"Are unaware, Joe's book rap capital and Atlanta story in stores now, it's on my bookshelf. I have like 6 copies of it. It's like, it's like in every room in the house. I have way too many copies left over. I'm about to start my Christmas mailings. If you have a good sob story about how you couldn't get a hold of my book or somebody needs it that can't afford it. Hit me in the DMs. I was going to do a giveaway. I'm going to do an I am going to do an IG story giveaway of your book of a couple of extra copies that I have. So you could stop to me or you could stop to Joe. Yeah. Be creative. Tell me why you need a free copy or an additional copy. And we'll be open minded. And we'll send some out for the holidays. But for everyone who can't afford it, makes a great gift. Buy it for your father, real talk. Watch him. Buy it for your mother, but definitely buy it for your father who doesn't understand rap music and just let him try to get his head around some of what's going on. So if you have extra money, you should buy a rap capital if you have more extra money, you should buy a podcast T-shirt. We're probably more than halfway through the stash of shirts that I hadn't made. The website is it's the podcast dot my Shopify dot com hand packed by moi. You can't get any more artisanal than that. Complicated. How about this? How about if you buy three or more podcast t-shirts, we'll throw in a copy of the book. Damn. I mean, it's crazy Yeti up here. We got deals. We're just a wheel and a dealer. The deals are insane. Okay, if you buy three or more podcast T-shirt, you will get a free book and I will see if you've bought three or more because I have access to the data. So that's a win. I love it. I love it. Great. All right. What a miserable, miserable thing happened a few weeks ago. And I wonder if we could talk before we kind of talk about takeoffs, music, and influence, I wonder if we could talk a little bit about how the city and the scene kind of responded. To take off staff. Because one thing that we can say about take all this in the Migos, which also has quavo and offset, take off was always the quiet figure, take off, was the person with the least public facing profile. He was also to my ear, the kind of truest rap technician, which is maybe not the skill set that is valued in the contemporary marketplace quite as much. But also was the reason that quavo started rapping basically the sound engine and foundation for why amigos even exists. So talk about how this city QC the label and also just Atlanta as a whole was coping and dealing in the wake of the murder. I haven't been down there. I wasn't able to make the public memorial that they had a State Farm arena recently. They tried to keep that pretty private. There was a no cameras rule, which I thought was interesting. And sort of meaningful for what you're getting at, which is this idea of takeoff as extremely famous a list rapper and yet, nobody knows anything about the guy. He's so he kept so much to himself. Something I was really telling to me is that nobody even knew how to spell his birth first name. It was wrong on Wikipedia up until the day he was killed. You still see it various ways. Ask me sometime about fact checking the book and trying to figure it out. I was very, very grateful. We got it right in the book. So shout out to Natalie. My fact checker for that. But I think that the response, especially from the people closest to him. Unfortunately, we've gotten used to high profile rappers dying over the last few years. And you don't want to judge the responses against each other because no one premature death is any more tragic or important than the next. But there's a different tenor to the way that people are remembering take off. If you read the eulogy that quavo wrote, which I believe was read at the public memorial. And it's on Instagram as well. It's on Instagram. If you see the statements from coach K and P cofounders of QC, even offset who's at odds with the group, I think, quavo and take off put an album this year, Migos was seemingly broken up. I made them on hiatus, but definitely offset not in the mix right now, not part of the crew, not on seemingly on good business terms with QC and the rest of the guys. But even the way that he's reacted, I think it took him a few days to respond publicly, people snuck photos of him at the memorial with cardi and he's posting every day, seemingly really mourning in public. It doesn't feel performative for people. As you said, we've lived through a lot of cycles in recent years and even the rhythms of public remembrance have become routinized. And that's jarring and it's like dystopian that we kind of know something terrible happens then we kind of know exactly how it's going to be treated in public by the news media by social media by fellow stars or fellow performers. But I agree the heft and intensity of what's been online in recent weeks and the way that people are grieving so thoroughly tells you a lot about not just the respect that takeoff had accrued from his peers and from his groupmates, but also there's something when you rip out the root of a tree. It's different than cutting off a branch. You really are the raison debt seems to be gone. It feels like you're seeing offset and quavo at least questioning is maybe a strong word, but kind of wondering, how do we sort of stand vertical after this? Yeah, I think you're right. The foundation is really shaken. And you see that in the Gucci mane song that came out letter to take off, which you wrote about on the playlist. There's always an Instagram remember. So there's not always a song like this. Like Gucci mane, I think I retell the story of the book. He tells it in his autobiography of Gucci mane made Migos essentially. They walked in the studio, quavo and takeoff, and offset losing incarcerated career after bandeau came out, young LA, shout out to young LA, showed zeto van the video for bandeau thinking that zeto had produced it because it sounds so much like what zay and Gucci were doing at the time. Zeto then showed Gucci. It was like, look at these kids doing what we do. They're wrapping like you. They're on a beat like mine. Can you believe this? Gucci immediately called them to the studio. This part is disputed, but Gucci says they came in with some fake chains on that he gave them some of his chains instead and that they threw those away before they left. These guys go way back. Take off at that point was like 17 years old. It's hard to remember that these guys really came from literally nothing together and QC quality control of the label, which is at the center of my book was all came up around these guys. And essentially around takeoff, who yeah, like you said, offset and quavo, they were football players. They were in school and succeeding as jocks, essentially, and take off was the one sitting at home downloading beats online, pretending to be low wing. I think that's also really important because one of the things that we're going to talk about a little bit more micro generations of Atlanta rap. And in many ways, we think of later Migos as kind of a through line to what comes after. But to me, take off is really the through line to what came before. Particularly with Gucci. And Gucci is often acknowledged as a godfather, not simply for stylistic reasons, but also because he has his hands on a lot of different pies down there. But when you hear Gucci rapping, I mean, I'm old enough to remember when people said Gucci mane is a bad rapper, which is like lunacy. Like a chain is a great rapper. He's a great technician. He's a good storyteller. He's interesting. Syllabically. He's a master of pattern. All those things. Those are the things that take off. Was great at. And I would not say those are the things that necessarily quavo is great at. Offset more so. But take off to me feels like a rapper cooked in the old Gucci mold, who then set the foundation for a group that built on that and moved in a different direction. Or evolved in a different direction. Take off always clung to that. When the rest of them sort of moved in the autotune direction and the melodic Travis Scott direction take off never really did that. And if you listen to only built for infinity links, the quavo and takeoff album that came out this year, I think it was overlooked in the way that a lot of these sort of mid to late career projects from now a list rappers are. But going back and listening to it, a, they're wrapping over different beats than they typically have done, which is really what people always ask of me go, which is like try something new and then of course they try something new and knowing this pension. No one really pays attention, but after a tragedy you take off death, you go back and you listen to, for instance, take off verse on the opening track to infinity links. Really flowing in various ways. And he showed up showing you his whole arsenal of a combination of these old Gucci flows, a little bit of wane, some of the triplet stuff. We should listen to that song. I mean, it's a great takeoff first. And

