Who'd say it's just difference people like if you're not the same religion as me if not the same color as me. If you're if you don't like what i don't like you know it's it's kind of wacky when you think about it. Yeah by the way. Just love that candle from goop seventy five dollars. Yeah and there is a warning on the website. Why wreckage is looking. There is a warning on the website that they cannot burn longer than two hours. Due to the fact that the candle overheats and the glass will slowed. So i won't charges still china. I think it's probably cheaper than seventy five dollars. The kids get out. Burn baby burn. "Let's get a julian assange update here because yeah we haven't talked to this new but i'm pretty sure they did rule here not that long ago. let's see muller investigated julian assange assange lawyer says trump offered a deal to avoid extradition. That was a month ago four days ago. Rt reports prison friend of julian assange commit suicide to avoid deportation and six days ago Media silence on assange aids trump. So not a whole lot as far as breaking news. I guess look. The daily mail reported a week ago. Julian assange learns. Us extradition fate over hacking on january fourth so that the next big day is going to be january fourth where he will be. According to this report he will find out whether he will be extradited to the united states to face charges. That could see him for one. Hundred and seventy five years. He's facing eight forty nine years old now. He spent last decade of his life. You know basically behind bars he was in the ecuadorian embassy for six or seven years or something house a longtime faces eighteen charges including a plot to hack computers and conspiracy to obtain and disclose national defense information. He is said to have plotted with defense analyst chelsea manning more reasonably to expose war crimes by the government correct and it wasn't he who hacked any computers. He was simply helping chelsea manning crack password and i mean calling it calling crack s. I find it kinda humorous views. It was like it was basically just like a hash or something like that of of Something or other. And i don't know it was it was it was it was too well. No i know but it was. It was such a week. It's so weak to call at cracking I'm sorry but like okay. Maybe maybe fine. Maybe it was technically somehow illegal. But i just how can it be illegal. If he's not based in the united states. Well the thing is right back to this whole thing where they didn't. He didn't actually attack a server with like random passwords chelsea. Got the file and send it to him right right and so he basically looked up. It was like looking up the password based on hash or something like that. He helped chelsea with whatever she tells. Find out what the what the password would be based on the hash or something like that. Issue was not in within the so posad geographic land mass of the united states at the time he did not breach any security. No within the united states government. But yet it's like. Harvard is like conspiracy to assist hacking or something like that. It was so ridiculous. Yeah he's such a stretch to say that he did you know Nature conspiracy to obtain and disclosed national defense information and a hacking charge of some sort or blacking. Charges mockery with intent to gawk district. Judge vanessa. Bharat sir has reserved judgment. So no, it it was almost the again the opposite in the Trump simply wasn't viewed as big enough concern that they were going to actually do serious criminal investigation. You are correct. That real estate is an absolute epicenter of frauds epidemics in the United States. And the deal is for good reasons for a couple of things at as the CEO's. I everybody in real estate knows that the best way to make money is to get it through the government. Right. It's the government. It gives you the permits. It's the government that often either does or finances the construction it's the government that controls zoning. So what's absolutely great? Is you get political contributions? They changed the zoning. You haven't done anything serious yourself as a real estate developer. And suddenly your property is worth five times more. And of course, you say you're a genius in all of that. So real estate guys, and they're overwhelmingly guys get exceptionally good at influencing politicians and realized very early on that a significant portion of the metal, but a significant portion of them essentially can be bought through the political contributions. And and the thing about politicians is they come cheap. Right. What is a? Major contribution for a politician ten thousand dollars who put you on a first name basis. Pretty much with any members of the house of representatives and most senators Ecorse that's rounding error truncation error from the perspective of the business. So that's part of it. But the other part is you learn how to use accounting and in real estate getting to manipulate the accounting, primarily by manipulating appraisals. Right. And it turns out to be absolutely simple to inflate or dramatically. Understate the value of in particular, large commercial real estate projects is actually much harder to do this. They did it was much harder to do this in residential real estate in rise to the great financial crisis. But in commercial real estate, you're always making many more assump-. About the future. And it gives you