Outrage after Trump refuses to commit to peaceful transfer of power

"President Donald Trump has long stirred controversy over the upcoming election, for example, predicting it will be fraudulent and suggesting it be delayed. The controversy rose to a new height Wednesday after Trump said about a peaceful transfer of power. Get rid of the ballots and you'll have a very peaceful there won't be a transfer. Frankly, there will be a continuation. Democrats responded with outrage. I mean, he says, that people swallow Clorox and we hear about it for the rest of our lives, but he's trying to have the Constitution of the United States. Swallow. Clorox. Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi answer the reporter's question on the subject at her Capitol Hill news conference Thursday, but that a president of the United States would place in doubt. The idea of the peaceful transfer of power is well. It's no surprise again because the president has been contemptible of science and governance. And so you see, 200,000 people have died, but I am I had confidence in the American people. And I have confidence that that He won't get away with saying, for example, I want with the popular vote on the ground. The vote in the mail doesn't count in the rest of that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was at a loss for words Wednesday night as he spoke to reporters to a face mask. I'm being facetious that said. What country are we way? Says the most irrational things I don't know what to say. But it's not surprising. Independent Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, himself a former Democratic presidential candidate. Devoted a whole news conference toothy issue in Washington, D C. We must ensure in this unprecedented moment in American history. That this is an election that is free and fair. An election in which voters are not intimidated. An election in which all votes are counted and that election In which the loser accept the results. This is not just an election. Between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. This is an election between Donald Trump and Democracy. And democracy must win. Republicans have also spoken out, though in a much gentler tone, Republican senator met Romney of Utah tweeted fundamental to democracy is the peaceful transition of power. Without that there is Belarus. Republican Senate leader Mitch McConnell has said there will be an orderly transition, just as there has been every four years since 17 92. Those Republicans did not comment on how they see a peaceful transition coming about. Other Republicans have also responded to Trump's statement, no questions. No qualms. No concerns is going to be peaceful. This nation is designed that way This nation will have it that way, And that's exactly what will take place. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy downplayed the issue and his weekly news proofing, saying he wants to put it all to rest.

"This is national native news. I'm Antonio Gonzales Arizona Governor Doug ducey announced Tuesday. He signed a proclamation to recognize October Twelfth Twenty Twenty as indigenous Peoples Day on the Federal Columbus Holiday Emma Gibson. With Arizona public media has more the proclamation came after state Senator James Sita Pash Loci, and a youth led advocacy group Indigenous Peoples Initiative called for the change. Dylan Baca the group's president who is White Mountain Apache and Navajo says indigenous. Peoples Day acknowledges accurate account of Christopher Columbus's violent legacy. This holiday is significant for me because it works to try to eliminate the stereotypes in stigmatisms associated with indigenous peoples and Tribes Paschall K. called on Governor Ducey in. June. During President Donald. Trump's visit to Phoenix to establish the state holiday using his executive powers. She now says she will introduce a bill to permanently changed the holiday in the twenty twenty one legislative session. America's next top chamber, modelled: the Senate battle

"In, America's elections just six weeks away. The most important thing to be decided is who will win the presidency. Time before. has there been a clear choice between two parties to visions to philosophies and two agendas for the future. There's never been a vision like this. Sleepy. Joe Jeff from. What pundits had been talking a lot less about is which party will end up with control of the Senate, the legislature's upper house. Attention and donations have focused on Senate races. This week is a fierce battle begins over the replacement of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader. GINSBURG. The president plans to use the power the voters gave him to make a nomination. Senators will use the power the vote gave us. Either provide or withhold consent. As we say, fifth. Republican senators are keen to get a nomination through before the elections. Earlier. In the year, the party seemed set to keep its majority but President Donald. Trump's handling the pandemic and racial justice protests have opened the possibility the Democrats could take it. In America's rigid two party system control of the Senate is a big determinant of what any government can actually get done. But forecasting which party will win control is more complex than it might seem. Predicting Races for Congress is a bit more complicated than predicting the race for the presidency. There are thirty five different races fought in different states between different candidates over different issues and often using different rules. Then Rosenheck is the economists data editor. I have spent the past few months building a statistical model that seeks to predict the results of this November's congressional elections for the House of Representatives, and the Senate in the United States and so how. Do you get past those complexities to t to model it then? So our model makes use of a few broad types of information. It first looks at the state of the race nationally using generic ballot polling as well as the president's approval rating, and if you other predictors to say, okay, we think this is going to be a good year for the Democrats a good year for the Republicans overall. Then it drills down to the state level and. says. Okay. What did we know about this Senate race before we saw our first poll of that race? Well, we know how it voted in past elections. We know if there's an incumbent or not. We know the candidates fundraising totals. If there's an incumbent, we know how they voted in Congress. We know how much experience in politics candidates have, and then the final step is to blend those prior expectations with whatever the actual polls of the race. Say, and so it synthesizes all of that information in two and overall prediction by exploring three hundred fifty thousand different scenarios for the Senate and four point thirty, five, million for the house every single day. So it conservative explore every possible universe. We can think of that this election might take and see which scenarios are most probable but the universe that we're having these elections in is one that contains what the historical data don't, which is a pandemic. That is a very good point and it is definitely a weakness. We don't know whether one party or the other will benefit from that. But I think what we can say is that it would needs some pretty large effects that would need to be consistent and systematic across states to drive the results far outside the confidence intervals that we would expect based on decades and decades of data on past elections. With those caveats behind this then what does the model currently predict for? November. The model shows that the Democrats are a clear but narrow favorite to win back the Senate and currently shows that they have a sixty seven percent or two in three chance of winning the upper chamber, and it's kind of an interesting path of how they get there because assuming that they lose Doug Jones seat in Alabama, which is very conservative state they need to flip four Republican held seats and they only lead in four states and they would need to win all four that would be something of a tall order and what are those four states what are the issues there So the Democrats have pretty clear leads in Colorado and in Arizona in Colorado Democrats have nominated John Hickenlooper is a moderate former governor. He is currently leading in the polls against the Republican incumbent Cory Gardner. The picture in Arizona is similar you have a Republican incumbent and is now facing an extremely strong