Paul Kengor Suggests We Reached Immunity Between Vaccinated and Naturally Immune People

"He writes the following So, according to the CDC itself. An estimated 120 million Americans have been infected with Covid. Then there are another 200 million plus have been vaccinated. Many of those infected were pressured into getting vaccinated anyway. Still add up those numbers, and there's surely close to 300 million Americans with natural immunity, artificial immunity. Out of 330 million In many of the 330 million are Children, babies. So the natural immunity question is crucial. And yet the feds aren't even discussing it. Well, this is my point. As well. When you throw around the unvaccinated Joe Biden is assuming that people out there will be as stupid as he is and say, Hey, yeah, he's 80 million. Unvaccinated. Say, Wait a minute. Whatever. I've got immunity and but you're not vaccinated. Don't like that. I am vaccinated. But that has nothing to do with anything. I wonder if Salon what was that puts his name Zachary something rather Mr Producer. Pitzer rally. Pizzarelli, pepperoni. What was his name? Anyways, a little. He's a mental midget. Zachary over there. It's salon, speaking of left wing cook sites. I wonder if Zachary is going to write articles. About this. What it means to be unvaccinated, and that Joe Biden first was opposed to the Trump vaccinations. Now he can't get enough of them. Or Kamala Harris. Same thing. He'd rather write about. The poor souls who've been in talk radio who passed away. This is how sick these bastards are.

Selective breeding could help oysters adapt to ocean acidification

"For many seafood lovers. There's nothing better than a raw oysters bar but wasters are threatened by ocean acidification as carbon pollution increases in the atmosphere. It's also absorbed by the ocean that changes the chemistry of seawater it makes it more acidic and reduces the amount of carbonate ions in the water hindering the growth of oysters. They produce calcium carbonate shells. So when you limit the carbon available this limits their ability to grow the calcium carbonate shells that susan pitzer a research fellow at the university of stirling in the uk. Her research suggests one way. That may help. Bolster farmers adapt fits or recently studied. Sydney rock wasters. That had been selectively bred in australia for fast growth and disease resistance. She found that the oysters were also more resilient to acidification because they used a different mechanism to build their shells acidification. You d see a small noises in shells but with these selectively bred. Wasters what they were able to do is maintain shell growth so she has selective breeding may be one way

"That background information. Exactly. And unfortunately, we hear those types of stories all the time with hit ownership being so high the need for pet care is at an all time high. And so we see it, especially online has made it so easy for people to just post a listing online. I love pits, I'll care for your Pitt but Pitt owners have to realize they really have to do their due diligence. Anyone can love a pet anyone maybe can fill up a pit food bowl. But in case of a true emergency, who do you want there with your pet owners do their homework? I think they'll see the peace of mind that professional pet sitters bring is really priceless. I think there's a big difference in pursuing a career and then being a professional at that career. And I know that this year you launched a wonderful campaign was video campaign on higher real pets that are get a real pet center. I think it was and Beth herself start in this campaign. She's hysterical, and we'll try to get linked to the clip on the page for pet life radio, but it was all about Ashley who loves pets. She just loves bats. And it cracked me up because I see this all the time you want the person who come into your home to love your pet and to take care of them, but it's much much more than that. What are the types of things that average pet owner should look for in a professional pet sitter? What kind of things do they check off their little boxes to make sure that they're getting a quality one? We had the message that we want to get across with pet sitter and get a real pit center dot com. Is that loving pits is very important, but you need more than that, in a professional pet sitter. We encouraged pit owners to ask several questions is the pet sitter licensed to do business in your area, if that's required by where you live. Also does the sitter have insurance and bonding. That's extremely important while we don't want to think that anything could possibly go wrong. If it does you want to be covered and so insurance involving extremely important. Ask about the training that pet sitter has completed. Are they a PS asc-certified pet sitter? Are they trained in first aid also in something that's really detrimental or can be if don't offer this is do they have a service? Contract, there should be a service contract the details exactly what they're going to provide. And what the pet owner can expect. So those are really important to ask for an also a clear criminal background. I'm always apprised of how many pet owners think still think to ask about that. But if you're allowing someone into your home and giving them access to your pets, you want to make sure they can provide proof of a clear criminal history. You give them a key to your house. Exactly. So I'm surprised you would not ownership contacted us and said, I don't know why I didn't think of that I think because they're looking for someone who loves their pets. Exactly, if they love my dog. He must be okay. And well, I think that people are the best people. You still have to do your homework. When you're choosing a pet sitter. Absolutely. I'm really picky about who takes care of my pets. And I've been very, very fortunate and my pet sitters. But when I first started out, it was a matter of who's available EG what you can, and then as I got more professional in my own career start realizing that I need this and other aspects of my life too, because I have been away on trips and had flights cancel. And I have been where I couldn't get home. And