a far more discretion as an appraiser to change valuations and not by little bit by a massive amounts. So it's simple, right? If I need the property be worth a lot more. I increase the value of the property. That increases my ability for example, tomorrow because I can say look I have these assets worth twelve billion dollars. If for tax purposes, I want to do the opposite also easy. I just dramatically understate the value. So these are the most effective means of fraud scheme as I phrase it in finance. Accounting is always the secret sauce to account into these kinds of fraud schemes and so real estate guys. Learn from the earliest stage, not only how do it. But who you need as confederates, which praise IRS will give you the answer that you want. Well, just in closing then a Bill black just going back to Trump's sewing Deutsche Bank Capital One to stop the house intelligence committee in the financial services committee from having them act on the subpoenas that they've been issued about a month ago. Marconi, of course, made made that case that you made in public. That's what Trump does the tax purposes e allow lowest value, and for powering purposes, he raises the value. But as far as we know both of these banks, Deutsche, Bank and Capital One have complied with subpoenas from the Neo Kettani general if he should James for documents related to the loans made to Trump any businesses, and they apparently already turned out turning over the documents, including eight miles on loan documents related to Trump's in the national hotel in Washington d say that Trump national Durell in Miami and the Trump International hotel and tower, Chicago and from sunset. Efforts to buy the NFL's Buffalo Bills. So does that mean that since twelve of the full ten referrals from Malla to other jurisdictions southern district of New York? Do you think that those cases also working their way as long with the Neo state attorney general in other words, if Trump he might be trying to stop this one? But it's almost like he's trying to plug so many holes in the dam that he doesn't have enough fingers to plug all homes. Yes. I think that's what it does mean. I think that a significant portions of the largest frauds are passed the statute of limitations. So we'll see. But this is very reminiscent of Charles Keating's Lincoln savings where when we brought in. You know, a honest accounting firm, they said we've never seen anything like this every deal we look at as fraudulent, and it makes us wonder whether there is anything at any time ever done. Honestly by this entity. Trump lies all the time. That isn't just orally. That's going to be in his financial statements. Well, William black. I thank you very much joining today. Thank you. And again, I've been speaking with William k black because the distinguished scholar in research for financial regulation at the university of Minnesota and a professor of economics and Lord at the university of Missouri. All of these people the me, the invest in and claim have goods onto the Trump corrupted that Trump made look bad that Trump was forcing them to do these illegal things they've got nothing on Trump avenue. Nothing on Trump. Cohen nothing on Trump. Now Cohen all it was porn star. Stormy Daniels thing here's another portion of the call. That I needed to. Phil. Gets. Very hard. Ten years. Take care of somebody family games. He was he was really matter because. Microcosm of New York. Different. Looking what's happening now in the country bride? So here's Colin portraying himself as a martyr exposing the real Trump to the country. I guess he was hoping to be John dean, but he the poor guy four guys pathological. So now they've dumped they've dumped Colin Cohen's, no longer have any value. Cohen is no longer than us. And as I mentioned earlier in the program. The Democrats have now thrown their subpoena eggs in one basket. And that's the former White House counsel. Don, mcgann. Don Mcgann in the mullahs report, supposedly said, remember, he testified for thirty hours with Muller. Don, Mcgann, the president didn't deny anybody. Their chance to talk with investigators. The president turned over documents millions of pages, I'm told her a million pages and whoever they wanted to talk to any staff. Trump said, no go ahead. No problem. I don't know how they arrive at this obstruction business, but. They're saying that Mcgann. Senate Trump told him to fire Muller, but that Mcgann refused to fire Mahler and mcgann's refusal to fire Muller is what's safe Trump? But that Trump ordering Mcgann to fire Mueller as obstruction of Justice, and they're trying to come along now and make Mcgann John dean. The former White House counsel for Nixon who who turn tail and spill the beans on an White House in able Nixon to be forced out of office, and the Democrats who cannot look forward and can't innovate. They looked at the past. They looked at her playbook in the past. They tried to bring back to life everything. That's happened. The past Mcgann has got to become John dean. So on CNN this afternoon, they went and got Richard Benveniste who was what our gates special prosecutor, it's actually Benvenisti. Now, this guy Richard Benveniste when you think of deep state when you think of administrative state when you think of the Kabbalah of people who define the Washington establishment. This guy would be on the board of directors. This guy would be in the upper echelon