"Have guys always say it's on what's really going on behind. The scenes highlight yet highly social media. I I have to create some of the social media stuff by safe from agents I absolutely cringe and settling in New South Wales. Wayne trying to push for pushing for education and training reforms which had finally happened but we're also pushy towards becoming recognized profession. Which would actually add a liar on top of those reforms because it is such an important. It's such an important role that we play in people's lives whether we're managing their assets away buying and selling the assets. Oldham and and I think we need to be held to a much higher standard and I get infuriated when I say items be hiding because there are some terrible real estate agents. That will do whatever they have to do to get a deal done and I don't want them in our industry Saw I think on the way out at the end of this we will have less people in the industry. They'll be less businesses they'll be less sales people But the people who are there is I talked to realize that identity day and they're in two camps. There are a technical of all night spin of the kids. Nothing wrong with that. That's That that nothing wrong with that but days others that I really trying to be of service in their community. They're communicating with paypal not trying to buy and sell property but just communicating saying okay. This is what's going on in the world for us. What's going on so you can. I help I'm here tonight. Me and it's really interesting to say the different ways that people approach but certainly where we sit today much more positive feeling out there in the market has been in recent wakes which is a a real life what about as the asset class in particular. You Talk to bet we we as invested earlier. So you're invest yourself. How do you feel about the underlying asset in in New South Wales? Would you buy now and importantly what are you saying? Once once the restrictions are relaxed in the room starts going back to the movie while probably a little premature but when when normal lifestyle society come back what what what would be your observations. And what would you be signed? Bikes were thinking of questions. Should Invest Nail? Should we white view? But it'll be interested in your. I'll be interested in your favorite Sorry Mike you is that I had confirmation from mine will strike. Yes tonight that I'm in a position to buy an investment property and sigh. Yes I'm actively looking right now. Will I be sensitive absolutely will and so on? I want jumping nate jump because I'm buying an investment but yes I'm I'm actively looking. I am hearing from agents across the state that I have a lot of stock blonde up September. Now obviously we always not as spring is a popular time to be buying And and to be selling Cy I you know I don't know but I think there's a chance that we're kind of come out this hard and fast way in New South Wales. Were in a in a really strong market right up until a few weeks ago we had clearance rights in the mid seventies even either eighty percent most of the Shia Certainly that's backed off now and as you would expect. There are people that are just not consumer sentiment uncertainty. When when things onset people die make big decisions and telling his decision But just based on what I'm hearing there are still a lot of underlying demand out F- to buy to move so I think that we're going to say quite a lot of activity coming and I think if we manage to get that change to the Sandy That's GonNa have a really positive impact on me. What do you guys think we tend to agree? I mean we've got thing is blind real estate across the country. Rod So we're actually seeing Opportunistic price point as you said. But we feel that the it'll come back to equilibrium create pre covered would come back pretty quickly lodge the only backup lowliest things pent up the mind and the fact that we aren't doing enough has to cater for the for the amount of people that are coming here. But we've said a couple of times on the PODCAST and bought a interested in your feedback on the analogy but Khanna describing it like a car with the engine. Excuse me the engines. Fully cheering cash ride points befogged. Lockheed going Competitive Interest rates. You can get so the engines been oil and grease up fully trained ready to guy. Got The government at the back of the car with Baz pumping the castle fuel. Because you know seems package job. Capers pay-as-you-go lock this money being line into the economy. The problem is the drive account getting the COP and Because if the drive could get in the car that's plenty of fuel and the engines. Prompt READY DOT com. We we feel up on the other side. Wants the dry but can get becky. And we're not we're not necessarily saying property is gone to fly But we we are of the view that it's very hard to make a case that in the rot In the Rock Lake I ride stock not cigarette stock stock. How is it? How is it not reasonable to suggest that once we're on the other saw that will at the very least returned back to where we were pre covet and then if you've got listless things more demand and will people want it? Had that doesn't put a little bit of a nudge on upward pressure on prices in the right areas on the flip side of that If you we've preached on this