Breaking Down the Quarters and Semis for the KR Contenders Playoffs

"Let's dive into our predictions for I guess we'll do predictions and then matches them predictions and matches will go in order here. So first match. We both got right. Yep Yep whoop do. We knew that team B M was not up to the task against Wgn Phoenix, and that's what happened. W just think took the three one against them I. Actually yet the three one which is actually kind of surprising because. Outside of an absolute banger that will talk about a little bit later this was the only other one that didn't go three Oh. Team. VM being able to squeak out that one map made it interesting for all of seven minutes and then. wgn Phoenix was like Nah. We're We're. Shutting you down. Yep and that one map was Lee. Shang where we saw Sung Chan gets some key hacks onto as tax on the. Road at least twice I think. You kinda tried his best to. Negate as tech but as we talk about here in the next couple of matches. Stack is shown to be really solid like you had like I think one match that we watched last week or two weeks ago where I felt when it was from. But like there was some issues dying on Bussan but beyond that, especially in these playoffs matches really leveled up. So that team tried their best to try to counter him and they did on the first map but beyond that w kind of took off and really the only other thing that I noticed outside of that. They were playing real chaotic, not super super structured. Just looked discombobulated, and then you get over to a new business and protect literally holds onto his grab for like foil. Yes and it's like there was there was a bunch of times where he could have used it. Either defensively to save some of his teammates and extend the team fight or initiate with an potentially win team fight and Nope, he just sat on it and then when he did use it, he threw it to lake. Horizon Lunar Colony I think because it just went nowhere got nothing and then they just got absolutely destroyed. Yup Listen to Wayne Gretzky protect you miss one hundred percent of the grabs you don't take so. You just gotTa. Do It man you just got? To. It's also a Hawker reference or an office reference depending on what what realm of the world you're in. The other thing too is like every minute that you're not using a graph building. You're not building graph and like if you hold a grab for like three minutes, you could've used a grab that it was like okay and then had another grab by basically the same time So. Yeah it's it's tough and like if you don't have the opportunity to use a grab at all because they're diva is constantly all over you and you don't have the counterplay or they're playing way to spread, then you probably should go on something else. That's better. Pick anyways and use the grab throwaway goldfish swimming dvr, go switch Sigmar anything else. There there's been a lot of issues that we're seeing a lot of the losing teams. They're. They're just like kind of shooting themselves in the foot with like playing what they should be. On the other side man wgn. Phoenix Lake after watching this match. I got really high on this tangle. Especially, ABC Z. Bag has been. Okay. But Gables specially was. Studer Pitt where you saw pack jump up, get damage onto. The Echo over the ACA was even. On. Haven, yeah then. He drops down back behind the cover again, and then you saw gable see right behind him come up boost up finish off the damage and then go back and then Win So comes up to resum they both dive a again and kill him as well. They open it up with two free kills and literally just roll beyond that. So I think that like one of the things especially it's been the tank line coordination for this team. In another team, we'll talk about later. Like it really sets these teams up apart like with the DP s with the one diver as well with the tanks in the one dive deep. Yes as well like. If, you have three people hive minded together you you will find success in grin contenders. And then another name on wgn that you're going to hear. US Talk. A lot absolute tyrant about is ace. When ace is on? The Sambre. Do builds EMP's insanely quick. But then on a newbies, they push team B.. M. Back to the spawn. And then they're like, you know what we got like a minute and a half left we're just going to go sit in front of the spun. And s just sits behind him and mainly heck's the supports like one clip supports drops an EMP. Like gets half of the team just absolutely bullying the back line of Team B, m on a newness and. Team B. M. had no response to ACE's play when he was running the sombre. and. It's super unfortunate that like he's only played this one pick at least what I've seen so far Inoke s on the hog. So good is unmatched in cream contenders I think I, think he might. Only, backed by MAG. But we'll see about that. Hit like he just every time like he forces other people to not play against him because he will just out a out mechanics them out strategy them and like just knows how to play better gets incredible. Pickoffs especially on Havana you saw him on the hog and Gable soon, the sigma they full hold team b. m., there as well So, like this tank line. Alternating CPAC and iino cast depending on whether or not. They're gonNA play the Winston saw shrine oranges run the Road Hog quite often because I think this was still on the playoff patch or like the wwl. Finals Patch. It'll. It's as strong three players on that team like they. Really. Really benefited from there, strong line here and gables the again like we talked about his diva being incredible signals also incredible as well during the scrappy last minute fights where there was a chance that team b. m. was going to be able to. Squeak out the first point actually cap it. he just stayed alive sustained had some good old good rocks Just good play and I think got like a couple of kills here there's also. You're going to start seeing a couple of these names come up next week when we talk not only about Plants and stuff like that but also on recommended. Pickups for teams in the off season because. Couple of teams might be going full Korean here and. There's a lot of new blood that's rear and to get some Odell time in. So I'm excited to see that I actually can't wait to talk about that team that I think is going full Korean 'cause. It's GONNA be interesting to try to put together. A bunch of players out of Korean contenders to slot into that team or and see how close we can get to actually hitting the. the mark on how many people get pulled from creon contenders.

