Blin plum, quite a fun tree to grow her in the valley. Whatever your dreams are, whether it's for a perfect garden or some great shade trees come out and see us. We grow it all right here in Arizona. One also invite you out to our friends that we saw are centrists or help us sell our Citrus here in Arizona. Guys like sprouts and whole foods and bashes and the whole bashes group. We got to a J and food city and with the ashes And then we have the guys over it. Safe way and Albertsons if you're looking for good. Lemon's got Trier lemons Today we've got a most all those stores and especially good for your Super Bowl party. Might be some organic Meyer lemons grown right here in Arizona. Anyway, with the ownership for four generations, growing trees here and now Citrus to for Arizona's future back to Rhonda in Queen Creek, and then we have looks like Joe and then Lisa, and that maybe we could have you after Lisa the number to call 602 to 775827. Good morning, Rhonda. Good morning, Brian. We recently bought a house south facing house in Queen Creek. We have burned out to three trunks in on that south side of the house, which is the front sight. And we're going to plant some trees there. So I want the recommendation for that. But I also want to know. Is there anything you need to do to treat that burned area that old burned three Trump first? Well as long as it's dead. Probably not run up those long as you get grounded out and got it burnt down, so it's below grade. It's not gonna be a problem. Um, your front yard landscape. It is gonna be greener or more desert or what you're looking for for look Okay, 11 tree is directly south. The other tree is going to be on the Southwest corner. Deep is your lot how far from the side walk back to the house. Um That's a long way. Okay, That's good. What That could be long ways is fine that that works, Rhonda, that's fine. And do you have long Iraq? It's lawn. The trees are going to be fairly close to the house. I actually did go make sure that I didn't Maybe that other visions. Okay. How close you wanna put your trees of the house? They're the spot is about 18 ft. From the window we have a low lying wall is a decorative little 3 ft wall across the front of the house. You know that That's pretty ideal distance wise, especially on that one in the West side, Rhonda because that we can help you save energy and shade over the window. Um, I like to sit us because they're clean and I'll probably helped along do better as well. I would look at planting a fan West ASHA fan Tex Ash, a red push pistachio or maybe even a Chinese L'm. But all three of those decision was Friday's would do exceedingly well. Now, if you want to treat that stays evergreen you're gonna put in a line out there you might look at doing like a live oak would be a good choice. There are people that like to do fight us online, but eventually the lawn's going to succumb to the shade. From a fight Astri. Um, but there's a lot of other varieties as well. Um Do. The one on the North Southwest corner is very near the main station for all the sprinklers, the routing system going to be an issue on any of that, you know, Iran that you really control the roots on most these trees by water and correctly, And the most important thing is the water your lawn correctly. You know, salons. If you look at the people with flood irrigation, you know the only water their lawns once every two weeks in the summer and once a month in the winter time, And if you run lawn sprinklers every day, and you keep the soil wedding the surface and you don't deepwater your trees, You're going to have surface roots. But to prevent having surface roots. You want to go out and calibrate your irrigation system, put it capturing device. So you run at least an inch of water, and that's going to give you a penetration of about a foot deep. So that's going to have your lawn route deeper and your trees through deeper and then to check your frequency on your irrigation stick a screwdriver in the ground. When it's hard and dry. You'll wanna water again and in the heat of the summer, you're probably fine. That's about weekly. And in the winter time you'll probably find it's about once every two weeks. And so when your water and correctly you're not gonna have asthma, the surface roots now for treason or more deep rooted the ashes. They're probably if you have a lot of surface water. They'll have more surface roots on bacon all do that. But the pistachio probably tends to route the deepest out of those trees. But none of them should be a problem. He watering correctly and what you would probably want to do as long as you want. We'll take it. Is periodically in the summertime. You know, if you're not gonna have any extra irrigation for your trees other than your lawn water, and that can be, you know, fine. What you'll want to do is you want of water that one inch cycle. At least probably once a month in the summertime and maybe a little bit more than that water, three cycles and one day so that you're putting three inches of water on that's going to give you about 2 ft. Of penetration on that water. It's going to push the salts down. It's going to make the lawn happier, but it's also going to help your trees through deeper. And it's going to help them to retain more water. And it's kind of like we were talking to that Cindy that called a while ago is that you know if you'll deep water periodically, then it keeps these big trees healthier. And if we have a terrible August like we did last year, we have enough moisture in the soil for the trees to be healthy. Okay, and the Southwest tree is actually going to be kind of near the septic Tate to so if I'm deep watering or those going to be a problem for that septic tank No, The deep watering tank usually is never a problem. Because the tank should get the death the tank leaks. You have a bigger problem than the tree. Um, you know, ideally, a good septic system and most