"And please don't forget to rate and review. Now back to the story. In March eighteen eighty nine the investigation into the shooting of John M Clayton seemed to be on the verge of a breakthrough. Well, Pinkerton detective Albert would was hiding in a Little Rock hotel room, Joe Smith. The local black Republican who wanted Justice for Clayton continued the investigation on the ground in Plummer Ville. Smith had proven his value time. And again, and was starting to show investigative skills that rivaled the Pinkerton detectives now Smith stood ready to deliver a key witness who was willing to testify that they knew the assassin, it seemed that the Clayton family might finally have Justice, mud Justice was always hard to come by and Conway county on March thirtieth Joe Smith. Sealed his letter to detective would and deposited it at the Plummer Ville post office. He spent the next few hours following up on a lead at sunset. He said off down the long dusty road that lead north of Plummer Ville to his home. Home where he knew his wife and five children would be waiting hope the MRs is cooking up something good. This detective work. Scher does build up a man's appetite. What was that glancing behind him chose Smith? Saw three figures on horseback racing toward him from the outskirts of Plummer Ville all brandishing weapons. Joe must have known that it was hopeless before he even started running. It was only a matter of minutes before the trio overtook him. The fastest was eighteen year old David Richmond who shot Joe Smith from behind, as he wrote up on him. The young man climbed down from his horse and fired a second shot into Smith skull to make sure he was dead. Albert would would never meet Joe Smith's witness, and Conway county had claimed one more innocent life, Arkansas, Democrats once again, dove into the task of denying that the crime was politically motivated instead leaning into the racism that was rampant in the post reconstruction era in a speech before the US house of representatives congressman Breckenridge claimed that a drunken Joe Smith had hurled obscenities at David Richmond, while attacking with Iraq, newspapers corroborated that the eighteen year old had acted in self defense in what was little more than a squabble African Americans in Plummer, villa were naturally incensed, constable, Richard gray a physician and. Leader of the black community hunted, down, Richmond, arrested him and dragged him before sheriff Shelby. Here he is the man who murdered Joseph Smith and cold blood. What are you going to do with him? Young man. Can you tell me why you shot, Mr Smith on account of his slacks off? Course exactly he killed Smith for speaking. The truth about Oliver Bentley and his posse. I believe he meant that Smith was being quarrelsome in verbally abusive isn't that right? Son. Whatever you say sheriff, I'm sorry, Mr Gray. But I really don't think this amounts to much doesn't amount to much. I saw Oliver Bentley in the street last night, crowing about how certain death awaited anyone who investigated Clayton's assassination. That's got nothing to do with this Joe Smith got killed because he was drunk and unruly. Now, I'm letting Richmond here go gray was not willing to let the matter, wrist, and he traveled to Little Rock to beg. Governor eagle to intercede. The governor refused in the end. Conway county grand jury ruled that the killing had been a justifiable homicide a clear injustice for any observing the case. With objective is, of course, the injustice was even more pronounced when they decided to indict constable gray for using abusive insults. In the course of arresting David Richmond. Meanwhile, Albert woods investigation was effectively scuttled he'd been run out of Plummer Ville, and his man on the ground had been murdered in cold. Blood,.

Still dominated newspaper headlines, reporters and private. Detectives were swarming around Conway county hoping to crack the case and claim the reward the congressional committee on elections had begun interviewing Plummer, Ville residents in earnest hoping to understand the extent of voter fraud in the November election with the investigation ongoing the public's interest in John Clayton's murder had hardly wavered, Arkansas Democrats knew that they had been firmly painted as villains and they were desperate to change the narrative. Arkansas, Senator James k Jones contributed an article for the North American review in which he attempted to defend his party by arguing that despite the contentious election. Clayton's assassination had not been politically motivated was Clayton's murderer a political crime. No. Those who thoroughly understand the people of Arkansas, their nature and characteristics, will feel an abiding confidence and absolute conviction that this was not the work of politically minded person, but the act of some poor wretch moved by considerations. Holy personal to himself. Unfortunately, for Arkansas Democrats, the public didn't find this. Unidentified rich theory. Particularly compelling governor James eagle and congressman Breckenridge, who had won the C, John Clayton was running for in the controversial election knew that they needed to produce a plausible suspect in order for their dodgy theories to seem compelling. They leaned on the democratic sheriff of Conway county, Marcus D Shelby to supply one in the summer of eighteen eighty nine sheriff Shelby, traveled to Little Rock to present his findings to eagle in Breckenridge..