"Spike's going another pop on the laces that they look like hot pink like shoe laces. So it appears. The Yankees are challenging the close play at first base and want the umpires to take a look at it. Jeff Nelson, the plate umpire with the first base umpire, CB Buckner, the ruling on the field was safe as Harrison trying to get back to first base. I guess the Marlins colors sing. He can play into that right? You might as well take advantage You have the teal and the brightness. Oh, yeah. No, it works. It looks great for their color scheme. Yeah. Close play it On a pickoff. I think he was safe. Yeah. I think he was back in there. I'm surprised they're reviewing this. It looked like He was clearly back in their reaching with that right arm fully extended. Luke Voight's tag came under the latte, right, lad. Of Harrison, which by that time they looked like Harrison was comfortably back in there. You get your lift in already Today? I have not Did that make you think about getting into the gym? All right, Suze, the ball game's over so you can work out those lattes and he gets it the back stuff going on the official umpire say, Save the same sign from Jeff Nelson, the plate umpire. So the Call stands. Harrison at first And.

"Rattled and I didn't and I should do it. I'm just I'm not trying to put put a hoax or a hex on him. I'm just trying to say I've seen this before. I hear he's a seven year minor leaguer. Let's hope he can write Pete and I have no problem. The reason I laid it out this morning. Murph is he's the best player on the team. No question question. This guy's the best player on the Giants easily easily. Unless unless unless Solano, and that's the growing growing Probably the growing love for a Donnie barrels as they're calling them, Donny parents and I don't want you all to to sleep on a date. Neither do the dick you needed got started. You know, 60 to a solo. Okay, this giant's club with what we expect out of them and the energy and in front of cardboard cut outs, and it's 6 to 2 on Wednesday night, Dude with Dick. It's a solo shot. You're like Yeah, Whatever. You know. That was my reaction. Yes. Yeah. You know what it was? It was the Larry David gift. We're like, Yeah. Okay. All right. Way to go, dick, but they're not going to change tonight with a nice three on, you know, you know what, guys? Honestly, you know, it might have been the end. I'm surprised Capital didn't given extended to riff on this, but I don't know. And I don't know the last time I saw that the Tyler Anderson dual pickoffs in the eighth inning change the entire game. They probably went back in the dugout. They're like T a member. I actually never tell Paula that anecdote, coves and we never came to the air. We never you did. We did. We just never dug it up. You did bring it. We're going to run and I was listening over the weekend. Friday night when the Giants were in where they were Friday. We play the digestive here. The doctors thank you very much. Oh, and I I was driving Polly back from the taqueria. Right? Right, Carnitas. Of course. You got a car full of car needed your hijacking it up and down the 101 talk about feeling dangerous duties Here. Here, run in car Needa stewed late at night, maybe as quick as capital ran out to pull Johnny Cueto but was driving back and it was, but it was the pregame Kappler with with John Miller. If you remember that game, they only announced Tyler Anderson like an hour before the game or whatever it was like, and we're at that point. We're like one of the Giants. Doing them starting rotation, like all the good teams get ready. I'm coming. I'm coming one on south. I'm getting off the exit, and I hear Kapler's say, John Miller. Go. So tonight's starter is Tyler Anderson. Tell us about him and cameras. Yeah, we'll give you feel good about it. You know, we feel like he could. He could support presented, And then he just drops this year because we feel good. We think Ta Khun give us two plus today. Well, like Sandy said of this stoplight, just pounding my head on the steering wheel going Ta. It wants to cluster picture, Dude, you know, we think Ta King able to flow here's the Here's the other problem with Colin a guy Ta. You really shouldn't be doing that out of respect to the Realty A because there is a legendary figure known as Ta, who revolutionized