of them there's different types, depending on your soil type. Most of my Queen Creek. We're gonna have a big, deep shaft that goes down. This got River rock and one law oftentimes happen is the tree's roots will eventually find that and the route down into the septic into the leech line, and they'll actually use that moisture in the grow really fast, So as long as it the take has installed correctly, and you have an air gap in there. You have water sitting in there. And you don't have any penetrations till the water gets down into the leech line. The trees, congratulate each line and not hurt the septic system. Be very happy. Now. If there's a way for those routes to get into the tank, that's a different issue. Which who knows since it's all who knows. You don't know. But you know this without our house. One time we had an old ball. Very train. We moved yet, And there was a little lady that lived in the house who was in her eighties and she lived by herself, and we moved in and raised a family. And the first thing we did is that the leak system didn't work. So we had to go dig this new leech system. We had this old mulberry that was sitting there and it was Virtually dead and had a trunk. That was maybe a foot in diameter, and it grew a route into our leach line. It grew around trunk off the side that was too foot in diameter, shaded the whole west side of the house. It was magnificent because it used all of our leech water. So good and bad. Which trees have happened. Nice weekend. Thanks Right now. By Joe and Lisa. I'll take you both off the air. Thanks for being part of the program, folks. We really appreciate it.

"Station, Our news Corona virus in Arizona, one of the first high school district, one of the first school district in Arizona to reopen for in person. Learning was the Queen Creek District. They did so in August. Several have reopened since then, and many other scheduled to reopen. Soon. We've heard from state leaders teacher's school nurses about going back to school, but we wanted to talk to a student. So Jalen Who is a sophomore at Queen Creek High School, has agreed to talk with us this morning and joins us right now. Jalen. Thanks a lot for being with us. You've been back for about a month. Now. What's it been like? It's been really weird. If we have to wear a mask for seven, and if we don't wear back then we couldn't get dressed. So did or we get like it's really bad like we have to have a match and costumes are pretty normal. We've been doing bark schedule to keep students. As like, as far away as possible. Also in learning setting, um about the 6 FT apart thing isn't really applied that well. I mean, it's hard to use out of school fel like so many kids right on, and then with the bathroom's like there's a certain amount of people should be allowed in bathrooms. Most students follow that pretty well. But if you've got a group of people they won't listen. So it's basic rules are big cross because some kids believe they're better than the rules. But I mean, the learning has been much different and All my teachers were there. None of them have dropped out other than my ken teacher, But we have this new teacher. He teaches fine and we're learning the same thing that we need to know We're doing lives and all that, so it's honestly not as live as they would seem, but Yeah, It's weird, though, So it's so weird. A field a normal yet would you say that your classmates are taking the pandemic seriously? And if so, what are they most worried about? Oh, no, no, I wouldn't say they're really weird. I mean, some ours. Some have parents who, like, you know, talk about it. But most aren't because they won't wear their masks. And then they get yelled at right or they'll have it like Below their nose, and then they'll still get you out because you have to have it above on. So and I mean, high school student you can only ask so much without them starts throwing a fit, so I wouldn't say they're much that concerned. Believe it or not, I remember what it was like to be in high school. She was one of those people. By the way. Jalen Little rebel. We're talking with Jalen, a sophomore at Queen Creek High School about what it's been like to return to in person. Learning. Do you feel like there? It's too much the protocols in place or not enough for they? They found it to be just right. Do you think Oh, I would say it's just right. But I wouldn't take too much too little because it's just like a normal school. They accept everyone's wearing masks. And I mean, yeah, They're very strict on how you wear the masks. And when you're wearing it right, you can take it off. You're eating lunch alone and you have to put the light back on. So I would say they're doing it. Just fine. Um, but, uh, yeah. And the teachers are wearing face shield like they were face shells on the first week of school. So even the teachers were taking highly precautions and informing like my Spanish teacher informed that his wife had some kind of condition, So this was like Kobe was going to be really bad for her if she caught it, and which really got the students to paid attention to start learning to these poles more and that's another thing I love that the teachers are doing is like informing us that this is so riel, and it's not just You know, a conspiracy theory against the government or whatever you know, right. So one last question for you here. We're talking once again with Jalen Who's a sophomore Queen Creek High school about how it's been to return to in person learning, do you? Do you think this is and I think a lot of parents are really worried about this? What to do? Is it better or worse than virtual learning what you're doing? Oh, it's so much better because for me when I i'ma i'ma in person, learning person, and I feel like almost every kid in nowadays and online to like You're just given a handful of assignments, and then you have to figure it out for yourself. Put in school..