"With you? Boy, it's the middle of the night urgent. Telegraph Mr. Clayton from plumber Ville must be from John. No telling what trouble he's gotten into down there. I can't find those blasted spectacles reforming. We'll you William H h Clayton stop John shot in Plummer Ville. Stop come at once. If able what was that give it here? Oh my God. This killed him by the time. William Clayton arrived in Plummer, Bill on January thirtieth Americans across the country were unfolding their newspapers to discover that a US congressional candidate had been assassinated, although far from a household name, William's, brother. John had gained public notoriety due to his particularly tempestuous campaign for Arkansas's second seat in the house of representatives. He had lost to the incumbent democrat Clifton Breckenridge. But when reports of flagrant election fraud in Conway county reached John's ears. He had decided to investigate John Clayton. Had been in Plummer Ville. A city in Conway county looking into the election when a shotgun blast came through the window of his boarding room, killing him instantly. William was still processing the news of John's death when he stepped off the train into plumber Ville. He was directed to the edge of town where a crowd of onlookers was. Still gathered around a small one story boarding house. He was disturbed note, the ugly jovial mood of the crowd, which grew more hostile as he made his way towards the house, excuse me. Please let me through, please just where do you think you're going? This is a crime scene. I'm well aware. I'm here to collect my brother's body, another Clayton. I thought you lot would've learned your lesson by now. Excuse me. What's your name, sir? I've half a mind report you to the sheriff sheriff Shelby's out of town at the moment. So who's in charge here that would be me deputy Oliver t Bentley at your service all be running the investigation until the sheriff gets back. Well, last just. Wait. Did you say your name was Bentley? William must have been shocked to find his brother's crime scene being managed by Oliver. Bentley. The prime suspect in the ballot box robbery that had determined the course of the November election to make matters worse. When Oliver's older brother, George attempted to testify against him. Oliver, Bentley shot George dead then claim the shooting had been an accident. Bentley shouldn't have been able to walk around freely. Let alone be the lead detective in an assassination that he was likely responsible for yet. Bentley's involvement was only the first indication that something was amiss with the investigation into John's death. William was greeted at the boardinghouse door by its owner, a widow named MRs mcraven. She directed him to the back room which was dimly lit to the blanket, that had been draped over the shattered window by all accounts. It was a grisly scene. The body had been moved to the side of the room out of the large pool of blood on the center of the carpet, a folded blanket had been placed beneath the remnants of John Clayton's head. He had been nearly decapitated by the shotgun, blast with no help from the locals William hurried to remove John's body from plumber Ville as quickly as possible bringing it to Little Rock. Meanwhile, the investigation into John's murder continued under the leadership of the man who should have been the prime suspect. Oliver Bentley organized a coroner's jury of his friends to search for in review. The evidence all were wealthy Democrats many with histories of election fraud as rich as Bentleys. One member of the jury was Bob pate, the owner of a dingy saloon, where the white Conway county Democrats were known to gather painted organized the poker game during which the Republican election Judge Charles wall had been nearly killed after he claimed to have recognized Oliver. Bentley's voice among the ballot box thieves. Painted spent the bulk of the eighteen eighty eight election. Intimidating black voters away from the polls, two years earlier in eighteen eighty six he had been involved in another brazen act of ballot stuffing, Bob pate and a friend had staged a mock fight in the middle of the polling place, bystanders hurried to get out of the way of the scuffling men, who somehow managed to knock over the ballot box and scattered the votes across the floor when the fight ended and the scattered votes were gathered again, a hundred new ballots had mysteriously made their way into the pile. Oliver Bentley chose this man and others like him to make his coroner's jury it should come as little surprise that such a group found almost nothing value at the crime scene. The only clues they reported where some gun powder on the window, sill through, which Clayton had been shot, and a set of footprints frozen in the mud outside the boarding house. The tracks appeared to have been left by two men wearing rubber boots when that looked old and warn the other brand new with this extremely limited amount of evidence. The coroner's jury determined that John Clayton had been killed by unknown persons. Conway county Democrats were eager to