podcast for five years now that asset selection is critical so and we're talking about SS that. We would consider investment grade. I'd ride acids hierarchy bar. That's uniqueness about them but but on the other side I think Sieg rights definitely but some some be modernised stock We'll we'll be challenged as well because people are looking at their balance sheets now going which can liquidate and no one's liquidating the great stuff. They liquidating the junk stock. And therefore lots on the MAC and that'll put pressure on the process. Yeah we are hearing some some of our Landlords have taken a physically the self-funded guitarist of technically speaking on the stock market. All of a sitting based in in Shays have And of course we that's GONNA come back as well so we don't really want to Sell any of the shades right now. So some of landlords asset of in a position with two liquid I Properties which is unfortunate. But it's just the market is just a mockup wearing right now But yeah the clearance sites. We were experiencing Pray cottage were just really really strong. Side it's racing into belay as you said with a with a each strikes led by out it's not That's not gonNA come back relatively quickly so I I think the taste for us. Because ultimately we're saying demand and supply influenced processing all aspects of of this hybrid period. Medical supplies ridiculously Price Gouging and all that. So it's going going on because of supplying the Mon- issues so the question I have is around. Have you had any indication from the New South Wales government in terms of when we will be able to get back to open Arkan himes and potentially public auctions of the stage? Not No not at all. Yes certainly the premier indicated about a week ago that she would have an announcement at the end of April. I that's what makes next week About what what's happening with the shutdowns She's come out and said schools Third wake of term which is another couple of weeks away The kids can go back. One Guy Wakes they'll have about twenty percent of the kids at the school. Anyone die But that's about as far as we've had so we expect to hear from her next week on that But I think we're GONNA be back to times anytime Lila. That's GonNa be happening anytime soon. So I mean in terms of the predictions that I have about what's going to happen in the market. One of the assumptions that I do my because on. I'm a believer that the September stock supply will be high ass. I would. I would be thinking that we would have some type of I've been hyme posssibility and potentially even public auctions with Sasha distancing side but I suspect that they will be a very strict regime in terms of number of people inappropriate. Anyone on yet stops teams. Now if we get to that level they might confidence of I. Strong Rayban in process will be will be valid if we get to a stage where they still have a second. Sick IS OF SECOND WIFE. Ecorse. That's GonNa have a detrimental effect and that's obviously packed. the a`mobility fable enhance productivity enhance their incomes and unemployment and cycle aside. If all going well wait the next couple of months. We're going to get some results on treatments and also vaccinations zillion occasions on those those programs in at rolling up my understanding this sixty treatment in vaccinations going around the world so those types of things will be critical in terms of confidence for governments to gather people socialize and some mobility that is faithful as we improve the mortality right. And I think that will continue to happen so going well and on the fan on balling amendment as well So I'm good to guy for another property so I think from that point of view that's the that's the people who are in the industry bicycling signing that. We prefer to handle this competition. Yes exactly the buying when when there's a lot more competition because we now frost movement isn't necessarily the result of supply it's the result of strong demand And we know that they will be limited supplies. Are you still going to hand? Pick on his broth- sign united. Stick steer clear of the robby stock. That's after but I think what we will say in terms of results for that Robbie stock that's going to have any impact on median values. And that's going to be Great Media Fata in terms of the headlines but the fundamentals in speaking to you and listening to all gather industry people around the country and weight well network in that spice is that there is a clot optimism in Who's in terms of still go? Quality Ball is still got sellers wannacry. Dan Rydell do what if I'm sorry? I think that that's being lost in in the media noise because you know a guy to the source of the of the market which is the people on the ground. It's not an interesting story for the media is it. That's the problem. I liked drama. No well it's it's not easy to put into a sand. Bought Rock property process down to ten percent is good for. Osama bin Laden and we get a little bit of criticism from that from from the from the Fox. Santa people who guy this is the worst thing ever in the United States the worst time but a of the human psychology and behavioral economics always points to we. We normally arriver anxious in individual times though cyber optimistic win things assuming and you know we have. That's why we have.

