And you're right there is Thank you for your leadership on so many conservative issues including especially pro-life you're just all over our region every day and i'm grateful and congressman brady has what's called the eighth congressional district which is just north of houston the At pretty much the most conservative republican district in america it's like eighty percent of it is it isn't it isn't it. Great to be in the pro-life state where we have the heartbeat law. Here pre born congressman. Yes so much. So and i'll tell you we are It has it has caused you know just to uprising Here in congress among nancy pelosi and and democrats in fact today this morning They rushed to the house floor a bill that basically provides abortion on demand through birth As the law land in america it will Eight imposes on demand. Boertien removes nearly all the pro-life protections for the unborn and abolishes state laws on pro-life issues including texas and others and then As any including those the prevent late term abortions. Which look i i don't understand How you know in months seventh eighth and ninth win. The baby is born alive from botched abortion. That they're they are. That is not considered a life and This bill i think goes to the worst of all of that. We know in texas The heartbeat bills already saved over two thousand lives of babies and many of them are babies of color Which is i think. Important for us to be protecting those who don't have a voice in and you've made that tastes beautifully for so many years.

The Hunter Biden E-Mail Coverup Is the Clearest Evidence Yet of Media Corruption

"Im in houston texas about three hours away near the campus of a very very left wing. University of texas in austin is our friend. Katie mcfarland former deputy national security adviser. She's in the lone star state to talking forget. Her book is revolution trump washington. We the people all right. Kt there's a lot to cover today. You ready ready to buckle up. I'm reading all right story out. Hunter biden emails. They looked to be authentic Legit i guess for two million dollars you could have hunter biden moolah as people trying to unfreeze freeze libyan assets. This is very dangerous. The white house is for sale. We know that. Kim your take on that and then what other black males floating around around there. Yeah i'm not surprised at this story. I think a lotta people for a long time. If now that the biden inc was a pay to play scheme whether it was with ukraine weather was with russians whether it was you know chinese anybody. That was the way you got access to. Joe biden vice-president and probably way to get access to him as president is to pay the family to get married. Get something what has always upset me about. This is why the media crush the story so the new york post had. The story had a laptop have the emails and in trying to report it the rest of the media crush them in fact the social media twitter banned the new york post the oldest newspaper in the united states banned them for their having a story that was critical of joe biden during the presidential campaign so to me. It's a bigger problem than just corruption. The white house. It's it's corruption the media you know the watchdog. We're not watching. In fact they were actively working on the other

New Report Says Hunter Biden Demanded $2 Million From Libya

"Very serious story With broke yesterday on Business Insider broken incredible story about Hunter Biden again I say incredible because it's not incredible What's incredible about this story is if the media would have done their job before the 2020 election where remember that poll in November of 2020 one in 6 voters would have changed their vote if they knew the level of corruption from the Biden family and hunters deals Remember that poll Well this story Business Insider which is covered by Fox as well At Hunter Biden is alleged now to have tried to scam Libya out of $2 million too to try to get some funds Libya had locked up released Clearly trying to pay Hunter Biden who is a grifter for access to his dad to get money's Libya felt they were owed released so they were going to give 2 million to hunter according to the Business Insider report Now what's incredible about the story What's incredible about the story is it's totally not incredible And if the media would have done their jobs back in 2020 before the election when they knew Hunter Biden was running a huge grift scam campaign with his corrupt loser dad sitting in The White House now It's likely the election would have turned down not just differently but far differently Joe Biden likely would have lost this race in a landslide But because the media worked with the intelligence agency to hide this valuable information from the public because they are corrupt they effectively rigged rigged rigged left he's like you're not allowed to say that You don't tell me what we're allowed to say You can stick that up your wazoo We say what we want and we speak the truth It is now clear as day that the FBI tried to rig the 2016 election with the Hillary Clinton campaign In fact fact the verdict is in Fact the gavels