I knew that. My pet was going to be taken care of simply because the caliber of person had, you know, taking care of that, at home, the peace of mind really is priceless. And you another thing we talked we joke about the kid down the street or the those are just love pits. But another thing we don't often think about is that so many pet owners rely on their family or friends, which sounds like a good idea. But I cannot tell you the number of calls received we have heard of friendships breaking up over situations. Because if you have a friend of your home, and something happens to the home. We've had sinks overflow, a cat or dog actually outside the house. And then your friends not covered. They're not insured. They're not bonded. They're not trained and so really serious situations can result when you're not using a trained professional that is so true. And a lot of times to some of our pets have special needs, whether it's physical need a medical need illness or emotional. Maybe there's a Gresham problem or mainly fear problem, some of the pets and going into a boarding kennel, even though it's a quality boarding kennel is not a solution. It's much better to have that pet in the home, somebody coming in another highlight. I always. Find that people find surprising is, they're checking on your house, while you're gone there checking your mail, maybe moving the lights around a little bit, but they're, they're really responsible for a lot. So you wanna make sure that person is capable of handling that responsibility. That's exactly right. They are doing more than just watch fear. That's why trusting them is so important. But, you know, you mentioned boarding kennels we always say some dogs that works for them. But so many pits are really more happy in their home. But a good thing to remember. Too is just like their dog people in there are cat people. You wanna find the pitzer this, the right fit for you. So we always recommend initial consultation, that gives you a chance to meet you and your pets. And so if your pet does have a special need, or if you're warms up to certain people, it's good to know that up front. And so we always encouraged pet owners to have the pet sitter over show them, your pets routine of and that gives book the pet owner in the pet sitter a chance to say is this the right fit? Absolutely hiring professional. You should definitely talk to them ahead of time. And you wanna make sure that your animals are going to feel comfortable with them, and they're gonna follow your instructions. And I think it's also a sign of. Really good pet center when they point out, things like by the way, do you need your plants water? You know what's the alarm code those types of things about your house that they also have to deal with also the contract is priceless. What happens when you get stuck in traffic or when you have a flight cancellation? Or what if there's a disaster, we've had presentations during the conference this year about natural disasters? What if you're away from home, and hurricane hits who's going to help with those pets and the pet sitter especially if you establish a relationship with that pet sitter. They can be a really good person to turn to. That's exactly right. And as you mentioned, a good contract is so important, a few other questions. We find professional pitiful, ask in the event, you can't return home who's an emergency contact. Who's emergency guardian for your pet so there's so many things that you may not think about, but a good professional pet sitter is thorough. They're going to ask you these questions, and they're going to know exactly what to do in what your wishes are to something happened while you're away from your pits. I think this is great. Well, we definitely want folks to get a real pet sitter and thank you Beth for having me here and for participating in get. Results any last tips you wanna give someone perhaps thinking about going into pet sitting as a career, we've encouraged pet owners.

"Filmed in Georgia, including the science fiction hit stranger things starting its third season. The summer to me. Pitzer Endo's who runs that studios said, on Tuesday, the Georgia law would restrict the rights of his female employees, and if it's an acted his company would reconsider shooting there, the next day, Disney CEO, Bob idir made a similar comment in an interview with Reuters. Well, I think if it becomes law, it'll be very difficult reduce or rather doubt. We will, I think many people were for us will not want to work there and we'll have to their wishes in that regard. Black Panther and adventures. Endgame are just to Disney blockbusters that were shot, partly in Georgia this and other companies have faced pressure from abortion rights advocates to stop filming there, including from top directors and stars. They want to be supportive of their creative. Rodney Hoke entertainment for the Atlanta Journal constitution. He says, in spite of Georgia's generous tax credits studios like Disney, a Netflix, still depend on those big name producers and talent to make their movies and shows. And if they refuse to work in Georgia, it's like you know what can Disney or Netflix that he's guys do film and TV studios bring an estimated nine and a half billion dollars to the state as well as nearly one hundred thousand jobs. A Hollywood boycott says, how with lead local workers behind, you know, the hair people, the prompt people all the people moved here and build businesses here, they don't get any of the tax credits. So they would just simply lose all the money from all the investment, they put it on the assumption at this test credit would be round and nothing could possibly hurt it. That said a number of studios, including Disney. Threatened to leave Georgia two years ago when a Bill passed that would have allowed religious groups to discriminate against queer and transgender people then governor Nathan deal vetoed it. But hosts Georgia's governor now Brian Kemp made this abortion Bill a campaign promise. So he's simply saying he's doing what he's doing for his constituents. So that's where we're at right now points out that similarly, restrictive bills have been blocked.

