"You calculate that and you compare that intrinsic value to the price. And if the particular asset is priced less than the intrinsic value, then you potentially buy it. He writes marks. The key prerequisite for superior performance in this regard is above average insight into the assets intrinsic value. The likely future changes in that value and the relationship between its authentic value and its current market price. Investors who follow a given asset have or should have opinions regarding its intrinsic value. The market price of the asset reflects the consensus of those opinions, meaning investors collectively have set the price. That's where buyers and sellers agree to transact. The buyers buy because they think it's a smart investment at the current price and the sellers sell because they think it's fully priced or overpriced there. And he goes on and asks, what about the accuracy of those views? And he talks about the theoretical side of it. The efficient market hypothesis he writes states that all available information is incorporated into those prices efficiently. That the price is equal to intrinsic value all the time. If you're an active investor, actively selecting specific securities, that can not be your view. Now when we look at it from a logical standpoint, what we're saying is if the price is set by all investors, then we have to assume that those investors are wrong if we're going to buy that specific asset. The average is the average he points out. And so we have to be above average by thinking everybody else is wrong. What's our informational edge? At then he points out the empirical side of it. Performance shows studies very few investors consistently outperform the market. But that's kind of where we are when it comes to how to invest. You position it based on cycles, you decide where we are and then decide how aggressive or defensive we want to be. And once we make that decision, then we have to decide how to implement that. Implement it passively or implement it actively using the skill to figure out which assets are mispriced. And implement it that way. Marx points out that with investing, there's an element of skill and luck. Skill he describes is the ability to make these decisions these positioning decisions regarding cycles the asset selection decisions that do so that generally are on balance correct, although not in every case, and do so with a repeatable intellectual process and on the basis of reasonable assumptions regarding the future. I believe I have investment skill. I do not have the skill to identify securities that are mispriced in terms of the market price relative to the intrinsic value. The exception would be closed end funds. Poston finds are like mutual funds, they trade on an exchange, their primarily owned by individual investors, these individuals panic, particularly during times of fear and the net asset value, the intrinsic value,

"poston" Discussed on The Argument

"Weather trends and much, much more. Today on the argument, is it time to reform the Supreme Court? Ever since Senate Republicans blocked Merrick Garland's Supreme Court nomination in 2016, there has been a lot of conversation about whether the nation's highest court is becoming too partisan in favor of conservatives. Or even what that would mean for the court to become two partisan. Right now, the court's approval rating is sitting at a two decade low. Granted, I'm not sure how much I want the Supreme Court of the United States to be thinking about their polling. Because what would they do about it? And with big cases in front of the justices right now, like the one that would overturn roe versus wade, a lot of liberals are asking if the time has come to take more drastic steps to rebalance the Supreme Court. Even President Biden is waiting into the court reform waters. Last year, he formed a bipartisan commission to take a look at some of the proposals. Like court expansion, also known as court packing. You might remember that from AP U.S. history. Or setting term limits to the justices don't stay on the bench forever. Or requiring the justices to abide by ethics rules, because fun fact, right now they don't have any. But the big question for that commission, and for me, then for a lot of people, is once you start reforming the Supreme Court, Brody stop. I'm Jane poston, and honestly, I don't have a strong opinion on whether major court reform is a good idea or not. So I want my guest today to try and convince me. They come down on very different sides of this question. But there's one big and possibly confusing thing they do agree on. Very enjoyable that both of us are named Russ, even though we take different views. That was actually something I wanted to clear up. How do you want me to differentiate between the two of you? Is it okay if I just call you your full names each time? Sure. Yeah, that would be fine. Rust fine gold is the president of the American constitution society and a former democratic senator from Wisconsin who served from 1993 to 2011. He's an advocate for radical reform to restore the court's credibility. And our other rests, Russ Miller is an attorney and law professor at Washington and Lee, and the head of the Max Planck law network in Germany. He thinks fears of a partisan court are overblown..

