The B.S. Media Narratives About Biden's Afghanistan Failures

"Going through these media narratives that RBS all week. We added one just now. Don't let them say oh, Biden was locked in. This was a Trump deal from the start to surrender to the Afghanistan to the to the Afghan Taliban. It was a trump deal, but softened Biden could have done and by the way, the only reason the Taliban didn't attack us was because of this deal, Surrender Deal. Trump Sign and M. Biden. Biden was locked in There were no attacks during the it's not true. There were attacks during the deal, and Trump responded because the Trump deal with the Taliban was the conditions based deal. In other words, you mess with us. We are going to punish you and rain heads down on your heads. And that's exactly what happened. I just read to you the headline. Just four days after Trump agreed to this deal with the Taliban to get out of Afghanistan, just four days is simple math, even for liberals. Trump bombed them because they didn't go by the deal. Biden did nothing like that. Biden and Biden said no conditions were getting out empty out the prisons. Screw Bagram, leave our people behind. Don't let them blame Trump. But the most disgusting narrative. Told you we do it a little bit in reverse. Someone we've been covering all week is the and this is probably one of the dumbest short term. Narrative efforts at spinning an hour if I've ever seen is this effort to blame Americans? Sake, did it again yesterday. I'm going to get to that audio, too. It's just disturbing. See they're they're going to blame. Americans are leaving behind their setting it up right now, and the spin is going to be. They wanted to stay as if Afghanistan is like the Jersey Shore or something in the summer Ocean city like a Hamptons resort or something. It's a reality show.

"In Giants history, We're going to go back to a really cool moment in Giants history. 2010 1 Buster Posey was arriving full force just called up from the minors and the Giants going to turn that season around in July with a huge help. The rookie Buster Posey. So it's 77 10 were in Milwaukee. Miller Park taking on the Brewers Brewers are pitching a guy named Chris Narva Sin and Andres Torres greets him with a bomb is a good start Homers to start the game. Freddy Sanchez flies out and then Aubry half he hits a bomb. So it's two nothing Giants Pat Burrow with a base. It's they're seeing this guy and here he is recently called up from the minor leagues, Buster Posey. Here's Buster Posey, a long drive deep to left center got home run into the Milwaukee bullpen. Buster Posey makes enough for nothing game. Posey's fourth home run and the Giants with a four. Nothing first inning lead the Giants just opening it up to the stretch it to 7 to 1 in the fourth when Freddy Sanchez clears the bases with a three run triple ever since, still in the game, by the way, he walks Aubrey Huff and Pat Burrow to reload the bases. Finally, they give them the hook and bring in Chris Capuano. But he's got a face Buster Posey and Like I said, Guys, he was arriving here is a pitch, he swings and it's a high drive to right field. Corey Hart's going back on the warning track. He's at the wall gone. It's a grand slam for Posey, who's hit two home runs tonight, and now he's got his first big league Grand Slam. He hits this one to right field, clearing the bases. The Giants lead is 11 to 1. It was all happening. Just started to get hot. "The stretch converted to as many fantasy points as tyler higby but I still like what I saw from Vicky, he ranked third in dot averaged at the target ran over five hundred twenty. One routes last year was targeted eighty times only had the fifty one catches I. Expect that to go up now he's not GonNa make a lot of people miss in space it's not really his game, but he's gigantic big catch radius using the slight mismatch nightmare agains, slot corners, grant helium players like that I. Think he somebody that t to pay attention to for shore. Later on the drafts he's not being drafted super early, you can get him. A Lot. Later, you can get him probably Lebanon Twelfth Round and I think that's a solid place. Again, a lot of variants you could have to stream tight ends of it doesn't end up working out with someone like him, but I feel good about his future if I'm being honest and. Sticky. I Have Hunter Henry. For. The chargers going to be projections. We don't know how he's going to be utilized with tyrod. Taylor. But he's a skilled player who was used a lot in the short areas just can he stay healthy? So that's a concern I have with him, and then I have TJ Hawkins in I just heard that he's still recovering from a lower body injury which gives me some pause. But if it does not if it heals up before week one I, think he's in for. Breakout seasons. I believe in his skillset and I believe that they want to utilize him. They spent the top ten pick on him. I think he's willing to player and I think with Matt. Stafford coming back, he can definitely thrive after that I have Eric Hebron hearst jared cook and Gronk don't really know what to do with Gronk. Okay. Because I think RONCA pilot thirty percents of the snaps or something like that. But only out there on red zone, he might just be. He might receive two targets, a game, three targets game, and hopefully you convert one for a touchdown. I'm all about opportunity and Fantasy Football Mulbah targets. So so that definitely gives me some hesitation at the OJ Howard is going to play the majority of snaps down there followed closely by cameron break and it Gronk kind of a sub and roll definitely in the red zone, which is the money, the money's zone for fantasy football, but it's it might be a little bit too high variance for me Eric Iran I. Don't feel like he's GonNa play every snap, but I feel like tight ends with. Ben Roethlisberger athletic tight ends. It's going to be something that he can own the kind of middle of the field I. think he's Kinda. No one's really talking about him at the moment. He had that thirteen touchdowns season with the colts not saying he's going to have that whatsoever but I do feel like being paired with Ben Rothlisberger with this offense of line. Showcases skillset obviously without Antonio Brown. There's a lack of skill players on the outside I think he can kind of add to that help dominate the middle of field with Juju Smith Schuster. Then you have the Thomson, Chase, Klay Pool on the outside along with James Washington if he can break out too. So Have Eric Brown Their Hayden, hearst is entering a place where Falcons love to throw it in the middle of the field. I think how Ridley will be the main beneficiary of no Austin Hooper being there since awesome hooper signed with the browns but I still think Hayden hearst who's a talented player never really got to show his talent because Mark Andrews dominated down there in Baltimore Falcons went out they traded solid pick for Hayden hers. It was a second fifth round pick. So think about that real quick they obviously. Believe in him, they want utilize him they traded Muhammad. So new last season. So they get this other player who can kind of own the middle of the field and operate in the short to intermediate areas I. Think we could see Hayden hers production definitely go up a lot this season in this new offense where they definitely like to talk the end you're gonNA sauce and Hooper about that. Then the jared cook who was hyper efficient last year in terms of touchdown I believe that's GonNa. Come down. You got the. Saints Emmanuel Sanders who also command more targets I think Michael Thomas is safe. It's not gonNA affect him going to affect your cook do not expect nine touchdowns again from Jared Cook I. Don't think that's going to happen and. He just converted a lot of those. With. The saints last season notes with the saints but it was somewhat of an anomaly for me hasn't been as efficient before. So I don't expect that hyper efficiency don't expect a high touchdown mark with all these other option you're going to have a healthy Alvin. Kamara. So that's why I kind of have him down definitely think you can get them later draft, but his ADP right now just a little bit too high for me at seventy nine pushes before Mike Ezekiel before hey, and hers which before Tj Hawkins, it's just after Evan Ingram. So that's something that I'm a little bit skeptical on to be honest. So just to throw that out there and then. After Jared Cook I look at no Fan Blink Jar Chris Herndon Austin Hooper Ian Thomas Jack Doyle and These are all late round targets. I think no affair has a lot of high upside I don't really believe and how Pat Shurmur utilize it tight end and I do look at that roster. You have so many mouths to feed with Caja Hamblur with Jerry Judy with Portland's in with the running backs gives me some pause but he has that potential to be a top five tight end if he was in a better situation with less mouths to feed blink jarring could be in for breakout Kelham Moore's offense there's. More Jason Witten he's going to be the guy. Dak Prescott loves targeting the tight end position and that's an underrated fact and I think blink jar win much more athletic than Jason. witten he can be for a place where he just breaks out so that somebody you could target Lee at the Chris is definitely somebody to target. Late there's not that many options over there. Denzel. mims already dealing with injuries their second round pick at Baylor they bring in Bradshaw paramount. They have Jamison crowder who was locked in P.. Receiver not an exciting one. But somebody's going to see a lot of opportunity I think. Somebody jets have raved about is definitely somebody they're gonNA wind up in the slot to be a mismatch nightmare somebody they're gonNA line up in line as well. I think he's definitely somebody to get later on draft if you punt the position. If you do end up wanting this position, which is strategy you can utilize, but it's risky. I would draft somebody like Hayden Hers Assembly and Blake Darwin. Or Chris earned an ambling draft to these late round tight ends and try to hit on them. How could be risky depending on how many bench spots you have in your specific leak because sometimes you drive these titans getting to three points if you're lucky, that's that's that's terrible. Obviously. But if you get somebody Kelsey your kindle that's not going to happen or even hurts because they're getting six seven, eight targets a game, which is something that you're going to be looking for think, Ian. Thomas could be interesting. It's a new offense, but he in Thomas. Every time Greg. was playing and it seemed like doing well..