leave it at that, but the rest of the country was not. So ready to move on the American public was captivated by the flagrant murder of a congressional candidate and millions wanted answers while the public couldn't assist an investigation, they could ensure that John Clayton became a celebrity in his death. Five thousand mourners attended his funeral in pine bluffs, so many that his family chartered a train to transport them special attention, was paid to the fates of John six children, who were now orphans in the wake of their father's assassination, ultimately John's brothers William and Powell would each adopt. Three of the children, the publicity was a source of embarrassment for Arkansas Democrats overnight, the political violence, that had plagued their state for decades was thrust into the national spotlight Democrats and Republicans across the country took every opportunity to condemn, the heinous crime newspaper headlines once again, recounted the events of the tempestuous fraud-riddled November election, the Kansas house of representatives insisted that congress step in to restore order in Arkansas, and urged them to declare martial law in the state if necessary on February second, the US house of representatives began make. Plans for a congressional investigation into the election and murder. John Clayton's family was not satisfied with the speed at which things were progressing as soon as their brother had been laid to rest in pine bluffs. William and Powell started talking about John's killer..

"Due to the graphic nature of this case, listener discretion is advised, this episode includes dramatization and discussions of murder and assault. That some people may find offensive. We advise extreme caution for children under thirteen. In early. Eighteen eighty nine William Clayton traveled to Plummer Ville, Arkansas he entered a tiny boarding house. But the cloying coppery sent betrayed. It was a crime scene there. He looked at his twin brothers face for one of the last times. Oh, john. What did you insist on coming to this godforsaken town, sir? Your family of the deceased. That's right. John was my twin in that case this is for you. What's this? A Bill for the room for the carpet. I'm afraid the blood soaked straight through it will have to be replaced, you can't be serious. My brother's just been murdered. I think thirty one dollars is very reasonable. This is absurd. I'm not leaving my brother here. Another minute. I need a few volunteers to help move the body. Done up pot already. I can't believe it is everyone in this town in excess rain, my brother's death. "Over I lost you were robbed. There would have been enough votes in that box to give you the win. Forget that irregularities in the rest of the county. You're right. All we have to do is prove it. You wanna contest the election. These Democrats have made a mockery of Arkansas is elections for long enough. Now they think they can tamper with a federal election. I'd say it's high time, someone held them accountable that winter John Clayton began making preparations to appeal his loss to Breckenridge. It's hard to blame him considering the elections many irregularities, and the narrow margin he'd lost by less than two tenths of one percent of the total vote. His first step was to hire a plumber Ville man to go door to door collecting names of citizens who had voted Republican, the Republican party announced that it would award one thousand dollars to anyone with information about the ballot box theft with inflation that would be over twenty five. Thousand dollars today the plumber Ville Democrats who had been behind the ballot box robbery started to worry that they had gone too far while intimidation and ballot stuffing had become the norm in local elections in Conway county, interfering in the election of US. Congressman was another matter. Meanwhile, Republicans had secured both the presidency in a majority in congress in the November six election making the threat of federal investigation. A real possibility is specially if John Clayton refused to let things lie. We'll hear about the attempted cover up in response to John Clayton's inquiries after this. And now back to our unsolved murder after the November sixth eighteen eighty eight Conway county elections for representing Arkansas's second. Congressional district were contested Democrats, and Republicans alike took action, John Clayton in the Arkansas Republican party began to investigate the irregularities. Meanwhile, Plummer, Ville Democrats launched their own campaign to silence. Any potential witnesses Charles wall de election judge who had been held at gunpoint by the ballot bucks thieves testified that he had recognized the voice of the sheriff's chief deputy Oliver t Bentley. Oliver Bentley was a thin, why remand and his early thirties, he was remembered by his grandson is having many peculiar habits such as rye. Writing a diary in code, and always eating dessert before his meal continuing their flagrant disregard for truth and law. The Conway county Democrats responded to the allegations of election tampering by