"We wanted to go on this lease so out Craig. He's out and thus the minute as kind of like at quite WanNa do something. You know that people are going to be going to do that again. So all right well do that again. Because I've done it and have changed. So maybe I've just got to stop. I've maybe I've just gotTa go me. Fifteen minutes is up if we've already established const up because you've gotta do somethin' and find out what the reason anything. There isn't anything out this moment in time. Got Me Origami a maybe. It's not worked create. Maybe works dried up. Maybe I've just got to do something but the thing is you've more or less always create your own work really anyway and I nope. Maybe maybe that's it. Maybe I've I've built everything dry of what I can do. Because I'm not a keeps cropping up Stephen Fry or wherever ACCAN- account do anything I'm even limited georing promotion and all that do you ever after. Yup. I was thinking about it because I heard you during the promotion series to your actually no because I remember. She didn't really like it during the first. Here's the thing about US promotion. You kind of talk about it a little bit. And then he goes off on another tangent which is Great. Because you feel more comfortable. Not then then. I'm told don't do that. You talk about Y- yeah yes like because you've got a nice history. Yes Oh it was nice. It's just it's just John. He pulled out a big part of the job now. No I don't do social media so if you can't promote what you do people are kind of like. Do you want him to do anything new. Because he doesn't really promote I. I can't put stuff out there. And they find it but he's so much stuff now that if you not some gop shy who never shows the folk on social media then you don't stand a chance because no one knows you've even done anything off the time do you think is just saturated. So it's just not the world different. Everything is on demand and so much of it that out. Does anyone know I'm doing but the way we talk about changing a lot over seven to ten years no lot the way we consume telling different completely changed now? No one's gone. I'm going out but I'm going to tape it and then I wanNA come back right. It's on the list list of things I'm going to think about before that before typing when he's like you know Thursday night Dali Jr. It was everybody was. I wasn't a big. You know what I mean not tonight but those things those coined the phrase war or cola moments that there are a thing of the past. Now I don't no no one's altogether watching it and there's no there's no twenty five million people watching eight just spread out so accom- yeah I can. I'm not good at that side of it and I think that is part that GIG. These days you don't feel settled second time around though now come do honestly say can you go on shows and stuff and you know. I like this. We sat in a room. We're having a shower. Didn't know audience on this morning. This morning was hours that that's not bad because I've been on their law and they're always a decent and there's not loads of people can't do anything with the crowd. I cannot do a crowd and I don't even know why there is a crowd to these because I think in fact you've don't chance in front of the Jew thing when you do a chat with someone in front of a crowd do you think he's as good as when he's not deny us to find it quite uncomfortable. Because I've used to fail. I'm I'm on my focus. Is there to lie while the host there but then I've got this loads of people out there watching. I don't really know what to apply. Airdrop lay out. I just WANNA I just WANNA stop. I don't like and nothing's no show is real anymore. Seems all about laugh. So all about getting to laugh. Graham Norton massive. Show everything but he's kind of what's your anecdote this week. You never the old days of Parkinson when it was a chart here. That doesn't happen. Tony Style. Same thing quite early brief could be quite serious and was in audience. Logan wasn't old navy. Now if the audience is like the data we and there was an audience on park is well if it was again as you sign about change completely different style of show. Yeah to like something you know. Even I mean there's an audience for the one show but I mean now he sold is kind of right. Thanks combing you. Got Two minutes tells. A funny story all sank down now. Yeah I don't I don't care so I can't do that sort of thing. But did he fail? More settled filmon series. Two than you did to say he's never settled. And maybe you shouldn't be settled. People have told me that you shouldn't be comfortable. You should always be on edge so you get the best out of your Limbaugh Otto now. I wish I could enjoy some of it when we weren't film and it was worrying about in the next scene when we finish that day. I'm worrying about the next day stuff when I'm doing it. I'm worrying if it's good enough if he's making sense and because you've got that chance to can we do it again. Can we do it again? You into again. There's no time wherever. So he's yeah. I honestly driving air today. I was thinking what a big fan of southern Griffin. When when when you for you to not big Fun of Light Challenge Challenge. Tv Love Watching Bullseye. I was like you could do something. Like Bullseye. Could Bring Bullseye Code. And then it was like but I don't want the live audience. There does does not program after our F- a live audience the therefore going back to change again that did of a live audience. Let's