"You have the knee injury. I think he's going to be used like devante Freeman was last year to use the running back in the red zone but I, just I just not one hundred. Sure how much work they're going to give him as David Johnson you know that Bill O'Brien's going to want to showcase David Johnson but he did not look great. With the cardinals last season. So I have some trepidation about him levy on Bell I don't know what Adam Gates doing with the employment of this player, but he shed weight and he's somebody that I hope can kind of break out and show what he used to be in Pittsburgh but as a totally different offense with a bad office of line young quarterback. So. It's something that. That's kind of why he's on his talent. Coming of Michigan stay a loved his talent when he was with. Pittsburgh. But some pause Melvin Gordon I think he's somebody that can be interesting now he mike much as offensive line coach now hunter. So hopefully that inside zone can have a little bit more of a effectiveness than it did with the New York giants since Pat Shurmur the offensive coordinator there but adding Melvin Gordon is somebody that is going to have to split time Philip Lindsay but he's somebody WHO's carries they're going to come down I mean last year he didn't play the whole season but if you were to carries where to come down but I still feel like he somebody that you can get a little bit later if you go that zero RV strategy which I do not advise issues not advise going zero rv these kind of guys are looking at and they all have question marks to me and then the Rahim Moster who just got paid This off season which I feel like is good for him because. He may only see thirteen carries fourteen carries in a game. He's hyper efficient with it, which gives me pause but I do think feel like Kevin Coleman and maybe even Jerick McKinnon maybe utilized you know cow Shanahan doesn't like to establish trends. So that's something that it's a little concerning for me and then you have Mark Ingram to Ronald Jones two players that are actually liked to target in the fourth fifth wherever you can get him rounds I? Think those are two players that are. Or could be utilized. That are slide will. Jones is kind of going up boards boards to be honest. So he might be skyrocketing a little bit too far in terms of his eighty people mark Ingram as kind of stayed put because they drafted jk Dobbins but everything worked with Mark Ingram last year I don't really see Baltimore deviating from what worked because he was used in the passing game when you roll out Lamar. Jackson use just see Mark Ingram sitting there in your back. You don't know what to do. Do you go and attack the fastest player in football or do you cover guy the flat? It really puts defenders into really tough spots I think. Will be a payoff value if you can get him in the fifth round. So, before we move onto tight ends real quick but just here where from our sponsors. Tight. So tight ends are really really interesting to me. There are two huge dense everybody talks about. And that's Travis Kelsey and George Kibble and that's how I have. Them ranks a lot of people have killed over Kelsey me Kelsey is safer for the last five years. He's had over a thousand yards had ten touchdowns in two thousand eighteen didn't have that mark last year, but you can't go wrong with a player like Travis Kelsey in my opinions on the best offense. With the best quarterback is going to be utilized in a huge fashioned teams can't focus on them because they have tyreek hill. Now they have Clyde Edwards Allaire. So I look at Travis Kelsey and he somebody that I really really like three straight seasons with over a thousand yards had five, hundred, fifty, one, route, one, hundred, thirty targets lecture ninety, seven catches what you never. Seem to see from tight ends being ninety seven catches last year over twelve, hundred yards, four hundred yards after the catch. So I can gush about Travis Kelsey to me I, know he's getting a little bit older. He's my number one tied at mainly because he safer just a bit safer than George, who I feel it can be a league winner. Now I don't usually target tight ends early, but if you're picking on that one to turn. An twelve team league, and all those running backs are available in you're sitting and you've gotta sift through guys like Kenyan Drake and Austin. As your players and there's a lot of receivers you can get later. So Michael Thomas is gone at that point and you're not really sure about devante. Adams. You can load up and get a significant edge by drafting a tight end that something that a strategy that people utilize a strategy that is smart and I think this year you have these two tight ends that you could do that on for me. Is Travis Chelsea's the safer one, but you can knock somebody for George Kimble can't. Now he runs significant less routes then George kindle but he still. MAKES A lot. Of those routes because he is yards last year yards per outrun three point, one two which ranked first among all the tight ends. So when he is running routes, he's targeted a lot now kill. My issue with him. Well, I guess issues US loosely why Travis Kelsey more than him is the offense and the defense I think the chiefs defense came on really strong with spags. Later in the year I'm not sure if that's going to be the same this season but the forty niners defense is stubbornly and they wanna run the football and want to control the clock they just want to dominate you. So I feel like it's more conducive that Travis Kelsey may have more opportunities to succeed. Now he had a lot more targets Kelsey than than kill yet one, hundred thirty but kills lead over one hundred targets. He's going to be targeted a lot. So I can't knock someone for wanting to kill. He's just a little bit more efficient and I think his defense a little bit more better which means he might not be receiving. A lot of. Targets in the fourth quarter, which is something that gives me a little pause and also he's utilized so much at the blocker because he's so good blocking which I feel like leaves you to be a bit more susceptible to injuries not knocking anybody who wants to draft toward kit on just justify why I have travis Kelsey slightly above him despite the fact that towards kiddle is an absolute beasts at six hundred, twenty, one yards after the catch over thousand receiving yards eighty, five receptions, hundred, six targets. Hyper efficient. But for me, it's Kelsey and kiddle can't go wrong with either if you do draft one of these two tight ends, you have significant edge at that tight end spot over everybody in your league because he's got absolutes does. But after that I have akers now Zach Ertz is going to be the number one target in an offense that does like to throw the football i. mean he had five, hundred, forty, three routes run last year one, hundred, twenty, eight targets, eighty eight catches, which is an insane number for a tight end and just under a thousand receiving yards had to six receiving touchdowns. He's Carson Wentz his best friend out there he always look for him. His Age dot last year that's average depth of target is eight point nine yards was ranked outside the top fifteen but he utilize a lot so. Might be a little bit higher if you want there, but he still mind number three tight end I think he's somebody that can help secure you but he's going at a place in the draft that. Gives me a little bit of pause just because I think there's GonNa be a Lotta receivers that I'm going to want to target in that same area Zakar usually goes around forty. So you're talking about the end of the third round idol I'm not huge on selecting the tight end there because if you miss on Kelsey Kit, I might wait to get someone like Tyler Higby Evan Ingram much later than spending on some unlike Zach but for what it's worth, he's still by number three followed closely by mark..