of the elites of the elite in the Washington establishment. And not least because he was the Watergate special prosecutor who is credited with getting rid of Nixon. But he's also a great democrat. He's a great liberal and believe me, he is a quintessential example of the kind of people we're talking about what we describe these nameless. Faceless elites who run that town. So they went out and got him on C. Brought him in there to ask him about. Don, Mcgann, John dean, and all that essay who start bringing a killer is the is the CNN host. And she got the question and the ball rolling this. Do you think that is akin to John dean testifying in nineteen Seventy-three over Watergate or having had this report amount? All of these details come out for so long. Do you think that there's really not much Mcgann is going to add that will surprise us? Well, I don't know what he can add. But what he said was extraordinarily surprising and disturbing. He said that the president had told him to lie at told him that he ought to. I helped get Mr. Muller fired. And then he told him to lie about that order. Right. So been. All together. Certain because look this guy smart enough to know, he's not sitting in a media chair. He knows they can't relive Watergate here. They can try to make the result happen force the president out of office. But they can't relive the steps. They don't mcgann's not John dean. But the fact that Nadler and the rest of these Democrats want to turn him into John dean is what's is. What's telling? But you hear the way been beneath the speaks. Well, I don't know what he can add. But what he said was extraordinarily surprising and disturbing see or very disturbing. It's disturbing to us who are refined and civilized and sophisticated and only the finest Bordeaux and only the certain times of day with a certain on trae, we wouldn't be caught dead. For example, drinking burgundy as we consumed are Killian CB at seven thirty pm at the club as these people are. And so then doing their best here to suggest that Mcgann holds the key to getting rid of Trump. But Muller knew this. They had a chance to say that this was obstruction of Justice, and nobody did. So. That's that QuickTime out. We we have more. We always do. And your phone calls are part of the mix coming. Rush is always at work and the.

Although supposedly that second part of the whole report, they gave us nothing more than talking points for fake news. And the crackpots there on the left but hold on their record plow. Boy, if you're out there listening, I was getting ready to go to you. But you dropped off so call back in but me Mallaby say hi to donate, man. What's going on, man? Came back. Good good. Well, yeah. Peddling? Then you got nothing Naegler. Yeah. What the whole the whole record? You're a lawyer from what I if I'm not mistaken to bed lawyer. No. And you know, that grand jury testimony is seals and seal for the reason eightieth, well, he might hit Hideto sauce for so long lost a lot of brain cells. How can how could he be nothing to conclude? You know, you know, obstruct. How could it be struck? You can't construct nothing like just said well rushing. Not. We're living animal farm. I remember reading animal farm, and heist junior high school, we read animal farm, and and I never thought I'd see the day. We'd be Levin. Nineteen eighty four and animal farm in our country. Well, I mean it does Donut. Man, it absolutely does not surprise me. Because I've been kind of falling this stuff off and on pretty heavy duty for fifteen twenty years in when you really follow. It. You see just how corrupt government bed and incompetent and how they play a special favors to certain people and a big mound people. Everything's cared about them. They really haven't give a damn about the American people for I don't know since Ronald Reagan stuff because you know, once h Bush got in there. He was always worried about taking care of his cronies. And then, of course, we know. Got somebody. That's the people, and they can't stand it. They can't in a lot of this version because they're scared to death back people to wake up and realize how they write treasury well banning tax forms. Well, thank nasty. I wanna see you and your husband act for tax tax returns for the last fifteen years out, how your husband got also like how your husband got all these you and your friend. Diane Feinstein out there got all government contracts. Here's your way, you know. But I know favoritism supposed to be all equal. How'd you become millionaires on higher seventy five thousand dollars years? I like no that one was out. Well, here's a bigger question Donut man because you know, the media's out there claiming that they're heroes. Gotta be this Joe Biden in that. Peter Sweitzer that's written at least two books. Now, he's talked about how all this stuff was steered to Biden's uh son in this other crew. Crony with construction contracts. I guess over there in Iraq in a sweetheart deal from over there with the Chinese when Joe CNN. And his son get some kind of deal her back, you know, 'cause you Ukraine government gave five creepy. Joe? Son. Some kind of a deal over there. I want show his. Yeah. I wasn't sure what Ukraine or he got some kind of special deal with the Chinese special deal over there that they were going to go after them, and you know, his son gets cushy contract or some kind of insider dealing also, you know, nothing to see