Charlie Dives Into Those Unanswered Epstein Questions
"Going to put a little bit of a ending on the Epstein topic. I do want your thoughts as well. Freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. But the significance is that I don't think enough people talk about this. I don't think enough people remain curious about it. And I have a theory about this. Not only number one, not only did Epstein and the killing of Epstein fuel the legitimate questioning of our institutions. It also angers me to a great deal. When I have to see QAnon and they think that a pedophile ring, hold on a second, just back off, okay? Why do you think people believe this? Epstein shows that you should be open minded to things. I'm not saying, you know, like people say, oh, Charlie, I don't even know what QAnon is, okay? The point is, are you going to slander or smear? Millions of people that want to question their institutions. While Epstein was likely almost assuredly killed in a prison cell, like, oh, shut up, just take the regime narrative as it is. You know what? No. Why is it that so many people get involved? In contrarian theories, because Epstein happened right in front of our eyes. That's why. Number two, for all the media that says the baseless accusations that there's an elite pedophile ring, I don't know if it's true, not, but it certainly seems like it is. It certainly seems that the most powerful people Prince Andrew Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, seemed to have frequent trips with the guy that was trafficking young girls. And the third thing is the cover up was so brazen. Basically telling us that we are in charge, sit down and shut up.

MorningStar Ministries' Chris Reed on the Conditionality of Prophecy
"I'm talking to Chris Reed of Morningstar ministry's Chris. I'm sure that there are just people stunned by what we're talking about. I encourage them to watch the video where you deliver this stuff at Morningstar TV dot com so they can get it. But so you said that, first of all, the, that the Prince Andrew, who has been plausibly tied to some of the Jeffrey Epstein stuff that this would overwhelm him to the point that you said he would try to take his life or he would be tempted to take his life. The thing that you just showed us on the screen implied that he would succeed in that. But when you spoke on December 29th, you told us to pray for him that you didn't see that as a theta complete. Yeah. Yeah, once again, I want to say, some of these things, you see in part, you see glimpses of it in these visionary experiences and I saw him in such a place of desperation and grief. I mean, of course he lost his mother and so on and so forth. And I saw him try to take his own life and it seemed like he was successful, but another part of me felt like that this could be prayed against. Just like this whole thing I saw with Ted Cruz. I thought a health crisis, you know, coming for senator Ted Cruz and I feel like that can be averted if enough people begin to pray because we need him. He's throwing conservative in Texas and I'm praying God will protect him and preserve him and keep him from harm. Well, so some of this stuff is conditional and you're just talking about what God showed you, but you did you did say that God clearly showed you that the marriage of Harry and Meghan would not last. He will be played the fool, yes. He will be he will realize at I can't, I don't know the exact date of this, okay? I'm sharing in 2023 things that could happen. I don't want to limit this to 2023. This may, you know, two or three years. I don't know, but I did see them split. Yes. And his attempt to reconcile with his family.

"Smart speaker. Washington's top news. When I wake up you're with WTF 19 lanes, his WTO news. The lines his sea Queen Elizabeth II lying in state stretches out for miles, CBS News correspondent Steve fetterman joined WTO Sean and Hillary and described the scene from London. It doesn't stop. They paused joining the line for around 7 hours when they re allowed people to join this line. It was around 5 miles long and they were estimating that it was going to be around 24 hours from the most recent people joining the line before the people who walked past the queen's coffin. We'll see if that comes about, but nothing is stopping these people from joining the line, whether it's cold, it's going to be cold, whether it's a 24 hour wait, they want to pay respects to the queen. Now, earlier, a few hours ago, the king and his three siblings, princess Anne, Prince Andrew Prince Edward, they marched in in military uniform to perform what they call the prince's vigil. They stood on each one stood on one side of the coffin bowed their heads and just stood there for around 15 minutes. It's a tradition that actually began with Queen Elizabeth's grandfather and they were reenacting it here. We'll have something similar with the grandchildren of Queen Elizabeth. But these have been just very moving scenes There are lots of VIPs who are getting special access to walk past the queen's body. One celebrity who decided to be with the people, soccer star, David Beckham. He stood in line for around 12 hours between 12 and 13 hours, and he walked past the queen's coffin bowed his head and walked out. Steve, what are people saying to you about their willingness to stand in line so long to file past the queen? They feel nothing like this will ever happen again. You'll never have a monarch served this long. The next 20, 30, 50 years who may not have a queen again. And they want to pay respect to her almost everyone who's in line can not remember another monarch. She has been the only monarch they've ever known. So it's all these things put together the weather is relatively mild. It's not right in the end it may be cold, so all these things put together. I think bring out this very massive line of 5 miles. It might get even longer. And Steve while we're seeing all of this reverence, there are some people, according to reports I'm reading who are grumbling about it. They're like enough is enough. Have you heard about that? We've heard some people, there are people who are against the monarchy. It's been that way forever. I would say these are mostly the anti monarchists in the British society who really don't think there should be a royal family. They are a very, very small minority, even people

Are Republicans Trying to Help Cause a Blue Wave?