his sport. Ladies and gentlemen. Tony Alva. Come on down, known on the streets as T A. So Who's that? Now? Is that skateboarding or well? Yeah, yeah, he's a r. J was like the first guy to go airborne, like on his board like that can probably skate with that Japanese kid. I showed you Yes, he can. Actually Tony Alva so good. He actually make that guy look bad, Believe it or not, But Tony, it was like he was the first guy that liked to you. Maybe that's where capital because capital actually put out a tweet over the weekend copes juicy supporting those vans, Cleats reds and wore a red. He's a red. I'm sorry. The vans were set at Rico's memories of skate parks of my youth support Lorenzo. No better than if he knows the skating, you should know is Tony Alvis? Alright? Give us two it, but anyway, the Anderson pickoffs were huge. But Solano's three run homer that was bonkers like Giants don't hit three run! Homer Ferarri runs in two. So that Smurf this brings me back. And this was a threat that I think I was talking about earlier and I think maybe we continue it The three run home run is the most epistle within in base. Heard you say that I was pumping my fist because because you do you know the part I got here's what I know was going on. Q B one. Lucas is sitting there and at home at his house watching the positive and he's cool. He's going. He's going 63 John Solano's a pro, two outs two hours right now in the eighth. No big deal, Man. This thing's over. He's he's looking ahead to the Dodgers next week. Good. Now I have more time to crop my beauties going. You just got a shaving.

That's a Bloomberg business Flash toman Paul Karen, Thanks so much. He's a Murali gist. He's with the Bloomberg School of Public Health. Should state that Mr. Bloomberg is, of course, founder of Bloomberg LP, this TV this radio operation as well, and he has been philanthropic with his Johns Hopkins. University. We have benefited. From repeated conversations with Murali Gist, Andrew Pickoffs here, an update from Dr Peck lives. Being prepared for this pandemic. Having seen the first large number of cases that came to the country, we should have been better prepared to deal with the eventual surges and small outbreaks that are occurring now It's incredibly dis concerning To see the level of cases that are coming up in places. And, more importantly, the lack of riel responses to get those case numbers down. This's not the way you deal with a pandemic, and we've been prepared not only from our own experiences, but from the experiences of other countries. We know how to intervene here to get these case numbers down. It seems to just be a lack of either political will or personal will to implement those those tools. Okay, I'll go with a personal will, and we've seen some good articles as we showing percentage of mask wearing in societies. In all that. What are we going to see? In the next week or two? I was ripped up on Twitter, Dr Peck off looking at the death dynamics of first and second derivative of log path of deaths. Help me here with the death dynamics lagging the case dynamics right now. Yeah. So we know because of the course of the disease will see Case numbers increased first will see hospitalizations lag that Bye anywhere between 7 to 10 days. And then we'll see deaths lag that by another seven days or so. What's interesting about now is the initial cases are in a younger population. So those surges air really coming up in terms of those What we call healthier individuals who may not be suffering as much death. But what we're going to see is now the transmission of virus from those individuals to more susceptible individuals. And that's going to mean that the hospitalization and the death rates are going to increase on even further delay. So we are expecting to see These surges in severe cases like even further than we have in the first wave in this in the country, and by the time we see that, Serge it's going to be almost too late to intervene because of that delay in in terms of monitoring cases. Yeah, that would certainly be a very serious situation. But Dr Picot in terms of the severity of cases, is it really true that cases A less severe for young people, because you see a lot of anecdotal evidence, particularly on social media of people talking about really frightening