Democratic nominee in Mark Kelly. WHO's an astronaut? He's raised an enormous amount of money are model certainly thinks those two are not short flip the Democrats but eighty ninety percent that range then. There are two more states in North Carolina. You have a rather unloved Republican incumbent clue has been running consistently behind, and then finally there is main where Susan Collins, the most moderate Republican in the Senate. Now faces a very tough challenge from the speaker of the State House of Representatives who is up by maybe five six points on average. So you're got a headline prediction of the Democrat chances. Here is based on those four races being cinched up I mean is that really so certain? So. The reason why the model is so bullish on the Democrats is what we're calling the long tail, the donkey's long tail. There is a surprisingly extensive list of sort of Second Tier Senate races in which Democratic candidates are underdogs, but have a realistic credible shock to come from behind and win. So that's I Alwa- that's Kansas. That's both the seats that are up for election in Georgia, Montana Alaska and South Carolina, and even Texas so in every one. Of these races, Armato thinks it is more likely than not that the Republican will win however the odds of the Republicans win all of them in the Democrats win none are not so great and if Democrats even score one or two upsets from this very wide list of targets states, their position gets a lot

"You're listening to America, first with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump. Way. Need a doctor, please A doctor, please. We have a doctor Doctor in the house, please. Thank you, sir. But didn't I told you guys yesterday that I had a chat with my old boss president on Sunday. I was ringing on Sunday. It's so bad, but I think if there's any time I can get through to him, it's Sunday. So I called him before I went to the gym. He calls me back left a message that couldn't find him. He called me back soon thereafter, I have to thank him for something. And I'm going to share it with you now is gonna ask my producer to read it. But since we have somebody who happens to be the president's attorney in studio, I think I'll get her. To read it. I've just received this. This is from the office of the Press secretary to the President, United States you can ignore the first name listed. Why don't you just read that out? Jenna Ellis Esquire to millions of listeners across the nation. Oh, this is so exciting. So the office of the Press Secretary President Donald J. Trump announces intent to appoint individuals to key administration posts. Today, President Donald J. Trump announced his intent to point the following individuals to key positions in his administration, including Dr Sebastian Gorka of Virginia to be a member of the National Security Education Board for a term of four years. Congratulations. Thank you. We kept that quiet. We kept that very, very quiet. I got approached, maybe six weeks ago by the with presidential appointments office. This is the National Security Education Board that make sure that the defense the whole of defense of the United States, the government National security arena. Has what it needs to do. Its job is supported by universities think tanks and that we have the capacity to understand it. Defeat our enemies. I am blown away. The president didn't need to do this. After all the things I've bean through, it would be easy for him to say. Don't do it, find somebody who's more milk toast, but he is loyal to those who are loyal to him. You understand that, Jenna, don't you 100% and he could have found no one better. So thank you. Thank you. I could talk about this for hours. But it would be unseemly to do so. Let's talk about you generalist. Let's talk about this nation. Let's talk about this republic. It's not like we don't have a lot of things that disgust in the next eight minutes. Let's start. You are a woman ofthe faith. I am a fallen man as we all are fallen individuals. Let's talk about our faith. Let's talk about the institutions of our faith. Let's talk about those who say People trying to set shirt is on fire, though that's not a story And that has nothing to do with the left or the Democrat Party or BLM or anti fur. I think you have a slightly different take on what this really signifies. Jenna Alice. Yes, And you know, the key point of that introduction was individuals were fallen individuals. This is not about community or corporate guilt. Like hell and suggests and that we all need to apologize for everyone else's sends. The truth of the Bible, as we find in the Gospels is that Christ came for each of us individually, and we have to individually confess our sins and repent and accept him as our Lord and savior. And so what The left is trying to do though, is they hate all authority? They hate God. They hate his divine authority and the fact that we know that he ordained and established the universe as his under his sovereignty as he Determined and created it. And so with that he ordained three systems of government, the civil government, the church government and the family government and those air all of the institutions that the radical left which by the way, Joe Biden owns that that is the Democrat Party. He's not moderate in any sense of the word he owns. What the radical Socialist Marxist left is trying to do, and they're trying to tear down institution. So with de funding the police with removing all of our civil government authority, they're trying to tear down civil society. There now burning churches. They're trying to say that any defense of Christianity is a defense of white supremacy. That's a Stearman. That's ridiculous. Try. The same statues of Jesus are white supremacy, right? And which which is completely absurd. I mean, if we look back at the history of the Christian faith on, we look at the truth of the Gospels and who the person of Jesus Christ is not Wass is because he lives today. Then we know that he was Middle Eastern. That's obvious and so just because some artists have rendered him as more Hail or more whiten you no more looking like you and I. That doesn't mean that Christianity is synonymous with Rei's white supremacy. But they're trying to put these attacks in the caveat of racism just so that they can attack and undermine and ultimately cancel Christianity and the influence the moral influence that the church has on civil society. Used to be in our founding era ministers were part of Signers of the Constitution and the declaration that we didn't have, and we shouldn't ever have a separation of church and state. That's not what that phrase actually mean. That's that's not nowhere in the Constitution. It's simply a recognition that there is a different authority structure between the church as an institution ordained by God and the civil government, just like the family government so that you know the church in the civil government are not the parents of Children as much as this. The civil government sometimes likes to pretend that they are. And so the radical left is trying Tio completely tear down all of these very moral institutions and these authority structures in civil society to get this Topi in chaos. How significant was it when your boss I guess is my bus again. If I'm a president, Appointee, my old and current boss, President Trump. Stood outside ST John's Church holding of Bible after those rioters tried to burn it down. People did a lot of people missed how important that was generalised. Absolutely they did. And, you know, everybody was saying this was just a photo op. They wanted Teo, you know, to try to dismiss it as something else to me. And to every other person of faith in America saw that are ahead, Our chief Of the civil government in the United States of America was standing with the church and was saying and recognizing it is a valid institution in the United States of America and saying No, You will not cancel it. You will not burn this down. This is illegal, and he stood literally as a barricade a human barricade, saying I'm holding the Bible up and I'm recognizing God and his influence in America, and that was huge. And you write a lot of people miss that. Okay, I have to go from that. It's all connected. I mean, that is the the most sacred the most precious thing we have that they're trying to attack, which is our Lord and savior Faith. The foundation's off this nation. But it's reflected ripples through everywhere. Talk to us about what's going on in the NFL, and how this is, this is all..

