"You got pregnant and you ended up having a miscarriage. And mean, you haven't talked about the you've been married now for how many years it was three years in January. And then I mean what you met him like six months before that. So this is almost four years. It's crazy. Now. And I'm like the only person that even new yet. But can you can you tell us a little bit about that time? And yeah, I mean, I guess it's funny because it happened. And I remember I think I was in Kansas City, and I not gotten my period yet and so- Tanner, and I went out and got pregnancy tests, and I took on that night because he was so on me about it. Right. And it came back negative. So we were like, oh, this is a relief. Like, maybe maybe we're fine. And then just had this feeling, and I was like, you know, what I'm gonna drink a bunch of water before I go to bed and take one in the morning. I took it in the morning, and it was positive, and it was so confusing. It was just like we adjust met, right? And we were newly engaged and the show is still airing the show is airing at the time. I pretty sure didn't you guys only have one time. We only had. You only had sex one time, though, is the crazy thing. So it was on her date into Quila, and we had a little too, much tequila. When went into Keila. I mean, and actually I mean Tanner's been comfortable with this. But like it wasn't like. It was kind of first time nerve sex like he really perform let me tell you. I just was like there's there's no way worry about. We weren't careful. We weren't being good humans and responsible humans. And then now, we're dealing with this unplanned pregnancy rate, and it was really hard because we we loved each other, obviously. And we were gonna try to make it work. No matter what. But it was also like I don't really really know you in the real world yet. And now we have this baby that could happen. And we're gonna start be starting a family like, wait. And there was a lot of motions. I mean, if I talk about if there was definitely like anger and frustration and there were points where even Tanner was like. I will. I don't know. Like, what are we going to do? And so it was it was a lot in then on top of that. Right. When we Finally I think were coming to terms with wanting wanting it and being happy about it. I had a miscarriage. And so that was like. Hards navigate right. And I think we really dislike put put it under the rug because we were afraid I mean, I hate to say that. But we were afraid of what people would think of us and the show is still airing. And everyone thought we were like this great couple, and we recover goals and wavered like the perfect success story off a paradise. And here we were with us secret kind of didn't tell anybody. But you I remember I was like I have to get this off my chest somebody, and you were there through a whole. I mean, we. Right now, you know, nobody understands what it's like to be filming. And the only person I feel like who could really understand me because we talk about everything, and I was having lots of sex in paradise. Yeah. Those were great stories. So yeah. Those are interesting. But yeah, I mean, I remember you calling me obviously like I didn't. I mean, I'll I knew to do is just listen because I didn't I had never been pregnant. I never been engaged. I didn't have any advice. I didn't. I was just like, okay. I can just listen and support, you know, support you through this. But I mean you were living in Kansas City. You didn't know anyone you just head Tanner. You had a secret you were trying to navigate through like this whole new relationship and it exploding on TV. And really the, you know, the magnifying glasses on you. I even so at this point because the show is still airing..

"Am I willing to put the time in stay in sticks long time declined? The equivalent of efforts, but it's an amazing event. So you got an open invite men. Thank you for a nice. Sincerely, appreciate that. So how long how long do they get to the twenty nine times take? So it it's it's twenty nine thousand feet. It's not it's it's in Utah. It's thirteen sonnets. The distance is different in Vermont seventeen thirty six hours to do it. So you can sleep you can eat. But you know, you can't really dilly dally beyond that. Let's fucking crazy about fabulous. But Jesse you've been very successful. You're all kinds of things you talked about the ups and downs. You've talked about it's not just one way. What was one thing that you did you likely vote was really good that you did for a long time that actually blocked you from success? I stayed in partnerships that probably shoulda gotten out of you know, because why would you do that? That's interesting. 'cause I think that's one of the things I see people do all the time not just in business, but in life, my reasons probably different than others. I state for Speidel African nation. So I haven't act- I'd never like I've always avoided confrontation by Norring it. So that's one of the reasons and the second reason is Iraq enrolling. We would make a lot of money to successful business. I wanna do other stuff, and I was prevented from doing it. Because I stayed in that in that entity for too long, you know, and ultimately, I did go and do my own thing. But that's one thing. I think I don't I don't regret it at all. I loved it. But looking back on it. Now, you know, you don't get you thirties and forties back. No back. So if you can something now, that's not working, and and you and you continue to thinking it's just gonna change over. He's gonna change. She's gonna change I'm gonna change the circumstance gonna change yet. Then ten years later. It has changed in your ten years old. So when you can identify something like that. Even things that are mega successful. You know, you have a company it's it's doing great. Everything's great. And you're making a lot of money your leader. All the things you talk about. That's great except there's a whole nother world out there. So I'm not saying, you know, everyone's like scale, we got a scale it. We got Rohit maybe. But at what expense, you know in a role in? That's great. But all the sudden Nyrop in role in your seventy or eighty you can't do what you wanna do when you're forty fifty. So you gotta way this thing. We talk about in the beginning life resonate. You know, you got away when it is important Quila. And what do you what do what do you regret when you're sitting there at eighty what did you do that you wish you did? You know? And it's gonna be like man, I wish I made more money. You know, it's just not it's going to be and we hear it. We know it, but we don't live it. We all hear the same thing. You're never gonna regret not. You work too hard yet. But everybody does now, of course, you gotta make a living. Of course, you have to feed you feed little kids. You wanna do stuff and take the -cations, and I get all that. But there's still time to carve out little fishing trip on the Hudson river, you know, that you won't regret instead of watching the Georgia football game. That's very good insight. What is what is the best piece of counter intuitive advice you ago? Some in that the everybody else would say, oh, you know, you should never do that. All you know, it would seem like it's the wrong thing to do. But it was absolutely right for you. I know this is a business show business leaders. So it's not going to be. It's not business device. Great. By the way remains before. We're business people though that that this opened up another five our conversation. So you don't have to go all the way down this path. But I was taught from an early age that breakfast is the most important meal have a big breakfast breakfast breakfast breakfast..