"It has to be. But shout out to the Jersey guys. I'm hanging my 20 couch. You did like security on your security too. Wow. Like that? Yeah. Jersey get to this. Just ask Chief Keef. But if we want my ass a go eat through those security kicks today, because that could very well be the case, but understand. I understand, you know, there are level security if this dude got like a guy like, you know, two dozen two dozen cops or X navy seals, I'm just saying. We can do this. We can bang this out. We can make this thing go. I'm just saying. 'cause if one of them feels and that cool special ops. I got to tell you guys a story that I saw on YouTube about this paramount group, what they did. But anyways, rest in peace take off and some peace take off. You miss man. Delicious to your family, man. 'cause you guys should be good should be on concert right now. Be sure to take over during the tour. For the album. Yeah, so that's all our pause right now. Done now, bro. Definitely pause, son. And now the Miko has a crew. It's now just Austin and quavo. Unfortunately. And now you got to hope that there's enough music that he did, take off. So you can do something, you know, costume and sleep. I'm sure there is. I'm sure there is too, but it's a little suspicious. It's not going to be the same. Because now because that's one thing I hate about pasta albums that you see where they're going, but they didn't get to finish where they were going. No. My thing is, unless, unless this was in there, you know, again, I don't think I don't think many rappers are thinking like this. It's somewhere that happened to me. These are the records I want to put out in my world. That's how this situation okay, if it's not, I would rather you not put the records out, bro yeah, man. Not from a family, you know, a state standpoint I get it, but normally it's just like, yo, I never got this the way I wanted to. Why is it coming up? Only gotta seem to do it right, 'cause it's probably just lived in the city with juice world. These are the few guys but I'm like, dude, it feels like you're still here. Honestly, that dude, when you listen to listen to those records and the interviews, he was gonna be around for a long time. Oh yeah, for sure. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Most definitely. Man. Oh man. Well, it's gonna break down. Sorry for my Vogel language. It just had to be said. And it needed to be said because my thing is like, listen, there's a lot of things going on and stuff like that, you know? There's a lot of people who feel a way about this is sparking a lot of different conversations. What I will say is like, listen, on it, on every aspect of this situation. We're not ducking. Ain't nobody don't know nothing. On it. I don't know, you know, be a stand up guy. You messed up, go sit down. And people talk about all the talk the police, no, no, no, no, no. The conversation needs to be at. It needs to be happy. I'm sorry. Yeah. Point blank. As much as as much as I know, I get it, it's just trust me, police and the communities. But when you have something like this, it's bigger than you. There is footage. At that point forward, that's a problem in the self right there. We were coming forward. But like I said on that J prince, let me write out. He's basically telling people like, you know, you got footage, you know, don't get involved. I'm sorry, J prince, they have to get involved, bro you can't control you can't spend this one. Yeah. A man with prominence died under your care. And you're a watch. So like I said, your crew. Well, you're a crew. There's no way this level, this level of evidence is just going to disappear. That's the next one already. Those are the lines. That'll be a lot for us. Stuff like that. If I wanted to pull up on my phone right now because I'm studying this case like there's no way in hell that this doesn't feel stepping up like, who's a person of interest that this has got to be everything on the table at you. Here's president we looking for this person. Listen, listen, just own it and move forward, bro that's what I'm saying because they're not going to drop this case. No. It's not being dropped. No, no. And then another thing I'm scared of too, I hope there's no war between quality control and that Jim prince Kim. I hope and pray to God that I want us to be peaceful because the guy who I feel is the most sorry for, is quavo. Bro, because that is your nephew. That's someone that you watch grow up in front of your eyes for your life. That's blood. I agree. That's like brothers right there. And to watch your brother be like that, I don't know, I don't see how bro I don't see how this is ever going to be peace, bro no. I don't listen. Listen, I try to figure out I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. There are people who walk this planet that I've forgiven people. I've taken the lives from people that they are, that they are blood related to that they care for, that they saw grow up. I can't wrap my head around it. I don't think I don't think at any point in my life I could just forgive like that. So unfortunately you know, that's just, that's just my, that's just me. Now, if so, that's why I say I can't see that just ending peace. I can't see. You know, from that standpoint of everything you just said, that's my nephew. We came up together in the same household. And then, and then we were in the same room, where he died. And bled out. Yeah. I can't see one, I can't see him not blaming himself. And two, I can't see those two, not having issues. The rest of the way. Oh yeah, I can't see it. I can't see QC being quiet. Oh no, they're not gonna be quiet. I can't see that. It's gonna be some three of roughly a rough couple years, bro is the ball for the circle. You see here, years. Isn't it like a ten year issue going on? Oh, sure. And I hope I just hope it's a stops right here. Right here. 'cause it's gonna get bad. Listen, James prince reputation has taken us to be a hip bro. Oh, yes. Severe hit. Severely, you know. It's a severe hit, man. Recipes take off, fly high, bro what? Let this all play out. I get flagged, who cares? Why not? Hold to a lobby. One of the songs that episode recipes take. You're not surviving this shit actually watching this. Let's get it. I pop a 17 passenger this is a DeFi I know that's not a challenge a big one. " The shooting death of reps start take off was a shock to the hip hop community I got the gangs had it on me. That's forever it isn't the first time a rap star has been shot to death at a young age and goodness knows you do not have to be a prophet to say that the death of takeoff likely won't be the last. This one somehow felt different with the word of many deaths in the hip hop community come stories about gang ties, beefs with fellow musicians and criminal records, but when takeoff was shot to death at a bowling alley in Houston, even the city's police chief Troy finner noted, but that was not the case this time around. And every once spoke of what a great young man this is, how peaceful he is. What a great artist. Want to know my moves and all my spots, but I move clever. Kick off was just 28 when he was shot to death in Houston, but as AP entertainment correspondent Jonathan landrum junior reports, he had already carved out for himself a fairly rich musical legacy. He's not known as will as much as quavo and offset. He has done a lot on the music and he was really looking to prove himself. Take off what's the youngest and most laid back of the rap trio Migos made up of him, his uncle quavo and his cousin offset, they were all raised together by takeoff's mom, but while the other two got attention with high profile collaborations and other celebrity stuff, take off did his talking through his lyrics as AP's lantern tells us. Even though he was the youngest out of the group, he was a person that really kind of pushed that forward because while quavo and offset, they were getting all their claim and getting a whole lot of notoriety, take off was the one who was still grinding and still trying to prove themselves to run through it. Get that bag. Come on. Titanic yacht big enough but that did not mean that tank off wasn't trying to increase his musical profile, just last month he teamed with quavo to drop a new album only built for infinity links. It was designed to help him to get more respect for his rap lyrics, and that was something he seemed too sense himself in a recent addition of the podcast drink champs took off said it's time to give me my flowers. I don't want them later on when I'm not here, but sadly and take off's case just as in many others, those flowers were just starting to blossom before a bullet claimed his life. A Moscow's Gabriel