placing Bentley on a committee tasked with investigating the election fraud, as you might guess that committee revealed nothing about the robbery, but all of our Bentley was still in hot water in late November, Oliver's, older, brother, George was spotted in the presence of Pinkerton detective Albert would George belly who's asking detective Elber? Would what did you wanna see me about the plumber Ville ballot-box business, a November sixth? What do you know, I know a lot, a hell of a lot the identity of the thieves? Maybe but before I say anything, I want to guarantee that, I'll be protected, and I want that thousand dollar reward. I'll see what I can do. We can't know for sure whether George Bentley would have given up his brother because he never got the chance. A November twenty seventh only three weeks after the election. Oliver Bentley took his brother to visit a saddle shop in moral tin. The shop was owned by William wood, no relation to Albert would another of the sheriff's deputies who had ridden with brothers on election night. Hey, all over. Hey, George Howdy. Will Oliver wanted to combine sue the new Smith and Wesson just got one in. She is a beauty yeller the news. Jim saw Pinkerton fell snooping around. No, I hadn't heard must be looking for witnesses can't imagine the find any here, not in Conway county right George care for your point that thing Oliver Oliver. According to reports all over Bentley was examining a Smith and Wesson, revolver. When the gun accidentally went off shooting his older brother in the head and killing him instantly Oliver must have been very clumsy because he accidentally shot, George five times. Oh, in any case, George was no longer around to turn state's witness. But that still up the matter of Charles wall. The election judge who had recognized Oliver Bentley's voice in mid December of eighteen eighty eight two weeks after George was gunned down in the saddle shop. Charles wall was playing cards with some of his democrat neighbors in a plumber Ville, saloon. Fold and that's it for me. Looks like it's almost midnight. One more hand Charles. I'll go easy on you. Maybe one more and one more drink. Hey, watch it there. Sorry. Sorry, got it all of your seat to here. Let's just which. Jason around midnight, one of the plumber Ville Democrats change seats with wall placing him near a glass door to pair flush. Ear. Charles, are you all right. Get away for me. You all of you. You try to kill me. Not long after they had changed seats, someone outside fired in through the glass door. The bullet grazed walls neck and tore off his ear wall sprinted out of the building, as fast as he could. And the next day he fled to Little Rock never to return, while accused the mini played cards with attempted murder, but none of them were charged. None, except wall himself that is day Conway county grand jury later indicted him for gambling, while payday ten dollar fine, rather than return to the city and fight the charge with the local democrat government backing the ballot box thieves. It seemed that they would never be brought to Justice, but for Bentley and his ballot snatching, comrades, it was too soon to celebrate. Where's Tom.

"Forget to rate and review. And now back to our unsolved murder. In eighteen eighty eight. John M Clayton stepped onto the national stage by announcing his bid to represent Arkansas's second district in the US house of representatives. He ran as a fusion candidate of the Republican party, and the agricultural wheel, a populist movement of poor farmers that had abruptly arrived on the political scene. A few years earlier as a fusion candidate John had the unenviable task of trying to appeal to three distinct groups white Republicans from the northern part of the state African Americans and poor subsistence, farmers. These subsistence, farmers had traditionally voted democrat. But it'd become frustrated with the wealthy, merchant banker class each year, the farmers were forced to take loans in the first part of the year, which then they would pay back after harvest with severe interest penalties. John Clayton took advantage of the situation and allied with the white. Subsistence farmers by promising restrictions on the interest rates that kept him locked in a cycle of debt. In addition to these policies John's Republican platform focused on improving infrastructure, creating free, public education and banning racial discrimination in housing and transportation, his opponent in the race was Clifton are Breckenridge. The democratic incumbent who had held the seat since eighteen eighty three while they were competitors to the public in private. They got along well for months, the two politicians traveled together throughout the second district frequently sharing meals, and even bunking together along the way by the end of the campaign. They had become close friends. However, the mood in the rest of the district was far, less cheery, Republicans and Democrats were at each other's throats across the state and nowhere more so than in Conway county, which housed, the cities of Plummer, Ville and moral ten..