"The ball had eight carries inside the five sixty converted touchdowns eighteen in the red zone seven he converted the touchdowns Andy was utilized in the passing game. There's no more David Johnson who they gave the ball to sparingly last year just did not work out. He never really was able to thrive in that system. So I like Kenyan Drake but I. As I said with some of these other guys there are some question marks surrounding these guys and how they're going to be employed this year and chase edmunds definitely somebody you want to target late in dress after that is Austin Equa who, I, feel like there's so much opportunity that has just opened up in that loss Angeles chargers backfield because Melvin Gordon went to the Denver Broncos. Awesome Echo. Very talented. Running back somebody who is used a lot in the passing game so I like Austin Ecuador. I do feel Joshua Kelly somebody that target with like your last pick in the draft cause no one's talking about him. He's a rookie at a ucla very talented running back. Remember that name Justin Jackson will also receive a lot of. Work early on the season as well. But also had over one hundred targets. Last year I expect him to be around. That may be probably a little bit less now though because you do have tyrod Taylor to little bit of a projections, we don't know. How this offense is going to work because Filbert love chicken down I'm not sure how tyrod Taylor is going to operate as a quarterback in this system or when Justin Herbert does end up taking over. So also neck ler usually has around ninety targets somewhere round there one hundred and four last year mic drop off. A little bit, but he had ninety two receptions and he's really really dynamic in space I. Think he somebody who a lot of people got later on in the draft last year six rounding out also neck learning ended up paying huge dividends for them and I don't see him being somebody who's going to get fifty carries. That's why he's down a little bit I. Think he has a lot more value in a full point PR league, but he somebody that you should be aware of, but you have to weigh like just because these rankings are in a certain way doesn't mean that you. Stick to that. Again, this is half point pr that were kind of going to. But there are other players that have more boom potential who could skyrocket up boards, guys like Joe Mixon guys like players I'm about to go over that could really kind of help when you fancy championship also might be a little bit more safer in those four point PBR leagues. So keep that in mind after that in my next here. I Have Aaron Jones who was the hyper efficient last year and officiency tends to Wayne when it comes to fantasy football. But Aaron, Jones was very, very efficient. Last season for the Green Bay packers receive a ton of work in the red. Zone. Scored ten touchdowns within the five yard on seventeen carries had thirty four times in the red zone and had fourteen total touchdowns on those carries as well, and we know now at Matt Leflore in their head coach for the Green Bay, packers, they want to run the football more but they drafted AJ Dylan in the second round at Boston College who is Quad City Him and Saquon Barkley or on the quad. Boat. Together they have gigantic quads. So I think a lot of people giving Aaron Jones, a little bit of a pause for that for me. It's more of an efficiency thing. I. Don't know if he's going to score touched as many touchdowns as he did last season 'cause he was so hyper efficient in that area expected to come down just a little bit. I still think he's a solid you could say running back one. If you end up getting him as a running back one, I wouldn't fret about that whatsoever but I do feel gator is GonNa take some of those short yardage opportunities away from him and I don't believe he's going to be as. Efficient with his touchdown per touch rate that he of was last year I mean last year he had two, hundred, thirty five carries he ended up scoring nineteen total touchdowns, which is kind of crazy two, hundred, eighty, five touches and the two hundred thirty carries. It was what he had. He had the sixty seven targets, fifty catches. So he's utilized a lot of Fast I. Don't expect I expected to come down a little bit with Aj Dylan, they still have Jamal Williams there too. So those are kind of things that give me a little pause about Aaron Jones and that's why he's down my rankings because see a lot. Of other people's rankings where he's a much higher Blair and it's not like I'm down he's going to be a solid beginning to mid second round pick. He's GonNa Return value for you. But I don't think he's GonNa scored nineteen touchdowns again I. Think it's a little bit unreasonable. But after that in this year we got James Conner and Chris Carson some James Connor and Chris Carson both players who have dealt with injuries, James Connor we so many people down last year but I expect with a Ben Roethlisberger is going to be a much better offense if I'm a betting man will be a much better offense than it was with. Mason Rudolph so I think James Connor coming in here and I think he just going to kind of revert back to his two thousand eighteen form where he helped win people fantasy leagues because on. Bell. Held out and people got him. So late and drafts, and he was just really really good player in all facets. We know that Mike Tomlin likes to utilize his running backs in a less committee fashion. He likes to kind of put the main guy out there rely on them. If they're capable, I think that James Connor a running back in that light. So I think he's prime for a bounceback season and he Somebody that I'm targeting specially the third round recommend Absolute Steel Chris Carson similar now Chris Carson has dealt with injuries as well. They're all it's of line isn't the best, but this is a team under Brian Schottenheimer Pete Carroll who want to run the football and they predicate themselves on running the football and I don't think Rishaad Penny he's still dealing with his injury that he suffered last year. So I look at Chris Carson and I said nobody's going to receive a bulk of the workload in running offense led by Russell Wilson who's dangerous and every team is scared of someone like Russell Wilson so I think that is Probably down a little bit and two hundred and seventy eight last year he had forty four targets expect that to be around the same probably. But if he falls in the end zone, a couple more times gets in the double digits that's going to be absolutely huge and you can cab him late in the third round if he could stay healthy, that's the biggest risk for him if he could stay healthy only twenty six years old. His soul, the most targets that he's ever seen. Why season and I think that his touches might come down a little bit but I still feel like he's going to be utilizing a run heavy offense led by one of the best quarterbacks in the league. So that's why he falls into this year, and then I'll just talk about the next here real quick before moving tight ends. I have in the next here. This tear I'm a little bit skeptical on. Okay. Jonathan tailored to me. It's a bit of a projection because he's a rookie. But I do like macneice Jonathan Taylor I believe in his skillset believe in Howa. He's kind of a superman out there. The heat at he looks I believe it is movement skills and I believe that offense with Philip. Rivers. Who's going to dump the ball off a lot and at all for the blind, which is one of the best offensive line, the league, my problems with him is Marla Max. Allaire, Nike Hinds is still there. So that's why he kinda falls into this group as well. But this group consists of Jonathan Taylor David Johnson. Todd. Gurley Lithium Bell Melvin Gordon and Rahim Moster. So. That's kind of that next chunk of players. girly..

"End of the first round earlier in the second round. kind of seems like that's where his ADP is. He somebody who was an absolute monster when it comes to forcing tackles he poor sixty nine missed hackles. Last season had two hundred and forty two carries only those twenty six targets which I feel like is going to go. Let's hope that it does had over thousand yard rushing had seven rushing touchdowns last season within the five yard line he received twelve carries which I feel like is a solid number hopefully that can go up as well adt like their offense of line they added a bunch of playmakers on the outside, which hopefully could result in less loaded boxes for someone like Josh Jacobs let's hope Derek. Carr. Can finally kind of stretch the field a little bit with people like Henry Rugs I'm not too confident about that. That gives me a little bit of pause now look Josh Jacobs he somebody that I'm very Happy to come away with if I sit there on that one to turn, which is a little bit before his ADP because Josh. Jacobs ADP right now is around Seventeen is proclaimed twelve team league. You're taking them a little before eight P.. But if you believe in a player, you could do that in those situations you know use ADP island doesn't mean you have to you can't deviate from at all. So I do like Josh Jacobs there and as for miles sanders I think he has breakout written all over him. I have him coming in at nine it's just. I'm a little concerned about this leg injury. Some of the other nagging injuries he's had in his early career gives you a little bit of pause obviously Doug Peterson with the way he has employed running backs in the past is something that can also give you a little bit of pause, but it seems like they really hitch their wagon to mile sanders they. Spent a second round pick on them. They've gushed about them and they talked about them and they gave him usage in the red zone as well. They use all the time in terms of the passing attack. So I look at him and I think I'm very confident in also driving him depending on what that lower leg injury is in how healthy is leading. Up to draft. So you're kind of if you're drafting tomorrow and a little bit of a tough place because you were not really one hundred censure hasn't even come out what it is. It just lower leg injuries like what the Hell is hockey like what's going on right now but guy at fifty catches had a lot more utilization down the stretch of the. Season Sixty two targets, one hundred and seventy carries that's going to go up to around at least like to forty or something like that if he is healthy. So I expect stats just to kind of blow up the season I think he can really be that second year player helps you win your league. So I really do like mile. Sanders. Well after Sanders. This after Sanders I'd say it's a little bit of a drop off for me. Now I like these running backs a lot I'm going to fly through because we don't have all that much time and we have to get to the tight end as well. Boy After Sanders. I had Nick Chubb Joe Mixing Kenyan Drake and Austin Exeter in their own tier. So if I had to break these tears down and be Christian. McCaffrey. Sikwan Barklay Zeke Elliot and Alvin Kamara and my first here Claude Edwards Layer Daban Cook Derrick Henry Josh Jacobs Mile Centers, my second tier. My fear is Nick Joe Mixing Kenyan Drake and Austin Actor So on an Obvious. Things that kind of give you a little bit of concern about nick is the fact that there is Kareem Hunt in his offense but I think people are kind of forgetting how good he was last year he had just under fifteen yards. On Two hundred ninety carries rushing. He had a total of three hundred and thirty touches. He's not utilized that much in the receiving game, but he did have thirty, six, thirty, six catches, not really hundred censure if that's going to go up or down if I'm betting man I might say goes down because I think cream hunt will be utilized and he's not going to be suspended for. A Games in in that fashion a little bit more than Nick Chuck the Nick Job does have some injury concerns dating back to college? He's in concussion protocol as we speak not to worry about the concussion protocol thing but he has been injured before that really leads me to believe cream on is an excellent pick a little bit later if you can get like the sixth or seventh round. But Nick Job. He had sixteen carries within the five yards. Sixteen he only converted three of them. His office of line has significantly improved. They brought in Jack Conklin who thrived with Derrick Henry. They drafted Derek wills out of Alabama. So I do like, Nick Shop I do think bolt him Kareem Hunt can have fantasy value chubs. A better talent to me trump is one of the best inside rushers within the A in the gap get fifty one carries in the Red Zone lecture? And they bring in Kevin Stansky who thrived with album cook. Lascher Kevin Stance is going to be their head coach, but he's going to employ that scheme northern are want to run the football. Don't want run the football to open the play action and to protect Baker. Mayfield. who had a really really bad sophomore season last year. So Nick Chubb I am comfortable with top my tier three sitting there than Joe Mixon is right behind him Joe Mixon finish the year. As a stud last season but before that. He sank your fantasy team was receiving. Barely work in some instances but Joe Mixing was playing incredibly well down the stretch when Zach Taylor was giving him the was giving him the bulk of the carries he had a hundred and ninety four yards rushing. For we tend to week seventeen. Five touchdowns in that timeframe would utilized pretty well in the passing game despite the fact that Giovanni Bernardo was there had fourteen carries within five yard line thirty two. The Red Zone that's all from we tend to week seventeen. I don't know why took Taylor so long to utilize him but it did but I like to I like Joe Mixon I. Think he could be in for that breakout season in a better offense but I have my reservations about him. That's why he's down here in my third tier. because. I'm not one hundred, hundred house that Taylor is going to utilize him I mean pf last year the run blocking on that off line was so bad. But they get Jonelle Williams back who was their first round pick last season who suffered an injury and play at all, which is going to be huge for mixing going to be huge for that rushing attack angle joe borough coming in. So the offense should be better. The defense is probably still did not going to be that great. So it could be a lot of competitive games which means maybe less carries in the fourth quarter but if the team decides the US Joe Mixing and more receiving a role, even know Giovanni. Bernard is still there. Then he may be able to have more value in a PR league, but he has top five fantasy potentially does but there are those reservations that you need to pay attention to as well. So that's why we're kind of keeping him a little bit down after Joe Mixing I have Kenyan Drake, and then Austin Eh to round out this tear now Kenyan drake thrived when he went over to cliff kings berries offense last year a lot of ten personnel out of one running back. That means there's a lot of limited boxes that means light man boxes and that means Kenyan drake and be given. The ball is incredibly explosive player who was underutilized down there Miami. I like Kenyan drake but chase Edmunds at somebody targeting late Andrass because she said, Mr, very talented running back to, and that's the backup to Kenyan drake. So I'm not one hundred percent sure on his longevity throughout a fantasy season or how that split is going to work. So I can see chase edmunds eating into the workload of Kenyan drake. That's why Kenyan drake gives me a little bit of. Pause, but once he went over to cliff Kingsbury team last season, he was able to really show how good he really is kind of proved everybody right all the people who are true. There's him coming out. Of Alabama, if you owned him last season, you love the drake, you know you love them you do not hate the drake last season but maybe this, you may end up hating the drake but. Once. He went over to Arizona Clip Kingsbury gave him..