This Is the Warning Shot! With Emma Jo Morris

"Welcome back to Emma Joe Morris one on one with me. Sebastian gorka. I need to ask you so many things we have to get you back. So many things I want to ask you, but first things first, given everything that you've uncovered, the thing that blows my mind apart from the corruption, the ambassador, the constant lying from all of the bidens. None of these people are top draw. None of them are smart. None of them are sharp. None of them are street smart. They're crazy crackheads like hunter, who takes films of himself with whores and crack and gets caught, crashing a rental car with his dead brother's attorney general badge in it and his crank pipeline. I mean, stuff you wouldn't believe in a novel. How do these people get away with it? Why does it take until you the poston and Rudy? Because there should have been detritus of corruption for decades. Yeah, I mean, I call them over educated fools. Good. 'cause I think that that's what kind of educated and dumb. Yeah, they go to Harvard. They go to Yale, whatever. And they're not exactly what you said. They're not street smart, but they can't. It's a miracle that they tie their shoes in the morning. Some of these guys, it looks like that. And I think how do they get away with it? I think it's saying that Trump made clear through his entire time in the white as if there's anything that there was to learn about Trump's time in The White House is that there's a club. Yeah. And if you're not in that club, you can't play with them. But if you're in the club. You can do no wrong. And there's no repercussion for anything. I mean, we exposed work that was being done while Joe Biden was vice president. And there's testimony in public from people who were involved in these deals. 20 public ski and Miranda writes about this and he said it in public, he said to them, why are you doing this? How are you doing this? This is like there's something really wrong about this. He was basically brought in to kind of button up their deals because they had no experience in any of this. So Tony was brought in with experience right up their contracts. Veterans. And he comes in and he realizes what's going on, and he says to Jim Biden, how why would you do this? How are you doing this? And his brother. Yes. And Joe's brother says to Tony, plausible deniability.

"Hello and welcome back to naxos classical spotlight and music by nikolai ca. Poston who's vibrant jazz influenced. music is starting to get. The wider audience deserves in no small part. Thanks to people. Like frank dupree the solo pianist on this album. The music at the beginning of the podcast was from capucines piano concerto number four full of repulsive energy. Here's a bit more nikolic. Poston was born in one thousand nine hundred thirty seven in eastern ukraine then part of the ukrainian soviet socialist republic. It was a place that would soon be engulfed in some of the most horrific battles of world war two as a young child can poston was evacuated to the caregivers city of tokamak. He started to study piano and he was young and eventually ended up at the moscow conservatory and from that point on he lived in moscow even before he completed his studies. He was already working as a jazz pianist. Arranger and composer. Here's a bit more of his piano concerto number four..

"Salama's like like you very much. Thank you both for for for joining me today. so like i was. We just said we recorded this. Podcast like two three years ago and we had some technical issues so we lost the entirety of the recording. Unfortunately so we're back for round two trying to do this again So thank you again. I guess for agreement comeback. We've had a few of these kinds of who issues in a few weeks and it's frustrating. You know we we get by right. So i guess to kick off with. I think the for context. When i came across your personal story and your father story specifically I was quite alarmed. The fact that this was like going back a few years. But i was alarmed at the fact that i hadn't come across it sooner. It wasn't more prominent in the kind of mainstream And there wasn't talk of this reference of this as a particular case of anti muslim terrorism that had taken place on uk soil. And i think what's again quite alarming is that i only stumbled across it because i was kind of researching and i was trying to prove a point in an article or something that was putting together and i saw this and then i kind of went down the rabbit hole of finding out more and it was just astonishing that i there was no prominence to this so i guess i assumed that a lot of people. Listen this may not have come across yourself or your father story. So would you be able to very briefly. Kind of recap what happened. And how your family's life change in two thousand and thirteen yes of course On the twenty. Nine april twenty thirteen. That's is going to a eight years This year My father mohammed. Salim was eighty two years old at the time and he praised at the local moisture which is green mustard which is at the end of our street. And he's done that most of his life any praise at five times a day to day one so that dodge the mice jed back involve To read always press on this particular night He went to read his issue press and when he left the mosquera roundabout. Tim poston pm on this particular. Actually dad wasn't feeling great. Normally my uncle would does with him to the mosque and comes back and not nine. My uncle had some relatives so he basically said oh. I have to go home with you. Go don't worry i'll walk. You know because he's just not far as just at the end of our road and On this night my phone was followed home and know on the cc tv at one who lives on a street. Not many people will have double glazing. They can hear dot because he's not normally walking in the middle of the road because he's a quiet coup de sac area on these guys walking steak and he's normally hitting a code cannell something on the street and this particular night you can notice on the tv's walking quite fast. And then he crosses over the road to the school gate and he was basically funded home By a neo. Nazi called pablo up shane. Who'd only been in the country for five days and who got british sponsorship. He shook behind. Firstly of the british ambassador. In ukraine then go sponsorships small eve the predominantly muslim area and lived on the premises of dell com-. He followed my father home and this nine stabbed him to death from behind And then he went on a three month bombing campaign air and bombs side now bombed that saw three mosques in also over rampton tipton. This was one of the biggest oxyde terrorism on uk. So yet today your board explained now. Many people have heard the media have played down you know. At the time you know a doug's stanford they. We were prime suspects. That's how how disgusting. A was west midlands. Police say they treated our family. The came to our house and they told his record italian descent. A racist tunc. A we said you know. How can you tell us. It's not racist attack. You know tried to. They look to every other motivated by hate. Crime was never possible motive and you know we were suspects in this case as well and was quite disgusting because he had they not called pablo and we're ready to pin this on one of one of my family members. That's how reporting west midlands. Police were the way they treated us. than they were suspects united muslim household when doing source. You know when you'll pay no respects. Men and women are segregated. They had a male Family liaison officer. Googly is just standing there staring. All of us are looking at us. Like it was us and i do understand. The case is quite high number cases where certain cases off family related. When this particular circumstances they weren't and we made that playoffs and Yeah we had a very challenging time with west midlands police and yeah. We went back to taking complaints seriously. And prior to this six months earlier die My brothers jim who's got jim. Montcalm derided was receiving frightening letters from the house. If you don't close your terrorist jim. Because predominant muslims go there You just wait. What would happen and a lot of these letters. Were going out in the area. We showed those to the place. Could it be linked. But they didn't take any seriously and then six months later for the was murdered and this neo nazi was known neo nazi in ukraine. He's dip retort which add and again. He was making open pound bombs air in the forest. So no neo. Nazi get to british sponsorship counterterrorism. How degree allow these nazis into the country.