Oh, this is a this is a Ben central question. Ben, I need to know more about Dom. I've been following on Instagram. I'm a lifelong dancer, and I love jazz best. So choreography of some of my favorite next time. I come to allay, I'm gonna take his class. Anyway. How did you meet? How does he feel about? Bravo. Could we ever get them out as guest if anyone hasn't seen him yet? He is indeed hot. Oh, thank you Elson. So Dom is my boyfriend. He is a choreographer. He is fabulous. We met on Tinder. "But I noticed smell. Oh, man Rawson. I both have allergies. So I I don't know about you. But I can never smell anything. I can't either like eighty eighty five percent of the time. I can't smell. I can't either. Which is which is here's the thing. There's only two things that can that can really light my nose up, and that's either a very good smell or a very bad smell. Okay. I feel like I take it's like anything in between. In my nose. Can't even fucking sense that it's there. Yeah. Well, the thing that got my attention the other the on Saturday night was the smell of cheap tequila. Oh, good gorgeous too key. I I didn't see exactly what the kilo. That was being poured was Klag if yes showed her wasn't patrolling. But I I I was watching the game. And I turned my friend coach Bobby is also sort of doing over January, and he was sober with me he fell off the wagon for the Cowboys. I, but he was back on the wagon with me on Saturday. That's pathetic. So I was like holy shit. You smell that. He goes that kill him like. Yup. And we'd look to our right and somebody or forts Quila shots. And it was it was a really weird phenomenon. Just smell that from like eight feet away. Yeah. Like you. You don't you know, a bar generally kind of stinks. It's violating feeling the tequila in the fact that I have these allergies like, I don't smell the general bar, stinky, nece this I smelled like it woke me up in a sensory way that I was I was not prepared for inlet your brain. Because it's that weird phenomenon our brains like when you when you smell can bring back so many things it lights up your brain. With all the memories of the time, you blacked out onto Keelan pissed yourself or whatever. So you smell tequila in your brains like high alert. Yeah, we're in the zone. Oh, that's the Quila mistake able it wasn't like, oh, someone was Jan vodka. No, no. No, no. That was tequila. It was a chemical reaction. I felt it. Yeah. So that was funny to me that was something. I've never I could be at the bar after half, two drinks. And you you you never be like, oh, so my second tequila shots of there. You just don't care, right. It was weird. That was something that I was unfamiliar with the other. Thing that I noticed is people got much got progressively drunker throughout the game. That is the thing. That is always a is always the biggest most entertaining thing about watching people to me. Right. And this is something that you wouldn't get if your bar hopping or if you're having wondering this is something that's unique to stay in the same bar for three to four out. Yes. And you see the same people getting drunker, and you see just like the general the the average alcohol level in each person. There is getting higher and higher. Yeah. And it gets really easy to track to when you're sober. Because you don't have anything else to do. So you're kind of like it's easy to it's easy to differentiate between people who are just drunk because they've had a few and they have a low tolerance and people who are pounding and getting super fucked up because they drink all the time. Yeah. It was just it was interesting too. It was kind of fun. Like there were a few times or coach Bobby, and I just like looked each other and like God drunk people are knocked. Yes. Like, you said there's the same person who. Where we were in front of the bar. You had to walk past us to get to the bathroom. And there was one guy who walked past us like four times the first time he was like nice. It was like pardon me, the second time. He he he walked back and said, hey, thanks. Yes. The second time he likes sort of like tripped, and like bumped into me, but it was like he sort of like caught me with his hand, you know, at least they're Gresley. More more shitty. Is the third time. He he tripped. And like almost an spilled his drink not on me, thankfully, but you know, and then like the four-time he walked by. He dropped a dose AKIs bottle which exploded everywhere, and I was just like that. And I knew it was it was the same guy..