"Best way to do that is leva five star review wherever you're listening. On the evening of January twenty ninth eighteen eighty nine Republican politician in congressional candidate. John Middleton Clayton was staying in a small one story, boarding house in Plummer, Ville, Arkansas he had just sat down at a table to write a letter to his children when a shotgun blast ripped through the room's window Clayton was struck in the face and killed instantly. It was a violent and shocking culmination of what had been a particularly contentious election cycle Clayton had run for Arkansas, second seat in the US house of representatives Clayton contested, the results of the election, which he lost by a mere eight hundred sixty four votes. He believed that the seat had been stolen from him through voter suppression and ballot tampering in January of eighteen eighty nine he traveled to Plummer, Ville, Arkansas to investigate only to be killed. After four days of research, this insatiable murder instantly became a national news story, multiple investigations involving state and federal officials were launched while Clayton's family hired Pinkerton. Detectives to get to the bottom of the case. The investigations led to several popular theories as to the identity of Clayton's killer at one point Powell Clayton claim to be certain that one of two men was responsible for his brother's death, despite these efforts, no killer was ever found or brought to Justice for decades, one of the most famous political murders in Arkansas state history, has remained unsolved. In many ways, John M Clinton's life, and death or illustrative of the intense political turmoil that gripped Arkansas, and the American South throughout the late. Eighteen hundreds John, and his twin brother. William were born on October thirteenth eighteen forty on a farm in Bethel, township, Pennsylvania, from birth politics played a major role in John's life. John's father was an orchard keeper in carpenter, and a passionate supporter of the whig party. He originally named his son, John Tyler Clayton after ten th US president, John Tyler when John was still one year old his father fell out of love with president Tyler who he believed had betrayed. The whig party. John was immediately renamed, John Middleton Clayton. The Clayton's had ten children, six of whom died in infancy, four boys survived to adulthood, John, his. Win William and their older. Brothers Powell and Thomas, their father's obsession with American politics. Clearly had an effect on the boys shaping their childhood in preteen years. All four would ultimately go on to have significant political careers, but for a teenage John growing up on his father's farm that future was too far away. Oh, wait. John. Let's go, you all riled up. It's true. Isn't it? You're leaving dad. Let the cat out of the bag already. Did he I've got an opportunity waiting for me in Kansas? I'm gonna make my fortune as a land, surveyor take me with you. What I can't. Stay cooped up on this farm anymore listening to complain about politics. I can pay my own way, I promise. I'm sure you can. Maybe I will take you with me someday. You just need to be patient. But trust me, John. We'll get you out of Pennsylvania, soon enough. Powell headed off to Kansas in search of his fortune leaving John behind in Pennsylvania. But John wouldn't remain in Pennsylvania, for long on November sixth eighteen sixty a month after John and his twin William turn twenty ABRAHAM LINCOLN was elected, the sixteenth, president of the United States before he was sworn into office seven slave states had announced their secession from the union and the formation of the confederacy the civil war had begun. John and Williams signed up for the same company in the one hundred twenty fourth Pennsylvania, volunteer, infantry regiment under Colonel Joseph w Hawley William became a Lieutenant while John served as I sergeant. So John was one rank below his twin in the chain of command after an initial few months in the reserves the one hundred twenty four th was eventually rolled into the twelfth corps. Of the army of the Potomac less than six weeks later. The twin brothers participated in the battle of antique them of all of the awful moments that defined the civil war few compared to the horrors of tedium John and William participated in the fighting at Miller's cornfield where the poor visibility caused by the corn stocks forced the soldiers into brutal melee combat with rifle butts and bayonets. Come on. Then we've got the rebels on the run..