"Dark Brandon strikes again. Yes. All right, I think he is also going to send an arrangement of penis flowers to Lindsey Graham for his national abortion baby, which blows everything Republican. Also, I think he should send some flowers to Rick Scott, who has basically said Republicans want to blow up social security and Medicare. Yes. The guy in charge of elected Republicans in the Senate, Rick Scott of Florida, proposed a plan. I wish I had enough copies to hand, but go online and look at it. I really mean this is serious because they're going to make it hard for you to believe. Proposed a plan requiring Congress to vote on the future of social reauthorization. And I want to remind you, you paid for your social security. Every single paycheck from the time you're a kid, you paid for it. So every 5 years, concrete gets to vote, change, cut, reducer, a limited entirety of social security. Also, we mentioned Ron Johnson, liberal helper. Here we go. Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin. As my mother would say, God love him. He thinks 5 years is too long to wait. He wants to put the vote social security Medicare on the chopping block. Every single year. Let me remind you all again, you paid for social security. You paid for Medicare. It's taken out of every single one of your paychecks. These guys never give up. Well, guess what? We're not going to give up either. Okay. All right. Mark Brandon. Doc Brandon. Carlos, what's going on? Is there a think tank over there on how they can help Democrats with a blue suit? A national ban on abortion. Right. There used to be a little devil now. It's just like, no more. Take away the social security to it. Do it now. Wow. That's like a good idea. Yeah. Right. I feel like they're being the biggest liberal helpers ever. And it's magical. And they're just fighting amongst themselves, right? Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and Roger Stone hates Wendy Graham and it's fantastic. Big mega rats fight fight fight. Equally awful, yes. Okay, we were talking about, oh, Trump just posted a meme with the queue was like right on his lapel. So QAnon's all going crazy, 'cause now they've gotten the official stamp of approval from captain crazy. Could I have my conspiracy music please? Oh, but Stephanie both parties are the same. I just wanted to say that. Oh, I'm sorry. What now? Both parties are the same. Are they exactly the same? Yeah, nothing to see here. Both according to this. Yeah, thank you. Okay, what is it that the queen is laying in state now? Her funeral is Monday. Yes, she's a Westminster. She is still dead. That remains. She's not a Trump's golf course. I got confused with the name. No, no. Westminster. She's really emotional. She will not be buried in any of Trump's golf courses. As far as we know. This has got some documents to hide. Right. Maybe he's stuffed him in her crown last time. So I don't know. Okay. I don't QAnon. I don't, okay. PolitiFact has dismissed a conspiracy theory that the royal family are part of a line of reptiles. From the constellation Draco, and that they have reptilian blood. That's the one dog junior just killed in that tweet or photo. I saw him sitting on top of one. I thought that was Kimberly Guilfoyle. Okay. No. Yeah, that is a mouth. That's Kimberly Guilfoyle black. That's what she's coming out for the general sex or orals? That's her way of saying the best is yet to come. I guess. Does anyone down junior is more man than I give him credit for? Because if he could take that oncoming and okay. So Don Junior would be the best that is yet to come. Yeah. I just think I'm gonna burn. You said that out loud. Okay, I'm sorry. I need to debunk the latest QAnon Queen Elizabeth. Okay, PolitiFact has had to debunk Queen Elizabeth did not die before September 8th and her death was part of a dark conspiracy involving pedophilia or child trafficking something. Prince was not sacrificed in 2016 when he died on the queen's 90th birthday that year and that he had been put to death as a birthday gift. Like prince, as in. Yes, for instance. As in. Let's go crazy. Right. Yes, was not like Prince Andrew. Look to death as a birthday gift to Queen Elizabeth on her 90th birthday. Why? Why? I want him killed. He's not, he's just named princess. He's not in the royal prince. He's not real. He's not in the line of secession. You've killed the wrong prince. This is the only purple rain. That's not who I meant. I meant OJ, perhaps I've said too much. But his name is prince. And he is fine. Yeah, I don't. Okay. Queen Elizabeth also did not die from the COVID vaccine. Nope. And she was not shot and killed in Detroit. Wait, what? That was Detroit? I'm going to. I won't be needing security. She was going to Paisley park to see prince. That's when Minneapolis. That's in Minneapolis. It's not Detroit. He's on her way. My ticket to Detroit. Now I'm in the wrong area. I have connection. You have to do a layover. Prince is grave, who was killed at for my birthday. Now I've been Detroit. Who booked me to Motown? She missed her connection. Oh, I've been shot. I'm going to see if they have a pedophilia pizza parlor Detroit. I don't help me help mummy. What, why? Do people I don't know. We've always conspiracy theorists, but this is the