I don't know why you would do that in your right mind, but you're gonna be sitting in some very long delays if you commit to Ohio drive through west Potomac park with no parking and probably no patients either after the first hour of bumper to bumper traffic. So definitely a mass transit affair. If you're going down to the title base and if you're driving through Georgetown or palisades, it is very slow outbound off the whitehurst freeway onto canal road. The first intersection that we know of that's dark and without power is foxhole robe but there are others up foxhole reservoir and Macarthur boulevard in the palisades leading to some slow traffic and hopefully police direction, although that's not guaranteed. So always stops at those dark intersections that aren't controlled. Washington DC Cherry Blossom Festival access will be limited this year