Is it true you just left the flow of the house. What's going on there. Tell us give us an update. Yes i did. I just walked off and i'll have to be heading in here in a few more minutes. We're voting on amendment after amendment Most of this is going for the nda. So this is one of those wild weeks where vote after vote Most of them are democrat amendments. Because as you know they usually don't take republican amendments and some members of the freedom caucus have said that the nda should not be voted on by republicans until we see certain other actions taken by the white house. What's the state of play is going to go through. What's the latest number. Well there's a lot of us in the freedom caucus that are taking a stand against it we are. We're against drafting our daughters strapping young women. Especially when there's seventeen million young men eighteen to twenty five already signed up the flex services and our current Active duty military forces or at one point three million. And we're not even at war so there's no need to even be talking about drafting women at sample ridiculous. Of course we know women are capable and they're equal but we're just not into drafting our daughters our our wives and and don't think that that's that's necessary. It's another one of those Racing gender you know social issues. It's just pointless with that we can't trust this. How can we trust the military the leaders especially after they abandoned americans and and look what they did they arm the taliban so there's a lot to unpack

"Guess why. Because we're in here. We're in stat now on inside Max Public House. Well, last night, general manager Dan pressed. He was actually arrested by Governor Cuomo, Leonie and his thugs squad. The sheriff's here. We're sitting in his business, not selling liquor, not serving food sitting in his business, and his goon squad comes in, throws the guys in cuffs and whisks him off. Well, guess what. Where? Inside there outside. They got the place surrounded. And we don't care because we love freedom here and stand down. Now. Let me tell everybody watching out there a few things about Staten down, which you probably don't know. Okay, let me tell you What's happened? In 2015 in 2016 15. When Donald Trump was running for president in the Republican primaries, Donald Trump got 82% of the vote in Richmond County, a k a Staten Island. You know what that was? That was the highest vote total in the entire country for Donald Trump in the primary, So I put the flag in the ground here in Staten down as trump country. Okay, when I got to go outside and deal with these other guys I put on my trump mask. Okay, So what you need to know? Is that this is Trump country. And when the governor starts making these fake rules because he's mad at Trump fans because he's mad at the president, he turned stand Island into an orange zone, and he doesn't just turn all of that now and then to the Orange Zone. He just makes up some fake numbers. Okay. Him and his goon squad sitting up there and horribly flying around in helicopters, Governor Cuomo. Leonie makes up his own rules. Okay, And this is, uh Not get appliance that now and I'm sorry, Governor. Well, welcome you down here If you wanna talk about it then and keep the year that happy to welcome in the place with open arms. Dan's already been arrested, so I don't know that they can arrest him again. He's not doing anything wrong. Um So you know we're here. So that's number one. Okay, Stand down. Stands up for freedom. Everybody out there. I'm going live all day today. I am not going to stop. Sure I might turn your outside negotiating right now. Who's this saying that if I step outside the establishment, they're going to arrest me. Okay. Um, Oddly enough, they had the door block the whole time, So I don't know how I got in. I just walked right past him. It's amazing. I didn't they become for field on them. They don't even know this saying Wait a minute. We had this door lock. How did this guy get inside us that now? But are you not angry at the situation? Are you not? How do you not be angry at the situation? I'm fortunate. I work in media. I have other clients and other so called again essential industries. I've been fortunate, but I've watched Multitudes of individuals lose their livelihood in my own neighborhood. They're out of work. They're no longer functioning as productive individuals for their own family. Yeah, and it's it's well. It's just It's terrible. I mean, everybody knows what what this is doing to mental health. "So last week there was an interesting story that was in the news and it was on tucker carlson show. It was about a bar owner. Danny presi he had this bar in staten island. New york called max public house and what had happened was the city of new york had decided that the area of staten island that he was in was going to be declared an orange zone because there is a number of cova cases that reached a point where it had to become an orange zone based on the published criteria that they had been following in making these decisions so they turn that zone into the orange zone You couldn't have inside dining at his restaurant. he complained about it. They had people protesting outside. He was on the news and takeout with. We'd be okay in that situation but definitely not dining in. i guess you know like with most restaurants. The bar is kind of where they make their money but he decided the bar owner. Danny prestige decided to clear the bar in autonomous zone. Which is kind of weird way to put it. But in this case what he was saying was i don't care you guys do what you wanna do. You can say this is red green. I don't care. I'm gonna keep it open. And he taunted the new york mayor and governor in the process and he continued to serve inside the throughout the week. The sheriff's deputies were dispatched to go. They locked the man up. Or i should say they arrested. Danny who was later released a cook bartender in the in the bars lawyer who I'll show you a little bit later in this video here in a second they were also charged and then tucker carlson folks than he got involved so have a listen to this earlier this week. Police arrested the owner of a bar on staten island. Apparently the lockdown rules and this will surprise you but hey it's science only applied in the republican voting parts of staten island. That was so obviously political the whole thing. The protesters came. You could walk two blocks from the bar. Max public housing he indoors that any