The Emergence of Private Cities in Africa

"Come to africa today. I'm excited to come back. Robin williams bothering flex. Trains ronin recently published twenty one trains twenty twenty and one that stood out for me is private cities bronwyn. Thanks for being back. What is a private says. He and how is it. Different than the city's bill houston. Let me talk about private cities. The first thing to notice that as with most trains does have some context in history and we could look back in time to the company towns that quite quite a big deal in the history of america so if you talk about small town life across the american continent which academy as sort of concept was colonized and became the american today. One of those small towns ready set up by companies sufficient based mining companies. Late on it might become big retail city towns and essentially the whole concept of a company. Town is a town that only exists. Because tequila company has decided to put its head coaches. They and what happened with a lot of these company towns to is those companies would have to subsidize the community so in fact they kind of owned so north to get workers to go move to sort of an ounce of the way out in the sticks environment of setup and make a life the company up to provide that a job they might have to provide a communities to attract workers to stay. They wouldn't be able to be self sufficient. Self sustainable business view said for example he drake's or nail salon putnam of people. You want to sit up business. The companies often have to sponsor that that came with a whole lot of pros and cons because the company obviously has been a lot more influence over that community than the culprit. Seca public or private sector should have across the most democratic community. Where that's in town and village whatever. It is such a little bit of context. Not this whole concept of private cities can become a lot more intensive but security in the modern era. The poston does age. We can look rain across the world at once. Going on in china and i'm trying to set up a lot of these massive company cities coal company towns are essentially a company workers live workshop. Learn stay at night without actually believing. The company compound and that comas be seen as slightly darkened shade privacy's it's almost more like endangered labor and in fact across the african continent of these executives that have chinese company towns popping up. They might say work places like maybe even here in south africa you have them to basically work about a working. Saint consider put that in brackets. But that's kind of what happens. The only allowed to leave the company. When you've paid back your date and once again that's also got parallels in history where you can see what happened with colonization. Once again how companies like the dutch east india company for example the british company would subsidize travelling costs so they book passage as always people got to the new colonies in this battle days. Depending on how you want to look at it and those who had been work back passage face. They were essentially sort of assigned to sanitize slave to the company until into lake At cash. not looking ahead. It becomes a lot more exciting. Because you've got eat on must for example talking about his mas cuttings. He wants to put into play where he's offering to exactly that sort of deal where is offering to pay evils passage to mas in exchange. The going to have to work that back and until you've been able to work that back. You are essentially sort of property to the company. You got a date that you have to pay and we start thinking about the company private cities particularly off planet. If you're going to get quite dramatic in the peach mas or even waiting on says starlings of space space up there. You know unlike us a space station but a privately run one. What authority are you going to defer to if you like the way he being treated what. Government has oversight in these new territories. That's exactly what happened. With the frontier company towns with the cynical colonial model of that paying passage paying back endanger lay essentially the company was given the mandate on the european space. When it wasn't a government to actually sit up the rules full that society you referred to your local politician because the politician was part of the company so they are a lot of trademarks of that depending on your political views as to how comfortable you with the slow not on the one hand people saying people would only take that deal with an anonymous go with the duchy senior company if they wanted to know what they're getting into their making a deal. People should be able to do that at the same time. Obviously huge issues of potential abuse. That can come out of this and it basically it is. It is quite a can of worms