"Sure, you'll get access to a commercial free early version of every show as well. As patron only episodes are suggestion box and more. But don't do it for that. Do it for the alcohol that we will drink with that money. Patriots dot com slash pod. No drop left behind. I'm very come. Get get a, hey, hey, we're back. Okay. We're back last left off carriers. Woefully without a husband or an ex Tom. What happened next? We'll carry how to hate on for smoking for tight clothing and for drink though. She was most outspoken about her hatred of alcohol probably because of the way alcohol killed her. First husband and medicine lodge, Kansas Carrie began her work crusading against booze working to gain in force -ment of kansas's ban on drink, but nobody likes this because it's not fun. So she escalated her efforts, and I carry simply opine loudly on the dangers of what she called, quote evil spirits, but when complaining didn't work she began showing up at bars and saloons and serenading the patrons with church hymns, accompanied by a hand organ. She also was funded the occasional pithy greeting bartenders such as good morning destroyer of men's souls. Fucking own that I put that on my name tag. Okay. So she spent time hanging out at bars singing loudly and being an asshole to strangers what to show people you didn't need alcohol to do all that. For my next trick. I'll soberly piss myself. Of course, nobody really cared too much some random crank didn't approve of their getting blind date drunk as was there. Right. As americans. She began to pray to God for some help. She described the response from gun. The next morning. I was awakened by voice, which seemed to me speaking in my heart. These words go to Quila, and my hands.

"I mean, I'm not gonna lie to Quila is delicious. Kilo with fresh lime and all even make like my own. Marguerite, I'm trying to be a little healthier with some stevia and they're like some muddled fruit. But yeah, I mean, it's great and it's a social lubricant, and let's not pretend that it's not fun. You know it is fun. And so I think that if you can have it in moderation and you can listen to your body and if you feel like, you know, I can have three during over the course of four hours and drink water in between and feel really good and eat a healthy meal and wake up the next day and have my same morning meals. I normally would and not restrict myself, but I don't see. I don't see the harm in it. Jack, you can drink what got tips. We'll sleep the woman who wrote this said, I sleep too much or not enough, just started on Trabzon trees. Sounds like a prescription. Seattle -cation. So tips on just getting sleep falling asleep? Yes, I am. I'm pretty lucky I don't. I've never had a problem falling asleep. No, I just lights like as soon as I hit the bottom out, but I do know I have many, many clients who have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep or they can fall asleep. And then they wake up with the moment the Camelback asleep. So my top tips are keep your bedroom, you're sanctuary. That's the place that you sleep. Maybe watch the show, but sleep, you know, calm lights. I have a Himalayan salt lamb next my that, and I turn that on and there's no other lighting in the room at least a few hours before I go to bed. So my brain can kind of adjust to the lighting that would be outside in nature and get those Circe idiom rhythms, you know, in the right place. So having calming lighting, keeping blue light, split screens out of the bedroom. You know not scrolling through Instagram, right before you go to sleep, not checking your emails and it's not only the light, the construct on melatonin production, but it's also it gets your brain wired right before bed. Like if you're reading emails that you need to answer. For the next day, it probably going to be dreaming about work. Now it's gonna feel like you slept, you worked on night. So I would say those are my top tips if you need a little extra boost, I wouldn't go for a prescription medication because that can cause dependency. But something like a melatonin, which you can take are naturally our body naturally produces it. And and yeah, call magnesium. Yeah, calm you to combat so good. And and most of us eighty percent of us actually are deficient in magnesium and so calm. Just really, really, you know, gets us calming down before bad relaxing. I'm getting into that state that we need to be before we go to sleep. How do you feel about marijuana? Like, do I do it more. I've been smoking a lot of marijuana lately, and I'm a little worried about like the dependency situation. I mean, I know it's like a natural. Apparently. You can't get addicted to weed. I'm I am too. Yeah, and that's a great question. I don't smoke weed. It's not because I think it's bad or wrong, right? Like that. I just never really gotten into it. And my experience with it have always been like a tricky Zaidi or I get just so antisocial. Yeah. Yeah. Like a useless person like me to face. And so, yeah, I mean, I think again, it's the same advice I would go with food or drinks or anything. It's every single person's different. And so you can study every strain of weed that you like go into a weed shop and they'll tell.

I mean, coffee is not the devil, but you know if you are someone who has adrenal fatigue or hormone issues or high cortisol going for coffee. First thing in the morning might set you up for crashes throughout the entire day in you just become reliant on it. But if you can say what I love the taste of coffee and I'm having it because I enjoy it. Not because I need it. Note, that's a great place to be. And you know, when you feel like I said, energy levels when you're not craving sugar so much that you know you feel like you have to have it. Otherwise, you're gonna, you know, snap at somebody because your body's biologically addicted to sugar, which was a rail thing. You're not craving it. And fruits actually tastes amazing. And they say she ate you in the foods they are eating, give you what you need to go through your day. You know, level-headed feeling empowered, not feeling like you're missing out. And then when it comes down to it in your at a Mexican restaurant, and there is talk goes into Quila in those are two of your throat. It's our mind. Tequila, but I'm not gonna. Have you know three's Hoxha's or five tacos and three tequila or three Margarita is probably gonna. Do maybe one Margarita, maybe one tequila key soda. Maybe a couple of tacos. Maybe I'll do side of rested vegetables, but it's all about that balance. It's all about that balance isn't that sounds really good. So I said, and lots of Moley all all day, all the guacamole, all baby guacamole, baby. A dream? No, I absolutely love your approach.