Corona virus in Arizona issue is going to start releasing the number of students who've recovered from covert 19 as well as active cases. Greg Donovan, superintendent of West Mac that provides opportunities to earn college credit and industry credentials, says reopening will help them fill gaps in today's workforce. "But we talked about this possibility on Friday. So do you think there's any way they find a way to reopen soon? Yeah, they're going. I mean, Queen Creek did it And what they did here was they called in sick, Not giving enough time for the teachers to be replaced by substitute 109 was gonna be a difficult thing. So, yes, But in the end, who suffers the students, even the ones who were sign up for online learning. The teachers are boycotting. That is well, This is going to be read Fred once again against the parents. Are they going to come out with parents on their side or against him? It remains to be seen. I think the parents in the end are going to be upset, but maybe I'm wrong. This story about schools is the one that's most compelling to me, because it isn't the only ones that are saying all or nothing are the people in the teacher's organizations. Because the parents and the teachers that want to be back in the classroom have said emphatically. From the very beginning. We only want to be there and we don't expect you to come until you feel it's safe. Our tax dollars are going to make the virtual up option or distance learning option available to you for a long a cz you needed to be. We need to be in the classroom. And that's a reasonable position Tohave No one is asking the people that are saying, how dare you tell those people they can't do that with their Children? That's what's funny of me is that it's being said that way. It's it's actually kind of Humorous in away as frustrating as it is the give a thon for Phoenix. Children's is presented by the Hyundai dealers here in the valley, and we're gonna talk about the give a thon and get you updated on what your kindness and generosity has already produced were to do that coming up in just a few moments. You know one of the areas and one of the businesses that have been flourishing throughout the covert 19 and the shutdowns and the unrest in the protests and the riots is the firearms industry. And I got to tell you, the American people seeing the Second Amendment as more of a responsibility than a right these days to me is a very good sign. Nobody wants trouble, but many people are expecting more now than ever that it could happen to them. Being prepared is what's necessary taking that Second Amendment seriously..

"The evil Queen Creek School district. Thank you. Monitor wants Tio fine teachers who say Hey, listen, I got an underlying condition and I can't I can't and shouldn't teach Children in person. Yesterday, Chad and I interviewed Brad Charles, who's taught for 25 years, and he resigned. In Queen Creek and listen to a story. The Queen Creek Unified School Board voting to Green light in person learning to start Monday, even though they have yet to meet the state's public health recommendations. A lot of talk about Monday and a lot of talk about Queen Creek in the school district out there ready to resume in person learning there is one teacher who will not be part of that. He has resigned. Let's find out why Brad Charles joins us. He taught biology at Queen Creek resigned after four years. Hey, Brad, how are you? Great. Brad. Why did you resign? Well, I've taught 25 years. There's a number of reasons first and foremost concern for my safety. I'm diabetic. Can I have type two diabetes? I'm at high risk for go Bid 19 that outcomes if I was infected. I tried very hard, Teo, stay. I don't want to go more than anything. I wanted to make it so that I was face in the classroom. Time didn't sign up to be a doctor or a nurse or a front line health care worker. I'm a teacher, and it's not part of my job description. I admire the courage that those people have. But That's not what I wanted to dio. I tried to get on accommodation where they reduced my class size. They refuse that. And then I wanted to get on accomodation for teaching online. But our district teaches their online courses through 1/3 party administrator That doesn't use the teachers in our area. So ah, What were some of your colleagues thinking? How are they feeling about this or they stepping away? Are they debating it? Are some of them fine going back to classroom? I would say that there's a number of colleagues that are very seriously considering resigning and are pretty close being set to doing that, and a lot of it depends upon what actually happens on Monday. Brad Charles is joining us he taught biology and queen create Queen Creek District is opening up Monday. In person learning. So, Brad, Walk me through this. If you said to the school I'm uncomfortable with in person