"A lot of offs have so much opportunity in such a high powered offense where demons are not going to be able to key in on. Clyde. Birds Allaire they're gonNA have to worry about tyree kill they're going to have to worry about Travis Kelsey. They're gonNA have to worry about the speed of someone like Nicole Hardman so I look at Clyde Edwards layer there. And I think he's just a little bit safer than the next person I'm going to talk about and which come in at six. Which Dolphin Cook, and I liked album cook I think Alvin Cook. He wrote me to the championship last year before he got hurt. A couple of my leagues but I think that shoulder injury carries a little bit concern is entering a contract season him in the vikings just cut off all their conversations about as new contracts. So this could be his final year in Minnesota I believe in the skillset of Alexander Madison who may be implemented more. So now that he's in his second season, you also have Kevin's too fancy leaving. You still have Gary Kubiak expect. Alvin, cooked a still get a lot of carries inside the file. Again, he had twenty one of those inside the five yard line, which is excellent fantasy football. He converted nine of them into touchdowns he was targeted over sixty times had fifty three receptions as. Well. So he has a really good utilization in a pretty solid offense and built around the outside zone and the inside zone and running the football and I think he's a really talented running back somebody who can help when you delete, but he's dealt with injuries his entire career. He really burned a lot of people last year when he ended up suffering that injury too. So that's why I have Clyde Edwards Allaire above him at six but I still feel like someone like Alan Coca somebody you should feel safe drafting in the middle of the first round and be okay. Got My running back one. He's a really solid running back one of the next person I have in here. Is. A variants kind of pick for me. He comes in at seven and that is derrick. Henry now Derrick Henry everything going right he's going to help when you fantasy championships. There's no doubt about it, but he needs those things that go right? He needs his defense. To, hold onto leads tot allow. Opposing offenses to blow them out because he's script dependent what I mean by game script dependent is the titans are going into the fourth quarter down by fourteen down by seventeen. They're not GONNA rely on Derrick Henry and that rushing attack as much. They're going to need to pass the ball. They're going to need to go more up tempo and I think Barrington Evans rookie running back who will talk about dumb sure. Some time throughout this season will be on the field is at third down back 'cause Henry has never had over eighteen receptions. Last year was his first time ever having eighteen receptions he's never had more than that. Has Number had more than twenty receptions in a season. His past game utilization is not there and that carries concern for me. In the first round, you also lose Jack Conklin Titans. He goes in the with the browns draft the kid out of Georgia who owned a little skeptical on but he's a big body. He's strong at the point of attack. But there's a little bit more concerned with Eric Henry but I still have him coming in. At seven for me because you look. At what Mike if we want to do with defense is capable of doing, they're going to run the football. He's going to get the carries he had over three hundred carries last year, and I expect him to get around that. If things go right for the titans and if you trust and Ryan Tannehill to run this offense I do think tannahill success is also driven Derrick Henry Success Costano Uber efficient in the red zone last year and I look at some unlike Derrick Henry Derrick Henry with somebody who received eleven carries within the five yard line per seven of them two touchdowns gigantic he had forty five carries in the red zone concerted thirteen of them two touchdowns. Derrick Henry is just a really good football player really big really strong football player football player that defenders do not really want to tackle in the fourth quarter and I think he'll be on the field ally. The titans are playing well play in the AFC south. So again, that means they're playing the AFC. And the NFC north this year in terms of their schedules and I know there's a lot of turnover when it comes to schedules year by year but you still want to be cognizant of whether schedule May look like again he's sort of a higher variants kind of player for me but if the titans are on and you're going to get another still there and he can also help you win the championship because he's an absolute stud coming in a number eight for me would be Josh Jacobs and the nine would be mile sanders I know Mile Sanders just suffered that. This past week and I want to kind of let wait and see and evaluated. He's going to be ready for week one before I kind of knock him down. If he's not going to be that, he will get knocked down a peg but I do like Mile Sanders imprint absolute breakout this year because he's a complete done on Josh Jacobs. What hap- hired a little bit higher than him Jon. GRUDEN. Seems to just Gush About Josh Jacobs and. Once again, a little bit more involved in the receiving game i. hope that is going to be a case for someone life Josh Jacobs, but I, still feel like he's an absolute stud who is slipping to like the..