objection from the state health department will today. The owners of max public house met with city. Officials apparently didn't go. Well here's what they told us a short time ago. Hey tucker thanks for sending the camera out here to max public house so that we can make an announcement and give them updates on. What's going on the last couple of days. We've been closed since those recent events that i was taken out of here and we've taken a diplomatic approach. We've pleaded with the mayor and the governor and the sheriff to help work with us and to get small businesses open or to assist us in some way. Unfortunately that hasn't happened so the timeline has ended. And we're here to tell you that max public house is officially open and we will not close talk. Thanks for having us as always as his attorneys mall. Fonte and i have advisable keaton danny of the legal ramifications of their decisions as a proud staten island. At a very proud of eric. I stand and support them. We should tell you that every small business owner every single one so folks. That's that's what happened there. And again the whole thing that preceded. This was the fact that the city of new york actually decided to make their region a an orange zone so to move an area in the five boroughs to an orange zone. The state sets a benchmark of three percent positivity for covid nineteen testing on a seven day rolling average in ten or more new daily cases per one hundred thousand residents on seven day average for ten days so Who makes the call. Basically is the next question that i want to answer for you. And the state website states that the designated will be made only if the state department of health in consultation with the local department of health finds that based on the above listed metrics and other epidemiological factors such as an upward trend in total daily hospital admissions from residents of this geographic area. That has zone designation is appropriate. So in other words folks. It's not really political as with all things with tucker carlson to kind of get everybody riled up. He's got to make something political. That's that's just what they do. That's what tucker does he makes a living doing this so he's politicized this and we all know that new york city it's a big city it's a city of what eight and a half million people but what they're doing is they are actually making decisions that are based on fact you know through the input from the department of health so they're making decisions on who gets to be an orange zone and all this kind of stuff where the lines are. It's made on fact and it's not hyperbole. it's not conjecture. It's not something that they've just dreamed up so to me the city of new york. They're not being political here and whether we like it or not. It's within their right to make this decision based on what's going on with the pandemic so the question that i have here is does the what do you think does the business owner have the right to do whatever they want. In this case giving what's going on and giving that there are people who are charged with protecting the health of other people in the area so by declaring it an orange zone. Do they have the right. Do you think to do that. And then keep in. Mind to. Folks that tucker. Carlson is feeding fox. News viewers spiked political content. This is what he does. That's his job. He's trying to gin up the emotions of a lot of viewers in generate views his show and and we get that we get. But so you've you've got the business owner here you know that's out there and he's actually getting up a lot of drama you know. He's got people protesting in front of his business. He's out there cranking it up. He's telling everybody that he's defying doing here. You can't do this to me but the one thing that they're not really telling you folks is that he's making a lot of money doing it too. He's got a gofundme. Page out here when i looked at it. So what he's doing is actually working if if his intent is to kind of get out there on tv and he heard him in the clip. Say thank you for bringing the cameras out here again because all of this is working. He's got this gofundme page. And just before a cut the segment he had raised eighty four thousand two hundred seventy four dollars raised of a half a million dollar goal. And that's not the only gofundme page out there. I found this other one. That's out there as well. And this one is just entitled max public house and it has raised before i went on this segment. Three thousand three hundred dollars and the goal for that one is ten thousand dollars so i don't know it sounds like a lot of people are are making money. You know with tucker carlson pushing this. You've got the the max public house now. They're up to what eat almost eight thousand probably by now so is where is the reality in all of this and do you think that firstly do you think that the city of new york has the right to actually say get. These businesses should shut down. And you've got a situation here where the guy is making eighty eight thousand dollars out of making a big dramatic shout of this. So do you think that the the question here is. Do you think that the bar owner is monetize. Ing this situation this plight. That he's in and i'd be kinda curious to see what you think and leave some comments in the youtube comments section. I'd like to see what you think about this. Because on one hand you want to feel sorry for them but on the other hand he's jenning up a lot of drama he's getting up. Tv time thanks for bringing the cameras out here. He's got a gofundme page making money. So do you think thanks for tuning in and let me know in if you liked the show. don't forget to subscribe. Thanks for listening to the rest of culture. Podcast you can find us on. Itunes stitcher you to been pandora too..

