia was created a somewhat say, discovered they wouldn't be wrong, revealed revealed by a man named Macau who sui. And if you're wondering how hoping was gonna be Edgar rates. Rakia if you're wondering how we can trace his art back to a single man, that's because there is an unbroken chain of records for this miraculous healing technique going all the way back to its creation in the days of antiquity, nineteen twenty two. Yeah, that recent. Yeah, yeah, sui understood. If that is. If that is his real name ended isn't not anymore. Anyway, the guy's dead gave up his name that works back in the hat goes back that for someone else to have well, what is what is he going to do with it? Yeah, understood that the human body has a life force flowing through it. That was vital to our health and wellbeing. It's called blood and that having a fuck you did hit my joke. That was. No, that was literally the thing. No, he that wasn't what he was talking about though. No, no. What he was talking about is Chee or energy or whatever you wanna call it. And this is a, of course, a magical. It's basically the same as the force in Star Wars except without the blasphemous medical in bullshit. Don't get me started and with no cool magic powers except maybe what he invented, right? Which is the magic ability to heal by manipulating it. So it's just like the force accepted. You can't do anything with it and nothing happens and you can't move stuff, right. Okay. If you take away the ability to move things with with your force, then it's the force, but it made me it flows through you and it flows through the the, everything's so it's the force in that way. So. Yes, the the idea is somehow this energy is flowing in you promoting health and wellbeing, and it can be interfered with by outside forces any blocks to the Chee lead to ill health and pretty much anything else that you might feel like complaining about. So you know if you're whatever, if you're upset stomach or whatever, whatever ails you, what if I don't like the weather? Yeah. Well, here's the thing you're Chee is super sensitive to your own feelings and emotions. So if you don't like the weather, you're probably creating a block. Gotcha. In your Chee and that needs to be sorted out and go eater. Right, right. Exactly. That's what that build up is. Like that. It's so windy pouch. I called my head rest. So just as a sort, of example, if you if you once thought that you were pretty cool because you're participated in a collegiate sport, and then you realize that nobody fucking cares about competitive swimming unless you're in the goddamn Olympics, but you still hang onto the need to think you're cool. So you persist in petty squabbles about which type of swimming the nobody cares about is better than your team might be able to majestic, those people are the worst. You've just managed to unify Mark? Yes, I know. It was. Yes. Well, thank God dry sport. Motherfucker. I'm an ice sport guy baby. Now hurling even worse. The wave of the future sport of kings. This warm and globe. Bank on it. That one? Yeah, exactly. When practitioners of Rakia talk or write about it, they often bring in concepts from other wu- fields of guys mentioned them shock rose. An Indian concept are as an English concept actually will have to get into that one sometime because it is fascinating energies, all of that sort of thing. Like most woo practices Rakia is not at all testable except in reports from those who've received the services and doctors who can look at the progress of tumor for example. So far in reliable studying, you'll be absolutely shocked and horrified to learn that there has never been shown to be any benefit beyond placebo..