"Well still, I mean, according to the letter of her mental than he, he is following the letter of the metal. I mean he's put himself in their to save. He's put made themselves eligible to be in the conversation of whether or not they should, although it's the wrong city rights up. It's not in her. But this wasn't thought out, well, but you've run right. I see where you're going with this. Not thought. So obviously, Mr. caravans non I'm friendly with somebody who who used to manage a bunch of shops in fingal home in and they're young men, who would just walk in grab the stuff and walk out and just brush, right? Past the petite female store manager. And they would call call the cost it was the city hall. Cops would call security guys whatever. And sometimes it gets there, and sometimes they wouldn't. But that's what I think we're talking about here. And. Not all that concerned. All right. Yeah. But those are the young men minority men, generally. And, and I think that Rollins was sick of seeing those guys in front of judges. And I think that's. That's where we are. Well, listen, I'm I'm I'll push back a little bit. Because I think the idea here is if this is. If this is an early crime, if this is what I actually don't know what she was thinking. So I'm not going to even try. At any rate fires were as well. I just want to get to the kicker here. He definitely I believe he established that when he said he's done real crime. He doesn't think this is a crime at all. No, no. This is not a crime. He is actually done real crime. And they did tell Shawn Philip Qatar that he does have a lengthy criminal history. But Weymouth's mayor Robert Hedlund said attention shoplifters, you will be arrested in Weymouth. Right. Looked nice. Exactly. Please. Please direct your tension to the kindly police officers, you will be arrested in Weymouth, please leave way. Miss and apply. Your craft in Suffolk County. God bless had lay run for something this damn could this be this is my conspiracy theory. Whoever's gonna run against Rachel Rawlins in four years for the position of maybe cultivating this whole thing to make light of it, and it's a bad PR for ritual Rawlins. I you might be office really, really. I must have snorted coke or something this morning because I'm really going full conspiracy theory, I think you might be on this, because this is this is a long range plan that the next candidate will have to just make a mockery. And then when the election comes back up in twenty twenty two that you could say, look, this is that the states like out of control people shoplifting because they think it's legal, because Rachel Rawlins said it's fine. Yes, they saw while they were in prison watching an imprisoned program. They learned that no longer do they have to worry about shoplifting. I believe trespassing. You also don't have to worry about, I think breaking and entering. Also, no problem there. Maybe we shouldn't let them watch that channel two seems like telling the criminals what you will no longer be prosecuted, just stick to sports or they that's the best way to go about things. But you never having dogs and stuff. He was Caesar's. You know, everybody can get into that without using it for. Mega purposes in the future. Well, this fellow certainly paid attention. And the only thing you, of course, was missing was was the right county, but other than that. Very, very interesting. That's great. What a great story, though. I love it. I love it. Well, he's, he's from Arlington, right this, Kevin. And also in Arlington we had a bear on the loose this morning. Right. Yeah. Which is pretty cool. So a lot of stuff happening in Arlington, even though the shoplifting took place in Weymouth, but oh, speaking, that we check the texts more often the, you got some hate text yesterday. We missed him. Oh, you know what? I mean. I do. That's true minded me because you talked about Arlington. You know all the hip hateful most faithful texts come from Arlington. Usually do. That's not a surprise. I would think west Somerville, Arlington. Maybe Lexington concord. I'll pick a few other places Cambridge some parts of Cambridge. I've never really grown up thought of Arlington's as a city outside of just kind of the DMZ to protect us from towns like Somerville. Yeah. I'll we'll Arlington used to look down on Somerville that they gave us the names, scum reveal Plummer Ville. And now the property is more expensive in Somerville than it is in Arlington like Arlington. It's, it's got a suburban overnight parking nobles. Yeah. That's true. Yeah. I mean it's kind of takes a little bit seriously. But still get that nice suburban field. But it's like six miles from Boston. The place. What is meant Winchester is, is like if you said, here's whatever go live in some city in eastern, Massachusetts, I would say Winchester or just outside of Harvard square factor in that. I don't drive other any of this good nice easy to get to. But it is. It is. It's quiet man. I think I would probably say it kind of where Bill weld was he was living when he was governor just outside of Harvard square in Cambridge like a mile from Harvard square half a mile from Irish quick as you go outside of Harvard square. It's got that suburban field with a beautiful houses that you can walk right to Harvard square from there. That's I think that's probably the best place to live. If I had my choice, sorry about a half a mile outside of Harvard