"Hello, Bay Area. Thanks for listening to America. First with me, Dr. Sebastian Gorka on 8 60 am the answer. All right about him for the mass public house. 1 30 Lincoln Avenue being raided, but Sheriff's department. Okay, this tiny little place trying to make a living, Okay, We have 50 people in an airplane. Thousands of planes. Okay, this close to each other Costco's open Home Depot. People lined up backed up with each other. This guy can't open his business. It's shame on People. Shame on everybody for letting it happen. This should be 1000 people out here right now. Well, they get raided, but I'm Gestapo. Tomorrow is Wednesday at six o'clock p m. I want that. You shut down with 10,000 people? Because if we don't show up and shut face, we're gonna lose this Hope battle Disgusting shouldn't be Disgusted. What yourselves If they fear you, they will put you You understand what I'm saying? Get down here tomorrow night, Wednesday. Tomorrow night, six o'clock in front of Max Public house. This is disgusting. Do not adjust your sets. You weren't missing there. We had to be pad that rather Expletive laden video from the day before yesterday from Staten Island from somebody who witnessed New York State marshals. They were explicit, not the NYPD coming to a small bar Max bar to close it down and to arrest one off the co owners, an individual called Danny Presti and my Did They come out yesterday as our guest was on the Tucker Carlson Show on Fox. At least 1500. Residents of New York stood outside of that bar as 25 marshals barricaded it so nobody could go in Professor Hansen. Is this a sign of something that people are calling out their fellow Americans, and they are coming to the streets. Yeah, I think so. I think I mean, they're they're aware that we have a virus and you have to be careful, but they feel that They're their own reliance on people's own freedom. To be careful is greater than trust in de Blasio or Cuomo. And how ironic that There were tens of thousands of people just a few weeks ago in the streets of New York. They were damaging property. They were stealing. They were looting. They were burning. There were very few indictments. And they were even fewer convictions. And there are even fewer incarceration. So basically, New York is saying to these bar owners, If you go out, loot and destroy things, you're not going to face legal consequences. But if you open your bar with proper social distancing mask among the clientele, that's careful. We're not gonna let you do that. Here You are. Multi multi national corporation like Target or Wal Mart. Okay, but not not small business. You know, we'll also that that very trenchant point that was made by the individual posted that video that this is a small bar that you can choose to frequent Should you wish to But people can get on the plane pack next to each other by the hundreds. And that's okay. Professor Hansen we we've seen in the last 10 days. The Democrat politician after Democrat politician especially in your state, California, flouting the rules that they have broad for their fellow citizens. On the day they bring the rules when it comes to not eating out and so forth. Came here as an immigrant from a country that is ridden riven with a class structure. The United Kingdom and I, I found a country that was surprisingly absent of the class structure yet given the covert virus, the Chinese virus Is it reasonable to say we have an aristocracy today? And it is the politicians who make and break those rules that are the members of that aristocracy. Yeah, but remember who they were eating with Gavin Newsom was eating with lobbyists and the Texas Austin mayor was flying down when a private jet which is he couldn't afford himself. What we have is an aristocracy. But it's a nexus or fusion with Wall Street, Silicon Valley, Big Tech and what's scary about it. These were people who were tie dye shirts and they were flip flops and there are cool..