problem. The former president of the United States just basically put his stamp of approval on this whole crazy cult. Well, yeah, he's just digging the scoop deeper into the tide pool to see what else will creatures lie beneath. Like, well, I can't get enough of the crazy crazy. See, I gotta get a crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. He's just digging for anybody that can be upright and punch a hole or push a button on a voting machine. Okay. Let's go back to earth one for a moment where President Biden talking about getting real stuff done. With this law, the American people want and special interest loss. Folks, we're going to lower prescription drug costs. Lower health insurance costs. Lower energy costs for millions of families. I want to take the most aggressive action ever ever, ever to confront the climate crisis and increase our energies security. Ever in the whole world. And that's not hyperbole. That's a fact. We're going to build a future, the future. Here in the United States of America, with American workers with American companies with American made products. And after years of some of the biggest corporations in the United States paying zero in federal income tax, they'll now have to begin to literally pay their fair share today offers proof that the sole America's vibrant, the future America's bright and the promise of America is real. "When the queen celebrated her 60th year on the throne, 2012, she'd recovered her popularity. A few weeks later came the London Olympics. Where she thrilled the global TV audience by pretending to skydive into the Olympic Stadium with Daniel Craig as James Bond. The audience belted out the national anthem with patriotic pride. Years later, during the pandemic, the queen made a rare national speech that illustrated the unique role she played in the United Kingdom as head of state and above politics. She reassured the British people and emphasized the country's traditional values. Together we are tackling this disease. And I want to reassure you that if we remain united and resolute, then we will overcome it. I hope in the years to come, everyone will be able to take pride in how they responded to this challenge, and those who come after us will say the Britons of this generation were as strong as any, that the attributes of self discipline of quite good humored resolve, and a fellow feeling, still characterize this country. But recent years brought a return of family turmoil in crises that undermined the monarchy, including allegations that a 17 year old girl was coerced into having sex with Prince Andrew, was he was forced to address in an interview with the BBC. She went on to have sex with you in a house in belgravia belonging to girl and Maxwell, your friend, your response. I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady. And claims by prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle of racism inside the royal family. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Markle raised questions about discrimination towards their son, Archie. So we have in tandem the conversation of, he won't be given security. He's not going to be given a title. And also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he's born. In a statement, Buckingham Palace called the claims concerning. And so the family would address them privately. About a month later, Prince Philip, who the queen had called her strength stay, died at age 99 after more than 7 decades of marriage. Elizabeth became queen when Winston Churchill and Harry Truman were in power. She worked with more than a dozen British prime ministers, and a similar number of American presidents. Queen Elizabeth is the only monarch most Britons have ever known. Sarah Bradford says, Elizabeth will rank among the nation's great sovereigns, including Elizabeth I, and Queen Victoria. I think the queen's legacy will be holding the whole thing together through bad and good. Connecting with the world. I think she will be seen as dutiful, good at her job. And self sacrificing in many ways. A quarter of a century after assuming the throne, Queen Elizabeth summarized her role and her relationship with her subjects. When I was 21, I pledged my life to the service of our people, and I asked for God's help to make good that vow. Although that vow was made, in my salad days, when I was green in judgment, I do not regret nor attract one word of it. Frank

"Totally right. It's not Trump. It's us. Trump just leads the parade. See, that's my point. That's my point. I mean, doesn't Dick Cheney get that? How do they not realize that? Donald Trump isn't prince Andrew. He can't just fill up or whatever. He can't just say I'm gonna be the prince. I'm gonna be the king. We decide that. We're the boss. If Trump or the Republicans get back in, they're not going to be able to play their games like they're playing with that inflation fight everything now where they sneak in these little things. You know, they got lost that your parents have to be thrilled for 7 years before they can go in a nursing home. That means you. I mean, who makes those laws? I know, I know. I know, but it's not, like I said, it's not, at the end of the day I don't think that Liz Cheney's dad is going to rescue her next week.