symptoms that Ryker for weeks if not months on end, and this is the important thing to understand about things like when people use things like case fatality rates or hospitalization rates it, baby that if you're younger The percentage of individuals that suffer those severe cases is lower across the population, but we have to remember that virtually the entire U. S population is susceptible to diseases. So even to this to this disease, so even a small percentage of severe cases amplified by the entire population of the US turns into a large number of cases, and that's the important part that people have to remember. It's not just about Well, most young individuals won't have suffer severe cases. There's enough of these young individuals that the number of severe cases is really going to be large. And on top of that. They are efficient transmitters of the disease, so you'll see the severe disease and other populations that we know stuff from spirit disease. So this's not a benign disease. This is not a common cold, like virus than the severity of diseases covered with large numbers of susceptible people is gonna translate into a large number of severe cases that were going to say hi and I'm on the transmission. Of course, the W H O is still looking into whether there's airborne transmission of covered 19. But what about the Immune response. What more do we know about whether people can build up sufficient immunity to this as we wait for a vaccine? Yes, With the vaccine trials, we've had some good results. Still, preliminary results still results off small population sizes, but it seems like many of the vaccines That have been fast tracked are generating the immune response that we want to see that we assume will protect us from infection. We still have a lot of safety work to do with these vaccines, and that's going to come in play. When we get the larger trials coming in place now into the early fall in terms of the immune responses to infection, it's kind of a mixed bag. In the same way that this virus causes a wide spectrum of disease ranging from no symptoms, toe hospitalization and death. We're seeing that the virus also induces a wide spectrum of immune responses from rather modest ones that fade wrote him too quickly to rather strong ones. That can last for at least a few months, because that's how much of the data that we have. So it's again a big, hetero genius spectrum. In terms of the immune responses that are induced by infection, the vaccines seem a little bit more. Tighter in terms of their immune response, So that's a good sign. Andr Pecos of Johns Hopkins University. Quick. I got the number guess wrong for the day Paul Sweeney..

"Now to what is being called a raft of rocks floating in the pacific ocean. It's about sixty square miles of pumice. This is a lightweight volcanic rock that forms when lavas is rapidly cooled that is roughly the size of manhattan and experts believe it's likely the product of an underwater volcano near tonga scientists actually think this big big raft of rock may have picked up some travelers along the way they say it's likely marine life has hitched a ride on the floating pumice which could be good news is is if it reaches australia this geologist scott brian with the queensland university of technology charity so they use thomas's pickoff corals roles now the reef dwelling organisms and refilling organisms and transport them and really large numbers to raise australia's great barrier reef isn't ecosystem often that has been hit hard by climate change. We've had some really significant cold bleaching events but probably sock lonzo thing quite devastating stories on the gripe batteries but if this raft of rock some the size of marbles others the size of basketballs if this team was see life and if it reaches australia's coast in several months it could bring an injection of life for australia's most cherished national natural wonder so this is a mechanism that sort of helping that opportunity for the race you to rebuild and restore the scientists are urging caution saying not to get too excited researcher terry hughes the director of the arc center of excellence for coral reefs studies went on twitter twitter and noted that saving coral reefs depends on action on climate change and that there is no silver bullet.