"Vato. He is one of the great artist. He's one of America's greatest artist. He's so Dedicated to his borough of Staten Island. Now he's out there sticking up for the guys from Max Public House. We're watching this fiasco, this assault law enforcement, trying to shut down a business like this Now, Scotsman. He's been yelling and screaming and fighting and a true true patriotic activist damage that I wanted to ask him to come on the air with us this morning. Scott. Thanks for joining us. I know it's a long night for you, man. How are you, My friend? All right, my brother. It doesn't sound like me because I was ripping my voice last night. It was a very passionate moment last night, so I had to fire up the crab but my voice Uh huh. You sound great. You sound great. I loved it. I loved your tweets. You tell us what's going on with Max public as and there must have been 1000 people there yesterday. Scott? Yes. Yeah, well, over 1500, At least maybe 2000. You know, off at the main time you could even see from the helicopters. We had coverage for all sorts of coverage. And that was great. Get the news came out. Because look, you know how patriotic I am, Joe, and I'm this big wave the flag paper. But I told everybody last night patriotism is not waving your flag on the fourth of July, having hot dogs and setting off fireworks last night, they said folks tonight This moment. This is what patriotism is all about. This is a line in the sand that we need to stand and get out there. You people that Support the businesses that have small businesses. This is the one and only time not only just here in Staten Island, but across this country. You know, Joe, Look, I had called it a couple weeks ago. All right. I had the sniffles for you know, a couple of days. I lost my case. I tested negative on that of the woods. Look, it's not. It's here. We're not denying it. We're not deny it. What you have to. You have to spread that this locked down all these regulations who have to spread it and distributed evenly. You cannot have all goods open where people can go in it and get a Essential ceramic bunny for them shelf in their house when this guy who had this tiny little restaurant tavern and sell a burger and a beer, that's it, and then across the street, a restaurant to be open, But across this street, one guy can't be open. It's selective enforcement. It's so wrong. It's coming down the pipeline from these hypocritical dictators. How do you expect people to comply? When you you know whether it's chuck human, not wearing his mask in front of thousands of people when Joe Biden won or that you know the Chicago mayor or that you know, the governor in California do is they say not as they do. You know, this is going down the wrong road and the people have had it And what my job is, Joe, I know no genius. I'm no genius. My job is the fire and put a fire up the bunch of these people that are set up. Natural last night is all about. I got you the best Thanks for watching your language on the show, too. I know you're careful, man. Because I think e pretty. Yeah, you gotta this guy is such a patriot, and he's so New York And he's so Staten Island you say stay so true to send these guys a small business guys, one of the sheriff's doing, Scott. Sheriff Sonny. Think, Put the guy in handcuffs. I can't. I thought I was with Germany in World War doing something, man. You know what I'm saying? Was right. There witnessed the whole thing. We were inside, you know, because I helped them take off a couple of weeks ago. They reached out to me. They said Scott, We know you're trying to get these businesses to fight harder. We're going down. We're closing off. Our livelihood is over. So we are going out with guns blazing. And we want you to help us. So I went random through this hole. You know, autonomous Zone concept and you know, it's here They are now center of the universe. You know the world is watching to get stop. Oh, come in, you know, and it's just sickening How you know, we all know that DiBlasio and all these big city liberal, Maia's told the police department to stand down when these young Hunts with destroying and burning and violently beating up people throughout these riots told to stand down, But this guy Selves, couple of hamburgers and a couple of beers a day. Okay, they go in there like Nazi Germany. I know people always compare. But I was there and I saw it and it was disgusting. So that happened on Tuesday. Yeah, whatever. It was Monday and Tuesday. I just said right there. I just called it tomorrow at six o'clock. There better be thousands of people here and people came to support these guys got Bebeto's the man Scott. What's your website again? Because that your your artwork is absolutely brilliant. You are truly one of America's great artists, My friend. And people want people. Listen. What people listen, People listen all around the country, you know, And they were kind of New York centric this hour, and it's good because we're you know, we're in New York goes, the rest of the country goes on Where the shutting us down. "That's incredibly hard allen. Morris. Joined the rest of the public in looking on in dismay at Melbourne's hottest lockdown. Alan is a professor at the Institute for Public Policy and governance at the University of Technology Sydney. He has written extensively on housing and Ustralia leading in-depth Reports on challenges in the market and then new. You don't speak English for she's very poor I mean it's and you can't get information, etc.. I think