audience been the audience off Cape cheaper anyway because you don't need a big studio donate a warm up. You don't need a warm up. You don't need maybe. Even people will be bad at the dance because they haven't got a crowd of fifty people watching. There's no need I don't understand a TV shows. I've audiences now. I don't know why the their empire annoyances because I'm going to show if they want an audience because he's point me off tipping point hasn't gone audience as now just Ben Shepard. The three or four people put a well dawn. You've once and Grand Jones next time you don't need. Yeah but if you still have can laughter on the set comes exactly so get rid of the audience conned audience. Well forget we didn't we decide don't even have a audience and the one that at four. I don't know that feel comfortable. Donate look when you watch bull's eye and some wins the fucking caravan go well Don. I don't need sway fifty people. He's he doesn't need. It doesn't ease over the moon so we don't need other people clapping for Iran. Right okay so we've been the audience off been the audience. They've got questions on this and other audience PA if not all it can do. Everybody's audience our home. You want to ask questions so the audience on the twitter and facebook. Why in the audience and some people don't even get answered. They sit there all night. Ask a question. And Fiona Bruce goes yes good point thanks for that. I knew blow dungarees and the glasses. True wh what was he there for doing things on social media that questions are going to be very limited because there's only a certain amount of space that they can ask the question but then again you're going to go back to me about the email Craig O. And how much time he's wasted with clapping being gave me just doing audience. His in general go tell me what show needs an audience. I found out there the dice speaking of audience. Warm up show university challenge. Used to have a warm-up Munn audience warm a warmer since the start of a hype up the audience for university challenge of all shows. Don't get I don't talk because they are not going out for anyone about when whether they still do is another. Ma bought a dune out. Know Ted Robbins dummy tad along Walnut Manfred. University Challenge. Tough crowd as well off crowd. The things that people don't know is he's actually really really smart. Oh is he. Yeah so as soon as the east. I tend to turn the tables on the audience. David looked at him will not need it anyway. Because that's can only connect does not an audience doesn't like university challenge out questions if you're thinking about answered you want someone coughing. Maybe the audience in your off get rid of audiences so do do. Bullseye will buy new game show brand new risk a risky some of them. Have you ever since some of the daytime that you just stumbled watching though too that shit? Which one are you talking to us? O One once. I was in a hotel come back. I'm just GONNA think splits us on just trying to get to sleep. Talion always a bad move and there was one about Boland. The ODDS ARE SOLD BOWL. So you can't play along omen known as well unless you've got a pointless now alike ally detecting part thing. Tipping point is good and quick partners have an audience. The Mike it a why you do know honestly at a non to be honest and I tell you I don't like it. I know it's on because it's on after on seeks road trip every night and musically starts. I always say like five seconds of music because it's not even as they felt like Oh. I'm not in that time. I actually go. I'll be waiting to turn the fun of it but in mind. These are the one you did. House of House of cards is it Richard. Osman I haven't seen it house game all right but anyway we just telling Telliano. The point is about those without an audience. That's the point. Carl I reckon. Did you like bulls eye of course a group of Bullseye? You remember bulls eye right for those. Who didn't know soles I call? Let'S GIVE A QUICK SYNOPSIS A Quick Synopsis. Of what a Sensei? Same show Jimbo in it was it was a Dr Bald. Two of you got invited. On an Watson was one one was what was the thrower at one wall was the Noah used knowledge. So a man you throw try and get the most saw points round the dartboard nervous scored the most got to answer the question and then points make prize. You sought the pounds the town. That's else but cards. Right was points. Nobody nobody was still still. I'm sure it was Bob. Dole's don't cross the streams of constantly constantly shop the black doing as you H H. That's right yeah a closer catchphrases but the point is get rid of all that shit because there's no audience to play too and I think that was the problem Jim or his catchphrases for his for live audience to keep them happy because he was an old school. Tanner really yeah and the audience to it was all people in there. Were there for about three days to fill zones and then and just after quiz. They're not going to change. It is not going to happen. But that's how that's how my brain works. What do I am not saw a thing? Do I even want to do it? I Love Bullseye bought. Just because you watch something doesn't mean you WANNA present Auden. Ochre does do a pilot call not committed no committed. You know you can be like well op. I'm glad we've sort of come full circle. I think we should go with this idea to fill a bit but now I'm excited about go on the I take it that easy as well. You Watch these things that easy. You just.