here move along Lupu mall. Any got Bernie to seltzer man he got kinda called out his Posad townhall meeting about being a millionaire? I guess. Will not gonna work. Go out to the millionaires anymore since discovered to be a millionaire. To go after the billionaires. We're going to we're going to have corn be sale with the bottom of south river. Go to the billionaires trillionaires now because we can't to the millionaires because. Well, I don't want to share. Yeah. It was something even funny. You know, I'm gonna have to hold you over here. Gonna take a break here about forty seconds while we're while you're bringing Bernie Sanders. We gotta talk about that. Because he's been caught red handed in a lie on that FOX townhall thing, he even had to cut that if they do this healthcare thing, you know, Medicaid for all or whatever guess what he admitted. Well, it's not exactly free. Well, we'll try to make it free at the end thing. But yeah, you're going to have. Trillionaires are going to pay for. Hey ho, hold on Donut. Man because that Trump is gonna run me on down. We've got another two and a half hours Showtime. So the phone lines are wide open guys. We can talk about anything on your mind. But I imagine that people wanna talk about no collusion obstruction with Donald Trump. We'll take a little short break. We'll come back right here.

"Rick Lewis, Dave Logan, Kathy. Lee. Here were the mighty millions raffle home in Morrison, Colorado. Do you think the people who win this home would care we came with it? Yeah. I would think that could be a deal breaker. Sure. But I think they just say, you know, what keep it? We really liked the house. Location looking around like maybe I should move out. Here you feel free to stop out because we we've had a number of people that have come down and it comes to the low. We've got people walking down the stairs right now. So we're going to be your till six thirty coming out and say Hello. And by the way, by some raffle tickets yet we've been talking to and meeting some of the listeners that have come by Kathy. We actually converted a KOA listener to our FOX boarding show. One of the guys I talked earlier, Nick. Yeah. He said he was really surprised Brandon. I I don't know if I should tell you. He said he goes, I'm really surprised about Brandon. I'm like what he goes. I thought he was much taller and younger. We talk about him being short. And he he looks. Yeah. I know you guys talk about that all the time. But I thought you guys were just joking around. He said he didn't expect me to look like I did this right? They sort of backed off that one where we sent Michael. What do you mean? He's. And I was like, oh, I m pregnant I am fatter by like twenty pounds. Okay. We have a special guest on. He is one of the new Denver Broncos and were excited to have them here. His name is Kareem Jackson and the Broncos got him from the Houston. Texans. And Dave I know both of us specifically remember the hit. He put on Philip Lindsey hits at the game. You got him twice nail. Philip lindsay. Hey, Kareem, you're on with Rick Lewis, Dave Logan, Kathy Lee here. KOA in Denver. Congratulations on the new contract to welcome to town. Thank you. Thank you. Are you guys doing we're doing? Okay. So let me just ask you this. Because I I have a little bit of an understanding now NFL locker room might go. So when you finally introduce yourself to Philip Lindsey, what will you say? Actually ran into him today. Oh, how did that? Go. Yeah. I respect for him. Anyway. In a year that he had. And and the kind of fame and graduate teams goes no have to worry about those. Excited to be here. And you know, it'd be a team may also. Yeah, he's he's he's a really good young player. You've you've been a good player for quite some time in this league for people that might not be familiar with you from from Houston mean talk a little bit about I know sometimes it's tough for guys to talk in this context. But what what three things do you bring to the Broncos that we'll we'll most interest the fans and the team. No toughness leader in hands. New York in multiple spots. Think that can no working, and it's you know, as far as being planning any team, try this. We're going to be doing and stuff like that. So man. I just. You know, willing to do whatever the case. Posad ask you know, we're talking to Kareem Jackson Denver Broncos cornerback Broncos played the Texans and Kareem last year and the Texans one from an opposing viewpoints. How do you look at the Denver Broncos? It's been a rough couple of years for this team. How do you look at them going into this season? I think that's great. Basis that. Just kind of add to it on. Chris. I think there's something. With those couple of guys there, you know. On a on a weekly weaken on a weekly basis just continue to get better. And better ain't going out in competing at a high level. You know, obviously offense we. And Joel, and you know, what you want, you know, with the guys that they already have so excited about you know, I think we kinda starting. Wall had same goals. Kareem Jackson circus to one of the newest free agents signed by the Broncos cream last question for me is you look at the Broncos defense now with the new head coach and Vic Fangio who comes from the defensive side of the football his his backgrounds on the defensive side at Donna till the longtime coach the coordinator here. He's worked with the back end a lot