it was incredibly difficult situation for all concerned day after day hundreds of police stood their ground as residents propped protest signs against their windows demanding to be let out describing themselves as caged animals since then politicians and community members have called for a parliamentary inquiry into shutdown and a former United Nations expert on adequate housing made headlines. When she said a series of human rights, violations were committed. These are exceptional times. And are supposed to be fair to Victorian government action to be taken very very quickly. There was clearly an enormous panic you know that this virus was on hand. And they were extremely fearful. Clearly, there was room for improvement but I. The. General structural features UH Spurs of public or social features social housing. made it a lot more difficult in a public housing is notorious for its high density Poli maintained conditions, tenants share tiny lifts, cardinals, and laundries leading some to label the towers vertical cruise ships with many drawing parallels between previous coronavirus breaks on cruises and the potential for its spread again, because public halls news difficult to get into a lot of the people in public housing with families very crowded. I mean I saw you know you swayed images of the two bedroom apartments, eight people, etc. So of course, if one person gets it, that's it. You know guess to the rest of the family will get it. If one person gets it in in public housing complex in you now go up and down the lips are the people get it in combination with overcrowding many living the towers are reliant on precarious employment often forced to head out to work, win offered shifts or when opportunities arise in most cases regardless of covid symptoms. So the people can probably are working very intimately and they need those jobs so they began to work with the middle classes living in. Free San houses or terraces or whatever. They didn't have to interact with neighbors like that. So it's very different, and even if you look at an apartment Andre apartment block, not public housing, a lot of those people will be what we would be working, but they would be working at home. you know they. They wouldn't be that constant action. Regina. If you're in a public housing apartment, you want to get out and so there's probably a lot of movements in twenty eighteen to twenty nineteen just onto eight hundred, thousand Australians lived in social housing. Social Housing is a term used to describe a combination of both community housing plus public housing. Public housing is provided by the government to assist people on low incomes those who can't afford a home or may have problems renting in the private sector community housing is provided by nonprofit organizations. Since the mid nineties, the building of public houses really ground almost to a halt very little new public housing has been built as a proportion of the housing stock. Social Housing has declared cool. Social has implement has declined from around about six percent of all housing Toronto about three percent. And other words in order to get into public house in it's extremely difficult very, very hard. You have to have very very significant reasons. So, generally you have to be on the verge of homelessness. Victoria has the lowest level of public housing per capita in Australia. The always CD considers Australia's social housing stock to be small at four point four percent of all housing compared to other countries such as. France and Finland and as Ellen says less public housing has meant that those who do make it are some of the most vulnerable in society from the mid nineties especially. You've had increased seen what I would call Residual Association of public housing in other words. The people who entering public housing are a lot of them are severely disadvantaged and have a lot of them would have quite complex needs. Unfortunately, Australia become because it's become Surrey's allies. It's also become very very stigmatized Allen says this process is attributable to a number of factors. Housing is very expensive commodity and it's a wicked policy problem. I think what has happened in Australia you've you have now what is often called the financialisation of housing. And what this refers to his house and been seen as investment rather as basic as shelter. And that has really pushed up the price of housing to such an extent that now the economy's in really premised on high housing prices because what high housing prices. Do. Is that thank courage people to consume because people feel like you know they've got the asset they can always fall back on. Said becomes a vicious cycle. So I. Think we have to break that cycle where housing is no longer seen as an investment, and then there's also the private rental sector which you as very minimally regulated. And we really have to strengthen the regulation of the private rental sector so that people have a lot more security and that Renzo control to some extent, and for those for those people people dependent on government benefits for suvival. The private school system is really not really viable because severe pain you know. You say on. Disability Support Pension, which is roundabout four, fifty a week. You know you'll be using at least half of that. If not eighty percent of that. If you're renting in Sydney it's very, very difficult to find a decent place under four hundred dollars a week, and of course, if you've got children, it's it's you know you'll need a couple of bedrooms. So the private RAINSVILLE system is ready for many people has become impossible the nature of Australia's expensive and turbulent housing market has resulted in thousand signing up for public housing. There are currently over fifty thousand applications on the Victorian Housing Register, the Victorian Public Tenants Association. Estimates that the state social housing wait list will grow to one hundred, thousand Victorians by twenty twenty one enough people to fill the MCG Sir not everybody can make it in the market people have disability single parents have caring responsibilities, etc. so a lot of those people are applying for public housing whether they get in or not is a different question. So you're not people all anguish on this public housing waiting dust for years..