learning. Were you going to get fired? Yeah, they they would have fired me and, yeah, no option for any teacher to teach online in our district in your in your district. Wow. They basically threatened. If we give resign. They would hold us, you know accountable to a clause that was originally put into our contract that said we would have to teach and I am still under contract, even though I've resigned until they actually find someone to take my place. The other part of it was that they're going to require you to have to pay 3% of my entire projected income for the year. Brad Charles is joining us. He resigned from the Queen Creek District, where he was teaching biology, saying, Listen, I've got some health issues. I can't go in person and teach kids and that's the Queen Creek School district because I am under contract. It's against the law or any other school district to consider me I could teach through a charter school, which doesn't have That same restrictions put on them. But I'm a part of the retirement system and I'm about 4 to 6 years away from retiring with full pension. You gotta figure out a way to finish. And retire and get the points. I know you got to get a certain amount of points with your age and years so you can get the pension in your what? Three years short about four years? Yeah, but I'm not really concerned about that part of it. My immediate concern is being able to Pay my mortgage to be ableto pay for my family requirements. I would like to be able to stay in the system. But if it comes down to it, I would take another job outside of the retirement system. I would also really retired. I wouldn't make enough to really be able to survive. But I wouldn't do that. I really want to emphasize that I do want my students in my classroom. I'm not one that wants to close down schools and never opened up. I wanted to do it as soon as possible. But we're in a situation I believe. It's not safe. I don't think our state has done the work really, to be able to ensure that the students and the faculty will be safe. Thanks a lot, Brad. Thank you. Alright. So all eyes on Monday, Queen Creek School district in person learning how many teachers will show up how many students will show up? We just don't know. We'll have to wait and see right. So that was our interview with Brad Charles yesterday, teacher. Monica, since you're the bigger legal mind here when we come back what? What can this man do legally, He's going to be fine. Two grand. All sad. It's awful. It's awful, the evil Queen Creek School district. We'll continue talking about that. What can he do legally and why's Governor Ducey supporting the school district's who ignore him?.

"The Queen Creek Unified School District returned to school on Monday. That's because teachers are resigning following the district's decision to reopen Despite not meeting the health benchmarks, Queen Creek Education Association President Jacob France knows of numerous teachers who have resigned or want to do so. The most concerned are definitely are high risk people. We have a lot of people with high risk conditions, whether it's at their older or their diabetic, or they have lung issues or they're a cancer survivor. District data shows that since May, about 40 substitute teachers and full time teachers have resigned. Covad. 19 cases are trending down in Arizona Johns Hopkins University says the seven day rolling averages of daily new cases and deaths in the state have declined sharply over the past two weeks. Nearly 930 cases and 40 deaths were added to Arizona's totals today. Congress is in recess after failing to agree on 1/5 Corona virus relief package. And Arizona Republican says he's not happy, but he remains hopeful to hold so many families that are hurting just to sort of hold them hostage is outrageous. Congressman David Schweikert are Democrats want to add between one and $2 trillion to the $1 trillion GOP proposal, and much of that is money to bail out municipalities. States around the country says it deal can still be struck it any time. He also says he's looking forward to seeing if Arizona uses the money for federal unemployment offered by President Trump and his executive. Order. Jeremy Foster Katie, Our news Democrats accused Republicans of being unwilling to meet in the middle on the price tag. President Trump is praising an Arizona company for work being done at its Arizona plant. The president said during the White House press briefing that Honeywell has produced 30 20 million masks a month at its plants in Arizona and Rhode Island during the Corona virus pandemic. Today, governor do Si promises an announcement about the future of unemployment benefits for the Arizonans who lost their jobs to covert 19 Arizona could have to redistribute its cares act money to access federal benefits. I want to be responsible with our state dollars. Like I said, We only