"Inside zone heavy system where the office of line was never cohesive. He had two hundred and seventeen carries despite missing those games I expect that to go up if he stays healthy, obviously I expect his past game utilization to go up spec Jason Garrett who didn't necessarily do this with Ezekiel Elliott but I expect him to utilize Saquon Barkley more in the passing game specially because the giants defense is so bad we may be seeing. A lot of dump offs. In the fourth quarter, we may be seeing the team playing competitively all four quarters and I, think this could really lend saquon Barkley to just ascending kind of really establish himself as this dominant fantasy option in this upcoming season a lot more people were down are down on him going in because he burned a lot of people. Last year but that was just the circumstances. A lot of people are really tracking saquon. Barkley. His ADP is right around two and three depending on where you are looking according to Yahoo. He's the second overall draft player according to average Dra- position Ezekiel Elliott is after him and he's my second overall player as well especially in terms of running back but. Again. In these drafts target, you're running backs. There's a lotta solid running backs in this year's draft. So you want to target these running backs and you can get a Michael Thomas a little bit later. I feel like you can get guys like Robert Woods later on in your drafts in the fourth round and stuff like that. So I would load up on your running backs early, and if you WANNA go for a tight end and say the tooth or the one to turn with two three turn if you're that lucky depending on. How many people are in your leagues go up after Travis Kelsey. But we'll get that. We'll talk about that a little bit later but definitely Saquon Barkley would be my number two followed by Zeke Elliot who is an incredibly talented running back in his own right? He's model of consistency when it comes to fantasy football people were talking down on him last year I'm not sure why he gets all the opportunity he had over three hundred cares. He's only one of two running backs that had over three hundred carries along with Derrick Henry And he's also had fifty four receptions last year on sixty eight targets being utilized a bit more in the passing game I think Tony Pollard is GonNa come in and steal a little bit value from him. But he's still a Li fantasy option. He's my number three running back and in standard leaves I would even probably put him over someone like Saquon, Barkley by in this pr half point pbr kind of format I would take Barkley over him as he you'll. Elliott is an absolute stud. As well, he gets all the red zone usage for the team. He led the League in Red Zone carries with sixty one attempts converting eleven, two touchdowns it inside the five hundred eighteen attempts converting ten two touchdowns, which is a pretty solid effective rate right there in lead the league that running back red led the league in that would be doubt in cook followed closely by Christian McCaffrey, but you can't go wrong with Ezekiel Elliott do not overthink he would be my number three followed very closely. By Alvin Kamara, who is my number three? If it's full point pbr because he catches so many passes, but in Standard Leagues would be but number four, Alvin Kamara comes right there is aimed ptr leagues especially full point I'd probably take Alvin Kamara over Ezekiel Elliott depends on how you want to weigh the risk factor I. think zeke Elliott is more safe than Alvin Kamara reportedly Kamara dealt with a lot of injuries. Last season forced him to Miss Multiple Games and he was playing through the injuries but the guy still receives over ninety targets. Every season with drew brees who has a dying arm drew brees looking to dump the. Ball. Off The playmakers and Camara is right there. That's how he's utilized. You can just lock in that he's going to have over ninety targets this year probably over eighty receptions and he's probably going to do a lot better on the ground. I'm expecting a much better back season last year he only had six total touchdowns five one receiving expect the receiving touchdowns the go up I expect rushing touchdowns to go up. So I look at someone like Alvin Kamara who makes so many players missing space coming off of an injured year people are Kinda sleeping on him he's only twenty five years old I really expect him to kind of. Show over one. How good he really is because I do believe in his contact balance I do believe in his vision I, do believe in his ability to make players missing space. These are all things that Alvin Kamara has done at such a high level for a long time and he wasn't really able to showcase it last year and yes, he had forty two averted tackles last year which ranked in the top fifteen but I think he can do a lot better than that if he. Is, fully healthy, Alvin Kamara also a player who is utilized in the red zone despite his slight slater flew frame I. Guess you can say Look Latavius. Murray's will also vulture some of his touchdowns brings him down a little bit for me and like really really short yardage situations but Alvin Kamara somebody that I would take if I had the fourth overall pick in fantasy drafts. If it was a four point pr I'd probably take them third over someone like Ezekiel. Elliott. So that's definitely in my. Fifth pick. A little bit out there but he skyrocketed aboard especially after Damian Williams opted out of the season and that's Clyde and. Away, we don't want any previous stats to go off of from twenty, nine nineteen but we do have is this tape I? Studied him coming out of Lsu and was not shocked that he was the first round pick because he was so heavily utilized in the passing game I thought he was solid as a pass protector college, but there's going to be a real big difference between passed protecting in college and passed protecting in the NFL. So I look clad Edwards allaire he's on such a high powered offense is going to be more than likely the highest scoring team in football again in twenty twenty and that's GonNa result to. Red Zone opportunities is going to result to inside five carries and he's basically. Pitcher Damian. Williams. Last year was a really effective running back for the Kansas City. Chiefs any had the McCoy kind of altering offer them a little bit and I expect Brasileira just do that only much better. Expect him to get much better as the year progresses to me top five fantasy option this season i. know he's a rookie I. Know there's some risk carried with that boy. The chiefs strapping them in the first round, they want to employ his skill set and he's going to just be a recipient of a lot of targets..

Contagion of fear, uncertainty infect financial markets

"Ask when the bond market rarely rarely fall that's how the last couple of weeks today down seven basis points and it feels like nothing on a ten year one point one two percent is your guild and phone exchange dollar strength through yesterday brutal in the phone exchange market today no different the taller stronger against pretty much everything can G. ten once again makes a promise and that's been the story of the last week or so it's a confluence of all these shocks people just looking to hide cash park it at while they get through this volatility but also all of the companies in it that are not the U. S. who have found themselves in dollars set of currency hedges I mean there's so many factors that are playing into this the result as you said yesterday two levels even matter anymore I'm not sure what they do at the moment SO you wanna pick an example take sterling technically and politically when cable drops below one twenty decent entry point but a lot of support that over the last four years since the brexit vote right now looking gay I was looking at the chart yes that you and I were talking about and I just thought I wonder the flash crash log of twenty sixteen and October actually matters here does that level actually matter in any way shape or form we went through that like an I. three Bucks up with a one fourteen handle cable two Mondays ago yeah the one thirty two handle on cable it is moved so quickly so fast yeah and and that's supposedly a developed market right we we talk about what these are trading like emerging market currencies if you take a look at true emerging market currencies take a look at the Mexican peso it is just absolutely plunged versus the dollar it's now trading twenty four more than twenty four per dollar right now and that the weak as it's ever been in history what if I send my fears such films in capital D. to decapitate the boss of all bosses and the dollar feels like the possible asset classes and like it we think it's how you need to do the proper thing to do the African on this product I like S. Tom Kean comes back well I think he may want to kind of come back what you've told him he wasn't allowed to come back until at last come back next week but I think I'm gonna tell him he has to stay home and do it from his apartment but maybe we'll still hear you speak Italian and maybe or maybe not let's forget Jordan righteous they shall enumerate G. ten FX strategist used to be a neighbor of mine a long long time ago really don't try to catch up these through these things you said to me last week when I change the link and I was like okay Jordan when I take that sounds punchy we went through that like it was nothing the rating was John I mean could sell things fast enough we've we've sold two weeks ago three weeks ago we sold again yesterday and it fell to an office and within ten minutes it was pretty pretty often our clients and the question keeping will make its stock and will make a stop or wait pulled down the virus the incomes of the stunning Pacific angle it's when we get to a level whereas the flows stop comes what islands in the U. K. is actually built seventy years of leverage years of external vulnerabilities that its current account that say you know that balance of U. K. economic trade flows financial Clayton circle from government spending it's been a deficit anywhere between three to six percent of GDP not yet so that builds up and builds and builds up and you got all this external imbalances sensually coming out and and you got U. K. corporate meeting dollars you've got a lot of external investors needing back cash so that selling on the U. K. well and so we ask the question I mean I said one eighteen G. last week because that would be easy answer one other question if it's bigger level where is that where the current account goes into problems when the market will calm down and from all of our not to the point across the street as well as you will recall their fundamental equity in exchange right at the level and the current account goes into a pond and you stop having those that deficit problems you get level such as one to one eight five against the dollar against the euro at five one three one six of the novels so these are pretty scary levels we haven't seen those levels ninety eight people that's all that would be extremely strong for the plaza accord but given what's going on in markets this is a very completely different shock complied two thousand eight we just have to keep our minds open and like you said you said white in a few weeks ago I'm not a big deal while we're now looking at one o'clock the one I five hundred another mistake why keep making increasingly is drawing the line back to fundamentals in a market like the one run right now it's for exchange isn't this for just about illiquidity and technicals and a massive massive demand for U. S. dollar yeah I mean you know one night the man will run out will be at a stage where everyone has what they need and I don't think that's why now live because you just go years of the a leveraged position building up and it's also a function of investors wanting to get cash and so even provisions are making money such as the long gold trade that was made by the old old long fixed income money traded I was making money what happened is asset managers are having them vested pullout it makes sense given that the risk off environment so even good trade underperforming Sir is a nightmare there's a question where where is all this money going what are people doing with these dollars since you just need it in your bank account if your if your example someone has to pay the bills this month your record you're gonna call my healthy level could make their eyes that's what you need to call and see just seeing a lot of people draw down the savings and so when we look at different economies who had very low savings right shares are high thank right shares yeah we are starting to see a class in the country hi savings ratios under a little less stress I mean everybody's on the strap of the stage the U. K. did stand out of the country that has a very low savings rate shock brexit by another part of why we've seen this price action there's a concern here that we're getting close to something akin to if not I'm certainly not a run on the banks because the banks are flush with capital and they also have the backs up of central banks but a run on markets and and and there's sort of a question about the circuit breaker you talk about the virus but in terms of the technical selling pressure that you talk about in terms of margin coals or redemptions or foreign companies with swaps how far into what sort of ironing that out our way I do very hard question to answer photo on the bank you're right much more secure in two thousand eight hello a lot of the investment banks have got to have hands to transfiguration hold one years waffle overnight funding requirements so you don't have a similar situation my soul of RBS guns bust back in the heyday of the night's coming issues such as banks on a much better place is not a rush and is that unlike a bank runs let's just say that on the second part of your question I think it does boil down to what will make you stop and it's taking away from the U. K. and making more specific virus if women ruled in fact the hunt for at least two weeks from the county and the lockdown one government stock loosen them so take China for example that might be our best indicator of how this might play out we have two weeks three weeks four weeks of what damages government container Natchez well sometimes you can pop in central workers and then when we get signs that the vice it contains I think that might be the might of the market South Boston because we might get a sense of how deep the pain is and then we can stop twice in recovery because like now we have almost took my V. shaped recovery short shop had been something spectacle god it's now more like usual L. shaped stories but essentially if you think about you I think we have a weak Q. two now and that's when the bank the rolling into at the end of this month will be about pricing that recovery in Q. three and Q. all they could be W. shakes his number one we could see what happens two thousand eight we have the global financial crisis and then if you'd like to order barring that the euro crisis so we could see a couple of tricky is that this is like a very very long I any other letters Justin just with now bottom savings lake that's what it feels like Jordan for many people right now and at risk of getting a few steps ahead of us out to do it once you have some icons of thinking about some of these big issues at the moment because there is a worry and we poured up repeatedly on this program the even after this health crisis fades this particular episode will Spock appeared of defaults and de leveraging this stays with us for quite a while what are people saying to you about that Jordan everyone pretty much agree with the assessment that John in terms of how this plays out we have the recovery by W. SZCZEG W. credit he felt the B. Adeline the we are failed out essentially we have governments that have been very tough it's quite some time as such in America looking a bit more socialist I'm take equity stakes comply without him being out yesterday several companies that they deem worthwhile and if it means they'll be a pair of uncertainty knowing last year thanks that I noted that already single stop nines have shown signs of being resilient buses others using telecoms and other factor I think I'm about the president a global page recent differentiation going on that but essentially what is corruption credit spreads for the next year I think because don't be a fundamental driver of equity especially and for example if there is a long and politically you have a counterparty risk and you'll be dealing with clients being with crackle pets wondering what the level of default with care on this option so could be a lot more talk about even externally devices be contained within the next two weeks outside it will still have repercussions in the months

