"Lights were still on late morning. The Sun's heat never broke through, and millions of us were pretty freaked out. Don't think of something like way get warnings from forecasters about heat waves, gusty winds and red flag conditions, but there was no warning about an orange sky. Why? Because right now forecasting smoke where it's going to be and how high and when it'll clear it's ah lot. We know we had some work to do to impulse small for casting for the Bay Area. Rabban Mamedov is a smoke forecaster for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, located at the University of Colorado. He feeds predictions to local weather officials. Their hearts too. Take into consideration like mathematically the behavior of these fires. And of course, you have to know how the fire is going to behave to know what might happen with the smoke. So that's a major problem on the Dove has to know how much heat a fire is giving off, because more he means more smoke. What is burning is key for us or grassland. Or maybe cropland. He gets all this information from satellite data. Complicating his forecast, is everything else happening. Is there wind is rain coming are their canyons or flatlands, The complexity becomes mind boggling. And now with extreme fires, Ahmedov says he has to include how fire and whether influence each other considered the creek fire near Mammoth Lakes. The heat release Resulted in formation off on this for we've worked to forecast weather. Ah lot longer than fire smoke. And now with extreme fires in a warming world, it's clear smoke forecasting needs to catch up. I'm Danielle Benton News with the last day to vote just a week and a half away. "The weekend with Friday night, Bill Schell on six pack and just a quick reminder to you conjoining Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4. For Sunday suits back, Frank. Let's get to the fourth near here as we close out the festivities tonight. What do we got s so we're bringing it home here with a Harley one on for lack of a better name. He called it unprecedented. I knew that would be popular, unprecedented, unprecedented Guess for these times, So you know when we were covert, we weren't brought as much wood. As many accounts. Rabban, Bjork's people shut down. We didn't bruise me up because I possess need to be served fresh and hops kind of fade over time and all of that. So we brought a barley wine during these times and Barley wines are kind of hoppy beers that are very strong, but they age very well. So a barley wine is a beer. It is a beer. Okay, even though it's cold wine, But it's just the historical style again from the English that I call it barley wine. It was really meant for those kind of campfire nights. Ages. Well, it's very strong. This one clocks in at about 11.2% alcohol yet it's very smooth and not boozy. But we brewed this because we wanted to have a big beer in our repertoire for for these times, but we knew it would last and hold up. And not go stale. Well, it's kind of funny with that is that I would say that there's it's not strong, but the bite is up front. It's like does the second it gets into your mouth for lack of a better term when you you made the boozy reference. That's kind of where you get it. But then as it as you swallow, it sinks in it. Doesn't you go? Oh, my God. Is this going to get bustier or stiffer and it doesn't it just mellow on the back end? Yeah, I mean, it finishes nice and dry and clean. But you don't have that like harsh, maybe, like whiskey type and you know, and like I said, it's still pretty young for the style a beer. We brought it back in April. I mean, this is July, but these beers will last for a year. Two years, three years age very well. Now you've got your canning line that you were talking about, Will your can you get your stuff at any retail locations? But even in Delaware, I might've oversold that. Our cannon line is basically a micro scanner, which is essentially a little station about two foot high foot wide. We can on demands your beer's fresh. It's not something we packaged in the manufacturing line, and it sits at our place for a week that goes out to this tribunal where it sits there for maybe a couple of days and goes out to Kroger's and sits there for a few weeks. Now this is canned on demand by hand. You watch our staff doing this, so it's just a micro canner and you get our place. It's just another option for customers. What I like to look at it is Nobody wants to drink a growler that night. I don't know. I say they're no friend of mine. Yeah, I don't know why, but they can give somebody they can. They can mix and match your flavors put it together, and it's like a growler for 16 ounce beers. A 64 ounce is its same size the growler, But you can enjoy that. Maybe one beer a night all week long. So once you open a growler does go stale or loses carbonation over time. They can just gave another option for our customers. We were kind of ahead of game with the covert thing. And, yeah, we're pretty happy about it. So all right. Restoration brew works in Delaware. Frank Barret, man. Thank you for coming back in. And what is the location again? 25. North Sandusky, Delaware, Ohio, the heart of historic downtown Delaware. And quick hours. Yeah, we're kind of flexible Our up in Tuesday through Sunday. We opened at 11 o'clock Most days. Sunday. We open at noon. We're open a week. Phase two. At least nine obviously have customers having a good time will stay open A little later, weekends were open to 11. Kitchen closes Now before we close, all right, and Sean joint rockers next Friday where July 17th at the Blarney Stone and No cover no cover A M and then the best damn blues show on the radio. When? "Seven gorka it matters not at all that he was there it matters not at all that he was gone except for the fact that someone like that should never have been in the white house you tackle but again that is the problem right the fact that he's gone doesn't matter because the problem was that someone my came could be there in the first place because the promise drunk as i was a reporter whom just a knock in a nearby names on her be critical of any person was was defending said gorka on the way out saying was overblown is in iso rabban he's overblown that he was not a nazi party i mean the fact that this was a question it's kind of of the deals his nutley associations were over he was a fake v h d the vaguely worked for the white house that a clearance instead of the national security or really just did cable it's all day i mean war uniform armed to the inauguration he wasn't subtle about it with a walking joke he embodies the the clowns that our staffing this administration it's fuck inside show that it but anyway there is a there is a story i just wanted to anger about your pyo because them so it's all with the democrats win the house back and they happened to drop impeachment uh articles against dengue trump the pardon of door pile should be at the top of the fucking high crimes whatever we wanted to be i know we always say this but like i still think we need for future presidents to have some norms in place where we talk about what is impeachment what's not and it's not just to the whims of political majority of another technically true this is impeachable he did it so outside the bounds of anything it is an it is a severe abuse of the pardon power.