"I'm just telling you I was quite. I suppose quite open to it but I never thought about it before. They won't really be something that I would do. I really enjoyed it and did you. Did you know when you when I went to Copenhagen either totally different experience? It was an old woman in McDonalds. Certain corner really old woman legs opennow Nickerson and it was horrible. It was on a stick swimming and I'm pretty sure that was Copenhagen. Well in what would your experience. Yeah you know that's what you go in there. A dead because the director I was working with was from Copenhagen and I was telling you kind of need I want something. I don't know what I want but I want to go away. And she went the Copenhagen said. Now there's a place that does this and it's dead nuys and it won't be as popular as if he's dead. Busy don't gain to a Sauna. Like reloaded fellow. Summer lesser just loads of people full. Stop because I kind of just WANNA best price and if you're gonNA do something that I just kind of want to. I want to be my yes. I don't WanNa be sat with. Ap typical talking to those things. I don't know the rules. Just lock. Now Lock the door as mine. I mean I mean if fourteen minutes now after say McDonalds and Copenhagen two years ago and I was like I say I've changed then it was kind of I. Mean Coke Copenhagen was the food like airbase bless Donald. Was that type of person who was scared of change and everything and that does I mean. The whole abroad often a lot. Lot Travel Steve. What it means to do to broaden my mind and it definitely because that was me before that's what I was like there's a Madonna as the Golden Golden Arches. Donald J. You know that was that was me. Well that's it that was me whereas now do I suppose I have changed? Maybe I could go. Copenhagen again but I've been off because I'm thinking been there and I'm thinking of that woman was I always saw the flies out of the kitchen where it was. I've never forgotten. I mean it was a sorry. It was something I've got other memory of it and all holidays about memories aren't whether good or bad or suppose so I've got hurt anyway. I think he'd be weird from its ago. Well me on just because lawsuits undoing. Does she go around as well? Then we meet somewhere in the middle. It's not I'm not. I'm just purely thinking about you into doing something different and something slightly your comfort zone trying to think about what we first start talking about about being gone. I need to do so God someone sometimes you've got to take yourself away. Remove yourself from a certain situation to Clara and see what's what I think of all the answers. I'M NOT STEPHEN. Fry Christopher Hitchens. They've probably of all the answers. I doubt they got more words to think about yet. I don't know it'll be interesting. Do you ever have people on this? Like three times. This could be seven up. You're not program what you catch up and see what what's happened. I don't I don't know what's around the corner. We'll move to Italy. What were any work planned out the mini at so of that fifty minutes thing is that up? I mean the old well that's constant in because it was constant. Think about that as time is due to sort of you know. You can't just keep going but you're not you're constantly kind of evolving then you're not allow to evolve if only don't want you to listen to people. You're obviously haven't listened to paper because you've been changing things all I know but maybe maybe now I've got arrived on a few different things. What is it I'm going to do? Are there may be other. Pick a mix you know. He's going to have a favorite in that picking mix box. They'll forrest gump thing last boxes chocolate. You still going to have a favorite chocolate in that box of chocolates and I do think the problem. I've always the things at different and for some people it's been too much of a leap and they get confused so people who watch listen to me on the podcast or watch the travel stuff and then I did secretary. Dvd's out now by the way. That's why I thought do this promote DVD. You'd have to mention it again. Let's listen tab of what to do it. Well people alike on the same. It's not same is not now. Of course it's not noble you count. You're not allowed to move about. Does that straight? Yeah really pisses me off because like I say I am changing. Go out something. New by the end of the day is the people who he saw. The you found a server who watch the stuff it watch the stuff so you can't just do what you want can you. You've gotta like stick close to what your bill. Unfortunately and the the R right when you change. You can only do little changes. Suppose suppose that. The podcast of the travel thing was saw of similar bought. The next leap is like and I tell you. We're talking about VACs before eight. James dyson yeah. If you think about 'em is the vacuum and as is the that money's an. He thought he had a change recently. Even from the socking blowing no. He went from the vox and now he's moved into air dryers pretty same so he's talking is moving to blow in pretty sustained thing and people except when he brought out the Hairdryer. It made sense to them. There's a trust there this is. The vakman was known as the back Monday. Good vox what's he doing now? Issues the Batman. What is what's he doing. He's doing something new. Always hairdryers are still. He still is electric. There so they believe they. Do you know what I mean. The trust is keeping in the same ballpark. Yes if he brought out popcorn machine go get back to get back to talking the blue. We wanted to go on this lease so out Craig. He's out and thus the minute as kind of like at quite WanNa do.