"Or they know how to respond to a pet emergency or apply for eight your were injured or stop adult fight, they would a dog park. So there's some other health concerns like that. That pet lovers can certainly love your pet and treat your own, but they don't have the same qualifications or coverage that pits hitters can provide. That's incredible story. And we think about dogs all the time who have various medical conditions because I'm on the veterinary side. And people don't realize this, but it's kind of rare for me to see a healthy pet and so because of that. I stay in this zone where I assume and naturally, I'm inclined to constantly, consider various medical conditions that may have, and some of them, you just mentioned gloat, a medical emergency that requires prompt medical attention. And a dog fight again requires an emergency visit in the greater plurality of cases. And so when it comes to dogs, who may have more chronic conditions a dog who is unfortunately, overweight, or who as a low thyroid, or who has some immuno-compromised issue in your opinion. What a professional pet sitter. Be more appropriate choice for someone who wants the best care for their pet, or do you think, well, in those situations, somebody that they know and like could be appropriate? We definitely recommend pet sitters in those situations of for pit to may have special dietary or. Exercise regimens uptick of health conditions need medications or injections at the same time every day, a professional can provide that since of security that the job is going to get done right at the correct time. And sometimes we can't rely on Brinson that same way. No, you absolutely can't. And these types of people who do this really dedicate their lives. It takes a special type of person, I think to dedicate their life to giving care to others, and particularly of a different species. So when you have a pet sitter, who does that I guess my question is over the fifteen years in your world. Is there certain personality profile a certain type of person that you've met that she said, now this is a person who would make an excellent pet sitter? I think there definitely are there. Certain traits, obviously love for Pitt's. We see pitzer to be very selfless people. They really know that they're going to dedicate their lives pets and the pet parents. We also always caution people who come to us, and they say, you know, I love pets, and I really think I want to be a pet sitter. They also. You have to know that there's a business side, their grueling hours, they're going to be conditioned that you don't expect. So it takes a really determined person a person that's well organized able to stab which boundaries and who's really willing to be a business owner because you're carrying for pets, but you also have to operate a business, and so definitely that passionate for pets combined with perseverance I think, and just the knowledge that it's a business in so long hours, you're going to be working holidays, weekends the times when most people are off of work. That's when pet sitters have some of the busiest times, you know, I think what you're saying is so vitally important because it affects most people, I think what you're saying affects most people in the pet care industry. Particularly veterinarians aren't cannot be excluded from that. I think about, but an areas and the rigors of veterinary school and how much information you are taught. But one of the characteristics that I think is vitally important that is really absent from the vet school experience is business acumen, the idea that you. You will. At some point your career you may want to run a business or he may be involved in opinions and so understanding that is really, really key. Now, does PSI provide information resources to help people understand the types of business that they will be running, if they choose to be a professional pet-sitter..

"But then again, you know, we're all doing different tasks. So I don't, you know, basically, always listening to the Beatles. So it's pretty obvious when you get the car just keep playing the Beatles. There's not a lot of eighteen on Sirius XM channel eighteen and you're done is that movie about the the only see it yet. I did not I was exhausted from yesterday with I o. So I did not see it yet. Danny Boyle's new movie wait verse in which the be actually until June. So the universe in which the Beatles never existed except some guy for some reason remembers them, and since he's the only one that does suddenly he is they think creating the Beatles songs in real time. Brilliant brilliant. That's a great idea for a movie is Kevin Kevin's dream is to be that guy. I know all the Beatles. Vra, you know, all the songs Kevin. I would say I am pretty familiar with those society Eleanor. Oh, that's easy. That's he's obscure Beatles song. So. Oh, yes. Yeah. Yeah. Eleanor. Well subscribe. I don't remember it. Okay. What would you say? Kevin. I have a friend who's like you beetle maniac. He's actually he calls himself a beat Allala gist. He's even written about the. But he has a job title Beatles collection of like, lunchboxes and paper bow ties and hats, and I also just stuff they sold over the years. But he when challenged will he says, well, I bet you don't know everybody, and he somehow comes up with a song ever heard of. So there are few. Anyway, there's a few. There's a few Google assistant was much faster on stage. Do you think that's an example of something that maybe won't be as fast in real life? They say it's going to be ten times visitors. But this is the point of having the model that's the model on the phones. We'll see but the processes are only going faster and faster. So it started showing me what it could be like, I mean, I don't I don't talk a lot to things devices yet. I think you both do more yet. But it's funny because both Microsoft and Google will show these contextual conversations that go on and on. We'll move him to Friday. Now. What do I have on Thursday? And a and I don't ever want