during the course of of his career. What what what do you think just generally speaking, what aside from the contract? What interested you mostly about having a chance to play in this particular style of defense? Well, I know for me to give me a chance to watch the bears in previous years no way that we're able to get their hands on the ball in some of the situations that they were put in most scheme wise. So it just kinda makes me excited Noah I e because you kind of get. Secondary, not cornices. They attack kind kinda reading reacting. We'll get a chance to get your hands on the ball and creation turnover. So I know that that's. As a defense and as a team so excited about that. No. So kind of talking to you know, coast today, you know, about the scheme and stuff like that. And gosh too aware of the and stuff like that. So just excited about it. All you know. Around. It'd be different spots in different makes please. Well, we're excited to have you here in Denver Kareem. Thanks for coming on the show understand you have your own clothing line. We may have to check that out. Exactly. So my town and putting on the back don't really have the time. He wrote a really put into a like, I really want something that just kind of put on the backburner until I get a chance to really know put some time and effort you like I want to. So he say no clothes for you. Rick. Just. Cook walked away for a while. We can wait no problem with that. It's it's great to have you here on this football team. I feel like you're gonna make a big impact on this defense. And we'll talk to you down the road and good luck. Getting settled here in Denver, and we'll talk soon. All right. Thank you. Thanks for having me. All right. Kareem Kareem Jackson. And the guy that guy's pedigree his blue chip, he's a blue chip comes. No surprise that. The first attribute out of his mouth when I asked him. What two or three things does? He bring to this defense. You remember what the first thing he said toughness? Yes. He's a corner in a and he can't play inside. But he's he's known as a physical player, and that's the kind of guy Vic Fangio wants his football team. And I think we're starting to see the Vic Fangio touch put on this roster right now. So let's get a break here for some traffic. John.

"Yeah. Yes. North Korea does have an official YouTube channel, even though YouTube is technically banned so his Twitter and yet Alec tweets from inside North Korea. All the time with no censorship. His tweets are a rare window into daily life in Pyongyang which for his the Posad bastion of anti-capitalism seems to involve buying a lot of stuff like new flavors of knockoff Fanta or imitation. Cocoa puffs or video game app. Like this North Korean clone of guitar hero that you can play on your new government made smartphone, which sounds like this when you turn it on. Under Kim Jong UN North Korea is drifting farther from its Stalinist roots than ever before Kim Jung. He may talk about the quote, filthy winds of bourgeoisie reform, but he's also letting anyone with money shop and shop and shop. The consumer economy has has grown quite significantly in the past couple of years, and that's manifested itself in the form of new restaurants with everything from pizza conveyor belt sushi conveyor belt, hot pot restaurant. That's really good. It's not the North Korea. You're used to hearing about but there is a nuclear bomb connection last year, Kim Jong said, hey, now that we've got the bomb our nuclear sword of Justice. He calls it. We're going to focus on building our economy. He wants to make this country into developmental dictatorship. That's Andre Len cov a Russia born expert on North Korea. He also went to Kim Il-Sung University back in the eighties spoke to Lanka. Last year. And even then he was saying that North Korea is heading the way of China something like say China of the eighties and nineties which is developing economy using market capitalist model is a great deal of state intervention. Meaning you can start a business as long as it's linked to the government, and you share the prophets. Just don't get caught hoarding too much money for yourself. Corruption is kept at bay by off dictator at the top. Because if you still too much you can end up at a lead post swinging from lampposts he means yet that's the North Korea. We often hear about so what about the gulags and the poverty and the horrible oppression. Well, that's all still happening. But Kim Jong UN's changes are also creating a new rich traders shopkeepers people whose power comes from entrepreneurship not just being an officer in the regime as for Alec. He's been obsessed with North Korean society for years. That's why I started learning Korean in his early twenties. But he says he's not nearly leader for the North Korean state sickly going to a place, and and being there doesn't even know I support everything about the politics. There may visiting the United States doesn't mean that I support the war in Iraq or anything like that still. He does have good connections. You need those just to get into university. And he built them over the last five years running Tong Il tours, his own company, which brings English speaking tourists into Pyongyang. Yes. Alec is also an entrepreneur in North Korea. Not that he's basking in luxury. He lives in a college dorm with North Koreans. His last roommate, by the way, had an interesting hobby extracurricular.