"News and notes from around the League. Hi this is big big news guys the NFL draft is legitimately going to have a boat. They're GonNa have a fountain the NFL draft going to be on on the water on of the Bellagio. It's going to be built out. And then they're going to bring the players to the draft stage on a boat route. Mike Mike saw this yesterday. We're in we're in the office. And he's like Oh my gosh they're gonNA put the stage on the fountains of the Bellagio and boat players to it. And I I let him know. I had seen them like Mike No. I pretty sure that's a hoax. That is I mean that's not really. That's funny goof bread's good it's in Vegas but but as like not for real. I hope it's super super for Real Clark County. Nevada verified twitter account is sharing the the plans and Yeah that's legit. I hope they forget to turn the fountains off. Oh Yeah and the sprinklers. Come come on in the yard. I hope it instead of sprinklers. Everyone's just getting power-wash de Anima shot up into the air. The things are ferocious power. Jason Roger Goodell gets forty feet selassie down. I can't wait to see all of the fancy suits with the life jackets jackets on. What does if you're getting boat I? It's ironic or feet of water here. We were just there. We just walked by Balaj. Yo for the Fancy Sports and Gaming Association Creation Conference and I asked You two gentlemen how much I'd have to pay to take jetskis out on that for an hour just to you know time. The number one pick request to Jetski. Oh a borough I mean Levin the borough he. He's got the swag yeah if anyone's GonNa ask for a jet ski he's GonNa GonNa do it. Look at the end of the day. I just saw the ratings for the Conference Championship Games and they were. They were good inasmuch as both games drew more than forty million viewers but they were actually down. I'm from last year. And there's only one way to combat that and it is obviously a draft on the water so well done. NFL Some other fantasy relevant news the browns are expected to hire ex redskins offensive line and What temporary head coach Bill and this is very interesting? Kevin Stefanski run heavy coach. I'm I'm out man you with how we run the how much we run this ball Bill Callahan. More more man than Kevin's too fancy when it comes to run the ball got production out of Adrian freaking Peterson on Washington ten. Who could do nothing for a while with Dwayne Haskins like? We're very very early in the process. But if you if if you're not getting excited D- for Nick Chubb Right now. Then a you are not alive if Kareem Hunt signed somewhere else as is very much in the realm of possibility. And you've got the Callahan. Lead desire to run offense with Nick. Chubb there that's going to be a top five. There were a lot of people in Stefanski went to Be The head coach of the browns. That said well. Let's not. Oh you know it's not just apply the Delvin Cook success. What he wants to do as the head? Coach is that more Zimmer. Well you don't go higher Bill Callahan right unless you are leaning into your strength and the truth is that's the strength of that offense. You're not we saw last year. You know say whatever you want about Baker Mayfield ceiling range of outcomes he wasn't able to just muster up a successful offense on improvisation on getting outside the pocket on overcoming the offensive line. There team ran you know their offense was successful. Because of Nick Chub and cream and so I would just go as far as to say even if Kareem Hunt is coming back. I am very enthusiastic about this offense nick. Chubb season was not dependent on touchdowns and it was not dependent on the passing game work and success in in the passing game so I still think it's a very stable base for a top ten running back if Sanski Callahan there even with hunt personally. Yeah I agree so Kyle Shanahan. Seven Coleman suffered a dislocated shoulder in the title game. So we'll see if he's available. I would be projecting Brita for more work than Coleman but it we'll see if Kalman's active then He'll probably be involved in. The big game is going to be juiced as the big game. Jay Gruden off. This is a big deal man offensive coordinator for the Jacksonville. Jaguars Jay Gruden. It didn't work out for him to be a head coach. I mean I thought he did. Alright we did okay. Yeah good I thought he did okay. he maybe even did better than he should have given his circumstances but what. It's a long long time ago. But you guys remember Andy Dalton. Oh Jay Gruden was the O C for Cincinnati. There's a reason Jay Gruden went from from. OC To head coach and it's because of what he was able to do when he was an offensive coordinator with the bengals. I think this is a really solid higher and You know it's I think it's good news for Leonard Fournette and I'm excited to see what he can do. That is a great news for Gardner or Nick Foles. Well that's going to depend on. Who the the starting quarterback that's a that's under the mattress way of asking? Who's The quarterback Jason? I think it's going to be Garner. Okay yeah the hiring of Jay gruden leans more towards foles than not but we'll see the the truth is and we had Who who is my lifelong flung favorite head coach huge? That's true you Hugh Jackson. He came out and said that you shouldn't hold his Brown's record against him and I'm like like I'm picture in the application. The coaching application Jay. Gruden like if you have coached the Washington redskins you get the Asterix and then the asterix you look down at the bottom of the page agent it says is the redskins right and in the Asterix for Hugh Jackson is the Browns so gruden did a lot with what he had there. I thought you know firing him was just like the next thing on the list to do for dissatisfaction in your team but nothing to do with his performance. I like him I think he's good for Jacksonville and That's the news that against Snee- you went winless man. That's impossible what that impossible because you did. It almost did it twice which AH super impressed Outta here. AFL enough beat the ballers presented by monkey knife fight. All right the running back truth. Part two coming up. I I want to jump into beat the ballers last week. Congratulations foot clan. You who played most dirt destroyed us now. Mike was the best of the three of us. He only beat twenty eight percent of the foot clam with forty five points. That's what Derrick Henry Travis. Kelsey tyreek Hill Hill had a great week Chelsea Henry Kelsey not so much might be twenty eight percent of you. Jason beat eighteen eighteen percent of you with forty points. I just eleven percent of you. You're welcome with thirty six points. You got most started as well. Because you took San Francisco players I had NATO Moses Samuel Yeah so five hundred twenty eight users beat us last week. Shared the shameful shared the monetary reward for doing so the ballers bowl is coming the ballers bowl means. There's a ten thousand dollar prize next week. We are going to each pick one player. You're from the Super Bowl and we're going to form one team great. Most you're GONNA take most. I don't WanNA spoil next week but there's no way I'm not taking him. Oh so talk I mean we gotta talk about. This is a group right. WE'RE GONNA put one team together. The three of us one player each if you beat us next week and the ballers bowl. There's a ten thousand dollar prize pool heading your way. More of those details are coming next week when we make the picks and we'll tell you how to enter. Obviously if you beat us if you are not going to well in the past over the last yes if you've beaten us and you've got your bowlers bowl entries. You'll be able to add as many entries as you've won an think andy for your free entry I'm glad we've rotated back to me being the stink. I think it's never been the sting. Jason and I have been alternating stink. Maybe we should have Mike pick maybe pick most hurt and you should pick tyreek so that we don't miss this thing you so you think if I pick most are and you pick tyree we're doomed doomed because that's what happened two weeks ago or what am I just pick our team. That would also help the equation. My shoulders already. Do you think that a lot of people out there playing beat the ballers. It's been a really fun sometimes. It's pretty fun. Do you believe that the people out there are wanting us to have a really good roster no so if they beat us they get a larger larger share of the okay or they hoping like Oh man we just we stink and it is easy linens. I would imagine they want us to be just worse than their score score regardless of what that means but.