get two In our state dollars once we don't get to print money. The state's Department of Economic Security has distributed 8.5 $1,000,000,000 in aid since March, but it still has a backlog. Governor Ducey blames fraud in some cases So there's had to be some double checking some coordination with the federal government and investigation and questions surround President Trump if he can issue an executive order to expand unemployment benefits, Peter same or Katie. Our news, Arizona. Votes. Millions of Arizona voters will determine the presidential race along with the key Senate race between Republican incumbent Martha McSally and Democratic challenger Mark Kelly in November. Governor Ducey says winners may not be announced on Election night The governor says we didn't have a winner announced in some of the races on election night and 2018 and that may be the case again in November. And here's why I think with what we're seeing across the country with the amount of ballots they're coming in both male and drop off and on Election Day and the Senate battle between Republican incumbent Martha McSally and Democrat Mark Kelly could be very close and determine if the GOP retains control of the Senate. "The Queen Creek School district. It is a controversial move. It is a controversial new open on Monday. The metrics aren't their teachers are saying, you know what, and we'll talkto one by the way from Queen Creek later on in the show. I just It's such a I think it's such a bad move because I worry going to be Georgia. Because Georgia has hundreds of kids in quarantine. They tried this, and I'm just worried. This is gonna happen the same way. I don't know why you wouldn't wait for the metrics. And if you're the governor and you run the state, I can't believe he wouldn't come out and say, Hey, listen, I think this is a bad idea. I don't think this is a good idea there metrics there for a reason, and they should follow the metrics. But what was the opinionated on today? He's ticked off because college football isn't being played all ticked off about that. But that's very little Do with this press conference are right with the head. I can't believe I just look the teacher's side this way. And he did say something I agree with when it comes to teachers, like at the end of the day us apparent are going to make that decision for you kids. Right? Yes, you know, I mean, even if they just because it opens tomorrow, Mohr Monday or next Thursday, that mean you have sent your kid's school. If you're not ready to send your kids, That's only part of it, though. It's an important part. But But if if you are a teacher, and you've got an underlying condition Do you want to go back into a classroom when the metrics aren't there? Quite yet? For some, the answer is no for others their teachers out there that can't wait to not teach online. It's harder to do that. Yeah, it's like reinventing the wheel. It's different. They they've only done it for a few months. Back in March. There was a lot of teachers out there that I've noticed little challenged in the world of Computers. Ryan? Yeah, You're absolutely right. They're not people. No, that's a good point to can I just tell you this? I tought I spoke to a teacher on DH. What she told me was she feels so bad that she can't fix those problems because she wants to deliver such a great experience for the kids online, and she just doesn't know how to do the stuff. She doesn't know how to do. It's a tough thing and I can't blame somebody. For that, you know, And this is where the funny thing is. The younger teachers who feel probably more comfortable getting in front of the classroom right now also are the ones who are probably more comfortable teaching online because they understand that very true. Yeah. What can I say something that's a really hiss. All right, Beck you in which is a better cat's Okay, Well, that was to Bach. I know. We'd like a little bitch. You know that should he should come out of your back outfit next time to hunt. Way too hot Chad's he's endorsed or or this cat hissing sound effect. That's in selling himself. Can't think Chad's got nailed? Yeah, that's it. Okay, coming up. Next. We're going to talk a little bit about what a 15 cent movie ticket lure you back to AMC theaters plus $15 ticket will. Why? Why is Governor Doug Ducey, Man of the world? Coming up. Next Give a thon for Phoenix. Children's is coming soon. You could help Arizona kids and families.

T. A. R. news from president Donald Trump is the winner of the twenty twenty Iowa Republican caucuses largely a symbolic voters he was facing no significant opposition trump's campaign is using the contest to test its organizational strength is unusual for Iowa to be even holding a GOP contest with an income but in the White House the Iowa Republican caucuses were cancelled in nineteen ninety two and in two thousand four.