"We're getting spiritual in today's episode of on the line today, I'm interviewing my own Rakia healer. Emma, Lucy, I'm always in all of her empathy and compassion as well as her ability to actually help me work things out in my life. I know that spirituality is a bit of a touchy subject, and I know that not everybody believes in rocky, but I hope you will go into this episode with an open mind. I'm not trying to convert anybody, but you know, it's interesting to hear about it. I think I really do think that Rakia is something that you can only really discuss if you experienced it yourself. I, no, I was personally out of very low point in my life when I first contacted Emma asking for her health and she really took me from zero to I was gonna say zero to one hundred, but she probably took me from zero to twenty. But that was just like huge for me at that moment in time. So I will always be indebted to Emma. Let's get into the. Episode. Let's hear about her gift how she discovered it, what it is that she actually does and how it all works. But before we start, let's take a quick break. Today is such a special day for on the line podcast because I'm here with Emma, Lucy who's one of my favorite most beautiful souls that I've ever met in this world. So Emma, thank you for being. Back at you so you are. I don't know what to call. You always call you my Rakyat or like my like energetic adviser, but what what is, what do you call your cool myself? I think someone said that she's the slush Hayler. So. Come under a big umbrella and Mahela spiritual channeling. These spirits readings is literally there's no one-size-fits-all. So I have to be able to change the hot. But I always, I'm hater you're a healer. Okay. And you guys missed this obviously, but I just ran into her in the street before we started recording this episode and she's like, how's your head? And she just like put her hand on my forehead. And I was like, just hail me right here in this parking lot. I do that lovely. Oh, cool. Exactly. Exactly. So you also talk a lot about crystals too, because I know you have a book that's been doing really, really well. It's called the power of crystal healing. Exactly, right? Yeah. So invite that offered to do them by penguin lost year and I turned it down because Christmas always my seat, Chris thing I've always been really skeptical about what I do. You've been about what you do. Exactly. That's why I think gives miss slightly different approach on a because how I go into it, just my feelings quite a lot. So I run away from him. It's to about it. But I think having a really healthy dice skepticism meet to build my work where I'm debating more. So I wasn't just gutting spit it saying this. I was sort of going come on then spirit just give me complete confirmation and then give it to me six times. Oh my gosh. That's why like doing the work, I do it because I'm there is dice of you go to get this Reich's so important. Okay. Well. Before we kind of get into what Rakia is and what it involves. I just kind of wanna share how we met because we have had a few healing sessions by now. And I remember your sister actually. So I know your sister, Becky, and she's, I remember it was going through a really tough time and I was kind of talking. She's like, you need to see my sister. She's gonna totally. He'll you. You need to see here and I'm remember thinking Becky, like you are nuts. I feel like I'm not a skeptic. I'm like quite open. Yeah. And when she said that I was like, no, but things eventually got so stressful that I was like, I need something. And when I came to see you, I could not believe it. I came out feeling so calm and like clear and distressed and also just like kind of more excited about the future. And maybe we can just talk about the process of what that was like, like the actual session, what does it entail? So I don't like to note anything about anybody coming back. Slips code esta the ice maze freckles. I wanted wanna come loaded with information about somebody say, I have a strict, but I wanna know thing and I start work on the person that before..

"Gonna FAO straight back. Kinzler stays alive to ethnic clubs as well. They will still basis. Compare the two one two and stolen bases in the league. Very high success rate right around seventy nine eighty percent. So they're doing a little bit of everything or not a little bit a lot everything you to Rakia ball swinging amid struck him out Kinzler is gone. Would wanna away it'll bring up Raphael Denver's? It's a good point in stolen bases. The Indians are first in the league in stolen bases. Fourth in the majors, and stolen base percentage. The Red Sox second in the majors in stolen bases. And I in the majors, it stolen base percentage. So lots of steals and doing it at a good rate. There's Denver's now and the pitch and that is outside man Levinger we've seen a pitch before. But you know, you get back into it you watch. It's violent motion. Yeah. It is. It's a lack coming at you as a hitter. I mean, he's kicking. The Harris swinging the arm is swinging and good velocity coming out the pitch that's down in. And a countdown to and nothing. Philosophy around ninety three up to ninety seven. Whatever's as of late been using his curveball. Moore's we saw there within Kinzler strikeout. Throw to first dynamic backyard safely is Andrew Benintendi Benintendi on the season. He is stolen twenty bags and he's because only three times only bets there stolen more basis. Twenty-eight the Red Sox get a real solid season for Benintendi as well. Under the radar with in JD Martinez next offering in there for a strike and account to unwanted. Yeah. He's one of those kind of sneak attack guys that if you're not careful, he'll get you. He gets on base. He slugged doesn't do it. Quite the same rate is. Bets in JD, but still a threat. Here comes that's in there for a strike and.