"The other things pitcher will be required to step off the rubber for pickoff attempts. A batter will be allowed one foul to strike bunt before a strikeout is called and lastly played umpires will define check swings more favorably for a better so all of these changes. I suppose seem of a piece they all seem intended to make the game more dynamic to get guys running to decrease strikeouts. I guess just more on Bass events more excitement and I continue to think that there may be just doing too many things at once this so many things that it will be hard to it's hard to keep track of all the things be. It's hard to assess the impact of any one of them. See It's getting to the point now where it must be pretty overwhelming or these players as I mean let's be on it. God Love It. We're probably going to come out in favor of it on this podcast but that stealing first base thing is stupid. That's like I'm not saying it's not gonNa work but like imagine going in and telling the players now you can do this yeah i. What are we doing yeah? We're going to have to have an authentic leaguer on the show just to talk about what they think of this because it must be jarring some of it's not even I mean you play the game for or your whole life under certain rules and now they're changing so many of them out once especially something like a pitcher will be required to step up the rubber for pickoff attempts all of a sudden. That's like that's muscle memory. That's like deeply ingrained probably right. That's gotta be a hard thing to just suddenly say okay. This is what you do now so I don't know if they're going to suspend ball calls until people get used to this or what but anyway it seems a little overwhelming but but I am interested in all of these rule changes and and I I've seen backlash to wire they tampering with baseball baseball's perfect et CETERA. This is making a mockery of the game. This isn't baseball anymore. People seem upset about this. At least some people and I'm not upset about it. I like it. "Four lives injured hundreds of people number more than nine thousand buildings to the ground. They were the deadliest wildfires in state history. Until now. Just over a year later northern. California's campfire has been even deadlier research joins me with more Hamer. So Morita I go back to the fires you reported on in the show again it's been over a year. Do we know yet what sparked them? Well, we don't know what sparks the biggest and deadliest the tubs fire, which was the one that hit the city of Santa Rosa. But in about sixteen other cases throughout the northern part of the state. We do know that the electrical utility Pacific Gas and electric or PG any is being blamed by state investigators. And in many of those cases, we also know that the state says that PG knee acted negligently in that they did not upkeep their electrical equipment to the standards. They're expected to by law PG, and he could have powered down portions of the electrical grid preemptively during extreme weather, but it wasn't company policy to do that has it changed at all in the last year. Yeah, that's right. And this spring PG did come out and say that they were changing their policy that they now in certain conditions where it's very hot and dry in. The winds are very strong. They may in some situations. Tell residents that they could lose their power. And we actually did see them do that once this fall. But they did not do it in Butte county where the campfire broke out. And so there's questions being raised about whether that was the right decision. PG did report a disturbance on one of its big transmission lines, very close to where firefighters believe the campfire started. That's led to a lot of speculation about whether PG needed 'cause this latest fire, and what it could mean for the utilities future prison. Trump just visited the fire zones in both northern and southern California. He pledged federal help, but Trump has also been critical of state leaders blaming these fires on poor force management. What should we make of that criticism for about one hundred years the state and federal officials really worked to aggressively? Suppressed fires in wildlands. And what happens is that means a lot of dry fuel has built up over that time. But. This is well beyond just a forest management problem in California. We've had really extreme drought conditions in California. The heat that we're seeing year round which many attribute to climate change. So to say that this is just an issue of cleaning out more dead brush and trees is to really oversimplify a problem that has just exploded in its magnitude over the last couple of years. Thanks so much for talking to me today. Thanks for having me. I'll recent is reporter for she and her colleague Lisa pickoff white in sukey Lewis reported on last year's fire force. "I don't know what to expect. I'm curious. It'll be I I mean, I don't know. I hope they hash it out on. Let's see how this affects things on the court. Or if it does at all may maybe it doesn't. Although I mean, look it didn't sound like they blew up the the hawks the other night sound like that was a little closer one. They would have liked one ten one zero three. Yeah. It was it was the saddest and most hollow key NPR war will definitely