"This is for the record nida and for my grandchildren are for he shot up right on the road a lot more to and obviously devastated grandfather taking video of the burned out S. U. V. in which his daughter in law and his grand kids died we're still getting details for you this morning but we do know that at least five people possibly as many as nine were murdered in Sonora Mexico and that includes babysitters covered to the remains of for little kids and the woman in the vehicle it's Leah status of queen creek she says at least nine of her relatives are murdered including her nephew's wife and that and her we'll just call her niece her nieces for children she says the two other mothers were also killed and is you can imagine this is just a it's more than than this family can possibly wrap their head around they're all caught up in what's believed to be a cartel shooting they're they're saying you know might have been a case of mistaken identity but anybody who is capable of doing something like this they need to be brought to justice and it seems like something that the Mexican government Mexican law enforcement is incapable of doing now that the other kids go and so they were walking a lot of them have gun wounds bullet wounds and so the oldest who was thirteen he had all the kid the rest of the kids behind a tree on the side of the road and walked back to our community to get help like I said before we don't have all the details were still trying to figure out exactly what happened in exactly what is still going on word that a couple of those S. U. V.'s are are missing as are some of the people who apparently survived the shooting once again we don't have all the details but in not official word from what happened from the US government or the Mexican government but Brandon Judd who's with the national border patrol council we've talked to several times on this show told fox news this today what you have to look at is you have to can there is as we continue to do a better job on the border we can expect to see more violence it's rare that cartels lash out in American citizens on less were cutting into their profits which is what's happening right now and is it time as I've suggested maybe a little earlier to go after them for the U. S. to go into Mexico and go after the cartels directly we have to do is go back to and look at what we did in Colombia we absolutely helped out the Colombian government applied in there well yeah we we but we we went in there and we did our job to safeguard the American public is not like we went in there solely for the help of Columbia we went in there because it was in our best interest a relative of this family back in two thousand nine so ten years ago was also killed really and she wala and he was an anti crime activist so I'm wondering if this group was known for ya coming out against criminal activity in the area or if it was indeed a case of mistaken identity because I can't imagine somebody knowingly gunning down mothers and their

"In the news today breaking news overnight the state read the story from Mexico at least three American women and six children from an American Mormon community based in northern Mexico have been killed in an ambush a relative of the victims said on Monday now you had was that the the newspaper el universal say at least twelve have been killed we're talking about children as young as six months old will be on the barren said his cousin was on her way to the airport when she was attacked and shot in her car along with her four children in an area and Tory is for drug traffickers and bandits of all kinds it was a massacre LeBaron said Libourne said his role is located the vehicle which had been set on fire with the bodies of the victims inside two other vehicles were found several hours later containing the bodies of two more women and two children at least five other children one of whom was shot and wounded managed to escape and walk home one girl was reported missing after having run into the woods to hide the state Attorney General so the number of victims still remains confused as I said we have reports of me that would make it nine Americans or were killed we've been told the number may be as high as twelve yeah this is a huge story you you see the number of deaths in Mexico that the number of murders in Mexico is on the rise and and in fact the first half of this year setting record numbers and obviously the cartel activity has ramped up greatly don't know what is driving that but it's clear right now that Americans are not safe in Mexico they're not I'm many will argue that they haven't been for quite some time are these this family apparently lived in Mexico S. is being reported and there are plenty of Americans that do that but beyond that you look at tourism and people traveling there on a regular basis I would have you know five six seven years ago have no problem taking a cruise getting off the boat going into Mexico I had a problem growing up on the southern border I really didn't have an issue with it until later years right now I wouldn't step one foot on on Mexican soil and it's because right now I think this unpredictable nature of I don't know if the turf war going on with the with the cartels or or what it might be but I think this story demonstrates how evil those people are we know that Mexican national police and military forces were dispatched to the border state of Sonora on a search operation following those of you know reports like we said nine it is what is being reported by a lot of the media out there with the with the el universal one of Mexico's largest newspapers quoted other relatives the same as many as twelve members of the Mormon family were killed in what appeared to be an organized crime ambush well and and that's it two I mean you ask yourself that a family come upon an area accidentally where there was something going down and and they were attacked or were they attacked out of the blue with a target you know where they targeted specifically because they were Americans were because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time there's a lot to be learned here before we know but there's no doubt that the the activity by the cartels the which has been going on for ages but really ramped up the murders in Mexico's really ramped up in twenty nineteen and right now on full display here I you're talking about children kill being slaughtered if these reports are accurate and true that's as evil as it gets and I don't know what you do about it I don't know what the they're clearly will be an answer from and and so far there has not been an official comment this morning yet from the state department but there likely will be this is from CBS twenty one in Arizona and their headline is