"They be Gilbert High School 19-0 so great win for them. But but it gave me a chance since I was freed up it gave me a chance to get out and enjoy some other games. I had a blast I was it was great. You were just going all over the value or in the far end the San Tan Valley last night. Is that correct? Checking out some miles in the wrong direction. Yeah. I was out at AJ last night out at Davis Field AJ beat Estrella Foothills AJ and and then it's going to be the Battle of Ironwood road next Thursday night off and we'll talk a little more about that as as we go through the show, but and and I was out at Ben Franklin. It's going to be their homecoming Battle of Ironwood Road close to meet his number one in for a right now. They they rolled pretty good over Ben Franklin last night of the week after we have Ben Franklin at American Leadership Academy Queen Creek last year's 3A state champion. "Very first release really? I know she's no she's not at work anymore. But you know, you got to write down your writing all those books which are kind of like their fairy-tale retellings, but they're kind of contemporary you're writing this fantasy your we mentioned heart of iron, which was a Sci-Fi has it been off and have you given much thought to the fact that you're kind of jumping between different genres or does that just seemed very kind of natural that it's not heavy lift for you to kind of go between these different genres month. It feels kind of natural to me because I don't really the way I draft. I usually I'm editing one genre of a book while I'm drafting like a different calendar Hood. So, I really like doing that and it's a great way to you know, keep keep two stories. Very separate is to have them in different genres, but I really loved across-the-board. I know my agent is sometimes like actually why just stick with one. I'm like, but why so I think that's definitely with like fanfic Roots too because I mean you have you know Fantasy 8 use and then you have coffee shop at use sure and like with writing because home is it is it to the extent where you just enjoy writing so much that you're never getting tired of it your tanks always full because it would seem that with the books. You know, you have to book something. This year. I know that's maybe not common. But then you're you talked about how you're still writing fanfic on the side. Can you just write and write and write and it doesn't really bother you as long as you can jump to different projects and maybe fanfic is kind of it more of a entertainment as opposed to work. But do you ever get burned out? I guess the ultimate question is with just the task of writing off. Oh, yeah, I I definitely get burnt out really badly last year around November or in December..

"I am really happy and excited that other people will get to read this this weird little, you know, fairy-tale fantasy. So what got you started writing this fantasy story well, Was that initial idea? The initial idea was actually about the like this heart of the wood and how because like they're like in the end. They're they're looking for the the the lady of the Wilds who who basically is to her the wood and like I started I wanted to explore the themes of like trying I'm trying to find your way when you're lost in the woods and like when you're lost in real life, I was I started writing it when I was kind of lost in where I was and I didn't know like where I wanted to go see what kind of person I wanted to become and it was at a really big Crossroads for me. And so I started writing this story of this girl who was a royal Gardener's daughter in a world where she could never be anything else. She never thought she could be anything else and it's a story about her finding that she that she can pick up her roots and she can go wherever she wants to them. She's a dandelion fluff in the wind. He's not he's not a old oak tree, you know, she can she can go and she can do whatever she wants. But yeah. So that's kind of where like the seed of this of this story began and I'm I have to admit I'm proud of myself because we're recording this in August and I was thinking through talking to you. I kept thinking in my mind that the book that we were talking about was bookish and the Beast which came out last week and but it's it's the off-season Briar. So was it confusing to you in that you wrote two books that have mildly similar titles? Well, they also have mildly similar themes to em was going into 20 20 hours like to Beauty to Beast, you know sure it was like very loose..