So yesterday, I did see 100 Elvis Duran and the morning show, and he plugged the podcast God bless him, he's such a good friend. And so yesterday we had a huge spike in listeners. If you're back for a second day, oh, you're a glutton for punishment. No. If you're bad for a second day, we are very happy to see you at all the original naughties dad worry we love you, we know your rock I foundation. Hey, let's jump into the show, Donny, one time, is in my Friends, it is. Do you think the new listeners like Harold audience participation? What do you think they think we're crazy? Well, I think they think we're crazy, but also they enjoy the participation. Because they're both worlds. And yes. Big story at the top of the show, so Queen Elizabeth traveled to Prince Philip's memorial service with Prince Andrew. I know, so the queen arrived at Westminster Abbey, along with her disgraced son, Prince Andrew for the Duke of Edinburgh's service the service marks the Duke of York's that is Prince Andrew. His first public outing since paying a reported 12 million 12 million pounds to his sexual abuse accuser in the high profile case that was just settled. So the decision allows Andrew his 62 years old to travel with his mommy to Westminster, Abby and they're saying that this was a clear signal by the queen that she still supports her son. So it's been described by a lot of people in Britain as a quote, a bold move I would say. For the Queen and the duke to be in the car together, it was a mutual decision and insiders tell me it just shows you how close their relationship is. They spend a lot of time together at Windsor Castle. Now some people thought this was a really, really bad choice, but this was the queen's decision she could have gone to the Abbey with any of her children. She's the boss. She could have gone by herself, Donnie, with a lady in waiting, she could have even taken you, my friend Donnie. Anyone she wants. It's her car. She's the queen. She specifically chose her son. I've been following Queen Elizabeth as a reporter for a really long time. She doesn't do anything by accident. This was a conscious decision that after everything that's happened or the disgrace, the lawsuits, everything donations standing by her son, what do you think? I'm not gonna lie, I am a little shocked by the decision. I feel like, you know, it's like a production is what booking camp house is..

He took the Instagram using the hashtag hash Monday night gratitude, and he called out some of the incredible people in his life. And what he said to shailene was, thanks for letting me chase after you the first couple months after we met and finally letting me catch up to you and be a part of your life. Thanks for always having my back for the incredible kindness you show me in everyone you meet and for showing me what unconditional love looks like I love you and grateful for you. That's sweet. It goes to show that this breakup was obviously amicable. Yeah. I like this when people break up, we get so nasty, don't we? All we think about are the bad times. Clearly they're a good time for the time they were together. It was a short time just over a year. They had a great, great time together. And so I like to remember the good stuff I really do. We can always focus on that day that moment when you drove me crazy, or we can focus on all those months, all those months, then we had a really good time. I find this happens not so much in love for me because I've been with Bruce forever, but with friends on a friends can fall out. I can be Friends with you for a year for ten years and then one thing happens and we don't speak again and that drives me insane. I remember the good times, you can hold a grudge Donnie, so when somebody upsets you, do you remember the bad or can you let the good creep in there? I will honestly admit I remember the bad the most. I think I tried to remember some of the good times like, oh, we really did have a great time. Remember that time we went to Vegas and we acted a fool together, but then I'm like, nope, but remember that time they lied to me? Or they went behind my back? It's hard. It is hard. I focus on the good stuff here and I'm glad that Mr. Rogers is to moving along. Prince Andrew oh, Prince Andrew..

Prince Andrew Buckles and Settles With Virginia Roberts
"My royal sources and by the way, my role as sources have been on the money when it came to all the shit pertaining to Harry and Meghan and they're telling me that once prince Andrews lawyers knew they didn't want to take this sex assault and sex trafficking trafficking thing to court with Virginia dufresne, Virginia Roberts. I'm just gonna call her Virginia. I forget which last name goes first. Virginia, they initially offered her a $3 million settlement. No one's reporting that. I know it to be true. Which basically equals a million bucks every time Virginia and Prince Andrew had sex three times. Or let's say a million bucks for every time he demanded sex. And that was insulting to Virginia and her little lawyers, and then they let Andrew's legal team know it. And if they were going to accept any settlement at all, they said it's going to have to climb over 10 million bucks. And oh, by the way, 15 million would really be in the neighborhood we like. Well, Andrew and his legal eagles must hate the neighborhood. They're in now and after mulling things over for some time, they kind of like the neighborhood Virginia lives in and the settlement we've been hearing about them reaching is said to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 to $16 million. That's quite a pricey neighborhood. But if you're a sexual assault and sex trafficking survivor, who's to say how much you deserve. It's not up to me. I can't tell what's fair and what's not fair. So I'm going to take Virginia, giuffre. Virginia Roberts. I think that's VRG. I'm going to take VRG word for it. But I will say this. If she had brought up these charges, say, against the rapper or an athlete, she'd never see anything close to 12 million bucks. So in that case, this is really odd to say. If you're going to be evicted, it sure pays to be a victim with someone who comes from a family who can afford to be can afford to be embarrassed and has an endless pit of money to draw from.