"He should run for president if he has a disagreement foreign policy could yeah sure he'd do very well do he's doing about as well as Swale. Well does he goes get anybody anybody idiots up with zero and then they put him right back on the network even Fox puts them on which is really a disgrace but they they he goes right back on the networks and they start talking talking to them like he's a great expert he got zero. That means you got no votes. That's almost impossible. Yeah someone wrote me in once for President Mister press votes than swath all voting day. What you would beat in my book? Many many many of the people currently running. I'll take you any day. I'd like the just shift gears quickly and I don't want to monopolize your time here. But on the economy your records been outstanding. We've seen middle income growth. The middle class in other words for liberals having a tough time with this for their economic conspiracy theories middle class income growth is surged far surpassed Obama the data's clear. GDP growth is far surpassed Obama Obama Obama median. middle-income is up five thousand dollars in just three years of your presidency. It was only up one thousand dollars after eight years of Obama and the failed recovery. So my the question is this. Given Twenty twenty around the corner is there another tax cut in the offing. Or are we looking at that. And where do you stand on capital gains indexing. I know there's been some back and forth on that we get back the house. We're going to do a very big middle of what we already done. One very big. We did pass the largest tax cut in the history of the country. Bigger than Ronald Reagan's tax cut. But if we get back to the house we have to have the house otherwise. You can't get anything through Pelosi for one thing. She doesn't work she wasn't doing anything she can't and even the US MCA. Bill passed okay and every Democrat and wants it the Democrats the Republicans. It's on her desk for three months and she hasn't done anything on it. You can't get that she's too. She's too interested in impeachment. Although she looks very bad right now I was GONNA say before. She was very angry when she read my phone call. She was given false information nations when she started this whole impeachment thing and she's not happy about it right now because she's getting hammered. The economy is doing phenomenally. Well we're going two and that's despite the fact that we have a Federal Reserve. Don't forget that has interest rates that are too high and Obama had zero interest rates. So we're much. He was nine seventy five for eight years. We're at five thousand but when you add the tax benefit is two thousand five hundred and then you add the regulation benefit because I've got more rid of more regulations than any president in history by far even if they were there for eight years or in one case more. Now we've got more than any other president when you add. Yeah that's another two thousand now so we're actually around ten thousand dollars. As opposed to nine hundred seventy five or ten thousand is for two and a half years a little more than two and a if years. That's a big difference at four hundred dollars for eight years is is there any chance of resurrecting indexing capital gains the inflation wasted tax. Well a lot of people like indexing and it's a short term boost but it makes life very very complicated for more people you have to go out and get appraisers every time you do something every time you bring a lot of people do like it a lot of Republicans like it It is a complex flex process for people. It's very difficult at something we're looking at. It's a tremendous initial boost I mean I could. I could do something I think that would be pretty amazing with but I wanna do I wanna do the right thing. We are looking at it as a possibility. It has a tremendous assets and it's got some liabilities. Dan Understood Mr President you eliminated the disastrous individual mandate for obamacare which was excellent any talk after twenty twenty any this hopefully successful reelect of eliminating the other provisions of Obamacare community rating guaranteed issue maybe replacing them with more market friendly solutions health savings accounts income support for low income folks. They're still unfortunately some remnants of obamacare. What we've done by getting rid of the individual mandate that's why you pay not to have insurance and you pay a lot of money for the privilege of not having to over pay for insurance it's a very It was the worst provisions and Obamacare. It was totally unconstitutional. But it escaped that you know it escaped it and one of those things but we got rid of the most important aspect of obamacare and frankly if John McCain raised his hand obamacare would begun what we have done in that. Very famous vote after campaigning. For eight years to get rid of Obamacare remember repeal and replace was his campaign I'm paying and then when he finally had the chance to repeal and replace at two o'clock in the morning he says thumbs down but that's okay it may work out just as well because we got rid of We got rid of the individual mandate which is such a big deal. It's a big. It's really the essence of Obamacare. And then we've done and something. I had a choice. Run it really well and do that knowing that some of the benefits are numerous to Obama. And that's the right thing to do or run it really badly sadly and how people go crazy about how bad obamacare is and secretary as our and Seema and all people over there have done an unbelievable job of running it and we've made it okay. We've made it acceptable. It's horrible by the way but we've made it very acceptable. Sometimes you'll hear people say it's not bad and that's because of getting rid of the individual mandate somebody said call it trumpcare fix it up a little bit more but what we're GONNA do is because we've really done a good job of management of it. It's a disaster but what we're GONNA do is if we get the house back. We are going to have a much better version of obamacare that's cheaper and You know just a much better version but also much less expensive Mr President at him. Obviously I wished the best of health on everybody in our court system. You've