"Too much. I know how Atlanta is you were talking about buying finals tickets. It was too much chatter. You guys didn't earn this. It wasn't right. I think you guys are getting exactly what you deserve right now. We did not go too early. I don't even know what that sentence means we wet too early. We had a good season. And then we are now rebuilding. And we are in a real. You're not rebuilding. You're regressing. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I love being in tenth place right now. It's where I exactly where I want to be. It's like we're plotting for this great end of season run. Where we sneak in, I'll say maybe 7th. I just like, you know, I'm excited for the next couple of years of the hawks. I think we're still trying to figure out the full plan, but we got the talent, the east is like a wild place. I'll acknowledge a lot of teams, a lot of people are getting a lot of attention in the east. But I'm fine with my house 'cause I want us to obviously make the playoffs, but I'm not like, oh, bad season. The hawks run is over. We're just trying to figure out how to get to the top. I think that's a little bit too much optimism right now. I really do. That's all I that's all I can, that's the only currency that I have. John Collins just went out, it's tough. It's tough. It's tough times right now. It's tough. It's been tough before. Okay, now let's switch. I want to stick with the dogs, but I want to switch gears really quickly. We talked about Trae Young being the greatest. Potentially about to be on the track to being the greatest. Hold on, hold on. You talked about him being on the track to be in the greatest talk of all time. Now, I'm not in Atlanta, I love Atlanta Atlanta, has my heart shout out Luther, spent some time there. How much because I can't help but think this as much as I love Trae Young and what he is as the partnership to the city of Atlanta. I want to know how you would feel. If this guy, Anthony Edwards, was on your team right now. Would it be any different? I'm really just because full disclosure, this is Rembrandt's favorite player ever, Anthony Edwards. Loves ant man. If you were to swap right now, it's very young for ant man. Ant man get more love or less love than young at this very moment. And how would you feel? Well, here's the thing. It's a lot of pressure to come home. And put the whole city on your back. I think ant could do it 'cause he's built and such a real Atlanta way where he just does press conferences. He's like, yo, Kat used to not have swag, then I showed up, now Kat got swag. I feel like Trae Young. That's the same thing, but we don't believe him. Well, here's what he says. Here's the thing. And this is something that we can get into, but where most of the, I'm learning, most of the pop culture things that they run through quavo. Yes. I was rewatching Atlanta and I was like, oh yeah, quavo episode three season one, Atlanta. Oh yeah, quavo was there. Oh yeah, like I train a gang. Like Miko's Niko's literally made Trae Young happen. Nico's made Trae Young like a possibility and then Julius Randle's leadership gave us the full thing, which is like this dude is the dude. Almost like quavo was like, 'cause he said ice trade a gang before trave and got there. I'm here. Yes. He said, that is quavo's like a sports A&R. He's like, you know, trade's got next. So the thing is, something I've spent some time thinking about, like, what's the scenario where Cam Newton comes back? To Atlanta. That's going to be a mess. Because cam came up in Atlanta cam is like a legendary Atlanta figure, but it might be a little distracting. Like cam would be like playing football and also like in the streets trying to act like he's the mayor. We don't have time for all that. So I am not in a weak trade aunt for Trey. Well, I don't want my name near. Okay. That record. What I'm saying though is the city loves aunt and a unique way because he's a hometown boy. But not all hometown boys get it. Dwight Howard, not the same. And that's all I'll say on that. You didn't get your white Howard Jersey. A Hawksworth. Okay. It's just funny because when I think about the relationship between Trey and Atlanta, it seems on par, but it seems like Trey doesn't seem like he's outside in Atlanta in a way that. That's a good thing. It's a good thing. I just feel like Atlanta loves their stars to be outside in a way that could be detrimental. Trans perfectly outside. Trey is outside in the way where it's like, yo, like, Trey, you got a job. Sometimes in Atlanta, you could be so outside you forget you have a family and you forget you have responsibility. You forget you gotta pick your kids up from school because you're just outside. Trains focus, trade, trade steps out, the most important thing is the outside people fuck with Trey. That's all that matters..

We yearn for these things that are mythic and magical. But when Neil Armstrong and the other explorers descended into quiver de Los Taos, no doubt they heard the oil birds even saw them and went right past. Looking for proof of ancient aliens and of another world. But quavo de Los tayos is another world. This strange, beautiful cave filled with strange, beautiful wildlife, and its own rich history. "Than doing things for icy. But so what challenges do you face with this three manhattan model that we're talking about so that's a good question. So it is true that the three short distances right. So let's say by the los angeles and reduce the distances. People have to travel by half by basically making a second level of the city on top of the first level. Something like that but you know now. If i reduce the distance we will have destroyed by half. They use half as much gas and they pollute half a smart right. But you know imagine how los angeles have reduced it. North south by factor of two and east to west of two so my area over which can pollute disobeyed. The smog is gone down by four. And so the actual situation this marco. Get twice as bad in la. So when so when you go three d you don't reduce the distances as much as you reduce the surface area overweight you can dissipate the heat into in terms of a chip and so for because when we compute we generally and your chip is going to melt and so what you have to do is packing more bits of information into signal that you send around incidents like sending one binary signal which carries one bit of information. I want to send something called on ener re signal that can carry like ten bits of information. And then i have ten times you're signals and the signals that are generating this heat because they go long distances. They do a lot of work. Heat is just the inefficiency of doing work right and so it was not one hundred percent fisher which has never is. You're going to generate heat. And so that's what we're now. We begin to understand that the brain is doing with these dendritic doing this sort of complex operation in twenty segment of denver looking at auburn. Which the spikes are coming in. That can decode these records. And these energy codes really pack more bits in each signal and so this much signals flying around into that then makes the whole three d. thing where i'm nora young and right now my guest is stanford professor and electrical engineer quavo bowen. We're talking about the future of computing a vision. That's more.