"This is what book hooked you I'm broke Shelly and thanks for listening this week. I have actually posted who has a fantasy book coming out among the beasts and Breyer's actually is the author of books like Guerilla and part of iron and so took a little bit about those books about how she got into writing about fanfiction great conversation. So listening, So actually what book hooked you. Okay, so this is going to sound kind of weird but it wasn't actually a book the story that hooked me was a fanfic back back when I was young. I think I was eleven when I first found the fanfic but but I remember I found it on this on this forum and it was Yu-Gi-Oh fanfic cuz that was what I was really into at the time and I remember reading it almost every day. It was like a comfort to pick for me and I just I remember the feeling of reading it and shows like enjoying it and thoughts and like thinking to myself. I want to write like this someday like this is this is what I want to do. I want to give other people this feeling so for me, it wasn't really a book. It was this fanfic that I forgot the name of that I can no longer find on the internet because it was back in the internet like 1.00. So yeah, that's a that's that's the book that hooked me dead. And so well, what do you remember what it was that brought that left such a lasting impression on you this this piece of fan-fiction. It was I think it was that it was written. It was written with like this joy that I had not really found in like the books that I read because I don't know for for some reason. I always gravitated to like towards the darker books and like middle-grade and so when I found this fanfic I was like, oh this is just an this is just unabashedly happy. I didn't know stories could just be happy. I thought I was just like, you know, the outsider sure or like Hunger Games the way I was just like was like do-or-die situation, but but the fanfic was just off these like small happy moments. It was like the it was it was it was comprised of the of like the soft bits between the actions. So I I think I think song Miyazaki calls it the the mock. It's like the Breath You Take between like like one rising action then another and that's like where you find all of like the good meaty character development and that's where you can really connect with the characters and really like see what they're about. So I really love character-driven narratives, which I found out a lot later on when I was an English major, but but I think that's what I really loved about this like fanfic was that it took like.

I know you said no significant others Until because he used to work for a wedding planner my sister said. I can't bring my significant other because we haven't been dating long six months but I really love Brad and he going to be these family photos. I'm like Oh no no. Let her brand in the family photos and then when she breaks up with Brad and gifts with Tom. Poston motos earn Brad because they were so in love. Do It do it. Okay so another Bridezilla. What about this one guys is cashing in on some of her guests? She's charging fifty dollars for the APP entrance fee. This will get you an exclusive guests on an exclusive guest list where you can skip the lines at the wedding. How many people are at your wedding for that? If the bottom line at a wedding girl I would give you a hundred to make sure I can do it twice over if a high of fifty bucks if you want to skip the bar line second hurry up and get my drink. I can go back on for. I gotTA FEELING. Oh in a second but like don't you expect that I would have a wedding where there's no crazy line that? I have bars all over the place so you would never have to go through that struggle alcoholism. I don't know what those lines are going to be like. Just warn Ya bring something and you're GonNa do I have been leading Where the bride had a separate place for the groomsmen grooves and the family to go back and get cocktails that. That's kind of a good way to do it. Yeah I feel like you can't have any VIP outside of your bridal party there the VIP and you're like your uncle close immediate family the your the APP Pete Vip. Besides we yeah like. I don't want to inconvenience my friends and like start making them pay and then also like exclude some of my other friends. Because if you're invited to my wedding your important anyway so I don't WanNa make you feel less van money like a nickel. Priyanka kind of wedding. Were this at thirteen hundred people there. They're not charging though they're charging they're paying for it and they're like here your home here. I'm GonNa give you the VIP ticket on the low. I would just add it into everybody's cost already you're going to have bridesmaids and you're GonNa say I need thirteen hundred dollars for the dress shoes. Just say thirteen fifteen through it. And that's what I tell people to do one of my friends who didn't make us in for the club for the after party or whatever for the alcohol and I was like I just spent so much money on y'all time making after the risk the after after party it was like. Oh we're going to the club. Whatever like someone had already paid for everything but like chip in for like the alcohol. Whenever I'm like take it out of the gift. Okay take out of. That's why I never buy a wedding until after I come back for the wedding. I always see how much money I would have. Spent like if the dinner was great. If I had like five or six drinks I do like ten dollars a week. It's dinner was one hundred. That's a hundred and sixty plus added. Dessert was two hundred a Meta do exchange numbers output. Put an extra fifty meet with the brother. That's how expensive of a gift you get one hundred percent and I always end up getting a more expensive gift than I thought I was going to get already. I always do that every single time. Because I've never heard I literally have just like this blanket amount that I spend on everywhere between how much how much I between one hundred and more on who it is. Yeah I go to a wedding. And they didn't put any thought into the wedding and they cut corners left and right in the Crock Pot. I love a prog pioneering crackpots but if I go to your wedding and if I would have went there and treat it myself to the same general entertainment the same situation if you have Bruno Mars at your wedding. You're getting the five hundred dollar K. Cutter done okay. How do you feel about the bride? And groom saying monetary gifts only on the original. Invite like they're not doing the whole like we've got the list and we don't. We don't need that like just give us a red packet or like some cash. Well that's a very cultural thing back. A Lotta cultures do that. I know I've been to which I'm trying to marry a Armenian man because they make it rain at the wedding and there's not a lot of gifts it's all money. Yeah a lot of times at African American weddings money dance. It's a big deal so I think a lot of people do do that. I ever know people who would want it to do this while I was working as a wedding planner and there are places where you can go and register for the things and not get them and just get the gift card space so I yeah. I am not a huge fan of it but I don't hate it. I don't mind the honey fund. I like to feel like I'm giving. I'm if I'M GONNA give you cash I will just give you cash and I think most people will like if I'm planning on just writing a check I'm gonNA write you a check but if you some people really love to give a tangible gift so at least have you know the Huntington makes me think I'm buying new massage. Ultimately they're just getting a big lump sum they can spend it however they want but it makes me at least feel like I bought you an experience. I bought you something tangible. I don't know I just. I like that better you can. I want the money. Please all right coming up. Would you try a sleep divorce or date? Someone based on their. I Q were playing. Would you do it after the.