"See how all this plays out. Kinley, thanks very much for joining us. Thank you. Storytellers have long looked to the natural world to well to freak out fiction fans. From the mass bird attacks in Alfred Hitchcock's 1963 thriller, the birds. That's a damn thing I ever saw. I know it seemed to swoop down at your deliberately. To the not so terrifying vegetarian goblins of trawl too. They're eating her. And then they're going to eat me. Oh my God. The environment is a rich seam for thrills of all sorts, especially when things go wrong. And, as humanity's relationship with and understanding of the environment have evolved, so have the storylines. Eager hora is a Joyner affection, which focuses on ecological fairs, particularly the fear that nature is hostile towards humans. Miriam balanescu writes about culture for The Economist. It draws on concerns over the damage humans inflict on nature, including pollution, draining resources and global warming. So what is it that separates what's called eco horror from horror more generally? What makes it eco? An eco horror. It's nature itself or a part of nature that is enacting the horror. So normally in response to some kind of harm that humans have inflicted on the environment. It's a relatively new term, which became more frequently used around the late 2000s and it's described as an eruption in the natural world in response to human mistreatment by the critics Robin el maru and Joseph Kay human. Its first major wave was in the 60s and 70s and.

"It included that on liquidity in acceptable condensation immediate. Now the military regime says those elections it promised for next month should be delayed for 5 years. And that has prompted tough new sanctions from the economic community of West African states or ECOWAS. Colonel guita was defiant calling on the Malian people to unite against ECOWAS. Low position. Coups are unfortunately an increasingly familiar concern among the 15 countries that make up ECOWAS. And the situation in Mali is particularly thorny. It's the site of waves of jihadism. It's played host to thousands of international peacekeeping troops and as things have got messier, Russia has reportedly been taking on a larger and larger role in security. But the sanctions imposed by ECOWAS to bring more stability might do just the opposite. Well, they really are quite tough. Nicolas had imposed some sanctions earlier in the latter ones for quite specific on members of the two leadership if you like and some of their family members. But now they've gone much further. Kinley salmon is our Africa correspondent. eCos member states are closing their land and air borders with Mali. And that's a pretty big problem. Given mal is a landlocked country that depends on what's in Senegal and the Ivory Coast in particular for its trade. The regional block has also stopped non-essential financial transactions and suspended Malian state assets in banks in the member states. Mali also shares a currency with much of ECOWAS and the regional Central Bank has now also frozen Mali out of those financial markets and this could have pretty significant effects. Mali's been planning to raise funds through a debt sale. And that's already seemingly been canceled over time this could in fact see the government struggled to pay salaries and things like that. And what's been the response in Mali to these sanctions? So colonel goiter has recorded pretty angrily denouncing the sanctions. He's called for demonstrations in the street against them, but he's also indicated that the door might be a jar for further negotiation with their OS. He said, even if we regret the illegitimate illegal and inhumane nature of some of these sanctions, he says the Mali remains open to dialog with the regional block. But he's also closed borders on the Malian side in something of a fit of peak, given they'd already closed it on their side. And the regimes, of course, record their ambassadors from all eCos states. So it's certainly very tense. People in the street, there has been some sense of panic about access to supplies to money and things like that. But of course, there's also been some support for the government for this transitional regime against EOS. So it's a mixed picture I think on the ground. And what about more widely? What's the wider international communities response to all this? Well, France, which was the colonial power in Mali and has significant number of its soldiers there fighting jihadists has strongly backed the eCos and measures American Britain two seem to have fallen in behind. And the broader reaction in Africa has also, for the most part supported ECOWAS is tough measures, even Algeria to the north, has suggested that the military regime in Mali should negotiate with ECOWAS. The Kenyan representative at the United Nations backed the sanctions. There is one exception that Guinean authorities, which also shares a border with Mali, where there was a coup just last year unsurprisingly suggested that ecosystem being unfair and announced they would keep their borders open, which importantly gives Mali axis to a seaport, but perhaps the most striking reaction has come from China and in particular Russia who blocked the UN Security Council from supporting the ecosy sanctions. And why Russia in particular? So since the coup in August 2020 and particularly more recently, the male and authorities and Russia have rather been cozying up together, Russia has long historical ties with Mali and a number of the members of this junter if