"Player in our recap so let's start there. I mean and how funny is it that his first touchdown of the season since week one happens prime time because of course it does. Nobody started him in a fantasy. Lineup was this is how you probably started him. In a play-off beat the ballers lineup. Who's touching that man? So so we are. We're already scaly working I'm changing all of our spreadsheets. Are Doxa behind the scenes for the twenty twenty maybe kate which presale all starts on the super bowl the time but the reality is we're in this in between phase where I can look at every single projection. We made last year down to you. Know down to every passing attempt to complete target and what what their results were and just look across the board. How did we do on everything and it was so funny to see Sammy Watkins? It was like Oh. I had him down for seven touchdowns he got three if we won an and nothing. I think that there was fun to look at this morning. We're going through. Like the rookies looking. How we project a Mile Sanders Devon single terry? Some of those players Dalvin Cook you know had the big year we hit on quite a few. It was fun to look there. Were certainly it was funny. The big outliers like we all project to Christian McCaffrey to be the very to perform very well this year. But then you look at the stat line of what we've projected to what he did because you can't we can't mean good conscious exactly. You can't project checked demand for what he did. No that's not fair that's not right you can't project I mean like the projections. Were I had very good projections for Derrick Henry right but not really ever Michael Thomas except not really because we didn't project super other-worldly career years. Yeah you can't and you can't go in in project twenty touchdowns for somebody over the course of the year fifteen total touchdowns. Apparently we are still giving away a sign Sammy Watkins Helmet at McLean giveaway dot com. That's why that's why he he had a big game because he's like. Oh Man I got a boost the value that helmet so let me narrow the focus of this promotion if you are a Kansas.

"I can see my plumber in pimlico or wherever <hes> all of a sudden now being overwhelmed with the auctions that have got so how do you actually give them back control to make informed decisions and we had a managed. I'm really worried <hes>. I'm going to share my my data david who shared it with somebody else and somebody else really loss. Even though i said yeah i want that loan or something there was one person or two person band then go to find the time to sift through all the different offerings and that could be going through quickbooks sage zero zero and actually know which one is right for me or going through which bank account or a finding the time to do that so that's some of these additional services income as well at recommendation engines actually taylor genuinely tailored to you and your business. We've bungled products. Jim means so it's it's going to be a tricky. One that i think is the richer the the product offerings becoming the better the services. We've got to be aware of that now as me as as david plummer register. That is the plumber all of a sudden. I've got so many things going on which one i how do i manage it how to manage that. I thought take complexity away and we've got to rest and you know intuitive services that are easy to use. I think this isn't something that hasn't been seen in other industries. This is bound taking best practice ratchet understanding the i mean the fundamental jobs that consumers you're really wrigley trying to do and then meeting them with good service. You know the if you think about the complexities now of all of the different things that sits in most people's mobile phones today actually there abstracted distracted by good customer experience and that fundamentally is probably the thing. That's been most missing from a from the s._m._e. Market really we. We've been in a situation where despite like the fact that s._m._e.'s materially shift g._d._p. In this country that they've just been underserved for such a long period of time say i honestly think this is bizarrely the beginning any of this story the you know go back to this will happen in the first place with you know i'll be asked problems and williams england and everything that happens. It's tough out to be a pretty damn good ending ending you know for for the s._m._e.'s in this space for june twenty five million pound coming into this area is pretty impressive but the end of the beginning yes. "Of the foam which is the incentivize switching fund and that <hes> the the first round of banks were eligible for that was announced earlier this year and that was nine existing banks that were basically given money to encourage ridge customers s._m._s. customers to switch their offerings but it was very specific types of somme well. I think there was a lot of caveats which has a means could be eligible for it and my understanding is that there's still some money left in that pool so that once you guys will get going more banks can be eligible for that pool as well once fundament running. Yeah i mean i mean nationwide. We submitted an application were accepted in the initial ru but on the basis that what we're bringing to market was dependent on us success and we did we resubmitted in june in got reentered right will only go obviously your business current account is not ready for market yet and we're working with partners to do that when we're ready will come in and join the scheme depending on how much of the dowries which is the money which is given to the and is dependent on the size of the business big business to bigger incentive to switch which away from rb s.'s provided and then we'll join the scheme with whatever switching off of that we decided time wants our business current account is fit and ready for the for the market but today has made think you have seen. It's made a difference not quite the difference that you hope and there's still work to do. I think anchors andy referred to try and get the confidence for customers because cast has been out there for the actually gasworks and businesses do jews and it takes some some of the stress out of switching sorry. Is this where the two funds sort of interactive like. I know full well y and moved from lloyds to monzo underpass right so you so you need an alternative capability in innovation from that. That's the thing that lights at least some alternatives go and all the data asymmetry through the guns of the alex is doing a completely eroded in us so that this idea that i stay with my bank because they've known me for years and that must give me an advantage i i think that's the nuance as well because even if you look at the retail side of you say to people all did you know you can switch your bank in seven days not do for you and why would i do that so there's still an amount of that on the assamese hops even more so like x. as david said elliot. It's just a red balloon or a metal guard rub plastic card but that's not enough. I don't know one of those accounts. I think i'll probably make for that. I think that's that's the point around. I keep saying to bio competition or choice. I think people have had choice for a long time which is like red won't they won't but actually creating competition a market where services are actually the thing that differentiates in which organization you're actually choose from that feels like it's a you know that's when organizations nations are working to help s._m._e.'s rather than working to maybe extract with funds from the estimates. Get the point around service..

"But they need to use the need to provide the education and confidence that they use them for the benefit of their business and what we build it we gotta make sure that that we're building something that we can create and tasked with them to make sure some of their openly gonna use and make a difference. That's really really important for us to think to today. So that might cherries right. I think it's quite a lot wrong with say looking incumbents and around lending which pools around and our research just enormous systems of people putting what should be cost debt onto credit cards for instance so take out a loan is seen as failure relevant fuel for growth all doc some incredibly creative terms with friends and family for full full and people feeling like they weren't necessarily adult in their relationship with that business because the money had come from parents and things and all of these things that products they exist but the incumbent environment just isn't educating or offering or whatever it is. There's something broken and again. Lots of the things in the bbc are women's will will go squarely into addressing awesome stuff. I think there's a there's a lot of kind of financial literacy stuff which is implied in it if not necessarily explicit but it's the kind of the point virginia this is andy made earlier about what we see a lot of the retail space personal financial management and helping you be better at managing your money so you know talking about being too low nasim when.