you've successfully flipped the Third Third Circuit Court with your last appointment. You've done a great job at conservative judge. If there were another supreme court opening and again I don't mean this any kind of macab type away to come up in present itself you stick to your original list. You've had success with Cavanaugh. Gorsuch who've really proved their worth so far is that original list still apply well number number one. I hope everyone is in great shape on the court. We want them all to live very long powerful lives. You understand that because of my answer the question without putting that in the fake news will oh absolutely me you understand everybody happy and healthy on the court but I will stick to the list. One hundred percent final question Mr President you have made a concerted push admirably so for the black vote some place place. The GOP is traditionally drastically the and sadly underperformed for decades. I believe you're making a lot of headway. We've seen down in Florida. For Instance Governor Desanta so I know you supported me as well disclosure he. He's a made a big push for school. Choice did remarkably well amongst black female voters who obviously had an interest in this issue. What else do you have anything else plan for? A- any further initiatives to recruit the black vote and and do some outreach into the community we've traditionally done pretty poorly with well. I think I've done more for the African African American vote maybe than any other president in history Criminal Justice Reform. That was me nobody else. They couldn't get it. Obama couldn't get it. Bush couldn't couldn't get nobody could get it. And I got criminal justice reform and I have conservatives and liberals in that deal. That was very bipartisan. And got it done. Nobody could get it. Nobody else would have been able to get it done Dan. Honestly I mean that was not easy but we got criminal advance. Jones celebrated you for that one. That was a shocker. We had a lot the people celebrating. That would not normally and two weeks later they'll say we must replace our president Cetera et Cetera but nevertheless I had you know tremendous support on both sides and and we had some dissension also but tremendous support and that was really it mostly affects the African American community. I mean the biggest beneficiaries. And they're very happy about it. The other thing we've done with Tim Scott and some others is opportunity zones. It's the hottest thing there is in real estate practically. It's incredible how well so you're GONNA see that. Millions of dollars is being put into locations. That would not be invested in at all locations that were abandoned. And you'll see what's going going to Detroit and all over the country we have. Thousands of opportunities owns two big thing and a lot of money in that part of that is because the economy is so good. We have the best economy. Probably that we've ever had in history so if it's all about the economy stupid You know they call them bets. Let's you know. I guess that was Clinton quote. It's all about the economy on stupid. I guess I have to win because we have the best economy that we've ever had in the history of our country and the other thing is you know is unemployment numbers for For Black Hispanic Asian but the unemployment numbers for the African Americans are. It's the best ever in history. By far far. We have the lowest unemployment in history. We have the best employment numbers in history for African Americans. So I don't know what I'm on the debate stage and I rattle title those three things off I would say that You know I just don't know how you get beaten. I think we're doing really well. With African American. We have tremendous support even even Kanye West like us and Jim Brown and So many people he vander Holyfield and Herschel Walker. I mean we have so many people and so many people that you don't know so many people that you know the criminal justice reform. Dan was a very big thing. I think it really people really. It opened up there is is like Alice Johnson. She was in jail for twenty two years. Four you know she did something bad But it was not that kind of I think actually another twenty years to serve and She's a phenomenal woman. And there are many people like that in prison right now but she was in there for twenty two years for making a telephone call and drugs were involved but you know it was really disproportionate so many people like that but it helps the African American as you know. It helps the African American community far more so than any other community and Hispanic community to and getting criminal. Justice Reform Pass was a very big thing so I think people appreciate it Mr President. Thank you so much for your time. It's really been an honor to have you on the Dan Bongino deeply appreciated. She added Dan. I just WanNa say it's an honor to have you as a friend and somebody that sees what it's not even a question of a supporter you you tell right from wrong and and you did it from the first day I met you and you're an incredible voice and I don't know if you're a lawyer or not. Are you a lawyer by the way because the lawyer and not. You're better than any lawyer. Okay you more effective than lawyers congratulate you thank you sir. God bless issue. Thank you very much testing job. Thank you very much thank you thank you sir take care good bye. Wow so joe what did you think of that pretty Broad a broad stroke interview turf stabbing and thanks. Thanks to the president for being with us. You guys you guys work well together so yeah he got good job. Thank you and thank you to the president for the kind words. Thank you Joe. I was well done. I know you got to hear it there before everyone else. So we covered a lot of turf. Ladies and gentlemen as I said Ed just some really newsworthy comments on impeachment on the economy you heard about the the upcoming push for tax cuts asked about obamacare. Definitely worth your time a lot of news and they're on the other side of this. Also I want to get to our upcoming interviews for our new interview show weekly. Then we're GonNa be just as good. Please don't go anywhere. We have to pay for the show today as we always do folks the show today was brought to.