operate in a world like that. That's not how I work. Maybe maybe we're just not busy executives. Yeah. I use. I use voice for interaction with my devices. I mean, it's even built in the assistance built into Chromebook said, you can have it always listening on your Chromebook. In fact, I use it every day multi day, but not you know, at that where I'm doing six different things. You know, I I do it for one thing. And I go manic to be honest with. It was to prove a point showing example, when you get rid of the latency of of a, you know, a connection, and then the cloud and all the other things that has to do off device. I'm not surprised it's ten x faster. I mean, if it's all happening there, and I and speaking just point about harbor getting faster. Google already has custom chips in these things for you know, for the Pataki for security with titan em would not surprise me. If they come up with a tensor flow light chip. Wondrous pitzer flow in the phone would be phenomenally interesting. And we said this yesterday, you can already install tensor flow on a raspberry pi it's not like you need a power hungry chip. Well, and there are almost all the modern phones, including apples, come with dedicated processing for machine learning. So I think that we are actually already starting to end of that era. But boy there is nobody Google seems to have an insurmountable lead having done this for so long. They say Google assistant is now on one billion devices, by the way, Android and two and a half billion active devices. That's double what apple touted couple of weeks ago. And what was the one hundred billion? Yeah. But having assistant on a billion devices means you're collecting data, and it's all the time. No, no, it's good. Good models..

"Used to spend his afternoons at the Gaza border fence taking part in weekly demonstrations, he said, they were fun, but after being shot in the leg by an Israeli sniper in may, he spent recent Fridays begging outside the local mosque. It's one year since the demonstrations started in outside of Gaza. I believe I was there for early days of the demonstration along the berm when it was being constructed. There's a much more elaborate wall now. In fact, I'm certain I was there. Monica Crowley, talked me into driving down and staring at the border when they're didn't look to be a lot of trouble. But Malcolm Hoenlein, Conference of presidents Major American Jewish organizations. Why near later, Malcolm, what have the citizens of Gaza to show for their provocations? Good evening to you. Good evening to you. And I think the reference you made is right with Mojo. Hamad mixed saying we hoped it would make it change. I discovered it was worthless. And people are disillusioned with the demonstrations and with HAMAs. The economic situation. Worsens we've seen that agriculture manufacturing have dropped from fifteen twelve percent to six and five percents of the GDP of the of Gaza that the only sector that grosses the public service and people on the dole and the the great March of return, certainly not ended up being anything of the kind and people are holding their children back often from going to the demonstrations now and fewer see any point in taking place in taking part in the demonstrations, which they were convinced HAMAs would bring them all sorts of change. And I I think that we could look at the continuing firing of rockets of the of the account for the year tens of thousands of people did come and with throwing grenades and stones at rarely troops. And they tried to approach defense, but HAMAs deployed people to to hold them back. But his Llamas jihad is clearly in competition and getting more money from Iran. Welcome us get significantly less. But the interesting statistics, I saw was that there were two thousand violent incidents incidents originated in CASA twelve hundred and thirty three rockets ninety four explosive devices in six hundred firebombs in addition to the arson kites, which of course, millions and millions of dollars in damage and numerous other. Forms of terrorism that were instituted from Gaza. And yet we see that the international community UN continues only the one-sided condemnations ignoring all of the realities on the ground. That is Malcolm, I see the UN is also weighing in on this and their own biased way consistently there. There is no change. It's the radio boring story because they cannot come get their act together to face the reality. And just tell the truth. Tell what's happening on the ground as gods are beginning to do both in in their empty, HAMAs activities, and in the the diminishing crowds at the demonstrations, there were rockets, Malcolm assists, fresh rockets within the last days, and where where they land these were fired Saturday night Sunday, and they landed in open areas, they did not hit a civilian populations our homes and. Although they were fired wildly. The rocketing comes up with a claim is at HAMAs is it as long jihad to do we have a claim here. No, they did not say who fired it, and as you know, lately, they've been trying to shift blame from one to the other and. And the. Weekly protests will continue both sides announced. But neither took responsibility for the launching of the rockets. All right before we go to Iran the villains. Let us stop in Jerusalem. Malcolm, Brazil, what's happened. Well, the Brazilian president visited and he announced that they would open up an economic mission. It's short of the opening of the full embassy, but it's a very important step by brittle. And it's a initiate initial step towards a full embassy later on. Off to Iran there are floods there. There's a humanitarian need the economy is buckling under the sanctions the state with an estate is prospering. But the boss is not prospering. What can you tell us about the floods? The flood so devastating. I've spoken to people there. Tell me that the many many people are suffering. They can't get food to south of railroads are washed out. They don't have helicopters. They end up, of course, blame the