melancholy there. Woo. Hearted. Tony back tonight. The rockets are six and seven they've been accused of playing lethargic ball this year. And but they did beat the Pacers and the nuggets in their last two games. So they're they're playing a little without mellow. Yeah. They've won. They hit twenty three pointers against the Pacers. And they shot they shot well against Denver. So they're getting a little better quote. From James harden, quote, it's getting there it's gonna take time. But it's getting there if we keep guarding and defending at a high level our offense is gonna come around. So like you said this is all without Carmelo. So that's that's why they're playing better. Now, where's loose tonight? Bro. There's going to be ugly. About and there's your daily dose of dubs. You are listening to the Murph and MAC show on Camby are San Francisco HDTV's to go the sports leader, Roger Craig's energize at nine fifteen at brought to female listeners, by the way to female listeners came out of there came out of their rooms hours ago because they heard Roger Craig was coming on Ashley, right and Julia. What are you surprised? I mean Roger crops. He's a can't handsome, dude, man. Well, I one thousand one thousand guy in the NFL. That's it. Well, Frank Murphy was saying it was you. Remember the Macy's underwear ads for Roger Craig back in the day. I'll look I'm going to check out the apps. You know, how do you not the washboard apps actually related to Roger right? That's right. That's what he's your your cousin first. Cousin second cousin. That's awesome. That's awesome. Great nine or man. One of the time. She looks at Roger like that. Right. Because it's. Oh, although yeah. Well, yeah. You can't do that. That was a factor in wolf of Wall Street for Joanna hill. If you guys remember, the you remember that in the movie, Leo DiCaprio finds out Jonah hill. He's partner at this this investment firm. He goes. Yeah. I'm hearing on the streets. What are you? What are you married to your cousin or something like that? Oh my God. He goes. Yeah. Well, growing up she was like really attractive and like all my friends wanted to hook up with her. And then he goes, so I figured like if anybody's going to hook up with her she probably be meet. Very domestic lots of Martin Scorsese doing his thing. All right. So putting the daily dose of dubs aside and getting the Roger Craig let's take a moment. First chance to reflect on Farhan because we had him on. And then we went right into Schefter and maiocco and daily on the show for starters. Yeah. Settled in your brain. You got a lot of positive reaction on the text line people. Just like good staff. We're in a honeymoon right now. We're in a honeymoon right now with Farhan, everybody's happy. He sounds sharpie. Sounds young and everything he said, here's some of the takeaways. He says we're going to get younger more athletic more versatile brings some excitement back to the ballpark. So. Appreciate that. I could use a little more excitement over there that to me sounds like more Alan Hansen's, doesn't it? Fine. Sounds like other Ryan Hansen is a flawed. He has some flaws, but that type of player though, he can I can steal a bag Ican tag shallow fly. What was the pickoff play at first when he scored remember that one when he scored from first on pickoff saying, so he said that the the other thing he said is he just said lock in BUSTER at catchy did. Yes. He so he said Crawford at short. He's loving those two guy. He told us he had a long chat with BUSTER at the park yesterday. I wondered. I picture them in the dugout. I just wanted to like, and I'm wondering what BUSTER told him. You know? I mean, what if you're BUSTER Posey unvarnished? Well, I hope he said, hey, hey, BUSTER, what's your view of things? Like, what do you think we need like what do we need? I mean. What your student Easter on that roster say, this guy's gotta go. Oh, that's true. We start working on third second, I left. Yeah. The dopey guy, I the. Guy got hurt the guy who got her Brian while you got hurt running down the line. Vargas wants belt gone. Oh, yeah. Really the power the potential having a lot of people. I think this last season a lot of people breakout year like we say every year. So you're seeing a traitor belt. I'd love it. And I'm a long warranty with him. What do you get for him though? Like what? Unger more athletic more versatile. Okay. Couple of Hanson's for a belt, and you probably have to eat some of the salary. Bonnie Joe is a good question. You asked him about are you willing to? Don't do that. So I was one to know that he'd be up for that. And he said, he would you? Longoria. Right. Hey now. Yeah. I mean, I don't know. Just a marja. Yeah. Well, he used the word younger. Yes. The guys were all mentioning are older. They're all north of thirty. And by the way, where's I'm not saying move them. Don't move him whatever. But where's Cueto gonna be healthwise quicker? We even expect from another. Yeah. Because he's still windy the air. I'm I'm from getting his contract believe he's out for all twenty nine. Comes back like, I think way late maybe summer, man. So well there's other summer anyway, he's locked into. But he said Buster's the primary catcher. Yeah. He said whether that means four times a week