Ip as without bringing up dry hopping or hazies versus west coast. And I wanted to know what his What his take was on those particular styles and those profiles in those processes. I I like them. They're smoother they pick up some of the Hayes by using some of the alternative grains like oats and things like that so it's a much softer beer but it still has some pops store versus a west coast style. Ipa which is as much hops at all at all points in the boyle and the dry hop is you can really manage. And that's kind of what California did APA the West Coast. "The public house we got baseball coming up today Madison Bumgarner Robbie ray they've never faced each other although both have face each other's games quite often so that's the match up today Bruce Jacobs joins us first how are yeah going very good you know Adam and I were just talking before the break about Bumgarner and I know you wrote about it in for me you could take every analytic you want but if it's game three of the playoffs and you need six innings I don't care what is fly ball rate is is ground ball rate is home run rate I don't care I want him to have the ball I just think I just the analytics or eating him up and I don't think it's worth it well yeah that's exactly what I wrote the other day if you look at the man and and the the the commander the has the the the mound presence the history his stuff is some say it's not quite what it was but it's certainly plenty good enough he's got that massive break on that slider still that is just the state really smart you know I've bush's been talking about him a little wistfully you know about what it's going to be like without him because he's he's not just the the best competitor they're one of the best certainly the giant ever had but he he really knows the game and studies that and and you know he's he's he's a lot more than just a kind of a country bumpkin out there through and seeds and I I couldn't agree more I mean for any team looking into him it it shouldn't even this is even look at the numbers ago we can get Bumgarner and we're in a pennant race he kitten we're in yeah at Bridge spent so much time in big league clubhouse is how much of of experience in the post season comes into player how important is that when you get to that stage well there's a lot of examples of people coming right in and as if you know they've been there for years but mostly I think.

"I'm so happy to finally speak with you you to what's up. Oh, they've I'm single mom living in public housing. And I want out outta my situation. Good. Great cool. So what do you do for a living? I'm manager and training for fast food restaurant. What does that pay? Grosz? Yearly is probably. Just about eleven thousand a year. I'm working part time. I'm a kid. You got I have four. Okay. That's not going to do it. Mathematically was. No. Yeah. So we've got the career issue, right? Yeah. I'm currently in school online, Indiana Wesleyan university. And what are you studying station administration business business, Edmund, okay? And how much long before you get your degree November twenty twenty. November of twenty twenty. Okay. And is that a two year degree or a four year? I will be my that'll be a two year. Okay. All right. All right. And what do you plan to do with that? I wanna go into marketing. Real there's a few different. Have I wanna take with that? I want my hand in a lot of things. I also have a. Excuse me. Hey nursing facility nursing background. You do background nursing. Yeah. Okay. And how long how long did you do that? Since two thousand and nine which the most you've ever made in your life in one year. And one year. Well, probably about the sale of the now, I'm sorry. I was probably about twenty grand. Okay. Cool. How old are your baby? Ten nine two and six months. You got family around. Well, my mom passed without ten and my father would truckdrivers Lee's pretty much all gone, but you know, my grandfather's probably my backbone. Gotcha. Okay. Good. Well, the thing that I hear more than anything else is is that you've got these babies to feed and you've got to try to find a way to create income. And what is the best thing you can do to create income? The most income the fastest and. I think you go ahead with the fast food thing until you've got something better. But I think you start looking today because I think you can if you could find a full-time gig Megan thirty to forty now, which you probably could do with the nursing thing. And who's watching the kids if you're doing that? But daycare. Yeah. They're in daycare on by do good assistance with that. Okay. All right. If you were not in public housing, would you still get assistance with daycare?.