United States and the sanctions and everything else but themselves for the failures the third flood in two weeks. And it's the Iran is on the highest alert that's red alert right now and the the tensions are growing because people as it were were suffering and angry at the government. And now, we see that even more dissatisfactions, and the likelihood that we will see additional sanctions coming probably. In may from the United States and the Iranians just continue as if the Iranian regime as you pointed out. He's not living bubble because even a wreath. You know, how to make some statement today about it? And of course, you know, blame the United States sanctions for their inability to do anything, but they're still backing the militias to set up setup step up their efforts in Iraq. They are also expanding rapidly their efforts in inside Syria, which I can talk about in a minute. But I think the the the war that they're continuing from Gaza investing the money, especially through Slama Shahad at a time when their own people are suffering so severely from the floods which compelling combined combined with the economic deprivation of the falling currency and the rapidly increasing inflation, which is made their pensions, and and money virtually worthless. Thaddeus? Malcolm, what are they doing in Syria? So this is a really serious issue because we we've talked about it at times about how the replacing the population the ethnic cleansing replacement of Sunnis, which now they're offering cash food. I e cards public services and free education to Sunni Muslims in war torn areas, especially where it's state formerly held headed stronghold in eastern Syria. And and it is to to get people to convert and do join their militias to get two hundred dollars a month. And this idea car Nabil's, of course, checkpoints easily and these militias have taken over the mosques in many of the cities and villages across Syria and found is Shiite call to prayer from the minarets seem the large part of population. The majority were. Are Sunni and Sunni, but they're offering scholarships and all sorts of inducements to get people to convert into solidified their hold and in building apartment buildings and things and other areas around Damascus to assure that whatever outcome from the conflict there is their position. And this. Influence and presence will be very strong. Here's a strange story. Let's do it as quickly as we can Malcolm pitzer college students, San versus the president the student Senator California's pitzer college has traffic at a resolution calling for the removal of the college. President Melvin Oliver after the president decided to retain pitzer study abroad program in Israel against the recommendation of the pitzer college council made up of students and faculty the recommendations suspend the study program at Haifa university passed with sixty eight in favor and twenty five opposing is this BBS, Malcolm, this is Bs in its most extreme form the college student Senate that is now calling for the president because the president Melvin Oliver refused to engage in this immoral act into fall victim to this demand. The college board. Trustees about a year ago overturned to students Senate amendment forbid ES to to have a boycott and. The the it's not alone. Unfortunately. But here you have an important statement. By the president saying, we're not it's academic boy, concerts restriction of free speech is restricted shit, restricting the rights of the students to have free academic expression. You don't hear the condemnations of that? And and we see at Brown University at very important editorial in the Providence Journal where talks about all of the terrible governments in the world. But it China Russia all those engaged in massive deprivation of human rights, and yet only one country comes under fire there, and that is obviously Israel, and they held a referendum to boycott and join the BTS BBS movement, and it passed overwhelmingly the president there as well, Christina Paxton said this is not a it's not a political instrument to to express museum complex issues. But it's it's even more disturbing and they described as an upset. The comparisons to South Africa. And it talked about successes and the double standard, the success of Israel, and the double standards being applied. This is happening on campuses across the United States. And while there are voices that stand up against it. They're very sank that young people are being trapped into these kind of us based on ignorance based on bias and prejudice. At there was a conference on Gaza at Duke University and university of North Carolina in faculty member wrote an account, which really shocks because it does makes no mention of the riots it makes mentioned to the terror. It makes no mention of the what's happening in Gaza. The pay the slate policies of pain wolf terrorists only panels discussing include one panels, attacking Israel, and then they showed a series of eight pro Palestinian films, and no mention of the rockets or any of the other exhibition against Israel and one. To dismiss it and say, well, it's on the campus academic freedom. This is the next generation of leadership poll was just on by the holocaust museum in in Israel. And it shows some really disturbing results that half of the people couldn't name a concentration camps at third did not believe that the six million were killed. So they said at least two million less and even more the LEGO level of ignorance and the then immigration of concern about the holocaust was expressed by seventy percent of the people acknowledged it. So we we have a massive problem of education. We have a massive problem of propagandizing, and with accounts the counter voices to at least set the record straight, Malcolm. I just make this comment. Thaddeus, Thaddeus, if we're dealing with young people whose history lessons were so weak and junior high school high school that they have missed out on the facts of the two crimes of twentieth century, the gulag and the shuttle