"Today's guest host Ken met you. Thank you so much for that introduction. You never get used to it. You never get your sitting in here. You're having your sandwich or salad hip sing with the northern teen. And then all of a sudden, the music starts someone says there's music. It back to your post. It's great to be here. Rush Limbaugh show, by the way, Russia's back Thursday, March Stein will be back tomorrow last night. I don't know if you heard he was picked up by ice. He's not been released yet because he is undocumented if you listen to Mark show, so much to talk about today on the Rush Limbaugh show, let me give you the number if you want to get in, and we, it, it's action packed in the one o'clock hour. We have an interview with a small business owner from central Pennsylvania. Big Trump fan. He was sitting coincidentally right behind the president. He's in a green polo. He may be known as green polo man from this point on, he has not. Really cool dude? We're going to talk to him after one o'clock, he's going to tell us what it was like to be at another. President Donald J Trump rally with over ten thousand people in thousands waiting outside in central Pennsylvania, now, we could not get anybody to call in and tell us what it was like when Joe Biden was in Philadelphia on Saturday with a crowd of two hundred eighteen people nobody wanted to call. I don't know why. But that's kind of where we are that number again, is eight hundred two eight to twenty eight eighty two now, just in a mosh. Let's talk about Justin because this guy this has been under my skin since. Since the buzz started. And what is the buzz the buzz is, and every Republican knows. If you want attention in the mainstream news media, all you have to do is trash Trump. That's all you gotta do. That's it. You want attention. Just be a member of the GOP and say, I think we should impeach Trump or I really don't like the president's attitude when it comes to Gratien bam, you're famous, you're going to be on CNN now. You're not going to be seeing there. You'll be on the morning. Joe no one watches that, but you will get famous among the mainstream media, and right now buzz is growing that congressman just in a mush a Republican in name. Only I do not even want to call him a rhino because I think that insults rhinos at this point, and there's been a lot of people we've called, rhinos Paul rhino is an example. What's the other one John bainer? John rhino bainer who's now he. You notice he's on. He's on the big legalize marijuana thing. Yeah. I thought he would have went with suntanning. I really did. I thought he was going to go, you know, he's now in wants people to invest in legalizing marijuana. And I just saw tanning bed for him. So just in a mosh. He's a former attorney. He was born in one thousand nine hundred eighty what else do you need to know? He's not even forty yet he's a former attorney, but the best part of the story, and the news media overlooked, this and that some of the things we're going to discuss in the first hour of the show, is what the mainstream news, media picks and chooses. For example, just in a mosh was partner with his family in a mandatory manufacturing business in China. But don't don't tell anybody so you wanna keep that on the deal. Yeah. What we wanna do is check out. President Donald Trump's tax returns from nineteen eighty-seven and see if he should have charged that dinner or if he should have paid cash for it. That's what we want to do. But let's ignore Justin Amash. Attention hog wants to impeach Trump on what grounds. We don't know. But I will warn you he's an attorney so I can tell you right now. That's an indicator. He doesn't really understand the law that will. Let's acknowledge that and his relationship to China, right, which nobody's talk. How can you miss that? Think about that, as you watch the news today, and as you punch around the dial whatever your news sources. How does someone miss? As the buzzes growing. We'll Ammash challenge. President Trump is a libertarian, all you have to do is to get BAAs essay, I hate President Trump. He so awesome. Oh my God. You could run for president. You'll be the thirty eighth candidate. But you need to be far left you need to give a whole bunch of stuff away. All I can do that. I'm an attorney and I haven't even turned forty. Meanwhile, what are we ignoring about Joe Biden? Well, coming up this hour, I will share with you, a report, I actually printed out a copy of it. I just wanted to make sure it was there about the drug paraphernalia found in Joe Biden sons rent a car. Now is way it was really a long time ago. We're really digging in the past. It was twenty sixteen. And you gotta ask yourself. When whenever you speak. Joe Biden was there collusion. Or obstruction. When his sons car had drug paraphernalia in it three years ago. Now pretend for a moment it was you pretend it was you. And your son. Rented a car and they found the drug stuff in it. Would you be contacted? Would they be contacting him with the police have been contacted? I don't know. You'll have to ask, blue-collar Joe who's never worked outside of the public sector. So those are two things we're going to you might have been hearing that for the first time, but understand this is the Rush Limbaugh show. So the Rush Limbaugh show sets the tone. There's also a video game that came out. It's a horribly violent video game. And what jumped out at me? Is the news media? Picked up on it. Because sadly, first of all this is wrong. I don't like any of those games that kill innocent people. So before anybody emails me or messages me, I'm on Facebook at Ken Matthews. Okay. Believe you're talking about those games. Please don't because I think some of those video games are too brutal. There's the, the grand theft auto thing where you're running around, and you're just shooting anybody. It's I don't like that stuff. But if you wanted to get the news media's attention now you have it because there's a new video game out. It's called sniper three D assassin. And it urges players to kill journalist. So now the journalist are upset. Now, people were shooting at baby carriages in grand theft, auto and breaking into jewelry stores in another tactical game. And I forget the name and killing everybody there, the news, the news media was busy on what Trump was having for dessert. But now video game is driving to media locations in the video game attempting to harm journalists. And they're like this is an outrage. I can't believe people are attempting to harm us. First of all, don't do that. It's wrong see, I have to say this because we have a news media, that still thinks when President Trump in the debates was joking about the emails with Russia, it was legitimate. So please. Nobody should be violent toward anybody. There's no reason for that. And there's too many violent video games, but it is interesting that it takes a video game that targets journalists for journalists to get interest interested in it. Eight hundred two eight to twenty eight eighty two so we're gonna go a little deeper with Biden and Biden was in Pennsylvania yesterday. And as you know, Biden was born in Scranton, and the last time he lived there was six decades ago. So he's an expert he's going to be playing the Scranton card, and there was a big crowd last night. And President Trump never fails. To outdo the last speech. And that's why he's so addicted to listen to whether you love them, or you hate them every time he does a speech. Somebody says, well, you're never gonna top that is too. You're never gonna top that th the audacity the truth, the targeting the made up names. Maybe you heard month ago, Senator Bob Casey now in Pennsylvania, and I'm from Pennsylvania. I wasn't born there. I want to be clear about that and I'm not running for anything but I did spend over half my life. There. Almost thirty years in PA Senator, Bob Casey in central PA. We call Senator Bob Casey Pennsylvania's sleepy. And we call Joe Biden groping so month ago, sleepy endorse groping and the reason I wanted to go in that direction, I wanted to make it kid-friendly because sleepy endorses groping you see that I don't have to tell you, my real feelings about Joe Biden, or Bob Casey, because I'd be pulled off the air. By the way, you can go to Rush Limbaugh dot com, make sure you check it out for the newsletter, and I want to point out that father stays right around the corner. And so it's my birthday. I just saying, but I already get the newsletter. But if you go to Rush Limbaugh dot com. Dads will love. The stuff that you could get there. Well, first of all, there's a store, which is awesome. You may remember a couple of weeks ago. Rush was raising money for the marine law enforcement foundation. Portions of it went there and there's just great items not only at the store, but think about how much the data in your life..