"Where are you studying? Ever see where I'm doing liberty university. Liberty. Okay. Yeah. I did that because all the local schools don't do night classes, and I work fulltime. Okay. All right. Cool. So university of Memphis doesn't have any kind of adult program. No. They only do daytime classes. Okay. How old are you twenty and you make twenty thousand dollars a year doing what? I've just got a job working at FedEx world headquarters customer service presentative. So I start Monday. So they're obviously there's potential for growth there. Yeah. Insurance before that twenty nine there with with some upside, and depending on what you're doing there and how structured you may even be able to just take some hotel if he could. And so what kind of debt is thirty thousand. Okay. So when I went to school, I took out I'm not doing this now, but I took out some loans for awhile, which is like twenty thousand and then about three years ago. I have let's see, and I had some really bad spill basically and in hospital, and that was ten thousand dollars. Okay. So you don't have a car payment. I don't have a car payment. I paid for my own Car Loans are not they don't they're accruing. But you're not paying anything on them. If you're in school, right? Correct. So are you doing now? They're stressing you out just sitting there. Okay. And the deal is is I don't have enough money right now too. I I'm short every month. And I'm taking my -mergency fund to pay for school. So I'm just like is this smart? You know, how much is in your emergency fund. Okay. So there's twenty five thousand. Where did that come from my parents passed away when I was teenager. I'm sorry. And we'd be v. And what were you making it the insurance place before you're making twenty nine FedEx, I was making like thirty thousand. But the issue was is I really couldn't tell they like me. I just couldn't produce the fill up thing. So I didn't wanna stay in it and just continue. I had been in it for like four years. But it just wasn't working. I wasn't seeing any new growing any. And then they let me go I know a few times because of my low, so no I figured it may be time for change Walker. But you're not making more money. Now, you're making about what you were making great. So you're still burning through your emergency fund to go to school, right? Right. Well, the first thing is let's name out of the twenty five thousand I would name three to six months of expenses the emergency fund, and that would not be twenty five thousand that would be less than that. Three to six months of expenses. And that's your real rainy day fund. And we're not really getting into that the rest of this money is to be used to invest in you, and I would use it for education. I love the idea of getting your income up to where you can address these medical bills and get them cleaned up. Our older those you said it was epilepsy. And it's how long ago. Three four years. I'm sure I could get down. It was originally thirty thousand and I called into baited with them and got it down, and I've been doing off and on for the last three years, and I've got it down to ten thousand. And I think I could probably get it down. Even maybe a little bit more. I bet if you call offered them five cash, you could probably clear it and use some of your money to do that. I would. Okay. And be done with it not payments. Then we're down to just student loans. That are sitting there waiting on you to graduate, and they're going to just sit there, and we're not going to evening with them right now. And then we're gonna start investing into you. I'm not a hundred percent sure you want to be all over the. All over this psychology thing because I'm not sure you wanna do it. I don't mind you doing if you follow through and you get a degree to get a degree. And you've got a plan to get your masters by working in using some of your savings to get there. That is a valid goal. And you could go forward and do that not getting into your emergency fund? But using some of your other savings five thousand.