"I was like, oh, but I'm just so used to being this way. Is she said, you know, I actually struggle with the exact same demon that you do, which is self deprecation like in that voice is really strong, but I've worked on it for like ten years and I can't even explain to you how different life is. And I was like, wow, no, like it's true living that life would be so much better than the way I'm living right now. And I think I didn't really think about that before or never thought was possible even really. I mean, it might take a long time to get there, but imagine how much energy have I wasn't like God your piece of shit every day. You know, I know. I hear you anyway. So yes, we're on the table. Are you lying down now? No, I'm still sitting. Okay. And she says, are you ready and willing to like, oh, this feeling of self doubt and self hatred, blah, blah. And I'm like youth, and then she did some like breath work pursues kind of blowing on me and my eyes closed. I didn't see what was happening like blowing on your head. Yeah, I think like where the areas I kind of blow show me like a. Oh, yeah, I bet some Rakia think Ricky right blowing this energy offer you. Yeah. So then she said, okay, so how do you feel now? Like where is it now? If you can describe it to me, and I was like, look, it's a little smaller and lighter when she was like, okay, so we did that three times and I felt like it's weird like I didn't really physically feel like, okay, also don't has left my body, but I did feel like my visual changed because I really, you know, I'm looking pretty visual person that was like really visualize and it did change when she did that stuff. He did it get your what it turned into after the the big black clouds, then it was like a mist. Yes, it was still there, but it's like it's at least like you got to talk it down into a smaller sense of it. I did. We lay down and she then we did like the Rakia Ricky and she put on like a guided meditation where I was like in a forest. I think cakewalk rubber. But I remember she did like touch like my head like my temples, and like I think my cheeks a little bit out..

"Okay. So we're back in. We're talking about raking now as much like our flute tank episode, which you if you haven't checked out, you should go back and listen do. Now. We recorded our thoughts before going into the Ricky experience, and now you wanna go first you want me to go. I can confirm your mega first. Great. I'll play you my preamble Rakia right now. Okay. So I'm walking around the neighborhood is a lovely cloudy day. It's one of those days what you can't tell what time of day it is because it's the same outside all day. Long is at ten AM is at three PM who's to tell who's to say, I really like this weather personally, though I'm excited to try Ricky a. It was easy to find the spot because it is the hippy, dippy naturalist looking store amongst deceive retail. So there it is. I hope I don't giggle and I hope that it's somehow spiritually beneficial. But at the end of the day, I'm going to probably buys in Palo Alto. So that's kind of two birds. One stone, you know, I need to pick some more up anyway. I love. I love to burn my sacred woods. Okay. Well, let you know how it goes. May expectations are. I don't know. I don't expect anything frankly, so we'll see how it goes. Dude. Sounds like you're a good day. I mean, you know me, I love that cloudy overcast with the I love it. It's like, ooh, it's cloudy. I feel like we're the sky has wrapped a blanket around this time to stay indoors and not feel guilty about it and correct. But yeah, so that's how mine was when I actually entered into the studio. It was was painted a picture. What was what was like, well, to paint a picture. So basically walk in to a room filled with like crystals, and it's kind of like being in a room. That sounds like the sound of chimes blowing through the wind, like mealy lean, you know, there was so much incense or Holywood or sage burning that it actually was like kind of stinging. My nose in is I'm not like we like in a waiting room. No, you're just in the shop. So the shop is like, so for me, you walk in and you're basically just in like the holistic shop. So it's like crystals books, tarot cards, you know, healing herbs, tinctures essential oils, etc. And then the clerks that were like chatting with each other. And here's the funny that one of the clerk said, this guy says, I have so much Sagittarius in my chart that I can't be locked in a small room. I just can't, because gosh, yeah, he was dot com. Too much heart. Like, you know, I'm a Sagittarius. I'm like, a horse was Ed Jerry's is like a Centaur, but he's like, I just need big open spaces. So I was listening to them talk and I was, and it was really nice because it sounds like you know, big, kind of you got to take all this stuff with a grain of salt, right? And we all have our limits for what we do and don't believe in what does and does not resonate with us. So I just kind of like looked this stuff. And then my reader, my healer came out and they were like, she was like, whereas my next victim and I was like. And it was a woman named Doreen what go ahead did she did she give you like, okay, so here's what's going to happen or anything like that or like what we just walked. So when we walked from the source straight into the back room right around the corner, you could still hear the music from the store..