"You're not willing to denuclearize cassette. Are you willing to denuclearize if I wasn't? I wouldn't be here right now. Right. So again, you can say you can say all you want. But as we've talked about before many times when you have a treaty like this with the when you have a agreement to denuclearize with such with a totalitarian power. What you need to do is get a complete and total inventory of everything. And before you need the inventory, you need to verify the inventory with inspectors. And that means anything that you're satellites tell you they have you have to have access to. So you have to Vinton Torrey, and then constant inspections constant inspections over a period of years to ensure that everything is being destroyed. And then afterwards, you still need unfettered access to inspections of that country. Yep. Yep. Here's the statement via Bob Costantini are Westwood One. Reporter he's in Hanoi tweeting just a moment ago. Just two minutes ago. A statement by Sarah Huckabee Sanders, quote, president Donald J Trump and chairman Kim Jong UN had very good and constructive meetings. The two leaders discussed various ways to advance denuclearization and economic. Driven concepts. No agreement was reached at this time and quote. So that's from a statement coming from Sarah Huckabee Sanders a little while ago via our own Bob Costantini, who's in Illinois. With without the verification without inspections. It's it's handshakes and luncheons Franklin. Right. You know, I mean, and and then beyond that if you can't get too. If if it's true. The report is true that the US is dropping the demand. You know for for verification for. That that part of the process. Then I don't know what the point of the future meeting would be. Because you might reach a stalemate. But it doesn't mean you have to drop it. Well that question will be asked directly to the White House and the president will see how he responds to to that because Pompeii on Sunday said denuclearization. Yes. Is the goal. Well, we all know you just don't say denuclearization and say, but we're not gonna do full inspections unfettered inspections and unfettered inventory. We need to make sure we get into everything you have to allows to otherwise there is no denuclearization. There is no guarantee of that. And that's what you want. If you're going down that road, right? From the very beginning of me. I remember it was last may I believe was last summit and people are saying, wow. You know, Trump had a deal before he ever went in there. And we said, no, he didn't remember that narrative. Yeah. There's never a deal. I got that from friends of mine the guys there was never a deal. We just had the discussion the day when you guys were on my case sane, Gary. You don't know there's a deal I go. There was never a deal Googlers. You're right. And the signing ceremony was all about, you know, just a it's it was all for show. Right. And and so we understand the process. So I'm not criticizing the president for tried it. We thought the president was very upfront. When he said, look, I may come back a year from now and say sorry, it's not working. I don't believe he's going to say that today as we are not a year from right from that point. But. Well, we're we're we're we're nine months from that from that particular point. But let's let's put it this way is I believe Kim Jong Hoon is attempting to stall as long as he possibly can what I don't want to see this administration. Do at other administrations have done is make concessions give them aid give him enough aid where you actually enable him to continue the program and keep his population. I'll say more. And where you actually increase the strength of him and his ability to develop nuclear missiles by the agreements that you make in order that you can win the symbolic. Yeah. The symbolic and the imagery war of okay, he's not shooting any missiles across Japan. Right. Yeah. Because it because if you make those concessions with nothing in return. And and that something would be verification something would be that inventory process that we talk about. I think two significant things here. The fact that Kim Jong Hoon actually said something to an international reporter unprecedented move. But but really I think on the downside or on the on the side where you can see the zero progress like many expected, no signing ceremony. That is that is a Trump move because many presidents, you know, the last time again the signing ceremony. Right. Doesn't mean anything. But it shows the world you're still working no signing ceremony here. I mean, the signing could be found agreement to to have your meetings. It doesn't mean anything. But I, but that sounds like a Trump move saying, you know, what there's no need because we haven't made progress, and I think that's hopefully that is a positive in that the US isn't going to have any concessions in this case. So look in these negotiations, the the greatest hope in you, and I've talked about this before the greatest hope is the fact that you've got Pompeo there, and you've got John Bolton as his national security adviser to me those are some of the biggest assets that the president has. That's actually why I have hope because I do believe we've talked about the president where we're talking about Colin or whatever not hiring the right people. I do believe with John Bolton Mike Pompeo, and I'll