square. Oh, definitely. Yeah. Yeah. There's yeah. Houses. You feel like you're in the suburbs. And then you're about a seven minute, walk right to Harvard square. That's gorgeous. Great. I love that area. Where do you where do you get to go back in two hundred square for the t? Sure. Yeah. The red lines there. Yeah. No, I think that's the optimal place to live. I mean, we're, we're Hillary is, is great to some of those awesome. But yeah gimme gimme that area. If someone said, here's two million dollars pick a place to live in this area. That would be it. I hear you. Maybe I'd go for Cambridge to became think probably. Oh, yeah. I mean it's just so. Well, obviously we can help would be another good option shore. I just like being close all those great restaurants in Cambridge man. Cambridge Cambridge this more great restaurants in Boston. So the entire Middle East gone is like the restaurant. I'm not sure know anything released is gone is it I thought it had. Maybe it's all the other ones like TT's is gonna assume. I certainly on black leather place. Oh man. Ray is definitely. Yeah. Is what you're missing the, the circus act, not worth the peanuts comments Shattuck. I didn't see that one is that on their yes. No. I saw one yesterday. Somebody was yelling about Montgomery, Clift, decided to, oh, what were they yelling about just want to tell us who is in? Okay. All right. So they can text us at six one seven two eight six and we have sixty three and we find out yes, I'm glad that person's sharply New Delhi. None of us. Certainly. All right. Do we want to reset? I know that obviously the Bruins going to the final. That's pretty pretty awesome. That's why that bear was out in Arlington. Celebrating. Yes. Nice. Big giant, black bear. Call. It Titletown USA. It's already taken those Shattuck Green Bay has that. Why do they get to thirteen NFL championships? I don't know if they have that many other sports teams. That's correct. Tom. They do not have any of this new Christian jumped Titletown is Boston. Greenway, doesn't deserve it. Green Bay as one team and that's it. They don't have three other sports app. Sorry. Well now. Yeah. But that's not the same thing playing Foxborough and their name New England. Great. And you get the Bruins Red Sox. Okay. He's the patriots out of it fine. They get seventeen to leave Boston. Celtics issue. I'm just I town is Boston is considered a pretty good ball club. They are they are they were fine football organization and they're much better than Green Bay is right now. Have you ever heard of the goat? Yes. Little Christian calls himself the goat. I am I have to let people know because sceptres put me down every day I do. The goat and pray to coats, who's the other goat. But Martin the guy who screwed up the guy from goats different goats one is greatest of all time. And then the other one is because you're being blamed, or you're the reason, someone lost different goats. I'm sick of the goat term, anyway, because they give it to everybody, like greatest means you alone. So I'll take that with Tom Brady greatest quarterback of all time. Yeah. So when they throw out the everybody else's the goat that can't be the case, greatest means one. Right. Not the greater of all time the greatest, this is saying, well, you know, I'm here to correct. Some people feel other people are greater than all that's why we keep calling Green Bay Titletown that we do not. We call Boston titles. I would there were eleven goats on one thousand nine hundred eighty and two Boston Red stockings team man. You and I have people that can remember eleven players on the nineteen eighty two Red Sox team. Why is that a team that you just loved? They want eighty four game Shaddock rice, Jay. Rice, James Edward rice. Yep. Dwight Ezekiel Evans. Yes, we just lost his son last week. What the free RIA from what? It had some sort of genetic disease that I shouldn't be laughing at me. She's going to be apoplectic tonight happens to dear Lord blades there, and I think he's probably not too far from your house like his name blades. The blades is the Bruins bear up and goes to the events. That's what we're calling him and he may show up to what Somerville, if he came knocking on your door because you're very much pet friendly let them in now on a bear. No. But I would like to see him. I hope he can't get into my household 'cause they could get very, very low interest, the rabbit, probably would not survive past, would not survive, and yeah, you paid. Her may not survive. They like to eat those bears, but we actually had a moose on the loose in Somerville about twenty years ago twenty five years ago. I remember he was stampeding down willow. Ev that's beautiful street. That is actually my Fave may my favorite street. I do you know the house behind remember Murphy, the florist was on the corner of willow. Oh and Highland avenue insights, honorable stuff. There's a house behind that by Lord if that will be the other place. I'd wanna live is that house blows me away. Wiz jazz jazz club was in ball spa. But if you went up willow and Highland, there was Murphy, the floors, which now has gone building, like twelve condos there. But right. Behind that on willow avenue is an absolute gorgeous. I think I know where you're talking about every time I walked by I would stare at it. I think they call the cops on me if you've done, I would just be so in our the architectures is blended that's street is really cool..