"To use weird and wonderful wonderfully written story of interesting nuance characters. That i instantly fell in love with most of its fresh ideas. Go a long way toward elevating the second thoughts formula into the modern era. Though it's enticing new equitable pin system can be a little little too stingy. Double fine has also done a great job of expanding. This universe toward both grander and more intimate threats without losing the joyous childhood adventure vibes of the original. It may bring a bit of that. Mid-2000s action platformer clumsiness. Along with it. But second thoughts to you is still just about everything i could have hoped for from a sequel to one of my favorite games. Andrew reiner given former gave it a nine out of ten and says over. Sixteen years have passed between sacco games but not much. Time has elapsed protagonist response Okay raza quavo. His scratchy high pitched voice still screams of youthful inexperience and his actions. Almost always show an eagerness to learn. That's precisely what developer double fine productions has also done over the years. Time is allowed this art house studio to hone it. It's platforming craft sharp already hilarious wit and creates a sequel that shows off the tremendous complexity of the human brain and the thrill of unearthing. it's wonders i adored. Almost every second or second to it achieves something. I don't often seen games a continual sense of all as each of its worlds and falls. It took sixteen years. It took sixteen years to reach release but double fine has delivered incredible sequel. I hope we get a third installment that doesn't take nearly as long to create

"I i take. Two thousand eighteen was probably when it was the most popular and it is a great song. Like i said. But i didn't think it was popular in twenty twenty. I remember hearing the most about it in two thousand nineteen. I heard a little bit about it. In two thousand twenty and i'm seeing it re entering the charts now but i wouldn't say a popular song. Twenty twenty. I'd say that fits more with two thousand nineteen but again good song. Just i personally wouldn't have added to the list of top pop songs. Twenty twenty out of all the ones that could have been chosen from. And i'm not knocking song. I love it. It's just. There's other song. I think that we're more that are in the pop gender that more popular next bhagat intentions by justin bieber featuring quavo quavos were work. I'm not sure anyways definitely popular song. Twenty twenty this was played a lot very violent talk and it was a good single following the yummy single which is also on this list and we are going to get to but definitely popular great song. They collaborate very well. The music video has all about to do helping those in need in lower socioeconomic neighborhoods. Justin quavo slash. Wavell giving back. So i think that's awesome has been meaning behind it and it's a really catchy songs. Well excellent we have is come and go buy juice worlds featuring marshmallow now really liked the song. But i feel like wasn't that popular. This album just came out after. This is mccain out after he had passed away and it did. Good on the charts. What i didn't hear the song being played that much but again this is iheartradio. I don't listen to the radio that much. I have a lot of this album and the song particularly. It's probably my favorite song off the album on my playlist and again. I don't think it was that popular compared to some other songs that were very popular in twenty twenty. It is a great song again. Not knocking or anything. But i don't know if i would. I don't know if this would have came to my mind when i was thinking of popular songs in the year. Twenty twenty but i'm sure iheartradio put this list together. Maybe based off of plays and statistics in requested all that kind of stuff. Czar next on here is yummy by justin bieber. Yes this was a popular song. Twenty twenty. i didn't like it. I've talked to before hated. I do unfortunately ever. They don't like it and it's the chorus if you take the chorus out it is a great song but with the course it makes it almost unbearable we also talked about before how there was a purpose with the song it was released to get people talking and it was catchy. And i don't know catches right word. It was just kind of out there to get people talking about justin again. Because he'd he'd been out of making music for a while so it served its purpose for sure and when i hear about top pop songs i think top pop songs that were booted at not adjusting. Because he's my favorite. Literally my favorite ever so i. I wouldn't have had this list. It was popular Records but i don't know if anyone actually liked it and that's what also goes hand in hand just because something's popular. Does it exactly mean that people will like it or at least. That's kind of my opinion. On that. Next one on here is lonely by justin bieber and benny blanco. This was definitely a big popular song. Twenty twenty at talked for. I don't really like the song but this was definitely popular. It was played a lot. I'd say overplayed as well just like yeah but at least it was better than yummy and people actually enjoy. Listen to this a little more. So definitely a pop song of twenty twenty and i i agree with it being on the list that would have been the first ones that came to mind but definitely a popular one next one on here is you broke me. I buy tape mcrae. Yay this is a huge popular. Twenty twenty nine. I put i give that all to talk again. i like. i said. I don't know if the charts are the charge because it takes of toxic. Talk of the charts. I don't know if ever find out. But i this violence talking. I ended up hearing it on the radio. When i listen to the radio even though i don't do that too often so definitely a big popular song of two thousand twenty for sure. Last one on the list here is ice cream by black pink. And selena gomez. I take this as a decently popular song twenty again if i was putting together lists. That wouldn't be the first came to mind but it was definitely popular. Once it came out. I heard it being used a lot in public places in all kinds of other scenarios. So i definitely see it was a popular. I liked it. I know that it was a little different than what i had ever heard. Selena gomez do but new doesn't always mean bad so it's always good to explore your different kinds of options twenty thousand dollars a year in music. That was. I'd say like no other because quarantine really gave people the chance who weren't big to like the baby doe's you if you others to really. They're they're so unhappy. Not that i'm not happy about quarantine but glad for those people that they really got their shot suggest a lot of you to go contemplate. What songs banned from your wedding. Especially if you have one coming up soon because that that is something. I'd never thought about but apparently is a very popular topic at also recommend taking those into maroon five and their latest album as of late and i would also recommend taking a listen to