say this over and over again, he he finally got it. Right knee, hire the right people there. Yeah. We're gonna go to a break in and and see if we can come back. And if the president is speaking we'll bring you that audio, but we'll go to right now. And then maybe have some more time on the other side for the president. If he is speaking we'll bring that to you eight six six ninety redeye tips from JJ Keller and associates Inc. "You provided this committee with a check from president Donald J Trump's revoke trust account, which is marked as exhibit five. It is a check for thirty five thousand dollars, and it is dated March seventeenth two thousand seventeen after the president took office. It's right now on the screen, you see it, sir. To be clear. The Trump provoke -able trust is the trust the president set up to hold his assets after he became president. Is that correct? I believe so do you know why you were paid from the trust as opposed to the president's personal account? I don't know the answer to that. Did you think it was odd that he paid you once from his personal account, and then he's paying you through the scheme of a trust? I'll be honest. I was just happy to get the check. Today. You testified that the check was signed by Donald Trump junior and the Trump organization CFO Allen Weisselberg is that correct? That is correct. According to the criminal charges against you. You sent monthly invoices containing false information to an individual identified as executive one Weisselberg is executive one, correct? Yes. The criminal charge against you. Then states that executive one forwarded your invoice to someone referred to as executive to presumably Donald Trump junior who signing this Jack is executive to correct, I believe so. Federal prosecutors laid out in their criminal charges payments. Like this check resulted in numerous false statements in the books and records of the Trump organization. "My name is Jared Kushner, I'm senior adviser to president Donald J Trump. Let me be very clear I did not collude with Russia, nor do I know of anyone else in the campaign who did so. I had no improper contacts. Donald Trump's son-in-law had so many foreign entanglements to career security specialists at the White House recommended that he not receive a top security clearance, citing concerns about potential foreign influence on Kushner, that's according to sources familiar with the matter. Ultimately, the specialists concerns were overruled by a Trump appointee. Who also overruled concerns about at least thirty thirty three o other. Trump officials and unprecedented. Number to me now is my widely legal MSNBC, Barbara mcquade. Former US attorney and Malcolm Nance, author of the plot to destroy America. My ever heard of anything like this. There are four levels of security clearances. There's confidential secret top secret and sensitive, the CIA has to grant you that really top top top one, and they refuse to give that to Jared Kushner, but this person who was situated in a position to essentially bring in people Carl Kline just overruled and over and over and got him a never heard of anything like this. I've never heard of. Of anything like this. You know as counsel to the mayor of New York City, the mayor actually has to request some form of security clearance, just to have certain conversations with with Washington. You know, the idea that folks that are responsible for the national security experts would be so ignored in a context where Jared Kushner who remember has no experience in foreign affairs. Right. What he does have is a significant number of business ties, which is where you have foreign governments like China like Mexico like United Arab Emirates trying to figure out how to use and manipulate those financial interests right for their own. Even if Jared Kushner has all the best intentions, you would not expect to see that. But thirty people means you're really ignoring fundamentally you're experts in terms of how we protect the country, and these are non political experts in this gentleman was quite political car- client. Let me play for you, Malcolm. Bradley moss, and Rachel Maddow, did an excellent opening block about this. Very alarming fact about what Jared Kushner was able to get and here he is he's a national security attorney who specializes in litigation related to national security and federal employment and security law. And here he is talking about how impressive this what's. I'll say this in twelve years of representing people across the intelligence community defense. Contractors government, personnel, military personnel. I've never seen this. This is what we always feared. This is what we were worried was going to happen. When the president broke with the custom of not having not bringing his kids in upbringing family. This is what we thought it was going to happen the broad Jared Kushner, and they brought vodka Trump in. There were obvious clearly identifiable foreign influence concerns. Foreign personal financial ties extensive foreign context extensive foreign travel that the two adjudicators said no makes complete sense to me. You know, Malcolm has we put up a couple of the headlines that just happened. While Donald Trump was president about Jared Kushner, discussed secret channel to talk to the Russians Jared Kushner, China's Trump card overseas contacts raise concern, it's foreign visuals..