War and pestilence: Ebola makes a comeback

"It's been five years since abo- epidemic swept across west Africa. Wherever it is discovered. That would be quarantined completely what gets out the mixing exit medical eleven thousand people in west Africa died. The response was said to be too slow last August afresh outbreak of the virus hit the Democratic Republic of Congo DRC. This was the first time that the Mola had struck in an active war zone. It's now going to be the second largest Birla epidemic. Star still from the scrub village in North Kivu and now spread to other villages and other times. Notably in these two big times. Bending boot Tembu live your Akron reports for the economist from the and as extremely hot control and to regulate because it's such an insecure area. This is a region that's been terrorized by different militia for over two decades. So it's difficult for health workers to get to certain villages. There have been repeated attacks on health workers on health centers and Olympia, why are rebels attacking clinics. The epidemic has been very badly communicated to the population the people in his rebel groups of people from the communities surrounding temper, and they don't trust the a better response as big jealousy about all of this money. That's being pumped into the area that none of the people are really benefiting really receiving. They see these NGO workers UN workers going Poston fleets of four by fours. And they think about as business that people are there to make money, and can you tell me a bit more. About the attacks have being carried out by rebels recently. So there have been three attacks on to about a treatment centers in the last month and one of them was touch so badly. It was completely burned done. And I also attended a funeral of a police officer who was killed guarding Birla centre. He was shot in the head by a group of rebels who came to attack the center, and I attended his funeral. Lots of the other police officers with their there was music, and it was it was a pretty tragic scene in the church whose wife was there. His sister's beside the coffin dressed in black sort of wailing and sobbing an iceberg to his mother at the door. Of me. She just kept repeating that. He was a good, man. He loved his family. He loved his mother eleven. Yes, you asking who who killed him? They killed him. But who are they who are they? And she said they've told me it was the my my my my my mind is quite a blanket to be honest. There Marriott different rebel groups is basically just groups in the area the who formed to protect evidences, and they made up of young men in the community epidemic on its own terrible thing when you have an epidemic in war zone. How much harder does it make to to treat that Denic? It makes it a little harder. One of the major problems is that you're dealing with terrorists population people who've been tapped by different groups, and it's difficult for them to trust the people in the responses very little trust in institutions and authorities for very good reason. And there are lots of rumors about the army and the police being involved with the rebel groups. Does this sort of frustration that people are saying we'll we've been subject to these attacks for years and nobody's done anything. And now that doesn't about outbreak one of these phone as a flood. In and trying to help us whether before and how does that low trust affect attempts to try and contain this about her outbreaks? It means that it's going to last much longer spread over wide area than than it would otherwise it sounds like it. I spoke to many different people in the community. Who said they didn't believe a better exists. It didn't believe better exists. They're not going to comply with all of the incredibly necessary procedures to stop the spreads washing hands touching people who could have not touching dead bodies.