these songs. I'm currently listen to because well. I think they're good and you might think their name if you didn't it's always good to try something new or listen to something. "Now. I'm saying i'm saying if you swab johnson. Katie the books win this series. And max the only reason it should not agree with it is because of the james harden situation. But i'm not going to bring that up below if you put katie on the books to stephen a smith's point which he was right and i'm a elevated more okay you put katie on the bucks and what ended up happening now. All the kitchen is kevin durant. So now you have chris militant andrew holiday. Pj tucker and all these guys taking. What worker tested shots you know. Because you have to put so much attention kevin durant you think is the reason why blake griffin is getting wide open threes. It's a reason why blake griffin is getting wider open dunks. It's a reason why bruce brought bruce brown is getting wide. Open floaters in the lane is because of the tich- kevin durant demands every time he's on the court every time he's on the office via so he's gonna make that bugs team better and also we don't give katie credit for his defense. His defense has been spectacular. So you take katie and you put them on this books. The bucks will win this series with supporting cast. That they have they got us as right. Now harry is. We finally got an cueva joining the show. So good to have you with us. Feel like we've been talking about you. all week. Takes on stephen as world is wrapping your hawks. You've got the new album coming out all that good stuff. Thank you so much for being with us. Thank you for having me. Thank you just hear kicking it we. I you know risks right now because this is album time we'd lock it down to mixing and doing everything but i'm excited tomorrow and i'm just kicking at the takes all week. The hottest sports takes all week. Let's get into. Let's get into some of those steaks appreciate you making some time with all the promotional stuff going on talk to me about your hawks tied one one with the sixers now game three in atlanta hyphen. Sir offline good especially and we we in atlanta. So i feel like i think we can take another one. We stole one every time i feel. We still think we'll be either right home because it's very tough to career especially if bomb there and a lot of fans and a lot of fans philip stadium talking all that good stuff so i think we'll give you got me good brother. You got me good because you came on stephen as world and you reminded me. Us senate. I was wrong about my knicks. And all of that other stuff. And i had to myself. I appreciate it. But i did tell ya gonna lose game two now. I do recall mentioning that to you so when you saw what transpired in game two you worry. Now that the philadelphia defense may have figured out. Some degree bernard reluctant to live with. Shoot the basketball like that. So good you gotta live out three or three. And i think he just had a bad night when you know when when the basket closed sometimes but we shouldn't have bought sometimes you get the best. Sometimes you get and we still to affiliate long as we get one we did. Our job is going to be either in eleven now. Trae of course was acquired in a trade. You guys got an extra first rounder and trae young essentially for luca and for a while like That's not good. What is trae. Young's proved in these playoffs to you always believed in my wanted to get them soon as we drafted of. Look our blind. Let's get them. Let's give let's get them. But i ain't know how much influence i would. I would just probably just getting trade to to to allow hawks and our knew what he can do. I just feel like he just needed. Some pieces needed. That needed that confidence. Once the sitting was behind them and debt relief. Him team is believed him. I think he. I think he started like really cranking up about second year. Second yet your now. He yoenis thirty three and a half on the bubble count. You know what i'm saying. I think he is. He feeling this up right now. You know your basketball. You follow this team. Talk to us about how you feel about the job. Nate mcmillan don. I happen to know that he's already reached a contract agreement. They you know whether they announced he going to be there for years to come. He's got a contract extension. How do you feel about the job. Nate mcmillan has done as the coach. And what were your feeling when they let go. A lloyd pierce and had to elevate nate mcmillan feel like i feel like doing a good job. He he keeping it real until i can tell by the rotations. You know what i'm saying. Too many turnovers too many miss out on the court he gonna take you out the game and put the best guys was fit and i feel like he kind like calm down trae from shooting from have court and shooting all over the place and just let them you know what saying us inside game with a floating if he got open shots shooting. And that's what. I like his game. That's evolved now but i feel like before he will come down. According to take shots he needs to sometimes in cost us. Either costumes going going down. Five going down ten sometimes minus two turnovers and stuff like that. So i feel like you could throw that he controls and kinda like goes out of him and i feel like right now he on graduate until like you know. Shoot the ball when he needs to wave a frequent caller to my radio. Show richard from manhattan brought this up the other day. Want to ask you about it for all the way that atlanta will rally around certain athletes. The fact is between the falcons. The braves and the hawks. You guys have one chip. It's like the most under the radar story in sports one. That was the braves. They were great every year. Do you think trae young can bring forget about being a good team powerhouse. Making a run. Can you win a championship with trae. Young as your best player. I believe we can win the championship with trae young. Yes point guard. I feel like we need some with to help you know and i feel like we. Everybody be like they want peace away. You know but i feel like i honestly feel like we want peace away to like a opinion but right now we doing our job and i think we'll sneak in a little bit closer but i think i believe my boys and i got. I got faith in them. But i feel like you know. Sky's the sky's the limit. Winwood is is a tough game. Best brooklyn s. I feel like you take this home in brooklyn brooklyn the last tasks. Yeah one way to really contend he. He called he called. He called the atlanta hawks. Plas- brothers east allen. I remember that. I drove it. Yes there's right out and now the other thing that's good with culture three. You can get people hype because your new record out tomorrow. And i just want to mention drake's on there tell me if i'm missing anyone cardi. You got justin. Bieber loved the beeps. Pop smoke rest in peace so looking forward to that got everybody. We all need some new music right after this pandemic so that comes out culture three tomorrow. Cuevas talked to me about this. My guy..