they've missed out on it as if we made it up as if it's not real as if they can take a position and say, socialism is viable, and antisemitism is just anti Zionism. It's I don't think we've lost that is. But we've certainly failed them and teaching history. Yeah. I don't think it's I don't think it's the student's fault town if they were cheated they were of academics with a left wing agenda and with a biased agenda, I wanna propagandizes individual children's. So they can be indoctrinated rather than educated and think for themselves, and that's what that's what we're dealing with. And that's the problem. Forget about the gulag to forget about the holocaust his steer children away from that and inculcate with them lies related to them is absolutely a bomb, and it should be fogged by every decent thinking person in the world. Now commits the first time I've linked to the gulag and the holocaust. But it strikes me that these are two events that people have practiced denial for a long time. And and are not open to real discussion and freedom that they always claiming you've heard some members of congress and others talk about restrictions. You can't criticize his name gauge in Israel bashing of the worst order yet. The real the fact that the students don't talk about the million we. In China or the persecutions in Russia or Syria or Iraq or any of these countries. None of them come under sanction shows that there is it's more than just ignorance there is a bias. There is a vacuum that is being filled, but it's being filled with this information and and prejudiced in data. And unfortunately, it's you semitism and hatred. "Muhammad McDonalds thirty five used to spend his afternoons at the Gaza border fence taking part in weekly demonstrations, he said, they were fun, but after being shot in the leg by an Israeli sniper in may he spent recent Fridays begging outside the local mosque. And I think the reference you made is right with. Muhammad mixed. Saying we hoped it would make a change. I discovered was worthless. And people are disillusioned with the demonstrations, and with HAMAs and at the economic situation worsens we've seen that agriculture and manufacturing have dropped from fifteen and twelve percent to six and five percents of the GDP of the of Gaza that the only sector that closes the public service and people the dole and the the great March of return, certainly not ended up being anything of the kind and people are holding their children back often from going to the demonstrations now and fewer see any point in taking place in taking part in the demonstrations, which they were convinced by HAMAs would bring them all sorts of change. And I think that we should look at the continuing firing a Brockett of the of the account for the year tens of thousands of people did come and with throwing hand grenades and stones at these rarely troops. And they tried to. Approach defense, but combat's deployed people to to hold them back, but his Llamas jihad is clearly in competition getting more money from Iran while HAMAs get significantly less. But the interesting statistics, I saw was that there were two thousand violent incidents incidents originated in concept twelve hundred thirty three rockets ninety four explosive devices in six hundred firebombs in addition to the arson kites, which of course, millions and billions of dollars in damage and numerous other. A form of terrorism that were instituted from Gaza. And yet we see that the international community UN continues only the one-sided condemnations ignoring all of the realities on the ground. That is Malcolm ac-, the UN is also weighing in on this in their own biased way. Yes, consistently. The there is no change. It's radio boring story because they cannot come get their act together to face the reality. And just tell the truth. Tell what's happening on the ground as gods are beginning to do both in in their empty, HAMAs activities, and in the the crowds at the demonstrations, there were rockets, Malcolm assists, fresh rockets within the last days, and where where they land these were fired Saturday night Sunday, and they landed in open areas, they did not hit a civilian populations our homes, and although they were you know, fired wildly. The rocketing comes with a claim is that HAMAs is a dislodge jihad to do we have a claim here. No, they did not say who fired it, and as you know, lately, they've been trying to shift blame from one to the other and. And the. The weekly protests will continue both sides announced. But neither took responsibility for the launching of the rockets. All right before we go to Iran the villains. Let us stop in Jerusalem, Malcolm, Brazil, what's happened. Well, the Brazilian president visited and he announced that they would open up an economic mission short of the opening of the full embassy, but it's a very important step by Brazil, and it's a initi- initial step towards a full embassy later on off to Iran there. They're floods there. There's a humanitarian need the economy is buckling under the sanctions, the state within a state is prospering. But the bossa is not prospering. What can you tell us about the floods? The floods are devastating. I've spoken to people there. Tell me that the many many people. You know are suffering. They can't get food to the south of railroads are washed out. They don't have helicopters. They and of course, blamed the United States, and and everything else but themselves for the failures the third flood in two weeks, and it's Iran is on the highest alert that's red alert right now and the the tensions are growing because people as it were we're suffering and angry at the government. And now, we see that even more dissatisfactions, and the likelihood that we will see additional sanctions coming probably in may from the United States and the. Iranians just continue as if the rain regime as you pointed out is not living in a bubble. Because you know, how to make some statement today about it. And of course, you know, blame the United States