you like were trained in Russia, Russia recently delivered helicopters to the country to help in their fight against jihadists. And now it would appear that hundreds of Russian mercenaries from Wagner group are in at least that's what's being reported, though the Malian authorities still deny this. And so there's a clear sense of Russia, perhaps moving in and try to expand its influence in Mali really at the expense of France and other western partners. So this ties into the securities situation we've talked about many times in Mali and then the Sahel more widely that all of this upends the security balance in the country. I mean, yes, it does have a big impact, although of course there really wasn't much balance in recent years to begin with jihadists linked to Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State threatened swathes of Mali as well as Burkina Faso and Niger. France has had about 5100 troops in the region, although it recently has been executing on plans to draw down, perhaps as much as half of those. There's also 13,000 peacekeepers from the UN in Mali on a large EU training mission. But the big question away for all of that that comes from these sanctions and the arrival perhaps of these Russian mercenaries is whether there will be some change in the commitment from Western countries to trying to maintain security in Mali. The seeming deployment of Russian mercenaries at the request of the traditional government has certainly angered some of those western partners. And there's certainly discussions going on in Paris and other European capitals about how to react. And I think it's fair to say that pulling some further troops out remains on the table as a possibility. There's a lot still to play out. But that security situation is not limited to Molly, as you say, how much are the events happening in Molly now affecting other countries in the region? Well, the security trouble in Mali is certainly spilling over into its neighbors Niger and Burkina Faso are in pretty deep trouble from really the same jihadist insurgency. And that is also destabilizing governments in the region in Burkina Faso, just on January 11th, the government said it had foiled a coup plot from disgruntled soldiers quite possibly themselves angered at the significant losses that the military has been taking and fighting jihadists so really this johad has problem can quickly turn into a problem of government stability and even of coups. And that's really what we've seen in Mali and what it looks like we might be at risk of seeing again soon in Burkina Faso. And as for these sanctions and the changing securities situation, certainly within Mali. I mean, how do you see this playing out? It's an unstable place made seemingly much more unstable. Well, for now, I mean, these tough sanctions from ecosystem seem to be to be holding. That group is if you like showing a united front. But these are really very tough sanctions. And it seems quite possible that the Malian authorities will go back to echo ass and propose some kind of a compromise to try to get some of these sanctions at least lifted a little bit. They might, for example, propose elections rather than 5 years now, perhaps two years for now. And at that point, splits in this coalition that's back in the sanctions, could easily emerge. There are some members of the OS such as Senegal, which are really heavily affected by the border closures. And they're likely to push for some relief pretty quickly if they can. So I think there's a long way still to go to.

"First up, though. Britain's Prince Andrew, the Duke of York has in effect been excommunicated from the royal family. The queen's second son is being stripped of all military titles and royal charity roles, a royal source says he will also lose the use of his title, his royal highness. After years denying the accusations of abuse against him today, any prospect of a return to public life for the Duke of York is over. The drastic demotion comes just 24 hours after a U.S. court ruled his sex assault trial will go ahead. A civil case brought in America against the prince by Virginia giuffre, claims that he raped her as a teenager, knowing she was being trafficked by the disgraced and now deceased financier Jeffrey Epstein. The prince has always strenuously denied the charges, but the pressure on him has intensified since a frankly uncomfortable BBC interview in 2019. You were staying at the house. He's convicted sex offender. It was a convenient place to stay. Andrew has admitted to being close to Epstein's confidant gilling Maxwell, who was convicted last month of sex trafficking of minors. All this comes at a tricky time for the monarchy, this summer, the queen, and the nation will be celebrating her platinum jubilee, 70 years on the throne. The palace's decisive action in cutting off the prince reveals just how important it is for the family to protect the reputation and the legacy of The Crown. So yesterday Buckingham Palace confirmed that Prince Andrew, who is widely believed to be the queen's favorite son, had been stripped of his last remaining official ties with royal life. Katherine nixie is a Britain correspondent for The Economist. So in the brisk statement, they said that with the queen's approval, the duke's military affiliations in his royal patronages have been returned to the queen. So he's now going to be defending this case as a private citizen. Most importantly, of all, perhaps he is no longer to use style himself HRH his royal highness in