"We had pitch team. That did actually roll up. We typically clear banks all right so we didn't go out and spend a lot of money with external contractors or consultants is try and help us. We wouldn't go actually we know how business inside and out how we set at the bank in the first place the same people who set up the same people that built at the same people that actually issue through an ongoing involved in these pitch so we kind of went on that journey with hand in hand retied and we worked together collaboratively it was it was it was almost i can agile approach so we actually spent a lotta time but once you get into the funding and then you get a little a bit more you guys will look at me hopefully agree and we have project managers involved and then trying to work thailand your commitments. Were they actually going to be presented back and is a little bit like dragons them when you get get to that point and watch your business plan almost how you going to do this. How much of a resource commitment is it so i'm looking around the room thinking it's quite significant results committed. I think pool william probably was quite similar in terms of what you're required to do and you know have involved in the team that are bid process and pitch to the which was interesting process recess and timely piece but it was documentation to fill in. It's quite a significant in a set format that you have to in a in a sets form is very much from an h._r. Perspective being monitoring market in our opinion to complete the process and then presenting the end of being really clear to andrew's point what you're willing to commit and to do for those money so we put a lot of resource into it kotler of rigor strong review from from our executive committee and board and we're clear about what we were willing to submit and commit to and then had that what rigors challenge from the b._b._c. are both posts submission in terms of questions. She's headed our bid on a couple of rounds and then in the pitch that we gave to cromwell in the rest of the team which was quite a time bound commitment to get get in the main points to answer. The questions came up with but i know the process for pussies day was slightly different <hes> poland ambi which were which were similar. Would you want to tell us but addicts in particular you. You're one of the smaller companies that are involved here so so the resource commitment to you is almost a different cost benefit analysis supposed to maybe nationwide saying everybody's could've put significant resolve to this but nationwide. I think we could all agree has more resources. Perhaps available than the company of your size. So how do you get to that journey. We think right. It's worth us doing this. Yes subversive it was it was probably unusual that we found the whole thing really much arrogant rather easy we <hes> read the goal of the pool d which is facilitated the commercialization of fans technology relating to me's and like us so so we really just wrote down our business plan gave them a roadmap and just said we're going to ask this and do it quick for us. I mean the difference they say it's stop us to pitching for potentially for explaining the ideas and the money. That's a different skill set. Isn't it have you maybe consider consider changing your procurement methods based on their experience through this as we take some phone turnover cuban people come in and review our bake and give them the view and we did get some external help to to help us as well make sure we were shown on the money they keywords..

"<music> hello and welcome to fintech insider insights. I'm david and i'm joined by my colleague and co-host sarka ski. Has it's going well. It's the sun's finally out it is. I know it's been a misty sort of weird london week. Isn't it very english. Some of us for it is well. Hopefully this is going to break to the mood someone if not sound side but definitely in the rim we aren't going to be talking today about the obvious remedies fund who are the winners of pools a._b._c._d. And see because that's how it was was announced widely. We're here to talk about the road to winning those grants the that's gonna have on the industry and what is actually going to deal with all that money so we're joined today by some special guests just happened to be big winners of the different pools so at least you just totaled up. Actually we've got about one hundred twenty five million of the fund. That's been awarded wooded in <hes> in this room which is pretty go in itself so i we have andy smith. Who is the c._t._o. Over clay has gone not bad david not bad. Thanks very get. We have alex cardona. Who is the co founder at kodak's. How's it going good thing. We have robe angus. Who is the chief propositions and finance officer officer over at nationwide for business. Thank you very good and we have some brown. Who is the head of business over at atom bank. How's it going along relax than a week ago. We'll come to that full shadowing indeed okay. Let's get started with the show so i up sarah before we probably get into this. I guess the twenty five million pound question is widely is the obvious remedies fund so i'm gonna keep this fairly brief because we have touched on this quiet a lot recently but in summary and also please jump in if i get any of this wrong people around the appropriate of the paperwork and find details benefit but long long story short obvious was bailed out by the u._k. Government after two thousand eight crisis by proxy or the u._k. Taxpayers to the tune of around forty five billion pounds <hes> <hes> in pretend that you could give him a pissing shares post crisis. The bank agreed to a number of conditions one of which was spent a part of the business to encourage competition so the plan and was to resurrect to brand called williams and glyn which had been absorbed into our bs and the plan was split it back out again and have that as a bank that would serve small more medium sized enterprises in the u._k. It didn't quite go to plan there. Were there were numerous. Numerous things is went wrong and long story short. We had to come up with an alternative so plan b was the remedies package which was a lump sum funding to be handed. I an independent body known as the banking competition remedies body or be which was going to hand that money back out again to <hes> eligible companies basically it was actually split into two the bit way hits talk about today's the capability an innovation fund there was also the incentivized centralized switching fund which we will come to no doubt toledo cost the capability and innovation fund was divided into four pools those david mentioned earlier elia so was to facilitate the development of more advanced business current account offerings and cillari products s._m._e.'s in the u._k. <hes> so the winner from that pool that we have is clipping pool b was to facilitate the modernization of existing business current account offerings or the development development of new business current accounts or ancillary product propositions estimates in the u._k. The winner we have from that group is to visit the expansion of business this offerings to include lending all payment services to estimates in the u..

Patriots Release WR Jordan Matthews After Significant Hamstring Injury, sign 1-year deal with Erick Decker

"What does he go play outside in a different sport now? Oh, yeah. Yeah. I mean six. Nine, whatever you gonna play when he gets blasted over the middle, is he gonna come back to the bra, took you seem stitching. His nose play with a mass drop sixty one on on on on the Hornets as broken. No, but he. Loved asked, and he'd be going around with a different mentality. That's a whole different ball football and basketball player. The why differently? Enough, realize it always comes back to this guy at some point. Thank you for being here. It's always good to get. Tom Brady is wide receiver group seems to constantly change and the patriots Jordan Mathews yesterday after he signed a one year deal this off season, but he reportedly suffered a significant hamstring injury on Sunday, the patriots maybe adding former titans wide receiver, Eric decker who worked out for the team this week. And yes, remember they will be without Jillian men for the first four games of the season. Shannon, what does this tell you. Kills me that a coach Bela checks. You gonna pull some weight or you guys to go. He was, I guess he was practicing whale playing well, and then he got Nick hamstring and coach Bela check says, you know what? You're not going to be doing this any good rehabbing on our dime. So we'll let you go ahead and go bring air Dicker and it looks like they're gonna sign deck, Jordan Mathews skip. I mean he really hasn't played well since he's left chip Kelly. I mean close to nine hundred yards. I two years, but he's always had this injury almost half thousand. Yeah, he's always had this injury bug that just popped up and I'm sure that factor the coach Bela checks decision of, yeah, you know, I was kinda hoping you're over this bug. Now, the last couple years deck has also suffered the injury bug, but I do believe that Eric decker is an upgrade over Jordan Mathews. He had his best years playing who skip pate, Manny. So you have a guy in Tom Brady that knows what he's doing with the football knows where to go with the ball is in complete command of this offense. And so I expect him to is big debt comes in this offense. I can see him catching. Forty fifty balls especially with Ellerman being the first the first four gay. Hell gronk it's still there not. He's still look at Tom Brady, Tom Brady can win without grunk, but you look at his numbers when gronk on the field. And you look at his numbers when gronk and on the field, this ubstantially different and plus decades. The mole grant Etima you know, they got Gatica got all all the Gallic, a guy. He likes to kind of look, Chris HOGAN. Now. L. look like. Thing shattered shock. I've been trying to tell you for two years Bill. Bella check can get away with near murder when it comes to the white outs this because it just doesn't matter. He has the greatest quarterback in the history of pro football who's also to use your term the greatest makeup artist ever because he can just cover up all the blemishes. It just doesn't matter. Just giving that guy, Joe Smith investors. Investors as the greatest ever. You know what Joe said that under. So. Look what just happened. Jordan Mathews was sort of the off season Saini by the New England Patriots because June Matty's dot, some ability. He played at my school Vanderbilt, and he is still the SEC all time career leader in catches and yards caught. That's pretty great, Nancy. See, it's a pretty good. It's right. And he's still the all time. Career leader is Jordan. Mathews those three years in Philadelphia were they were great, but they were pretty good, right. And guess who fell in love with Jordan Mathews who loved him like a brother was walk into your got Carson Wentz. He loved him some Jordan Mathews and they traded Jordan Mathews straight up for Ronald Darby who's a really good player so that that shows you that buffalo really valued Jordan Mathews that he He was. was. That's that's pretty. That's eighty. Trae they needed receiver they had let wilder would grow in said, we walk and go market Goodwin was gong. Yeah, so they need. They need Darby's a first round talent. Yeah, he's a, he's a playmaking top to your cornerback and so they value Jordan. He's in buffalo, right? And Carson Wentz was devastated and told the Philadelphia media..