sanctions for their inability to do anything, but they're still backing the militias to set up setup step up their efforts in Iraq. They are also expanding rapidly their efforts in inside Syria, which I can talk about in a minute. But I think the the the war that they're continuing from Gaza investing the money, especially through slumming Shahad at a time when their own people are suffering so severely from the floods which compelling combat combined with the economic deprivation of the falling currency and the rapidly increasing inflation, which is made their pensions, and and money virtually worthless. Thaddeus? Malcolm, what are they doing in Syria? So this is a serious issue because we we've talked about it at times about how the replacing the population the ethnic cleansing replacement of sneeze, which now they're offering cash food ID cards public services and free education to Sunni Muslims in the war-torn areas, especially where Slavic state formerly held headed stronghold in eastern Syria. And and it is to to get people to convert to join their militias to get two hundred dollars a month in this ID card that Nicholson's across checkpoints easily, and these militias have taken over the mosques in many of the cities and villages across Syria and found this Shiite call to prayer from the minority population. The majority were are Sunni and where SUNY, but they're offering scholarships in all sorts of inducements to get people to convert into. To solidified their hold and building apartment buildings and other things and other areas around Damascus to assure that whatever outcome from the conflict there is their position. And this. Influence and presence will be very strong. Here's a strange story. Let's do it as quickly as we can Malcolm pitzer college students, San versus the president the students Senator California's pitzer college as traffic's at a resolution calling for the removal of the college president Melvin Oliver after the president decided to retain pitzer study abroad program in Israel against the recommendation of the pitzer college council made up of students and faculty the recommendations suspend the study program at health hyphen university passed with sixty eight in favor and twenty-five opposing his this BBS, Malcolm, this is B S in its most extreme form the college student Senate that is now calling for movable the president because the president Melvin Oliver refused to engage in this immoral act into fall victim to this demand. The college board. Trustees about a year ago overturned, a student Senate amendment forbid ES to to have a boycott and. The the the it's not alone. Unfortunately. But here you have an important statement. By the president saying when it's academic boy, concerts restriction of free speech is restricted restricting the rights of the students to have free academic expression. You don't hear the condemnations of that? And we see at Brown University, a very important editorial in the Providence Journal where talks about all of the terrible governments in the world. But a China Russia all those engaged in massive deprivation of human rights, and yet only one country comes under fire there, and that is obviously Israel, and they held a referendum to boycott and joined the BBS movement, and it passed overwhelmingly the president there as well, Christina Paxton said this is not our endowments not a political instrument to to express museum complex issues. But it's it's even more disturbing and they described as an obscenity. Comparisons to South Africa. And it talked about successes and the double standard. The successive Israel. Double standards are being applied. This is happening on campuses across the United States. And while there are voices that stand up against it. The very fact that young people are being trampled to these kind of us based on ignorance based on bias and prejudice. At there was a conference in Gaza Duke University and university of North Carolina and a former faculty member wrote an account, which really shocks because it doesn't makes no mention of the riots. It makes no mention to the terror next. Mention of the what's happening in Gaza. The pay the slate policies of pain wolf terrorists only panels discussing include one-sided panels, attacking Israel, and then they showed a series of of eight pro Palestinian films, and no mention of the rockets or any of the other acts of against Israel and wants to dismiss it and say, well, it's on the campus academic freedom. This is the next generation of leadership in poll was just none by the holocaust museum in in Israel. And it shows some really disturbing results that. Half of the people couldn't name a concentration camps at third did not believe that the six million were killed Sunday said at least two million less and even more the leg level of ignorance, and the then Gration of concern about the holocaust was expressed by seventy percent of people acknowledged it. "Business in your area. If that's required by where you live. Also does the pet sitter have insurance and bonding that's extremely important while we don't want to think that anything could possibly go wrong. If it does you want to be covered. And so insurance involving extremely important ask about the training that pet sitter has completed. Are they certified pet sitter? Are they trained in pet? First aid. Also in something that's really detrimental can be. If don't offer this is do they have a service contract. There should be. Service contract the details. Exactly what they're going to provide. And what the pay expect? So those are really important to ask for an also a clear criminal background. I'm always apprised of how many owners think I just don't think to ask about that. But if you're allowing someone into your home and giving them access to your pets, you want to make sure they can provide proof of a clear criminal history. You give them a key to your house. Exactly. So I'm surprised you would not ownership cut at us and said, I don't know why I didn't think of that. I