any official capacity. So that is pretty much the end of Prince Andrew's time as an official royal prince. And so why did Buckingham Palace take this drastic step? So Virginia giuffre has brought a case saying that she was sex for trafficked by the convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein as a teenager and that she was made to have sex with Prince Andrew. Now, there is a photograph that appears to show Prince Andrew with his arm around Virginia giuffre at this time. Prince Andrew says that he doesn't even remember meeting her and he doesn't remember that photo being taken and he denies all charges. And in a BBC interview famous BBC interview in 2019. He said, mister phrase memory that she danced with the sweating prince in the nightclub couldn't be true because of the condition that means he didn't sweat at the time. Because I had suffered what I would describe as an overdose of adrenaline in the Falklands War when I was shot at. And I simply it was almost impossible for me to sweat. And the palace have done this now because due phrase bringing a case against Andrew in the U.S. court. So it's a civil case not a criminal case. And Andrew's lawyers had hoped to say that a prior settlement due for had made with mister Epstein, and she wasn't able to bring the suit against him. But this week a judge was ruled that the case against Andrew can still proceed. And it's expected to take place towards the end of the year. And it seems that this has prompted the royal family to say enough is enough and cut ties with Andrew. And so about that trial, how will that play out? What's next? I mean, nobody knows what's going to happen as in any trial, but the prince generally denies the charges. However, a legal experts, I have spoken to, say, there is basically no positive outcome for Andrew whatever happens. So I spoke to a lawyer called Stephen noble who is an expert in cross border litigation. And he was pessimistic at how this is going to play out for Andrew, whatever happened. To fight the case. Or to settle it or to go to trial, I'm not sure that there is a trial is a good option because we've actually won the obviously a chance that things would come out. Whatever happens in the case, it's going to be bad. He can't be extradited to America for the case because it's a civil case. And even if he's found guilty, probably what he will get is a fine, but it is going to be bad for the royal family, whatever happens. Andrew is going to be interviewed on camera about extremely personal matters and as ever notes he saw the BBC interview, he doesn't do well under cross examination. Probably his best option at this point is to try and settle out of court. And that is going to be hugely expensive. Figures of $5 million have been bandied around. And that seems easily probable. But it's very possible that miss jufre just wants to see him in court. So that even offering a settlement, which is in itself will look bad and may not make this go away for him. And what about the effects the reflection this is on the royal family itself? The British royal family has centuries of dissolute princes behind it. Prince Andrews ancestor Edward VII was so badly behaved as a prince that he was known as dirty Bertie and Edward the caressa. And his coronation, he had a pew reserved for his mistresses among them Winston Churchill's mother. So that prince's misbehave is not news to the royal family. What has changed is that they are now a media monarchy. So the focus is very, very intense. People can see photographs of the people involved. And they know every damning detail. And it's also at a crucial time for the royal family, because the queen is celebrating her jubilee at 70 years since her accession. It may be the last final spectacle of her reign. And everyone's worried about the coronation of King Charles because it's going to be a nervous moment for the royal family. The queen was so popular, her reign was so stable, the last thing the royal family needs at a moment of instability is yet more instability coming from the 9th and 9 to the throne. And as you say the royal family is sort of evolving itself to a media family and this is a media mess. This is an absolute median S for the media monarchy. This is a disaster. It used to be that the Britons believed that the monarchy was put there by God. It said that a few years after her coronation, a third of Britain's believes the queen had been chosen by God. I mean, he would struggle to find people who would say that today. Now they rule by the tacit consent of the British people. And there are utilitarian monarchy. They are there because people think they do more good than harm. A case like this starts to tilt the balance in the other way. And the royals now have to be seen as hardworking do gooding and meritocratic people and Andrew is seriously damaging their reputation. And so given all that, where do you think this leaves the monarchy at a tricky time with another jubilee coming up? Well, by taking this action against the sun who's widely believed to be her favorite, the queen has shown that the security of The Crown's flesh and blood. In a sense she could have gone further. She could have removed Andrew from the line of succession, but then once you start tinkering with hereditary order, the whole House of Cards falls apart. It's either there an unchangeable or it's nothing. So the monarchy can't be seen to embrace Prince Andrew they can't get rid of Prince Andrew, the only thing they can do is what they have done.