"Congresswoman? Who happens to be of the Muslim faith saying a few days ago? She's gonna head to Washington and impeach him effort. I wonder what the military people think about that. Because that M ever she's referring to is the commander in chief president Donald J Trump who was duly elected by the American people. So I just wonder how that plays. I guess my real question is she put her hand on the Koran. She was sworn in to protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America against all enemies. Both foreign and domestic so help me God or. A law or or Muhammed or whatever. And then she followed up with now. Let's go to Washington and impeach that. I'm effort. So there seems to be some dissonance between those two things. But I could be mistaken because I do not see it through the lens of a progressive leftist. I see it through the lens of a voter commonsensical. Asking myself, why bring someone in with this level of hate to represent you unless her constituents have the that level of, hey, do you know, how people always blame me? And you if you voted for Trump, they blame us for Trump. We're dumb or stupid. We're not college educated. Chances are we're racist, homophobic. Xena phobic. You've heard it all we're deplorables were dumb. You've heard it. All right. I'm trying to figure out the type of constituents that that that elected that woman. Now, I know it was from Michigan. And we know that the Muslim faith has a quite a foothold in Michigan. So I'm just wondering what I guess the real question is was that a sad representation of many of the people in America, the Islam faith Islamic faith. I would think so to me it would be an embarrassment. You know, how for example, I happen to think that congressman Luis Gutierrez of Chicago is a complete embarrassment. To congress, and I would think too common sense. Latinos hispanics. But that's how I look at it from a common sense standpoint. Some of the stuff that comes out of his mouth. Now, he hasn't called the president in m effort today, but some of the stuff that comes out of his mouth, you know, the Republicans we wouldn't even let Jesus into the country, Brad, blah, blah, blah, the left always likes to bring the bible in. They like to bring in religion religion is not allowed in schools. Prayer is not allowed. This is not allowed. That's not allowed get rid of the cross get rid of the ten commandments. We're not gonna put the cross up where that person we're not gonna have the big religious monument. Get rid of all of that religion has no place in government, unless unless Alexandria, okay? So Cortes ocasio Cortes is quoting or misquoting the bible, then religion has a role in it. If Chuck Schumer quotes the bible, if mayor Kenney of Philadelphia, America's favorite sanctuary city says what would Jesus do at the border. Well, then well, then it's okay to bring religion in. This is very interesting. Very interesting. I want to go back to another leftist socialist. Entertainment gal. You remember her if you're over fifty like me Jane curtain, she she was a big very funny person on Saturday Night Live, and I want to share with you. Jane curtain's New Year's resolution. "And making it all clear for your freedom and your liberty liberty nation with Tim Donner, nemo Kratz repair and assault on Donald Trump. The likes of which we have rarely if ever witnessed welcome back into liberty nation radio production of liberty nation dot com and heard from coast to coast on the radio America network. We'll tell you what the Democrats have in mind when they take over control of the house of representatives next month all centered around the target. They have placed on the backup. President Donald J Trump climate change will shrink the US academy and kill thousands that according to the latest environmental report released by the US government. Is this fact or fiction, we'll talk it over with Dr Bonner Cohen environmental expert, probably national council for public policy research. Plus following the many tributes offered to the late forty first president, George H W Bush this week with examine some things about his legacy and presidency that the establishment media overlooked or a. We commenced the proceedings with our signature segments say what as we roll out some of the most wacky astonishing in damnable things. Uttered by politicians, AMD, chattering class, the Democrats are chomping at the bit to launch all manner of investigations of President Trump when they take control of the house of representatives next month, and the incoming democratic chairman of the House Judiciary committee that man who will hold subpoena power, Jerry Nadler, actually, did a remarkable thing going on MSNBC and describing his reaction to the chance of the Trump faithful during the presidential campaign about Hillary Clinton lock her up. My God you've got a candidate than spokesman for your candidate who've lost all side of American traditions in democratic tradition and who tried to make enemy in and try to make enemies of their opponents and use the power of and threatened to use the power. Our of law for political purposes, and that is very dangerous. And of course, we now know that this president lies incessantly about everything. And one thing I think we know now is that his period of of of the able to lie incessantly ended up being called to account is is coming to an end an ominous signal that Nadler in his leftist colleagues will investigate Trump chill, they drop, but Nadler probably didn't even realize that in that statement, he demonstrated complete hypocrisy attacking Trump for criminalising his opponent. And then proceeding to do a centrally the same thing about Trump. Buckle your seatbelts. Folks. The ride is about to get awfully bumpy. What are the dozens of Democrats considering a run against Trump in twenty twenty New York Senator Kirsten gillibrand tweeted out this week that our future is female intersectional? Powered by our belief in one another and we're just getting started political commentator. Heather McDonald went on Fox News and said, the former moderate now newly woke Senator is entirely Representative of the leftward lurch of today's Democratic Party. I wish this something that was just confined to Jill LeBron. But it's not it means that feminism has ambitions to take over civilisation. And when that happens, you can say goodbye to civilization they're trying to disappear males. They're committed to a narrative that America is a rape culture is oppressive. It's sexist is racist. That's the whole concept of intersection -ality, which is a way of describing the growing number of victims and their their complicated ways of being oppressed by white heterosexual males. Yup. The more you demonize, white men and expand the victim pool. Apparently, the more likely you are to find favour with the Democrats leftist base. Another major issue on the progressive left. Of course is illegal immigration with a bunch of elected Democrats, actually calling for the end of immigration and customs enforcement ice and calling for essentially open borders, but political strategist Ned Ryan went on Fox News and said, it's not just Democrats who were to blame we've gotten this point because of an unholy alliance between Democrats and Republicans Democrats for political Republicans for business gain thing about the economic future of what we're looking at it gets pretty grim and the question that people. Aren't asking. I think they need to start asking is if we continue to bring in a lot of low skilled, and unskilled laborers a lot more coming illegally. What happens when mass automation hits? And all of those unskilled or low skilled labors get thrown out of work. You are they're going to have violence and riding in the streets. We're we're gonna have to put them on our social welfare systems, which are already failing. And the only way those get funded is that we get to pay even greater taxes life crushing draconian taxes to fund the social welfare programs. So your choice is Democrats who publicly called for essentially open borders, and many Republicans who publicly call for tough enforcement of immigration laws. But don't really mean it one side is wrong. The other hypocritical. Some joyce. Meanwhile, Russia or collusion with Russia remains a hot topic among wishful thinkers on the lap their fantasy that Trump scheme to collude with Russia and steal the election from Hillary Clinton is hardly without consequences as long time liberal expert on all things. Russia's Steven Cohen pointed out on Fox News. The Democrats have tied Trump's hands on a vital or national relationship for the first time since President Eisenhower, a president of the United States. Donald Trump is not free to.

Well, as the Boston Globe reported Monday, the bay state democrat released the results of DNA tests, providing strong evidence that she was a native American ancestor dating back six to ten generations. In other words, it just shows likely between one thirty second and one one thousand twenty-fourth American Indian. So does that count enough?