"That scale you on some of this your first. Let's go home number. Six is the answer. And i'll be even more specific than that stephen. I'll say the twelfth thirteenth season. that's his third season in miami. Lebron james's second championship in miami was the best version of lebron james number one. He was in his physical prime. That was his age. Twenty seven twenty eight year old season playing a pat riley culture akeem erik spoelstra as head coach the level of intensity that lebron played with that season wire to wire both ends of the floor required him to be an physical disagree with you to me. It was when he won a championship in clear off in cleveland. And he beat the seventy three win golden state warriors. That's what i'm paying attention to thinking about the numbers but not just that i'm thinking about his leadership remember. When he was in miami at to learn to win he had delayed and pat riley we to teach him how to elevate his level of play mentally not just physically when he arrived in cleveland. He was the clear leader. He was the guy that came back from a three one deficit to knock off a seventy three win team. His leadership ability. No question about his ability to clothe was wasn't shop. I'm going to the free throw line or anything else. Plus he was still jd to get to the basket. I'm gonna go with that second. Version number two was his defense that year. Lebron james by he'd already learned how to lead stephen by them right. This is his third year. Miami of talking about lebron. James is defense. His third year. Miami that second championship when i think of the greatest offensive players of all time he comes to mind because of the defense he played that year you talk about guys could get legit guard five positions the bronco guard everyone and every position that opel's elite level two hundred sixty pounds six foot with a wingspan could also put on a focal point. Guard where you're coming from. I just disagree. Because i think moments madame basketball when you're that great. And even though he had thirty seven and fifteen in game seven fishing it got to a game. seven for great popovich decided to bench. Tim duncan the play. They give the offensive. Rebound you the miami. Chris bosh kicks it out to ray when ray allen saves lebrons from losing yet another championship. I'm not going with that at all. I'm still go back to what he did that year. They beat golden state. Leadership did matt. And he wasn't the lead in. Even though the way this conceded a lot to elevate to the point that he got he was in cleveland number three his efficiency that year. It's not just the eyeball test you know. How old is his physical prime. You could see him playing defense and all that it's actually also the numbers. It's not your imagination that who's hitting the three better than at any point as he shopped veterans forty percent for the only time in his career from three he was hitting seventy five percent of his free throws. He was fifty seven percent from the field. That was the most efficient version of lebron ever. So he's in his physical prime. He's playing defense as well as almost anyone who's ever live at its most efficient offense of what you're looking at him as an individual again. This is why i disagree with you. That's why lebron james said he'll take his older self any day against yourself because his mind got shopping. He knew what to do how to conserve himself. How not to expend so much doing getting individual numbers that it was at the sacrifice of the team by the way that was the last on the year. I'm talking about when he goes the last time i remember. Lebron james shoot better and seventy three percent for the free. Throw line to be quite honest with you. So i look at it from that perspective and again. I'm looking at his decision. Making his leadership is a willingness to shoot free not be skipped tick the ball in the paint the a bit. More physical and savvy. Things made them more time. Let the graphic. We'll show the reasons each guys and we'll let the folks at home decide based on the battle new one. It whether it's max or stephen a. You can hit us up on twitter instagram. All that good stuff. The milwaukee bucks swept the miami heat and nothing was the same currently down to the nets. Yana just eighteen points on eight for fifteen shooting in game. Two bucks are on their home court tonight for game. Three we'll have to rise to the occasion to avoid going out sad Cva how much pressure is on honest. Tonight oh kendrick perkins is here to what a big perk been teasing. You all show. We got the right now. We'll get you in on this too. But stephen egg where you how much pressure is on. Because i wanna hear from big perk. I think there's a men's pressure pressure on incentive comp compo- we've been talking so much about this man over the last few years and it's legit. He is big tom. The numbers speak for themselves. He is a to tom. League in. vp. Let's give him respect. But would that respect comes great responsibility. You can't get smoked the way that he's been smoked. You can't get outshined the way too. He's gotten out shana. You can't look helpless helpless as he looked in game two. When you call yourself that do and championships have abated. You even the trip to the finals. It is immense pressure because if he gets blown away in this series will never talk about him in the same light again and on top that all might even causes coach. Mike budenholzer to lose his job. I can't disagree with that. I it's one thing to say. He's got to bring his to victory. Because as i keep saying great digs need a little more than great wings. Because they can't get their own shots the same way they don't control the offense same way and i don't think janas has enough around him and didn't think to begin the season but one thing is true he can't go out soft he's got to go out at least doing damage to the extent that he can do it. This is due to in the regular season scores on average almost thirty points a game with thirteen. Fourteen boards five six assists blocks. Everything you want. plays defense. You can't tell me that because they changed the defensive scheme you wind up with eighteen points in the playoffs when your team mates aren't producing especially so whether or not. He has to lead his team to victories. That's a separate subject. I don't think that that means janas isn't great if he can't do that but he's got a play like a superstar when they need. Most there is absolutely pressure for him to do that absolutely. He's under a lot of pressure and we're not gonna let them off the hook. Okay just like we were home any other guy that wanted to. Mvp's or any other guy that went. The mvp is a player of the year in the same year. Like akeem olajuwon on michael jordan. And i'm looking at design is in katie match right now in k. d. is so him that his levels is is level cities. And let. you're not all my love. And i'm gonna show it improve it to you on both is on the floor. And when i'm noticing right now is it takes you back to way. Katie was in golden state and he was going to give lebron james and the cavaliers and we all know that the golden state warriors had the upper upper hand because of the personnel. That that they had around him. But we also was monitoring the k. d. lebron going back and forth and when you look at katie. He came out victorious because obviously they won the championship. Obviously he wanted to finals as vp. But when you go back and look at lebron james numbers and what he was doing against that golden state warriors saying no one could argue is say he didn't go down swinging or he didn't do his job but hold up his ear. The bargain for here to here with kevin durant.

The cowboys signed up to a one hundred and sixty million dollar deal with a hundred and twenty six million guaranteed in his first five seasons had cash value. Thirty five million. We'll take home seventy five mil. This year i Dow starting quarterback has finally been cleared to return to action after an ankle. Injury ended a twenty twenty season the cowboys. Qbr dropped eighty. Two forty two with deck off the field last year. Who also have some new heat on his feet that season. He's leaving data for five year. Deal with jordan. Brand that only quarterback it will be the highest paid. Seven eleven eighteen t beats by dre among other since he's been the cowboys starter but guys he hasn't just been racking in. The cash has also been testing out his ankle on the south like his work has hips a little. Listen yeah had a good single denial. How active and at that time. Maybe some little dance moves enough. La i'm ready to go. So that was the time that i said in my head. The injuries gone show or smithson. Playoff wins even got gotta have a new target. Can't make fun of baker mayfield anymore with all those endorsements shooter. This is this is this. Is this really what. Let me say this okay on a serious note dak prescott deserved as money very very happy that he got it. You know on a serious note with him. What he went through losing his brother what he heart goes out to him and his family on a serious note all all joking aside wishing him nothing but the best but now let me get into my cowboys. Trolling not allowed to do they. Were apologize. molly. Into 'cause i got distract. What all of those endorsements. Before i go on yeah go ahead and ask the question because i wanna make sure. I'm one point. Because i got to please. You hear you tell me what what i was going to ask. A senior quarterback under the most pressure view of something. You wanna discuss list of the answer would be yes and appreciate you me my guy. No all this. This is what makes me so. I just felt disgusted. What the hell has any cowboy done in the modern era. All of this. And i push in bev pets each sleep number. Then you'll gert campbell campbell soup. What's the winners may be. Are we levinson eleven. Open all the time really really been the cowboy. They've been closed cup playoff to for the last to let it might be that you're gonna pay t and t that's a fabulous fabulous bowl company brother. Jeff works one white needed. Still wanna moments on. My bucket list muffs. Go 'cause i met my brother. Dr dre is no one. No one that loves dr dre. He's a genius. He special and i hope you could help my brother. Nothing but love for you. but what how. And maybe that makes sense. Because obviously you listen to the music and you want to cover your ears from wallace. Shrapnel