"Of knowledge, especially when it comes to booze. Booze broads broads. Our that I'll tell you Alexander. There's obviously some some movies on the big screen that we've got a chance to to you know, kind of laxed poetic on and talk about in focus on one of those one of those films. The upside now, this is a film that does that was the main two thousand seventeen actually came out late two thousand eighteen it's a it's a remake of the two thousand eleven film, the intangibles, which is basically inspired by the the life of a of Felipe eight Posad Deborrah go, and it, and it basically follows a paralyzed billionaire. He strikes up an unlikely friendship with a recently paroled, convict who is played by Kevin Hart. And of course, Bryan Cranston is in the lead role in this movie in his in his cast, and it kind of economists, you know, ignited a little bit of a controversy. Didn't it Alexandra given that, you know, Bryan, Cranston, obviously, you know, a famous actor someone that you know, I, obviously, we all we all recognize from from a lot of his work, but not being disabled. I think kind of sparked of a lot of movie fans. It wasn't. And especially a lot of people in the disabled community given that obviously he's not disabled and and the role ended up going to him. Absolutely. It did. And you know, I feel for the disabled community who felt that baby. A quadriplegic should have been cast in that role. But you know, when you get down to it. It comes down to economics, and what's going to help make the movie successful are those names like Kevin Hart. Bryan, Cranston, Nicole Kidman. And while this was a great movie, you know, it's definitely surrounded with controversy. Because again, if that stable person not playing in that role, and they could have done that. And they could have brought somebody in who was disabled, and it probably would have been more well received. But you know, the movie itself is good. It wasn't too. Comedic. It wasn't t- dramatic. It was a perfect mix of both. I definitely recommend. You know, see it. If you want to build a little warmth in your heart. But you know, the the undertone of a disabled person being played by somebody who's not disabled is definitely there. And at times, it's a little hard to believe that Bryan Cranston is playing completely disabled person. You've seen the flight breaking bad and Wakefield and all these other historic great spot cities in. But you know, it's it's definitely there. Welcome to keep in mind. When you go and see this movie. Alex was RJ Midi in that movie. RJ midi. I'm not entirely sure if you watch that movie or not because he played he played Bryan cranston's disabled son in breaking bad. I don't know if he was in that movie or not how no he was not in the movie he was mocked. What would you compare that to give it a great for us? Can't really say I comparative anything because it's such a unique story that's being told, you know. A disabled billionaire who befriends a? A recently paroled, no real movies out there like it. Which is what need? I'm going to give it a a b grade because of a homeless able pay it does kind of stand out, but it's a good movie. And if you want to go and have some genuine laughs and really get the art heartwarming story. You'll definitely get it there. This was a movie actually that was first announced back in in two thousand eleven and there was a lot of like,.