or five times a week. So he continues to be the guy, but I live like what he said. He said we are in need of corner. Outfielders and those are good openings to have. And it got me excited copes just talking during the break like he's probably identified a power hitter that we don't even know about who's maybe on the way up or a guy who like copes, you were saying a guy who at twelve bombs who's who's trending up because Farhan smarter than we are Chris Taylor. Right. Like he was like a journeyman shortstop kind. Not a journeyman was like a soft hitting shortstop. Now. He's a twenty Homer guy. Yeah. It's his job to go. Bring the Chris Taylor's of the world to black and orange, and I get one of them. Just give me one. Yeah. What if it was actually Chris Taylor with the Lorette teeth? I'd I would hate I would hate. Do Chris Taylor smokes in the gap and goes dives into third with a triple your loving him. I know I know so it'll be really we didn't get a chance to ask him everything. But we did ask my Bumgarner. And you know, he's willing man. He's definitely willing to move them. I mean, I kind of host, okay, go ahead and roll that Cope's is four hundred eighty on the show asked about I said have you now that you've been here for a week and a couple of days where where's your head in terms of trading? Bumgarner in an effort to get more prospects and to get younger. Yeah. I'm just trying to get into Notaro author your organization, I'm fielding phone calls from other teams making some calls and just being open minded and listening on everything because we're trying to be as good as we can in two thousand nineteen over the next three years over the next five years, and that can involve some difficult trade offs that will get together and talk about as those opportunities present themselves. But right now, I'm just learning and listening, but the phrase difficult tradeoff shades of Matt Williams nineteen Ninety-six when when Butlin savings like I gotta make destroyed. Look what they got from Williams though, that really worked out in the long run, man. I mean, you got Jeff Kent you got an MVP second baseman outta that deal. So listen, if you're gonna move Bumgarner, I I don't know that they can guarantee they're going to deliver an MVP player. Putt, murph. We gotta get something of pretty significant value. Yeah. Yeah. And and even more important than everything else, we plumbed passed away SIS and found out that Radiohead was a big passion of his two. That's not really a paulie MAC band. You know? No, respect respect. It's not something. I'm gonna I'm not gonna I'm not gonna like actively. Listen to it. But respect for Radiohead. Yeah. They're just weird enough that they have my respect us. A couple of people were a little worried on the text line that when he talked about power going because I asked him about power. I said this team has had no power. And he said, well, we have Posey in Crawford in their premium players at their positions couple of people on the Texan. I is he saying Posey and Crawford our power hitters 'cause they ain't power hitters. You know? So I don't know that somebody was a little worried already oppose if you Posey maybe it was a power hitter. Like, but that was twenty twenty now. No, that's not breaking news from Tanaka smothers. We have a photo of Kevin Durant and Draymond green walking side-by-side into the shoot around together. Oh, good. Ashley, Hernandez feels better. See.

"Touchdown this time he caught it. Leaping in the air, beautiful pickoff. And the Tommy defense is as impressive as ever. He's got the hops of a basketball player, Dave, which he was for the Hornets. And but that was not a good throw by lake. He tried to go down the middle. And he threw it into double coverage. Now, look he wanted to get it the Heaney I don't blame him there. He and he seems to have velcro on those hands. But that was just a force throw. And it's another interception. He and Tommy fuller. Both freshmen both played against each other in high school good rivalry there over in that lake conference. Now, the Tommy's first and ten from the forty four following the turnover. Single set his left for handoff right up the middle. Tommy straight ahead, breaking tackles, and Tom Leffler takes it out to the thirty five. Two twenty nine and we're still in the third quarter Augsburg came on this first quarter. It was really fun. It was a good game back and forth with thirty five points in a matter of minutes. And then the Tommy system the second quarter man, they just have not let up since one point Dave late in the first quarter. This was a twenty one fourteen game Tommy's at a seven point lead since then Saint Thomas has scored a bunch of points. They're up to sixty now. Tommy's with a football, Nick rice. Now, the single setback Jones is under center hands it off to Nick right side. He is hit right away. But look at him drive and drive and drive past the thirty all the way down to the twenty six yard line. That was impressive. That's a Tommy I down. Here comes a flag now at the end of the play and. The auguries arguing so. Something happened. Maybe something extra curricular. One thing. We know is you start looking at the board and is against Oxford. The play was over unsportsmanlike conduct defense number fifty.