a criticism maybe that makes data document makes it leased -dorsements deals for prescott and i'm just sitting there going like this. I'm happy he's gotten his money. I'm happy he's got all of this stuff. But validates what jerry jones position has been in the past remember. The dallas cowboys breeds money in just being associated with us. Go get you paid and sure enough proves it because nothing on the field from the dallas cowboys overall has valid. Fair has got a great reputation. Mama he's the total no he's not and here's what all of those things that you just said are true the last quad. I'll leave to you. Because i don't flow like that but everything else that you said. I'm good with it. My point is were you right. The hand the quarterbacks as handsome best quarter how robots outfits dope all all. I'm trying to say that the we so this is the problem. This is what gives those nauseated. The stuffing fans out there. Who are despised cowboys. I don't despise them but the fans. Nothing pleases me. More than see a miserable miserable sorry cowboys fans and this is the reason why they get to believe this stuff because no matter what they in the news. They getting endorsement. Deal being hype. Even don't always home early a seven eleven eleven open all the top. They closed but the cowboys as the top book january. You can't find the cowboys. Tell the following december of september rather but somehow someway all these damn endorsement deal way to go with the jordan brand. I like the fact he'd better hope the upper. It's going to be slicks and eleven. Forget about seven. Save a little man. Top five most handsome quarterback. This is awkward. i'm married carry on. I would never ask you that question. I asked i asked you. don't ask. don't ask not the one who up. What's the question here. Oh my gosh. What quarterbacks under the most pressure now i feel like it's because they're all in his business oriented. It's not that it's not that look back. Just got all the endorsements you why he got the endorsements even though they haven't been winning dallas cowboys quarterback. He's good we already know always good. He just got paid and he's got all the endorsement deals and if they don't win you know we're going to say because he's got cevers everywhere. You look offense. Longitude at least be decent. We're going to say it was a defense his fault. It was the coaches fall. Going to write home about mike mccarthy being such great coach anymore right. it's he's not under the most pressure not even close guys under the most pressures matthew stafford matthew stafford his entire career. Oh he's so talented. If only he wasn't on detroit. Lions the reason can't win in the playoffs. He doesn't get the play. It's detroit now. The rams took the former number one overall pick who took them to a super bowl to pro bowls and a super bowl. They treated him to more. I i think it was worth to get stafford. What you're gonna do. Matthew stafford is stephen. I would say. There's an enormous amount of pressure. Not just for the rams of what it means. Now stafford's entire legacies if you can't with the ring with the rams we're going to look back and say oh. No it wasn't it was him. Let me tell you why. I think you. I think you're wrong because you're thinking about just football would dak prescott because he's a dallas cowboy. It's not just about football. It's also about the fact that it took them so long to give him his money. It's also about the fact that the fan base that he represents is also about the fact that we constantly bloviate about the dallas cowboys. And when you look at it from that perspective even though matthew stafford to football aficionados an avid football fans definitely is under some pressure. Hell the rams under more pressure to maintain a fan base chronic low because they are various distractions in los angeles could take you away from actually caring about football game but.

Kylie Jenner Responds To GoFundMe Criticism
"Let's talk about this whole kylie jenner go fund me situation. Yeah it would love to okay so for anybody who is unaware. What's going on samuel route. A who is a makeup artist in la. He's most probably known for his handle at makeup. By samuel and in terms of the car dashing community. I personally know him because he does dasa's make lot. He was in this terrible accident this last weekend and he's very close friends. Reo who's kylie's makeup artist and so kylie had posted a photo him with the caption on her story. Watch over you protect you. Make up by samuel. Everyone take a moment to say a prayer for sam who got into an accident this past weekend and swipe up to visit his family's go fund me and when you swipe up the goal for the medical bills with sixty thousand dollars so immediately twitter was kinda sent into a frenzy of people saying you know why kylie jenner. Who's the billionaire asking for her fans and followers to help support this goal of sixty thousand dollars. That is basically packaged share. I will say from what i saw on twitter. A lot of people thought that this was her direct makeup artist and friend arielle which it's not as more acquaintance but anyway that was the initial reaction. I'm sure you all saw that a little bit after that. Tmz came out with an article. That says quote. We're told there's a misconception at sixty k. figure everyone's quoting the original target amount for this go fund me when it first launched with ten thousand dollars and our sources say kylie's five thousand dollar donation. Put it over the top as it was already six thousand dollars at the time since then. The targeted has ballooned likely because of the attention kylie brought it by posting the link on her instagram story. Then i mean just within the last hour kylie made a story and said i feel. It's important for me to clear up this false narrative that ask fans for money and i'm not paying for a makeup artist medical bills. Sam isn't my makeup artist. Unfortunately we don't have a personal relationship anymore. But i've worked with him a few years ago and think he's the sweetest. I saw my current makeup artisan friend arielle. Posted about sam's accident families go fund me and i called immediately to see what happened to sam after learning in more detail about the accident and can tell me visit his go fund me which is set a ten thousand dollars.

"Into Slavery Gabriel Prosser grew to be a strapping young man trained as a blacksmith and learned to read he his brothers and his wife hatched a plan to not only a free themselves from bondage, but all enslaved people in Virginia their plan was to gather more men take over the capitol of Richmond and kill all the white people with the exception of methodists Quakers and the French processor. Would then rule the New Kingdom of Virginia. The plan didn't work. My name's Moxi and this is your brain on facts. Why didn't they Rebel this is a question that should have occurred to every American schoolchild when studying the Civil War and slavery. Why didn't they Rebel the truth of the matter is they did more than one third of the population in the south in the eighteenth Century or enslaved people in the 1943 Book American negro slave revolts historian Herbert aptheker estimated. There were over 250 rebellions of enslaved people in the US between 1619 and 1865 some historians put that number over 300. So rebellion was a lot more common than we were led to believe and even if enslaved people weren't taking apart in an armed Uprising many would fight back in small ways painting food work slowdowns feigning injury. Damaging equipment and so forth the new world had slave rebellions basically as long as there were people enslaved. They're the first documented Rebellion taking place on San Domingo on Christmas Day 1522 some rebellions managed to make it into the history books and pop culture like the seizure of the Amistad when a boat full of kidnapped Africans over through their captors and took control of the ship to both win their freedom and be memorialized in a film by Steven Spielberg. The first recorded slave revolt in the United States happened an hour down the road from me in Gloucester Virginia in 1663. White indentured servants included enslaved Africans in their plan to do away with their master and be free another servant betrayed them and was rewarded with his freedom. It would be nearly twenty-five years as far as we know off. Before the first all black slave revolt which again took place in Virginia. The largest slave rebellion outside the United States was the successful Insurrection of black slaves that overthrew French rule and abolished slavery in Saint domingue establishing the agenda nation of Haiti that proved unequivocally that the enslaved could defeat their captors and live free that precedent frightened and slavers on the mainland suck slave owners actively repressed any sign of rebellion laws dictating when where and how slaves could congregate were enacted to prevent Insurrection and quavo light paranoia. It's the same reason the enslaved were forbidden from learning to read or write words spread ideas and your captives May develop repetto Mania wage medical condition and let this make you grateful your doctor actually had to go to school the mental illness that caused black slaves to want to run away. Yeah, that's what these folks told themselves in case you thought the narrative myth of the happy slave was a recent invention. With Plantation populations under tight control Insurrection would tend to come from the cities or parts of the country where there were lots of small farms rather than one big one. We don't have time today to talk about all three hundred rebellions. We'll just hit on some of the ones that are most likely to make you ask why you're high school history textbook included between zero and one slave rebellion. Well at the same time definitely mentioning white John Brown at Harpers Ferry. Records are a bit spotty for our first subject the Stono Rebellion in South Carolina in 1793. History is colored both by the mouth of the teller and the ear of The Listener with their preconceptions, and we only have one firsthand contemporary account. Early on a late-summer Sunday morning 20 enslaved people gathered near the Stono River Why Sunday morning a recently passed law required all woke up men to carry firearms with them to church on Sunday. So the rebels made their move when the men and at least some of the guns would be elsewhere.