C. dot com so Natalie when we left off we were talking about what it takes to become a vendor with lifestyles unlimited once you pick that back up and maybe also go into the responsibility of anyone what they should do when hiring a vendor or deciding to work with one of our vendors. well yeah that's a great question I think a vendor whether they're in our program or not is good until they're not and their people do they have stuff that goes wrong I haven't fallen contractor I love one time. solid guy other than as well got turned upside down went through a divorce and he just he now he's gone down really quick on the with that being said it anytime you're hiring any vendor whether they're in our program or not all we run your business it is a business your diligence guitar award a contract understand I am wind understand cost per hour if it's a professional don't expect things for free run it like a business and have that conversation with them and put it in writing everything in writing contracts and change orders I just I can't stress that enough and that's the question and if you're not familiar with build on what to do going by what the average cost of a you know like they say something what the average cost of but if they you know they can get a ball park on pricing or reach out the lifestyle then we can help you on a few things just to give you ideas of questions to ask like is it priced appeared of that matter or is it the warranty or what are we looking at when we're talking about foundation alright things you need to do your diligent run your business. right in in in a big part is our vendors are there to help they really enjoy helping and it's just part of the bigger lifestyles unlimited model we're all here to give back in and help one another but you're right if it's not in writing I would say if it's not in writing it didn't happen so it's not real it everything needs to be in right on. and we've got more doors go ahead. one would think it's turned around is betting our vendors we don't that vendor you are the business on our Boettcher vendor so you need to make sure now most of our vendors are are good guys you can go read comments you can see on the housing rating system on the L. you into Bender dot com web page you can go there and you can see what other members experiences the band but walked were growing and helping you mentoring bring your business we're also hoping the contractors all helping other people grow their business and they go through growing pains they they have other issues that come out so we just try and and if there is anything that's going on trying out the communication be better and get the job finished so that's that's really I think that the biggest picture of everything don't just take it back be in your business and expect somebody else to run it because our vendor of lifestyle or because the referred from a friend or because they they were advertising on a different service or something always do your diligence and run your best. right right I think we're kind of go in there with mentors if there is a problem or any kind of concern always reach out even if they're not a vendor of lifestyle I'm help members get money back but did you have a credit card what did you do how did you do this what do you have in writing here's what you do yeah how you resolve and call the issue that just because we sing a lot so it's a good thing. right we're not we're not telling lifestyles unlimited members that you have to be. legal experts are construction experts or experts in lending programs we've got mentors that will answer questions and our vendor list is essentially to list really said Hey these are folks that we have used in the past and you can read the comments you can go to the vendor there's the vendor break out on the website as a member you can go there and you can read the comments of the experiences from other members and that's that's helped me a lot in fact it's been invaluable and so you're about to hire somebody you want to see what other people's experiences are with them but at the at the same time I think our vendors really strive to go above and beyond and do a great job so that they do get that good rating or that good comment on on our web page. yeah Sir Ian on it. I think that the ability of. right everything is as we are diligent I mean it's it's business everything is business and don't don't get lackadaisical and it's basically the bottom line. right right run it it's a business so Natalie I understand change gears a little bit that we've got a big announcement we just signed a pretty large vendor nationally to our program do you want to share the news with our listeners on that. I'm so excited I've been working hard I'm growing national for the national.