"Producer. Alexis codename doc holliday jackson. Most importantly you are you. You are here. That makes this stuff. They don't want you to know If you're watching this on youtube you may notice. That scully is moving a little bit closer to the camera on my end. Got some rearrangements going on. I'm just of her slowly encroaching presence. Don't feel like this is a zoom horror movie forbath where we're sneaks up on me. I know you're right there. A video get where. We started rolling logs here. We started rolling in. You had your hand around scully. And skelly had her and around you just. We opened the show like that so many times. But this one usually chiefly retune a show. Oh we're rolling a bloopers reel memory. Put that in there. I think to be making some more Videos of that older format that older of log format hopefully as we get closer and closer to one of the favorites seasons of this show. Halloween remember that time. I asked said that agent scully should dita sandwich and somebody yelled at me. For fat shaming women. Yeah i vaguely. Remember that. But i think in general we don't bring that up is fine fine. It was just so dumb. I think everybody should eat a sandwich. Just in general the data side. If you were a long time conspiracy. Realist of louis are welcome. You back to the show and you know what happens this time of the week. It is the top of the week. It is monday which means it is time for strange news. We're going further into governmental absurdity. We're going further into the lives in crimes of the incredibly cartoon initially offensively wealthy and powerful. And we're going forward to the future. In a way that i think is frankly beat me here doc in terrifying Also we are still keeping an eye on some of the things. We talked about in our last strange news. We're learning more about the coup in guinea. Were learning more about so many so many stories. That seem here and gone. As far as western new cycle is concerned the the fbi released a highly redacted. one document. Ooh about y'all heaven yes yeah. The fbi did Respond or try to get in front of the executive order an released some stuff but yet again it appears they mistakenly used the black high lighters instead of the yellow ones so there are still questions that remain shut out to the onion for that age old joke that never. It's never not relevant. which how. How weird is that i think. Just maybe we traveled to to lead ninety kingdom. I because there's something really interesting happen to your i. I don't know if anybody's experience this in your personal lives But you've probably seen this seen in countless films and countless television shows where someone says Hey are you you know. Are you mister dole browner. Hey you mr matt frederick and then you say guess like a sucker go you've been served papers or they just do like really hot dance. Move up on you and they say you got served. That's yeah that's better service. You have to pay a premium to get people. Serve that way. Billionaire singing telegram at that point but combining the two is the best right. But getting you know it's like a little bit of Puts a silver lining on things but it turns out being served is a a real process eating. it's it's something that maybe is a little misunderstood in the world of western fiction. I would say because if you've never had a legal experience with this then it sounds like all you have to do is never tell a stranger. Your name right never admit who you are and just be ready to run away. But i think it's it's not that quite that simple just for just for comparison the us. There's this legal move you can do. Where if if you're getting stonewalled by the person you're trying to serve but you know they are in regular contact with someone like a spouse or child or whatever then you can serve that person instead and it still counts. So i didn't know that. Yeah well yeah in this case. I don't know exactly how it works with british law or with the law over there in the uk. But and you know what. I actually see this. What we're about to talk about. It's more like from. Prince andrew's perspective is more like thinking. You're you've finish the film you've conquered. Whatever the antagonised is if if the protagonist in the story is prince andrew feel like that that's over and then all of a sudden it's back the person is back right wakes up from whatever they were knocked out or something. It's even enough to make him sweat right. Yes exactly. And i think that's a very good thing in this case. Not only according in that way because the horror movie genre does this a lot. Prince andrew who has been accused of taking part in some of the jeffrey epstein a human trafficking and sexual assault actions elephants saying that correctly prince. Andrew was a part of many of the allegations. That were against jeffrey epstein. At least he took part in a few instances within the saga. That is jeffrey epstein's sexual abuse in human trafficking thing. God not say that. But it's not a conspiracy. It's a huge conspiracy and just say a terrible terrible thing that went on for a very long time and prince. Andrew was accused specifically by a person named virginia roberts joffrey. I don't know how to say that correctly g. i f. f. r. e. and you've likely seen a picture of prince andrew and virginia together that it circulated a lot too when she was very very young. Two of them were posed together. You can find that picture. She has been attempting to hold prince andrew to account for his actions stuff that occurred when she was underage. She's been trying to do that for a long time. And today in new york city as we record this monday september thirteenth virginia and her attorneys are officially having a pretrial hearing about the eventual trial. They want to have but against prince andrew for these things that occurred you know. Her allegations are that when she was seventeen. She was sexually assaulted by the prince. As a part of jeffrey epstein's whole thing and the the issue they've been dealing with is attempting to officially serve the prince. These papers like ben was alluding to at the beginning of the story. And it is a weird thing when you're british royalty and you have so many layers of human beings between you and the public even law enforcement when when officers have attempted to serve the prince. These papers they've been unsuccessful and they've been attempting to serve the prince with papers for quite a while their stories in here from the guardian. I'll give you the story. You can reference right now if you'd like to. The story is new york court to hold pretrial conference on civil suit filed against prince andrew. And within here you can see how the papers were not handed over to the prince. The way you would in the stories we've described earlier it. They were handed to some metropolitan police officers who were at the gates of a property in with on which the prince was hanging out where he was located at the time and that occurred on the twenty seventh of august and just another piece of info. Here a group called blackford z. Law firm that according to the guardian is representing prince andrew in quote certain. Uk matters they questioned whether or not these papers were served correctly because they went to a police officer. But it's not as though you know. You're walking on a highly guarded property. You could just walk up. You know past the officers past the private security. Whoever.