U. S. women and children killed burned alive in Mexico ambush right the infirm we were twenty deck because some of the reports said the vehicles were set on fire yes it we did we weren't sure if that's before they were slaughtered or or if they were still alive but again this is horrific and you can bet that there will be a a response from the state department later this morning and you're there you're talking a family that this is a of a woman and a queen creek Arizona so the victims are her American relatives Leah's this woman by the name Leah Staten her sister in law cousin and nephews wife left the family's ranch in Sonora for a wedding with their children in tow my sister could actually see the smoke from her house and they heard the gunshots she says another family member saw one of the S. U. V. is that they had taken on the side of the road a few miles back few miles away from the ranch we just knew the vehicle was on fire and bullet holes all throughout it it was a good hour or so to get information that they were in it the four children they were all dead the other two cars disappeared my sister in law was in one with nine or for children and then my cousin was in one with her baby some of her relatives have recently talked about moving to the states because of the violence there things have happened with my family members being pulled over by the mafia guns pointed at their vehicle as for motive is that's one thing that you and I are asking the the woman who are the the relative in Arizona said she has no idea why anybody would want to harm innocent women and children we just can't believe that this is actually happening to our family it just seems like a bad dream Mexico officials say the area is remote which is slowing down the investigation we said even Mexican military have been sent for the the the search for an investigation as to what's what's going on so you look at that immediate area below the your supporter right there in Arizona that was going back to Jan brewer's time as governor of that state that was part of the battle is is that there were very dangerous people still are dangerous people the cross in to the US across the border and Arizona was looking to do something about that and of course the battle ensued between the legal battle between the Obama administration and and the state of Arizona and you look at the threat it's not anymore it's not just border states I'm talking about the threat that's right here at home by the cartels in their activity here if they're willing to do something in Mexico like this they're willing to do anything anywhere and the more that we that the left promotes open borders the more dangerous our country

"Support for how I built this comes from our two thousand nineteen lead sponsor campaign, monitor an Email marketing platform used by more than two hundred and fifty thousand customers with mobile friendly, Email templates, a dragon drop, Email builder and custom support seven days a week campaign monitor dot com. It's time now for how you built that. And today story starts in may of two thousand eighteen in Queen creek, Arizona. Lisa Dalton was dating a software engineer named Bryan. And Brian is blind. And one day. Lisa was at his house looking through his pantry and making a shopping list. He had eighteen cans of refried beans and didn't know it. So Lisa decided to reorganize. Nice gesture. But also, he big mistake. He had used the memorization based system to organize what he had in this pantry. And in my manhandling, the goods I had completely messed them up. But Brian was forgiving. He said, it's okay. You know? But really it wasn't okay. Because Brian's personalized pantry something. He relied on every day was gone. And now he had to reorganize and re memorize in Lisa. She felt awful. I felt like melting into the floor. But. She also thought there has to be a better system for Brian's pantry. So she started to research, and she found a few solutions. Like pudding braille on an index card, and then wrapping it around and can with a rubber band. But that seemed wrong for a guy. Like Ryan, I thought this is not the level of household is stylish, dude. I I wouldn't want him to have to do that. Okay. Something to know about Lisa. She actually sells customized and commemorative bricks using stamps. She makes with the three D printer. And as she tried to figure out how to solve a problem like Brian's pantry. She thought what about using my printer to make reusable labels? And so she did she came up with something that's kind of like, those live strong wrist bands. But with braille on the outside something you might slip around a container. It's a rigid plastic. It has a little bit of in it or you can to slide it on and then they pop right off. Now, Lisa had kept all of this a secret. So when she gave Brian the labels kinda cracked up in his face change. And these like that's weird. That's really cool. And the next thing he said was hey, you should really sell these. So Lisa started working on more. Braille labels for all sorts of cans and jars and after a few months, she packed up her prototypes. And she went to a convention hosted by the national federation of the blind. She didn't really have any expectations. You just wanted a little feedback. But instead people kept coming to her booth, and then they'd come back with friends and say, hey, check these out in one woman asks Lisa if she would sell her a few of the prototypes, she had packed her husband's lunch and grab the wrong container to pack them a beer. I mean, I know how mortifying that is. And to know that you essentially made a job ending mistake over something. So simple. It's got to be terrifying. She said that she didn't pack his lunch anymore and that day talking to the people at the convention. It was a revelation. I've got to the car that day. And I totally cried it was re. Early moving the stories how they've been trying to solve that problem. And how they wish that this come out twenty years ago. So Lisa went home, and she built a website. He went live in October of two thousand eighteen and now she sells. Her braille labels for two dollars each shell. So sells them in starter packs and the name of the product. Well, he comes from kind of mantra she had four years ago while she was recovering from a stroke. She had when she was just thirty. There's a lot of things that I thought you know, I can do that. I can do that. So Lisa Dalton calls. Her products can do labels and just thought this would bring a lot of independence to people who are also wanting to be able to do their own things. I thought neither. Yes can do things. And Lisa dolts business is can-do -able this year. She's planning to make it for full-time job. If you wanna find out more about Lisa or here.