The Economist: The Intelligence
Putsch comes to shove: Venezuela
"And welcome to the intelligence on economist radio. I'm your host. Jason Palmer every weekday. We provide a fresh perspective on the events shaping your world. After yesterday's dramatic attempt to oust Venezuela's president. We take a look at coups around the world, what makes them happy. What makes them succeed, and what are the risks for coup-plotters fail? And a surprise raid on North Korea's embassy in Madrid reveals just how difficult and thankless it is to be a dissident against the North Korean regime. But I. In Venezuela yesterday, the opposition leader one Guido made his move to try to overthrow the embattled President Nicolas muddle, he claimed his operation. Liberty would be the final push to depose a man who has retained power only through a sham election. Mr. Guido is supported by millions of Venezuelans or suffering from regime inflicted hunger and hardship. But it's the support of the military. He needs in order to take power. And despite promising early signs not enough of them decided to abandon Mr. Muto. Lobue leniency called Pai tau. In a defiant television address, the president called the attempt of failure lambasting those who handed their souls over to the coup mongering, far, right? I was waking up shortly after six AM by the sound of saucepans being bashed, which is a traditional form of protest in Venezuela. Stephen Gibbs rights for the economist he was among the crowds in the capital Caracas yesterday as events unfolded. And it soon transpired what was going on. And that was the one I do was calling for a military uprising. We went over the us. Lootah bell imprinting gynecology perfume in no fuel inter inter one hundred zero as soon became apparent that. This was by no means a normal day all shops with barricaded opposite. As they usually are when there is a protest, but this was not a typical protest because a Hong wide other was out with soldiers. And they were all standing on this a motorway that overlooks the military basement airbase right in the center of Caracas and those soldiers will wearing blue on bans as a symbol of their defection and the crowds grew and grew. An inside that base. The sort of big question was whether the people inside the soldiers, the conscripts inside would he'd what those outside were saying, which is come and join us rebel against the Madora government. Pretty quick it became apparent that. They weren't going to do that it will far in ice towards the crowns toward us that were just on the other side of the barricade. And then things got even uglier the rebel soldiers. Apparently sort of rattled by something began to fire live rounds into the air. That go to whole lot of people running and it was a precarious situation. And then there was a sort of a standoff that lasted for several hours. One of the more striking things that was was. There was Leopold Lopez. He is Venezuela's most famous political prisoner. He's been in jail or under house arrest since twenty fourteen. So to see him walking the streets. Not balking particularly far was quite extraordinary in in. He managed to release himself by a defection of those people that were guarding him. So it was clear that this wasn't as I say a normal protest. Something unusual was going on that went on for several hours until after the tear gas through gone on bearable. Most of the protesters recapped to the square in out mirror here in eastern Caracas. And there was quite oh and Leopoldo Lopez and several members of the national guard who had defected, and they were being sort of hugged by supporters. They were some of them with. With the family, and this was the image. Of course, the opposition was hoping would be repeated massively across the country. This is what they're trying to do. They're trying to do a sort of fell revolution where the feared security forces. Give up put down their arms and say, you know, we're not going to support Madore or anymore where with this new president and everything's going to change. It didn't happen. It sounds like there was good public supports on the streets anyway for Mr. Guido or the people rallying behind him more widely. The short answer is. Yes, I mean, given that he was a relatively unknown figure last year. And now he is unquestionably the most famous opposition leader in Suada. It is probably were saying that a lot of the support for two is a sort of protest vote against Maduro Midori is not popular. But he given that he is saying that he's leading a popular revolu. Nation that in his last a contested election. The one that you know, Guido and the opposition and much of the international community says was rigged last year in a he's standing for reelection. Or he stood for reelection. In the midst of the deepest recession in the world inflation heading for ten million percent, everyone feeling poor more miserable public services here. Collapsing. So, you know, the idea that he could really come on Syria support seems implausible and what about the military whose allegiance has always been the Lynch pin here. What what support does Mr. Guido have from them? I mean, it might be fair to say not as much support as he hopes since he came on the scene in early January. He has repeatedly said look, I can only do this. If the military come with me, I think there's no question in the lower ranks of the army and the forces people know happy head because they're suffering. Exactly the same way the most. Venezuelan's suffering. The problem is that the high ranking generals and the of Venezuela that notoriously has a top heavy army with with thousands of generals a lot of them on a benefiting from the chaos here from the corruption which Unity's that may afford them a new also the whole forces. This is one of the things that were job is Maderas assisted. Did he politicized that institution? Effectively everyone sort of fouls their allegiance to the socialist, revolution and not just Venezuela. So it is a relatively world controlled institution. As as one guy to is is finding out and what will happen to Mr White. Oh, if this fails altogether. If this fails, which is perfectly probable identing it's necessarily the end of quavo. You know, he will probably continue an hope that the drip-by-drip discontent in the military against Maduro. We'll alternate. Really bear fruit. And I think the other person to watch is there Puerto Lopez. He's now out of house arrest. He's going to be living. It seems in the Spanish embassy. That means he's conceive people. He can meet people he can negotiate and that will be an instinct additional little twist to this long-running saga.