"KTAR in-depth. Don shirts looks you'll put up a three pointers look. That was it. Yeah. That was in the sons went on to beat. You should say the Mavericks went on to beat the Suns last night one zero four to ninety two. There is some good news though. As Jamie just mentioned for the Phoenix Suns this morning and yesterday actually is this poll was released. It's interesting. How this poll was done. And I I really believe in the pollster, you know, he's become a kind of a friend of the show. Mike noble of OH predictive insights this poll done for the greater Phoenix chamber of commerce, though. And actually when they first asked likely voters how they felt about the deal where the sons would put up about eighty million dollars and the city of Phoenix who put up one hundred fifty million dollars to renovate talking stick resort arena. Twenty three percent only twenty three percent supported the deal and fifty two percent opposed it, and then you had about a quarter of people who didn't have an opinion. So you had. You know, more than the majority of people opposing the deal. And then they were given some information about the city's funding mechanism about some of the events that go on at the arena. Besides the sons about the Posad economic impact of the arena and the use of the arena by youth groups, see that's what you do. When you bring the children in. Everybody's for the children. All of a sudden, then respondents who supported the deal increased to almost half forty nine percent, and the people opposed to it went down to twenty five percent and about syllabus a quarter or had no opinion that was a fifty three point shift. You know member? I don't know if you remember when they funded the cardinal stadium. One of the things they talked about doing was building youth ball ballfields and that helped sell the whole thing. So you know, when you bring in the kiddos near the use of the arena by youth groups, suddenly all of a sudden, he's but let's be honest here, right? Let's be honest here. This is about the Phoenix Suns. Okay. Yes. There are other events going on the Iranian. Yes. There is an economic impact for for for the valley of the sun. Some of it that comes from outside of the valley. Because I always argue. Hey, look, just because you know, one hundred dollars was spent at the arena by some folks from Phoenix that's not money that just popped up. So they could spend it at the arena, they want to spend it on other entertainment options already anyway. Right. So that money's still in the economy, but you do have money that comes in from the outside, you know, people who travel with their favorite team, or you know, or just happened to be in town. And they're like, oh, you know, what I think I'll go see a basketball game. So there is that. But this is this is about the son. Okay. Now that being said here, by the way is the CEO of the Phoenix greater Phoenix chamber of commerce. Todd sanders. Want to do some sort of random call the whole that was just going to go out to the cell phones. That were never we wanted to have people who are likely to vote. And so I think that really makes it important. Okay. So yeah. The the way they conducted the poll, I think it's very legitimate. And all that. I also think that once you just really explain the basic fact that the city of Phoenix is the landlord and the Phoenix Suns are the tenant there. And you know, you your your landlord would never call you go. Hey, by the way, you're fixing all the toilets and you're paying to put the new AC unit on the on the roof. And what did you say you own the house? You know, that's how that's how it works in the real world. And I think even just explaining those basic facts and not having to bring up the children can definitely change people's opinions. However, there are still a lot of folks out there. I understand the nightside with them in many many ways that say, yeah. Enough public money going to to billionaires. And that's the Suns are worth more than a billion dollars. Now. At least according to Forbes magazine, five eighteen a KTAR. Back to the valley Chevy dealers traffic center, and here's Dani Sullivan. Well, I am seeing delays starting to stretch out now along I ten eastbound from eighty third avenue to fifty first avenue, you've got an injury accident nineteenth avenue at Bethany home road and out in the east valley. If you're on I ten the mirror COPA freeway watch out for disabled vehicle..

My father used to take every kid many years ago and back then there was no internet and he never saw the kid. Again, he just remember him much love this kid and his name was taymor and my father didn't know the spelling and he was native American mix race kid. And the name is actually of a as God that helped the poor. And so he just spelled my name differently. It was the bowels European ball's t. time. Yeah, so that's where it came from. Actually, the guys named Johnson, oh, he's a. World judo champion. He took the Olympia and everything. So so you're you're when you first started at now, you probably asked this, you actually catch the the teeth, of course. Well down, it would be very, wanna. See. All right. So when they came, they were lighter, would they didn't want to kill me in the first few scenes that we're gonna be shutting last ragged so, but I did catch. Yeah. Shot an order. If something big, go wrong, they want to do that in the beginning of the movie and the end. Like I said, they trust me. I was, you know, already skilled martial artists and I had great timing and it just worked out where I was. Yeah. I mean, it was like a, it was a barge, and then the handed all set up you. It was like really fun for me. The most amazing barge. I mean, you know. The most amazing teacher there at the master. A New York like that. I can't even imagine what the right would go