think because they're looking for someone who loves her pit exactly if they love my dog. He must be okay. And well, I think that people are the best people you still have to do your homework. When you're choosing a pet sitter. Absolutely. I'm really picky about who takes care of my pets. And I've been very very fortunate and my pet sitters. But when I first started out, it was a matter of who's available EG what you can. And then as I got more professional in my own career start realizing that I need this and other aspects of my life too because I have been away on trips and had flights cancel, and I have been where I couldn't get home. And I knew that my pet was going to be taken care of simply because the caliber of person I had, you know, taking care of that at home, the peace of mind, really is priceless. And you another thing we talked. We joke about the kid down the street or the those are just love pets. But another thing we don't often think about is that so many pet owners rely on their family or friends, which sounds like a good idea. But I cannot tell you the number of calls who received we have heard of friendships breaking up overseas. Because if you have a friend of your home and something happens to the home. We've had seeings overflow a cat or dog actually get outside the house, and then your friends not covered. They're not insured. They're not bonded. They're not trained really serious situations can result when you're not using a trained professional that is so true. And a lot of times to some of our pets have special needs. Whether it's a physical need a medical need illness or emotional. Maybe there's a Gresham problem. Mainly fear problems, some of the pets and going into a boarding kennel. Even though it's a quality boarding kennel is not a solution. It's much better to have that pet in the home. Somebody coming in another highlight. I always find that people. Find surprising is their chicken on your house while you're gone. They're checking your mail, maybe moving the lights around a little bit. But they're they're really responsible for a lot. You wanna make sure that that person is capable of handling that responsibility. That's exactly right. They are doing more. There's watch fear pay. That's why trusting them is so important, but you know, you mentioned boarding kennels. We always say some dogs that works for them. But so many pets are really more happy in their home. But a good thing to remember too is just like there are dog people and their cat people. You want to find the pitzer that's the right fit for you. So we always recommend initial consultation that gives the chance to meet you and your pets. And so if your pet does have a special need, or if your pet warms up to certain people, it's good to know that up front, and so we always encouraged pet owners to have the pet sitter over show them your pets routine of and that gives both the pet owner in the pit sitter a chance to say is this the right fit. Absolutely hiring professional. You should definitely talk to them ahead of time. And you wanna make sure that your animals are going to feel comfortable with them. And that they're gonna follow your instructions, and I think it's also a sign of a really good pet center when they point out things like, by the way, do you need your plants water? You know, what's the alarm code those types of things about your house that they also have to deal with also the contract is priceless. What happens when you get stuck in traffic, or when you have a flight cancellation or what if there's a disaster we've had presentations during the conference this year about natural disasters. What if you're away from home and a hurricane hits who's going? To help with those pets and the pet sitter, especially if you establish a relationship with that pet sitter they can be a really good person to turn to. That's exactly right. And as you mentioned a good contract is so important a few other questions, we find professional pet sitters will ask in the venue can't return home who's an emergency contact who's emergency guardian for your pet. So there's so many things that you may not think about but a good professional pet. Sitter is thorough. They're going to ask you these questions, and they're gonna know exactly what to do, and what your wishes are to something happened while your way from your pets. I think this is great. Well, we definitely want folks to get a real pet sitter. And thank you for having me here and for participating in get positive results. Any last tips you wanna give someone perhaps thinking about going into pet sitting as a.

"And this is the weirdest lawsuit. They're saying that we paid eighty dollars admissions to a school we might have gotten into but we didn't get into because someone who has scammed the game. The system did get those places that's pretty speculative and the one that I really like since this student is going to Stanford and people have gotten in a few people have gotten in based on the scam. The degree from Stanford is now worth less. Yeah. That somehow it was cheap. And this is a kid what planet is this kid on. I mean, this this kid apparently applied to Gail, which is one of the college is named in the scandal. Right. But staying what she went into Yale. What have gotten into? It's just insane. It's so speculative my daughter, for example, she got into she wouldn't go to university of Washington was turned out. She applied to university of San Francisco. Not only was she accepted. She got merit scholarship. She was accepted to pitzer which is ten times harder to get into the university of Washington. You never know. It depends on who you are. When you apply who they want it. You want to save your degree from Stanford is somehow crappy? Oh god. Yeah. Because four people got in couldn't you make the counterargument that it's even more valuable now. Because now we know how how much parents were willing to pay to get there. Go the other way. All right. Take a break. We'll come back. It's great stuff. This is KFI.