"On our Airways. Were you saying he attended the save foundation The foundation he. Arrived drunk and things went downhill from there It's it's always it's, always, an adventure let's go back. To the, phones, check, in oh Hefner? From Butch for awhile. Good, morning Butch hey how you doing I'm not doing good Butch it. Looks like the, minor league, team has showed up here Philadelphia now you remind you know that was the worst loss like all year for me to take on thinking. About that loss and how it's. Like bother me all night I'm thinking how they lost that. I'm trying to think all I watch almost every Phillies game I don't remember the. Last time affiliate. Got called out for leaving a base early that doesn't happen Yeah gives me doesn't even happen in little league yeah that's what. I'm, saying. It's a, play where, you got your foot on the bag you're looking. To the guy catches the ball and. Then you take off as soon as he. Catches, it should to got one. Yeah I. Think, he's, fast enough that? He had it made. But, I I don't know what went through his mind you said you. Google that did, you find, any examples nah no last night's rea- and I've kind of gotten your camp now I'm kinda like crack a little bit of a fan. Like last night when at ball. Santana catchers head outdoor it exactly what you thought they're going. To lose this yeah that's I mean to me I've watched his team too many. Times this year And you know I think there, is a, leader on his team as really gotta show. Up now I really believe. He's gonna show up tonight? And. Jake, Arrieta is the only guy I've really seen get mad like. Freddie Gaviscon amid near he gets mad but he needs to throw something in his locker room and, just y'all wake up it is a pitcher though that's more difficult. Especially, when. He throws something if, it's like a pickoff throw ain't gonna hit anybody I I don't I don't know that. That's the pictures are tough to it's, tough and when you got a young team like that that's why that's, why it's doubly bad when Santana's making the mistakes like that because. There are guys you've? Brought in to stabilize yes and when when the guy those are the guys that destabilized by stuff. That happens, on the field that that hurts, you even more, those are the guys are supposed to be the guys you lean on when things. Then things go wrong and when they start. Making the mistakes it's like with with other Phillies teams would be kind of a rock and. Maybe he made, base running errors at a couple of times like what the hell what's going on. Here when that when that defense when he, first started out was not. Very good I mean you had, to make himself into Always wrong so maybe you're right maybe it's going to be leadership. From within which is? Tough with a younger team and there's something to be said for the out of position much as. They want, to make a thing about baseball It, was no big deal it certainly looks uncomfortable it it certainly looks like it's just. Not working an experiment that went bad and the notion that I, get from some of the people who are still like all this you know they they've, exceeded? Expectations, is that group always has to find something to latch. Onto hate those of. Us who are getting mad at these losses, and John I'm sure you've noticed this, now all all the people are happy that they're being proven right I I just want to make this is the Both ways because I, think in, a lot of ways there the process people I despise, the losing every day so. I was never a process, person, okay never ever 'cause. I just couldn't there a few times. Where I go yeah it's better. Off with my team. Loses the Phillies in twenty. Eleven it was, better off to not let the Saint Louis. Cardinals yeah okay if you're in the NFL and. You're, looking for a. More favourable matchup you know those things that are purely on numbers purely, a number is fully get behind for. For one game you know. For for those kind of. Things that that you know not sustained over several seasons and now this notion is well you people are being I don't wanna be proven right now I enjoy baseball, in the, summer, it's a long summer it's one of my favorites I like it so I'm not. Happy that this is happening none of us thought it would happen, this way yes it's one thing if you get beat six to one and the other, teams? More, talented it's another way to run your team The, teams that are below you in the standings not very, good and you're punching yourself. In the that's what makes, the, most annoying you're not. Six six one the other teams better. The pit now you you won. The game Aaron Nola. On the manual hostage all. Right do you, have any bad ending I'm not I got. A good ended actually I Renault for all he. Did, last night and. He didn't get a win I'm gonna give him something I'm going to, give them the are no Paul now No. No I'm sorry Colleen. With poems I'm not a. Poem guy an emotional man must got the. Word Nantucket I have no in drudge calls in. With. Poem. Yeah. Yeah, yeah Their long. And usually rhyming to the fleas he.