"Listening to the business. Happy hour with Frank Oto. Ryan Pilkington and Doug Ford. Now back to the show guys. Welcome back to the business. Happy hour we've been talking with John g west he is the writer director of human zoos if you guys have not looked it up. Check it out Google. You can watch it online. I'm share Ryan's already. Picked it up twice. Ryan. Where did you watch the document is watching for free? If you're an Amazon prime customers, even better Amazon prime full streaming HD, but John's very very interesting gas. We were talking before the break about evolution. And he was enlightening me and breaking down how how some of this actually worked John? We've got a couple of minutes left with you. I want people to definitely watch the documentary at the I think it opens your eyes to a lot of things. And and we do appreciate the way. Differentiate between the outright. And you know, the Trumpers and all that. And we understand that. It's a it. It may be a small group of people. But what what else do we want our listeners to take away from this? You know, this is a dark chapter in American history with the thing that happened to ODA Banja, which is which is interesting to see how we put them on display, Doug. And I were talking about we saw that movie the greatest show in which talks about Pt Barnum, and I understand he had a role in some of this at one point. But if the movie's accurate, he changed his mind, and it became a celebration of humanity. Airbus Pt Barnum is a great guy in American history culture. But that film does airbrush it really wasn't quite empowering people in the one. Actually, he had a human. He had someone an African American who he dressed up as part that he put he called up to what is it? It was probably his most famous exhibit, and that was left out of that film. And you did this right after Darwin published on the origin of species to capitalize on this. And so he did it for decades. And this. That was locked out of the greatest show in the film. So people can hear the the other exhibit in greatest showman. They can learn about interesting. Okay. Doug, and I are asking right. He hadn't seen it. We had seen and we're like a wonder if it was paying a differently. Sure. Movie fashions. Yeah. They're always it's always there's always an angle. It was it was definitely good. So so John, what are we wanna leave the listeners with year about the human zoo? Yeah. I think the fundamental thing even dealing with the scientific racism. It's today without getting lots of issues, but whether it be climate change, or or whatever else, we have lots of people who are always saying experts say this, and if certain experts say this, no one can question them or discuss it or they're down. And I think the human zoos tail is a cautionary tale expert knowledge is needed, but experts can be wrong. Right. And we really should value people raising questions, even when it comes to expert knowledge and not just being shut up. Because like I said what you Janik, for example, the Catholic church. One of you mentioned they were the biggest opponents of eugenics and forced sterilization, America. And they would be rated at the time by scientists for being anti science because they were anti force through vision. Well, I think we all would have been better off if they had been allowed to articulate their views a little more than I think today when anyone says. You have to shut up because well, you don't have the background I house even after question. I think in my own mind. This is for me personally. I think that is not very good for free. No, we agree. That's a good point too far too much now, and I hate to generalize. But it's the left is more of a shot everybody up, and if you're not with us, you're not right. And it's sad that we we see this on college campuses. We see this in everyday society that there's there's no discourse anymore. And I couldn't agree with you more experts are needed. But experts are not always correct. So I think that's a great takeaway for everybody does have to have an open mind and be willing to challenge. The thought, you know, if you're not willing to if you're not willing to dig deep, then I'm sorry. But you're you're you're lacking. I don't just go along with what people tell you exactly to do your own research. Right. Right. So John, I appreciate having you on man. You've been a great guest. And I'm going to have to watch the documentary myself Ryan's are stat guy. So he brought me up to speed as best. He could. Thank you. Yeah. We'll check it out. Sounds fun. Yeah. Yeah. Be like fun guest to and you fit right into the molten. And we appreciate your opinions and coming on, and we ever have another opportunity will definitely invite you on to talk about some of this with us. Thanks, john. So everybody that was John g west director of human zoos, check out that documentary and feel free to chime in on our Facebook page about it as a heated debate going to watch this night. I would I would I would definitely watch it. I'm gonna watch it. I think that's what's interesting about the alt-right in in that a lot of the views a lot of the people that they actually talk about in the alt-right are really not Republican at all they're they're more socialists than anybody else. And so it's it's strange how it's gotten to this point. It's like a they're confused about what these people really are. No, I think all right. I think is really more fascist and socialist, then Republican. I mean, they're not Republicans should be no correlation there shouldn't be left friend duck. What do you think? Doug was.
